• I am using a TEW 2016 data converted to TEW 2020, it has a lot of issues mainly around personality attributes, everyone - even the most godly person seems to have a hard drug issue or cause issues. This really impacted the moral (0%) and therefore hurt my initial shows. I'm not a fan of playing around with data during a save but it was required to make it playable.
  
• Despite slashing the wage bill with $700k in terminations, and signing replacements on per show deals my basic wage has not changed dramatically, only about $100k.
  
• One unintended consequence of slashing the wage bill has been a massive reduction in Merchandise. I'm making $750k less than my first month. While my live event merchandise sales have increased, I'm $775k down on worker sales.
  
• As one of the few that did watch WCW in 2000, I am surprised you start as small (made even harder by being based South West). Also Hogan was still under contract with WCW until 2002 (just sitting at home), on this data he starts unemployed. Having said that, if he was on your wage bill the challenge would be even harder.
  

Hi all,
I posted this on another group. I am planning on getting the Model Y this month.
I'll be moving to Illinois for work in about 1 month and was considering purchasing the car in that state when I realized the substantial difference in sales tax between MI and IL.
Can I register the car here in MI for the lower state tax rate and then transfer the registration when I move to IL? I understand I'll have to pay a few hundred to transfer to IL when the time comes. Just wanted to make sure I'm not missing out on any small rules.

I am finally creating a monthly excel spreadsheet that will display expenses and budgeting. I plan on abiding by this strictly and trimming some fat where I can to invest/save more.
I currently have no debt and never have.
I am allocating at least 15% of my income towards my Roth IRA that I opened up this year and I plan to max it out every year. I am on target for this already. I am fully invested in FDKLX.
I have moved all of my savings from my normal savings account to a HYSA account of 4.25% APR. I was going to close the regular savings account, but I think I’ll just use that as the emergency fund account now.
I also have a credit union account and have a credit builder loan opened in which I pay about $87.07 per month. I don’t have a bad credit score (754), I just don’t have much of a credit history is all.
Besides these things, what else can I be doing at my age to significantly improve. I have been contemplating whether I should pick up a second job or even a small side hustle (like door dash) to increase my current income. I am 25 years old.

Hey everyone..I've been in and out of homelessness for about a year and a half. Towards the end of 2022 I lost my dad and fell into a deep depression. Kinda just gave up..started using and lost everything. I was getting about 900 every 2 weeks for unemployment so that was enough to pay my car and food and gas and a room for a week if that..It was just my husband and I and our 2 dogs. He got locked up a few days before Valentines day 2023 I got clean and got a job as a leasing agent. Got an apartment thru them..I worked there for a few months then they let me and the manager there go and hired new people...I looked for a job but it was so hard to find one. The manager that worked there got me an apartment where she worked and I moved but broke my lease. Towards summer 2023 my husband got out and worked but I was already falling behind rent in the nicer part of Dallas was 1600 and I couldn't afford that on the minimum wage job I had gotten. I ended up loosing my job because they closed my department and we got evicted. We stayed our car from August and September then he got locked up again on a parole violation due to his monitor..I stayed in the budget suites with a friend in September and then my ex best friend offered me to stay w her. I moved to ft worth stayed and it was taking me longer to find a job so she kicked me out in the street with my 2 dogs. My car had gotten ripoed. Luckily another friend got me a room for the night and the next day I moved in with an old friend from school and stayed there for 2 months with my pups. I had secured a job at a local 7 eleven in this small town I lived in. When my man got out in February he worked and got us a Van and we were in and out from staying in the van and hotels.and the van broke down I lost my job. So we had been homeless living in the van...he again got a parole violation for not reporting due to him working. We got stopped and he went back in the day before yesterday. I'm out here thugging it out in the van with my pups..and it still gets lonely. I don't have any family support or friends. He was really all I had and his mom. Sooo it's extremely depressing. I can't ever get used to the being alone part. I'm a very codependent person...I wish I wasn't. I'm trying to see the good in this. That atleast I'm blessed to have a vehicle and not be in the streets. It's just a haslte it's hot and I let the dogs roam and give them their food and water. I'm parking at a distant relative house parked in the van with the pups. I like it cause I don't have to worry the cops showing up or anything. We had gotten kicked out at the motel parking lot and even a church. The church guys told us to move around. Not even a "can I pray for you " or anything. That one got me in my feelings. I'm a religious person .I pray I don't shove it down anyone's throats. But come on getting kicked out of a church?! I told them our situation and they didn't seem like they cared...made me lose the littl3 bit of faith I have in people. Just miss him..I feel like I'm all alone in the world

