Mock ct registry exams online

I’m almost 23, and I haven’t ever been in a relationship before nor even kissed a man. The problem is, I don’t feel comfortable around guys my age and can’t even speak to them without being short and diverting eye contact. It’s like something in my brain clicks, and I feel extreme anxiety and my only thought process is to completely ignore them because they probably think I’m weird. In the gym, I wear headphones and a hat to avoid even making eye contact, and the few times I do I always get strange looks that verify in my brain that I was right and they do think I’m weird because I talk to myself, and make quietly hum to my music, curse, or talking to myself without realizing it at times. I used to be mocked for my looks in my childhood and adolescence, and I don’t think I ever actually healed. I even had two boys when I was younger visibly disgusted when they found out from “friends” that I had a crush on them, still a big ouch lol.
I know I’m most likely suffering from some sort of social disorder that influences how I behave based on my parents relationship with one another, but I genuinely cannot feel comfortable It doesn’t help that I develop a crush on almost any guy my age who is nice, which makes the problem even worse because now I like them and there is more anxiety and I can’t function normally when I’m under that state. It’s not like I’m introverted, I can speak well and eloquently with women of all ages, my online friends(including men, I don’t know why it’s so different in real life), and men 30+ which has led me to unfortunately be pursued only by men much older than me because I thought our conversation was nothing more and I have a tendency to talk the same as I talk with my female friends.
I do hope to someday be married(?), but I’m not sure how I can go on dates if I don’t even get asked out by anyone who isn’t twice my age. I don’t do dating apps, as I like don’t like the idea of dating stranger and would rather be friends and or frequent acquaintances first. I’d like to note, also, that I’m not usually bothered by this situation I found myself in. Only about 3 times or so a year I actually think about it, and usually I get over it and don’t change anything after a day or two which is why I’m still in the same position. Sorry for the long post! I would love to get advice from men or women, or just anyone because I know my feelings are pretty irrational and at the rate I’m doing it’s unlikely I’ll ever change it if I don’t now.

