[I play Elden Ring in Japanese (as it is my native language), due to From Soft being a Japanese developer, so is Miyazaki himself.]
The most striking difference is within how they address the main protagonist (you as the player), as in Japanese he or she is referred to as 褪せ人 (lit: "verblasste Person") from the NPC dialog and cutscenes, however in the official German localization, it's: "Befleckten". In regards to the Japanese original, the kanji used is 褪 + 人 but 褪せ is from the ichidan verb:

*1 In Japanese: マレー家 ("Haus / Familie Marais") already states that it comes from a family of executioners who resided in the shaded castle.

I have been looking for a long time and cannot find a Controlnet that supports SDXL normal maps. I think it is necessary to develop this. The normalbae controlnet using sd1.5 has a much better effect than depth. Unfortunately, there is no SDXL normalbae and cannot be used in conjunction with other SDXL models.

Recently I've encountered a mod who abuses their powers as moderator to permanently ban all users who question their actions, then mutes them in mod mail when they ask what the ban was for despite 1) the subreddit rules clearly dictating that any ban message would be given with a specific reason for the ban and 2) the material the moderator removed and banned users for being completely within the rules of the subreddit (appropriate and relevant topics, correct flair, etc.). This mod conducted a mass banning of ~50 accounts, including people who weren't even aware of the situation the mod began banning for, or people asking questions about the rules others were being banned for. This is in clear violation of the subreddit's own rules and also the Mod Code of Conduct section 5. This leads me to my ideas: better resources to combat such a thing.
Upon digging to find a way to report Moderator Code of Conduct violations, I encountered the report form which does such a thing, except it has major flaws which prevent it from actually being used. Below are flaws in the system currently in place and potential solutions:
In summary, the tools moderators have can and are abused by moderators on occasion, but users do not have any way to actually report or challenge this abuse in any significant way. In large subreddits where mass banning would be unnoticed by the majority of users, the potential for such abuse is far higher. More power should be given to users of Reddit to change the imbalance which is currently present. This would not only improve how moderators function on Reddit, but also improve user experience in communities both niche and ubiquitous. Current tools are simply inadequate to combat abuse from violations of the Moderator Code of Conduct; the report form asks for information which you cannot access after the abuse has been done, moderators can instantly and permanently silence your ability to critique them or appeal abusive actions, and moderators have free reign to decide who moderates, allowing for mod teams to cover for each other and perpetuate abuse longer. Upon digging to find a way to report Moderator Code of Conduct violations, I encountered the report form which does such a thing, except it has major flaws which prevent it from actually being used. Below are flaws in the system currently in place and potential solutions:
- Moderator names are hidden when mod mail is sent or received, including when bans messages are sent. Moderators can see the user's account, but the user cannot see the moderator's, thus giving an unfair balance and allowing abusive mods to violate the CoC without user's knowing who is doing so. The CoC violation report form has a section where you can list the offending moderator's account, but since you don't and can't actually know what moderator is abusing moderation, that section is entirely useless. This would mean that the mod team *as a whole* is being reported, not the offending mod. If the mod team is covering for the offending mod, then no action would be taken. Additionally, if you are banned from a subreddit, you no longer have access to the mod listing of that subreddit, so even if you had suspicions of abuse, you can't alone seek to rectify them with this form by offering names of mods who *may* be abusing moderation. Mods have free reign to silence your ability to criticize them *and* your ability to even know who you're criticizing to prevent proper reporting of abuse.
- Moderators can immediately permanently ban a user. The ability to permaban a user despite no previous offenses allows for moderator abuse to be perpetrated whenever a moderator likes. Permanent bans should not be dealt lightly, they should not be given unless egregious rule violations are being perpetrated by the user (such as continuous violation or illegal content). I'm not suggesting permanent bans be tossed, I'm suggesting instead an independent review of permanent bans which are given to users who have no other offenses in the community. Moderators from other subs could opt-in to independently review these bans to verify that the rules of the subreddit were indeed violated in way to justify the permanent ban for a first offense. If the reviewer doesn't agree with the justification for the ban, it could be sent back to the mod who dealt it who will then have to justify it further. If justification couldn't be satisfied, then submitting those bans to admins for final decision would prevent moderator abuse of the permanent ban.
- Similarly, moderators can mute you from mod mail at any time up to a maximum of 28 days at any given time. Similar to the permanent ban, muting someone from mod mail prevents their ability to appeal a permanent ban or even ask clarifying questions about the ban. This comes into play particularly with moderator abuse, as a ban can't be questioned and you have no way of appealing without waiting an entire month, even if the ban doesn't seem fair or the content which is marked as violation seems completely within the rules of the subreddit. This allows moderators to instantly and decisively stop all contact with anybody they decide, regardless of what the user has said in mod mail or posted on the subreddit. Mandatory escalation of mod mail muting duration would fix this issue, preventing a moderator from silencing critics of abuse instantaneously for a period of time long enough to obscure and bury that abuse. Rather than being granted the ability to give a 28-day block, the first offense should be the shortest duration, and escalating from there. In conjunction with that to prevent a moderator instantly escalating the duration as soon as the first ends, preventing the mute unless the user actually sends mod mail after the duration of the first mute ends would allow people who were muted to adequately appeal a ban or question without being silenced instantly. This process could be entirely automated. Alternatively, similar to the permanent ban independent review, a first mute being the maximum duration could also be reviewed to prevent mod abuse. The messages sent before the mute could be relayed and observed in a similar fashion, escalating to admins if abuse seems likely.
