I (19f) and my bf (18m) have been dating for nearly 3 years now. It's a long-distance-relationship and we're dealing with it pretty well: we videocall every day, meet every 2-3 months and overall have good communication and trust in eachother.
I love him a lot and he can be very sweet and gentle with me, listening when I'm overthinking, supporting me with school and stuff, etc. I also adore being there for him, watching out for him when he goes to sleep, listening when he studies, calling with him when he goes to work, and so on.
However, over time (with growing up, valuing myself more) I've realized that I do a lot more for him than he does for me, here are some examples: - Whenever I go out late with friends he's always allowed to call me and I frequently check on him through text every hour or so, also going aside for some time to give him attention; when he's out and I ask if I could have him a little, he quickly leaves again, barely texts me and when I ask him if he could stay a little longer (like let's say 10 minute call) he refuses. - Whenever he has a bad day and I'm not stuck somewhere where I rlly can't text or call I try my best to make time for him, to listen to him and (if I'm able to) make him feel better. When I have bad times and call him, not even asking to immediately put away what he's doing at that time, he says he'd rather do something else, he's having sm fun with his friends, etc.
He's still often very sweet to me as I said, and he cares a lot for me. We do a bunch of fun stuff together and I just feel yo comfy around him, like I can fully 100% be myself. So just for y'all to know that he's not a douchebag. In fact I told him about the things that bother me already, and he understands where I'm coming from and says he's willing to better himself.
The only problem is, that over the past months I brought the topic up multiple times, and at the start it went better, but in the long-term it still never rlly vanished.. I don't wanna break up with him, as I do feel like maybe we can still find a way to fix this (it in fact used to be worse, and has gotten a little better), since our relationship is rlly special to the both of us. However, if it keeps going like this idk if I can rlly stay with him, as I feel like I do deserve to be more seen..

(PSA) I want to start off by recommending retroarch for iPad users. Delta is a FANTASTIC app. I highly recommend it. That being said, if you want to play on an iPad in landscape mode, there is only the iOS version of Delta on iPad. The developer is working on the app for iPad, but as of writing this, retroarch scales perfectly.
(PSA) When it comes to cores. On the apple version of this app, all the cores apple has approved are already included in the app. Can’t add or remove any cores like you can on all the other platforms when running retroarch. If a core is not in retroarch on an apple platform, it is not an approved core or is limited by apple restrictions and will not play well. Apple is not allowing JIT. This is a problem for ps2, psp, and GameCube for sure.
(PRO TIP. .7z to .zip) Using the files app, you can unzip a .7z file. Just rename it to .zip and select it. The files app will unzip it. Done. No need for an unzipping app.
(REQUIRED.) Some cores will crash or not boot a rom. I have found this to be mostly related to bios files not being in the app. (To add bios files = Use the files app. Go to on my iphone. Then find the retroarch folder, and select it. Then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch. After that scroll down to the folder named system. Dump all of your bios for all systems into this folder. I would add any bios you can find for the systems you are playing. This will stop the crashing and increase compatibility with games from different regions.) , (To find what bios are missing, open the retroarch app. Go to settings, core, Manage cores, Scroll down to the core you want to use, Select the core. Then scroll down to firmware. Just below that, you will see which bios are optional. Which ones are missing and required. The (!) is just a bullet point.) If you try to load a rom and it still crashes use a different core to launch that game if it is available. It could be a compatibility issue between the core and the rom. Or it could be region locked and you still need another bios file.

What I do is take the roms I want to play on Retroarch and move them into the Retroarch app. Here is how I do that. I have a folder already on my iPhone with the roms I want to play on Retroarch. (I store my roms on device. Using the Files app, then on my iphone and save the folder on your phone first. We move it to where it needs to go in the next step.). My folder is named “Retroarch Roms”. It can be really helpful to stay organized. Especially if you also use the Delta and ppsspp apps. I use the files app to locate this folder. Then I select it and move it. Or you could copy it but be mindful of files sizes and storage space. (I put “copy it” in here for a major reason. If you store all your roms in retroarch. And one day you want to delete and reinstall the app…. Bye bye roms. My library is too big to back up to iCloud. But that might be a good option if it works. I have not tested it.). Then move or paste this folder inside of the Retroarch app folder under downloads. (Files app, on my iphone, scroll down to retroarch – select it, then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch, then scroll down to downloads, select it. Your entire folder or multiple folders can go here.) Then hit the playlist menu (middle navigation button.) and select import content. Then scan directory. Click documents/retroarch, scroll down to downloads, then select scan this directory. Then let it do its thing. I like to leave the app open and on screen so the iphone/ipad doesn’t limit background activity. After it is done you can come back to the playlist menu to look through and launch your games. After you have launched a few games, You can go to Home, history and launch your recently played games from there. There is a favorites tab in the playlist section, but I don’t use it personally.
6.) (UPDATES.) I like to make sure a few things are up to date. So, I hit the home menu at the bottom. Go to online updater. Make sure on demand thumbnails is toggled on. (This will add box art on demand as you scroll through your playlist/library.) Then just below that update core files and all the others below it. Update all of them. Then scroll back up to playlist thumbnail updater (This is how you download box art manually for each playlist/library.) and select any system libraries/playlists that are missing album art. If it is your first time, I would just select them all to make sure box art is there when you browse your library. If you want some free to use roms go to content downloader and some homebrew and other roms are in there for each system.
(PSA.2) After you are done changing any settings. Do not just close the app. Make sure you save the configuration file like I mentioned at the start of this post. If not, the settings you changed will be “forgotten” but the roms and album art should still be there. Man, I wish someone told me that before I wasted my life 3 times in a row.

