I've been a guitarist for a few years now, but I've been trying to get into music production and learning keyboard for a minute. I've done quite a bit of research already, but would still like some opinions and suggestions about gear. Apologies if some of my terminology isn't fully accurate, I'm still pretty fresh to this rabbithole.
So, I'm looking for a hardware synth to use with a DAW (most likely Ableton Live), with MIDI functionality as well as live hooked up to an amp or a board. First most important spec for me is that I would prefer a model with 88 keys. I know that, for a beginner, this might seem a little overkill (maybe not idk), but I would really like to use that to try and learn it similar to how I would a piano. Still, if you have good suggestions that have 61 keys, don't hesitate to drop them down as well. The other thing is, of course, the price. My budget is around $600. If you know a good device that might be slightly over, that's still ok. Maybe, I can find a good deal. A good number of preset tones is appreciated, as well as good tools to program my own.
Also, one plus would be the ability to import custom tones made digitally in a DAW. I'm not completely sure if that's a thing and how it works exactly, but I'm pretty sure there are synthesizers made with this in mind.
I'm aware that it's pretty unrealistic for that price I'd find an instrument that satisfies all these criteria. This is just kind of a pointer for what I'm looking for. I'm willing to make compromises as long as I don't end up feeling disadvantaged in some way or another.
If there are any other opinions or suggestions for different specs I should be looking for that I neglected to mention, any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I am a year 7 student. There is this kid who we will call Kin who is also year 7 and everyone hates him but he somehow made this gay friend group with some girls and 2 more Boys like him. Anyways we had PE at the end of the day and I and others were leaning on a metal fence with lots of jackets on them. Then Kin says to me " your on my jacket" I tell him oh my bad then he says wow it stinks now. I retaliate and say Shut up you stink. Then we get in an argument over this thing. His gay friends group back him up and that. My friends come and they still want to argue. he make fun of me being fat even through he is a moritbly obese and I am in good shape since I do martial arts. Then I was going to just leave but he keeps rambling on and on trying to body shame me on things io don't even have. Then he says are you a lady and a man me confused tell him are you. He keeps talking and yapping but then we have to get back in the match. The coach then makes us do this game where there are 4 teams named 1 2 3 and 4. I get pissed at him and so do my friends. They tell me are you really gonna take that from him. So I wait till they call both our groups out but here's the thing. The coach says 1 person or 2 people or the whole teams goes on to do a one goal winner game. Every single time his and my groups gets called he doesn't bother to get on. but ones the Coach said both our teams had to get on with all the players he had to get on. I scout the pics looking for him to slide tackle and injure him. But he doesn't try to get the ball. After a few more round of other teams and me and my friends playing. The coach calls out 2 people from my team and 2 people from kins team. Kin gets on the pitch with one of his friends and then I hear for kin"break his shins girl" He said to his friend. Me furious I get the ball and dribble past him multiple time to annoy him then I kick the ball to him waiting for the perfect opputinity to Brexit him. But the whistle is blown for the game taking too long. On the bus back from the soccer pitch for PE he talks to his gay group about me. When the class has to get of the bus I wait in my seat that is a few rows ahead of him (no boys were allowed to sit at the back of the bus). I waited till he was going to walk ahead and just as I was about to shoulder bash him he lets someone infront of him. So I don't do anything. But then pushes that person to get infant and blows a raspberry at me I tell him to shut up, he's only confident since teachers are watching. Ones we get off the bus we get dismissed to go home. I sitting on a bench with my 4 other friends polkaing what we should do now after school to go park or something like that. Then I see him and his group I approach him and start talking telling him r u still gonna talk smack and that. he pushes me and I get pissed he runs his gay ass around the groups saying oh r u burning some cals there HAHA. I get even more angry but leave it. after a few minutes I come back again asking him to apologise. He just ignore me and when I push him with barely any force he ignores me. So I leave at that but I want to get him bak somehow. Something that will ruin him and get him out of these smart classes and everything.
So any suggestion on what should I do to get the most devious resend on him?

he’s regarded half as a hero and half as a vicious killer depending on who you ask, and if they did something similar to an honour system, his death and the cutscenes afterwards could be different depending on how high or low it is. if it’s high he’s more regarded as a hero and if it’s low he’s more regarded as a vicious killer as i previously stated. personally i believe he was a hero, he did commit violent acts but that’s more bank robbery and threatening anyone who tried to stop him, which he was only stopped because.. well i really cannot be bothered explaining more, but please do some research and lmk what you’d think!! this idea popped into my head when i did the red dead online mission where me and three friends literally used a similar type of armour, and given how great RDR is i don’t doubt they could make a fun game like that, his story is great.

When I bought the bike (used) about two years ago I didn't have any knowledge about bikes. I discovered this sport with this bike so I have went through a great journey of getting better at riding and at being an at-home mechanic. I have swapped 75% of the bike's parts, but one that always remained were these two 203mm rotors. They have seen it all! Blue flows, freerides, enduro trails, and 2 years worth of bike park days. They NEVER let me down. I have had to straighten them TWO times. I have covered them in brake fluid because it fell, and after some thorough cleaning they worked flawlessly again. I have had Magura HC Storm rotors, and they resisted six MONTHS before bending beyond repair (they don't even brake that well). I am by no means a pro rider but I like to think that I'm getting better quickly.
I know that buying cheap shit like this could be strange, considering that these could make the difference from life to death. But I really thrown everything at these, and they are GOOD. IN MY EXPERIENCE.
PS: I am not buying them for the looks, even though they look cool as hell.

