Hi all. So 6 of my mules in 3 separate playpark ID just got banned today for “trading mesos/items” and “obtaining exp unfairly” with users who have violated ToS. That is impossible because those are mules I use to login and get the event cubes to sell as service only. The only bot interaction is with those shitty ass Lara bots in Mapril dance party. I sent an email to playpark to unban but I wonder if they may ban my Main and my other 3 mules….
Believe me or not, I don’t hack or bot. I don’t even know how to do it…this is literally the reason I created mules so I can get some mesos without hack/bot
Any advice / comment would be greatly appreciated

I feel sorry for the new V2 Players of lumiere as I am an old player from V1 and I have friends from V1 and friends that currently play V2 that can show and expose the truth about lumiere. I just want to put this out there so that players can understand how this server has been operating since the V1. And to new players that corruption like this doesnt go away with a wipe, V2 undoubtedly is the same. To summarize it all now, it’s extremely corrupted! TLDR at the end; The server currently consists of two head staff members "Jynn(Also known as player Dream in V1, Dream on telegram/Pie)" and “Karma”. Then you have a head game master “Dope” (Fade in V1 as a player). There's also a developer, another game master and a paid/unpaid intern. The staff members that we will focus on will be mainly Jynn and Dope and the corruption that comes with having your IRL friends as the Game Masters. The circle of friends includes but are not limited to "Players": Aragi (Personal Gain Enjoyer), Fae (bwisy) and finally fengtao (Server Booster Tuna). The server is in a nutshell a sister project to aries but incorporates features that couldn’t be added onto aries, owned by the same developer but has hired staff to operate and manage. Part 1------- V1 From V1 the server was already crooked. The top guild at the time was a guild by the name of Pokemon and it was widely known to the rest of the server that they were the most toxic guild at the time, other players felt like they had special protection and privileges. During the servers uptime, countless altercations were brewing within the community between Pokemon members and players that weren’t proficient in English (mainly Thai and Vietnamese players). This was evident at the time through the countless back and forth on the forums and or in game via (s)megas. Testimony from V1 PLayer The guild had 2 active game masters in it during its operations. Members “Dream” (this was found out later to be Jynn) and “Fade” (Dope) gave numerous advantages to their friends/members. Members were abusing glitches/bugs to clear bosses and there were even cases of blatant hacking. Testimony from another V1 Player Testimony from Player from V1 that were friends with top players Most outrageous was your head gamemaster himself Dope or during his time in Pokemon, known as "Fade", being involved in "Real Money Transactions" with another member of Pokemon. Multiple layers of special treatment was given to their friends in the server such as information leaks and ToS/Rules break immunity. I mean literally… Players were conducting RMT acts right in front of game masters and they turned a blind eye. One of my friends talking to Players from Pokemon (V1 Guild) Yes the neo-core nerf was because of this We will get more into Tuna/fengtao further into the post This was all happening while they were preaching fair play in their ToS/Rules. Screenshot pulled straight from their forum So then the server gets stale for the gang as time goes on, but wait! Another friend would like to start on the server. But he's a proud fella and wants to start again together so that they're all on an equal footing (probably the same thrill as starting a new minecraft world together?), so they wipe the server. In the announcements made about the wipe. Our staff member Jynn stated that the ultimate decision was made to pave the way for a more harmonious and balanced gaming environment, yet they're allowing players that have topped up within the last 3 months to keep their points. This is quite literally the opposite of a "balanced gaming environment". Direct screenshot from their own discord server Part 2------- V2 Then comes the launch! New players are flooding in, (s)megas are filling the chat, discord is filled with questions and curiosity from enthusiastic new mushroom slayers and players are establishing trades with each other with smiles and sweetness filling the air. TRADE LOCK - 5K LEGION OR DONATE FOR TRADE RIGHTSOh? What's this? It turns out that you can't trade with other players unless you've reached 5k legion level or have topped up. Bummer. Some find it ridiculous and quit while others find it as a challenge and push through, grinding that 5k legion to finally be able to just use a game given right such as trading. During the launch hype while new players were still familiarizing themself with the copied 'NEO' system from Mapleroyals and Yeonhwa. The old players were already way ahead, still abusing known bugs to gain advantages, bullying new players that have questions about the game and calling them noobs or telling them to swipe harder. SWIPEPADEMICUnfortunately too many new players were in fact willing to swipe so they did just that and got extremely ripped on prices. When some players that were curious asked why everything was being sold so high? The general consensus was that the old players are trying to milk as much as possible from other players. This causes the majority of new players to be stuck at the first tier for 3-5 weeks. The staff was justifying the decision by stating that it was for the longevity of the server but by second to third week, the top players were already selling arcane armoweapon boxes. The pricing on these items were outrageous, being sold for $80 USD - $120 USD per item(8k DP - 12k DP). Old players carry their own mule accounts(or their friends' accounts) through higher tier bosses, even if those mule accounts were still boss tier 1. This further divided the gap between the player base. EVENTSThe server felt more like a cash milking project and it shows in their “burning daily events”. For daily events, each day will contain a different bonus server wide. Taken from Lumiere Discord The most advantageous days to either boss or farm are undeniably Monday and Friday. These 2 days were the golden days to progress yourself; so if you had any real life commitments and missed out—You would be severely behind and disadvantaged compared to other players. That also meant losing out on a max cap of 1200% on drop rate and meso on those two respective days. They follow each other on instagram, spotify and Tuna is rumored to be in a relationship with Jynn. Which in relation to this "visual bug"; seems oddly suspicious. Here is a screenshot that shows Tuna has been in a telegram group with Jynn and others: Screenshot showing fengtao has access to a groupchat with lumiere Staff Enhanced Telegram Chat It’s hard not to believe that even after the wipe, that the server strongly resembles characteristics and behaviors from V1. It still feels as though their group still holds substantial advantages over other players. Surprisingly there were actually some people that care for the server enough to bring up these issues but by this point and of course, they were quickly shut down and berated. So then do they really care about the longevity of the server? Quite hard to believe the notion when they were still letting old players abuse bugs/glitches to clear content and if they were found out by newer players, only then would staff put out an announcement to stop newer players from recreating. With an average player base of around 200 you would expect more conversations being made either in game or discord. But in reality it felt as though the same 10-15 people were actually smega’ing throughout the day. Their discord isn’t even that much better. You could actually count the number of active players that speak on the discord with just your fingers. We theorize that this was due to the amount of players that were making mule accounts to either gain neo currencies or abuse the boss tier glitch. The afk system feels quite manipulative in itself. You couldn’t really afk anywhere else but in the Neo Castle to get neo gems, which were used for gachapon tickets, pets, chairs, damage skins and permanent (on a rotation) nx equipment. For the less fortunate that had to have a bathroom break or to get a quick drink during farming/leveling sessions. Leaving your character on a rope didn't cut it either because in monster maps the lie detector will “randomly” activate regardless if you’re dealing damage or not. Hence you pretty much had to use a chat command to re enter the neo castle each time you had to get away from your keyboard in fear of getting banned. This created a high sense of population since most if not all were sitting in the neo castle. Hairs and faces are behind a paywall (the good ones at least).They are charging $7.50 USD per face or hair. To summarize this whole post.Lumiere is a server that has its own group of friends, playing the game on a higher playing field than other players. You may feel like you’re getting more unlucky but that's most likely because the lucky players are actually getting more than just lucky. Their attitude towards the game will be if you don’t know something, it’s your fault for not asking and of course it's extremely pay to win. So if any of these sound like a too good to be true feature in a server, give it a shot. I for one will be steering the heck away from this server. Thanks for reading and happy mapling! TLDR; main server staff are in house with "TOP" players who are simply their IRL friends, Server is extremely pay to win and only here to fund a fun server for them and their friends. Hello, I will start with my story, I was banned on December 17, 2023, for training at Hotel Arcus - Train With no Destionation 1.
I was at lvl 270 for a long time, so when I found out about the new maps (Artery and Carcion) I decided to train to raise the lvl, I was a week in ''Train 1 - Arcus'', I trained 4 - 6 hours per day, then when I finally am lvl 274 with 8% (That's what I usually did in an hour), then I got a false ban.
I have submitted tickets but they say that my account was involved in hacking or third party programs, I am a Frenzy Totem user, I wouldn't be so dumb to use third party programs and get banned.
I have sent the programs that I had open at that time, and the programs that were running in the background.
But after 5 tickets and generic responses, I got a response from a Senior GM, telling me that the decision is final and that I am prohibited from submitting tickets about this issue again.
But I don't understand, I was totally legal, I never shared my account and I only trained the hours I could, the only change I made to my account was buying an item and completing 100% of Mesos, I have heard about players who were falsely banned, but I never cared about it until it happened to me.
I would like to be able to prove my innocence, I am really very disappointed with the anti cheat detection system.