Some games will not launch unless the core has the correct bios. ). Roms. After extracting a rom, it should be a folder full of bin files. Put that whole folder (For each game/rom) in a Saturn roms sub folder. (Make a new folder called “Saturn Roms”.) Using the files app, go to on my iphone, go to the retroarch folder, then the retroarch sub folder. Then scroll down and select downloads. This is where you want to store the Saturn Roms folder. When you import content into retroarch. It will scan the folders and subfolders that have all the bin files. Games will appear as one in the playlist/library.
8.) (FAST VIDEO OR AUDiO) Sync issues. I turned on audio sync and it ran sonic super fast. Other people have had the opposite problem and need to turn it on. The same goes for video sync. The fixes are different depending on the device. Go to settings, video, synchronization, and adjust. You can change the refresh rate in the settings, video, output, vertical refresh rate in this section. This should only be adjusted if you are having issues. Audio sync is under settings, audio, synchronization. It says recommended to turn on. Mine goes crazy if I toggle that on. So I leave it off.
9.) (CORE OPTIONS.) Some systems have multiple cores available. I change them out on the fly by hitting playlist in the navigation menu (Middle option.) Scrolling down to the system I want to play. Then selecting the game, I am looking for. (Do not select run yet.) Then scrolling down and selecting set core association. If you want to use the same core for an entire playlist/library. You can go to settings. Playlists, manage playlists, then select the system you want to set a core for, scroll down to default core, and you can pick the one that works best for your needs.

After 3 years, we finally found counsel, did the paperwork, and now we wait 6 months for the official decree. I dreaded paperwork, getting an MSA together, custody, etc. it really wasn’t even bad. Our counsel made it so easy and painless.
Marriage made me feel trapped. There were great moments but was I ever truly happy, deep in love and fulfilled? No. Even with that, I was still back and forth with proceeding with a divorce. I knew I wanted my independence but kept thinking about our kids (of course) and how it would affect them. I also couldn’t fathom the fact of tearing down our life together that we built for years and all the memories made. So I kept stalling for a year or 2 saying I needed to get on my own two feet and to give me time to be at 100% with the decision. It took a lot of convincing myself. It was hard. I would find myself crying at some points. What finally created action is that we’ve just grown to be so miserable with one another and the people we’ve been dating also weren’t taking us serious.
Our divorce is totally amicable. We will still remain best of friends as when we started and be a team for our kids. It’s a bittersweet feeling but I’m glad we finally did it. Will I ever get married again? The answer is no, for now. I’m just excited to begin self-discovery and create a new chapter in my life.

What I do is take the roms I want to play on Retroarch and move them into the Retroarch app. Here is how I do that. I have a folder already on my iPhone with the roms I want to play on Retroarch. (I store my roms on device. Using the Files app, then on my iphone and save the folder on your phone first. We move it to where it needs to go in the next step.). My folder is named “Retroarch Roms”. It can be really helpful to stay organized. Especially if you also use the Delta and ppsspp apps. I use the files app to locate this folder. Then I select it and move it. Or you could copy it but be mindful of files sizes and storage space. (I put “copy it” in here for a major reason. If you store all your roms in retroarch. And one day you want to delete and reinstall the app…. Bye bye roms. My library is too big to back up to iCloud. But that might be a good option if it works. I have not tested it.). Then move or paste this folder inside of the Retroarch app folder under downloads. (Files app, on my iphone, scroll down to retroarch – select it, then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch, then scroll down to downloads, select it. Your entire folder or multiple folders can go here.) Then hit the playlist menu (middle navigation button.) and select import content. Then scan directory. Click documents/retroarch, scroll down to downloads, then select scan this directory. Then let it do its thing. I like to leave the app open and on screen so the iphone/ipad doesn’t limit background activity. After it is done you can come back to the playlist menu to look through and launch your games. After you have launched a few games, You can go to Home, history and launch your recently played games from there. There is a favorites tab in the playlist section, but I don’t use it personally.
6.) (UPDATES.) I like to make sure a few things are up to date. So, I hit the home menu at the bottom. Go to online updater. Make sure on demand thumbnails is toggled on. (This will add box art on demand as you scroll through your playlist/library.) Then just below that update core files and all the others below it. Update all of them. Then scroll back up to playlist thumbnail updater (This is how you download box art manually for each playlist/library.) and select any system libraries/playlists that are missing album art. If it is your first time, I would just select them all to make sure box art is there when you browse your library. If you want some free to use roms go to content downloader and some homebrew and other roms are in there for each system.
(PSA.2) After you are done changing any settings. Do not just close the app. Make sure you save the configuration file like I mentioned at the start of this post. If not, the settings you changed will be “forgotten” but the roms and album art should still be there. Man, I wish someone told me that before I wasted my life 3 times in a row.

I can’t say where to get them, but “psx bios” should be easy to find in an archive if you search the googles. Make sure the spelling matches specifically. You can look in settings. Scroll down to directory. And you can scroll through where the app is currently looking for bios and you can change that if you need to. You can also go to settings, select core, manage cores, then scroll to the core you are looking for, then select the core. Scroll down to firmware section and select the “looking in” option to see where it wants the bios. It will tell you if any bios are missing as well. This can apply to any core. Not just ps1 cores.
8.) (SEGA SATURN.). Make sure all the Saturn bios are in the system folder inside the Retroarch folder (Look at the other bullet points on this post to see how. Some games will not launch unless the core has the correct bios. ). Roms. After extracting a rom, it should be a folder full of bin files. Put that whole folder (For each game/rom) in a Saturn roms sub folder. (Make a new folder called “Saturn Roms”.) Using the files app, go to on my iphone, go to the retroarch folder, then the retroarch sub folder. Then scroll down and select downloads. This is where you want to store the Saturn Roms folder. When you import content into retroarch. It will scan the folders and subfolders that have all the bin files. Games will appear as one in the playlist/library.
8.) (FAST VIDEO OR AUDiO) Sync issues. I turned on audio sync and it ran sonic super fast. Other people have had the opposite problem and need to turn it on. The same goes for video sync. The fixes are different depending on the device. Go to settings, video, synchronization, and adjust. You can change the refresh rate in the settings, video, output, vertical refresh rate in this section. This should only be adjusted if you are having issues. Audio sync is under settings, audio, synchronization. It says recommended to turn on. Mine goes crazy if I toggle that on. So I leave it off.
9.) (CORE OPTIONS.) Some systems have multiple cores available. I change them out on the fly by hitting playlist in the navigation menu (Middle option.) Scrolling down to the system I want to play. Then selecting the game, I am looking for. (Do not select run yet.) Then scrolling down and selecting set core association. If you want to use the same core for an entire playlist/library. You can go to settings. Playlists, manage playlists, then select the system you want to set a core for, scroll down to default core, and you can pick the one that works best for your needs.