- Users have no formal say in moderation. Moderators for small subreddits typically don't have many mods, so this may not apply to them given the amount of people involved, however for large subreddits which are number 1 in Reddit categories the following suggestion could be applied to ensure users have a direct impact on the moderation of the subreddit: moderation polls. Users who have met a karma and activity threshold on the subreddit should be given Reddit-directed surveys to gauge the moderation of the subreddit over periods of time, with such surveys being sent when the threshold is reached, when a moderator leaves their position, or when a new moderator enters the position (after sufficient time for the moderator to begin actually moderating). If a subreddit's moderation scores consistently low with the most active users of a subreddit, then Reddit admins could be contacted and directed to open an investigation. Because of the karma and activity threshold which would be required to submit this feedback, the potential for brigading it to oust mods for no reason is minimal. Similarly, surveys could be sent to the mod team of the subreddit to self-evaluate moderation. If the scores are consistently different from user scores, investigation could occur if the mods think they are doing an excellent job but users think the opposite.
In summary, the tools moderators have can and are abused by moderators on occasion, but users do not have any way to actually report or challenge this abuse in any significant way. In large subreddits where mass banning would be unnoticed by the majority of users, the potential for such abuse is far higher. More power should be given to users of Reddit to change the imbalance which is currently present. This would not only improve how moderators function on Reddit, but also improve user experience in communities both niche and ubiquitous. Current tools are simply inadequate to combat abuse from violations of the Moderator Code of Conduct; the report form asks for information which you cannot access after the abuse has been done, moderators can instantly and permanently silence your ability to critique them or appeal abusive actions, and moderators have free reign to decide who moderates, allowing for mod teams to cover for each other and perpetuate abuse longer. I've never posted here, only lurked... daily. I often see people post tiny wins in here like manifesting a test result or a few hundred dollars. I don't see many huge wins except occasionally, or multi-year life changing creations.
Well, I'm not where I want to be bc my goals have gotten a lot bigger, but I've come a long way and finding this work in 2018 changed my life so I want to share with you how.
Not to discourage, but small wins are nothing compared to the deep life changes and incredible abundance you can create in knowing who you really are - just think - there are people out there, several, who own $10M+ houses, multi-millionaires, many came from nothing.
I'm not saying that's the only thing worth striving for or even the source of joy, of course. But my point is anything you want, someone else out there has done it, they are just humans like myself and you.
So here's how my life turned around since 2018 and what I created. The HOW I did so is no different than what you already read on this sub every day.
Neville has been my favorite teacher and this is the MAIN sub I have read over the last few years. I own all of his books and have read them several times.
I regard his methods as most influential for me. This may come off as some motivational story but truth is I use Neville's methods daily and always try to understand and control my beliefs to grow.
Here is how my life changed completely after DOING the work:
To my current goals, this is really nothing now and I now surround myself with people doing a ton more than me. So I'm not preaching here, it's just levels to the game right.
I now work professionally in the crypto industry, but also have skills and knowledge to a few types of online businesses in the consulting & marketing space, as well as make money from markets/trading, which is a great vehicle because there are effectively no limits.
I can live anywhere I want, have plenty of cushion and money to live mostly how I want (have larger goals now), have time freedom as well, and most of all, love growth and feel great striving for more. I did SATS to get my current gig.
I've also been trading the last 2 years and no it's not easy, in fact you're competing against algorithms and the best minds in the world so the learning curve is quite steep.
Trading is not easy money, but the potential is there. Besides, trading is just one vehicle, it's not value-additive to the market like businesses are, so I believe it's best used in conjunction with a business/job, and investing longer term is better.
Anyway I turned <40k into ~350K in crypto, and a separate stock portfolio last year.
And yes a lot of that crypto growth was market timing and luck with everything going on, monetary policy and all, and I know people who turned less into several million and also plenty who got liquidated and lost millions. I still spent a lot of time and skill to create that, point is I created all of it in various forms.
My health is impeccable and I've for sure made other physical changes, and I think I somehow changed my gf's looks to become better over time too. She was always quite cute though. I'm still very much in shape but now do yoga daily for last few years, as well as lifting.
Some was luck, some was skill and work. All was my creation. I also got quite decent at trading and managing a portfolio that I not only managed to publicly call the exact day of the market TOP in november 2021 but also sniped the bottom in July. Intuition plus knowledge.
So I kept this money, it is not bleeding out in my portfolio with the market. I've devoted a LOT into mastering this craft but again, self concept and Neville helped.
I got hacked for 60k-70k a few months back and chose to give it new meaning and manifested a career change to crypto industry, landing a position making over 10k per month (I'm not happy with this at my current standards of income, but I'm grateful), that I am growing to 20k per month of active income now with other streams.
What's interesting in my recent career manifestation is I decided I want a position that basically pays me to do what I already do (I was independently researching and managing a multi-6 figure crypto portfolio... over a quarter million dollars combined money that I was managing. )
I now get paid a full time 6 fig salary to do nothing extra from what I was already doing and barely work on the actual job with plenty of time for other stuff.
I just decided it was done and that's it. Also of course it's remote... knowing what I know, I will only consider remote jobs (never worked in a physical office and I've actually never had a w2 job before this, always doing sales and stuff or my own thing).
I have been working on increasing my standard to 25k per month minimum of active income generation. Had a lot of ideas come through. I’m just not the type to have a job I think but I have to figure out what I can build again.
Compared to who I want to be at a later date that’s also nothing much. Again, levels to the game.
Now also working on growing a business in this space. This hack event was pretty traumatic but I now see how I 100% manifested it. And I can choose to also create something far greater out of the event now.
With every job I've ever had, I've never worked in an office. I've only ever been remote or online because this is the only thing I was willing to accept. Being a digital nomad has been my norm since I graduated college.
Be specific in what you want and do not settle.
I went to a top 5 US public university and even manifested myself to lead a large pre-med club on campus (I was a pre med student) before I knew Neville. I'm now very glad I chose to go my own route instead of medicine for several reasons beyond scope of this post but anyway.
My best mental model/tips

