1: Sunroof
I know it totally depends on taste, and frankly, a sunroof is okay, but a panoramic sunroof is not. India is a hot climate country, and while a mini sunroof heats the cabin a bit, a panoramic sunroof doubles it to boiling point. If parked under the sun, even with the curtain on, the AC has to work twice as hard, and your fuel efficiency goes for tank. Some pros and cons of panoramic sunroof2: Black Color
Black color is nice and all, but it isn’t cheap to maintain (scratches are easily visible). It takes all your time and money to keep it shining. I know PPF will help, but again, you are spending more. Plus, another point is heat. It absorbs a lot of heat, and the cabin gets very hot. Again, the AC needs to work twice as hard, and fuel efficiency suffers. (I have a black car) Just don’t go with Black because another person also brought it.3: Extended Warranty and Accessories
There is no need to buy hefty price accessories from showroom that too basic one. Should Avoid! them at all costs. Many people don’t know that there is a vast difference between factory warranty and extended warranty, as covered in this article. Extended warranty never covers your whole car compared to factory warranty. You can also buy an extended warranty on the last day of the factory warranty's expiration by just paying an extra Rs 1000 (Hyundai). I don’t think it’s beneficial to pay upfront for something that starts after 3 years. On the last day, judge for yourself whether you really need it. If you have low running, you don’t need it. People are buying tall hatchbacks in the name of SUVs. You should reconsider your decision. Today, hatchbacks come with good ground clearance. J'ai depuis quelques temps peur du cambriolage et des vols. Mentalement, j'arrive pas à partir en we autre part. Pourtant, je l'ai déjà fait plein de fois pour voir mon ex ou mes parents, et ça s'est toujours bien passé dans mon logement. J'étais même partie pendant 1 mois et même chose, pas de soucis particuliers.
Je pense que mon anxiété est liée à un traumatisme (j'avais un ex qui me menaçait "d'envoyer quelqu'un" pour me faire du mal si je disais pas ce qu'il voulait, si je répondais pas assez vite, etc - oui, il était très con et probablement narcissique -). + mon dernier ex qui forçait un peu pour que je vienne, tout en sachant que j'avais très peur (mais je faisais quand même l'effort) et qui essayait de créer des traumatismes.
Le truc, c'est que je commence enfin à me construire alors que j'ai jamais pu avant (je regarde des séries, je lis, etc).
Et surtout, je joue aux jeux vidéos. Alors que j'ai énormément galéré pour ça, que j'ai toujours voulu le faire, que je voyais tout le monde y jouer alors qu'ils avaient pas la mentalité pour et que je sentais qu'ils aimaient pas vraiment ça... (jugez pas svp). Et j'ai peur de perdre ça. Qu'on me vole mon PC alors que j'avais littéralement peur de demander à mes parents de m'acheter un PC gaming. Pour moi, c'est assez extraordinaire d'en avoir un, en plus il a une bonne config. Je suis contente d'avoir connu des jeux grâce à moi-même, en cherchant un peu (un jeu de survie assez connu + des fps pas très connus).

- Comment avoir moins peur ? (J'essaie de me rassurer en me disant qu'il y a jamais eu de problèmes et que c'est sécurisé, mais j'y arrive pas. J'ai du mal parce que j'ai jamais rien vécu de positif dans ma vie, donc j'ai aussi le sentiment que c'est de la chance).
- Comment me construire rapidement ? Je sais ce que j'aime et où je vais dans la vie, mais comment le faire en 1 mois.
- Comment arriver à accepter que maintenant tout va bien ? J'ai le cœur qui brûle si je repense au passé.