(PSA) I want to start off by recommending retroarch for iPad users. Delta is a FANTASTIC app. I highly recommend it. That being said, if you want to play on an iPad in landscape mode, there is only the iOS version of Delta on iPad. The developer is working on the app for iPad, but as of writing this, retroarch scales perfectly.
(PSA) When it comes to cores. On the apple version of this app, all the cores apple has approved are already included in the app. Can’t add or remove any cores like you can on all the other platforms when running retroarch. If a core is not in retroarch on an apple platform, it is not an approved core or is limited by apple restrictions and will not play well. Apple is not allowing JIT. This is a problem for ps2, psp, and GameCube for sure.
(PRO TIP. .7z to .zip) Using the files app, you can unzip a .7z file. Just rename it to .zip and select it. The files app will unzip it. Done. No need for an unzipping app.
(REQUIRED.) Some cores will crash or not boot a rom. I have found this to be mostly related to bios files not being in the app. (To add bios files = Use the files app. Go to on my iphone. Then find the retroarch folder, and select it. Then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch. After that scroll down to the folder named system. Dump all of your bios for all systems into this folder. I would add any bios you can find for the systems you are playing. This will stop the crashing and increase compatibility with games from different regions.) , (To find what bios are missing, open the retroarch app. Go to settings, core, Manage cores, Scroll down to the core you want to use, Select the core. Then scroll down to firmware. Just below that, you will see which bios are optional. Which ones are missing and required. The (!) is just a bullet point.) If you try to load a rom and it still crashes use a different core to launch that game if it is available. It could be a compatibility issue between the core and the rom. Or it could be region locked and you still need another bios file.

If you want to save yourself some annoyances with Retroarch on iOS, then after you make a change to your settings, hit home in the navigation menu, select configuration file, then save configuration file. I choose the overwrite option, but you can choose what best fits you. We can do this on other platforms by just tapping the back button until it exits the application, but there isn’t a back button on iOS.
2.) (OPTIONAL.) I like to turn on vibration/ haptic feedback. Go to settings in the navigation menu, input and scroll down to haptic feedback. I turn both options on and leave the vibration strength at 100%.
3.) (OPTIONAL.) I like to change the user interface. You can do this in two ways. A.) Changing the theme. Go to settings, user interface, appearance, select color theme and then choose your favorite. Mine is material ui dark. A.1) If you want you can also choose another app icon. The setting is the first option under user interface. B.) I like the stock setup, but you can change the entire layout to be different. You can go to settings, drivers, and select menu. The stock option is glui. You can choose the option you like the best in this section.
4.) (OPTIONAL.) I like to change the date and time format at the top to be something I am more used to. Go to settings, user interface, menu item visibility and select “style of date and time” towards the end of the list.
5.) (REQUIRED.) GETTING GAMES IN THE APP. Then we get to importing content. In the iOS version, Retroarch wants the roms to be placed into a folder that is inside of the Retroarch app itself. Since I was a 8 years old, 30 now, I have been FASCINATED by aliens. For no apparent reason. My parents never talked about anything like this. The only thing that came close was angels, demons, Jesus, god, etc. but for some reason I have been compelled to love the phenomenon. Like a burning desire for more everyday since forever all I think about is how to make contact, have an experience, have anything physical show me proof that my love for this is valid.
I’ve always wanted a sighting. I would sit for hours and just look at the sky and imagine an orb, saucer, disc, gears within gears, anything to manifest and never, not once, even up until me writing this have I ever experienced one.
The past couple of weeks I’ve started to realize that maybe I’m not ever going to see one and I’m okay with that now. Not due to fatigue or pessimism, but because I believe I am being shown proof in a different way throughout my life.
I am starting to believe that the phenomenon isn’t seeing or talking to an alien, but being shown that reality isn’t what we think. The more I sit and meditate on this I believe I’m coming to the conclusion that the following is proof of the others or other reality that exists:
1) i have consistent precognitive dreams. Dreams that when they happen in real life I recognize them to the minute detail. These are dreams that I have verified in a journal that have came absolutely true in real life. One example. February 17, 2023, dream of me sitting at a desk with grayish color, computer screen to the left of my peripheral, paper sitting on the right corner of desk, vision focused on door opening to where I am peering through another open door that opens outdoors, propped open by a stool. Pieces of paper on the wall next to the opening outdoors. At the time this scenario is 100% foreign, no idea where this place is or why I would even be there.
Flash forward to yesterday.it hits me. Same exact vantage point, same everything. I am now sitting in my new office that is in a construction trailer. Where the door is propped open because we start at 6am and the morning breeze is nice before the heat starts.
These dreams these predictive dreams happen to me so consistently that I know when I am having a precognitive dream. And write it down.
And
2) my life has came to this point to recognize the phenomenon, even though I grew up in an environment that would have birthed someone that doesn’t think twice about it. This burning passion has zero logical sense since I have never experienced a sighting or catalyst that merits such infatuation.
I’m starting to believe that “experiencing” doesn’t mean aliens at the White House. It means anything that can subject you to a different way of looking at reality. Since I have verified, although personally, my literal future self. it has allowed me to think more openly about space, time, matter, reality, dimensions, etc. all the major themes that I have seen others comes to terms with after their physical sightings. when he broke up with me, he said he had gotten a scholarship and was able to attend college in another country. he said its an opportunity that he is very likely (like almost 100% likely) to take, but hes not sure. he broke up with me because he doesnt want to do long-distance, but he was still being very sweet saying that I was everything to him and thanking me for the time we had together. he said we’d probably not be able to see or hear from each other ever again though, but he said he probably wouldnt be able to see ANY of his friends and family. he said his family would probably have to visit him if they did want to see him again. that day is when he then stopped texting and i havent heard from him at all since.
i talked to my other friend about it a bit the day before our highschool prom (which was 2 days after we broke up) i didnt go to prom, but my other friend did and he was talking with my now ex-bf and a group of friends and subtly asked them all what they’re doing after highschool. apparently my ex told him that he might go to an instate school and transfer out after 2 years. now im just so lost and idk if he lied to me or if he lied to my other friend. did he suddenly make up a lie just to break up with me? is it worth reaching out and asking him what tf he’s actually going to be doing and ask for answers? i miss him a lot but idk if he’d want to talk to me even though we ended on good terms. idk if its worth trying to save or at least try to have him as a friend again.

