We offer digital content marketing services to medical practices. Our sale is over the phone. Our first charge goes through ok, but then the first recurring payment less then 50% with do not honor. I am thinking of trying fastspring but our chargebacks are around 2 percent. Will they tolerate this. Disability Eligibility Requirements

If you or a loved one are 💯% disabled? You should consider applying for SSA disability benefits.
All SSA disability programs have the same criteria in regards to eligibility. If unable to work because of a medical / psychological condition, you are eligible for SSA disability benefits.
■ You have to be 💯% disabled (SSA does not award benefits for partial disabilities).
■ Unable to work.
■ Have a disability that will last for at least a year or end in your death.

We pay disability benefits to people who can't work because they have a medical condition that's expected to last at least one year or result in death. Education

Continuing your education is a great way to learn.
You can go to school online and not even leave your home. Take a class here and there. Go to school at 3:00 am on a Wednesday or 4:00 pm on a Saturday.
There are no worries about parking, transportation, or rushing to make it to a class from your job.
Some states offer free college tuition for the first two years. There are other charges like room and board, textbooks and transportation (which will need to be paid for out of pocket).
Apply for Pell Grants or other types of assistance. Ask the school for whatever other programs may be avaliable to you.

Health Insurance

If you need health insurance? You might want to consider applying for the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which is income based. Benefits are different for each state. Depending on:

We decided we needed to move when we noticed that the community we lived in did not provide the support we needed to have a better life.
We wanted to move to a location that offered exposure to better healthcare, health insurance, housing and paratransit services.
So?
Make a list of items that are important to you and your family. Rank them in order of importance.
Remember? Each community is different and offers different services.
Each jurisdiction has a Chamber of Commerce page or other similar resource that lists issues you might be interested in.
I searched the internet, made lists, and came up with the following resources (presented in alphabetical order) that were important to our family. You and your family might have other criteria.

(1) Helping Hands

Helping Hands Action Group monitors the benefits landscape for updates and changes to policies and programs. Depending on the jurisdiction? They offer transportation and other services. You should check 12345 Helping Hands in your area.

(2) Medicaid Expansion

The Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) Medicaid expansion expanded Medicaid coverage to nearly all adults with incomes up to 138% of the Federal Poverty Level ($20,783 for an individual in 2024) and provided states with an enhanced federal matching rate (FMAP) for their expansion populations.

To date, 41 states (including DC) have adopted the Medicaid expansion and 10 states have not adopted the expansion. Current status for each state is based on KFF tracking and analysis of state expansion activity.

(3) Paratransit / Transportation

Another thing you should consider adding to the list? Check to see what type of transportation services are offered.
You never have to worry about parking, blizzards, running out of fuel or parking meter money, taffic or anything else that would be a hindrance.
If your community has bus routes? You might have paratransit services available to you.
The fair is reasonable (much better than ubers, taxis or something else).
You do not need to be in a wheelchair for paratransit services.
The driver will walk you to and from the door of the building (your home and the appointment and vice versa).
You can use the services for anything you want to, such as vists to:

beauty parlors	parks
community events	physical therapy
library visits	school events
medical appts	shopping excursions
movies	veterinarian appts
museums	volunteer work

Anything you can think of - it is such a blessing.
I have lived in areas that had paratransit and areas that did not offer paratransit. It makes a huge difference in your sense of independence to be able to attend appointments and go places you need to. Without the interference of worrying about reliable transportation.