I know this is a meme sub. Our boy is right about most things. Some things that he has dog shit takes on is 1. Kids protesting don’t have demands 2. If the USA stopped funding IDF the kids would be only 1% less pissed about the conflict. 3. They don’t know anything about the area or really anything about anything 4. Anti-semitism and anti-zionism are the same thing. 5. “We see that the killing will radicalize kids in gaza but we don’t see that on the other side with 10/07/23 or the 2nd uprising etc.” As I’ve said in previous posts here, I’ve been watching Destiny since 2016. He has made me rethink more things than I could count. He’s forced me to read on topics I never thought to read on. It’s for those reasons I expect much more from him than most humans and why I’m so passionate when I come down on him or go down on him or whatever the phrase is.

1. The student groups are demanding the campus they attend stops using their tuition money to fund Israel. That’s a straightforward, clear demand. In fact, it’s much more clear than occupy or mainstream BLM demands were. Destiny knows this. Rather than dropping this talking point he acts as though his quiver is low and he needs every arrow possible and has recently changed it to “They have no demands… or their demands are misguided.” So fucking silly. Divestment, as big Steve knows from studying more history than most people have casually read, is a political tool that has been used for decades with varying degrees of effect. As a capitalist I would think the idea of people ``voting with your dollar” would get him hard. Destiny has defended his support for the war against Hamas. I haven’t seen him defend his position that American universities should be using their endowments to assist Israel in their war. It wouldn’t surprise me if he has some really thought out reasons for this position but I haven’t heard it yet so until that moment I think his position is stupid at best.
   
2. “The students don’t really care about the USA or their college funding this war. If the schools and or the government stopped the funding the kids would only be 99% pissed rather than 100%”. I think this is a stupid take. The kids I talk to think they are/we all are funding a genocide. I know Big D doesn’t think we’re funding genocide… nobody is correct all the time. They want their school and/or government to stop funding it. Many of them don’t agree what the next step should be but they do know they want their school to divest. Brown is the one example that I know of where the school said, “Ok, we’ll vote on divesting in the fall.” The students didn’t say, “We’re staying until you divest.” They said, “Sounds good.” and broke down their encampment. They know what they want and when the school said that they would vote on it months from now the students walked away.
   
3. “The protesters don’t know anything about the area or the history” is something Mr. Bonerelli has said. He’s also said, “The history matters but at the same time it doesn’t matter.” By this I understood him to be saying, “Yes, X happened in 19XX or 18XX and that was bad and it shouldn’t have happened but what are we going to do about what’s happening on the ground right now?” When I see these clips of kids being asked questions they don’t know the answer to, the latter Destiny quote pops into my smooth brian. My second and third thoughts are, “I wonder how many clips did they get of kids answering questions correctly before they found this kid. I hope there were zero clips before and after this kid because protesters should know by now that talking to the media is something the PR people should do.
   

These kids don’t need to know what happened in the six day war to know that they don’t want their dollars going to arming a military that they believe is genociding a people. In fact, they don’t need to know where Palestine is on a map or if Israel was created in 1948 or 1848.

1. “Anti-Zionism and Anti-Semitism”are functionally the same thing” this is such a silly claim. It’s as silly as the blue trench coat. The most EXTREME form of anti-zionism that I can think of, that I’ve never come across naturally (meaning not searching for it), in the anti-zionist circles, would be the end of Israel and killing of every zionist. Even if 90% of jews were Zionists, even after they realized they could denounce their Zionism and not be killed, that still wouldn’t be killing jews because they are jews. It would be killing zionists because they’re zionists. In fact, if someone were to hold that position they'd be forced to, in absolute numbers, kill more American Protestants than Isrealies. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the largest population of zionists are American protestants. Obviously if the most extreme version of anti-zionism isn’t anti-semitism then the same is true for all versions. If I saw the 6mwe shirts being worn by some of the protestors on these campuses I would be concerned. What's more likely is some of these counter protestors at UCLA were wearing those shirts on Jan 6 in DC.

Anti-Zionism is no different than anti-facism or anti-capitalism or anti-communism. Immutable traits are not necessarily connected to one's ideology. Obviously if you're missing a leg you're likely to support the ADA. If you're queer you're more likely to support equal rights for queer people. That being said, most of the time, Ideology is not connected to things you can’t change about yourself. I know it would be convenient for the zionists if Anti-zionism is Anti-semitism but it’s not. In fact, IMO, a decent argument can be made that Zionism is anti-Semtic. “The jews can safely co-exist with any other population for an extended period of time even in today's international western world with international institutions like the UN, the ICJ and the ICC. It just can’t be done. They need to have their own place that was already partly inhabited.”

1. While in debates sometimes people bring up the fact that the IDF is creating the next generation of Hamas by killing the families of all these kids. If Destiny is given time to reply he says that we talk about it one way but we don’t ever talk about how the rockets and 10/07/23 might radicalize young Isrealies. He’s correct that not many people talk about it but they should. I think it’s very important to point out that if you grow up hearing rockets flying over head, are told in school about all the violence Hamas and those that came before have committed against Israelis (but for propaganda reasons they’d probably say jews rather than israelis) and and that the Gazains have always wanted to kill jews (calling them jews not israelis) and then you’re trained in the IDF and sent into Gaza you might make statements via humorous skit or whatnot about enjoying killing Gazians or that not enough Gazians have been killed while in a bombed out apartment complex in Gaza. What I assume is happening a little bit more than TikTok posts being made is people shooting rather than not because they've been radicalized. Destiny is correct; we need to talk about the radicalization that if Gazians are experiencing then young Iraelis must be experiencing too.
   