I moved last month after 5 years in the same apartment, at the very last moment before hitting 31 days, I got a piece of mail from my old property management claiming that I owe $1,724 in ADDITIONAL charges after my deposit credit was applied. They provided an itemized list, but not actual receipts, and the amounts are completely unreasonable. For example: $1,100 for one damaged cabinet, and $975 for a piece of vinyl to replace one burn mark on one countertop. Along with 25% ($218) of painting “per rental agreement”, and $235 for carpet cleaning “per ORS/rental agreement”, among some other things.
I failed to take pictures which I’m majorly regretting, however despite the existing damage, these specific things should absolutely not cost this much.
I emailed them requesting my original signed copy of my rental agreement, original signed unit walk through, and receipts of the products used and labor required. They responded with zero acknowledgment to my requests, and instead asked me for pictures and to describe the things I disagree with. I promptly wrote back explaining that I do not need to provide anything in order to receive these documents as I am entitled to them, and they since haven’t responded. Today, I called and reiterated the situation to simply ask that they please respond to my email, as it’s nearing the end of the business hours for the day. The manager on the phone was extremely rude to me and told me that they’re not required to provide receipts (while still failing to acknowledge the rest of what I asked for) and asked if I have pictures. I told her that I’ve been made aware that I am entitled to these documents and she began speaking rapidly and told me she’ll have someone deal with it, and before I could even say “thank you” she said “BYE” and hung up. Essentially hanging up on me as I was still actively speaking.
My question is, are they in fact required to send receipts when the listed charges are unreasonable? My friend who works in property management in the same town told me that they need to send me all three documents that I requested or else they have no leg to stand on, regardless of whether or not I have pictures.

Got a discount, but it was still over $3000, by far the most I've spent on a mattress, and I'm stoked about it. But these pillows?! I tried them. They're amazing. But posts around here suggest they were under $100 a few years ago, $100 about a year back, and they were $130 when I was looking into them JUST a few weeks back. I waffles about pulling the trigger, because the price is high, but finally decided I'd do it today. Now they're $179??? And allegedly 10% off, at that. I don't think I could possibly be convinced that these prices aren't exploitative. There's currently no alternative to the patented Purple grid, thus, no real competition. What does that say about the company I just literally got into bed with? The ethics are troubling, to say the least. Guess I'll use normal-ass pillows till someone else invents a grid.

(PSA) I want to start off by recommending retroarch for iPad users. Delta is a FANTASTIC app. I highly recommend it. That being said, if you want to play on an iPad in landscape mode, there is only the iOS version of Delta on iPad. The developer is working on the app for iPad, but as of writing this, retroarch scales perfectly.
(PSA) When it comes to cores. On the apple version of this app, all the cores apple has approved are already included in the app. Can’t add or remove any cores like you can on all the other platforms when running retroarch. If a core is not in retroarch on an apple platform, it is not an approved core or is limited by apple restrictions and will not play well. Apple is not allowing JIT. This is a problem for ps2, psp, and GameCube for sure.
(PRO TIP. .7z to .zip) Using the files app, you can unzip a .7z file. Just rename it to .zip and select it. The files app will unzip it. Done. No need for an unzipping app.
(REQUIRED.) Some cores will crash or not boot a rom. I have found this to be mostly related to bios files not being in the app. (To add bios files = Use the files app. Go to on my iphone. Then find the retroarch folder, and select it. Then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch. After that scroll down to the folder named system. Dump all of your bios for all systems into this folder. I would add any bios you can find for the systems you are playing. This will stop the crashing and increase compatibility with games from different regions.) , (To find what bios are missing, open the retroarch app. Go to settings, core, Manage cores, Scroll down to the core you want to use, Select the core. Then scroll down to firmware. Just below that, you will see which bios are optional. Which ones are missing and required. The (!) is just a bullet point.) If you try to load a rom and it still crashes use a different core to launch that game if it is available. It could be a compatibility issue between the core and the rom. Or it could be region locked and you still need another bios file.

I like the stock setup, but you can change the entire layout to be different. You can go to settings, drivers, and select menu. The stock option is glui. You can choose the option you like the best in this section.
4.) (OPTIONAL.) I like to change the date and time format at the top to be something I am more used to. Go to settings, user interface, menu item visibility and select “style of date and time” towards the end of the list.
5.) (REQUIRED.) GETTING GAMES IN THE APP. Then we get to importing content. In the iOS version, Retroarch wants the roms to be placed into a folder that is inside of the Retroarch app itself. What I do is take the roms I want to play on Retroarch and move them into the Retroarch app. Here is how I do that. I have a folder already on my iPhone with the roms I want to play on Retroarch. (I store my roms on device. Using the Files app, then on my iphone and save the folder on your phone first. We move it to where it needs to go in the next step.). My folder is named “Retroarch Roms”. It can be really helpful to stay organized. Especially if you also use the Delta and ppsspp apps. I use the files app to locate this folder. Then I select it and move it. Or you could copy it but be mindful of files sizes and storage space. (I put “copy it” in here for a major reason. If you store all your roms in retroarch. And one day you want to delete and reinstall the app…. Bye bye roms. My library is too big to back up to iCloud. But that might be a good option if it works. I have not tested it.). Then move or paste this folder inside of the Retroarch app folder under downloads. (Files app, on my iphone, scroll down to retroarch – select it, then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch, then scroll down to downloads, select it. Your entire folder or multiple folders can go here.) Then hit the playlist menu (middle navigation button.) and select import content. Then scan directory. Click documents/retroarch, scroll down to downloads, then select scan this directory. Then let it do its thing. I like to leave the app open and on screen so the iphone/ipad doesn’t limit background activity. After it is done you can come back to the playlist menu to look through and launch your games. After you have launched a few games, You can go to Home, history and launch your recently played games from there. There is a favorites tab in the playlist section, but I don’t use it personally.
6.) (UPDATES.) I like to make sure a few things are up to date. So, I hit the home menu at the bottom. Go to online updater. Make sure on demand thumbnails is toggled on. (This will add box art on demand as you scroll through your playlist/library.) Then just below that update core files and all the others below it. Update all of them. Then scroll back up to playlist thumbnail updater (This is how you download box art manually for each playlist/library.) and select any system libraries/playlists that are missing album art. If it is your first time, I would just select them all to make sure box art is there when you browse your library. If you want some free to use roms go to content downloader and some homebrew and other roms are in there for each system.
(PSA.2) After you are done changing any settings. Do not just close the app. Make sure you save the configuration file like I mentioned at the start of this post. If not, the settings you changed will be “forgotten” but the roms and album art should still be there. Man, I wish someone told me that before I wasted my life 3 times in a row.