As i'm typing this my Nmom is blowing up at me again because I didn't text her back fast enough. No matter what truth I tell her for the matter of my "lateness" she doesn't listen and take it well. She still lashes out and it's just so annoying. Everytime she lashes out she says stuff like she doesn't "deserve to be treated" this way as if I'm causing her pain from my . She said "the only thing I ask for is respect and you can’t give that to me.” Respect isn’t given. That’s red flag number one. She had a really screwed up mentality abt being a parent. She believes even if she mistreats her child she desveles respect. Ugh guys my Nmom is an awful person. She only cared about herself. She only bought me that phone to control me. I would’ve been in the situation if she hadn’t purposely sabotaged my payment method when I was buying my first other phone! She bought my old phone with her payment method so she can keep controlling me. Even when I turn 20 she tried to control me and I didn’t care. She’s extremely disrespectful. She’s rude. She’s abusive. She stole money from me. She has a huge entitlement complex! She believes that she could take anything from me because she simply deserves it even when it comes to my own money! She has stole college funds from me for herself. She only cares about herself. She finds excuses to talk to me, which is really annoying because I want nothing to do with her. She doesn’t actually care about me because the only thing she does talk about with me is about herself my ndad ndad. She can never take a accountability. What do I do? I’m gonna go to my aunt. Hi,
I’m being offered a 4 year contract (to be extended or permanent hire if all goes well) to work in Osaka for company I currently work for. It would be a transfer.
I’m 32 years old and make 125K right now. My rent in San Diego, CA is 2.5k a month (with utilities) and I pay about 600$ a month for my car payment, insurance and gas.
The contract being offered is around JPY 13,000,000 annually after bonuses and the company pays for ~70% of housing costs via a housing allowance. Vacation benefits seem to remain the same. Relo is covered and pretty standard (ship some things, an allowance to replace furniture and household items, paid travel over, help finding housing and setting up bank accounts and phone, help with taxes at end of year).
I know salaries are smaller in Japan, but the cost of living will be way less in Osaka compared to California. But the JPY is doing pretty badly right now.
The working environment will be in the English language, with a fairly international team. The company offers some language learning services and I’d be committed to learning the language, but know it would be a factor towards some isolation.
I’m gay, and think this might help with social networking (as it usually does in any city or move or international trip).
It feels like a crazy opportunity to experience living abroad. And the project I’ll be working on would be fantastic for my resume.

I own a small business (independent dealership) in Virginia and I needed advice on what steps to take next. A about 4 months ago, a friend of mine recommended someone who he said offers engines at a cheaper price. The guy was located in New York so we made a deal over the phone for multiple engines. The total cost of the engines was $12,000. He sent a bill of sale from his supposed “company” and we had an agreement on when the engines were going to be shipped. So I sent him the payment via Zelle so the engines could be shipped on that agreed day. However, after receiving the payment, he kept delaying the shipment for various reasons and made many excuses. Eventually he claimed that “ the parts got damaged during transportation” and that he would be issuing me a refund after 30 days per his company’s policy. However at this time I became suspicious and googled his company but couldn’t find any information and thus realized the bill of sale he had sent was not from a legitimate company. Ever since, he has been saying that he is in the process of issuing me a refund but keeps making excuses. However, about a month ago, he did refund me a small portion, $2000, via Cashapp. He said he would send the rest slowly but hasn’t done anything since. He still owes me $9,000. Using his number and email, I did find his personal information such as name and house address so I know who he is. What should I do next and how should I go about resolving this issue?
I understand I made a mistake not verifying everything before sending it but that was mainly because he was recommended to me by a trustworthy person. This is a treacherous industry to be in and I’ve always been honest and truthful with everyone that I’ve worked with. I’ve purchased many parts from companies in the past and never ran into an issue like this so this a lesson to learn from. Thank you in advance for your advice and assistance.

I went to Verizon last year and got an iPhone 14 Pro with them. They are currently offering a special where I could have my 14 paid off and get a 15 Pro at $10 less a month bc of the trade in value. I’ve been looking at historical trade in deals and it looks like they offer them all the time, so if someone who knows the history better could confirm:
Do they offer better targeted deals as you hold a phone longer (ie would I probably get an even better deal if I waited a few months or even until the holiday season when they start running promos for a iPhone 16)?
If I got a 15 Pro today paying $20/month, would they likely offer something towards the holiday season where I could turn that 15 Pro in for a 16 Pro and get even lowethe same monthly payments?
Obviously not asking for anyone to predict the future, just asking if historically they have had deals like this before or if this is not normal/ if other hidden factors would get in the way.