Crowson had served loyally under his father King Milo for all of his life.
But once his close comrade Theo was sentenced to be executed…
Crowson abandoned all loyalty he had to the Obsidians
And so, He fled their newly captured town of Westfirst…
and arrived in Fallholt to lay low for a while, before taking action on his one and only goal, Kill King Milo and end the Obsidians…
Crowson stands atop a ledge, overlooking the small town below. He sighs, “They won’t find me here. It was a mistake to slip the name of Beggar’s Hole to Maverick, he’s likely told Milo and… I hope Theo decided to lay low in another town like I did.”
He would proceed to walk down some stairs and into the town properly. He’d sit down on a bench, going through his thoughts, frustrated at not being able to keep his mind off King Milo… “I need a drink.” He stands up.

• Travel Banter: The Sacred Flame’s Forgiveness (Crowson and Thearnt) Crowson finds Thearnt praying about something, Thearnt reveals she was letting the gods know Crowson was on their side she tells him that he’s doing the right thing and the Flame will forgive him. Crowson questions her, asking if killing people, and continuing to do so is really what the flame stands for? Thearnt is stunned and silent. “I– I was trying to be nice…”
  
• Travel Banter: Wasting My Time (Crowson and Asherah) Asherah asks Crowson if they came all this way just to get him a drink, Crowson tells her “It’s nothing more than a waste of time, but that’s why I came here.” Asherah laughs and asks Crowson if he has anything better to do here. “Do You?” He fires back. “Then hold your tongue and let us be going.” Asherah just says “This whole conversation was a waste of time.”
  

Crowson is served a drink by the barkeeper, the only other people in the tavern are two men sitting far away from him. He quickly downs his drink and orders another that he downs just as fast.
After some time passes, Crowson is standing outside. “To the ruins we go Zach!” he hears someone just beside him. “Aye, Careful now.” Zach responds. Crowson watches as the two leave town to the north.
“Ruins…?” He wonders to himself, He gazes at the distant valleys and stone structures and against his own will at first, he decides to follow them.

Fairly quickly, Crowson would find them and start listening. The same men from the bar, “Now what Rene?” Zach asks. Rene stays silent. “There has to be someone else on our force who can lend us a weapon…”
“Your force?” Crowson reveals himself to them. Rene is startled by him, “We’re the Fallholt Guard!” he shouts “It’s you...You aren’t going to– kill– us– are you?”
Crowson turns around, as if to make sure King Milo isn’t there, “No.” he says at last. Rene and Zach ask Crowson if he’s part of the Fallholt Guard too, He tells them that he isn’t. Rene asks Crowson if he would mind doing them a favor.
“We’ve dealt with our fair share of Stealing, Murder, and Trafficking around Fallholt, It’s… not a very safe town. Recently, something’s been especially off about these ruins over there. We don’t know what’s going on inside, and we need someone to take a look because we–”
He turns to Zach, as if he doesn’t want to say it himself “We lost our weapons. Stolen by some bandits.” Zach continues. “I know it’s a lot, could you help us?”
“...” Crowson frowns, “Where did these bandits go?” Rene points him in their direction
You’d mug the bandits and take Rene and Zach’s weapons back.
Crowson returns their weapons and tells him to get a move on. Rene apologizes for not being much help yet. Zach tells him not to worry, Crowson turns and walks in the direction of the Ruins of Fallholt.

