now whats worrying me is that my bachelor degree grades are bang average, this worries me that i wont be accepted for a student visa, this is why im trying to find other ways to enhance my chances, i already know all the required documents but im asking about can i add other things with them, such as a job offer waiting for me in 2 years to ensure i am going to come back to my country after finishing masters, or a recommendation letter from my internship, you get the idea.
so can they reject my visa because of my grades or is being accepted into masters is all that matters? can i add anything else?

I am sorry that I wrecked our friendship by impulsively showing my true, strong feelings towards you. When I put my hand on top of yours, and told you the funny little fumble you did a little over 2 years ago was “Kind of cute”, I immediately regretted it, even though it is what I truly feel. When I asked if I could walk you home, what did you then think? I hope you did not suddenly think I was some creep, who wanted to force myself on you and into your home. The only reason I asked was I would love to talk for another 10-ish minutes more. I am wondering if this is truly some sort of avoidant tendency? I do not truly know the reason that you blocked me. We spent 6 hours playing board games, laughing, chatting, opening up about our lives. When we reminisced about the summer courses, I told you something you had done 2 years ago that you did not quite recall for the alcohol you had drunk that evening, and you seemed to smile so genuinely and widely, even, I swear, blushing. I thought it was a good sign, so I made the move. But I think I may have been too hasty. Now I regret it. I may never see or speak to you again. You are the person I care about the most in this world, and I never had the courage to tell you that. You knew I liked you, at least 2 years ago. I thought you liked me too, which is likewise why I did what I did. Of course, you may also simply been super excited about becoming much closer friends, getting to know each other and found yourself uncomfortable and unable to do so knowing the other person had such strong seemingly romantic feelings towards you while you did not have the same towards them. And did not want to hurt their feelings. But I wish you’d be direct instead, I’d be able to take it, distance myself for a time, rid myself of these feelings and only just be a friend. Or perhaps you are angry at me for trying again even though you had told me you were not interested in dating where you were in your life at the moment, but then again that was over 2 years ago and a lot can change in that time. Including feelings, yours, if you had any, having gone too…
Remember our coffee “date” after the movie? You put your foot on top of mine, and rubbed it there. I never knew whether you thought what you had it on was the table’s foot. It was dark after all. But the smiling, blushing face I seem to recall you giving me makes me think you did in on purpose? Was it flirting? Did you like me back then? You did this for 30 minutes… before we parted ways. For the last 15 or so minutes I had suddenly pressed my leg and knee into yours. You seemed to feel it and know, but you did not remove your leg or knee. Even if the foot thing was an accident, the leg thing was definitely flirting. That’s what your old “roomie” M. told me too, when I told her of our meeting. Another reason I asked if I could walk you home, that Thursday a few weeks ago, is that I never got the chance to do so back then. I think I was too chicken? I remember it was dark, there was a light drizzle over Copenhagen, the streets illuminated by pink and blue neon lights. You had stood up when you announced it was getting late and it was time to head home, then mentioned you had your bike but asked me if I was going home by train and bus? Many people have since told me this was your way to trying to make me ask if I could walk you home that night. I wish I had done it…
So, now you know part of the reason why I had asked. But now, I need to tell you, the reason I even was impulsive enough to make a move was that I have been in love with you for around 8 years… the first time I saw you, on that tour of the college building, in 2017, I immediately crushed hard. Your dark brown hair with its slight reddish sheen, your long dark translucent floral print skirt, tall and confidently moving around. And your eyes, with their dark green hazel-ish pupils, with its glint every time you’d smile… I was smitten on the spot! Throughout that course I only crushed harder and harder… you were so intelligent, having practically a database of TV Tropes inside of your head! I also felt we’d often steal glances at each other, in the theatre, in the dining/meeting room, and elsewhere. The kind where you’d look away when you noticed the other looking at you… Also, how many shared nerdy/geeky interests and hobbies we have, it blows me away. The way we can be ourselves in each others’ presence, it is like a positive mental environment. Even if both of us can be awkward and tense too, due to nerves, wondering what the other is thinking about the other… I think I’d relax so much more if I knew whether you liked me back 😅
After 5 or so years of our courses, we’d gotten to know each other enough, too, for you to declare me to be the nerdiest person you knew as you teased me, with mock anger, for not having seen a particularly nerdy movie… this moment, when I told you, was that made you smile that way I really love. Both the actual moment - and the long, warm good night hug that followed - and your smile at hearing of the moment, will be moments that will stick out in my brain forever. True core memories.
You grew a little distant in the months that followed our first 1-on-1 outing, but you also had people to see you hadn’t seen in a year for COVID… I regret being pushy in my texts in this period of time… I am so sorry! The flirty moment between us, though, had me very confused, especially for the text I got the next day as I wrote to you that I liked you and would like to ask you out on a “proper” date. M. told me your reaction was probably just you being a little taken aback, perhaps scared, at what this “proper date” thing would really mean. That’s why I started thinking you may simply have an avoidant attachment style? I thought perhaps eventually, you’d trust I’d never reject you, or judge you. After all, I have been in love with you for such a long time. Now for nearly a decade. Hello, I had a visa appointment today. Unfortunately, my visa was not approved. I'm going to the USA for a Clinical rotation for 2 months. I am a 5th year medical student and will graduate in 2025. My first rotation is from Brooklyn Usce and another is from Jackson Park Hospital. I got an Invitation Letter from Brooklyn and one letter of acceptance is from JPH.
Interview:
VO: Hello, Why are you going to USA?
Me: I am 5th year medical student and going to USA for a short-term medical elective without remuneration from the hospital.
VO: Do you have a letter? please show me
Then he looked at my letter and said:
How will you pay for this rotation fee?
Me: My father is my sponsor.
VO: How much money do you save?
Me: 9,000 dollar
VO: Unfortunately, you are not eligible.
Why do you think he rejected me? I think that elective is a big problem for visa. I will reapply with an observership letter. I can't find the University letterhead. I can get a letter from the agency but I don't know if this help me or not.