tldr: do you guys prefer doing like 2 types of movements for 5 sets, or 3-4 types for 2-3 sets?
(e.g. skull crusher 5 sets + pushdown 5 sets OR skull crusher 3 sets, pushdown 2 sets, overhead ext 3 sets, cable extension 2 sets)
Heard arguments from both camps. I have tried the fewer exercise/higher set method, and wasn't too convinced on it, but I am coming around to it. A personal anecdote to start the discussion: I traditionally have done about 3 movements per muscle, meaning I get about 3-4 sets in each movement. However, this is feeling stale - one SOME EXERCISES it almost feels like I could easily be done after 2 movements, especially if I just did more sets (like 5 sets each on 2 exercises).
However, I can also see the problem that the sheer amount of volume in a single session on one exercise might have some psychological fatigue. When you're staring the 4th set of leg presses in the face after 5 sets of hack squats, I am sure as hell a couple sets of leg extensions sounds much better than the final 2 sets of leg press. Contrastingly, I see the argument that if you have intelligently selected the exercise that gets you maximum stimulus, then getting into the groove and just hammering that movement rather than arbitrarily switching it is probably a great idea.
For some muscles I feel the lower exercise numbehigher sets makes more sense than others. E.g: no need to do three different types of curls in a session, but I could buy doing two. The problem comes in for muscles where there are multiple movement patterns/angles of attack. Example; triceps is one where I am torn - there are honestly so few exercises where I really feel my triceps work properly. I probably would be better off just picking two where I really feel it. However I know there are 3 heads and people say you should try and do one movement for each head.
Similarly with chest; the 3 angles of attack - flat, incline, and fly motions. To hit each one, you would need at least 3 exercises per chest workout. However, I have seen it argued that you can simply do the movement pattern you didnt do on the first day later in the week. Same with back - you want to get at least a vertical and horizontal pull in. Theoretically you could just do 5 sets of one exercise for vertical, and one for horizontal. However this is not something I see in many people's routines; they usually double up on at least one pattern and might have 2 horizontal exercises + one vertical on a row focused day, and two vertical + one horizontal on a "vertical" focused day.
What do you think of the argument "Just do 2 exercises for each group per day, and if theres a movement pattern you didnt hit, do that one the next time in the week you hit that muscle"? In sports science, they say if you do a skill once per week you are maintaining it, not developing it. Can each exercise be considered a skill in the same way as others? I would guess probably not. over the past 10 years, the rules of mapleroyals have slowly evolved and morphed into ones that are now a lot more clear and make a lot more sense. various things like the threshold for minomajor vote abuse, the special circumstances where account sharing is forgiven, the new suspicious RWT trade background check rule, bans for innocents unknowingly trading RWT goods, and also there are probably a few honestly mistaken bans in there
the rules now are a lot different from what they were 10 years, 7 years, even 2 years ago.
also, the individual players that broke those rules are now very different people. a lot of time has passed, every 7 years MOST cells in our bodies die off and are replaced by new cells, so biologically that 'person' that got banned is now a totally different person, with new ideas.
for many players hacking, scamming, vote abuse etc... is just a short phase in their lives, when they grow out of it they may no longer desire to break rules and they might be a good boi now.
there are probably many totally repentant players that have given up their past rulebreaking ways and are ready to start fresh.
My Proposal:
Feel free to discuss why this would or would not be a good idea.
Referendum question to vote on: should all royals players be unbanned (if they pass shanks exam) as a one time thing and get a chance to play by the new well defined rules? (With no chars no items no mesos)