2. “Americans don’t care about foreign policy. They care about domestic policy. The college kids ‘care’ about foreign policy because they’re still suckling on the mommy and daddy teet. Domestic policy doesn’t impact them so they look to the most morally loaded thing they can, which currently is foreign policy.” is something I heard Destiny say in a tone of disgust. Destiny also recently said he might stop saying he’s progressive or far-left. IMO His perspective on the above mentioned topic is a perfect example of why he should stop thinking of himself in this way. It says so much to me that when people in a society have their basic needs met they think about the world broadly. They look for international injustice and they do what they can to try to minimize it. From Destiny’s comments it seems as though he prefers for Americans to be so wrapped up in their own survival that they aren’t thinking about international affairs.
   What makes Steven valuable to online politics and philosophy is not that he’s a progressive but his desire to put in the work, show that work being done, to become educating about topics and then expose others for not being educated. 99.9% of factual matters Destiny knows and remembers about this conflict than many scholars. That’s impressive and very important to show people that if you can put in 7 hours a day, 6 days a week, not just read but study for those hours you can come close to having nearly scholarly knowledge on the topic. Obviously there's a difference between having the knowledge and bringing new knowledge to the academy’s attention, that realm is still best left to the scholars but it's incredibly empowering for us all to know that if you put in the work it is possible to know more than 99% of the population on a topic in a short amount of time.
   It would do Destiny and the far-left good if he was more clear about the fact that he’s a classical liberal who’s influenced by The Founding Fathers, Adam Smith, Ricardo and the Marquis de Sade.

I have been casually lurking this sub-reddit since before I reverted to Islam last year in September, as well as a number of other Islam-themed sub-reddits.
In this sub specifically, as well as a few others, I have appreciated the entertaining and informative discourse established by the seemingly open-minded and critical denizens.

I figured I would introduce myself, as I'm at a point in my study of the Quran and Islam where I believe open discussion of my thoughts and knowledge, (or perhaps lackthereof? 🧐 The more you know, the less you know.), would be beneficial rather than overly influential.
Anywho. My name is Marisa, or نهى 🤷‍♀️. I'm 30 years old. I live in the Bay Area of California and have since I was 18. I moved out here alone, without connections, and built a decent little life for myself. I'm still studying (Civil Eng.) but currently work for a CE drafting and doing occasional field work. I skateboard, bike, read, write, make art, etcetcetc. The two truths I have found in this life are Islam and to seek knowledge insatiably.
Around the end of 2022/beginning of 2023, I found myself with a lot of friends either born in or whose family is from the MENA region. Various places: Tunisia, Palestine, Iraq, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Syria, Lebanon, etc. Most are Muslim, الحمد لله 🥰. Given that it's in my nature to seek knowledge, I sought to reconcile the fact that I knew nothing about Islam.
My religious background: I was raised "loosely" Christian. My parents believed in God but didn't really talk about God or go to church. My mom would talk a tiny bit about God with me and I remember saying this prayer before bed well into my teens with her:
"Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep. If I shall die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take."
Beside that, throughout my childhood also into my early teens, I would go to church with friends. I think a Catholic church once, but mostly Baptist and Protestant IIRC. I even joined youth group a couple of times.
The thing is though, that Christianity never really spoke to me, even though I believed in God. I just couldn't connect with it for no other reason I can think of, than that God was preserving my faith for Islam.
Around the age of 15, I remember telling my father I thought I was an atheist. He acted upset and told me "We believe in God," but didn't have much to say when I said "Since when? You never talk about God."
Fast forward to 18 or 19, and I started calling myself agnostic. My reasoning for this change was the acceptance of the reality of metaphysical phenomena. I was tired of deluding myself to the existence of something outside our understanding, though not ready to accept that I believed in our monotheistic God, the only Lord, Allah subhana wa ta’ala. (Fun fact: When things were terrible and when things were fantastic, I prayed to Allah, even I called myself an atheist.)
And I stayed that way until I began reading the Quran, hadith, opinion pieces from casual studies, articles and discussions from scholars, from sources across the board. Sunni, Shia, Quranists, ex-Muslims, etc etc.
And I found myself drawn to Islam. For one, it made me finally admit to myself that I believed in God.
Further, the message I was receiving from the Quran was one of ethics, love(in all its forms, fierce and tender), knowledge-seeking, reciprocity, and patience, and so much more as my studies will not cease until I die ان شاء الله .
The tipping point from being drawn by to diving into Islam was what I can only explain as guidance directly from Allah SWT.
I was up late reading Surah al-Nisa. I had finished reading the following ayah, which I had resonated with and was feeling deeply at that moment.
After reading those, I was thinking over them and ready to sleep, I went to put my Quran down. As I did, it flipped open to the page with the Shahada on it. Seeing it, I had a very strong, sudden, and urgent feeling that I needed to take my Shahada. I want to say my intuition was pushing me, but it was different, outside of myself, and far stronger. So I did. I took my Shahada and fell asleep knowing I had done the right thing. Later, I said my Shahada with Muslim witnesses, of course, though not at a masjid.
Since then, I have been content with my choice and endlessly grateful to Allah SWT for His guidance الحمد لله ❤️ For further clarity on my particular stance within Islam, I identify purely as a Muslim and do not associate myself with any sects or school of thought. I take information from everywhere, and my research always goes back to the Quran. I am not a native Arabic speaker, although I'm slowly learning ان شاء الله (And am actually starting lessons soon, الحمد لله), so I often use friends (from all over and who identify within different Islamic schools of thought) as translators when I deep dive verses, hadith, etc, as well as multiple Arabic-English dictionaries, a Quranic Root index, and varying sources of interpretation.
I have not formed any particular blanket opinion about any sect or school of thought at this point, though find some sect-associated acts to be contrary to what we're taught in the Quran.
I am highly skeptical of Hadiths (including the science behind the chains of transmission), though I do not dismiss them entirely. Some are bound to be accurate at best, and indicative of socio-political conditions/individual and group character at worst.
I am deeply curious, though currently ill-informed, about the long-term effect that the first 4 caliphs, as well as the Ummayid and Abbasid caliphates had on the Ummah and our collective understanding of Islamic history, and subsequently our understanding of Islam.
Not sure what else to put on here besides what I already have.