Misplaced by SSN in 2021 and immediately got it replaced within a month span and then 2 years later in September of 2023 an unauthorized individual most likely used my SSN to sign up for a Capital One credit card (found out when I seen it on my Experian credit), whoever it was then proceeded to make the first 4 payments on time and then ever since February of this year, they stopped and it was most likely because I closed and reported the account via the Experian app when I initially noticed. But despite that, they keep showing the missed late payments on my Experian account and when I try to call Capital One, first thing they ask for is a 16 digit card number which I don’t have because it’s obviously a fraud case. Called Experian but they can never have a representative on the phone when I need one… Any solution to stop the payments from occurring every month to not damage my credit even more despite already reporting this case? Emer O'Loughlin was a 23 year old Irish woman who was brutally murdered on April 8th 2005. Despite a known suspect, no motive has ever been uncovered and the person of interest hasn't been located, leaving this case unresolved.
Emer O'Loughlin was a student from Galway. She was studying art at college in the city and was described as a "talented artist with a love for photography and drawing". Her family also described her as a "gentle soul who loved living in the rural country". Emer and her long-term boyfriend, Sean, had arrived back in Ireland after a year long world trip and were sharing a caravan in an effort to save money. They planned to live on the site in Ballybornagh, County Clare until they could save enough to build their own house. Friday the 8th of April 2005 was a bit different for Emer as normally she would be at college but it was a public holiday due to the funeral of Pope John Paul II so she was off. Sean had to leave for work that morning but recalled that the electricity supply to their caravan had encountered a fault and so wasn't working. Emer's phone had died and she needed to charge it so he suggested that she go and ask their neighbour in an adjoining field to charge it for her. He then left for work, not knowing he wouldn't see Emer again.
At some stage during the day, while at work, Sean got a call to inform him that there was a caravan on fire at his site. He rushed back home to discover that the caravan owned by his neighbour, a man called John Griffin, was fiercely ablaze. Horrifically, after the fire was extinguished, human remains were found among the wreckage. It was stated that the body was so disfigured and mutilated, investigators couldn't tell if they were male or female. A week later, the remains were positively identified as Emer O'Loughlin. John Griffin, the owner of the caravan, was nowhere to be found however and a Garda search began. He was eventually located in Galway City and when interviewed, stated that he had stayed with a relative the night before and had no idea about the fire.
Two days after being interviewed, John travelled to the island of Inis Mór and barricaded himself inside the ancient fort of Dun Aengus. After a 9 hour standoff with Garda, he was eventually subdued and taken to a psychiatric hospital in Galway city. However, only 5 days later, John walked out of St Bridgid's psychiatrist hospital in Ballinasloe. He had shaved his head and beard and was last seen boarding a ferry back to the island of Inis Mór. Garda later found a pile of his clothes, neatly folded, at the edge of a cliff on the island.
At the time of Emer's demise, the coroner was unable to accurately determine a cause of death due to the condition of her remains. However, her family were adamant she had met foul play and that this wasn't an accidental death. After much campaigning on their behalf, her body was eventually exhumed in 2010 and a second autopsy was conducted. This investigation revealed some very concerning things, most notably numerous cuts on the skull and spine. It was concluded that Emer had met a very violent and aggressive death with a machete-like knife prior to the fire and that the caravan was destroyed to conceal the crime scene. It was also revealed that a traditional Nepalese knife had been recovered from the wreckage at the time. The case was immediately upgraded to a murder investigation and an Interpol notice for John's arrest was sent out.
Garda and Interpol don't believe that John ended his own life and that he faked his own death before fleeing the country. It has now been over 19 years since Emer's life was cruelly cut short and the key suspect has never been caught. However, there have been numerous alleged sightings in that time. It's believed that he is living under an alias somewhere in Europe. He had previously lived in Scotland under the name 'John McDermott' prior to returning to Ireland. In 2014, it was revealed that Griffin might have been living in Edinburgh after an alleged paper trail was discovered. Then, in 2022, he was tracked down to a drug rehabilitation facility in Scotland following co-ordination between gardaí, Scottish police and Interpol. However, by the time his whereabouts were revealed, he had been discharged. He has not been seen or heard from since. Emer's family has still not received any justice and believe that he may not be caught, stating that "He could be anywhere in the world now, using any name". The Garda investigation continues to this day but unless John Griffin is apprehended, Emer's case won't be closed and her family will never receive the peace and justice they so desperately deserve.