- Make up a shanks exam of the rules, a very concise one availible in hebrew mandarin spanish japanese.
- If a banned player passes the shanks exam, and writes an essay explaining why what they did is wrong and they won't do it again.
- Unban them.
Feel free to discuss why this would or would not be a good idea.

Hi Guys,
I’ve been doing a structured PPL/PPL 6 day split for a while now and it has been going good with some nice gains. I just finished this block for about 9-10 weeks and am currently in a deload finishing a cut and am planning my next block for a lean mass gaining phase. I tend to always want to drastically change up my plan all the time but I am fighting against that right now unless I get a proper direction.
My focus this time around is wanting to develop my triceps and lats as I noticed I am lacking that, but I am not sure how to modify my existing plan other than doing triceps first on my push days with close grip bench. I would love your guys opinion on my split or if there are any optimizations you guys might have with my goal in mind.
My plan is as follows:
3x15 for 3 weeks
3x10 for 3 weeks
3x5-6 for 3 weeks
Deload for 1 week
Progressive overloading leading to the last week of each meso-cycle to RPE10.
Push 1 – shoulder focus
Plate loaded Shoulder press machine
Plate loaded machine Incline press
Converging chest press
Machine fly
Tricep pushdown

I’ve been doing a structured PPL/PPL 6 day split for a while now and it has been going good with some nice gains. I just finished this block for about 9-10 weeks and am currently in a deload finishing a cut and am planning my next block for a lean mass gaining phase. I tend to always want to drastically change up my plan all the time but I am fighting against that right now unless I get a proper direction.
My focus this time around is wanting to develop my triceps and lats as I noticed I am lacking that, but I am not sure how to modify my existing plan other than doing triceps first on my push days with close grip bench. I would love your guys opinion on my split or if there are any optimizations you guys might have with my goal in mind.
My plan is as follows:
3x15 for 3 weeks
3x10 for 3 weeks
3x5-6 for 3 weeks
Deload for 1 week
Progressive overloading leading to the last week of each meso-cycle to RPE10.