• Travel Banter: Too Harsh on them (Crowson and Orlando) Orlando asks Crowson if he’s being too harsh on Rene and Zach. “They’re lucky I agreed to do this favor at all.” Orlando still tells him that he could be nicer to them still, They seem to be nice people after all. “I suppose so, But I thought you knew I’m not big on the idea of blindly obeying.” Crowson replies. Orlando asks “Is that what this is about?” Orlando tells him that as long as he’s there, he won’t let what happened with King Milo happen ever again.

The Three of them stop at the ruins door, Rene and Zach have no idea how to get it open. Crowson decides to use a bit of brute force, pushing and shoving against the door until it opens, revealing the dark ruins inside…

As you make your way through the ruins, the screen would occasionally rumble.

• Travel Banter: Pitch Black Ruins (Crowson and Pascal) Pascal remarks about how dark the ruins are “Light conditions are not favorable.” Crowson replies. Pascal says “I hope you do well in the dark.” He then brings up something he thought he saw on the wall, strange scratch marks on the stone. Crowson doesn’t worry about it. He tells Pascal that most ruins in Zalaina have scratches like that. Nothing about the Ruins of Fallholt is particularly strange…
  
• Travel Banter: Lurking Mystery (Crowson and Taland) Taland says he hears the rumbling, and wonders what could be hiding here. Crowson and him would talk about different causes and theories for what could be going on, Slightly lightening the mood. Taland says he’ll do his best to fight from behind the “Sword wielder”, but there’s only one way to find out what could be lurking in here…
  

The source of the noise is uncovered deeper in the ruins. Crowson, Rene, and Zach encounter a Minotaur. A bull-like creature. It growls as it exits from the shadows. Rene and Zach draw their weapons and eagerly await a fight. Crowson takes out his sword and stares coldly at the Minotaur, speaking to it and the others, as it strikes.

The Minotaur is defeated. Crowson puts his sword away, “That takes care of that…” Rene says, Zach nods “We owe you a lot...”
Crowson is about ready to go back into town, when he takes a look ahead, behind where Rene and Zach are standing. He walks forward and stares up at the wall, Painted on it, is the symbol of the Obsidian Crow.
“W– What is that doing here…”
“Crowson?” Rene tries to talk to him, but he can’t take his eyes off the crow.
“That bird… That damn bird…” Crowson turns around, his face partially obscured, he slowly draws his sword on Rene and Zach… They both take a step back.
“Who are you… Was all this to lead me here? Are you one of them?”
The “Challenge” screen would appear, allowing you to challenge Rene and Zach to a duel.
“Answer Me.”
Once the duel is over, Crowson stares at the ground and puts his sword away. Rene, gasping for air, tries to reason. “I swear to you! I don’t know anything about that symbol, or what it means. I’m not a crow!”
“....” Crowson thinks about what to say “I’m sorry.” His voice echoes.
Zach asks “What does the crow mean?”
“It means a someone was in these ruins. But why, Why here? Why in this place?”
“The Crows…?” Rene ponders
“I have to leave. Now.” Crowson says, as the three begin to walk out.

• Travel Banter: Crow Tattoo (Crowson and Oukirii) Oukirii asks what the crow symbol means “I know it’s about the Obsidians, but what’s with the crow?” Crowson explains to Oukirii that it’s the way they discretely mark Obsidian items. Each member has it tattooed on their body. Oukirii asks if that means Crowson has it too, he confirms that it’s on the back of his left shoulder.
  
• Travel Banter: Memories of King Milo (Crowson and Harmony) Harmony asks Crowson if he wants to sit down and talk about King Milo and the Obsidians. Crowson says it doesn’t matter, they have to keep moving forward. But Harmony persuades him into opening up a little. “Here, take my hands.” she offers. They’d talk about things Crowson remembers of Milo. But eventually Harmony decides to leave it alone for the best.
  