With Draymond recently appearing on Inside the NBA, it made me cast my mind back to when he blasted the current state of sports reporting and TV personalities…
However it seems that “New Media” is just “Old Media” wrapped up in a different format. The key difference is that it’s deemed fine because current/ex players are talking all BS instead of the journalists.
I’m watching Draymond take unnecessary jabs at teams and players he doesn’t like, just like Shaq, Skip and SAS do.
However, he’s all jokes about it and doesn’t see it as an issue. While he does provide decent insight and technical discussions, his blatant slander of certain guys and teams makes him no different to the likes of Cowherd and Simmons etc.

I have been frustrated with this situation for quite some time now. I really need to connect with people who have had a similar experience. Sorry for the long story.
My (26) parents divorced when I was about 1 years old. The big reason is that my father a hard man to live with and some would describe him as someone with narcissistic tendencies. The divorce meant that me and my sister would spent half our time (later only half of our weekends) alone with my dad. This was not a good time for me. My dad was rarely physically abusive, but definitely emotionally. He would actively pin me and my sister against each other. He would get angry very fast about seemingly small things. And as a child, having to figure out how to have my dad not scream at me and not succeeding was hard for me mentally. To this day I have the feeling that if I give my opinion people will yell at me and it makes me very anxious in my school/ worklife. Of course nobody has ever yelled at me in the big wide world, but it has been hard for me to let this feeling go as it was my life for 22 years.
When I was about 11 years old my dad met his current wife (Tracy). She was very nice and it definitely helped to have another adult in the house. My sister at this time started having a hard time at school and dealing with my father became to much, so she started visiting less. I did mind in the beginning, but then Tanja got pregnant with my little brother. I was so excited and I hung out with my brother a lot. I would say I see myself in him. About 2 years later they had another son. Then they decided to move back to Tanja's home country on another continent. I was so happy that my father left. The idea of not having to please him anymore with every step of my life was such a relieve. Dont get me wrong, I missed my brothers. When he would visit I was still scared and when he texted I was still anxious. But at least he was not able to yell at me every week.
My relieve changed back to anxiety when I visited them 2 times. I saw the way my dad treated my little brothers and it was exactly the same as he would treat me and my sister. My oldest little brother (10 at the time) would pee and poo his pants because of the stress he was under trying to please my father. I am ashamed and embarrassed to say that I did nothing about it. The first time I visited was when I was 18 year old and the second time I was 22 years old. Old enough to protect my little brothers but I did nothing. My frustration from this situation undoubtedly stems from my guilt. I care for my brothers a lot, but I am simply too scared of my father. This is a feeling my sister doesnt share as she distanced herself from my father earlier and didnt visit my little brothers after they moved abroad.
When I was around 22 years old I made the selfish decision of cutting contact with my father. Subsequently cutting contact with my little brothers. Yes, it helped me a lot. I had the freedom to do what I wanted without the judgement and I have found that the world is a lot kinder then I thought it was. Like talking to me friends I figured out that their parents rarely yell at them to my surprise. Anyways, In the back of my mind I know I left my brothers. I know they are having a hard time right now. Primarily because my dad decided to move out of the capital where all of Tanjas support system lives and move to the middle of nowhere about a days ride away. Yes, he decided this on his own and Tanja cannot go up against him. So they went.
The oldest is now 14, but I know that if I were to seek contact with them directly and my father finds out they would have a big problem. If I want contact with them I would have to allow my father back into my life. Quite the dilemma for me. I talked to all my friends and close family about this and they all think I should "take the easy way" and "I shouldnt feel so responsible". However, I think differently and it have been very frustrating for me. Not only do they disagree with me they also dont really give me advice on the subject , because they dont see the big problem.
But I do see a problem. I know my little brothers dont have anyone to protect them after moving away from all the family, except for my stepmom. I know what the effect can be of living with my father. It frustrated me that my father just gets to do as he wants, simply because he is a tall scary man. It frustrated me even more, because there is already a little brother that I dont get to see because my father fucked that up. He is about 20 now and I have not had any contact with him for about 18 years. It frustrated me that my father gets to destroy my relationship with my sibling simply because nobody dares go against him. I want to go up against him and show my little brothers that it can be done, but I feel helpless and scared. Nobody around me seems to understand the gravity I feel around the situation. I hope someone here has had a similar experience. Thank you.

