I setup a brand new WSUS server running on Win2022, and configured 25 Win2022 and 1 Win2019 Server to use the WSUS via GPO. All servers are new, created from an image from March. In WSUS, for testing purposes, I approved all patches for all computer groups.
All servers are reporting to WSUS, and last report was few hours ago. However, all of them are showing that 100% installed. Within the server, if I do an update, it also says that no updates are available. However, I am sure that all of them are definitely missing the April and May cumulative updates, plus some other stuff like Edge, Defender definitions etc and I can see in WSUS that they are approved and downloaded.
I have done the following:

- Checked the windows update log - no error found. The message says something like "Agent * Found 0 updates and 65 categories in search; evaluated appl. rules of 557 out of 895 deployed entities" (exact number is different)

I've created a Wix site for a client who wants to use their current domain name with the new site. The client's tech guy mentioned the following:
"I would prefer to keep the nameservers/DNS on Microsoft servers as they handle all the logins, Office 365, email, etc. I can point the web traffic to Wix since the other website is also on Wix and works fine. Just let me know the DNS details and when to switch over."
Currently, I only have the default domain provided by Wix and can't supply the necessary DNS details. Do I need to purchase a new domain, connect it to the site, and then provide the DNS settings? Will this ensure that the desired domain name is displayed, rather than the newly purchased one?
I would appreciate any guidance on this, as I'm not very familiar with the process.

I want a bubble graph from Excel that represents the following table: Banana Apple Pear Orange Grape Pineapple Lemon triangle 0 0 1 0 1 0 3 plus 0 0 0 0 0 0 5 circle 4 0 1 1 0 1 0 moon 1 0 1 2 2 0 0 star 2 2 0 1 1 0 0 square 1 0 0 1 1 1 0 heart 1 1 1 0 0 1 0
The idea is that the values for triangle, plus, circle, moon, start, square and heart to be placed on the X-axis for the respective components of Banana Apple Pear Orange Grape Pineapple Lemon. These "fruits" are arbitrary (so are the symbols, but they can both be replaced / captured by a number) but should be presented at different line of the Y-axis (to illustrate all the values of Banana should be at Y=1) and the size of the bubble is given by the number at the intersection of the symbol and the fruit. So for the X-value of "triangle" in the case of Banana the position (when the axes have an interval of 1 starting at 0 and having "triangle" positioned at X=1 and "heart" at X=7) would be X,Y = 1,1 with a bubble size of 0 (so not presented), whereas for the position of "triangle" in the case of component Lemon this data point would be X,Y = 1,7 with a bubble size of 3. How do I generate this in Excel? What I got so far is this (which was done by manually selecting the respective values for the fruits from a table expressing all the different X,Y,Z values and not like the matrix above). It is time intensive, but the bigger problem is that I can't (manually) adjust the X- and Y-axes values to respectively the symbols and fruits: "The data range is too complex to be displayed."

Did I miss something or is not possible at all to generate in Excel this in my opinion relative simple chart? (what I think is weird for such an extensive tool...) I hope it is the first and I would be very grateful if someone can help me with it. Thanks for considering!

Hi all, I've inherited a problem from a previous admin and have got so far, but got myself lost in the process. It looks like we have downloaded the Kaspersky anti-virus protection status.amp and created a Custom Service. Within a dashboard I've created I've selected the custom service and the group of servers I want to monitor. All good on that front. Half the servers return a status good or error based on whether the application is running or days since last scan or database update. That is as intended. The other half return a misconfigured status '201 cannot convert value "" to type "System.version".' When comparing the devices it looks like the ones reporting correctly are running Kaspersky Security for Windows Server, those with the error are running Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (most are on version 12.4). When asking fellow team members about installing the server version across the estate I've been advised the server version is being discontinued so we need be moving those servers over to the KES version rather than vice versa. Looking at the error it looks like the service is looking at a location for the version number, but where that is defined within the service/script is beyond my knowledge at this point in time. Has anyone else experienced this error or successfully created a Service that can monitor KES 12.4 status? e.g. virus definition dates, last scan etc.

I recently purchased a Champion 4500W dual fuel inverter generator, intending for now to only use it to run a couple extensions cords to plug in my fridge and a chest freezer in case of a power outage. After reading the manual, I got very confused about floating neutral vs bonded (my model is the latter), as well as the need for a grounding rod.
I’ve since spent probably a couple hours researching, watching videos, and communicating with Champion to understand what I need to do to safely use the generator in the manner I intend to.
Long story short, at this point I’m trying to understand the actual scenario(s) that would pose a risk when using it as described above. It seems like either a bonding plug or having an electrician bond the neutral and ground would be the safest option. But I don’t really know what the risks are in leaving the neutral floating. Especially since Champion stated in an email that their generators are safe to use out of the box.
Any help would be much appreciated!