Purpose of this post:
-To explain to the Sortation Center (SC) associates how transferring to another sort center works.
-To give an insight to an SC associate on what to expect
-To teach the SC associate a little bit of how different SCs operate, but not too much
I have made a post for FC AAs on what to expect when transferring to another SC
To transfer to another facility, or specifically any facility in general, this is what you do:
On your AtoZ:
-Go to "Schedule"
-Go to "Transfer Opportunities"
-From there, you will see your building code. On the top left of your building code, you will go to "Change location"
-Then you will find a filter that says "type of work". From there, click the down tab, and choose "Sort Centers" as your option. You can also change the distance if you want an SC near you (10 miles) or far from you if you are insane (75 miles).
From there, it will show the different SCs. When you click on some of those buildings, just know that the building that you transfer to may not be available to you, so you may want to think about looking into other SCs. I will also mention to you that it is very difficult to transfer to an SC because of the size of the building and the business needs.
-If your site has transfer opportunities, it will list the different shift times available to you. For example, 14:00 - 18:00 shift every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (part-time), or Full-time opportunities with double shifts (i.e. 08:30 - 12:30, 14:00 - 18:00 every Tuesday - Saturday, which is honestly every SC associate's dream). When you click on whatever schedule option fits your needs, a Calendar will appear. You will choose your "Start Date", which is preferably 2 or more weeks away (suggestively a month) before your actual transfer. NOTE: You will not transfer to another site the next day.
Your transfer will then be reviewed slowly within a week (or more). After your transfer application has been reviewed, your application will either be accepted or rejected. If accepted, then you will have 7 days to either accept or reject your application. It will show you your new schedule, who your direct manager is going to be, the pay, and the shift patterns. When you click "accept", there is another form that you must fill out on MyDocs, which usually talks about you agreeing to whatever terms and services that you have, or something of that nature, concerning your schedule change. On your AtoZ, there will be changes. When you investigate the "Transfer Opportunities" tab, it will already show:

1. Your start date
2. Your direct manager

(From my experience, when HR SC people were trained to do HiTS for the first time a year ago, they were not made aware of MyDocs, so I had to go to HR about it. It was not until I actually showed up on my start date that I had to ask HR to change my schedule because of what it said. A week prior to transferring to my new site, an HR representative emailed me and literally told me to arrive on my start date. Once my start date happened, I did not see a change of schedule on my AtoZ, but I followed directions anyways. Idk if AtoZ or HR handled other SC transfers differently as a result, but that was my experience.)
When your start date hits, your AtoZ will glitch out, which will last for a day. During your first day, you may even have to refresh your page to get your new site building to show. This also includes your profile that shows your managers as well.
When you arrive at your new SC, you will go to security. You will tell them that you transferred from a different building and that this day is your start date. From there, they will need your Amazon badge (and they may even give you a new badge if necessary), and then they will let you badge in either the turnstiles, or glass doors depending on what your building has. What happens next is that you will go to HR and tell them that you are a transfer. Then, they will notify Learning. The reason why you go to HR is because transfers are rare. It is hard for another SC to know who transferred to another building or what. If a building is shutting down or is under construction and if they are notified, that is the only way that Learning and HR will know.
Upon arrival, you must badge into your shift time that you signed up for. From there, the Learning trainer will set you up. 9 times out of 10, you will have to do specific Day 1 - 2 training over again, and you will have a different transcript. The reason why this happens is because your SC is different from your previous one. I do not know the reason why buildings do this, but I guess that is Amazon Policy.
Additionally, you will have to earn your permissions again after a specific amount of time that you scan at the lanes or chutes (unless your site does not scan packages).
If you were a learning ambassador at your previous site, then more or likely, you will either follow the same path as the civilian AAs, or you will receive all of your roles back once trained on them. If you receive your permissions back from your previous site, the trainer will have to train you on everything again and then you will be all set. If ambassador applications are opened, your ambassadorship from your previous site will be there. All of ops, the PAs, and Learning will know what building you transferred from based on the information given to you. In most cases, you will have to wait for applications to open, usually during the fall and beginning of the year. The learning area manager and trainer will need to know the type of work ethic that you have, including:

1. UPT. For ambassadors, you must not have UPT below the number the department decides on (for my site, it is 15)
2. How well you can fulfill customer needs.
3. If you are a positive worker
4. If your reputation precedes you (for example, if you are always in the same process path being productive, or hitting rate)
5. If you can handle different types of people
6. If you can deal with stressful situations
7. The professionalism you maintain.

When you transfer to another building, no one is going to know who you are, so that is why those precautions for potential ambassadors are there. Trainers look at transfers to see if any of them have been trained to do basic SC process paths, such as scanning, water spidering, staging, problem solve, etc because they know the system well. They do not know your building as much unless they go to different sites to see how they operate.
The only people who go and visit different buildings are managers. They come to see how they are run, and to also do required “leadership” summit exercises, done within a specific subregion of buildings.
Training will be usual. Once you are done scanning for any specific amount of hours (usually 2 weeks, or if your site requires something different), you can be trained to do the process path that you have literally been dying to do. For example, I have trained transfers who have been doing inbound at their old site, and some water spider.
Types of Conveyors your new site may use.
I am not going to explain in too much detail about how different SCs function when transferring, but I will give you a gist of what your new site may have.
-Manual Lane with Andon lights: A package is placed on a retractable conveyor belt. That belt leads to an area where packages are diverted based on which lane it goes to, known as a “Sort Slide”. That package then makes it to the lane, and it either gets split based on which lane it goes to, or it is a belt that continues to go to the lane. The package then gets split again to an area known as a “spur”, and then regular scanning, water spider, and staging functions are there as usual. -Mechlite: A mechanical belt with no Andon lights. The belt itself keeps on going. The e-stops are simply a green light, where if you press it, it becomes red, and stops a portion of the conveyor belt. If the red light is pressed again, the belt continues to move. https://fmhconveyors.com/products/bestconnect-rigid-modular-conveyors/. The function of a mech site is the same if you have manual lanes, but some have it where there is a splitter that splits the packages on a rather long belt that does not electronically move at all, and then regular scanning, water spider, and staging functions are the same.
-Auto Sorters
An auto sorter is a type of conveyor system where a package goes through a tunnel scanner, either through a shuttle dumper or a retractable conveyor. It then makes its way to another tunnel scanner, indicating which lane/chute/bag area it goes to, and then regular scanning, water spider, and staging functions are the same. There are chutes/areas that require scanning, and some that don’t (source, I went to a site across the street from me once to help in Prime 2021, and half of their chutes don’t require scanning, just placing, and the other half did. The other half that did require scanning, however, had a HUGE tone of work. I could imagine what this site must go through on a daily, at the same time, typical SC setting.) Here are some types of auto sorters your new site may use:

1. Linear Arm Sorter. A package is scanned through a tunnel scanner and then goes through a singulator, and then a mezz-chute arm activates (just like sort slide) depending on which chute the package goes to, and then scanning, water spider, and staging functions are the same. Linear Arm Sorters not only work for regular-size packages, but for non-conveyable packages as well. Some sites have Arm Sorters for non-conveyable packages, but the chutes for those are twice as big as a regular chute.
2. Cross-belt Sorter. This type of belt exists for sites with very small chutes, where at the end of the chute, is a rail (kind of like manual lanes, but very small) and it requires about 4 pallets per chute. A package is unloaded onto an inducting belt. Once it reaches the inducting belt to get scanned, it then goes through a carrier, consisting of a little conveyor belt. The conveyor belts then move the package to the chute, and then scanning, waterspidering, and staging functions are the same. Here’s what it looks like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9vELKUvPhw
3. Flat Sorter: This conveyor belt works specifically for smaller packages, and more or more likely you will see it in Smalls. Jiffies go through a scanner, and then there is a conveyor belt that uses tiny wheels that moves the package to either a specific conveyor or chute/bag area. 4. Shoe Sorter: A very fast conveyor. This belt contains little black blocks located either on the left or right of the conveyor, known as “shoes”, which are made of a rubbery substance. It is flat on the sides because as the package moves, the shoes move the package at a specific belt gently (usually diagonally). The purpose of the “shoe” sorter is to help with faster delivery, and better throughput of the product. Usually, the shoes lead the package in either a spur, another conveyor, or a postal bag. There are 2 types of shoes for 2 types of packages: one for regular-size or smaller packages, and one for non-conveyable packages. Scanning, water spider, and staging functions are the same throughout. (Here’s another fun fact! 5. Spiral belts: These types of packages are usually either located near a dock door (some sites claim to have an “outbound” belt at their site), or at a specific area where there are chutes. I do not know if there is a scanner that scans a package to which spiral it goes to (there might be). Usually in sites that have AR, bots that dump the package to that spiral belt (which I will talk about soon). https://www.talosep.com/uhmw-chutes/

-AR sites

Those types of sites almost function the same way auto sorter sites do. The only difference is that once a package goes onto a conveyor, it will make its way down a spiral belt, which leads to an inductor. The inductor scans the package on a very big scanner with a rectangular screen. The package then goes on to the AR bot, the same types that are used in Fulfillment Centers, to transport boxes. The robots then move to a chute where packages are dumped to, and then scanning, water spider, and staging functions are done the same way. The only difference in AR sites, is that people are trained to do AR Waterspider, and AR Wrap-Down, which I am not familiar with. (Hopefully, somebody can comment and explain what they are in the comments). Furthermore, there are other 2 types of robots that some AR sites have: 

1. Robotic arm that builds from carts (or maybe pallets? Idk): In some sites, once a robot dumps a package into a chute, a robotic arm will take the package using a suction cup, and then place it in the cart. They also take a package and place it in another conveyor belt. Once a cart gets full, it leads to our second type of bot:
2. AR bots that move carts: When a cart is fully built from an arm, a floor AR bot carries it to its designated area, where shipping labels get printed, and then staged. Furthermore, these robots help with cross-docking. An AA will scan the cart in a huge scanner, the ones that look like security detectors when you walk through them, and then a robot takes that cart to an outbound area. Another person takes that cart from the bot, and then it gets scanned into the trailer.

That is all I can say about the different conveyors used.
Different package identification and outbound methods
Depending on what building you are in, your site could harbor containers that go to other sort centers (SC – SC), foot lockers, other private businesses, USPS and UPS through destined delivery unit (DDU), and Delivery Stations (AMXL and AMZL). I am not going to explain too much of the specifics (because confidential information), but I will say that as someone who is trained to scan at the lanes/chutes, you should know to look for on the package (a) your building name (b) which lane/chute area it goes to and (c) the container numbesymbol.
-For sites dealing with SC – SC, simply look at your building name, and then the building next to yours, and that is where you scan that package. If chute, you might get a different letter on the bold name of your package. You might even have specific symbols next to the lanes, like “###” or “???” or “XXX” or “***”, “&&&”, etc. Sometimes sites use a mixture of both numbers and symbols for SC – SC. (They deal with that for AMZLs as well. Also, your site may have numbers for that as well.)
-For sites dealing with DDU, your site may have 2-digit or 3-digit pallet locations. 2-digit locations if manual lanes, usually have the lowest number at the start of the lanes, and the highest at the bottom. For 3-digit sites, the first digit indicates which spur the package belongs to. For example, there is a spur for packages that start with 1XX, another with 2XX, 3XX, and so forth. (3 digits occur in all package shipping types as well).
-For sites dealing with AMXLs or even AMZLs (SC – DS), the easiest way to identify what they are is if your site says that DS location. For example, if the package you scan says “DBA2”, and if there is a container for that (with your building name), you scan it there. Same with AMXLs. The package will also say either “cycle_1” or “cycle_2” on it.
Advice that I should give to AAs about transferring to other buildings

1. Get used to the environment.
   1. The building environment may be different. Some people come to a new building and think that they know what they are getting themselves into. Do not think that your original SC environment is the same as others. People may not know you, or who you are.
2. Get used to being retrained to do everything again, despite how many years you have worked at your previous building.
   1. This advice is HUGE, and the reason for this is because, as I have mentioned, EVERY BUILDING IS DIFFERENT. It does not necessarily mean that the scanning and the wrapping are the same. In rare cases, there are Sort Centers that deal with only freight only, and some that have a package reach from Inbound to Outbound to get sorted in a trailer. Do not think that BOS5 is the same as BOI5. Do not think that OAK5 is the same as ONT5. Do not even think that EWR5 is the same as EWR8. The scanning, wrapping, water spider, are all the same, but how people operate at the manual lanes, how the PAs run them, and how they run chutes, may be different compared to your original building’s.
3. EARN RESPECT OF THE NEW LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE
   1. This is where earn trust comes into play here. If you come in a new SC, and you think that you know everything about SC in general based on the building that you have been for a long time, the associates in that area that have been there longer than you will not like that. They will look at you like you are crazy. You may have gotten your scanning permissions back, however, that does not mean that you will not make many errors again. As a learning ambassador, I was told by my trainer that the associates, who have previously worked at their old site that closed, made 50 failed moves. When some of the people who I worked with when I was there, were in places, such as Problem Solve to get retrained, they had an “I know it all” attitude and made many errors. This person who was supposed to be Problem Solve trained ended up not getting the training she deserved because of this. She even thought that Problem Solve does not have TOT, despite being wrong about that. In fact, when I was in her building 8 months ago, there was in fact TOT in Problem Solve. If you come in with a “know-it-all” attitude, you are basically going to be viewed by the associates in their new building as a punk. People are not going to like you if their work ethic does not match with yours. The veterans in the new building will think that you are building a pallet wrong, compared to what you think. If you bring your old building habits into your new building, then it becomes an anomaly. If you scan, and learn how your new building runs, and see the other viewpoints of people and follow through with it, you will earn respect. You may have worked at your old building for who knows how long, but no one in that new building knows who you are.