Hi I’m 25 and for context I currently live in Maryland for 7 months now and have made no progress in my life here at all, I am debating going back to college for a medical career which is so funny for me to even think because I went to college for nursing and didn’t finish to become an esthetician and because of covid I left that field as well and haven’t been back until literally 2 weeks ago when I got a job to do lash extensions and have been disappointed since.
I honestly never thought that I wouldn’t be the person to not go to college and I think that because I got a license as an esthetician I didn’t really process how I really didn’t go to college I did a vocational education basically and lost my job because of covid and was so depressed about it I didn’t go back to it which was useless.
I still had hopes of becoming an esthetician again when I got this job as a lash tech to realize I have been out of the game in a long time and definitely draining on my body specially all the back pain, all that for not much reward since the other techs have told me that honestly they get paid very little specially when I told them where I used to live some lash techs could make up to 1,200-1,400 a week and here they were making half that I felt more discouraged because I already felt this wasn’t what I wanted to do anymore for a career.
I got desperate recently since the past couple of months I’ve been walking on a tight rope verging being fully broke every month and feeling like a bag of waste and that I wasted so much time of my life in a delusion that I was okay and in fact I am not which brought me to 2 hours ago scrolling career paths online and I found a posting for travel health agencies and the pay definitely caught my attention first but also the position, to think if I have continued my college degree and had been a nurse I could be in a different place that I am right now.
But not to dwell in the what if’s that I cannot change since I don’t currently life in a Si-fi movie with a best friend scientist that will create a time machine for me, I want good advice on what are my options and realistically what would be most beneficial for my future.
The path I was thinking of choosing is not very clear but I was very interested in some of the positions in the traveling agency’s I saw and looked into and some of them where physical therapy, Cath tech, and a CT technician where the only ones I had enough time to do research on but there seemed to be several others but they all still mean going back to school for probably at least 4 years.
I guess my biggest worry is not really going back to school but the financial, I currently tip toe the lines of having a 0 balance in by bank every month and some credit card debt that I used to pay for the vocational school (about 5k, I feel like when I say cc debt some people always think it’s over 10k so maybe not that bad), but I’m scared of doing school and working, rent, car, insurance, I already try to work a lot now even babysitting on my off time to make sure I’m always bringing some money in every day and I’m just scared of making a mistake and it costing me what I already don’t have.
I also don’t know if this is important but a reason that kept me from going back to school before is that I am married we are separated but not yet divorced and I couldn’t get financial aid anymore since I basically made too much money bc he was on the tax return.
That’s honestly all the information I could think of right now but can always say more for clarity and I’m just hoping for some guidance or advice on what to do, since I’m literally writing this after having a small mental breakdown and considering being a sugar baby (although I’m not sexy enough of that the idea went away really quickly lol). Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hey guys took the exam on Monday, May 21 online. Was on pins and needles until I received the results today roughly 24 hours later. Super excited as I received Above Target in all 3 domains! I honestly wasn’t sure if I passed or not but I felt good about it! At first I wasn’t sure because I just received the “congrats for taking your exam, your results will be sent within the next 5 business days” message. I wasn’t sure if that was good or bad because when I took the CAPM online I did receive a provisional passing message at the end of the exam.
I took the CAPM back in March as my employer required it for a promotion. I passed the exam with T/AT/AT/BT, and that is honestly what gave me the confidence to go for the PMP. I figured I was already in the habit of studying daily and I might as well take the PMP as well while I still have the knowledge fresh in my mind. So I scheduled the PMP exam for May 20.
I primarily relied on SH, taking all the practice questions and exams and redoing the ones which I did poorly on. I did take the full mock exams 3 times. Averaging a 65% total which I thought was low and I kept doubting myself on whether or not I was ready. I found that I wasn’t taking my time to read questions or all answers thoroughly before answering. So come test day I committed to taking my time to read slowly. I also purchased AR’s PMP course which I only listened to while at the gym, mowing the grass or in the car.
The test went well, I used all the time available and used both breaks (2 10 min breaks at question 60 and 120). I flagged questions I was unsure of for each section and reviewed at the end to make final decision. I used the strike through tool as well to cross out answers I knew were incorrect. There were 2 or 3 matching questions which I thought were easy and I believe only 1 formula related question. Lots of agile practices questions. I honestly think the SH questions were slightly more difficult.
Advice - do SH daily, figure out what areas you’re scoring poorly in and focus on those. Don’t doubt yourself. Read questions and all answers thoroughly. Tell yourself “YOU GOT THIS”. Cheers. -R

So, recently, my so-called "friend" texted me if I wanted to play Fortnite, and I was at College studying, as one does... All I told him was that my boyfriend must've been on my account, since I was, again, in College.
He got fussy and sent a video mocking my message on a group chat that we had with some other friends, being all childish and making mocking voices.
I told him on a voice note that I didn't understand why he got pissy with me since my boyfriend does that (get on my PlayStation account) all the time, sometimes at my request, and I told him that I was gonna let it slide, because I am a mature individual.
He said to "take a joke for what it is" and started ranting about me "being immature and not being funny". After that, all I said was "It's not what YOU say, it's how YOU say it".
He then told me to "grow up" and left the group, threatening to never speak to me EVER AGAIN.
So, dear reader, I ask... Am I the Asshole?

Long story short. I’m moving soon back to Colorado from California this summer and knew that it takes 5mo for a C-file privacy act request. So I mailed that in last week with my Colorado address at my sisters house where I’ll be staying.
But a month ago I also put in for an upgrade of a service connected condition and today got a phone call from VES telling me about an appointment next week in Colorado??
The only place I’ve ever put that address is on my C-file request.
Who can I contact to get this fixed in the fastest way? Both 800 VA and VES told me that there isn’t anything I can do besides cancel the claim and submit it again? That doesn’t seem right at all.

Hi, I've been experiencing symptoms for a few years but only in the past month or so did it actually get bad enough for me to get checked out. My CT scan came back today, SCDS in both ears as well as dehiscence in the signoid in my right ear (no idea what that is). I have an appointment scheduled in a month or so to review at hopkins.
But since I started really noticing it, it seems to slowly be getting worse. I'm not sure if it's that or if I'm just starting to notice more ways it's affecting me. I couldn't find a clear answer online on if it's possible for it to progressively get worse and was curious if anyone had experienced that.
Like, today I had to turn off the haptics and vibration in my phone cause it was really bothering me, which I don't think it was a few days ago.
And just thank goodness for this community, I've been losing it a bit since this started and reading about everyones experiences has been very helpful.