- Ares Rex Zero 1 (9mm)

Lavoro da 4 anni presso una piccola azienda di consulenza informatica di proprietà di un mio familiare. Da 3 anni, tutta l'azienda sta lavorando per un cliente medio-grande su un unico progetto. Siamo stati integrati nei loro team e, di fatto, abbiamo lavorato come se fossimo dipendenti del cliente. Qualche mese fa, il mio familiare mi ha informato che il cliente comprerà l'azienda e ci assumerà tutti.
Il mio familiare ha preso in mano le negoziazioni della proposta (per sua posizione importante all'interno del cliente) e mi ha detto che ha richiesto una RAL di almeno 30k (ma non molto oltre, a causa del "budget" dell'azienda). A breve dovremmo ricevere la lettera di impegno da firmare per un contratto che partirà a luglio, ma non so ancora nulla di preciso oltre a quanto mi ha detto il familiare. Per conoscenza attualmente il mio contratto ha una RAL di circa 21k, il quale mi andava bene fino a gennaio quando ho iniziato a pensare seriamente al mio futuro e ho realizzato che questo stipendio non è sufficiente per qualsiasi cosa oltre a vivere con i miei genitori.
Da allora, ho creato un profilo LinkedIn, sistemato il CV, aggiornato il mio GitHub con progetti personali interessanti e creato un sito web di portfolio. Ora mi trovo in questo dilemma: su LinkedIn stanno iniziando ad arrivare proposte, con RAL tra i 30k e i 40k (ma prendo in considerazione e rispondo solo a quelle da 35+) e condizioni di full remote, e più di qualcuna si è dette interessata anche dopo primi colloqui, ma ho messo tutto in standby. Mi sto facendo l'idea che questa sia la media di mercato per il mio profilo e la mia esperienza in Italia. A brevissimo, dovrei ricevere la proposta dal cliente.
Il mio familiare sostiene che un salto così grande di RAL è quasi impossibile perché le aziende chiedono sempre il cedolino e non assumerebbero mai qualcuno proveniente da una piccola azienda sconosciuta. So che queste affermazioni provengono senza nessun tipo di malizia ma probabilmente per mancanza di conoscenza di alcune aziende con approcci più "moderni" allo stipendio. Lui mi consiglia di prendere e provare la proposta che verrà fatta a breve dal cliente.
Il dubbio è: aspetto e accetto questa offerta da 30k in CCNL commercio (+ buoni pasto), sapendo che mi trovo bene a lavorare lì, i piani alti sanno come lavoro bene (dimostrato negli anni) e della qualità che posso offrire? Rimango il periodo di prova e poco più, nel caso non ci siano avanzamenti netti di carriera/RAL, e poi mi sposto? Oppure mi metto subito alla ricerca e rispondo agli headhunteHR per queste offerte da 35/40k?
Avete consigli su cosa chiedere, su cosa fare attenzione o riflessioni generali che magari non mi sono venute in mente? So che è tardi per svegliarsi, ne sono consapevole, ma meglio tardi che mai, immagino.

I have 190 hp and 20 AC now boosted to 22 due to ceremony of wedding for the next 2-3 days.
From various sources I have following resistances: Fire, Force, Cold, Poison, Necrotic, Piercing and Bludgeoning from non-magical.
As fighting style I have blessed warrior due to roleplay reasons. At lv 16 i took resilient for a feat for +1 in con and saving throws.

Hola, tengo 26 años y ya no se donde escapar. No tengo amigos/as de esos que te llaman para hacer algo o que te escriben para conversar, de esos que te llaman para la foto si salen juntos, no tengo ni pareja ni algo casual ni nada. A veces creo que entiendo el por que y otras veces me tiro a la cama a llorar y pensar por que? Nuevamente. Soy mujer, no me considero la mas linda pero tampoco la mas fea, soy lesbi encima mas complicado todo aun. Tengo problemas para socializar, me pasa que siento que aburro, que no encajó en ningún lugar, no soy chistosa porque no me sale me encantaría al menos poder ser eso. Tengo grupos de amistades pero solo nos juntamos si es que se junta el grupito pero nunca una de esas personas me van a escribir por privado a invitarme a mi nomas es decir dos personas, es como si yo estuviera en los grupos solo de relleno. A pesar que intento conocer gente, intento salir de mis zonas de confort, que lo hablo en terapia, parece que si que conozco personas pero no pasa de ahi, de conocer, nad a especial, nada de amistades lindas y mucho menos de tener algo casual o de pareja. Me pasaron cosas horribles en la infancia, en la adolescencia y en la adultez y aparte he sufrido mucho bullying por ser callada y no saber defenderme o por ser una ñoña.