My dad has multiple acc sa globe with units which are the 1999 and the 999 (i think) and sa business acc nya which is yung 1999 i asked my dad if pwede ba na akin nalang yung unit pero sakanya lang yung sim in which he agreed. So since business plan daw we had to order it online and so I did. I ordered the iphone 15 and waited for like a week or so (kasi nirereview pa yung acc) and then they gave us details for payment where babayaran namin yung 1st month of the unit and the cash payment for the unit so the total was more or less 27k and binayaran namin yun. first problem is we found out na yung unit was accidentally ordered under a new account and hindi naman sana big deal kasi pwede naman i transfer kaso the second problem was that the phone hasnt arrived yet and wala ding update sa system na nabayaran na namin yung unit. And yes naka receive kami ng confirmation about sa payment kaso if sa site titingnan wala paring update. it has been 3 weeks more or less na nabayaran namin yung unit without being updated and we did try emailing kaso wala pang answer till now. Maybe we did something wrong or may step kaming di nagawa or does it really take this long? (i will post the screenshots latetomorrow)

Backgrounder, I recently lost my Google Phone acct that is linked to my Canadian phone number (grandfathered Grand Central acct that allowed Winnipeg phone numbers and then converted to Google Phone).. So essentially, I have an Orlando (407) Google phone number, which in turn rings my (204) Winnipeg landline and cell number, allowing my relatives to call me on my cell or at home. Google sent me an email to confirm if my numbers were still valid (which it is) and since I have it on my Gmail, which I rarely monitor, I wasn't able to confirm that my numbers were still active and Google proceeded to deactivate my google phone acct... reactivating it means I will have to assign forwarding numbers again, but since Google Phone only allows US numbers, I am unable to get back my sweet setup (Google phone number ringing my Canadian numbers)... My landline btw, is a Freephoneline.ca VOIP acct, where I paid a one-time payment to port my number to Freephoneline and I get a lifetime VOIP acct that has free Canada calling. No monthly/annual fees ever...
My question is: are there any free DIDs anymore in the US? The usual free VOIPs like Callcentric and that Washington state free DIDs are no longer existing... I have a couple of Linksys ATAs that I can use, and it would be nice to get a US VOIP DID numbers that I can link to Google Voice.

