Hello projectors
I purchased a phone from Best Buy for a family member and lucked into $55 in rewards. My idea was to grab a "budget friendly" projector to setup outside. My plan was to use an HDMI port for a Google TV Chromecast and pair with some Polk speakers I have connected to a Fosi BT20A Pro amp (bluetooth or RCA inputs). Initially, I looked at so many various models (Epson, BenQ, Nebula, Optoma, XGIMI, etc) but I am limited to what Best Buy offers if I want to take advantage of the $55 reward.
I landed on the Epson CO-W01 over the CO-FH02 because in my mindset I didn't need to spend the extra money for smart features if I was just going to use a Google TV Chromecast. I purchased and then randomly read a review that there is no bluetooth connection on the CO-W01. Does anyone have a workaround that does not involve an HDMI Audio Splitter?
Should I return the CO-W01 in favor for a better projector and if so, does someone have recommendations? I don't believe the internal speaker on the CO-W01 is going to good outdoors but maybe I'm wrong.
Although its double the cost I was looking at the BenQ TH685P but now that is sold out. :(
Any other Best Buy projectors I should consider?

This game has a lot of great aspects and some things that could definitely be improved. I am hopeful that the devs will continue to listen and improve some things. I haven’t seen a collective list of issues and thoughts on how to fix them. Let’s list some problems and try to offer reasonable solutions. I am not a believer in nerfs for the most part, but sometimes buffing everyone to be in line with overpowered heroes takes time and resources. Feel free to give your ideas, opinions, problems, and solutions and I will try to update this. We probably won’t all agree on everything.
Eironn is meta defining with his opening skill. - Buff other units to be able to compete - Add new heroes with countering mechanics - Add an artifact that gives 2 rearmost allies immunity to first ability
Thoran has the most survivability and dmg potential. - Granny would be a good alternative with her healing and CC if Odie could not shred her in seconds and execute. Add +15 ex skill to be immune to execution. - Change ult to a dot that does the dmg over a few seconds instead of a burst that nothing can survive. (Potentially too strong of a nerf).
Rewards aren’t great. - Increase rewards for honor duel, arcane lab, etc.
Honor Duel - Improve rewards - Change matching system so that you fight against a relatively equal team. Don’t match a 2-win team with a 2-loss team early on. - Remove heroes from pool once they are mythic
Gold becomes scarce later in the game and with new seasons. - Reduce cost of equipment and artifact upgrades. - Increase gold rewards. - Allow us to sell old gear instead of converting it all into materials.
New Season Equipment starts at 0. - I don’t have an issue with this, but it needs to be explained so people understand it.
Lack of Yellow Temporal Essences. - Increase yellow temporal essence rewards. - Allow us to convert blues to yellows or break down reds to yellows at a ratio that makes sense.
Content and Equipment is Resonance Gated - I understand that the devs want to control our pacing, but a hard stop isn’t the way. Gate it based on difficulty curve. - Equipment chests are similarly gated so lift the restriction or tie that level of equipment to more appropriately challenging content.

I feel like people get too obsessed with "working smarter, not harder" and will refuse to complete tasks which they feel are "too inefficient" to do, and then don't offer an alternative themselves, even if it's at the request of a client who provides revenue for the company and therefore pays their wages. Not to mention they hesitate and refuse to move on things because they are "too inefficient," yet they have no actual influence in their position on budgeting or prioritization.
I deal with data a lot at work, and I feel like sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get people to assist with tasks where they are the only people who have access to the data, and yet they won't grant access because they deem the request unnecessary and don't want to put in the two hours of work (or less) to complete it themselves.
In the same vein, people seem to have an attitude as though they are incapable of using the computer keyboard and copying over data manually. They act like it's some huge cost and burden for them to originate it or transfer it over from some other source if they can't migrate it all at once with some script, tool, or shortcut. They act like the world is going to end if they have to type or copy and paste it. Sometimes it's literally 3-5 steps manipulating data by formatting, joining and exporting a new table. It's not difficult, nor time-consuming.
Also, being obsessed with "smarter, not harder" may lead you to spend X hours trying to find a shortcut, when you could have started doing it manually immediately and been done in almost the same amount of time.
Some people blame it on generational deficiencies, but I won't bother doing that here. I'll just attribute it to laziness of the individual, because that's the impression I get every time this comes up.