Put that whole folder (For each game/rom) in a Saturn roms sub folder. (Make a new folder called “Saturn Roms”.) Using the files app, go to on my iphone, go to the retroarch folder, then the retroarch sub folder. Then scroll down and select downloads. This is where you want to store the Saturn Roms folder. When you import content into retroarch. It will scan the folders and subfolders that have all the bin files. Games will appear as one in the playlist/library.
8.) (FAST VIDEO OR AUDiO) Sync issues. I turned on audio sync and it ran sonic super fast. Other people have had the opposite problem and need to turn it on. The same goes for video sync. The fixes are different depending on the device. Go to settings, video, synchronization, and adjust. You can change the refresh rate in the settings, video, output, vertical refresh rate in this section. This should only be adjusted if you are having issues. Audio sync is under settings, audio, synchronization. It says recommended to turn on. Mine goes crazy if I toggle that on. So I leave it off.
9.) (CORE OPTIONS.) Some systems have multiple cores available. I change them out on the fly by hitting playlist in the navigation menu (Middle option.) Scrolling down to the system I want to play. Then selecting the game, I am looking for. (Do not select run yet.) Then scrolling down and selecting set core association. If you want to use the same core for an entire playlist/library. You can go to settings. Playlists, manage playlists, then select the system you want to set a core for, scroll down to default core, and you can pick the one that works best for your needs.

First of all I think trading Marner for a package that revolves around a G makes 0 sense. With Ullmark, Markstrom both available this offseason the goalie market is more saturated than usual. You shouldn't have to trade a 100 point Selke calibre winger for a G.
Saros is a 29 year old 5'10 G coming off a .906 season. He will be a UFA in 2025 (next summer), and likely looking for $8M+ if he has a bounce back season. Nashville had the 11th best xGA this season which makes them an above average defensive team. Make no mistake, he's elite, but you're paying for what he's done.
Askarov is a 21 year old 6'4 G former 11th OA pick. He had a .911 in the AHL which is elite for his age and a .943 in 2 NHL games. He has elite size, positioning, and athleticism. His numbers in Russia are on par with the likes of Shestyorkin, Vasilevski, and Sorokin. He's a legitimate stud and the only reason Nashville is fine with trading Saros.
There's a real possibility Nashville doesn't even re-sign Saros next summer so they don't block Askarov, who is legitimately one of the best goalies not in the league. An Askarov/Woll tandem does a couple things. Both are RFA's next season so they'll be cost controlled for the foreseeable future. It also gives the ability to the Leafs to pivot to either Askarov or Woll depending who becomes better, and also allows the team to actually address their D and depth forwards with the near 10M+ in cap you open up. Then you're able to trade they other who is still in their early 20s for a strong return. With Saros, you're forced to re-sign him to a UFA contract into his late 30s, and you've essentially blocked Woll from becoming the starting G even if he outperforms Saros in the future. Otherwise you're selling Saros for pennies on the dollar because he'll have a big contract into his late 30s.

Let me just start off by saying that I know I've lost and there's nothing I can do to change the past. I want to know about how to avoid muggings like this in the future.
That being said here's the story:
Every year I go to my GI for my yearly check in. I have a mild case of Ulcerative colitis. I take lialda which is prescribed by this doctor. Every year the visit includes me getting vitals from the nurse, waiting for 10 minutes for the doc, he asks "how have you been feeling this year? Are the drugs still treating you okay?" I say "pretty good, one or two flair ups but nothing debilitating. Drugs still feel good, no side effects." .... He writes me another prescription, feels my stomach a bit, checks my chest and back with a stethoscope, answers a simple question of mine if I have one, writes me an order for a stool sample and blood work and then we're gone. 10 minutes absolute tops.
I got a bill this year for $100 more with a different billing code than the previous years' checkup. So I inquire and at first the clueless customer service billing department person says it's because I was there for 30 minutes rather than 0-29 minutes. Which I say is horse fucking shit and tell them to recode it. Then I get a call today saying that it's because it was a "MORE complex visit". This lady on the phone wasn't there the day of service but she's saying it's because I got my blood work done ahead of time this year.
My bloodwork every year is fine. When I get it done AFTER the visit all I get is a message from him in the "patient portal" online saying "looks good, see you next year." Since I got it done BEFORE, he charged me for the "analysis" which was the same as every other year except he said "looks good, see you next year" in person. So if I had waited to get the bloodwork done AFTER the visit I would've gotten the same analysis except it would've been for $100 less because he would've sent it via the online portal.
Now if those words are $100 more coming out of his golden lips then so be it. It's fucking highway robbery but welcome to American healthcare. You win this round you fucking prick.
TLDR: What I'm asking is does anybody have experience navigating Summit Medical and avoiding their little unforeseeable ass fuckings like this? How was I to know any of this ahead of time? That's my problem with it. Bonus if you work at Summit and hate them as much as me and want to share some of the insider info.