Hello. Normally I’m just a lurker on this subreddit, but after the events of the last week I decided to make an account to voice my experience with Nexon Support. All my pleas have fallen on deaf ears. I have got a copy pasted response 3 times, less than a sentence addressing the 10-ish pages I’ve written pleading my innocence, and I’m both angry and exhausted. I am honestly just really just fed up with the situation. Following my last appeal attempt, I was told that I would be banned from using the support system if I continue appealing. I don’t really know what to do anymore.
For context:
On Saturday November 25th, 2023, I was randomly banned while I was training my level 263 Kaiser at Limina: End of the World 2-5 at around 6:40 PM EST. I was training, trying to make some meso for Shining SF which was ~8 days away at the time, as well as aiming to get my Kaiser to 265, as that’s my second main. The rotation I was performing was placing Erda Fountain at the top right of the map, putting Lucid Soul and Stone Dragon at the bottom right of the map, then using blade burst on the bottom left portion of the map. I looted and reset my summons after using Wing Beat and Inferno Breath in the middle, about every ~55 seconds as all of them had between 45-60 second durations. I also used Bladefall, Draco Surge, Solar Crest, and True Arachnid Reflection off cooldown to help with mobbing, with True Arachnid Reflection being used at either the bottom left or bottom right of the map. I also looted early as sometimes, picking up all the drops at once would cause the game to lag a bit and I was also working on familiars for my Kaiser as I didn’t have a large drop familiar on him yet and was hoping to get lucky and maybe land a 3rd boss familiar for it.
Suddenly, I disconnected, and upon trying to log back in I received the notification that I have been permanently banned for ‘hacking or unauthorized use of a third party program.’ Following this, I immediately sent in a ticket thinking that there might be some error.
The GM who responded stated “Our in game security system has detected suspicious behavior consistent with hacking or botting activity.”
Please note that they said my behavior was “suspicious,” not that they detected third party programs. I would like to stress that I was NOT white-roomed, and in fact I have never once been white-roomed even while spending thousands of hours training on my main (288 Xenon – AndroidOmega).
So, I appealed again.
I provided as much detail as I could on my rotation, what was running on my computer at the time, etc, and asked them to compare their logs/data to what I said in hopes that they’d see I was falsely flagged as “suspicious.” But I was met with the classic copy/paste response, simply stating ‘The ban placed on the account has already been investigated by a Game Master’.
At this point, I informed all my friends. I hadn’t told them yet, as I truly believed that Nexon would see that I was falsely flagged and that they’d repeal my ban quickly, as I have never, and would never hack in the first place. But my pleas had fallen on deaf ears.
One of my friends indicated to me that there was an incident in the past just like this involving another Kaiser who’s ban was overturned – https://www.reddit.com/Maplestory/comments/d09y55/rank_4_kaiser_gms_banned/. I relayed this information to Nexon asking if this had anything to do with my ban because that case was specifically overturned. I hoped that something had come to light in that case that, when taken into account for my case, could possibly help overturn my own ban, given that we were using similar skills, and were both suddenly banned out of the blue with no white-room.
Once again my response was met with a copy/paste response. It’s clear to me that they did not read my ticket, and instead, responded with the same old ‘The ban placed on the account has already been investigated by a Game Master.’
In short, my experience regarding appealing the ban with Nexon support never made any progress. It never went beyond them stating that the ban had been looked over and the ToS had been violated and my account had been banned for suspicious behavior consistent with hacking and/or botting.
They are upholding the ban.
Again, from my point of view, I was not hacking or botting, in any way shape or form. I was just simply training my Kaiser. I feel like I’m being punished for just playing the game and trying to progress.
Not knowing what truly happened will always leave me confused and hurt, because, as I’ve said, I haven't used ANY programs that Nexon could consider hacks or botting, and further, my pleas of innocence have been completely ignored and likely not even read.
I have received no information or justification for the ban.
I have not been able to get a Senior GM to look at my ticket or review my case.
Let me be clear, I believe that the vast majority of bans are justified. I tend not to believe most reddit posts claiming that someone’s ban was false. So I’m aware that many of you all will not believe that I’m innocent.
And that’s okay.
But it was truly shocking to see how poorly I was treated. The copy/paste responses and the malicious indifference from the GMs despite being one of the highest ranked players in the game has left me flabbergasted and frustrated.
I understand that Nexon has their reasons for not revealing what caused the ban, but this has been a truly awful experience. All I wanted was a considerate and human response that showed they, at the very least, read my ticket and reviewed my case.
The state of the current support system/support team at Nexon provides no recourse for players who have been falsely banned to prove their innocence. I’ve provided all the information I can and done everything I possibly could, but the information I gave them wasn’t even considered, let alone read. This is a depressing end to the thousands of hours and 9+ years of effort that I’ve poured into my account.
I’ve been coming to terms with the fact that my account is just gone, Nexon doesn’t want to help. I’m making this post because I’ve been publicly named as a hacker in Nexon’s last ban-logs. Quite honestly I didn’t expect this nightmare to continue this long - I really believed that I would be unbanned because I know that I am innocent.
I was the #1 ranked xenon in level for non-reboot, and it’s something I take great pride in. I spent thousands of hours progressing on a game that I have cherished since I was young. Even though my pleas to Nexon have fallen on deaf ears and that I’m sure nothing will come out of this post, this is my last avenue to, if nothing else, publicly state that I maintain my innocence.
To all my friends in Aurora who I enjoyed Maplestory alongside for the past few years, if you see this: thank you for everything! It was an honor and a pleasure to meet you all and play the game alongside you. I would also like to shout-out my guild, Cake. It's full of amazing people who I got to know from my time being in the guild for the past 3 years. This game helped me meet so many people and I'm grateful for the moments and memories I was able to share with them all.
Thank you for reading, I wished to at least get my side of this terrible situation out for anyone curious as to what happened, and to maintain that I am innocent. I wish that I could continue to fight for my innocence because I believe it is my duty to do so, but now that I have been threatened with a ban from support tickets, it seems my fight is over.

Its a bit a long sad post but my mum recently passed, she was 64 years old and loved maple so much, I'm gonna tell you about her Story and the love for this game
It starts really long ago about 2006 or 2007, She was shown the game by one of my brothers and she instantly fell in-love with it thus she created her first character, Miss Xena84 of Scania, lil baby warrior, I was only about 6 during this time and id always watch her play sometimes she'd even let me play her character every now and then.
My Dad and Mum wasn't together at this time but he had also played Maplestory but in Bera so on some weekends id go to his house and just play maple on one of his characters constantly dying and losing exp (we all know how much this hurt back then), He worked at a computer shop during these days and mum had convinced him to build me a pc with some spare parts he had thus starting my Maplestory Adventure.
I was only around 9/10 during this time iirc (oopsie broke ToS) She knew Scania would be a bit much for my little 9/10 year old brain, I always loved thieves at this point, Throwing stars and everything was my favorite thing, So we started a new adventure on the lovely world of Bellocan, She already knew what she was doing and was pretty quick at leveling during these days, She'd always have to come save me from being ks'd (she was a mage at this time), i ended up looking towards party questing a lot more where she was focused on quests. While I was busy running out of mesos and potions she was always there to make sure I could heal.
I enjoyed party questing so much id just get to level 29 and as soon as I got close to 30 id just keep dying and lose all my exp meanwhile mum was just leveling up her Cleric/Priest at this time, Then bam it happened, Cygnus knight released Nightwalker i fan girled so hard i had to make one, Mum knew I was making one so she sort out hunting Ilibis for me, Killing mushmom over and over for days on end as well as Spirit Vikings she was so dedicated and she ended up getting me a set, I had made my Nightwalker (bloodssnake) and she had made her Blaze Wizard (RoseyGems) And what a duo we were, I had made a lot of friends during these days and they all knew my Mum she was lovely always trying to help, even sitting in maps just casting HS. I can't tell you how long it took me to get to level 120, An extremely embarrassing amount of time (2 or 3 years).
I had started highschool around 2011-2012, This was the time I had really started getting into maple a bit more serious into leveling, I had hit level 120 and made a Ultimate Explorer, At this point i wanted a break from star throwers and made my baby, KissMehDagge.
Fast forwarding a bit around 2014 I got really into Minecraft (Shotbow annihilation Good times), Id always come back into maple every now and then play with her and id watch her play too.
She was still grinding away during all of this, her goal was to make every single character level 200
2016 Was a sad year for me, I got hacked and lost everything all the effort before hand gone and deleted, I was extremely upset but Mum made it better, she said "Look Son you're gonna make a new Dagger and he's gonna be better then the last and man she was right, I made a new one and she helped me so much that in about 2 months I was pushing lv 160, At this point my main goal was to pass her mains level sitting around 180, we were racing to 200.
School holidays had hit at this point in time and I started to lose my interest in maple, it started to become this seasonal thing but no matter what she'd always ask me for help and id happily do it, sometimes multiple days in a row she'd ask the same question and i'd just give her a classic "Yes mum I told you this yesterday"
Pretty much same thing from 2017~2020 till around covid hit, When covid hit and we ended up in full lock down (Australia) She had actually ended up with 8k legion I believe at this point.
Sadly she ended up deleting her older characters to make rooms for new ones or to remake the character, as she said she's in no rush she'll take it at her pace.
2021 I started teaching her bosses (CRA, Lotus, Damien ETC) helping her improve her gear, she ended up having multiple characters that could solo weeklies quite easily but she was too scared to do it and she was constantly forgetting how to play unless she stuck on the one character.
2021 - Now, It was pretty much a repeated cycle, new character comes out > she races to 200 > she gloats to me that she has more lv 200s then me, Id always giggle because my main was still stronger.
Sadly my Maple Partner has passed away, I'm going to miss her, She was loved, She kept to herself but the select few that knew who she was adored her and found her adorable. Her peaceful little self grinding away each day for the dailies, Weeklies, Event quests, House events, I'm going to miss waking up and walking out to see her on maple waiting to ask me a question I've already heard.
I'm very emotional while writing this so I'm sorry for any misspellings I'll most likely touch on some smaller details when I'm better mental state

