I heard about this cipher but can't figure out what it's called. It is made by choosing a keyword and removing the letters in it from the alphabet, then you put the keyword at the beginning of your modified alphabet. After that you number each letter from left to right and write a message using the numbers.
Example:

I am a content creator with a quickly growing youtube channel and looking for someone to edit 1-3 videos a week for me. It would be about 1.5-2 hours of footage I would be sending your way, that would just need to be narrowed down to about 45 minutes.
I don't need anything fancy like graphics or music, or subtitles since my audience puts on my videos in the background (like a podcast). The footage is just of me talking, so doesn't require much. -someone who can correct my audio (to get rid of as much fuzz, background noise as possible without making my voice sound robotic)

I just want to say,
I am truly blessed to have been able to know you and spend time with you. Even though at the time I thought we had forever, I know that not all things are meant to last in this life.

I am about to see my extended relatives and they are critical and love to give advice. I know this comes from their own trauma, but they remind me of my mother, and I just want to lash out. Work 4 months home 6 weeks the first day that he is back he cums with takeaways and cool drinks and it's a celebration it would normally only be calm for 2-3 days when he would get angry normally before we were to go buy groceries. Witch ment we will have to put that car together and fix it that's normally tha first day that I would blead if it's not from a tool it's because I woed gow far into the field to hide then it would be his lether belt my but would be blue And red brushe sometimes my skin woed split open and blend every time I moved.

To late now I'm a cat addicted our group grew and we became the popular group we were 40 in the core group if we threw a party 200 people show up I mean some college students started hanging with them college girls hang with me at 17 so obviously the heiskool girls thru them at me nonstop sleeping with 2-3 a night never not wrapped always save. Until I slept with one I actually cared for but not as much as she for me so to get here to disappear I seduced her sister on her bed so she could walk in on that. 3 day later she was found dead in the bath with a letter to her parents on their bed and a long letter for me in her sister underwear full of her blood for me.

I’m not sure if this has been spoken about already, but it’s doing my head in and I need to do something about it. There are scammers all over Vinted, we all know that, but I want to educate people on what the scammer’s accounts look like and how they actually achieve the scam.
Firstly, what do the accounts look like, these are the 5 things I use and you can use to tell if the account is dodgy:
Username: Usually a name with random numbers and letters intertwined, such as j0hnathan43z0 (not a real user name)
Price: Tends to include pennies such as £48.50 or £18.75, not very common for a legit seller to use pennies, so when they do, pls check their account.
Reviews/Followers: Almost always they will have 0 followers and 0 reviews.
Photos: Poor quality photos that are clearly cropped, and sometimes have a distorted/barcode-like pattern along one of the edges of the image
Wardrobe: Usually consists of completely random items, with very good prices. Check the background in the image of each item, are they similar? Or do they look like they are taken in what’s clearly a different household for instance.
How does the scam actually work you may be wondering… well:
What they do, is they list an item, using images stolen from an old sales listing from Vinted, eBay etc. The item will be very well priced.
A person will be attracted by this price, and no doubt they will buy the item.
At checkout, you will notice the only courier option is Royal Mail. Why is this? Royal Mail is the only courier on Vinted that isn’t a tracked service, it’s only 2nd class, and because of this, you have to send a proof of postage receipt to the buyer as an image, hence the “Here’s the postage receipt”… message that shows when the seller has sent you said receipt.
The scamming seller will activate this message, in doing so, the Vinted software will update the buyer telling them that their item has been sent. However the buyer won’t upload an image of the postage receipt. (Some time after this, usually an hour or so, the seller will delete their account, I’m not sure how this bit helps the scammer in any way, but they often do this).
If a parcel goes missing on Vinted, Vinted will refund both the buyer AND the seller regardless. Services like InPost and Evri can be tracked and used to prove if the parcel has been delivered or not. Royal Mail 2nd class on the other hand cannot be tracked. So Vinted assume the parcel is lost and eventually refund both parties.
What Vinted fail to do however, is check the transaction for a proof of postage receipt. Checking if the seller actually sent the item off and can prove it, would allow the seller to be rightly refunded or not (the buyer will be refunded regardless). This is bad on Vinted part obviously, because Vinted are paying out scammers for absolutely nothing.
I can’t believe they are getting away with it and it has to stop, because people are paying good money for items that never arrive, and are then out of pocket for 3ish weeks before they are refunded. I hope this post helps the community and raises awareness.

