Hi, I'm an aspiring screenwriter looking to develop a Wonder Woman series exploring her earlier years building off of her origins and exploring her lore in a way that actively builds upon the ideas presented specifically in the years after her creation. The Immortal Wonder Woman
The series will chronicle the epic journey of Diana Prince as she navigates the complexities of the modern world while embracing her legacy as the Amazonian warrior, Wonder Woman. Inspired by George Perez’s Wonder Woman and Golden Age Wonder Woman, attempting to modernize the themes of the stories that made her important when she first debuted decades ago.

[Diana/ Wonder Woman] A fierce and compassionate warrior princess from Paradise Island, torn between her duty to protect humanity and her desire for peace. She is independent, blunt, and can sometimes be borderline preachy, but she genuinely believes in the good in people and hopes to inspire them to achieve their best selves.
[Steve Trevor] Steve Trevor courageous Air Force pilot and spy, Steve is a man who can be seen as unmotivated but will always fight for what he deems to be important. He's extremely supportive and has no problem being saved by others. He genuinely only feels he's at his best when he's around Diana.
[Barbara Ann Minerva] Barbara Ann Minerva is an archaelogist driven by ambition and her attempts at proving her own validity to herself. She is more than happy with Diana's belief in people's ability to be good despite her somewhat cynical nature, despite her personal beliefs that people should have to earn their keep.
[Etta Candy] Etta Candy is a loyal friend, who provides unwavering support and bravery. She's confident in who she is and is an indomitable spirit who will stand up to threats extremely out of her league through clever means.
[Hippolyta] Hippolyta is the Queen of the Amazons torn between her duty to protect her people and the love she holds for her daughter. She's conflicted with Diana's beliefs that Paradise Island and humanity can live in peace between each other, but still does her best to guide Diana from afar.
[Ed Indelicato] Ed Indelicato is a former corrupt police detective and a cynic, who struggles with his feelings of self worth after the death of his partner, his divorce, and suspension from the force. Ed serves the purpose of the straight man locked within this god-like conflict within the city.
[Vanessa Kapatelis] Approaching a once promising career in ballet, Vanessa Kapatelis loses the ability to walk after an attack by a criminal at a bank robbery. Vanessa's own issues with self-worth, jealousy, and loss of her identity as Diana tries to help her confront her newfound disability.
[Julia Kapatelis] Julia is the mother of Vanessa Kapatelis and a professor at a university, she took in Diana in as her mentor and sheltered her as she came to Gateway City. She can be overprotective at times, which is seen as her being strict by her daughter.
[Sargent Steel] Sarge is a veteran who lost his left hand while service. Despite his disability he continues his service for his country as the head of a branch of the D.E.O. He frequently comes into conflict with metahumans, but he's more than happy to be proven wrong about his suspicions.

The series explores themes of redemption, independence, morality, and identity as we see Diana develop from guarded princess to diplomatic ambassador for peace. Her arrival in Gateway City is quickly marked as she soon discovers hides an intricate web of mystically hidden Gateways to mythological lands, as portions of the city's residents are slowly becoming exposed and persecuted against by the humans within the city. Driven by her unwavering dedication for peace, Diana strives to carve out a safe haven for those displaced by the D.E.O. who arrive in the city to contain the burgeoning chaos.
But her sometimes stubborn nature not only lead to conflict with the D.E.O. but also her interpersonal relationships as she finds herself entangled with a love triangle with Steve Trevor and Barbara Ann Minerva. Diana navigates the hidden gateways to different worlds confronting both mythological and domestic threats like revived ancient armies, the paramilitary terrorist organization called Sear Group and egomaniacal businesswoman, Veronica Cale.

Results: These 2 teams start off hot and fast as they are brawling all over the place, at one point Jey jumps from the top rope splashing Tanga through the announce table. But in the ring Tama takes out Jimmy and picks up the win

Swerve Strickland(c) vs Gunther vs Ilja Dragunov
Results: All 3 men wanting their Wrestlemania moment, leaving it all in the ring, Dragunov nails the Torpedo Moscow on Gunther, as Dragunov goes for the pin, Swerve nails the Killshot and covers Dragunov to retain his title
Winner: Swerve Strickland
After the match Gunther stays in the ring briefly looking at the huge crowd as they applaud him, as rumours of his future have been spread recently.
Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair & Scarlett vs Skye Blue, Karmen Petrovic & Julia Hart
Results: The young up and coming team spend all match taking short cuts, trying to use cheap tricks to gain/keep the momentum. Charlotte goes to the top to hit a moonsault when Skye Blue pushes the ref in the way and Charlotte takes out the ref leading to all 6 women brawling, suddenly all 3 of Blue, Petrovic & Hart spray mist in the eyes of the 3 vets, and take them all down, Skye Blue nails the Code Blue on Charlotte and picks up the victory

WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP LADDER MATCH
Ricky Starks & Alexander Hammerstone(c) vs FTR vs Sheamus & Drew Mcintyre vs Ricochet & Trick Williams
Results: These teams are having an all out car wreck from the opening bell, everyone taking hard bumps and delivering hard shots, in the closing moments, Sheamus, Drew, Starks and Dax are on ladders together. Drew nails the Glasgow Kiss headbutt on Dax sending him down, Sheamus picks up Starks and delivers white noise off the ladder leaving Drew alone to grab the tag team titles.

Karrion Kross vs MJF
Results: These 2 are in a match that has gone under the radar by many but both see that as a challenge to steal the show, MJF trying everything he can to take advantage of the stronger Kross. Out of nowhere Kross gets MJF in a front facelock, Kross points to the sky and delivers a vicious DDT planting MJF on his face and covers him for the win

As Kross is leaving he stops up on the stage and faces the crowd when out from the back walks WWE Hall of Famer Jake Roberts, who walks up to Kross and the two men shake hands and then leave together

The Rock vs Solo Sikoa
Results: This match goes all over the arena, up the ramp, in the crowd, around the ring, at one point Rock has a weight belt and is just whipping Solo all over, eventually Solo gains control and delivers a Samoan Spike dropping Rock. Solo does not go for the pin as he sits Rock up and delivers another Spike, he does this repeatedly delivering SIX Samoan Spikes to Rock's throat before finally pinning him for the win

Women's Championship 4 way Cage Match
Rhea Ripley(c) vs Tiffany Stratton vs Toni Storm vs Liv Morgan
Results: All 4 of these women use the cage to their benefit and feel the viciousness of it, after fighting for awhile, the trio of Rhea, Toni & Liv are all down in the ring, Tiffany slowly climbs to the top of the cage as if to escape, but she then stands up and does the Prettiest Moonsault Ever off the top of the cage landing on all 3 women. Tiffany crawls into a pin on Rhea for the win
Winner: NEW Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton
Finn Balor vs AJ Styles vs Cody Rhodes
Results: These 3 men come into this match in a weird place as there have been questionable actions between them yet all 3 went to ask for this match together, seeming to have something to prove. This match goes on awhile as they put on an amazing show, multiple chants of "This is Awesome". In the closing moments, AJ is down, Cody goes for CrossRhodes on Balor, but Balor reverses it and hits 1916 on Cody for the win
Winner: Finn Balor
After the match Cody gets up slowly, he and Finn stare eachother down before Finn offers up the 'Too Sweet' sign, Cody looks around before he slowly raises his hand to match the 'Too Sweet' as the fans cheer AJ Styles reappears staring at both men, as AJ has been the one taking shortcuts recently. Cody & Finn keep the 'Too Sweet' up as AJ looks at the 2 men and then at their hands as the crowd chants 'Yes, Yes' slowly AJ raises his hand and all 3 men give eachother the 'Too Sweet' and then leave the ring together

Roman Reigns vs Jacob Fatu
Results: This match feels different instantly as Roman does not come out with his usual slow, boss level entrance, he walks straight to the ring going right after Jacob and its a brawl. These two delivering big shots all over, Roman spearing Jacob into the announcers area, Jacob splashes Roman through the announce desk, eventually Jacob goes to that leg he slammed in the car door weeks ago and Roman struggles to fight it, Jacob then sits Roman down in the corner, a chair over his head and runs into him hard. Roman seems out of it but Jacob is not done, as Jacob puts a table in the ring, putting Roman on it and delivers his trademark moonsault putting Roman through the table before finally pinning Roman for the win