Let's be honest here, we are not going to get any sort of response from SportsQuack, OneCricket, or SportsBattle or whatever legal entities that they operated under. The best chance any of us have in getting any response, is probably by contacting your state gambling/lottery commission, this link might be useful to finding your individual states contact information. 2024.05.21 22:47 Much-Recognition-426 It’s gotten so bad I can’t even feel my body, i have no connection to it or the environment I’m in at all. It was not this bad a few weeks ago.
I don’t know what is happening to me. I’ve lost all sensation of my body, I can’t feel anything. I was driving and it feels like I’m floating, I don’t even feel bumps in the road. I drive places and it feels like I just appeared there, I don’t remember the drive or how I got there.
I go out into the sunshine and have no idea what time is it, I don’t feel like I’m “here” at all. Things are unrecognizable, and not visually - mentally. It’s like I’ve never been where I am before.
I have no thoughts in my mind at all, just music repeating over and over again. It’s like my thinking brain and inner monologue are gone, and the fear part of my brain is in complete control. The scariest part is, I don’t have any physical anxiety or panic at all, that’s how I can’t understand why this has gotten worse. I haven’t felt any sort of panic in probably a year. I feel so past the point of many people on here - I don’t see very many people saying they have no anxiety, or they can’t feel their body, they feel disoriented and unable to comprehend reality around them. I cannot focus, or get my mind on anything that requires concentration. My mind is blank.
Why is my nervous system doing this? I cannot find any triggers or anything that would make me feel MORE anxious. Nothing in my life has changed. DPDR is destroying my ability to function. Walking around feeling like you have no body, like life isn’t real, like you’re no connected to yourself or the world around you. I try so hard to just live, and I have been for many months, but I continue to feel worse - not better.
I haven’t had health insurance but once it’s active, I’m going to have every test done. This is not normal, my nervous system must be damaged in some way. If you can’t feel your body even when you touch yourself, or it feels like your legs aren’t even attached to anything, there’s something wrong. I don’t even feel myself breathing or my heartbeat. When I used to take deep breaths, I could feel my lungs expanding, now it feels like I can barely take a full deep breath.
The cognitive issues, the memory loss, the complete lack of energy or interest in anything, the lack of an inner self, not recognizing where I am, what time it is, what life even is. I 100% feel dead, I don’t understand how a doctor wouldn’t able to see this on an MRI or scan - I’ve lost all sensations in my body. Is DPDR just cutting off the physical sensations from being read by my brain?? Same with senses, I don’t smell, feel, taste, nothing. Those things still have to be there but my brain isn’t reading the input and connecting it with memories, which is why everything feels so foreign and awful.
I’ve been watching Robin Shindelka’s YouTube channel and she’s so wonderful, calm, collected. She had DPDR and she came out of it. But I don’t see her explaining my symptoms the way I experience them, she still had physical anxiety and feelings. I have none of that. How can you heal from anxiety when you can’t even feel it? You can’t accept or float through something you’re unable to feel. I don’t see anyone describe DPDR the way I do.
I’ve truly never been in such a worse place. Even at my worst DPDR, I could feel anxiety. It didn’t feel like it was happening to me, or my body - but it was there. Anyone living like this would be afraid. It’s not only taken my reality from me, it’s taken myself and my body from me too. I picture someone experiencing this as they are dying, as a way to cope with the pain. But I’m not dying, I’m not being eaten alive, I’m just doing basic things trying to survive. I don’t fight the way I don’t feel anything. I just sit in this hell every single day.
Robin mentions that DPDR happens when you can’t run from your emotions, yourself or your fears. There’s no actual bear, I’m the bear. My mind fears my own emotions, my own self, there’s no trust. (PSA) I want to start off by recommending retroarch for iPad users. Delta is a FANTASTIC app. I highly recommend it. That being said, if you want to play on an iPad in landscape mode, there is only the iOS version of Delta on iPad. The developer is working on the app for iPad, but as of writing this, retroarch scales perfectly.
(PSA) When it comes to cores. On the apple version of this app, all the cores apple has approved are already included in the app. Can’t add or remove any cores like you can on all the other platforms when running retroarch. If a core is not in retroarch on an apple platform, it is not an approved core or is limited by apple restrictions and will not play well. Apple is not allowing JIT. This is a problem for ps2, psp, and GameCube for sure.
(PRO TIP. .7z to .zip) Using the files app, you can unzip a .7z file. Just rename it to .zip and select it. The files app will unzip it. Done. No need for an unzipping app.
(REQUIRED.) Some cores will crash or not boot a rom. I have found this to be mostly related to bios files not being in the app. (To add bios files = Use the files app. Go to on my iphone. Then find the retroarch folder, and select it. Then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch. After that scroll down to the folder named system. Dump all of your bios for all systems into this folder. I would add any bios you can find for the systems you are playing. This will stop the crashing and increase compatibility with games from different regions.) , (To find what bios are missing, open the retroarch app. Go to settings, core, Manage cores, Scroll down to the core you want to use, Select the core. Then scroll down to firmware. Just below that, you will see which bios are optional. Which ones are missing and required. The (!) is just a bullet point.) If you try to load a rom and it still crashes use a different core to launch that game if it is available. It could be a compatibility issue between the core and the rom. Or it could be region locked and you still need another bios file.