So I've increasingly noticed quite a few people at my work are signing into their (personal!) google accounts to sync passwords/bookmarks settings etc. I see this is a pretty large security issue, especially for users that are PA's for C level employees. ie - if they leave and they are logged into all the accounts they look after for those employees, what a nightmare.
While i am looking at implementing a password manager for a few of these employees (with sso), due to cost we cant do a sso password manager for all.
For the rest of the company id like to see if there's a way to actually use the google account feature (hopefully free or low cost) for our domain. something like this
1-Can i somehow setup security controls for our domain so anyone who creates a google accounts "@thecompanyiworkfor.com" - i can control/disable when they leave of user accounts?
2- as above but with sso with azure? (hopefully free, or low cost)
I'm looking at setting a GP for chrome so users can only login with our domain based account addresses and disable logging into anything else, i dont want users walking away with logged in accounts in thier google account, - could just set this up now and tell people to make google accounts for thier work address, but i want to get it right from the start.
Would love to hear suggestions on how other people handle this.

My wife and I are moving to a more rural location, where there is a small but not zero chance of occasional power outages
We will have gas for heating and cooking, as well as a woodburner. Torches, candles etc for emergency light. Decent cooler available, no need to power fridge/microwave.
We are both remote workers so really all we need is something to keep 2 low spec work laptops and an internet router operational for let's say 2 working days (so 16 hours). We have separate small power banks for phones.
The laptops both run from 65W chargers and have reasonable batteries in their own right, i.e. could dim the screen and throttle the performance and run the laptops for say 4+ hours off the laptop battery. Plan would be to use the power pack to charge the laptops and then run the laptops off the laptop battery.
My question is - is something like the River 2 Pro enough? Capacity 768 watt hours... how does that actually translate into hours of laptop charging and router operation? Do we need more capacity?
Also considering small propane generators etc. as an alternative.
Also also, sorry if this is a gumby question.