The thing with manifesting is we sometimes take a passive route and wait for things to happen to us (and sure this is fine and still works), but think- if you don't grow your mental, emotional, skills container to deal with large amounts of money, or a team, or skills to sell and market and manage money... if you suddenly get 500K or 1M, how are you going to hold on to it?
If you lack personal power and execution skills, say you suddenly win 5M from the lottery, do you have the skills to keep it and make decisions at a level that can fluctuate several millions? It's stressful and requires thinking completely differently.
You have to 'stress test' your consciousness and expand your container.
I know that because I got hacked (stolen) ~70k it means nothing because the version of me who makes multi-7 figures a year deals with fluctuations of multi-6 figures in his portfolio all the time, it's part of the game. and I HAVE dealt with 6 figure fluctuations in my portfolio before this hack so it wasn't super new in that sense.
You know time is not real, it's all happening now, Creation is already finished, so you should also know that the way to 'hack' time is making decisions from a place of the future version of yourself you already are.
Make a commitment to stop playing small and settling for crumbs. Why would you get hung up on the one limited way your ego thinks that abundance has to manifest in your life, or love, instead of just feeling the emotions themselves, knowing it's done, and letting your life color it in in grander ways than you could have imagined.
Funny little manifestations and things happen literally every day that I just take it as reflections of me being in my creative power.
Something crazy/funny that happened was on our last trip, I told my girlfriend 'hey, how funny and weird would it be to see a parrot meowing?' - then next day we sit at a cafe and there is a parrot in a cage outside, meowing loudly. The most bizarre manifestation, I didn't even intend for it, just asked hey would it not be funny. Things like this happen so often, I can't keep track.
There is nothing new to learn. Just do the techniques and do self care rituals and get lost in your work. Feel the feeling of utter abundance and freedom now and it will happen.
We live in an advanced economy with the internet, it has never been easier to start or fund a business compared to even 50 years ago (see interest rates), distribution has never been easier, so if you know these tools, why would you not create the biggest dream you can imagine? Why settle for a free $200?
I realize there are levels people go through however so I don't mean to belittle, but now that I have been through so much and grown, I know there is nothing separating myself from multi millions and VC's and creators of large companies except belief, work, and time in this reality.
I have the knowledge, belief, and skills to not need a job if I don't want one. I can instead offer something to the market and be independent.
I'm telling you this stuff works and is sustainable. You can be as specific as you want and get whatever you want, and trust that with the turns life takes you through, it is a BRIDGE meant to turn you into the person to get and sustain what you say you want. Decide it and it is so.
I am someone who is a first generation American immigrant, my parents moved to the US from India when I was 5 and we had very little here. I grew up 'lower' middle class, and didn't have the best money programming from parents, but I always did well in school.
I KNOW I am going to be the first multi millionaire in my family. It's all in how you think about yourself/self concept and the work you do from that mindset. Do actions and shift your environment in accordance with who you want to be.
I always splurge on self care now and do things like fly business class or pay more for a better room because that's who I internally am. Just find a way to produce more and let it flow instead of shrinking yourself to be someone you’re not in your 4D
I don't try to scrimp and penny pinch, I let money flow. Even though getting stolen 70k was traumatic, oh well, I chose to give it a better, empowering meaning and my reality shifted.
That's all I have to say. Do the work. Stop procrastinating with learning. All the teachers, scripture, it's all the same Truth at the core. Learning is fine because you learn different mental models at different points of your life but you need to do the work.
I've been fortunate to not only have explored TONS of teachers and books in this realm, you name it I've probably read it or have a copy, I've also HAD mentors and WORKED directly under multi millionaires older and more experienced than me who know this work very well and knew Neville specifically, and it's the real deal. I did sales for someone in the online coaching space was was very well off and had decades of success and spoke of Neville very often, it was really cool.
Proof of the Law
I don't know what more proof you need that the Law is real. All religions throughout eternity have known this, Neville just distilled the same Truth through his own methods that work really well in my opinion and I personally love his interpretation of scripture.
The most successful people in the world are usually consciously (and some unconsciously) doing these same actions. Just do the work and focus on it coming from a good place of knowing that it's done. You don't need to know HOW but you just need to know the plane is going to somehow land one day.
I just come back to Neville every time, because his methods are simple and philosophies work well for how I think. I've done tons of psychedelic mushrooms over the years which luckily made me very open to this sort of thinking, before that I was very rigid and too '3d scientific' minded in my thinking. Keep in mind there is actually nothing 'unscientific' about the Law... modern science has its own limitations in that we cannot measure many things.
What used to be called magic in years past is now under the realm of science right? I'm not saying I don't value logic and science... I have a science degree from a top 5 university.
I'm just saying your ego mind which wants to keep you stuck and surviving uses the excuse of logic and science when that's actually not the full scope of how reality works, we are incredibly limited in our conscious understanding of reality.... we don't even know what we're doing here on a floating rock in infinite space and we can hardly see much of the light spectrum as it is.
So remember that when your ego tries to believe in your limitations and the 3d reality only. You being here is magic that even the most advanced science does not know the answer to. Do scientists know fundamentally why there is something at all instead of nothing?
Anyway, one more thing is I've never been shy of making relatively bold and fast decisions, investing in a mentor (for business) and just generally betting on myself.
Because getting around people who think bigger than you and don't settle is a hack and it's worth every penny. There is a reason millionaires hang with other millionaires.
I'm not saying to cut people out of your life (unless toxic) but rather to seek proximity and get around winners or pay to join some mastermind in business or whatever you need to do to network in your realm.
Just last week I invested 7.5k for get into a network of high performing young male entrepreneurs just because I want a better network in real life and work on business tactics and execution. When I was 23 I invested 25k that I did not have at the time (I made it happen and earned it back) to get a business mentor. So I use all of this in combo with Neville's methods primarily. I really like revision method as well.
The act of DECISION literally creates a parallel reality and becomes the new bridge to your manifestation.