Rene and Zach stop Crowson at the entrance to Fallholt. “We just wanted to thank you for helping us out.” Rene says. “I’m sorry about– the crow.” Crowson tells them not to think about it. They ask Crowson where he will go next before he leaves, Crowson looks down and almost smiles when he says “To meet an old friend…”

A place meant to be a hiding spot for Crowson turned out to have already been tainted by the Obsidian Crow…
He knew he had to flee town immediately upon the risk of an Obsidian finding him here.
But he still asks himself, Why was the crow here? He’d been everywhere that Milo went and never once visited Fallholt.
And so, Crowson sets out once again. His quest for King Milo’s blood continues.
He leaves for Beggar’s Hole, wondering If any place is truly safe from the crows ravaging anymore...

Crowson the Warrior: Chapter 2, End.

My corn snake is a girl and about two years old. I recently went out of town for 4 days and left my dad to take care of her. I fed her before i left and all they had to do was turn her lamp on and off and make sure she had water. I came back yesterday and today is her feeding day. My sister tried to get her out and she tried to strike at her, she did the same when i tried to get her out. She has never done this before and is a pretty mellow snake. I know sometimes they get aggressive when they are hungry, which she has never done before, but i put food in her terrarium and she has not touched it. I recently started feeding her fuzzy mice bc she is still very small. I also did vacuum my room and that might have stressed her out, but that was this morning. I just have never seen this behavior. I plan on leavening her alone for the rest of night but if any of ya’ll have advice or might know what could be causing this behavior please let me know!

After my son was diagnosed with PDA and ADHD I started down a path of self discovery and re-entry into therapy. I dropped out of school in 5th grade and did some therapy back then, but they gave me medication that I did not like and tried to force me back into school… which did not go over well. After about 1.5 years out of school I was able to re-enter in a small school with about 8 kids in my class.
I did not miss a step in my education, eventually went to college (a set of problems on its own) and then did a masters remotely. While I never felt right about my place in the world and struggled with social interactions, I’ve found a successful life working remotely in tech where I don’t have to interact with others.
Fast forward and I’ve been trying therapy again and finding it hard to let my guard down without crying. He suggests that I seem to mask and as we discussed I realized I am not sure who I am outside of the face I put on for the world around me, but I know it does not feel right. He is fairly certain I am Autistic but cannot diagnose it, I am 40 and I am curious if it’s worth getting an official diagnosis.
My thinking is this can give me a better understanding of the complexity of my brain, but if I’ve made it this far in life is it worth the cost of something official?
TLDR; is 40 too old to get diagnosed?

Here is my list of shitty things his parents do that are insane! ~ his mom didn’t talk to me for 2 years, just ignored my existence and was extremely rude and distant to me no dinners no hanging out no anything ~ his dad was upset because me and jamie found out he was a registered child sex offender ~ didn’t say a word to me after knowing me for 2 years when my mom died, and only let him stay until 11 pm while I was vomiting and sobbing (it was a Friday night) ~ called me a runaway slut at 15 when I ran away from my abusers house, after being raped but never actually asked for the story just assumed ~ boyfriend doesn’t have google on his phone and never has (no he has never gotten in trouble or grounded) ~ boyfriend has no games on phone, no social media no nothing, and parents track every text and location. ~ we can only hangout 1 time a week with friends nothing else ~ not allowed to drive together or be in same car alone ~ not allowed to text me past 9pm ~ not allowed a Chromebook for school, and no home one so if he doesn’t get it done at a school he’s failing the assignment. ~ almost wasn’t allowed to go to my mothers funeral ~wasn’t allowed to stay overnight for my mothers funeral and was forced to drive 6+ hours in one day in the SNOW in a old shitty hundai, even though the we would be in different HOUSES
Anyways here is my actual question, I want to go to my hometown this Memorial Day, (my moms favorite holiday in this small town same one as previously mentioned) for 2 days for summer break and it’s still a no. And I’m just over it do I just break up with him this is a lot of drama for 17 years old