Once upon a time, in a sprawling industrial farm nestled amidst towering silos and metal fences, a little piglet named Snuffles was born. Snuffles was small and pink, with a curly tail and bright, curious eyes. From the moment he opened his eyes, Snuffles knew he was destined for greatness.Growing up in the farm, Snuffles made many friends among the other animals.
But life in the industrial farm was harsh and unforgiving. Snuffles and his friends lived in cramped, filthy pens, with barely enough space to move around. The air was thick with the stench of waste and the constant hum of machinery.Despite the harsh conditions, Snuffles tried to make the best of his life on the farm. He played in the mud with the other piglets, scavenged for scraps of food, and tried to stay out of the way of the humans who worked in the farm.
But as Snuffles grew older, he began to notice the cruelty of life in the industrial farm. Some of his friends were taken away for "processing," never to be seen again. Others were subjected to painful procedures without anesthesia, their squeals of pain echoing through the halls of the farm.
One day, Snuffles overheard the humans talking about the slaughterhouse, a place where animals went to become food for people. Terrified, Snuffles didn't know what to do. He didn't want to leave his friends or the only home he had ever known, but he also couldn't bear the thought of staying in such a cruel place.
As time went on, Snuffles watched as more and more of his friends suffered and died in the farm. I'm creating a browser-based game using Blazor Interactive Server. When a user logs in I just set a "CurrentUser" property on a scoped service that tracks the game state. The user can interact with the game state that is stored in the database through this scoped service. The game rules have some restrictions on how often the user can perform certain actions. The user can circumvent these restrictions by logging in with multiple browsers at the same time.
To illustrate what I mean better, here's an example of a simplified version of the game:
A logged in user has a counter they can click by incrementing a button. The scoped service keeps track of when the button was last clicked. The user can only click the button again if 1 minute has passed. This 1 minute limit can be bypassed by logging in again in a different browser to click the button before 1 minute has passed, allowing the user increment the timer multiple times per minute instead of the intended 1 time.
Because my example is limited to 1 action per minute it's possible to update the database every time, and use that as my synchronization point, so that it doesn't matter how many times a user logs in. But in the actual game I'm working on, there are far more updates happening continuously to far more state, at a frequency and volume that would be prohibitively costly in terms of performance to if I tried to store every update in (and check against) the database. Most of the game state has to be held in memory for periods of time and is updated at a longer interval. Important changes can be saved immediately, and use the database as the synchronization point. Of course this means that losing (non-important) data is possible if the circuit closes between state saves, but such is life.
Besides the ability to cheat by logging in multiple times, because a lot of the game state is only held in memory for longer periods of time, it doesn't make sense access the game through two different circuits at the same time as they will not be in sync anyway.
For these reasons I'd like to limit each user (account) to one active "session"/circuit at a time, preferably by "logging out" the previous session when that same user logs in again, so that the user does not have to remember to actively log out on one device before logging in on another. But I'm not sure how I should keep track of users that currently have active sessions. Or rather, tracking who logs in is easy but how do I track who "logs out" by i.e. closing their browser. And how do I "find" and "log out" the old session if a user logs in again?

I have been playing on this save file for over a month IRL, and suddenly, every NPC in Solitude is acting like they are stuck in a microwave. Many won’t move their legs at all, but some rotate slowly in place like they’re on a microwave plate.
I have found a video from another player showing the exact behavior here.
I have done some A/B testing, and traced the start of the glitch to one of three events. Yes, I can revert to an earlier save file, but my question is moreso— why? Why is this happening? What in the Events I outline below, would cause the entirety of Solitude to get in the microwave?
Most Likely: 1. “Holidays” Mod tries to fire the “April Fools Day” event. On 28th of Rain’s Hand, When I get close to the gates of Solitude, a seemingly randomly chosen NPC in a jester costume comes running out of the gate, says a random dialogue line, and begins dancing in front of me. Entering Solitude after that, fires a dialogue box “you can’t use that here” repeatedly, even though I’m not trying to use anything. The glitches then proliferate and worsen— NPCs get stuck in place, rotate like microwave plates, and eventually two identical NPCs both named “Planter” will show up naked. I have no idea who they are.
If I manage to enter Solitude and delay the onset of April Fool’s Day, the glitched dialogue box and microwave problem will wait… until the jester shows up to follow me. This makes me wonder if the glitch is moreso related to overloading the follower count. I have two followers using AFT (one vanilla, one iNPC, as recommended), but Legend of the Dragonborn has added two Dwarven Centurions to follow me. Is it possible the jester being foisted on me is overwhelming something and causing the glitch?

1. I notice the glitch does not happen if I pick up from a previous save file. Between that save file and the one with the glitch, only two things have happened: I completed a mission from Convenient Horses to “Kill a Dragon while Mounted”. I also stumbled across an iNPC event called “The Curse”, where 3 NPCs are executing a witch.

Out of curiosity, advice on stopping the glitch? I have seen other examples of people getting this exact glitch in Vanilla, no mods. And they say it is related to a missing or corrupted navmesh. I have tried the suggested fixes of fast traveling out of Solitude and back in, fast traveling from outside Solitude and back and then entering the city, fus ro dah, attacking NPCs, and even reducing my follower count by killing the Dwarven Centurions…

Some other examples are:

• I had a lunch date and it was set for 11:30 am but for some reason I just had 11 am in my head
• I had something set for one day and knew it but then I just thought it was another day

I make these mistakes, but I don't notice that I'm not noticing reality. It scares me because that means I can't really trust myself.