- MONEY/TRAVEL : I went from -50k in debt running my own online fitness coaching business at my lowest point not knowing how I would pay rent (long story but I was young and not skilled enough in business at this time to really build a team and 7 figure business like I wanted),

- FITNESS/HEALTH: I achieved a more fit and better body than 98% of men have. This was a result of hard work plus these methods and was in 2018 when I decided to undergo a bodybuilding prep for a photoshoot. Great size, leanness, abs, I had been lifting for years but never gotten this in shape.

- SP: Manifested my SP (gf) back in 2018 and we have a great relationship going on 6 years now (together since 2016). I focus more on self love and feeling I AM God rather than seeking it externally. My consciousness and inner connection is my source of sustenance.
- Honestly there are so many other crazy little things I can't possibly keep track. Every day I have synchronicities like crazy still. I don't give them much meaning but just take it to mean that I am aligned.
- Delude yourself into knowing that imagination is MORE real than the 3d. The 3d is 'old news.' Meaning it's a shadow world. The real creation is happening in your imagination, and there is a time lag in this physical world.
- I do SATS during the day, works fine for me, I don't think it matters much if day/night, but you need to do it. Follow a guided hypnosis session to get deeper into trance first if it helps.
- Act and trust deeply that life is leading you to what you want, and the meaning you give to events is literally what molds your future. Choose empowering meanings. Stop being a victim.
- Make a daily routine checklist and stick to it so you internally feel in control of your reality. Mine is: SATS or revision, meditate or breathwork, EFT or writing, cold shower, no phone in the morning, wake at 6am, and of course I exercise daily in some form. I use a spreadsheet to make sure I hit my routines for the day so I don't be a victim but rather stay in control. This is critical for me.
- As long as you occupy the realms of consciousness that you want, the result WILL come via downloads and hunches and thoughts, and insane physical things will happen that will 'seem like it would have happened anyway' so don't worry about the how.