Zonia Project Update
Going forward the Company will be focusing its efforts on the Zonia Project ("Zonia") as our flagship asset, with the aim of working to advance Zonia to a bankable feasibility study and then proceeding into construction and production.
Given the current global copper supply deficit, management's belief is that the short-term solution to the copper supply crisis will come from smaller more efficient copper operations, which are cheaper to build and have less environmental impacts. Recent events in the sector have shown that major mining companies are hesitating to take on very large-scale, high capital intensity projects by looking for partners to share the risk and costs, or by targeting smaller assets and innovative or conventional leaching technologies.
Zonia fits into these new copper market dynamics perfectly offering a viable smaller scale and lower cost operation that can be permitted and constructed in half the time required on average to develop new larger concentrate mines. Being a past producer, Zonia's mineralization is pre-stripped resulting in a 1:1 strip ratio for our new operations, and it has power and water on site.
We recently announced the formation of a Technical Advisory Committee that will play a lead role in the proposed development and construction of the Zonia mining operation. Derek White and Joe Philips have joined us as advisors at World Copper. Derek is an industry leader in the copper sector having developed and built several copper mines. As the former CEO of KGHM International he built the Sierra Gorda mine in Chile and the Carlota mine in Arizona. Most recently he completed construction of the Premier Gold mine in BC. He is a consummate mine builder. Derek will guide the World Copper team in taking Zonia down the path to production. Joe Philips brings a wealth of mine building experience having lead construction on 14 mining operations in 11 different counties. His upgrading and expansion of the SX-EW plant for Tres Valles in Chile will be of particular importance to our Zonia development process.
Our seasoned team are looking to put the asset into production within 3 to 5 years and at a quarter of the costs of conventional concentrate operations. Zonia is uniquely positioned with a strategic location in Arizona allowing it to supply the domestic US refined copper market, which is currently in dire need for US-manufactured cathodes, Zonia has the potential to become a net-zero facility benefiting from low energy consumption, favorable energy mix and emission compensation returns.
World Copper has adopted a two-phase plan to move the Zonia project down the production track. Phase one would target only the portion of the project located on private land. Phase two will target copper mineralization located on non-private land so that it could be permitted for future inclusion into the anticipated mine plan. To satisfy the parameters of a bankable feasibility study Phase one will move to convert a major portion of the inferred resources in from the PEA to indicated resources. This will most likely entail an infill drilling campaign. Other Phase one programs will include environmental studies, land and water use permits, metallurgical studies, mine planning, engineering, financing modelling and construction planning.
Phase two programs will comprise primarily of permitting the BLM land (non-private) that surrounds the Zonia private land, environmental studies, and some exploration drilling. Our BLM lands are 3 times the size of our private land package and have the potential to increase our copper resource exponentially. These phase two programs will be initiated in parallel with the phase one activity as the timeline to receiving exploration and mining permits for these areas are longer.
Zonia's historical preliminary economic assessment (PEA) in 2018 concluded that the economics of the project are excellent and gives World Copper the assurance to advance the project through feasibility. The historical PEA outlines an open-pit, copper-oxide heap leach project with a 9-year mine life and favourable economics. The base case uses a $2.00/lb designed pit shell with a grade cutoff of 0.17% total copper. The PEA was prepared by Global Resource Engineering Ltd. ("GRE") of Denver, Colorado, in accordance with the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) NI 43-101. GRE reported on the scoping-level capital and operating costs, and project economics associated with the potential development of the Zonia copper oxide project. The full report entitled "Preliminary Economic Assessment, NI 43-101 Technical Report Zonia Copper Project Yavapai County, Arizona, USA" with an Effective Date of March 22, 2018, and an Issue Date of April 17, 2018, is available on SEDAR+ or can be downloaded using this link.
The preliminary economic assessment is preliminary in nature and includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves; there is no certainty that the preliminary economic assessment will be realized.
The updated mineral resource estimate for Zonia (see news release dated February 23, 2023), includes 75.7 million short tons grading 0.30% total-copper (Indicated Resources) containing 450.5 million pounds of copper and 122.0 million short tons grading 0.24% total-copper (Inferred Resources) containing 575.4 million pounds of copper, which is a significant expansion of the historical resource estimate.
Further information on Zonia's updated resource estimated can be found in the technical report entitled "National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report: Updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the Zonia Copper Project Yavapai County, Arizona USA" dated December 20, 2022 and dated effective September 1, 2022. Mineral Resources are not Mineral Reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. Inferred Mineral Resources are that part of the Mineral Resource for which quantity and grade, or quality, are estimated based on limited geologic evidence and sampling, which is sufficient to imply but not verify grade or quality continuity. Inferred Mineral Resources may not be converted to Mineral Reserves. It is reasonably expected, though not guaranteed, that the majority of Inferred Mineral Resources could be upgraded to Indicated Mineral Resources with continued exploration.
The Company is also currently reviewing additional assets in the United States. The United States has declared copper a critical metal, and it is a consistently mining friendly jurisdiction. 4 US states were listed in the top 10 most attractive jurisdictions globally by Fraser Institute (that included Arizona with rank #7). Both the Department of Energy and the Department of defence have created funding programs for copper and other critical metals. By shifting focus to US copper markets World Copper will have a new captive and supportive potential pool of interest.
Escalones Project Update
Escalones remains the largest undeveloped copper oxide deposit in Chile and is one of the most desirable copper projects in the sector. Further drilling at Escalones is needed in order to advance the project, and this drilling will also assist in de-risking Escalones. The Company is currently in discussions with the Chilean authorities for drilling permits and to better understand the next steps in formalizing the directives under the new sanctuary of nature established by presidential decree (see news release dated January 23, 2024).
Loan Extension
The Company has also, subject to TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") acceptance, entered into a loan extension agreement (the "Extension Agreement") made as of May 18, 2024 with E.L. II Properties Trust (the "Lender") for loans assumed by World Copper in connection with the merger with Cardero Resource Corp. by plan of arrangement in January 2022 in the aggregate amount of CAD $1,958,019.88 (based on a CAD - USD exchange rate of 1.3570 as of February 29, 2024) (the "Loans"). Pursuant to the Extension Agreement, the Loans will bear interest at a rate of 8% per annum compounded quarterly, and the due dates for the Loans will be extended by two years.
The Company has agreed to issue the Lender in aggregate 6,419,737 non-transferable bonus common share purchase warrants (each, a "Bonus Warrant"), each exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of CAD $0.305 per share for a period of two years, subject to acceptance by the TSXV. All securities issued pursuant to the Loans will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day in Canada from the date of issuance.
As the Lender is a trust owned and controlled by Robert Kopple, who is a director of the Company, the transaction constitutes a related party transaction pursuant to Multilateral Instrument 61 101 - Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions ("MI 61-101"). The Company is relying on Sections 5.5(a) and 5.7(1)(a) of MI 61-101 for an exemption from the formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements, respectively, of MI 61-101, as, at the time the Extension Agreement was entered into by the Company with the Lender, neither the fair market value of the subject matter of, nor the fair market value of the transaction exceeded 25% of the Company's market capitalization.
Strategic Marketing Agreement
The Company also announces that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, it has entered into an consulting agreement with Upcountry Strategy Ltd. ("Upcountry") of Cobble Hill, BC, whereby Upcountry will provide advice to the Company's board of directors and senior management on public company administration, the development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the Company and the review of potential strategic opportunities. The term of the agreement with Upcountry is for six months, effective May 2, 2024, and may be terminated at any time, by either party, with 30 days written notice. Upcountry will receive a consulting fee of USD$600,000 to be paid over 90 days. 2024.05.21 23:50 LaLiLuLeLo_0 Everdrive GB X7: Finding compatible Micro SD cards