Just got home from a drive and wanted to add a few things
Her goal was to get every character to over level 200, She achieved this, She had almost 8.2k legion I think.
She'd constantly switch mains so instead of having one character beefed up she had multiple sitting in at least CRA/Lotus level (Regular server) But she never fought the bosses so Id have too fight these bosses multiple times for her (sometimes id dread it but did it so she got mesos)
One of my favorite memory I have with her is when we were going to Orbis and we thought the balrog timer had passed, Let me just say we both died and sat there laughing while we waited another 10mins for the next ship.
One of her favourite old school maps she'd just sit in was the phantom forest with just Leprechaun's, One time we were running around messing about (I was about 11) and a headless horseman spawned and insta killed us both, I cried because it scared me so she went and made me a hot chocolate and we went and trained somewhere else for a bit.

Thank you everyone for your condolences, My family members have also been reading this post and seeing everyone's comments has really hit soft spots in all of us.
I thought I'd add a few more memorable moments.
Bounty hunter portals, Oh my god the amount of times id be doing my own thing id just hear "Jess Help" and its just shooting the birds or the chicken dance too many times to count but she was always grateful but was cheeky too, anytime I was there "what can I upgrade" and when I started to point out what gear needs upgrading she'd go "Ah he's spending all my money again" Woman you asked me for help hahaha, I never got sick of it honestly, One of my favorite things was upgrading her gear.
More back to a child hood memory I'd call myself a Phantom forest goblin back in the day, could always do that jump quest remembered the way off by heart and my goal was always to kill big foot and the headless horseman. at the time I was a level 103 Nightwalker, Mum had sat next to me and watch me kill both of them for the first time (after many failed attempts) Id used onyx apples and maple pops, I let her loot the drops and she was finally able to complete the quest for a silver deputy badge, I can't explain the happiness she had when she finally completed that quest but that smile was something special even my little kid brain was happy.
The amount of times I had dragged her to all kinds of party quests and she'd always come (given sometimes she'd much rather do quests) "Mum we only need one more comeeee" in my little squeaker voice and her switching characters so we could just PQ, Very special always dropping things for me to come help me.
I plan on getting her Adele to level 250 then quitting maple for good, I'm going to be giving my gear away to some guild mates who knew her and uninstalling this game. It was a beautiful journey but without her I can't keep playing this its not the same anymore.
She was my Maple buddy, Always was and Always will be.

Just got home from a drive and wanted to add a few things
Her goal was to get every character to over level 200, She achieved this, She had almost 8.2k legion I think.
She'd constantly switch mains so instead of having one character beefed up she had multiple sitting in at least CRA/Lotus level (Regular server) But she never fought the bosses so Id have too fight these bosses multiple times for her (sometimes id dread it but did it so she got mesos)
One of my favorite memory I have with her is when we were going to Orbis and we thought the balrog timer had passed, Let me just say we both died and sat there laughing while we waited another 10mins for the next ship.
One of her favourite old school maps she'd just sit in was the phantom forest with just Leprechaun's, One time we were running around messing about (I was about 11) and a headless horseman spawned and insta killed us both, I cried because it scared me so she went and made me a hot chocolate and we went and trained somewhere else for a bit.

Thank you everyone for your condolences, My family members have also been reading this post and seeing everyone's comments has really hit soft spots in all of us.
I thought I'd add a few more memorable moments.
Bounty hunter portals, Oh my god the amount of times id be doing my own thing id just hear "Jess Help" and its just shooting the birds or the chicken dance too many times to count but she was always grateful but was cheeky too, anytime I was there "what can I upgrade" and when I started to point out what gear needs upgrading she'd go "Ah he's spending all my money again" Woman you asked me for help hahaha, I never got sick of it honestly, One of my favorite things was upgrading her gear.
More back to a child hood memory I'd call myself a Phantom forest goblin back in the day, could always do that jump quest remembered the way off by heart and my goal was always to kill big foot and the headless horseman. at the time I was a level 103 Nightwalker, Mum had sat next to me and watch me kill both of them for the first time (after many failed attempts) Id used onyx apples and maple pops, I let her loot the drops and she was finally able to complete the quest for a silver deputy badge, I can't explain the happiness she had when she finally completed that quest but that smile was something special even my little kid brain was happy.
The amount of times I had dragged her to all kinds of party quests and she'd always come (given sometimes she'd much rather do quests) "Mum we only need one more comeeee" in my little squeaker voice and her switching characters so we could just PQ, Very special always dropping things for me to come help me.
I plan on getting her Adele to level 250 then quitting maple for good, I'm going to be giving my gear away to some guild mates who knew her and uninstalling this game. It was a beautiful journey but without her I can't keep playing this its not the same anymore.
She was my Maple buddy, Always was and Always will be.