You wanted to be a teacher? Well then TEACH. Students and everyone else learn a lot from failure. You can talk / complain all day long--ears closed. As soon as there are consequences for failure, leaving the classroom with a room full of naughty children, deadlines are not reached, parents are put off by poor results, management is caught with their pants down--ears open.
Now, do you have the spine inside you to reject punishment? Are you going to reject it and walk out the door, fight back, keep on with your talking points? To SAVE FACE, management will undoubtedly:
a) have a meeting in which they emote all over you, blame you for everything.
b) demand you come to work early/stay late to get said work done, without pay of course.
c) demand you go home and come back with the work completed, without sleep or pay of course.
d) threaten to withhold salary until objective is completed?
e) stink-eyes, sneers, passive-aggressive pouty behavior?

Because management was so poor the place is leaking students and so the ones that stay get away with anything.--The first mistake is to trust anything that comes out of their mouths. If they tell me it's raining, I head for a window, open it, stick my hand out before I believe anything from these buffoons and their constant lies, misdirection, and propaganda. Find 5 things that you already know the answers to and that anyone in management / education ought to know, ask in a meeting, see what they say. It's fun, they know nothing about anything.

From the moment I signed with this school, warning signs were glaringly evident, but I was optimistic and brushed them off. However, in hindsight, those warning signals were clear indicators of what was to come. 2. Lack of leadership. 3. Lack of Communication breakdowns 4. Incoherent curriculum 7. Dishonesty and manipulation--Yup! That sounds like a Hagwon alright.
2. Lack of Leadership ...with those in charge either physically absent or lacking the awareness needed to foster accountability, communication, and organization.--This happens everywhere. The laziness is profound. Search bar: Hagwon Life:The Day They Refused to Pay Me. Floor manager playing games on computer, university students playing on their phones in the break room instead of working, and everything else wrong, broken, incomplete, wrong levels, bratty / undisciplined children, no one cares. Let the foreigners pull their hair out and deal with all the issues, the rest will sit back and do like the prisoners say, "Get over, get by." The answer is, follow them right out the door no matter what the reason is, stay with them until they come back. They leave, you leave.
Many times, Korean teachers are found either sitting in a corner of the room on their phones, taking selfies, or shopping, or they're outside the classroom engaging in gossip with the front desk or lunch staff.
3. Lack of communication (School Events) Even when management does inform us of an event, it's usually with minimal notice, often just a week or two in advance... (Science Fair) It's frustrating that management only takes action when faced with the threat of embarrassment, leaving teachers to pick up the slack with little support or guidance. (Report cards) The lack of communication extends to the crucial task of writing end-of-year report card comments. Shockingly, this important information was only relayed in the last week of school, not by management, but through hearsay from a veteran teacher.* This last-minute notification left teachers with minimal time to prepare thoughtful and personalized comments for each student.--The answer is, THEN DON'T DO IT! Why do the foreigners care more than the people who own the place? All you are teaching them when you put in double-overtime, scramble around like crazy, frantically quick-time it to get things done, don't get enough sleep or proper exercise/nutrition, do it for free at home, is that they learn to expect it from you again and again without consequences. They are as bad at education than anyone you will ever encounter on the planet. They have no idea about anything, ESPECIALLY how long it takes to plan and put together a good result. You can ask any one of them, "How long do you THINK it takes to add a worksheet or construct a lesson plan from scratch? And when do you think I will have time to finish it?" As the OP said, they don't do anything until there is a threat of embarrassment. Well then? Embarrass them and keep giving them the same talking points right from the beginning, "I don't have enough time, I don't work at home for free, everyone ignored my request for resources etc." In many cases, they do this out of disrespect to the foreigners, also they don't want to hear foreigners complain or adjust the instructions so they purposely try to run out the clock on them to keep them busy and quiet. A part of it is to see the foreigners stressed and fail. Yeah, really. They want it to fail. Give them what they want and let it collapse. Of course they blame it all on the foreigners, but just repeat your talking points and keep on repeating them. You get off topic, they'll keep jabbering in your face, you stay on topic they'll get frustrated and give up.....eventually.

As soon as there are consequences for failure, leaving the classroom with a room full of naughty children, deadlines are not reached, parents are put off by poor results, management is caught with their pants down--ears open.