You may have been the best water spider in your old building, but that does not mean you will be the best in your new one. You may have been a problem-solver at your old building, but that does not mean you will not be one at your new one.

1. Get used to new terminology and new processes you have never been familiarized with
   1. Because every sort center has different processes of how packages are transported from point A to point B, that means that you may find some things that your new one has strange. For example, you may not know what the word “jackpot” is in an auto SC if you have been to a manual SC. You may not know what “mechlite” is while you were at an auto site. You may not know how AR Wrap Down operates when you have been to a site that does not have it. Getting used to a new building takes time, and takes adjustment, so does earning respect of new leadership and people there.

I had a few thoughts pop to mind after you spoke on Sunday and I thought I'd call you. I tried to call but my call could not be completed as dialed, so I'm sending you a quick email.
First - thank you for your sacrifice on the mission you recently returned from and for speaking on Sunday. I know it's not easy and I do not want to make it any harder for you, but I only want to speak to you out of love and concern for both of our souls.
You mentioned that we hear the complete truth here and we don't go outside of the Holy Bible - I totally agree with this philosophy of not going outside of the Bible - I think we're on the same page here! Do you feel sincerely that we don't go outside of the Holy Bible, and everything we teach can be found in scripture?
You also mentioned that if one of us was going astray, wouldn't we want to hear from another? I wholeheartedly agree with this. If I am going astray, I absolutely want you to let me know and teach me in the Bible where scripture is a rebuke to me and could set me back on the right path!

This doctrine is repentance and forgiveness and it's so simple.
Where in the Bible does it talk about the doctrine being so simple and it's all about repentance and forgiveness?
Looking at Acts 16:30 where the question is asked what one must do to be saved, "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house"
Was that a sermon of repentance and forgiveness? It seems like a sermon of faith in Jesus Christ.
And how about the thief on the cross? Was that a sermon of repentance and forgiveness, or was it a sermon of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord?
We would like to explain this Christianity but it is a matter of the heart and it must be seen, felt and tasted
Is that the same mindset that Jesus and the Apostles had about faith in Christ?
If they had felt that way, I don't think they would have spread the gospel very effectively.
How are we justified before God? Is it by faith in Jesus?
Do we believe John 3:16? For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 14:6: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
Acts 4:12: "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."
Romans 3:22: "Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference."
Galatians 2:16: "Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified."
The Christianity is complete and perfect and we don't have any need to search for a better Christianity
After reading "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want." you mentioned we have a perfect Christianity and we do not need to search for anything else.
Was the emphasis of this verse on the Lord, who is the Triune God, and not on the religion we believe in, which is Christianity?
Do you believe that the Lord is your shepherd, and is the shepherd of each person in the congregation?
Instead of saying "The Christianity we have is complete and perfect." Wouldn't we want to put the emphasis on Christ specifically rather than "the Christianity we have"?
To say "The faith we have in Christ is saving" and "Christ is complete and perfect" is putting the glory and honor where it belongs - with Christ himself. Since salvation can be found in no other name, why not emphasize that our salvation is in Christ, rather than in the OALC doctrine?
Putting the emphasis on "The Christianity we have" really is not the same as putting the emphasis on Christ.
Christ and the "Christianity" that we speak of really are two different things. When we speak of the "Christianity" we also mean all of the other synonyms we've associated with it:

• This Christianity
• This saving faith
• Living Faith
• This precious Doctrine
• The Old Apostolic Lutheran Church
• Our most Precious Faith etc.

Do we teach that believing on Christ is enough? Or must one also believe in the OALC doctrine - ie. "The OALC, and the living faith and doctrine taught in the OALC is the only saving doctrine we are aware of, and no other doctrines taught at other churches are saving. They are heresy, and dead faith, and are based on good works."
We say that our doctrine is based on the Bible, and can all be found in the Bible. Somehow those other churches end up adding to or removing from the teachings of the Bible and go into dead faith, but The OALC has never done that?

Jesus is found in his congregation, in the hearts of the children of God.
Our doctrine is all the teachings of Jesus and his Apostles.
We are sent out to preach repentance and the forgiveness of sins. This is spreading the Gospel also.
The law is preached to awaken one to their sinfulness so to lead them to Christ.
A sermon of repentance can be a law sermon to an unbeliever.
God has hidden the spiritual meaning from the wise and prudent and revealed unto babes.
Lapland is where our mother congregation is. The prophesies contain this.
The thief on the cross confessed his wrongs and confessed Jesus before the world. A short order of grace.
The Christianity we have is living. We have a living knowledge of sin and a living knowledge of grace.
The Christianity is Christ’s own church and his bride which in marriage becomes one, so we can’t separate his church from him.
The Christianity is complete and perfect through the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
We must go through the order of grace which clearly says these are experiences of a new birth all the way to persecution. Justification and Sanctification.
So yes, our salvation is Jesus Christ, how do we know this without living faith in the heart?
The forgiveness of sins in Jesus’ name and blood is needed to encourage us to strive to the end.
The Spiritual name of our church is the church of the first born. Hebrews 12
Old Apostolic Lutheran Church is our American name so to recognize it legally, but it is where the Children of God gather.

I've heard it said that Luther says in order to find Christ you must first find his congregation. Have you seen that message in the Bible? If so, can you point me to this message in the Bible?
I've heard it said that this is shown in Luke since Mary, who represents the congregation, is listed first. Luke 2:16 "And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger."
However, in the gospel of Matthew, Mary is not listed first. Matthew 2:11 "And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him"
I feel like if the order was very significant, the gospel of Matthew would have listed Mary first as well.
Are you aware of a spot in the Bible where it gives the message that in order to find Jesus, you must first find his congregation?

Swedish Lapland where LLL opened this last period of visitation has been likened unto a tree. It started like a mustard seed and has grown from there to us and we have become partakers of this same seed.
In Luke 2 it talks of the shepherds in Mathew 2 it talks of the wise men.
If we can't believe Luther or Laestadius and have the same experiences of a new birth Christ isn't living in our heart, he has died. When we are awakened we have seen this then we have been led to his congregation where the power to forgive sins has been left.