Edit: apoglize for the errors. This has been a post longtime in the making. I’ve been penting up so much stress from this. On top of working and now looking for a job i’m responsible for being my nmoms maid. You might thing where she is all the time while I do all these things? She’s at work and the rest of the day is her spending time up in her room getting drunk and talking to her boyfriend , on the weekends she doesn’t even spend a ounce of time to do HER chores and expects me to them for her. While she drives out hours away to see her boyfriend IN PERSON this time. That’s all her energy is put into. She literally abandons her chores and responsibilities for a man. Yep. You heard that right.
So l (20F) live with my parents still. When I turned 18, my Nmom basically stooped down to the mental state and emotional state of a child. I have a mom but I don't have a mother yk. She wants everything to be done for her but won't do the same for anyone else. I've helped my Nmom out a few times and every time I do she treats me like garbage and she never helps me out. It's just unfair, she wouldn't even drive me to my doctors appointments or to the dmv bc it's always about her. She just didn't care. Anytime I needed her help and just with anything she would be up in the room just on her phone doing everything but not tending to my needs.
Idk if it's just me but I her behavior towards housework and her just not having to help out let alone DO ANYTHING seems very skewed and unfair. Since I'm 20 and I don't have to pay the bills but I still suffer. I still suffer from every ounce of abuse, my payment is my mental sanity. I've had my childhood tainted because of her. She made everything revolve around her even when i was 15 years old. She never helped out except putting a roof over my head, feeing me and putting clothes on me. But that was it, I never got a mother who was mature and healthy. She made me her therapist and made everything aot HER struggles, HER trauma, HER issues. My childhood wasn't like everyone else's. She's an adult child, she makes tons of excuses, she leaves the house without having any of her responsibilities done like her chores. She has so much time to do them but she always ditches them so I have to do it. My mom doesn't have any hobbies, friends, interests.
She's always out and about, I never see her cuz she's always with her boyfriend. She's always going out to see her boyfriend leaving the house a mess and not doing any of her chores before hand. She's the equivalent of a teenager who goes out partying instead of finishing their homework, that's the best way I can describe it. She goes out of her way to see her boyfriend who isn't even a good guy toh cuz he's abusive and toxic too. He's just another supply to my Nmom. It's so hard for me to explain the fact that my Nmom literally does nothing except work and she runs with that as an excuse. Even during the weekend she somehow "never" has time to do her own damn chores. She goes out of her way to make a mess but never has time to clean it up?? Like I shit you not. It drives me fucking crazy. She comes up with two excuses and expects me to believe it. She acts like she CANT do it when ik she can. It's not like she's a mother of six kids working four jobs and a single mother. She's not. she's trying so hard to be those busy mothers as an excuse to not clean after herself. She's absolutely lazy and disgusting.
She's a pig. It's quite pathetic. She wants me to do everything for her, pick after her own shit, flush the toilet for her, wipe stuff down that she made a mess out of, clean her dishes, do HER laundry, and much much more. So while I'm cleaning all day even after I get home from my job, she just is always out and about. She's nowhere to be found in the house and then I find the entire place a mess! And guess what? ALL of the mess is her mess! So during that time when she was here AT HOME which is like 5 mins before she’s out d again, she couldvee spent the time cleaning after herself before she left but no, she leaves in a mess to make me pick it up! Get this, on every Friday of the week she goes out and doesn’t come bald till Monday. The house is clean because she’s not home but she would abandon her chores. She expects me to do them for her while she’s out seeing her fucking boyfriend. I find extremely extremely bizarre of her I do that because if I want to see my boyfriend, I would make sure all of my chores are done. Isn’t that a basic rule a mother would tell her child? Why is my Nmom just PATHETIC!? Ugh. Before I leave the house I always make sure my dishes and chores are done. I make sure my room is clean. But for some reason, she can’t do any of that.
There were times where we will come home at the same time and I would just wish for a teamwork helper moment with my mom, but she would just go straight up to her room and drink and talk to her boyfriend all night while I'm cleaning, taking the dog out, feeding him, changing his water bowl and more! It's not like I'm complaining that she's making me do this. I just wish she were to help out. I know most of the things in here are basic things I’m required to do but it’s the fact she feels entitled to not clean up after herself and expect me to do it for her. Like seriously? This is a Cinderella daughter dynamic. My mother should be cleaning her own mess. Am I in the wrong to be upset about this? I can make an entire list for you guys to explain. It drives me absolutely mad. I am losing myself and my mental state is declining. It’s terrible that I have to do all of my nmom’s chores while she gets to have fun and do all these things. Before I do anything, I always make sure my house is in order before I have fun, but she can’t do that! FUCK. It makes me suicidal. She’ll leave her house quite literally a mess so she can just have more fun. It’s just so irresponsible.

I've defaulted on a equipment lease in November 23. However in Jan 24 the finance company asked if I would rent the equipment at a lower price. They said this would avoid court and repossessing the equipment. Allow me to continue to use it for another year at which time i could renew, give it back or start a new lease. I agreed and while finalizing the details over the phone their representative ended the call for no reason. May 24 they sent me letter from a lawyer saying pay full amount and return equipment or they will sue me. I can afford the rent we agreed upon and however I have other debt that I'm doing a consumer proposal for. The trustee says that I have to include the lease as part of the proposal.Is this true?
How can they ask for payment and equipment?
Once they lease or sell it, they will be making double the money. The equipment has not lost value. I was hoping that the lawyer or finance company would void the lease and honor the agreement for rent. If I return the equipment it will cut my business in half.
If i file the proposal with them included can i make a deal after wards to rent the equipment and can a creditor be removed from a consumer proposal at a latter date after the fact?
Can I sue the finance company for not completing the rental agreement as agreed.?
Do I have any other options to keep the equipment?