This is the most plausible answer. I think this is exactly how he did it using facts from sermons, emails, texts, news, interviews, maps, and extensive experience with parasitic Narcissistic sitic abuse. If there is anything that I am incorrect on please let me know and I will recalculate. After typing this up two days ago, I stumbled upon Mica’s father‘s interview, and it completely solidified it to the point where I started violently shaking. I think this is what happened.
I was told Winslow‘s property backs up against that state forest. 200 acres. Right down the road. Now remember. Somebody on his staff was told to go and trim back the overgrowth on that specific property shortly before all of this happened,
I think Mica at some point had conversation with Winslow and agreed to come and talk to him at his property, a “safe place JP wouldn’t know.”, thinking she could trust him. I think mica went to winslows and JP was waiting there for unknowingly.
I think Winslow has JP‘s phone and I think JP has Winslow‘s phone so they’re not gonna ping the towers. All they saw was the license plate they never verified He was actually there.
I think JP and Winslow met at a undisclosed location and swapped vehicles. JP went up to Winslow’s NC property with Winslow‘s vehicle and cell phone, and Winslow went down south with JP cell phone and truck. I can’t quite place the girlfriend, but she is an alibi therefore she is aware that something has happened or is going on. I cannot figure out whether or not Winslow was with JP and she took the vehicle down south either or we need to find out the location of where the girlfriend was and where Winslow was. That could all be found by bank financial records of the days in question. Nobody uses cash in 2024 for an entire getaway.
Didn’t they say he got a new truck? There was something new about the truck? Did he get a new one so it wouldn’t have any of Winslow’s DNA inside of it? If Winslow drove it, his DNA/finger prints on the steering wheel would easily be on the steering wheel. Why else would he need to drive Winslow‘s vehicle if there were indications, he was driving the vehicle. Now remember one of them is a lawyer he knows what they look for. JP‘s and Winslow‘s vehicles both need to be tested for gunpowder residue.
Mica shows up to Winslow’s property, JP is there with Winslow’s vehicle, ambushes her OR Winslow is there too and the girlfriend took her phone and truck south. He already has a plan of where he’s going to take her to unalive her before she arrives. JP drives Mica’s car with Mica in it to the final location parking lot, walks her into the woods kills her, puts her stuff down and walks back to Winslow property through the woods. Girlfriend says she was with him, I think she stayed at the property or she drove a vehicle to come get him after he was done if she was there. either way Winslow or girlfriend somebody picked him up or was waiting or he went back to the property and gotten Winslow‘s vehicle and left. Remember it’s not that far away..
Now, after reviewing the 911 recording again, I do not think it is AI. The biggest reason why I know it wasn’t AI is because if you listen to the fast response when asked for the phone number, there wasn’t enough time to record that and send it at the same time. So she replied too fast. Now, when have you ever heard a 911 operator asking somebody for their phone number? That never would have been written. You still have the type stuff in the AI creators. Also, she delayed pause between every number, how would she have replied in half the time it would have taken to type all of that out. Think about it, he would have had to type a number hit space type a number hit space over and over. In a rush I know I mess up you don’t think he would have messed up? He never would have been able to get that recorded smoothly quickly in the time it took for her to respond. Again, when have you ever heard of 911 asking for your phone number?. I believe he is in the car with her after they just left Winslows property. I believe he’s sitting right next to her in the car and allows her to make the call thinking it’s going to cover up everything and benefit him. She was sending out the whistle to her family and She’s trying to buy time for them to locate her. He knew to turn off the location because she mentioned She turned it on notice how it ended at that?. My point with this is at the end.
Logically speaking if she was purposely driving to that park, she would have known the name to GPS it. She would’ve known the name of the park to give the operator. That’s why she was pausing, probably looking to him to see where they’re at. That’s why she says “yes that’s it” cause he nodded. he had enough time to process what the operator was saying before Mica was able to answer that’s why she was able to reply quickly because the operator was speaking slowly. He heard the first word and nodded. She didn’t know, but now suddenly she knew? If she was going to purposely take her own life, and she really wanted her body found, why wouldn’t she have found the name of the park before she called to give them proper location?
She would have seen oh look it’s a park and read the sign and pulled into it. She didn’t know the sign because she was terrified because he was with her. She just knows she’s in a park.
I would possibly look to see if there was any dirt roads that led to where her vehicle is at back to Winslow’s property. That might be why she didn’t see a sign. I haven’t looked too much into that part but it’s a suggestion if anybody wants to do any homework.
SO That’s why the phone was put on airplane mode so cops wouldn’t track them into the woods at the site of the incident and he would be able to get away in time into the woods without being seen.
Also airplane mode was turned on while in the car, at the end of the 911 call, I think he took the phone put the airplane mode on which is why the airplane mode was put on because she mentioned it out loud specifically, he knew the cops were coming time to MOVE, can’t follow us to the woods though. THATS why there’s no bird sounds, they did it in the car after they got to the parking lot. I think subconsciously she thought knew this was going to happen. Kinda like I told my family this was going to happen, and then it clicked what she needed to do. He brought the phone with them to paint the picture. Why would she turn off her location herself if she wanted to be found? She was already going to enter her life right? She was obviously not going to wait a long time right? Listen to her voice when it got emotional when she said she was going to kill herself. If she was unsure, why did she skip up in the exact moment? She was almost free, she had fought so hard. When you’re almost free, what would make you think she would want to stop now? Listen to me clearly, he was in the car. She needed to send out a dog whistle to the people she had told she she told him she would admit to the suicide if she could have her body found. She knew she was going to die and she knew she needed to make sure her family could piece this together. Therefore the only plausible answer is he was in the car with her. She was emotionless probably because the gun was already on her, the phone was removed from her because she mentioned the airplane mode specifically he thought they can’t trace us out to the woods, airplane mode goes on. He walked out to the woods. He needed Time to get away and couldn’t have them knowing exactly where he was to go to first so he could escape right after.