I'm having a hard time seeing how God's word connects these verses to the mother congregation in Swedish lapland.
Regarding Peter's vision, I assume you're referring to this verse where the vision was repeated three times.
Acts 10:16 - This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.
I've heard that Peter's vision means there will be three periods of visitation, but I haven't seen this elsewhere in the Bible.
It seems like Peter's vision is focused on Peter learning to accept all people, and not just Jews as is shown further on in the chapter where Peter summarizes the meaning of the vision
Acts 10:28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.
Is there another Bible verse that connects this verse or vision to our mother congregation being in Swedish lapland?
Regarding Zechariah 6, it seems like you're referring to the place where it mentions the horses that went north.
Zechariah 6:8 Then cried he upon me, and spake unto me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.
In the Bible, the north often refers to the area of Babylon and Assyria that were enemies of Israel. Sending chariots to the north is said to symbolize God's judgment and control over these powers.
With Swedish lapland being over 2400 miles north and 700 miles west of Babylon, while Babylon is already over 500 miles from Jerusalem where Zechariah was prophesying, I'm wondering if you can point me to any Bible verses that connect this prophecy to the area of Swedish lapland?

These are deep places that have verified our Christianity which the order of Grace can only explain, when we experience it in our own heart. Our Christianity has answered
all these questions in our own heart and the Spirit reveals to us that it is true without doubt. There is no doubt that the highest light is in the mother congregation and in the humility and lowliness in which Christianity travels. Thomas traveled with Christ and still doubted unless he could see and feel the wounds of the resurrected Savior. Blessed are those that don't have to naturally see but believe by faith. I won't believe unless I see, but it is hidden from the intellect. That only comes after we believe.
People will debate the word all their lives and it never does them any good unless it brings them to the breaking of the heart, and there we are in the right condition to receive the blessed encouragement that our sins have been forgiven. This releasing is left in Christ's true church on earth made up of those reborn children that have experienced this in their own heart. There is our simple childlike faith and we need nothing more for our salvation. As we travel we need to be fed the pure Word by the preaching of repentance and the forgiveness of sins. Where have we confidence other than in this blessed faith when the labor is done in unity and love with the abiding Holy Spirit? God's Spirit recognizes the Spirit that is in us. So the Spirit has been tried, that it is of God not man.

Thanks for pointing out that these deep places can be explained by the order of grace. In reading through the beatitudes in Jesus' sermon on the mount in Matthew 5, I'm not seeing a connection between the order of grace and Peter's vision of the sheet or the chariots going north in Zechariah 6.
Can you help me understand how the order of grace in Matthew 5 explains these deep places that have verified our Christianity by showing us
the mother congregation in Swedish lapland is the highest light? Is there any particular verse in the beatitudes that you feel ties these teachings together?
I want to have childlike faith in God's teachings, but not in the teachings of man. If I am to believe this teaching wholeheartedly, I need to first be sure that God has taught it in his word. Bible passages such as 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Deuteronomy 4:2, Revelation 22:18-19,Acts 17:11, Isaiah 8:20, and Proverbs 30:5-6 remind us that God's written word is sufficient, and we must not add to or subtract from his word and believe only teachings that are found in the Holy Bible.
If this teaching is a commandment of men and not of God, I think I would want to be wary of accepting it in a childlike way, because it would draw my heart away from God, as Jesus teaches in Matthew 15:8-9: "This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."

When we go through the order of grace and experience this in our own heart all these questions are answered. We see clearly and know our mother. We know where we have received spiritual life. The intellect wants to understand before it can believe and that is why Luther says it needs to have its eyes poked out and neck wrung when it comes to spiritual matters. We read the word of God knowing that there is such depth to it and the Holy Spirit must interpret it for us. When the Disciples received the power of the Spirit they spoke; and people believed, only about 1 in 10 that first day. How are we to think?

Ok, thanks for sharing your thoughts! I agree that when we read the word of God we must read it with a prayer that the Holy Spirit will reveal the meaning to us.
It felt like many of these questions were answered for me until I started to read the Bible, and at that point it felt like some of my lingering questions were being answered, while different questions were coming up!
The spiritual mother has definitely been a big question. It feels like the Bible makes it clear that we have a father in heaven, but does not emphasize a mother congregation on earth.
One verse that stands out is Matthew 23:37, where Jesus laments over Jerusalem:"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!"
This verse shows Jesus' desire to gather and protect His people, like a mother hen gathering her chicks. This verse seems to point to Jesus as our spiritual mother more than it does Swedish Lapland. What are your thoughts on this verse?
Also, Galatians 4:26 says, "But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all." Here, Paul identifies the heavenly Jerusalem as our spiritual mother, indicating a heavenly, rather than earthly, origin for our spiritual roots. Let me know what your thoughts are on this!
Another question that has come up since I've started reading is about the intellect. It seems like the Bible encourages the use of the intellect in its right order, and does not promote a one sided view of the intellect as something that has no place in the life of a Christian.
It does appear Luther did condemn reason when he said "Reason is a whore, the greatest enemy that faith has; it never comes to the aid of spiritual things, but—more frequently than not—struggles against the divine Word, treating with contempt all that emanates from God." (Table Talk, recorded by his students).

However, that was not the end of the story in regards to Luther's view on reason. He viewed it positively in many ways as well.

1. Reason as God's GiftLuther recognized that reason is a gift from God and has its place in understanding and managing earthly affairs:"Reason is the greatest gift of God to man; it is the 'alpha and omega' of all."Source: Luther’s Works, Volume 40: Church and Ministry II.
2. Reason in Theological StudyLuther acknowledged that reason has an important role in theological study and the interpretation of Scripture, although it must be subordinate to faith:"But the sure rule is that the more true faith a man has, the more firmly and freely he reasons."Source: Luther's Works, Volume 27: Lectures on Galatians, 1535.
3. Reason and ScienceLuther supported the use of reason and intellect in the pursuit of knowledge, including science:"The natural sciences should be cultivated and studied as the most valuable gifts and instruments of God."Source: Luther’s Works, Volume 44: The Christian in Society I.
4. Educational ReformLuther was a proponent of education and intellectual development, which included a strong emphasis on using reason:"I am much afraid that schools will prove to be the great gates of hell unless they diligently labor in explaining the Holy Scriptures and engraving them in the hearts of the youth. I advise no one to place his child where the Scriptures do not reign paramount. Every institution in which men are not increasingly occupied with the Word of God must become corrupt."Source: Luther's Letters, Volume 2.
5. Philosophical ReasonWhile critical of reason's limitations in spiritual matters, Luther did not entirely reject philosophical reasoning:"Reason is a necessary tool in its own sphere, and it is essential for daily living and governance."Source: Table Talk.