I Won't Be Home For Christmas: One of my favorite Christmas songs by an artist/band from the 90s and 2000s. 8/10
Enema Of The State: while listening to this album, I remembered why All The Small Things is such a fucking amazing song. I skip it so many times, but now I realize just how catchy and open that fucking chorus is. Literally every song on this album is a 10. No exceptions. 10/10 MASTERPIECE
The Mark Tom & Travis Show: One of my favorite live albums of all time. They play everything so well and the jokes are really funny! Man Overboard is an amazing pick for the lead single for this album. Also those short songs are great especially because they kinda transition into the next song. Words Of Wisdom is truly the place to go for good advice from Mark & Tom. 9/10
TOYPAJ: Another classic. Pretty obvious why. 10/10 MASTERPIECE
Self-titled: Bro blink was on something when they were cooking up these three albums. I love how different these songs are from one another. First 2 tracks are straight pop-punk. Then I Miss You is an acoustic rock ballad or whatever you wanna call it. Violence and Stockholm Syndrome are kinda Post-hardcore. Down is back to pop-punk. Go, Asthenia, and Always is the best transition trilogy on a blink album imo. Here's Your Letter and I'm Lost Without You is kinda a perfect outro. 10/10 ONCE AGAIN, MASTERPIECE
Neighborhoods: Pretty good. Not my fav, but I like the kinda Box Car Racer sound some of these songs have. Ghost On The Dance Floor is one of the best blink songs to dance to, that riff is so moving. 7.6/10
Dogs Eating Dogs: Great EP. My favorite song off this ep is actually Disaster. Quite underrated. That chorus is amazing. All these songs are great. 8.5/10
California: Good album. Not great but still good. The choruses feel really open, but the guitar work is kinda lame and uninteresting. 7.5/10
California Deluxe: Why was this not the original album?!?! Dude, there are actual riffs, there are cool production choices, interesting drum beats, for example the dance beat in Good Old Days. Like, these bonus tracks are amazing. 10/10 ANOTHER MASTERPIECE
NINE: I really thought I was gonna hate this and get bored. The singles on this album are kinda bad choices to represent the album because the rest of the album is phenomenal besides the singles (except for I Really Wish I Hated You). Heaven is literally heaven. The First Time is an amazing intro song. Remember To Forget Me is an outstanding outro. Hungover You feels kinda underrated. Great album. 8.5/10
The blink collabs (2018-2020): i only liked one blink collab song from this era: Scumbag. The others are ass. The one with Lil Wayne is literally a 0. I'm sorry but it's true. The first verse in the one with The Chainsmokers is literally I Miss You and they're not even subtle about it.

ONE MORE TIME...: What a fucking comeback. Omg. I don't give a shit about the small production issues, this album is near perfect. I can sense their emotion in this album and I love how it's mixed with some of that classic blink goofiness like in Edging, Dance With Me, Anthem Part 3, and most of all, TURPENTINE. 9.5/10

I have recently moved in my city and have started bike commuting. The total distance is 20km on my hybrid bike, but it is old/rusted and is a frame small for me (had since I was a teen.) That being said my partner and I have been enjoying biking and want to start cycling everywhere and bikecamping/touring.