Now he goes into the woods by possibly dragging her which is why she has a bruised wrist. That might be why she started crying. She might have tried to get away when she knew what was going to happen or that it was happening hence why there’s multiple rounds. This led to possible yanking, and then the gunshot, which is why the fisherman heard the crying. Then it was over. Put her in the water he placed her belongings and Then he walked back towards Winslow‘s property. I want to know if there’s a phone call between mica and Winslow, was this drive scheduled day of or days prior and gave enough time for it to be planned. I believe at that time he got back into Winslow’s vehicle met somewhere with Windlow switched vehicles again. JP going to his home and Winslow going back to his home. The funeral and everything was already preplanned and scheduled due to the fact they already knew what was going to happen and already had it pre-planned and needed to make sure it was swift and left no room for delay. Her family, knowing they would want to see her, he manipulated them into signing the cremation holding her body over their heads. Taunting them via text message blaming them to create the narrative. Otherwise, what would be the big deal of allowing them to see the body without needing something in exchange? He knew they would have questions afterwards. At that time all they had was the 911 call and a body, sometimes you need time to process. You know when something happens and then later on you’re like wait what? He wanted to make sure that body had no stop on the cremation process to get rid of all evidence before thosequestions inevitably came. He got ahead of it so there was no hiccup in delays because he knew he had to allow them to see the body to the public that would be the moral right thing to do. Not allowing them to see the body would be suspicious. He figured out how to make it work for both. He talks about laying with her body four times and trying to raise her from the dead, was this guilt or was it like when somebody puts a deer head on the wall?
Now remember, she has already been predisposed to trust Winslow. He mentions Winslow in an email to her previously, obviously showing that he & his wife were a trusted friend of hers as well. It’s 100% a possibility that Winslow told her to come up and talk where she was protected and JP wouldn’t find them, and Winslow left with the truck and met with JP and they switched. Winslow south, JP north. Winslow had asked his staff to clean up that overgrowth on the property. It being a wooded area, was this done so that the roadway was assessable for the plan? she probably drove down some type of dirt road, and he ambushed her in some manner. North Carolina Woods are dense, therefore easily to hide when she pulls over.
Now, how do I think that JP convinced Winslow to help, I believe JP convinced Winslow , Mica was going to tell on all of them and ruin their lives. This could have been backed up by the fact that all the documentation that she had previously collected had gone missing, and was brought to Winslow to paint Mica as an enemy so this was enough for him to convince Winslow that their future and freedom was inJeopardy. When JP was actually afraid she was going to tell on his abuse and life and ruin him. So they killed her to protect their life.
They said something yesterday about breaking news how they found that the notary was forged? Thats enough for me to draw speculation because it was done by Winslow that he is now in on the dirty dealings. He is a part of the actual dirty dealings against mica He knows something is being done wrong and he is condoning it.
That notary that was done on the power of attorney from mica was falsely notarized. Mica was not present for the notary. There was an article on earlier I was looking at but I was in information overload. I just know It was not legally notarized. This shows that Winslow does not have integrity. How far is he willing to go to protect JP and all of their secrets?
I think she told JP she just wanted her body to be found for her family and she would go without a fight. I believe that it was a dog whistle to her family. The clue they would need to know this wasn’t suicide. She told them and now she needed them to remember. She knew she was going to die and everybody needed to know about the gunshot specifically that she warned everyone about days prior. He didn’t know she told people close to her that that. That’s why her voice broke up when she said she was going to unalive herself. She did not want to die. She just wanted people to be able to solve the crime. She manipulated him into thinking he was going to get away with this because she is admitting to it being a suicide. Not knowing She had whistled what was going to happen, she needed people to listen. She offered up no extra information during the 911 call which then delayed the process hoping they would find her location. She told her dad days prior she’s getting a gun for protection. I think she got it before she drove up there just incase and the bruises on her hand may be him wrestling it from her. Maybe at arrival.
A search and rescue dog can smell from weeks to months after somebody has left the area, and if anybody can get something of his and be able to place him there in the woods, you have convincing beyond a reasonable doubt.
After writing this up yesterday when I was complete, I got super sick to my stomach. I was shaking. I could see it completely out in my head where all the facts completely aligned. I believe tthis is the only plausible theory there is.
What people need to realize at the end of the day the good attention and bad attention is still attention to a narcissist. He is enjoying the intention is getting from this primarily from getting away with it. That’s why I believe he visited her body four times after she was deceased. Because he already had a girlfriend, he already talked about going and getting a hot wife and then after she dies, he does an interview about how she’s the most incredible wife and supportive. He made the obituary about how awesome he thought she was to still collect her validation and the validation he got from being her husband because she was good. She was light and he was jealous of that. He wanted that that’s why he had that position. She loved him so much he claimed and how she was so wonderful he claimed yet she didn’t want him when she had a no contact order and wanted a divorce obviously, he wasn’t that. and if you guys don’t think he groomed her go to the memorial of life sermon and listen to the poem again. Now switch the words, “school” and “church.” And follow the story line.