As a result, this self remains trapped in a limbo (locked inside a vault?), neither fully alive nor dead, but rather exists as a powerless observer of her own life. I always interpreted the line about alcoholism as her saying that alcoholism was what her new aesthetic was and that nobody noticed that she was using alcohol to numb her closeted feelings. Electric shocks were historically used on homosexuals as part of aversion therapy in an attempt to change an individual's sexual identity to align with heterosexual norms. The paradox of Post Taylor both engaging in and stopping the procedure could symbolize Taylor's internal struggle with self-acceptance. Taylor discussing internalized misogyny in the Miss America documentary. In these moments, she grapples with accepting this aspect of her identity, finding brief periods (“for a fortnight there”) where it seems like she might finally succeed and find freedom from the closet. But heteronormative societal norms and homophobia ultimately cause her to retreat from fully embracing her queer identity and coming out. She may also wrestle with feelings of self-doubt and the need for validation from others. Nevertheless, her closeted self remains a constant lurking presence, haunting her from beneath the surface of her shallow encounters (“ask about the weather”). I see the “good neighbors” as symbolizing the heterosexual relationship she maintains to keep the public satisfied and to avoid confronting her struggles with her queer identity. The neighbors (her and her public boyfriend) are considered “good” because they adhere to expectations and are approved by the fans, media, and the public. At the beginning of Miss Americana, Taylor says that her \"entire moral code, as a kid and now, is a need to be thought of as good.\" When she says, "Your wife waters flowers," I envision her addressing her own husband in this scenario, where the "wife" symbolizes the version of her that has conformed to traditional, domestic heteronormativity. While there's nothing inherently wrong with being a traditional wife, it contradicts her true self and what she desires as a queer woman (“No deal, the 1950s shit they want from me” from Lavender Haze). This conflict is further illustrated when her closeted self expresses a desire to "kill her," representing a desire to kill the “her” that’s in a heterosexual relationship participating in the facade of the perfect wife because the public desires it, leaving her closeted self feeling bitter and abandoned because she was not chosen instead. All my mornings are Mondays stuck in an endless February I took the miracle move-on drug, the effects were temporaryMonday is the first day of a new week, when the week starts over. The fact that all of her mornings are Monday mornings could symbolize a perpetual return to the start of a constant cycle of internal conflict. This also reminds me of a quote from the 1999 film Office Space, in which one of the characters says to another “Sounds like somebody’s got the case of the Mondays.” The phrase was said to refer to the depression one experiences when having to return to work after the weekend (or maybe in this case, the fortnight). \"The case of the Mondays:\" Taylor depicted in an office setting, reinforcing a sense of monotony and tedium in her life. I find it interesting she describes the month of February as endless, despite it being the shortest month of the year. Considering the idea of repeated cycles mentioned throughout this analysis, this brings to my mind the 1993 film Groundhog Day in which the plot centers around a man who becomes stuck in a time loop on February 2nd (Groundhog Day) and must relive this same day over and over again. From the 1993 film \"Groundhog Day,\" in which a man is forced to relive the same day in February repeatedly. The Groundhog Day tradition itself originates from Pennsylvania, Taylor's home state, and revolves around the superstition that if a groundhog emerges from its burrow on this day and sees its shadow, it retreats back into its den which predicts an extended winter. But if it does not see its shadow, spring will arrive soon. This may be a reach, but you could think of this as Taylor trying to “come out” of her burrow (the closet) only to be startled by her shadow self (her anxieties and fears, the parts of herself she’s afraid of sharing with the public) which causes her to retreat back into hiding for what feels like another inevitable winter. Taylor's shadow self. And I love you, it's ruining my life I love you, it's ruining my life I touched you for only a fortnight I touched you, but I touched youShe may yearn to embrace who she is and continue pursuing her love for writing and performing music, but may have had to make difficult sacrifices in this realm in order to progress in her career. The pressure to uphold these sacrifices, despite the heavy burden they impose, could stem from a desire to avoid disappointing various stakeholders in her life like the public, her fans, and even her own family. This may have led her to prioritize her music career and fame over the freedom to openly express her sexuality. It's clear she cherishes her career and the doors that fame has opened for her, but the continuous suppression of her sexuality over time has taken a toll on her mental health. The song carries a sense of robotic resignation and defeat, reflecting her closeted self's enduring wait. It seems her closeted self has nearly given up hope, clinging to those rare "fortnights" when Taylor could truly feel whole and not just a hollow facade to please others. Concerned over appearing ungrateful for voicing her struggles with fame? And for a fortnight there, we were together Run into you sometimes, comment on my sweater Now you're at the mailbox, turned into good neighbors My husband is cheating, I wanna kill himThis time she alters the final line in this verse to tell us her husband is cheating and she wants to kill him. In conjunction with my other interpretations, I’m guessing she’s hinting that her husband is unfaithful due to her unhappiness in their relationship influenced by her closeted sexuality. In considering that this is a beard she’s with, the line could suggest a contracted arrangement that allows both partners to seek affairs outside of their artificial relationship. Her desire to “kill him” could symbolize the deep unfairness she feels in being in a loveless lavender marriage that she never wanted. Over time, her resentment towards him has grown, mirroring the enduring chill and discontent of “endless February.” Meet the \"good neighbors.\" Thought of callin' ya, but you won't pick up 'Nother fortnight lost in America Move to Florida, buy the car you want But it won't start up 'til you touch, touch, touch meThe line “Thought of callin’ ya” makes me think back to when Taylor answers the phone in Look What You Made Me Do and she says, “I’m sorry / But the old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now / Why? Oh, ‘cause she’s dead.” My interpretation is that her closeted self is thinking of calling the old Taylor, the one who perhaps embraced her sexuality and true self more freely in her youth. But the old Taylor won’t pick up the phone, because she has been “killed” off in favor of Taylor the Brand. \"I'm sorry, but the old Taylor can't come to the phone right now...\" "Another fortnight lost in America" represents yet another missed opportunity to fully embrace her sexuality and take pride in it enough to come out. The ongoing disappointments from these lost fortnights, coupled with the anxiety over the potential judgment she could face as well as the risky impact it could have on her career, can make denial and suppression feel necessary just to get through another day in America. |