I was playing AJPW about 30 minutes ago on my laptop, doing phantoms in mesoterra, and my outfit was a bit much, as in I was probably drawing attention to myself. I got a blank trade request with no chat which I declined. A minute later the same user (they were in the land with me) tried to blank trade me again, this time with chat on. I’m pretty patient because I know people can take a while in adding or chatting, so I waited a good minute or so for them to say what they wanted to trade. They didn’t say anything the entire time, even after I said “hey”. I cancelled the trade.
Two minutes later I get another blank trade request, chat on, different user. This user also wasn’t a dino with no pets, so they had to have searched my user to be able to trade me or something, since I was in meso and you are required to be a dino there. They start adding an MP token and a bunch of different basic fossils. After they’re done adding they don’t say anything, even after I asked what they were wanting. Then all of a sudden it says my device has lost connection and the app crashes Again, this is all on my laptop.
This freaked me out a bit, just because I’m always paranoid when AJ crashes that someone is getting into my account. My laptop runs slow and I wanted to switch back to mobile anyways so I logged onto the app on my phone. It always makes me re-enter my password after I’ve logged into another device, so I wouldn’t know if someone got into my account unless I had logged back in on my laptop. Anyways, I went back to meso but then I start getting more and more blank trade requests. I mean 2-3 in my first minute logging in. I’ve never had this happen.
I’m worried that there’s some new way of hacking or scamming that I don’t know about and I got weird feelings from all of this. I get blank trade requests a lot, but not back to back like this. I thought it was some way to distract me while they get into my account or something. Does any one else think this is weird, or am I just being paranoid?

Arcane & Grandis Dailies Improvements
Arcane Dailies- All Arcane dailies will now give 20 symbols a day per zone.
- Including the weekly special content that gives 45, this makes it 185 symbols/week for every zone. This is a HUGE improvement over zones like Morass and Esfera (101 symbols/week).
- All Arcane dailies will now just be "Kill 600 mobs of that zone" instead of specific kill quests. For every zone you go past, the kill count is reduced by 200.
- For example: You are level 220, you must kill 200 Vanishing Journey monsters, 400 ChuChu Island monsters, and 600 Lachelein monsters. No more specific monster quests. No more dropped item quests.
- EXP of completing dailies increased.
- Vanishing Journey: 563,178,660 → 732,132,258 (30% increase)
- ChuChu: 1,647,429,420 → 2,141,658,246 (30% increase)
- Lachelein: 2,453,152,500 → 3,189,098,250 (30% increase)
- Arcana: 2,542,452,030 → 3,305,187,639 (30% increase)

- All dropped symbols are tradable in Regular server (Auction house included) but untradeable in Reboot.
- For Regular server, the Sacred Symbol Catalyst will be sold in the Legion shop for 500 coins each. Just like the Arcane River catalyst, it allows you to transfer a Sacred Symbol from an existing character to another. However, for the Sacred Symbol selector you will lose 40% of the Symbols EXP.
Monster Park
- Two new levels have been added.
- Labyrinth (7,029,450,500 exp)
- Limina (7,776,278,700 exp)
- Several Levels have been buffed. Keep in mind this is a double buff as this is in combination of the overall EXP requirement buff to level.
- Morass: 2,724,323,200 → 2,996,755,520 (10% increase)
- Esfera: 3,145,303,350 → 3,459,833,685 (10% increase)
- Sellas: 3,630,339,550 → 4,356,407,460 (20% increase)

Boss Changes

- Extreme Kalos will drop the Mark of Destruction, which enhances the Magic Eyepatch.
- Extreme Kaling will drop the Guard Captain’s Helmet, which enhances the Commander Force Earrings.
Tower of Oz
- Tower of Oz no longer drops any rings or ring boxes. It is impossible to get any Oz rings from running Tower of Oz.
- Killing hard bosses from Hard Lotus and Hard Damien onwards will now have a chance to drop Ring Boxes.
- This change was because of a KMS Tower of Oz hacking scandal that happened earlier this year. Hackers were profiting off of hacking/botting the Tower of Oz for easy rings to sell on the market and also selling Tower of Oz service on Reboot.
- There are 4 levels of Ring Boxes. The harder the boss, the better the box. The better the box, the higher the chance to give a better level 4 ring (ROR4, WJ4, etc).
- NEW Continuous Ring: When the Continuous Ring is equipped, there is a 120 second preparation time. After the preparation time, using an attacking skill will increase your boss damage by 35%/70%/105%/140% for 5/6/7/8 seconds. Re-activation cooldown: 12 seconds. This is not affected by cooldown resets or cooldown reduction effects.
- As far as this new Boss Drop change is concerned, the change seems like a great idea on paper. The change has been live for a few weeks now, and it seems to have reduced the overall Oz Ring supply significantly in Regular server. This could be because Hacked Oz Ring supply was artificially increasing supply but now those are gone. Overall, it seems like KMS players want a buff in box drop rates.
Reboot World Nerf
- All monster's HP and experience have been changed to be the same as regular worlds.
- The damage ratio based on the difference between character level and monster level has been changed to be the same as regular worlds.
- Reboot players will have an easier time damaging monsters/bosses that are above their level, as the damage penalty is now not as severe.
- However, the overall EXP gained will make for a significantly longer leveling experience. I believe I've heard estimates of around 50% longer to level in Reboot than our current patch.
Inner Ability
- These lines have been removed: Defense, Jump, Speed, Defense %
- When resetting lines at Legendary rank, the top line is always legendary
- When resetting lines at Legendary rank, in the 2nd and 3rd lines...
- Rare lines will no longer appear.
- Epic lines will appear at 85% chance (from 40%).
- Unique lines will appear at 15% chance (from 7.5%).
Legion Coin Honor
- You can buy up to 3 "Legion Honor Guarantee" per week per world, for 100 Legion Coins each.
- When used, your character’s honor will be decreased by 5000 and you will receive a permanent, tradeable ‘Legion Medal of Honor’ that gives 5000 honor.
V Matrix
- You will now unlock the full Matrix Node Slots by leveling to 260 (from 300).
- The amount of Matrix Points gained is changed.
- Level 200~220: Acquire 1 Matrix Point per level up.
- Level 221~260: Acquire 2 Matrix Points per level up.
- Level 261 or higher: No Matrix Points acquired.
- The initial amount of Node Slots unlocked when first getting to 5th job is 7 (up from 5).
- You will still unlock 1 Node Slot per 5 levels, but every 10 levels (210/220/230/240/250/260) you will unlock 2 Node Slots.