I noticed that key details for setting up a Micro SD card for the Everdrive GB X7 were scattered all over so I wanted to summarize them in one place. This post also has more info on finding low-power Micro SD cards beyond just "pick a small size from a good brand".

Error F6: FAT Error

Usually indicates that either (1) the Micro SD card draws too much power, or (2) the Micro SD card is formatted with a GPT partition table when it must be MBR.

Finding low-power Micro SD cards

TL;DR, look for SD cards specifically labeled MLC or SLC.
Flash memory works by storing different voltage levels in flash "cells". Older chips would use "SLC" (Single Level Cell) tech, storing 1 bit per cell. Later came "MLC" (Multi Level Cell), which stores 2 bits per cell. Most newer Micro SD cards use QLC, or 4 bits per cell.
Storing more bits per cell has the benefit of making larger, cheaper storage, but at the cost of reliability and higher power draw. This page goes into more detail as it pertains to aerospace, but the same tradeoffs apply here.
So, to find a lower-power SD card, you should specifically look for MLC or SLC cards. Expect MLC to cost 3-4x more per GB vs what you'd pay for a typical Micro SD card, which will be QLC. I just recently got an 8 GB "SanDisk Industrial MLC" card for $10 and 16 GB MLC card for $14 and confirmed they both read/write without issue, while a different 16 GB SanDisk card that was not specifically labeled MLC does not work.

Using the right partition table (MBR)

Like the heading says, if you use a partition table, it must be MBR and not GPT.
I side-stepped this by not using a partition table at all, and just writing the FAT filesystem directly to the sd card itself, rather than in a partition. I've seen some people have issues with partition tables "automatically" converting to GPT. No partition table = nothing to accidentally convert.
On Linux, to make the filesystem, I ran
sudo mkfs.fat -I -F 32 /dev/sdd -n 'EverdriveGB'
Notice that I specified sdd and NOT sdd1, because I'm not using any partitions at all. You can find the right device on your system with lsblk.