3.) (OPTIONAL.) I like to change the user interface. You can do this in two ways. A.) Changing the theme. Go to settings, user interface, appearance, select color theme and then choose your favorite. Mine is material ui dark. A.1) If you want you can also choose another app icon. The setting is the first option under user interface. B.) I like the stock setup, but you can change the entire layout to be different. You can go to settings, drivers, and select menu. The stock option is glui. You can choose the option you like the best in this section.
4.) (OPTIONAL.) I like to change the date and time format at the top to be something I am more used to. Go to settings, user interface, menu item visibility and select “style of date and time” towards the end of the list.
5.) (REQUIRED.) GETTING GAMES IN THE APP. Then we get to importing content. In the iOS version, Retroarch wants the roms to be placed into a folder that is inside of the Retroarch app itself. What I do is take the roms I want to play on Retroarch and move them into the Retroarch app. Here is how I do that. I have a folder already on my iPhone with the roms I want to play on Retroarch. (I store my roms on device. Using the Files app, then on my iphone and save the folder on your phone first. We move it to where it needs to go in the next step.). My folder is named “Retroarch Roms”. It can be really helpful to stay organized. Especially if you also use the Delta and ppsspp apps. I use the files app to locate this folder. Then I select it and move it. Or you could copy it but be mindful of files sizes and storage space. (I put “copy it” in here for a major reason. If you store all your roms in retroarch. And one day you want to delete and reinstall the app…. Bye bye roms. My library is too big to back up to iCloud. But that might be a good option if it works. I have not tested it.). Then move or paste this folder inside of the Retroarch app folder under downloads. (Files app, on my iphone, scroll down to retroarch – select it, then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch, then scroll down to downloads, select it. Your entire folder or multiple folders can go here.) Then hit the playlist menu (middle navigation button.) and select import content. Then scan directory. Click documents/retroarch, scroll down to downloads, then select scan this directory. Then let it do its thing. I like to leave the app open and on screen so the iphone/ipad doesn’t limit background activity. After it is done you can come back to the playlist menu to look through and launch your games. After you have launched a few games, You can go to Home, history and launch your recently played games from there. There is a favorites tab in the playlist section, but I don’t use it personally.
6.) (UPDATES.) I like to make sure a few things are up to date. So, I hit the home menu at the bottom. Go to online updater. Make sure on demand thumbnails is toggled on. (This will add box art on demand as you scroll through your playlist/library.) Then just below that update core files and all the others below it. Update all of them. Then scroll back up to playlist thumbnail updater (This is how you download box art manually for each playlist/library.) and select any system libraries/playlists that are missing album art. If it is your first time, I would just select them all to make sure box art is there when you browse your library. If you want some free to use roms go to content downloader and some homebrew and other roms are in there for each system.
(PSA.2) After you are done changing any settings. Do not just close the app. Make sure you save the configuration file like I mentioned at the start of this post. If not, the settings you changed will be “forgotten” but the roms and album art should still be there. Man, I wish someone told me that before I wasted my life 3 times in a row.
7.) (PS1) Firmware for ps1. To run games correctly you will need firmware for the ps1. PSX rearmed can get you started and playing but the “beetle psx hw” core for ps1 has an upscaling capability. This will make games look tremendously better. Firmware location. After a quick search on the interwebs, you have what you need. (To find what bios are missing, open the retroarch app. Go to settings, core, Manage cores, Scroll down to the core you want to use, Select the core. Then scroll down to firmware. Just below that, you will see which bios are optional. Which ones are missing and which are required. The (!) is just a bullet point.) Use your files app. Go to on my iPhone. Find the Retroarch app folder. Click the folder in there named retroarch. Scroll down to system and dump the bios files there. I can’t say where to get them, but “psx bios” should be easy to find in an archive if you search the googles. Make sure the spelling matches specifically. You can look in settings. Scroll down to directory. And you can scroll through where the app is currently looking for bios and you can change that if you need to. You can also go to settings, select core, manage cores, then scroll to the core you are looking for, then select the core. Scroll down to firmware section and select the “looking in” option to see where it wants the bios. It will tell you if any bios are missing as well. This can apply to any core. Not just ps1 cores.
8.) (SEGA SATURN.). Make sure all the Saturn bios are in the system folder inside the Retroarch folder (Look at the other bullet points on this post to see how. Some games will not launch unless the core has the correct bios. ). Roms. After extracting a rom, it should be a folder full of bin files. Put that whole folder (For each game/rom) in a Saturn roms sub folder. (Make a new folder called “Saturn Roms”.) Using the files app, go to on my iphone, go to the retroarch folder, then the retroarch sub folder. Then scroll down and select downloads. This is where you want to store the Saturn Roms folder. When you import content into retroarch. It will scan the folders and subfolders that have all the bin files. Games will appear as one in the playlist/library.
8.) (FAST VIDEO OR AUDiO) Sync issues. I turned on audio sync and it ran sonic super fast. Other people have had the opposite problem and need to turn it on. The same goes for video sync. The fixes are different depending on the device. Go to settings, video, synchronization, and adjust. You can change the refresh rate in the settings, video, output, vertical refresh rate in this section. This should only be adjusted if you are having issues. Audio sync is under settings, audio, synchronization. It says recommended to turn on. Mine goes crazy if I toggle that on. So I leave it off.
9.) (CORE OPTIONS.) Some systems have multiple cores available. I change them out on the fly by hitting playlist in the navigation menu (Middle option.) Scrolling down to the system I want to play. Then selecting the game, I am looking for. (Do not select run yet.) Then scrolling down and selecting set core association. If you want to use the same core for an entire playlist/library. You can go to settings. Playlists, manage playlists, then select the system you want to set a core for, scroll down to default core, and you can pick the one that works best for your needs.

(PSA) I want to start off by recommending retroarch for iPad users. Delta is a FANTASTIC app. I highly recommend it. That being said, if you want to play on an iPad in landscape mode, there is only the iOS version of Delta on iPad. The developer is working on the app for iPad, but as of writing this, retroarch scales perfectly.
(PSA) When it comes to cores. On the apple version of this app, all the cores apple has approved are already included in the app. Can’t add or remove any cores like you can on all the other platforms when running retroarch. If a core is not in retroarch on an apple platform, it is not an approved core or is limited by apple restrictions and will not play well. Apple is not allowing JIT. This is a problem for ps2, psp, and GameCube for sure.
(PRO TIP. .7z to .zip) Using the files app, you can unzip a .7z file. Just rename it to .zip and select it. The files app will unzip it. Done. No need for an unzipping app.
(REQUIRED.) Some cores will crash or not boot a rom. I have found this to be mostly related to bios files not being in the app. (To add bios files = Use the files app. Go to on my iphone. Then find the retroarch folder, and select it. Then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch. After that scroll down to the folder named system. Dump all of your bios for all systems into this folder. I would add any bios you can find for the systems you are playing. This will stop the crashing and increase compatibility with games from different regions.) , (To find what bios are missing, open the retroarch app. Go to settings, core, Manage cores, Scroll down to the core you want to use, Select the core. Then scroll down to firmware. Just below that, you will see which bios are optional. Which ones are missing and required. The (!) is just a bullet point.) Or it could be region locked and you still need another bios file.

I like the stock setup, but you can change the entire layout to be different. You can go to settings, drivers, and select menu. The stock option is glui. You can choose the option you like the best in this section.
4.) (OPTIONAL.) I like to change the date and time format at the top to be something I am more used to. Go to settings, user interface, menu item visibility and select “style of date and time” towards the end of the list.