If it’s too good to be true, it usually is!

I live in Colorado, USA. My wife and I listed our condo for sale in early March and accepted an offer of 325k. While under contract a major wind storm removed roof shingles and we reported it to the HOA the day it happened. Nothing done for 3 weeks and during that period a major thunderstorm came and dumped water into our condo. Whole ceiling has water damage and since the roof is slanted the water ran between the ceiling and roof into our walls. While the roof was still missing shingles we contacted multiple roofers to see if we could pay for a patch but they stated the roof is completed failed from a major hail storm a year ago and the roof was also installed incorrectly. Roofers also said they would not work on the roof for legal reasons since they were not approved by the HOA.
We then had a lawyer write a letter requesting action and got nothing from the HOA. It’s been 2 months since that letter was sent and still the HOA won’t talk to us. Their lawyers have also not responded at all. HOA sent out unqualified people to patch roof and have since found out water is still slowly leaking in.
Since the roof was patched our buyer requested water remediation and drywall repair and since our HOA went silent and we are trying to close the sale we contacted our homeowners insurance. Insurance said sure we will cover it and we didn’t want to file a claim but we just wanted to be done with the condo. Water remediation comes in and starts demolition work this week and once they open the ceiling it’s mold through the roof and ceiling. Telling us they cannot keep working unless the roof is completely replaced, mold remediated, and then dry wall can be installed.
Also the roof was patched and the whole ceiling was replaced a year ago and the HOA contractors lied and said it could just be dry wall repair and just covered up the mold. It took us over 8 months to get the HOA to fix the ceiling the first time while water continued to pour in and damage our condo. So this is the second time this has happened in 2-3 years.
Condo is valued at 325k and our buyer just walked away. We cannot list for sale again until roof is completely replaced and water remediation and dry wall repair is completed. We disclosed everything to our buyer and they stayed with us as long as possible but finally decided to walk away today. All wrong doing was do by the HOA board and management company for negligence and unqualified contractors completing poor work.
New roof was quoted at 50k Water remediation and drywall repair quoted at 20k
What legal action can my wife and I take against the HOA board and management company for clear negligence, damages, and because of that negligence the resulting sale of our condo falling through?

I’ve been passively looking in thrift stores for a 35 MM point and shoot camera to replace disposable cameras. Nothing fancy, just simple and user-friendly. I finally found this Minolta Freedom 101 today for super cheap and seemed to be in pretty good condition. I got batteries and film in it and it appears to be working, so I’m super excited! I was friends with this dude and all through my friendship with him, he constantly lied about everything, talked crap about his friends, spat and peed in public when I told him it was gross and made me uncomfortable, always rubbed in the fact he had more friends than me apparently, constantly forced me to go places or try to because he wanted to go when I told him I can’t because I’m broke or because I’m a veggie and I can’t eat meat, made comments about insecurity’s I have, constantly made me go with him to places but then would ditch me for others he sees who he didn’t even know and and forgets I exist to later come back to me at the end of the night, walked a million miles ahead of me and in dangerous situations with creeps, constantly left me on delivered for months on end and come back like it was nothing after blanking and ignoring me, I even confronted him about this and he denied it and said I was avoiding him and made up a whole situation about how I was avoiding him and told him to get lost. I had enough after the last outing I had with him and blocked him. Then he gets like 5 people to ask me to unblock him and I did because I didn’t think he would bother me and I could air him. Then he started saying I had something to tell him and I was like so confused, he started telling me I was jealous because he was talking to others and that’s why I blocked him. He then called me and told me he thinks I’m jealous because he was talking to others and I’m in love with him. I said wtf, we just mates and how I blocked him because he spat right by me which was disgusting and he claimed he didn’t care less, how I didn’t care less who he spoke to but it’s horrible to be left alone in a event we have gone too when I dunno anyone and I’m in a middle of nowhere, how I was sick of him just using me when he fancied a night out and told him to go with someone else. Then he started saying but night outs are fun for me and no one else will come with me, so why can’t I use you because all my friends are broke or busy.