Quick background: Bachelor's in Economics (2017) with no accounting courses, 2+ year works experience in non-accounting field (data/general analysis), MSc in Bioinformatics (2022). Haven't been able to find any opportunities in data analysis/data science/bioinformatics with the current state of the tech industry, so considering a career change to accounting and pursuing a CPA, but I have no background in it.
Wondering what options would be best for me if I decided to do so. California-based, so would need 30 accounting credits + 10 ethics credits from CC/online courses, as I don't think a second Master's is worth it financially (although I may be wrong on that).
Had a few questions/uncertainties:

1. Is pursuing a CPA the best approach for a career transition into accounting? I don't want to be stuck in an AAP/junior level for years working my way up if I don't have to, especially being in a HCOL area, so I assumed a CPA would help open doors and raise the ceiling on opportunities.
   
2. If I choose to complete the CPA education reqs by getting my credits as cheaply as possible through a Community College or online courses, then taking time to study for and pass the CPA exam, then getting my accounting work experience from there to complete the license, what kind of opportunities would I realistically be looking at? Is there real availability for solid entry-level opportunities for someone in that position (passed CPA but not licensed and no accounting work experience)?
   
3. Would it be better to complete the CPA Exam ASAP then find the work experience, or find an interim AP/AR level of job to start getting the experience while studying for the CPA (assuming I could get even an interim job with no relevant experience/coursework)?.
   
4. What is a realistic time-frame to complete CPA Exam for someone with no accounting background? I imagine I would need more prep time than most others studying for the exam. Excluding the courses to fulfill the education requirements (maybe 4-6 months), I'd imagine start to finish the whole process to be in the 1 - 1.5 year range?
   
5. Are there any good online programs that can help both cover the CPA accounting requirements while also helping prep for the CPA exam that don't take 8+ months and cost a lot? Most online options I've seen aren't quite what I'm looking for.

During my early teens my perception of reality became quite distorted, nebulous. I began experiencing blockage whilst trying to think, my thoughts became cloudy. I also began experiencing stomach issues, I would often skip school because I felt sick in the stomach, causing really strong urges to go to the bathroom. I also felt tired all the time, I lost a lot of the energy I once had. My face changed a lot, I looked seriously ill. My skin looked yellow-ish, and so did my eyes. My eyebags pretty much doubled in size. My breath was and still is bad, as a result I started brushing longer and more often than most people, including my tongue and other parts of my mouth, but I can feel whatever is causing the bad smell comes from deep inside. My sight became worse as well, it pretty much feels like astigmatism. I lost my sense of balance to the point that I couldn't walk straight. Whereas I was once normal, although shy, in the span of a few months my anxiety manifested and sky-rocketed to the point that I'd get daily headaches from the overthinking and constant worrying. I then became self-aware about my lack of balance...i won't go into detail here, but this destroyed my life. All this went on for 9 years until my stomach started making these absurdly loud noises, constantly, everyday. A lot of times in the middle of class, which was super embarrassing. The stomach pain got worse, and this went on for about a year until I decided to do some research online, and that's when it dawned on me that I might have celiac's disease. Right then and there I stopped consuming anything with even the slightest trace of gluten in it.
I've been on a celiac's diet for over a year and while I feel there might be some long-term damage, my health has improved drastically. My balance has returned. I can actually form sentences without stopping halfway through because I can't reach the words I want. My anxiety has decreased considerably, although not completely. My reality feels a lot more clear, it's like I'm waking up from a very long dream.
But in these 10 years, people have obviously noticed what was going on with me, and those that didn't cut ties with me because I was acting weird decided to mock me and bully me, several of which were school teachers. I saw life-long friends join the fun and betray me. I lost my reputation, my friends, and a decade of my life.
The whole point of this, is that I want proof of what I experienced. I wanna prove to everyone that doubted me and minimized my issues that I went through something serious. A piece of paper that I can display as to say "It was this all along, folks". So I wonder, what physical "scars" should I look for that could help me get an official diagnosis. For instance, my teeth have taken on a yellowish color, particularly noticeable on the biting parts of my crowns. Not only that, but it's like they're inexplicably deteriorating. I also read that if I pull my lower eyelid down, the color of the inside part will be different for people experiencing celiac reactions, but I'm not sure how to properly check this. I know that if I start eating stuff with gluten and a few days or a week later I take a blood test, it will show up that I have celiac's disease, but how do i prove all the other stuff like the lack of balance?