What tactics do you employ for managing fatigue and wear and tear? I’m only on week 3 of a meso I’ve made and feeling really beat up. I’ve been cutting volume significantly, and still seems to be accumulating quickly. My right quad recovery is very delayed (hack squats 470lbs on Sunday) — still sore. Pulled something in my right shoulder on 405lbs 1x1 conventional deadlift (I believe it drifted just about 2 inches past mid foot on the way down, when it pulled). Lower back is screaming since deadlifts today. Right ankle is aching. Shin splint on left tibia. All this has accumulated in just the past week. And strangely, on what should have been my second week of the meso, I got pretty sick and only lifted one day that week, so I considered last week my actually week 2 of my meso. So next week is supposed to be an intense week, then a week deload after it. The nice thing I look forward to is that after a deload my strength explodes. Jumped 20lbs on bench after my last deload.

Thurs.: (less) Leg, (more) Bicep Fri.: (less) Chest, (more) shoulder, (more) Tricep Sat.: (less) Back and (more) forearm
7-12 lifts each of these six days. The 12 lift days are adding some accessory lifts to help with imbalances. In the gym anywhere from 50 mins to 2hrs each session. Back days tend to be much slower; Chest quite fast, leg days are in between. Sets ca. 28-39.

Disclaimer: I haven't been banned. I am however very sympathetic to those that have been. Some sort of punishment is absolutely deserved, but I don't think permanent bans are fair. They should work on banning bots instead of the few players left putting money into their game.
Also, if you are Reboot-only and don't understand the situation, please consider these points first before you comment. I would estimate 95% of players level 255+ have RMT'd at least once in the past 3 years. The RMT discords each have thousands of players joined and are very active daily. This is not some small minority group. These bans would absolutely without a doubt wipe out Reg servers if they permanently banned everyone who "deserves it". It is also my view that RMT does not mean a direct loss of profits, because the same people who RMT are perma MVP Red and spend hundreds to thousands each month on cube sales, Marvel, Philo, other gambling etc. that cannot be satisfied with RMT. Banning these people will hurt profits far more than temporarily banning them for RMT (vs. Perma Ban).

And even though it is, historically these were not so heavily enforced unless you were directly reported or doing extremely egregrious offenses (such as mass selling charged-back NX codes, botted/hacked mesos and items, etc.)
Banning for RMT is well within Nexon's rights as it is clearly stated within their TOS, but why is the default answer PERMANENT BANS? Why is every offense a PERMANENT BAN? Shouldn't the ban match the offense? Did you know, people who RMT in Lost Ark Global Server get a month ban, then a year ban, before a permanent ban? Can you imagine a lifetime prison sentence IRL for littering or stealing? Because that's how these bans feel.
Players who, to my knowledge, do not hack, bot, and otherwise follow TOS have been PERMANENTLY BANNED for RMT, which they only do because everyone else is doing it and Reg server rates are so dogshit it takes years and years of farming your measly 2b a week to even progress to Black Mage. And when someone asks why they were "Temporarily banned for Hacking/3rd Party Programs" as their ban message says, a certain GM decides they need an "owning the libs" moment in the public Discord Server by being snarky, saying "you know what you were banned for it should be permanent" even though this person probably wasn't actually hacking or using illegal programs as their ban message said they were. They are even banning people for requesting item guard to be unlocked, because they look into their account and see a previous offense.
"They broke TOS, they deserve a ban". Yes, they do, but PERMANENTLY? Do you think it's fair that years and money poured into supporting the game and company should result in an complete lack of empathy, perma ban forever, fuck you?
I think GMS profitability will drown even harder than it already is if they keep permanently banning the few people left supporting the game.