So my debt isn't that bad in the grand scheme of things but it does affect my credit, which I am currently working on.
Long story short, I owe Navy Federal like $3500 and I initially was trying to be a good citizen and responded to the collection agency that was handed this. A lot happened in my personal life (sober now, working on many problems, dad passed away, couldn't secure a full time job for the longest time, etc etc) so I wasn't able to really keep up with payments. In hindsight I should have just let it go and never picked up the phone but I just wanted to be someone who did the right thing.
Anyway cause I signed an agreement with the collection agency and lapsed payment I have a small claims summons next week and I'm just curious what I should expect? I'm getting my life back together so I don't really have a lot saved up but I ran the numbers and have on any give month an extra $500 or so I could spare. I am very grateful to ahve found full-time employment beyond minimum wage. I honestly don't mind paying it all back. it's karmic to me and this whole situation is deserved as I was a complete fuck up but I was just wondering what happens I situations like this.

This is insanity. They’re putting the responsibility on us to file complaints while NOT offering any kind of solution or timeline. So we’re being both robbed and given a job to do for them.
On 5/10 we announced that we are no longer offering YottaCash for any banking services via email to all customers.
Regarding access to funds:
We are experiencing difficulties with payment processing on ACHs, Wires and our debit and credit cards due to an outage with Synapse Brokerage’s banking processors. We are actively working on a resolution and will let you know once it's resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Your funds are still in your account, and are FDIC insured. The issue is that the banking processors and networks that move money through banking system are not currently operating. We rely on banking partners and their banking services for money movement. Unfortunately, at this time those processors and institutions have halted all funds movement and there are no alternate money movement options for accessing funds until this issue is resolved.
What happened? On May 7th, we were notified that Lineage Bank, member FDIC, halted ACH processing for all Synapse Brokerage accounts, and that Evolve Bank & Trust, member FDIC, would now process ACH transactions on behalf of Synapse Brokerage. Yotta customers hold accounts with Synapse Brokerage. On the evening of May 11th, we were notified by Evolve that they would be halting payment processing effective immediately. ?? These events have left Synapse Brokerage without an ACH processor, and Evolve’s decision to freeze cards is causing all card transactions to fail. At this time there are no alternative methods for money movement.
How does this impact me? ?As stated in all brokerage account agreements, customer funds in the Synapse Brokerage Program are swept (deposited) into accounts at a network of member FDIC banks. Funds held in these accounts are eligible for FDIC insurance. All programs that work with Synapse are impacted by this. ACH transfers and card transactions will not go through until banks restore their services.
What we are doing about it? We understand the importance of this matter and are working around the clock to get ACH and card processing restored, which will enable customers to transact. Ultimately, it is up to Evolve to restore card services, and Lineage or Evolve or another processing bank to restore ACH services. We are in contact with regulators to expedite a resolution, since this is unacceptable. But it can magnify the impact and expedite the resolution if complaints to regulators also come from impacted customers like you.
Action you can take to help We encourage you to contact regulators about how this is impacting you. Your collective voices (in addition to our voice) will be very helpful in getting transaction processing back to normal on an expedited timeline. ?? Money Movement Unfortunately we do not have an update or ETA for any type of money movement or for ways to access to funds. For the time being there is no access funds or the ability to move money in any capacity. This includes payments, wires, checks, all types of card transactions, withdrawals. Hello everyone.
A week ago I was rear ended at a stoplight, and it damaged my rear bumper (but only my rear bumper). Instead of calling the police right then and there, I got the girls license plate and phone number and told her I would talk to her in the morning. The damage was minor enough that I could still finish my 12 hour road trip and frankly I was exhausted.
Over this past weekend I got a few quotes that all fell somewhere between $1200 and $1600. Seeing this, me and the girl both agreed that if i replaced the bumper myself (for $510), she would pay out of pocket. I thought it was over, so i ordered the used bumper. I ordered the bumper before receiving payment because I am moving across country next week and wanted to get it out of the way (stupid probably). I should’ve claimed it on insurance immediately, but mistakes happen.
I haven’t received a text back since…
What happens if I claim this on my insurance while also using the bumper I have already ordered. The vehicle is paid off and I live in Florida. Will insurance write me a check and allow me to use those funds at my own discretion (fixing myself vs auto body).