I posted this in the Kindle sub and received no response, so I'm thinking maybe my question is more relevant here.
I'm an avid reader of nonfiction books that I use for research, teaching, personal development, and leading an organization. I've had every generation of Kindle since the very first one (currently own both a Paperwhite and a Scribe). There is absolutely nothing as convenient as a Kindle when it comes to the convenience of reading. However, I struggle to replicate my system of marginalia and therefore struggle with how to best use Kindle for nonfiction even after all these years of use. This results in a love/hate relationship, as well as numerous attempts to start a book in Kindle only to wind up buying the physical copy a day or two later.
Let me give an example. In a physical book, I typically follow the author's structure by using a pen to put brackets around a sentence like, "Here are three outcomes...." And then I circle the words, "First," "Second," "Third," in the following paragraphs. This allows me to easily flip back later and see structure or the flow of a concept or argument. If the structure follows numerous section headings over multiple pages, I will simply write numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.) next to the section heading so that I can easily see the structure when flipping through the book later. I also like use other symbols such as a star or exclamation points in the margin, and sometimes I draw a line down the page next to a paragraph in order to indicate the whole paragraph is important without underlining every sentence, which allows me to then save underlining for the most important sentences that I want to stick out.
After all these years, I've struggled to really replicate this in a Kindle book. I thought maybe the Scribe would fix this issue, but it provides very little real world value to me in terms of annotation and note taking. It is just as easy to make a note on the keyboard. The Kindle app allows for change of color in highlights as well as for putting a star next to certain highlights (a feature that STILL doesn't exist on the Kindle devices after all these years!). I also am familiar with using Readwise and making heading notes (.h1, .h2, etc.). That is useful to an extent, but still not great.
Maybe I'm asking to much of an ereadeebook. However, I'm also sure it could just be me. I know there are many people here who read lots of nonfiction and likely made a transition at some point from physical books to ereaders and had to adapt in the same way. I value your experience and would appreciate any advice you could give, or insight into your own system for marginalia. Thanks in advance!

Hi, my name is Juan, I'm from Colombia and I been having a very huge problem with my xbox series s since a couple of days. There was a storm with lightnings in the place where I live and for a few seconds there was a black out, so I disconnected my TV and the console and after the storm ended I turned on the console again but it took a very long time to start and when the homepage finally appeared it said that it was not connected to the xbox network and It seemed pretty weird to me, beacause the console was already wired connected so I thought it was a problem with my wi-fi router so I disconnected the router for about 5 minutes and also I restarted the console, but the problem remained the same, and I just realized that it couldn't be a wi-fi problem beacuse my laptop was working perfectly with the same LAN cable that I was using in the xbox, the funny thing is that I also tried a wireless connection but it kept saying that the console was NAT connected and that I had to disconnect the wire, even when it was ALREADY DISCONNECTED, so basically I was not having any internet connection at all, so I decided to reset the console to factory settings (and went just worse) first I tried to reset and keep my games and apps, then mid process the screen displayed a message saying checking for updates but after that a message saying error code 0x8B050084 0x00000000 0x00000201, and I really tried it all to solve this but none of my efforts worked, at that point I only had three options to try, "try again", "check network" and "turn off console", if I press on "try again" the same error code displays again, if I press on "check network" it ask me to check wired or wireless connection and when I press wired it says it's all good and the console it's wired connected even when the LAN Cable it's unplugged, which is a big problem, so I tried to check the wireless connection and it didn't show me my wireless network not even wireless networks nearby, the only thing displaying it's "Add wireless network" so when I press it, it says Specify SSID and at this point it's not even a surprise that when I put my SSID it didn't work at all, saying that my security protocol won't work, I even tried typing the SSID's from my neighbors and also none of them worked, so I'm stuck in the factory settings mode and the only possible solution that I found in the internet was doing an offline update through a flash drive, so I reset my pendrive to NTFS format and I downloaded the OSU1 file from the xbox webpage and I just copied the "$Systemupdate" file to the USB, then I get to the xbox troubleshooting menu and I inserted the pendrive to perform an "offline system update". I really thought that this method was going to be effective but when the update process was at about 80% the console just stopped the update and started to display "checking for updates" again just to end up showing the same error code 0x8B050084 0x00000000 0x00000201 AGAIN. I was so confused beacuse what is the point of doing an offline system update if it is going to check out the network connectivity anyway, I've tried to perform the offline system update three times but the result was same, so at this point my series s won't start at all and I really don't know what to do.