Staying at my MIL’s house (my husbands mother) and his old unmarried sister also lives here (who’s kinda really bossy and thinks she knows what’s best for MY child when she doesn’t have one herself… and she always turns out to be wrong, doesn’t let me do what i KNOW my baby wants, & her controllingness ends up making my baby cry worse
For example if my baby wants to make small naps during the day, a freakin 5 month old, let the dang baby nap! But she’s like “NO, she slept too much” so my baby cries hysterically until she well… NAPS. I KNOW MY BABY BEST. BACK OFF or if i wanna feed my baby constantly she’s like “DIDNT SHE JUST EAT??? Give her a break. Jesus.” OK THEN. watch what happens if I don’t feed her. See all that crying? Yeah… back off and let me just do my thing please. 🙄

Here’s what the real juice is:
I have another sister in law, who I’m not even staying with (my husband’s other sister who’s married) and my husband gave her $600 of our savings from our joint income, which is like not much in USA, but A SHIT TON in this country I’m visiting. it’s like two months of salary for a skilled worker here or an educated professional. Here, they make a big deal for even just $2 which kinda breaks my heart.
My point is, I came already with $300 bucks and I’m buying everything myself. Our outings, baby diapers, formula which is really cheap here. I’m also sometimes buying their groceries which also happens to be really cheap and idc it’s not a big deal to me. And I also buy the clothes i shop for.
My husband gave this SIL the money so that she could spend on me, so that she doesn’t have to use her own money. So far she took me to the salon to treat me, as per my husband’s request, (she kinda embarrassed me and told the hairdresser that my husband begged her to take me here so she had to drag her feet here and how she’d rather enjoy her day at home instead) and got BOTH our hair done, hers and mine, and pretended she paid it from her OWN cash 🙄 I thanked her when deep down I knew my husband was the one who paid and she’s like “yeah you’re welcome, don’t worry about it.” I was kinda hoping she would be humble and say the truth that it’s not from her own money but ok… and then there was two other occasions where she treated me and a couple of my relatives to a lunch / dessert, and when I thanked her profusely for like the $9 dollar meal, she was kinda cocky like “yeah, it’s no biggie.” Even tho she spent on every one else too and no one thanked her, and it’s from my husband’s money.
Idk, should I say something?
Still my husband tells me I should use my own money for things, so I’m confused. Idk. Hi! My first post here.
To cut to the chase, I have a mother who always wants to find something wrong with my life. Ever since I was a child, she found the smallest things to be mad at me for, such as doing a chore just slightly incorrectly, and every single time she'd call me "useless". She constantly compared me to other children, and still does the same now and my big age of 19. Apparently, I'm not independent enough, and I don't care about her enough, even though I'm constantly going out of my way to prove that she's wrong. She's my mother, I would do anything for her. But she doesn't see that at all. Once, I told her I didn't like it when she called me worthless, and she told me that she said it because I am. She never apologized. Trust me, there's loads of things she's done to me that many of my friends feel like would justify me running away, but I'm not going to be too morbid.
At the same time, she's my best friend. I'm an only child who grew up with little friends, so the person I interacted with the most was her. We share a lot of the same interests and gossip about family drama. It's at those times, I feel like I'm wrong about her. But this time, she did something I feel I can't forgive her for.
Last July, I finally got a boyfriend. It seems like we're soulmates...we met on dating app but found that we have so many friends in common and also that we used to go to the same school as children. He's more than I could ever ask for. He travels to where I am by train for more than 2 hours every week (so a total of 4-5 hours). Once, he travelled more than 3 hours (a total of 6 hours) to see me in my university campus because I was feeling depressed about my assignments.
He indulges in my passions and interests. He doesn't have much money but sometimes scrimps on his meals throughout the week so he can afford to get me a small treat like ice cream when we see each other. He bought me roses on Valentines. He buys me meaningful gifts whenever he can. He understands me on a super deep level and we talk about everything. I could call him at 3am with a problem and he'd pick up. He never gets mad at me, and we've never had an argument because we always sort out our issues by communicating effectively. Heck, he even follows me to church sometimes because he wants to show me that he's interested in the things that matter to me and because he wanted to make a good impression on my mom-who married someone who never took interest in anything she did or liked let alone follow her to church every other week.
He's the most amazing guy I could ever want, and his family loves me (he jokes that they love me more than him). It's just that I haven't met them yet, since there's the distance to take into account, and because both his parents work so they're constantly busy. Also, they wanted to respect the fact that my mother might not let me go all the way to their house because of how far it is. Still, he always tells his family about me, and I often speak to his 3 sisters on the phone as they're younger than me and sometimes like hearing my advice.
My boyfriend, though, has met my mother on multiple occasions and she told me she loved him. My dad on the other hand, is actively avoiding meeting him (example: we were supposed to follow my dad to the temple for a special occasion, but at the last minute he backed out. He would never back out from that kind of thing).
If you're wondering, this is where the issue starts. My mother thinks it's incredibly suspicious that I haven't met his family yet (even though I told her I'm meeting them on the day my boyfriend graduates from pre-university). It was never really a big deal to me, since I have met his close friends and spoken to his sisters-and the fact his parents knew about me and liked me was enough. I understood that they are both busy working people and they live quite far from me. But yesterday, all this blew up in my face.
I asked my mother if she'd be okay with me taking a trip with my boyfriend, just for a couple of days, to celebrate our first anniversary. I wasn't expecting a yes or no, really. Just asking. Initially she yelled at me about how I haven't even met his parents yet and how he hasn't met my dad yet (which was entirely his fault) and said we should do it in September instead. I said okay.
Then, when I got back to campus later that night, I called her again to check up on her and she brought this up again. She said my dad disapproved of the trip and went on for 15 minutes about many things. I'll summarize in a list about what she said.