And likewise, the Bible has a positive view of the use of reason in the life of a Christian, and does not condemn it as Luther did.

Here are a few places where the Bible emphasises the importance of Reason, Wisdom and Understanding:
1 Thessalonians 5:21: "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good."Proverbs 2:6: "For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding."Proverbs 3:13: "Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding."James 1:5: "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him."These verses emphasize that wisdom and understanding are gifts from God and are to be sought after and valued.

The Bible also contains warnings against Over-Reliance on Human Wisdom:1 Corinthians 1:19-21: "For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent... Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?"Colossians 2:8: "Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ."These passages warn against placing human wisdom above God's wisdom and the potential for intellectual pride to lead one astray. These verses are some of the most critical verses in the Bible against the use of reason and the intellect, yet they do not say that the intellect has no place in the life of a Christian. They make it clear that human wisdom should never be placed above the wisdom of God.
It seems like when we talk about reason and the intellect, we would be in safer territory to quote the Bible than a paraphrasing of Luther's most critical statements he's made about reason. What are your thoughts on that?

When the highest light comes through the mother to explain the scriptures as the Holy Ghost reveals and unitedly this understanding comes forth, it is our helmet of salvation that protects us from our own intellect causing confusion. If there is confusion, we look to the united understandings that have been tried through the congregation. Our wisdom is when we understand this and can leave our own thoughts and accept the united thoughts. Self-knowledge is also a gift revealing we are weak and needy as King David felt. Self-righteousness will want to lead us away from this and demand more than a childlike faith. As Lapland has always gathered and never pushed away anyone so as the mother hen with a pure mother’s heart. So many signs of a true mother that has so much love for the children. I also have some questions about where these ideas are found in Scripture - I'm hoping you can point me to places in the Bible to help me believe these ideas are supported by God.

The Bible describes believers as being born again through faith in Christ (John 3:3-7), not specifically through a congregation. Instead, believers are often described as being adopted into God’s family (Romans 8:15-17, Ephesians 1:5). Can you show me where the Bible says Christ has given birth to a congregation in this way?
"The congregation is our mother."
Scripture frequently describes the church as the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:27) and the bride of Christ (Ephesians 5:25-27), but it doesn't refer to the church as our mother. The Bible does use maternal imagery, such as in Galatians 4:26, which refers to "Jerusalem above" as our mother, symbolizing the heavenly city. However, this is a figurative use and does not specify an earthly congregation as a mother. Can you point me to where the Bible supports this idea?

The New Testament focuses on the church as a whole, the body of Christ, which is not limited to any specific locations (1 Corinthians 12:12-27). It does not single out any particular congregation as the “mother congregation” in the last days. Where in the Bible does it mention the Lapland congregation or a future mother congregation?

While it’s true that the church plays a role in teaching and nurturing believers, the idea that the highest light comes exclusively through a particular congregation resembles the Catholic belief that the Pope has the ultimate authority to interpret Scriptures authentically. This concept of centralized spiritual authority is not supported by Scripture for any congregation outside of the foundational role given to the apostles and prophets with Christ Himself as the cornerstone (Ephesians 2:20).
The helmet of salvation mentioned in Ephesians 6:17 is part of the armor of God designed to protect us from spiritual attacks, not from our own intellect. The Bible encourages believers to love God with all their mind (Matthew 22:37), which includes using our intellect to understand and discern His word (Acts 17:11, 2 Timothy 2:15).
The idea that we should rely on a specific congregation for ultimate understanding of Scriptures and protection from confusion is not supported by the Bible. Rather, believers are called to individually and collectively seek understanding through the Holy Spirit, study, and discernment (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 1 John 2:27).
Could you provide a biblical basis for the claim that the highest light must come through the mother congregation and that the united understanding serves as a helmet to protect us from our intellect?
"If there is confusion, we look to the united understandings that have been tried through the congregation."
Unity in the church is important (Ephesians 4:3-6), but the Bible also emphasizes testing teachings (1 Thessalonians 5:21, Acts 17:11). Additionally, James 1:5 assures us that if we lack wisdom, we should ask God, who gives generously to all. Where does the Bible instruct believers to defer to the united understanding of a specific congregation?
"Our wisdom is when we understand this and can leave our own thoughts and accept the united thoughts."
Proverbs 3:5-6 does indeed encourage us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding, which aligns with the idea of seeking God's wisdom over our own. However, the Bible also calls for individual discernment and testing of spirits and teachings to ensure they align with God's truth (1 John 4:1, Acts 17:11). This suggests that while we should be open to insights from the Holy Spirit and godly counsel, we are also responsible for personally verifying these insights against Scripture.
Accepting thoughts from God and the Holy Spirit is crucial (James 1:5, John 16:13), but the Bible warns against blindly following the teachings of men without discernment (Colossians 2:8, Mark 7:7-9). Can you provide a Scripture that suggests we should completely abandon our own thoughts in favor of the united thoughts of a specific congregation?

Recognizing our weakness is biblical (2 Corinthians 12:9-10), and Jesus praised childlike faith (Matthew 18:3-4). However, a childlike faith should be in Jesus, not in a congregation. Can you show me where the Bible instructs us to have childlike faith in a specific group of elders or a congregation?
"As Lapland has always gathered and never pushed away anyone so as the mother hen with a pure mother’s heart."
While Jesus does express a motherly care in Matthew 23:37, there is no specific mention of Lapland or any congregation as fulfilling this role. Also, all humans, including elders, are sinners (Romans 3:23), and only God is pure. Can you provide a biblical basis for Lapland having a pure mother's heart?
"So many signs of a true mother that has so much love for the children. If we can remain children."
Remaining humble and childlike in faith is biblical (Matthew 18:3-4), but identifying a specific congregation as a "true mother" is not found in Scripture. Additionally, God's love for us is unconditional (Romans 8:38-39), unlike a conditional love that would depend on congregants having childlike trust in the elders.
Lastly, you mentioned earlier:

While unity and love in the Holy Spirit are important (Ephesians 4:3, Colossians 3:14), our ultimate confidence is in Christ alone (Hebrews 12:2, 1 Corinthians 2:5). Can you point me to a Scripture that suggests our confidence should be in a specific congregation rather than Christ?