Women's Tag Team Championship 4 Way Elimination Match
Cora Jade & Roxanne Perez(c) vs Dakota Kai & Zelina Vega vs Kayden Carter & Katana Chance vs Asuka & Giulia
Results: Being an elimination match, the champs Cora & Roxanne are in no hurry to get in the ring spending little time in there letting the other teams fight. ELIMINATION #1 Perez hits Pop Rox on Asuka and pins her to eliminate Asuka & Giulia, before Asuka is even out of the ring Giulia has walked off leaving her. Elimination #2 Cora Jade hits Jaded on Dakota Kai to eliminate Kai & Vega.
Down to Cora Jade & Roxanne Perez vs Katana Chance & Kayden Carter, Chance & Carter the more experienced as a team come close to the win, but as Katana goes to the top rope to finish off Roxanne, Cora Jade yells at Kayden to draw her into the ring to distract the referee and Cora uses her now trademark pipe to nail Katana off the top rope. Roxanne gets up and delivers Pop Rox for the win.

Results: This match has an old school feel early on as both men take it slow, feeling each other out, Punks veteran tactics work for awhile and he hits a GTS and nearly picks up the win but Hayes barely kicks out. In the end Carmelo hits the Nothing But Net scissors kick and picks up the huge Wrestlemania Main Event victory to retain his title

Results: All 4 men trying to gain momentum for their team ahead of Wrestlemania, in the end Drew hits Dax with a huge Claymore kick as Trick and Starks are outside the ring and Drew picks up the win

Results: These 2 have a hard hitting match, both men giving everything they got, just as it looks like Kross may be closing in on a win, from the crowd MJF runs in attacking Kross, clearly revenge for being put through a table last week. The ref calls for the bell giving Kross the win by DQ, Gunther angry walks off as Kross & MJF get pulled apart by officials

Results: Days before the Wrestlemania Triple Threat these 2 go one on one and neither are trying to take it easy, after going back and forth for awhile, the crowd at one point chanting 'this is awesome' when both men are down, when suddenly Gunther appears and attacks both men, leveling both men with vicious powerbombs before picking up the Intercontinental Title and holding it high

We now come to a very important segment as Nick Aldis is in the ring with a table set up, and he introduces The Bloodline, first out comes the newer faces, Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and the GoD. Then out comes Roman Reigns, The Rock and The Usos. The 2 groups sitting across from each other

Rhea comes out and both begin arguing and getting into eachothers face when suddenly Tiffany Stratton appears and attacks Rhea, it looks at though it was a set up as Toni & Tiffany team up to attack Rhea, when suddenly "Watch Me" hits and out runs the freshly returning Liv Morgan who gets in the ring to even the odds attacking Toni Storm.
After the 2 sides fight abit and are finally separated a tag team match is made

Results: This match has a lot of awkward moments as neither team wants to work together and there is tension all over the place, after both teams have miscommunications everything breaks down as all 4 women begin to fight and it is total chaos. After officials finally separate all 4 women General Manager Kelly Kelly walks out on the stage
Kelly: Since you all seem to want to kill each other, my last official decision as General Manager of Smackdown is a big one, at Wrestlemania you Rhea will defend your women's championship in a Fatal Four Way match... inside a steel cage... Good luck ladies
All 4 women are yelling at each other before Liv gets free from officials and goes after Toni again as Smackdown goes off the air

Friday Night Smackdown kicks off with Toni Storm already in the ring
Toni: I am not interested in wasting anytime, last Sunday I was moments from winning the Womens title before that little princess Tiffany Stratton interfered costing me the belt, so Tiffany, get out here and get that whoopin you seem to be looking for!

Results: This match goes back and forth and as Scarlett looks to be closing in on a victory, behind the refs back Julia Hart appears and sprays Scarlett with mist, leading to Karmen locking in her figure four neck lock and getting the submission victory, by the time Karem roles out of the ring it seems Julia has already disappeared.

Zelina & Dakota celebrate as Asuka tries to explain the accident to Giulia

Results: This is a face paced back and forth match, Carter and Chance trying to prove themselves against the current champions, it looks like Chance & Carter are on their way to victory as Chance is on the top rope setting up for her 450 splash on Roxanne, when Cora Jade runs across the apron and hits Chance in the knee with a pipe she has been carrying recently, causing Katana to fall all the way to the floor as the ref calls for the disqualification

Results: Tiffany tries her best to avoid Toni, constantly leaving the ring, holding the ropes, but eventually the match gets going and becomes a great back and forth, it looks like Toni is getting close to her revenge when Rhea Ripley appears, clearly not happy about Tiffany's interference at Elimination Chamber either. Rhea levels both Tiffany & Toni with Riptides and stands tall with the Women's Championship as Smackdown Ends

This season I tracked AEW, NXT, ROH, TNA and WWE. Going forward I will simply be tracking AEW and WWE. I would like to have a life outside of pro wrestling.
How do I define the length of a season? Seasons conclude with the end of a WWE big 4 PPV. The season counts the same for all companies. Is this a bit unfair to the other companies? Yes. Shut up.
This season began on the 29th of January, and concluded with the conclusion of WrestleMania Sunday, meaning that the next season began 8th of April and will conclude with the conclusion of SummerSlam.