I'll preface this by saying I'm not looking for medical advice. I'm just wondering if my recent hospital treatment (or lack thereof) was normal and thought I might get an idea if other people could share their experiences.
Some background: 22 F. I was diagnosed with diverticular disease 3 years ago. Had several flare-ups a year for the first 2 years, then figured out a major trigger and have been symptom-free since.
That is, until I went to the ER about 2 weeks ago for abdominal pain and got an ultrasound which showed diverticulitis and a 2.5cm mass between my sigmoid colon and left ovary. The notes for the ultrasound said the mass appeared to be new since the (unrelated) CT I'd had a week prior. After the ultrasound I got another CT, which also didn't show the mass. Both the ultrasound technician and ER doctor were "pretty sure" it was an abscess. The ER doctor sent me home and put in a referral for general surgery, estimating I'd hear from them in about 4 weeks.
Reading about abscesses online (which might have been a mistake on my part) left me kind of concerned about how they just left it there with no antibiotics or treatment plan besides the general surgery referral. That being said, I've had no abscess-related symptoms since the diverticulitis symptoms cleared up a week ago, so maybe I'm overthinking. I mentioned I was worried about missing a job interview so the doctor skipped discussing the imaging results, said he'd make the referral and sent me on my way. I know he knows better than I do with my paranoid Googling and he probably wouldn't have been so eager to let me leave if there was anything serious, but I'm finding it hard to trust his decision when I don't know the reasoning behind it. I'm going to try calling general surgery tomorrow to see what they know about any of this. A big part of me is saying I'm stupid for doing that and not just waiting the 2 weeks for them to call me, but what the hell.
Again, I'm just hoping to hear others here had an abscess dealt with the same way and I'm worried over nothing. I'm also very curious about the discrepancy between the ultrasound and the CT, especially since the CT was done specifically to look at the abscess, but I know I'm less likely to get anecdotal evidence on that since it's more of a technical thing.

Can anyone tell me how it works? Does it have any major cons?

I have two students who scored perfect on their PMs. I teach history, not reading (but reading standards are in our history curriculum)
These students are Bff's and in my class together. They get very ... What's the word...oh, disrespectful when I redirect them, and were eventually separated from each other from their group bc disruptive. Put into another group, but being 6th graders, acted out. So, off to individual work they go. Trust me, I was in contact with parents and students for a while. Didn't change, so their individual desks and no group work stuck (they were given MULTIPLE opportunities to earn their way back into group work and refused)
I think they decided that since they didn't like me and how strict I was, that they would "make me pay."
From the onset of this semester.
Both failed 3rd quarter. Both failed 4th quarter.
Had conversations about expectations and that they weren't hurting me, they were hurting themselves.
Both turned in almost nothing and failed quizzes/tests either by not taking them (they're online during class time) or just flat out failing then bc they checked out.
Both of them scored a C on their semester exam.
Some teachers I know would sub that grade in for their actual grade in the class. I talked to a couple of people and decided to let their F stand. Meaning summer school.
My mentor talked me through it, played devil's advocate, and made me see both sides.
I am choosing to give the students the grade they earned. F 3rd quarter, F 4th quarter. Even a perfect semester exam wouldn't give them a passing grade.
So they're both going to summer school.
I had an admin speak with both of them about my decision. Admin made it clear that this was the grade they earned, and next year it's gonna be tougher.
Props to admin for having my back, but I'm curious. What's your take?
They learned the content to pass, but never turned in work.
For me, that doesn't fly in the real world, and isn't that part of our job? Actions have consequences?