Star Trek TOS was the first show ever extended because of a letter writing campaign. NBC and Desilu executives were impressed enough by the campaign to extend the show one more season.
At the time, determining television ratings was a young science. Shows were only rated by percent of total viewers. Demographics were not taken into account. Only a few years later, NBC executives realized that Star Trek was actually a big hit. It attracted young, middle class Americans… one of the most sought after markets in the world. Ever since then, Star Trek has had a symbiotic but complicated relationship with fans and networks.
Recent background
Unlike TV ratings in the 1960s, streaming services know quite a bit about viewership. They know which shows are popular and the demographics of those viewers. They know exactly how much money each show is bringing in. Apparently, Star Trek isn't doing well enough to attract their investment dollars.
Paramount is in the midst of serious financial difficulties. Their stock has declined by 50% in the last year. Their streaming service, Paramount+, lost $490 million last year, which was an improvement over the previous year when they lost about $575 million. All of Paramount's revenue streams are down, they're over leveraged, and they have a cash flow problem. We wish they weren't cutting back on Star Trek, but tough decisions have to be made.
Executives presumably already knew that there would be campaigns to save Lower Decks and create Legacy. They've already taken that into account. Unless a campaign is overwhelming, it's unlikely to change their minds.
The plan
It's important to understand that this plan is based on profit, not fandom. While there is certainly a place in the world of commerce for doing something because it's cool, profit is the engine that drives business.
I propose here a plan in which a group of investors form a company devoted to investing in Star Trek. This plan would reduce Paramount's risk while leveraging the popularity of Star Trek. As business ventures go, the plan would be relatively low risk because it only moves forward if certain contracts could be arranged. However, even with contracts signed, it would take a significant investment to get the cameras rolling.
First, let's look at some numbers. I'm working from memory here, but I think these numbers are close enough for an overview of the situation.
It costs about $3 million to produce an episode of Lower Decks. It costs about $8 million for an episode of Discovery, so Legacy would probably cost around the same amount. For the purposes of this discussion, we'll only look at Lower Decks. The same principles would apply to Legacy on a larger scale. A ten episode season of Lower Decks would therefore cost around $30 million. Hollywood accounting can get tricky… an expense item can get allocated among multiple projects that might not seem related. Therefore, a per-episode estimate is fuzzy and doesn't necessarily extrapolate into a season-long budget. We'll go with a season budget of $30 million here. Reality will adjust those numbers as necessary.
In terms of corporate structure, there are two Paramount divisions involved in producing Lower Decks: Paramount Studios and Paramount+. This plan drops Paramount+ out of the equation, instead relying on other streaming services like Netflix.
So let's get to the actual plan.
A group of investors would form a company called Cerritos Enterprises. Those investors would probably be Star Trek fans… the tech world is filled with Trekkies. However, remember that this is a profit making endeavor, so fanship isn't a requirement.
Cerritos Enterprises wouldn't initially need to raise a huge amount of money (as startups go). $1 million would probably be a good start, enough to show that the company is a real, established startup that's ready to do business. They would need to provide evidence that they can raise more funds if the deal goes forward. That makes it relatively low risk because more money isn't invested until there are signed contracts. (I'm going to stop saying "relatively" every time I say "low risk". Just assume the risk is always relative to the general risk of any business startup.)
Having established credibility, Cerritos Enterprises makes proposals to two companies: Paramount and a streaming service, say Netflix.
To Paramount, they propose hiring Paramount Studios to produce Lower Decks. That would appeal to Paramount because it would be low risk: they don't have to proceed until they have at least some cash in hand.
To Netflix they propose that Netflix would carry the show. Netflix would be the biggest risk taker: they can't know for sure how popular the show would be on their platform. However, Netflix is in a good position to take risks. They made $5.4 billion profit last year, up from the previous year. In fact, they have been consistently profitable every year since 2011. The proposals involve sharing expenses. Each player would contribute money. For example, Cerritos Enterprises would kick in $10 million, as would Paramount and Netflix. Paramount's investment would be in-kind… they produce the show with the knowledge that Netflix is already ready to buy. Netflix would need to kick in some money before delivery to get production going.
Allocating profits would get complicated. Paramount might want more than just payment for producing the show; they would want revenue based on the popularity of the show. Netflix might not be satisfied with just adding a great show to their platform: they might want a share of merchandising or of future expansion of the franchise. All of that would have to be worked out.
If we go with these numbers, Cerritos Enterprises would need to pony up about $10 million. To give some perspective, $25 million is considered the sweet spot for first round investment in a tech startup. Most startups fail, so an investment of $10 million in a low risk venture wouldn't phase the world of investors. It has a better promise of profit at a lower investment than most startups.
In terms of who would put up the money, we can generally divide investors into two categories: macroinvestors and microinvestors.
Macroinvestors are the peoplecompanies that put up millions of dollars for a venture. They're often called "angel investors'' because they put money into projects that most people wouldn't view as promising. Angel investors would form the bulk of investment.
I would love to see the project include Star Trek fans (like me) as microinvestors. However, that might be difficult or impossible. Securities and Exchange Commission regulations make it difficult for small investors to get in on startups. (Personal note: this is a situation that I think should change. Little guys like me should be able to get in on the action.) You can't just crowdfund a project by selling equity. That being said, fans could be a promising source of money. Trekkies probably skew towards higher incomes, and they're passionate about the franchise they love. I'm sure quite a few fans (like me) would make small investments just for the sheer excitement of getting involved in Star Trek. If for no other reason, I would like to see Cerritos Enterprises include microinvestors so the fan base could have more say in the future of our franchise. A company like MicroVentures (https://microventures.com/) might be able to help implement microinvestment.
Cerritos Enterprises would benefit from having a Star Trek star on the board of directors. Jonathan Frakes would be a good choice. Not only is he beloved by the Star Trek community, he's an experienced director and producer. He knows the business. He could attract Trekkie investors, then he could talk business with them. George Takei is also an experienced entertainment producer. There are probably other business savvy stars who could get involved.
Conclusion
Entertainment industry professionals will undoubtedly find flaws in this plan. That's a good thing: it helps make the plan better. However, Hollywood is like any other industry: money talks. A pile of cash on the table will get their attention.
This is an ambitious plan, but Trekkies are an innovative group. Making things happen is what we do.