My mother was diagnosed by her Endo with type 2 diabetes around 10 years ago. Her PCP bred Labradors, and trained one to poke her with his nose when my mothers blood sugar was dangerously low. Two months ago, my mother has decided to move to an apartment complex, and the landlord only allows small breeds. When my mother explained that she had a service dog, the building manager stated that she just needed to submit a reasonable accommodation letter from her doctor. She reached out to her former PCP who gladly wrote the letter but the manager rejected it because he was retired. She then went to her current PCP who refused to consider writing the letter. She also went to her Endo about writing the letter but she stated that those types of letters are usually written by the PCP not by specialists.
What options do we have in getting the letter or is this a fools errand?

Hey guys I 30M did my undergrad in civil engineering before working as a project engineer and then came to the US to do my masters in Management of Technology. Now that I have graduated I do apply to many construction companies for Project ManageProject Engineer roles as well as non construction companies. I mainly focus on construction companies as my grad course was a PM course also I have 2+ years of work experience. Anyways, after 400+ applications every morning I wake up to many creative rejection letters. I know the job market is very bad right now but I am kind of worried thinking are the construction companies rejecting me because I did my masters in Management of Technology and not in Construction Management? Any advice on what else could I do in a short period of time to improve my search ?

My school term ended on March 15th, I applied for Opt on March 14th. My CPT continued until March 31st. I completed my I765 form completely and applied with the new I20. When I called my school this week, they told me that if USCIS rejects my application after my grace period, I can't do anything and I could lose my F1 status. They said that I would not take any risks if I applied to the new program. I was really scared. When I researched, if the wrong/old I20 is entered in OPT applications and there are problems with the money receipt, a cancellation letter is sent directly. But in my case, it has been almost 2.5 months and I received my receipt, the 2nd stage is complete (biometric) and now the case desicion is in the 3rd stage. And it has been saying "it will take longer than expected" for 2 weeks. Anyone have any suggestions? Should I keep waiting? Is it possible to reject I765 after this stage? Anyone experiencing a similar situation?

I’ve moved from California to Colorado.
My current job is over at the end of the month. I’ve been sending out applications left and right and I keep getting rejections.
I’ve been suggested to look for a transitionary job, at a pay cut, to keep me working and something to get me by while I continue looking for a new job. Is this a generally recommended tactic? Just like, food delivery or what?
I’ve also had to look into health insurance since I’m losing my benefits. I’m leaving my job on an official resignation. My job is no longer supporting me working remote, despite me being able to have worked remote these last 4 months. They requested I submit a letter of resignation, which I did. But now I’m worried that it’ll affect my eligibility to get unemployment or apply for health insurance in the marketplace.
I’m stressed out today, and just need some guidance.

Good afternoon. I have received a fine from countrywide parking management for “parking at a hotel without paying for parking”. The thing is, I used a rental car with a friend and it was registered in my name however, we used the same car and the hotel charged him for parking on his hotel statement for some reason. which again, I have proof of. The car rental company I used paid on my behalf, but I am expected to pay the fee to the parking company so they can give it back to the rental car company. I’m seeing on this letter that not paying could lead to be “taken to court” and “affect my credit.” I’ve decided to research this company and I haven’t seen good reviews so I’m already prepared for the BS. I’ve sent an email with proof to the hotel (they aren’t much help), the rental car company, and the parking management. I’m not a UK citizen nor do I live in UK so I’m not sure how court proceedings would work or how it would exactly affect my credit. Additionally, I wasn’t even able to file the appeal on line and there is no way for me to contact them besides email. How would I move forward with this if they happen to reject my appeal? Because I refuse to pay a fine for something that I rightfully paid for.

Please remove roles where I have previously applied from your email blasts of open positions. At best it is a waste of my time to scroll through one or more roles where I was already rejected, and at worst it is a slap in the face.
LinkedIn doesn't get this right either. Why do you suggest jobs to me for which I already applied - on your platform? As soon as I click on the job, it even says that I applied - so why suggest that to me?
These seem like common sense ways to optimize the candidate experience, but no one seems to get this right.

The cringe on their faces. The lack of respect.
Asking a friend... Who is this person in this picture only to be met with the look of disgust... Not to mention labeled as insane by that time. But it carried through. Those feelings of worthlessness. The looks of disappointment. Everywhere I turned I felt it never leave. Walking as a blind person but never really understanding why people hated me so much. Feeling I had to go out of my way to be nicer. A desperate plea to be known for who I am, not what others assumed. Yet, be punched in the gut bc now youre just pathetic for even trying to change what we know to be true about what we know... Like..."you can't fool us lady".
It's an awful feeling to walk up to someone with nothing but kind words and be spit at for things you were never aware of.
In my car I saw you behind me and I've asked people what do you think he was trying to say? No one could figure it out. And I'm really tired of assumptions when it comes to you. I was thinking perhaps he read the letters i wrote and it's done. That's it.

I forgive you for not knowing the extent of what really happened and having to deal with so many confusing issues or thoughts that would arise. I'm sorry you also had to endure what he did to you. We both got it pretty badly.

