• ive been using epiduo for 9 weeks, im getting pimples but wondering can it be that scar product as thats what I recently used

[F32] I am new to dying my hair (tried something with a friend 15 years ago but that's it) and I'm looking for a hair coloring that will last longer than 1-3 washes but isn't permanent as going to the hairsalon. To me 1-3 washes will be a waste of money and permanent is not an option because I don't want the color growing out from the roots since I won't be continuously retouching. I found at the drugstore in NL Guhl Pearlance (55). According to the package it's good up to 30 washes but also says underneath permanent coloring result. Can anyone tell me by the ingredients if this is the right package for me? The lady at the store said she knew some things but then gave me answers that did not make me trust her in her knowledge 😅
My hair is equal to ''middenbruin'' (the bottom color of the 3 on the package) so I believe I'll see somewhat of a difference but I'm not expecting miracles here. I want to go darker and have a red hint in my hair. If anyone has tips, they are more than welcome!
Btw my hair reaches to my lower back so I will be sure to get 2 packs either way.

Has anyone compared the nutritional information amongst the Infant formula available in US and Canada and found nutritional and ingredient differences? For instance in the Canada formula I see an ingredient called Ash but not in the US one

Been taking this daily on trips when traveling for immune support:

Do I need to worry about taking the zinc without copper, and the D without vitamin K? And no potassium/sodium seen in things like Emergen C?