The most striking difference is within how they address the main protagonist (you as the player), as in Japanese he or she is referred to as 褪せ人 (lit: "personne effacée") from the NPC dialog and cutscenes, however in the official French localization, they call it: "Sans-éclat". In regards to the Japanese original, the kanji used is 褪 + 人 but 褪せ is from the ichidan verb:
Bosses:
*1. The word 軍兵 comprising of 2 kanji just put together from ゴドリックの軍兵 implies that he was a soldier serving under Godrick at one point, as 軍 ("armée") including 兵 ("soldat") forms 軍兵 (lit: "troupes de combat") but this nuance from Japanese gets lost in translation or rewritten.
*2. The word 番犬 - literally means "Chien de garde" while a portemanteau of 還 ('retour') + 樹 ('arbre') are 2 kanji used together coining the term 還樹 - literally means amongst the lines of "le retour d'un arbre sur son site d'origine" and の is just a word particle present in Japanese.
*3. The word 写し means "dupliquer" followed by the kanji 身 ("le corps (un personne)") + 雫 ("goutte (d'eau)") and の is just a word particle present in Japanese, forming the word 写し身の雫.
*4. The meaning of 忌み isn't conveyed correctly (in both Margit & Morgott) as it literally means "deuil" alone, but in the context of the game, it is connotated as "abomination" (from Japanese), which in no way it means "déchu" So it is obvious that French just copied it from English. Also, the presence of both Kanji 鬼 ("ogre / esprit") and 王 ("roi") indicates their differences in hierarchical status too. Morgott bares the kanji 王 while Margit has 鬼 within his title, but in French (& English) the one with Margit is lost in translation.
*5. The Japanese title for Godfrey uses the kanji 王 ("roi") since he is the elden lord, as opposed to French: they replaced that with "seigneur" but the overall expression from the original Japanese is not connotated in French.
*6. The word 百智卿 beside Gideon's name is comprised of 3 kanji: 百 ("cent") + 智 ("sagesse") & 卿 ("seigneur") - but 卿 is keigo as it is very formal, the word 百智 literally means: "tout savoir" when combined, as the kanji 百 is used in a personified manner in conjunction with 智.
*7. 星砕き means "écraseur d'étoiles" comprising from the godan verb: 砕く (lit: "écraser") and the kanji 星 ("étoile") - coining the word from 2 kanji: 星砕き. From French, why did they change it to "le fléau des astres"?
*8. The Japanese version of Rykard's title bares the kanji 君主 ("monarque / souverain") while in French it has been adapted to "seigneur" instead, but the intended meaning is lost from Japanese.

*4. 深き根の底 literally translates to "des racines profondes" but in French, they renamed it as " Profondeurs de Fonderacine" which is very different. From Japanese: 深き > 深く ("profond") + 根 ("racines (d'une plante / arbre") due to the presence of large tree branches and roots within the area you tread on, followed by 底 ("fond (d'une fosse / d'un puits)") as you're underground.)
*5. The Japanese name is closer to the English release as indicated by katakana, but in French they renamed it as "voilorage".
*6. The Japanese 火山 ("vulcan") clearly states that you're not far from the volcano, the manor is even close to it.)
*7. The noun 崩れる ("s'écrouler") already insinuates that the Farum Azula is collapsing. (You can clearly see it when you're there.)
*8. The word 王朝 ("dynastie") is present as it is passed down from family, the Japanese name refers to the fact that the area where you fight Mohg contains Miquella's egg, saying that Mohg is Miquella's half brother.
*9. The Japanese word 月光 means "clair de lune" since the moon illuminates the area, followed by 祭壇 ("autel"), as the area where you fight off Adula is not far from the church where you see Ranni beneath it.
*10. From Japanese: 漂着 (lit: "à la dérive sur le rivage") as you can enter via the beach through the back, followed by 基地 ("base / cimetière") implies that you are in a graveyard (metaphorically as Limgrave is not far from it, baring a dark undertone.)