For nerds that care about how I achieved these rankings, here is a detailed explanation:
Winning a match earns 1 point, losing a match loses 1 point, drawing a match earns 0.5 points. In addition, there are various stipulations that award bonus points.
Bonus points are awarded for:
- Winning a title
- Retaining a title⁽²)
- Winning at a PPV/PLE
- Winning a battle royal⁽³)
- Winning a handicap match where you were in inferior number
⁽²)This counts regardless of winning or losing the match. So if you lose a match via DQ but retain your title, you still gain 1 bonus point.
⁽³)Losing in a battle royal does not count as a loss, this match only counts for the winner(s).
Note 1: Bonus points stack, so if you were to win a title in a battle royal on a PPV, (like Ric Flair in Royal Rumble 1992 or Triple H in Royal Rumble 2016), you get 3 bonus points for that victory.
Note 2: No match counts for more than one division. If Dax Harwood wrestles in a singles match, it has no effect on FTR's tag team ranks. If FTR and Eddie Kingston have a trios match together, it has no effect on neither FTR's tag team ranks, nor Eddie Kingston's singles ranks. FTR & Top Flight fighting alongside eachother in a 4v4 match counts for the seldom used "4v4" division. If there had been a cumulative rank system, where you count your performances in all divisions, Jon Moxley would have done a lot better. Apologies to Jon.
Note 3: The ranks are determined by sorting the competitors in the following order: Most points Most wins Fewest losses.
Note 4: I do not count PPV/PLE pre-shows, for no other reason than that I do not want to watch them. I also do not count house shows.
If there is a tie after this, ties are broken by their opponents' average match win %. If that number is the same, it is officially a tie.
Note 5: Even if a wrestler has wrestled for more than one of the participating companies, their scores do not stack across all the promotions. This is mostly relevant for NXT wrestlers who have appeared for WWE or ROH wrestlers who have appeared for AEW (or vice versa). In this season, it would also be relevant for Naomi/Trinity, who wrestled for both TNA and WWE during the timeframe.

Results: Being outmatched Scarlett comes out fast trying to get the edge on Rhea but it does not take long before Rhea takes over and hits the Riptide for the quick win. Not enough though after the bell Rhea hits one more riptide of Scarlett leaving her down in the ring.

Results: A back and forth match with both women having control at points and getting nearfalls, eventually though it is the New Yorker who gets the final advantage as Zelina picks up the win
As she stands on the turnbuckle celebrating she gestures a title around her waist, the camera cuts backstage to show Rhea Ripley walking on a monitor as she grins and Smackdown comes to an end

In the past, many gay/queer roles were played by straight actors.

But now, you see more queer actors in queer roles, such as Fellow Travelers, Knock at the Cabin, Bros, All of Us Strangers (well, Andrew Scott), Down Low (Zachary Quinto and Lukas Gage). It wasn't so long ago that Rupert Everett had to fight to be in My Best Friend's Wedding as Julia Roberts' gay boss.
I think part of this is due to many actors (like Matt Bomer) being producers and actors like Zachary Quinto choosing to play more gay roles.
In the past, I felt that it was OK for straight guys to portray gay roles because it meant they got exposed, to an extent, to gay culture.
Oh, I should mention that there are so many fewer lesbian movies than gay movies. I suppose this is where being white and male still gives advantages even in gay cinema. Fellow Travelers even crossed over to straight women watching where I don't know how straight women feel about lesbian movies.

Then for the others * Simon is a pro basketball player * Kate is an attorney from India * Sophie is a former intern for a horrible congresswoman * Penelope works for her demanding mom but runs a political gossip vlog ala Perez Hilton * Phillip is an college assistant professor and single dad * Michael is a gym teacher at the same school Fran works at * Gareth is Hyacinth’s lab partner in school * Lucy is a fellow high school senior and friends with the potential prom queen