• He isn't good enough for you
• He doesn't want you to meet his family
• His family probably doesn't like you because they haven't met you yet
• You guys are taking things too fast and should continue getting to know each other
• You're always sacrificing for him
• You're getting the short end of the stick
• There are better people for you to date
• You're sacrificing your studies for him and you'll get distracted by him

As you can see, none of these are true. The last one made me especially angry because I go to what is known as a "smart kid school" in my country and it's very hard to get a distinction on our assignments! However, a condition on my student loan says if I get first class honors, they will cancel my debt completely. So my mom kept burdening me with how I dug a hole by myself for choosing to be in a relationship with him during university life (EVEN THOUGH, she wanted me to date around in university before. The difference is, she wanted me to basically be a playboy...playgirl? I don't know. When my mom was young she was exactly that. Had tons of boyfriends and cheated on a lot of them. She even told me to join a speed dating event).
I had never been so hurt in my life! What happened to "don't worry about money just focus on getting your degree"? Anyway, my boyfriend never complains when I tell him I need to be by myself on that day because I need to study and do my work...I'm one of the hardest workers in my class and he knows how much my studies mean to me. It's not my fault I'm not getting distinctions.
Now I'm a mess. I want her to love my boyfriend, and I want my dad to love my boyfriend. But he's truly done as much as he can to get their approval but he's depressed himself knowing that none of his efforts have been seen by them. He has a life, a curfew, and a worrying mother too...he can't always be accommodating to me (his mother initially didn't like me because she felt like he was spending too much time and money coming to see me but came around eventually), so I accommodate to him whenever by choosing a convenient location for us to meet up and meeting up at a later time. Because of this, my mother says I'm doing too much because distance isn't an excuse (it kind of is).
Anyhow, my question is, how in the world do I deal with this? Or at least, I need some comfort...this is the best relationship I'm honestly ever going to have but my mother wants me to date around because that's what she thinks having fun means. She thinks I'm sacrificing everything when the truth is, I'm having loads of fun in university with my new friends, I still see my old friends, and I have more than enough time to focus on my studies. He's not distracting me from everything.

I am a new ball hockey goalie with a love of old hockey. Since its only ball hockey, I'd love to wear a Plante style mask as it isn't as much of a safety concern as on ice. However, the only mask I have is rather small and doesn't cover much of the head (upper forehead and ears are completely exposed). Anyone know of a good place to find a usable mask for this purpose? It has come to my realization that I literally have zero friends, so here’s my attempt at making some! I am a 19 year old female from a small town in the south.