I want to get an Associates Certification for Excel so I can put it on my Resume, but I am very worried on passing especially since it is $100 every time you take it so I want to make sure I pass on my first try. I've been practicing and getting as many resources as I can find online, but a lot seem to cover different things or aren't helpful, and I really don't know what's actually going to be on the exam. I'm struggling a lot to catch up since my teachers are overloading us with many homework and worksheets, and half of the notes they force us to write at home by sending ppts and all. I'm not understanding anything in class at all since they all go so fast and they put tests at random days that I barely find the time to study for since I have to finish all the notes and homework. It's so hectic for me and its seems like I'm only struggling since I see all my classmates be able to catch up with portion easily and understand except for me.
I do go for tuition but since my school is way ahead in portion and all, I keep getting bad marks in chapters that aren't taught at my tuition yet. And I have tuition during my entire weekends so I barely get some rest and I haven't gotten proper sleep at all.

Nephew is 8 and behind in reading and writing, and I believe he has CAS. He has speech therapy 3x a week at school. School SLP is 65 years old. We have asked her for guidance on additional therapy, and she has always been hesitant. She hasn’t shared things to do at home to help with speech issue — just sounds and reading worksheets. She said she thinks he has “weak” muscles. She even said he could be tested by a neurologist for motor issues?? I emailed her asking for guidance on next steps on testing and also on home activities. Every time I open a new Worksheet, I have to pick either "SQL Worksheet" or "Python Worksheet".
Is it possible to set the default to "SQL Worksheet", so that I can bypass this selection? I can't find anywhere in the Settings where the Worksheet Type can be defaulted, rather than having to select "SQL Worksheet" (or "Python Worksheet") every time I open a new Worksheet.

 | The two warning lights came up together for the first time today. The ABS in conjunction with the ESP indicator lamp came up previously which indicated a faulty ABS sensor. But these two are up now together. Can’t seem to find in the owners manual what it means when these two come up together… or maybe it means two different things happening separately. I was user of Bitwig Studio beginning from the early vers.2.x phase until 5.1.9, but... Bitwig Studio still ran on my main machine and ... because of the newerly incompatibility and the overwhelming "support" (from Bitwig) I have decided to move on to a different DAW and replace Bitwig's Grid by a VCV 2.x rack, because modular rocks.
For some reason my machine (I suspect my graphics card - AMD Radeon™ RX 580 Series, "Ellesmere" - to be not fully supported by Debian's kernel drivers and as a consequence in conjunction with Vulkan resulting in) crashes when invoking Bitwig Studio.
Interestingly though 5.2 Beta 2 at least shows the Splash screen, while Beta 1 did not even that.
Furthermore when launched from XFCE it behaves different than launched from Cinnamon or even Gnome. What I didn't try yet is a native X-session or a start in Mate (but this should be similar to Gnome, I assume). I will _ n o t _ again use Flatpak, because of never ending fumbling to make Bitwig find each driver (like pipewire and others) and other resources. I don't make any use of Flatpak, because .deb works very well for me and only solely for Bitwig Studio...? Never ever!
Bitwig has demonstrated several times their arrogance and together with this last step my personal measure is full. Somehow it's a pity, but on the other hand... this change is a great chance, because although several things, which worked simple and fine in Bitwig Studio will be hard to replace in a different DAW, but other things can be made, which are impossible in Bitwig Studio (like simple feedback loops or such basic things like linear FM).
Somehow I doubt, that I will ever come back to Bitwig Studio, because such a move is quite a big step and as a not professional music producer my available time is limited and hence precious... my nerves as well. And when - in such cases - a software developer is not interested to give even basic support, but instead seriously expect me to change my OS (or even buy new hardware) only to be able to use their "great product"... this simply is a sign, that they do not need me as user (as little as I need them and their fumbleware). I'm pretty sure some of you will "vote me down" for that, but... if you ever had made similar experiences you'd decide very similar to me and because of that reason I don't care.

Hi everyone There's a lot of posts in the post history about the negative effects /difficult experiences with vitex /chaste berry. I'm trying and failing to find information online on the best way to take it during the cycle (in terms of timing and quantity) for very difficult PMS (very low moods and depressive symptoms, low motivation... Also breast tenderness).
I have also read that red clover (I think during follicular phase up to ovulation?) raspberry leaf (during PMS and menstruation?) , in conjunction with vitex can help.
If someone could advise me on this I would really appreciate it :) I can also consult a herbalist if this is the consensus, but was trying to do it myself first.
Other herbs to I am thinking to add: Ashwagandha to help balance body throught cycle. Some livekidney herbs throughout cycle to help clear excess hormones and keep things moving.
Evening primrose oil and seed cycling (flax, chia, pumpkin seeds in follicular phase, and sunflower /sesame in luteal phase) are also things I have in my routine.