It must have been hard for you to know how badly I was tortured/hypnotized and raped by him repeatedly. And now it must be even harder to know that I chose to save you. It's a lot to take in.
Especially, bc I saw firsrhand having been around everyone and having experienced how aggressive everyone became who you talked to about me. And they acted accordingly. They acted with spite .. and they acted unknowingly... And I forgive them all. Your friends, relatives, bro, mother, father, whomever you ever told... Whomever you told the story to... The part you were only aware of. I forgive them for their behaviors towards me. They acted unknowingly. It's not their fault. And I forgive you M... I never want you to carry any guilt around.
So it's like why is it so hard for me to see you? I'm not afraid of JE.
After all those memories surfaced I thought about everything. The thing is what am I really afraid of? I'm just afraid of being spit at, humiliated, embarrassed for existing, hated, despised... I'm afraid of feeling the same way I was made to feel when I was ever near you. And especially bc it wasn't just them. It was you as well.
I never knew that when I chose you over myself, it would turn into what it did. Me being completely unaware, still loving you without the knowledge or history of everything that happened... Repeatedly getting traumatized for not remembering what happened.
One thing though that I learned is that when a malignant person (JE) starts to spread rumors and lies about you they permeate deeply. So much so it doesn't matter what you say or do. You'll always be despised and hated. There's no way around it. And that's what I accept. I accept that you never respected me or would ever want anything to do with me-- as you stated in your email... it was so confusing to me. I accept that JE really did what he set out to do in destroying our relationship... So we could never tell our story. So that you would always hate me thinking I betrayed you. That I never loved you.
It was the furthest thing from what I ever felt about you. And that's the part that I wanted you to know. That I never wanted you to carry any of this hate unknowingly. I forgive you for not knowing the extent of what really happened and having to deal with so many confusing issues or thoughts that would arise. I'm sorry you also had to endure what he did to you. We both got it pretty badly.
So that's what I think you were trying to say. You understand. And you have moved on. If you wanted more you would have reached out. Unlike you though his stench never penetrated through to my soul. And that's love. That's how I know this is one sided. It's just me who loved you and it's ok to be that person. He never could reach and destroy that part I held onto. The part he really wanted to crush. Throughout this journey I said I would never go to that dark place and think any less of you. I understood how everyone was manipulated by him. I understood how his stench infected so many people who unknowingly fell into his traps. And I'm so proud of myself that despite getting spit at so much and looked down on I just accepted it as life. Were some people are just not going to like you.
We both didn't do anything wrong. We don't need to apologize for having been victims of his like so many in our circles whom were affected bc of it.
And I think that was what the message was when you were behind me. It was always hard to figure you out. You kept your promise though. So thank you. You did your part when you didn't have to. And another reason I didn't give you these last few usernames and if you found my letters is bc if you wanted to at this point you would look. I'm sorry that you had to learn about how severe it was and the choice I had to make in the end could possibly make you feel bad about the 2nd go around. I'm sorry I mumbled "go f yourself" when I was being threatened at work when i intuitively felt it had something to do with you.
Anyway, I have these pretty cool things I've been learning recently. And it goes that we're never really helpless in changing things. Even when the stench of negativity has permeated through... We have ways of clearing all that. We're not helpless and we can still have really good lives. That's my plan... Gd Willing...

PS. This has been one of the hardest letters to write bc I had to admit and accept the fate I was handed. I had to accept that while I deeply loved someone the only thing they feel that's embedded in them is how much they loath me. It's a hard pill for me to have to swallow as well. I'm glad I did it with grace and love, no different than when I was told I had to make a choice in the hotel room 28 years ago... I don't regret my decision. Even now, even after everything I went through, you're still a beautiful soul. I wouldn't hesitate... I'd still choose to save you.

So there’s this classmate of mine who I first encountered back in 7th grade. He was kind of the social outcast type, the kid who sits at lunch alone and gets picked last for partegroup projects. One day during lunch, he asked my friend group if he could sit there and we said “sorry, someone else is sitting in this seat and we’re waiting for them”. He said ok and walked away.
The truth is we kind of just didn’t want to have him at our lunch table, he was chubby, not well dressed, awkward, and we’re not obligated to invite him out of pity. There was no one else in that spare seat, we just said that to let him down gently. Over the course of the school year he tried multiple times to join our friend group in other ways; group projects, gym teams, etc. And every time we had to come up with some way to reject him without outright saying it. By the time high school came along, he stopped approaching us, I think he finally got the message.
I didn’t hear much from him in the following years. He faded into obscurity. I recall hearing some vague rumor about Child Protective Services being called on his parents in 10th grade, but I don’t know if that rumor is true or anything.
He ended up really pulling his life together; he started working out, got an athletic body, and got accepted into a prestigious college. I received a DM from him on Insta saying “Hey it’s me from middle school, do you remember me?”. Then he went on this giant rant that went something like this:
”I’m surprised your shallow Regina George-stereotype ass remembers me, I thought people like you were too busy getting wasted at parties or whatever. I know you lied to me about that lunch table seat, because no one ever showed up there. And everything else, too. You’re the most spoiled stereotypical teenager I’ve ever known, and that says a lot because everyone around here always gets pampered by their friends and family while I just had to suffer alone. Guess what? It made me strong. You and your clique’s exclusion almost broke me, but I bounced back better than ever before. I wouldn’t sit at your shitty lunch table because I’d rather be working out at the MMA gym, going to Walmart or even just laying in bed. Did I mention how spoiled and privileged you are? I’ve lived through shit that would’ve killed your pampered ass who gets everything handed to them. But I lived through it and found greatness in adversity. Enjoy going to another one of your parties or whatever, you can get fucked for all I care. I’m off to pursue greater things in life.”
His whole rant was just rude, out of nowhere, and uncalled for, so I got fed up and said “If you’re still this pissed about some petty middle school drama, then you’re still as much of a loser as you were back then”. He replied with “Would [his college] with a single digit acceptance rate accept a loser? Your acceptance doesn’t mean shit to me when I have an acceptance letter from them”. After that he blocked me.

I recently graduated from college and I'm struggling to find a job. It's really demoralising for me receiving rejection letters, I'm a big gamer and playing games is the only thing that has kept my morale up during these tough times. My financial situation is pretty dire right now, I can't afford to buy a lot of new games.
I'm currently looking to buy Horizon Forbidden West on my PS5. This is my 25th attempt at requesting for this game. I played the first game on my PS4 and loved it. The standard edition of the game is currently on sale at $49.99. I'm looking for a $50 PlayStation gift card of US region.
GAME SUMMARY
The sequel to 2017's Horizon Zero Dawn, Horizon Forbidden West is set in a post-apocalyptic version of the Western United States recovering from the aftermath of an extinction event caused by a rogue robot swarm. The player can explore the open world and complete quests using ranged and melee weapons against hostile machine creatures.
Basically the game takes place in the far future where humanity almost gets destroyed by their advanced robotic creations. But it seems humanity have sort of gone backwards with their primitive clothing, implying that they haven't got the previous knowledge of their ancestors. The first game Horizon Zero Dawn, the protagonist Aloy discovers secrets about what happened to humanity, and its sequel is the continuation of this first game where she explores the far west of modern day america.
WHY I'M INTERESTED
The reason why this game appeals to me is the setting. I find it soo interesting how humanity was able to be on the brink of extinction and somehow managed to survive (I can't anymore due to spoilers). And after surviving, civilisation sort of went backwards instead of continuing on from the ancestors. I watch a lot of lore videos on youtube about this game, and there are many different stories hidden in the game world which tells us different perspectives of people on the situation. Even though its humanity that is in trouble, everybody has a different view on how to tackle the problem. But this is only touching the surface, there is also the robot machines created in these giant cauldrons that is a big mystery to this day.