Do you think shifters conserve mass between forms?
The physics of MoL is far more believable than most fantasy, and I love it for that, so I was thinking about how mass conversion could work with shifters.
The Problem:
If you don't conserve mass, then you can easily generate unlimited energy. Imagine a water wheel or some type of rotating turbine. A shifter sits on it, and when they're at the bottom, they shift into a small cat or bird, barely affecting the wheel. When they reach the top, they shift into a fat dude, causing the wheel to speed up. Bam, perpetual energy.
Solutions:
You can say that shifters must use mana and put energy into the shift that is equivalent to what they get out of the mass change. This has the problem that the amount of energy is not constant. You can theoretically make the wheel as large as you want, kilometres high, generating enormous amounts of energy per shift.
Therefore, for this option to work, the mana required to shift would either:
One alternate idea is transmutation, or a transfer of mass. Perhaps if there's a difference in mass between forms, the mass is actually added/removed from the environment. AiDirt/Rock etc. It could be pulled in by the magic of shifting, and converted to the required mass to make up the new form. This still would require a lot of mana, because I can't imagine pulling in and converting mass to be cheap.
Another option is that mass is always conserved. This is how I initially imagined it with wolves and whatnot, but I'm not sure how it would work for cats and birds. Perhaps shifting into a bird makes a bird that is as heavy as a human? With dense matter? But then how then can it fly? Or, maybe cats and birds in MoL are a lot larger than on Earth. Maybe when he talks about cat shifters they are actually big ass pumas or something, and mass is indeed conserved? :)
Curious to hear other thoughts. And yes, I know it's ultimately 'magic', but it's fun to try to make it believable.