I work Monday-Friday 9-5, I make sure I put make up on and look presentable etc. When it comes to the weekend I just prefer to go au natural, I take the dog out and like the fresh air on my face. Anyway I had to pop to the supermarket and do a bit of essential shopping, no make up. The cashier looked at me like something she had stepped in! I wouldn’t say I look completely gross without makeup, I look after my skin and use expensive moisturisers, I maybe a little pale as I’m blonde. Does anyone else feel like they are treated differently with no make up on?

I believe I'm in the midst of being ghosted by someone I was really interested in. We went on 3 excellent dates. I had a vacay and she has had some life issues... despite having great compatibility I feel as though her lack of texts and communication lately is a telltale sign I'll be ghosted. She says she wants to see me again but words are words. Currently planning on not reaching out this week and letting her come to me... if she doesn't then after a month I plan on reaching out to see what happened.... am I worrying too much?? Should I just reach out for this weekend.?! The convo is starting to look one sided and I don't want to chase her away.....I also don't want to make it look like she isn't currently the apple of my eye either..... my other relationships were very different / constantly needing reassurance so I'm not familiar with this more free and easy approach.

i'm 18(male) and she is 19. it's my first relationship and its over 7 months nowadays and i dont know what to do. we were having great times at the begining. but for 2 months we're struggling to continue the relationship. we realized we're totally different from each other. she wants too much outside and i want too much alone time. i'm a very introverted person and i need to spend time alone. but she is my opposite. she doesn't want to spend time by herself and she has 2 3 friends and me only. so we spend whole our time together. we're in the same class.(im studying language and my country, there are pre langue learning class for a year in collage) after school we go and do nothing particular. when we sit i dont talk much, she lot. she says "when i tlak to you i feel like talking to a wall." when i speak and we try to chat, our lines doesn't match. i'm still too young and this is my first relationship and i don't know what to do. i want to break up because i feel like we're wasting time. i love her, she loves me. but relationship is not running. what should i do? should i break up? if i should break up how can i break up with making her less sad. (english is not my language so sorry if i made mistakes.)

So I (F27) met a guy (M32) who lives in Cornwall (family friend) and I live about 6 hours away. I met him in September for the first time and there was an instant click between us and I stayed round his one of the last nights of my holiday and I did catch feelings. He was only a couple months out of a very long term relationship so I knew he wasn’t really ready for anything and 2 weeks after I left we stopped talking.
Come the new year he started messaging me again, sending me updates on his farm and we FaceTimed, and eventually I went back to Cornwall in April on a family holiday. The whole week I was there we spent together, and he told me he liked me but wasn’t sure where my head had been at this whole time. Anyway we said we would try and make the effort to see each other and speak more, and so far he’s come to see me a week after I left, we’ve FaceTimed or spoke on the phone probably every other night and I’m going back down to see him in 2 weeks time.
To me everything has seemed like he was on the same wavelength as me this time and wants to see if things could work as he has been good with FaceTiming and saying things like meeting my friends so etc.
this was until yesterday, he didn’t reply to me all day so I went on hinge and low and behold he’s made a new hinge profile (which he didn’t have previously). I don’t know how to feel, I messaged asking for a FaceTime and we did and he was acting normal, there was no hints of anything being different. The only thing is he obviously didn’t reply to me all day and then has made a new dating profile.
I don’t know what to do, I really like this guy and I’ve never felt this way about someone before. I’m going down in 2 weeks so how do I bring up where his head is at without coming across intense? It’s a long way and a lot of money for me to go to him so if he isn’t considering anything serious with me I don’t want to spend my time and money visiting him to develop more feelings and getting really badly hurt.
Please help me!! I’m normally an avoidant and would just walk away from this but they say when you know you know and I just feel like we have something between us that I want to explore but I need to know if he feels the same. How do I go about asking this guy when I am in Cornwall what he wants from me? Or should I ask him before I go down?

So l got a bit of an update on this post.
Things did turn wild.
I had a talk with people who are friends with Yumi´s friendcircle and found out how it even came to the attempted charge. (I´m still blown away by the reasoning)
So to refresh: I had a former "friend" Yumi (around her 40s, f) in a certain online mobile game and had many times some rather unpleasant things happened to me where Yumi definitely played a major role in it. A couple of weeks ago I had an unpleasant call from my citys police department where a mom in her 40s tried to press charges on me for assassination of a name.
When the police and I went through of the material that this mom provided, I seriously questioned myself the following:

1. Why would this mom go as far as pressing charges that she personally was never involved to begin with
2. Why did Yumi, Shila and Yumi´s friendcircle gave this moms son ss of conversations I had with people over an amount of 3 years worth (700 image files)
3. Did any person tell or like say make that mom go and file a charge at me?
4. Why would I be charged now after all the time?

The police did ask if I wanted to press counter charges and charges against Yumi and Shila but said no, as I don´t know how much the mom is involved in all of this originally and I don´t know this mom at all or her son. And I didn´t wanted them to be burdened by something that originated due to Yumi´s, Shila´s and Yumi´s friendcircle´s doing.
At that point I might want to add that the mom and her son lived somewhere in bavaria and she did drive all the way up to my city to make that charge...
Now to what I did find out: Yumi and Shila didn´t tell anyone to go the police and let them file a charge against me. Instead the following was the case.
I apparently upsetted a few players during ingame fighting events, by defeating those players and those players went around to people that are in the same server as I am and asked about me and got told a lot of things that Yumi, Shila and yumi´s friendcircle spread way way long ago.
Some person had saved those image files and gave it to that moms son.
I was told that Yumi and Shila still say to people that they should avoid talking to me and stuff like that but got also told that they had no beef with me at the moment and that they peacefully wanted to play the game just as much as I wanted to.
Knowing this I am somewhat relieved but yet also terrified. I won´t try making contact with Yumi or Shila as I do not trust both of them anymore (especially Yumi) but I am thinking of asking a friend to make them aware that this happened. Though for now its just a thought and I honestly want it to stay that way...
But the fact that the attempt of charging me was possible is still terrifying me and I do think that Yumi and Shila deserve to know that what they did nearly led to charges for the both of them and for that sons mother.
I´m not sure if I should tell them but then again, all I want is to play that game in peace.