I've created a Wix site for a client who wants to use their current domain name with the new site. The client's tech guy mentioned the following:
"I would prefer to keep the nameservers/DNS on Microsoft servers as they handle all the logins, Office 365, email, etc. I can point the web traffic to Wix since the other website is also on Wix and works fine. Just let me know the DNS details and when to switch over."
Currently, I only have the default domain provided by Wix and can't supply the necessary DNS details. Do I need to purchase a new domain, connect it to the site, and then provide the DNS settings? Will this ensure that the desired domain name is displayed, rather than the newly purchased one?
I would appreciate any guidance on this, as I'm not very familiar with the process.

- I see on my pause menu a code, I realize its a 'enter your code to play this level again' code. But where do I actually enter this code to replay the level?
- Why does the tear rate cap at 5? And if it does, is extra tear rate literally pointless?
- How are 'tiers' decided? Like who decided 'The D6' is Q4 and Cursed Eye is T0? The Mod Maker? Edmund? The wiki?
- Do some mods prevent progression/achievements? Like mods that are deemed OP or completely change the game i.e you are now a car - vroom.
- Are any achievements locked behind co-op? Do I need to at some point, play with someone locally in multiplayer?
- How do I unlock tainted characters?
- Why does the Greed Slot Machine get blocked after just a few coin inserts? Like sometimes I can't even insert 15 coins.
- Is it better to play on controller vs keyboard? I been using Controller (dpad + XYAB xbox default) but I wonder if kb or analog is superior? I am getting to the point where I am sucking a lot unless I get really OP items.
- Where does the 'Chaos Deniers in Shambles' meme come from? I see it a lot, and its funny, that and 50/50 it either happens or it doesn't. But I found some posts here from 2 years ago, and it was a thing even then. So where did it originate from?

I'm currently working on a project where the user looks at an iPad, their picture is taken as they read a few sentences. This then generates your face and voice to be added to a video such as a movie scene.
Looking for examples of this only give me the opposite, where people can use the actor's voice to say anything they want.
If I want my face and voice to be the main character in a movie, this would be the best way to go.
Unfortunately, I can't find any video examples of this. Could a fellow friend point my towards the right direction?

Ok. So in a nutshell, my ex bought my oldest (13 yo) a phone. It’s been 2 years now & it’s been a nightmare. He has told them that they don’t have to let me look at or control any aspect of the phone. (To be clear, I have no interest snooping through my kid’s phone. I just want to add screen time limits & safety restrictions.) The way it is currently set up, they can watch porn, download 17+ apps, & there are no time limits on anything.
This child is ADHD & I’m an adult with late diagnosed autism, so this element of my child’s life is one that I consider greatly. I don’t think they should be coming to my house from their dads with 13+ hours logged on chat rooms, internet, YouTube, TikTok and Roblox. I have attempted to help my oldest set healthy boundaries themself, but my ex has convinced them that I’m being paranoid, controlling & that I have no right. After two of their friends called me the other day & told me that my kid might be corresponding with a grown man, (my actual worst fear) I set a hard boundary with my ex. I said, “Every week (kid) comes to my house with a phone that I don’t have access to, I am going to confiscate it & you’ll need to collect it from me to get it back. This is not about (kid) refusing to give me access, this is about you refusing to give me access or set reasonable restrictions on the phone. Until you supply me access to the phone, (kid) will not be allowed to use it here.”
I was met with….”It’s glaringly obvious by the stories (kid) tells me that whatever info you read is lacking because as someone who has experienced an ADHD life I’m telling you my opinion is you’re off on this. (Kid) is smart. They figures out my passwords. That’s how they get around it. They sometimes falls asleep playing a game or something. My point, life happens. You can get over it in your way and also figure out your own problems. You do not need a password to regulate your home. You need to stop blaming me for your lack in relationship to (kid) and stop putting your fears rational or not, on me. (Kid) will be leaving their phone here from now on. It is no longer your concern, as my computer, and the rest of my property and how they use any of it is. Thank you so much for your understanding. I wish you the best in your parenting, but if I were (kid) you’d be a weekend parent in a heart beat. When I hear from (kid), who heard from (friend), who heard from their parents. IMO you're like the Bear Grylls of wild goose hunting—if there were a survival show for chasing wild geese, you'd be the star, navigating through the wild with nothing but sheer determination and a honking good attitude.”
That’s about how well any dialogue I try to engage in goes. I just feel so stuck & at a loss. I just don’t think an 11-13 yo should have unlimited access to a phone. I hate knowing that they are spending whole days and hours into the morning on a phone that I literally can’t do a thing about, & apparently that makes me an asshole.