2024.05.21 22:44 Fresh_Inspection_107 Car Dealer claiming check got lost on they way to their bank. Can I give the car back?
I applied for a car loan with my bank and got approved. Purchased a new 2024 car from a dealer in Feb with less than 100 miles. Maybe a month and a half later I hadn't received the title or letter from the bank stating how much my monthly payments would be so I called my bank. They told me they sent the check back to the dealer at the end of Feb because it was not endorsed properly on the dealers behalf and missing a signature from one of the two of us on the loan.
I called the Dealer to see if they received the check back and why they hadn't called us. They investigated and of course they have the check back but gave no explanation just asked us to come and sign again, which we did.
Another month and a half later, still nothing. So I call the bank again and ask if they received anything, they haven't. I called the dealer and they investigate and turns out they overnighted the check to their bank but their bank never received it. They are asking me to get another check from my bank and come up there and with it and we do this process over. The car is almost at 5000 miles and is not paid for cause of their mess up, and they did not follow up.
Honestly, I don't even want the car anymore. Can I give them the car back? Technically this is the Dealers screw up and I had to do the dive to figure out what is going here. Hello everyone, this is really weird and could means many thigs, and I was wondering if you are experiencing that, or if you know why that's happens. Let me provide context:
Before (maybe before 5 months ago), I seldom had a dislike (maybe one every 15 videos; and usually after many days. {{Of course, the ones that performs good with 1000s of views and dozends of likes, sometimes has dislikes, about 0 dislikes to 5 dislikes vs 35 likes to 140 likes.}}).
Back to the main focus of this post, I have noticed (Since January or since December) that I get a dislike just a few minutes of uploading, sometimes next day, and most of the times, it goes away after a few minutes, or after a few hours. Or maybe the same bot that dislike the video, removed the dislike?
Another thing. I had 98.8% channel average of likes vs dislikes. When that happened (a dislike everytime I upload a video), the average went to 98.7%. Then up 97.8 for a few days, then back to 98.7%. Now, after 6 monts, it went to 98.6%. The weird thing is that am getting a lot of likes, about 14 likes in the first 24 hours). I checked my old videos and still at 100%. Some of my old videos gets a dislike once. I was wondering maybe although the dislike goes away when that "mysterious person" dislike my new video, maybe it still affecting the channel average?
And finally, another thing. That anonymous person who dislike almost every new upload does not dislike my old videos. So that's why I was wondering that maybe is a bot that dislikes and then undo the dislike. Weird.
Am not complaining, am just curious. Anyone of you is experiencing this? Or anyone of you have a theory? Or the answer? Thanks in advance for contributing to this discussion!
Ps. Oh, also I want to add that sometimes the dislike stays. But most of the time, the dislike goes away.

Before (maybe before 5 months ago), I seldom had a dislike (maybe one every 15 videos; and usually after many days. {{Of course, the ones that performs good with 1000s of views and dozends of likes, sometimes has dislikes, about 0 dislikes to 5 dislikes vs 35 likes to 140 likes.}}).

I'm sorry to be posting this because I've been reading around this community for over a year now and I know how much everyone hates hearing from people that are just anxious. I just needed some where to vent I guess which is beyond selfish of me for doing it here... I'm just hoping somone can see past my selfishness and understand that I'm only asking because I'm coming from a scared place and don't know where else to turn... My issue is hopefully nothing, but long story short is I get these pains in my lower left abdomen ranging from dull ache to quite intense and this has been going on for a while I've always had some what of a weird digestive tract having diahrrea and mucous in my stool all the time and rare blood on the TP (Which I chalk up to a fissure because i tend to feel buring afterwards) to the point where I've been to the doctors for this over 10xs in the past 4 years and most these appointments end with the doctors saying it's nothing or IBS and I finally get a chance to see the gastroenterologist on the 31st of this month after making the appointment 6 months ago and I'm just scared what is going to happen or what I may learn. Some other side notes are a year ago I had a calprotectin test that was negative and two years ago I had a stool blood test that was negative I recently twice had a cyst on my rectum that had to be drained and now it's a obvious fistula and I'm hoping this is the root of the blood that is becoming a little more common and on top of that one time about a month ago I had a really insane pain when trying to evacuate my bowel leading to a lot of blood on stool and TP. I just don't know how to calm down is the real issue because i know there is nothing i can do untill the apointment I'm 26 which I know is young but I have extreme anxiety disorder which is getting worse and worse with this upcoming appointment. I don't know what I even want out of this post because I know with my level of anxiety I could be told by the whole world I'm fine and still would be a worrying mess... Again I'm sorry for even posting and am 100% understanding if it gets deleted or I get trolled I just didn't know who else to talk to...

I am a 41 year old female. I’m 5’3 and 140lbs. No surgical history. Im not on any medication. Baseline HR runs high in the 100’s and my blood pressure runs on the low side. Recent cholesterol tests are all within normal healthy ranges. I’m a registered nurse. I suffer from pretty bad anxiety. My health anxiety has worsened after losing my mother to a sudden heart attack and then needing to be on ECMO and ultimately dying.
Three days ago I woke up with a very stiff neck on my left side and pain in my upper back and shoulder. Again all my left side. Can you see where this is going? Haha it’s made worse by lying on that side and turning my neck to the left and certain movements but it’s always present as a dull ache for the past 3 days.
I know the signs of a heart attack. I know when I would need to go to the hospital. I’m just terrified everything is cardiac related now after losing my mom. I did a fair amount of gardening and yard work and I think that it’s prob a pulled muscle of some sort. I used a heat pack and that seems to help a lot.
I’m consumed with the fear that I’m going to die like my mom. I talk to a therapist about this but it’s still so difficult.
Is this most likely a pulled muscle? I have no other cardiac symptoms (no non typical, “women” heart attack symptoms either) I’m a nurse so I know I cannot be guaranteed that if someone says I’m prob fine that I won’t drop dead tomorrow from heart attack haha but I’m looking for even a shred of reassurance to help me back from my anxiety ledge.
I really appreciate any input.