I took my exam May 26th so here is a score breakdown with my fav study methods: Scores: AA: 24 PAT: 19 Bio: 24 Orgo: 23 GC: 24 TS: 24 RC: 30 QR: 20 Abt me: Senior, Biology major, 3.86 GPA Study methods: Dat Booster: After lurking on this thread, I decided to make the investment and it was 100% worth it. Having everything I needed to study all in one place was super convenient and I knew I would be studying very representative material. PAT crusher (app): This is an app that lets you pretend PAT is actually a game! It’s only $10 a month (I think) and super convenient. Replace the mindless tik tok scroll and practice whenever you have a few extra minutes. I didn’t use this enough because I have a raging social media (and 2048) addiction, but I definitely wish I did! Study timeline: 3-2 months out: I registered for my exam in December (I think?) and started studying mid-February because my exam was May 26th. I did not look at material or review before this because I like to live life on the edge. In the beginning, I did my best to follow the 10-week plan, but because I was also taking a full semester of classes, it quickly became clear this was ambitious. I never ever made it through the “extra work” and was a bit more generous with my break days because I knew I had >10 wks. However, I did make a point of getting through the first 40 days of the schedule because it at least exposed me to all of the material I could encounter. A lot of note reading, annotating and practice problems. I took my first practice exam about a month in, got a 19 and figured I was on the right track. I think this is a little later than DATBooster recommended, but I was waiting for spring break (and a low early score would have been very unmotivating for me) 1 month out: After the first 40 days, I decided not to follow the schedule because I was behind anyway, was stressed about being behind, and I just don’t like being told what to do. After this, I made a point to take weekly practice exams and would review what I missed in each to decide what to study for the next week. At this point I was consistently scoring 19-20 AA. I was getting frustrated about not seeing improvement, but I took the consistency as a win because I was making a lot of silly mistakes on material I just hadn’t committed to memory. I was missing the same stuff every time. Biology was always systems, reproduction, and taxonomy. Chem was always acid/base. Orgo was mechanisms and nomenclature. QR probability was never pretty, and top-front-end was my personal hell. There wasn’t much point to review genetics when I was in the class and my RC score was consistently solid. Prioritize and don’t do extra work. For the topics I was struggling with, I took the time to hand write my own personal cheat sheets. I loveeee this study method. Forcing yourself to take the time to understand the notes enough to consolidate them and then physically writing them down (on a sheet that’s easy to access and read again!!) is a really awesome way to memorize material. The pre-made ones are great (and definitely use them) but you miss out on the benefits of making it yourself. This is also a great time to make mnemonics. The more inappropriate/funny the better (from my experience). I did this for systems and reproduction for biology and made a single page sheet of genchem formulas/laws. Orgo- reactions and mechanisms. QR I just used booster’s-- no point in rewriting Pythagorean theorem. 2 weeks out: At this point I was also studying for finals so managing the work was difficult. Keeping my stress to a minimum was a priority, so I studied when I could but I knew I would have 10 days between the end of finals and my exam purely dedicated to studying. If you’re going to take your exam while still in school, I definitely recommend giving yourself at least a week to focus on DAT studying after finals. I took one more practice exam the week before my exam. This was booster’s exam 8, and I got a 21, which I would have been cool with as my final score, but I knew I was still missing the same points every time. This was also the highest I ever scored on a practice exam. At this point, I drilledddd stuff like the endocrine system, meso/endo/ectoderm and the difference between Br2/H20 and Br2/CCl4. I knew this was likely to be on the real exam, and those were easy points with direct questions. I also took a lot of time in the last week to review old practice exams and make sure I knew why the right answer was the right answer, and how to get the right answer (and why) if I got it wrong. Taking the untimed section practice exams was a great way to make sure that stuff was sticking while taking the pressure of exam settings off. 2 days out: A couple days before my exam I was so stressed I thought I was losing my mind. I kept feeling like I was forgetting something important and could really only think about my impending doom. I did a comprehensive review of everything—Scrolled through booster’s cheat sheets for bio and formulas for gen chem, reviewed orgo mechanisms, finally figured out the difference between permutation and combinations, etc etc. My brain did not have room for anything else, so I watched Disney movies—in the span of three days I made it through Aladdin, Brave, Big Hero 6, Zootopia, Mulan, Alice in wonderland and both Fantasia and Fantasia 2000. Do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself. The morning of: I chewed on a bagel and fruit for sugar, got there early, and peed like 6 times before I sat down for my exam. Don’t drink too much water or caffeine before. Here’s my review/life hacks for what I actually saw on the exam: Bio: focus on what you know and if you don’t know it, apply your best logic and move on. The weird protein names and anatomical structures have word roots you probably recognize. You’ll be right more often than you think. Gen chem: Read questions carefully and keep using your brain-- if you didn’t memorize VESPR and electron geometry, draw the molecule and think about the shape compared to the answers. if you forget a formula, try to set it up based on the units of the answer. Orgo: I wish I spent more time looking at the names of reactions!! Other than that just take a deep breath and finish strong. Focus on what’s in front of you, not what you have to go back and review PAT: during practice, this was always hit or miss for me. Rely on the fact that you HAVE practiced, and just stay calm and pace yourself. It will be over soon enough. Probably too soon. I definitely put random answers for the last two. Break: I needed sugar and snack. Pay attention to the time. Take some deep breaths and focus on what you still need to do-- don’t spiral over science questions you already submitted. RC: I’ve always been a good reader, so this was the section I was least stressed about. Tbh you don’t need to comprehend much anyway—99% of the time the answer should be word for word from the text. I would read the question and scan for key words. This gave me a general idea of where to find topics in the text and was the best way of finding the answer they were looking for. Read their question carefully and do not read between the lines. QR: I was just tired and ready to be done by the time I reached this section. I wish I had thought to practice this section when I was tired because it definitely affected my pacing and score. Some advice I rarely see- if you can’t figure out the answer from the question itself, plug in the answer options they give you. Eats time though fair warning. Overall, my best advice is to understand how you study best and just keep going. The magnitude of the exam is terrifying, but it’s designed to test your willpower as much as your brain. The study process can be grueling but every minute you put in will be worth it. To all this madness that was unleashed with this Duky (this is not a thread about him), I found out about the existence of a totem hack.
Is that why the mesos are already worth very little? Do some people farm mesos en masse with the "totem hack"?
I always believed that the culprit for the devaluation of mesos was the Golden Piggy from the Clover event solely.

I play in Scania and I dont know whats going on but in a matter of only a few months the prices of everything in AU have gone up about %50. I am assuming its the same for all reg servers, from items like Superior gollux belt and earrings doubling to VAC pets going from 25b about 6 months ago to 45b. IS there a hack out there that we are simply unaware of? is it the fault of the fking Kanna's hoarding Limina 24/7 and selling mesos? Can we have something done about it ?