Extremely long story as to answer many why’s. So I will skip the details, just base on what I type with 0 emotion what would you do.
Own a home with a very low interest rate 2.3% balance is under $210k payment is $1,300 including escrow. It’s currently rented out since I moved for a job. I’m currently renting. I’m a mom of two kids, and our household income is about $210k. I have some debt (I was unemployed 2 years due to illness. Cashed out 401k and survived debt) current debt is $21k (had close to $60k paid it off in 6 months selling stuff). My work is ok but it’s grand funded and it expected to close by 2026.
Should I buy at 8% interest rate once all debt is paid for? And have a mortgage nearly at 550k, no savings and no 401k.
Or
Move back to my old house. Lower my income to a remote job at $130k- I will have to have kids in private School at $1200 a month. Probably be able to save some and invest.
Cons of going back is lack of job security given that the highest paid jobs there for Sr. Positions are around $80k and you have to be friend with the Person making the hiring decisions. Pro: lower cost of living, mom is closer to me to help on some instances. Cons of staying high mortgage and lack of flexibility. Pro: could get a higher paying job but not sure more than what I’m now. It’s pretty much cap for me. Unless I go back to get my law degree and I can’t afford it now.
Also while kids will have free education at the higher cost of living area, aftercare for one is $700 a month (and I only use it 2 times a week) our nanny min rate is $20 an hour (I have to use her for late nights and such I have 0 family here) and the youngest is at daycare/preschool for 2 more years at $1,450
The house I have is not in a markable area. If we sold I could maybe make $20,000 after all fees. My “profit” right now monthly on this rental is $1,000

I have an older phone and don't feel like buying a new phone just for a 2 week European trip. My carrier is a low cost one only for the US. So that means I need a physical sim card.
My phone is not able to use an eSim.
The countries I'll be visiting on the cruise are the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway and Iceland. I'm leaning towards Orange, but some of their reviews are poor.
Does anyone have any recommendations from experience with the companies and physical sims?

Hyzen scoffs and turns off his radio intercepter that scans the dark web for Pathogen activity. It appears they now advertise in plain sight. That takes balls. Hyzen gets up from the couch and makes his way into the kitchen.
“I know you're there,” Hyzen says to no one. He opens the refrigerator and peers inside. “Come on out,” he adds, nonchalantly sticking his hand inside to grab water.
There's silence. But Hyzen hears footsteps. The barely audible sound of bare feet hitting the hardwood floor.
Hyzen turns to stare at a lone shadow figure in the room. “So… Pathogen finally tracked me down, huh? Took you guys long enough.” He takes a drink of water.
“Don't gloat,” . She clenches her fists. “You're just a name on a piece of paper for me now."
“Really? After all we've been through? I'm just a name? That's pretty harsh,” Hyzen says, walking over to grab a peach.
“I don't care. You're a traitor.” glances around the home and sees a mask on a nearby shelf. It's creepy. It's evil. It's a strange combination of black and gray. looks back over at him. “I see you still have your mask, Reaper.”
Hyzen nods. “Of course. That shit is like a collectable.”
charges at him while pulling out a knife. Hyzen throws his peach into the air, blocking her assault then pushes her back with a palm to her chest. He catches the peach on its descent and takes another bite. “You'll need to be better than that,” Hyzen taunts.
grins. “We both know I'm the better assassin.”
Hyzen shakes his head. “Nuh uh. I have a higher body count. Actually, I still have the highest body count.” He expands his arms into the air. “Across all of Pathogen's assassins. It's pathetic, really. I haven't killed in years. Pathogen is nothing without me.”
“Then come back.”
“No.”
“I don't want to kill you, Hyzen.”
“I don't want you to kill me either, .”
“I told the bosses I'd try to recruit you back… clearly, I failed. Here I come.” No dash this time. approaches calmly, the sound of her bare feet slapping the hardwood floor beneath her.
Hyzen looks at his peach. “Damn… Not even enough time to finish my favorite snack.”

Hyzen ducks, pushing her fist away and throwing a kick. dodges and spins to sweep his leg. Hyzen leaps over the kitchen island and blocks her fist as she follows him. throws some combinations, which Hyzen dodges and blocks with no trouble. He palms her chest again, pushing her back a couple of feet. “You're weak to that? It's been years and you still can't defend against the palm? That little step back is the difference between life and death.”

Hello PubTips! I'm a pub-tips user, making a side account for my own sanity (I hope that's alright). I'd greatly appreciate any insight on how to make this stronger, you guys weren't lying...queries are HARD. But I honestly don't think I can make this any snappier without the great minds here.
