2 weeks ago, started coughing and was short of breath after very minor exercise. Had an x-ray done, which revealed severe bronchitis. He was prescribed Prednisone and an antibiotic for 10 days. Today (Day 10 of both meds), he started throwing up profusely. When he was no longer throwing up food, he was throwing up bile. He has since stopped throwing up but is now panting very heavily. I was initially discharged and told that everything looked normal, but this evening I received a call from the doctor telling me to make an appointment with the hospital hematologist as soon as possible because these results were “highly unusual for my age.” I asked what the concern was and they said “Worst case scenario? I recently watched DnD Tricks DMs Use To Engage Thier Players by Bonus Action. I really thought the idea of having props and stuff would be a cool way for the party to have fun and stuff. Everyone likes the feeling of picking up something in a dungeon and getting it irl.

I matched with this dude on tinder (23M) . We kept talking and he asked me to follow him on Instagram and I noticed some red flags.
1: Before he accepted my follow request, my Insta showed his account was made only a few months prior. He never mentioned this.
2: I checked his following to make sure he doesn’t have a girlfriend but his follows were weird. He had a very small amount of follows and they were all girls, and not like famous people, but just regular girls. And the girls who he followed followed him back. This was weird to me because where are his friends?
3: He would constantly ask for pictures, but not by texting them, but by sending disappearing photo messages saying “please send me a pic of you, you are so beautiful” and I would say I’m busy and my instagram has a lot so you can look through them. Even when I would repeatedly tell him I couldn’t send pictures, he would keep insisting, adding even more compliments and try again the next day.
4: I looked through his following list again yo check the individual profiles. The girls were mostly 18 and still in/graduating from highschool.
5: 2 days into us talking, he asked me “what are you sexual preferences and what do you like sexually”. I said this is way too early to ask this and we haven’t been on a date yet. He went on to explain how he is a very sexual person and he needs to have sex atleast once a day. I said lol that won’t work because I have a life and couldn’t feasibly see you everyday. And then he drops the bomb that for me to be his girlfriend I would have to live with him. He said makes over 100k a month and he would even compromise and get a place for both of us close to my job. I was stunned and I gave so many reasons why I don’t want to do that and why that won’t work for me but he kept trying to push compromises and solutions saying that if I can’t see him everyday I need to send him nudes to alleviate that and always be around to sext him
This is where I might be the asshole and when I decide to confront him about the red flags. I asked why he follows only girls and he said he got hacked and made a new account. Then where are your friends and he said “is it a crime to have no friends? I lost all my friends to grind to get this job so I can get a place for us”. He also tried to guilt me saying he is making all these compromises for me, why can’t I make any for him.
I questioned him again asking why most of these girls are freshly 18 and it seems like you go for these girls because they would be easier to convince to be down for this arrangement you got going on. He got angry at me saying how dare I call those women ugly and I’m projecting and I stopped responding.
A few days later I check his account and he posted more pictures, and made his following and follower list more “normal” which made me laugh because if there wasn’t a problem before, why change it up.
So AITA? Was I reaching and projecting or was he being a creep and I was right to call him out.

For contexted, myself (32f) and my daughter (9 almost 10) live with my nsister (41), her home, my other nsister (25) and two nparents. I have not been in a great financial situation where we can leave. I feel like we are trapped under duress all the time. I am lucky that my ex (31m), her father, and ex's family cares about us. Unfortunately, they have their financial constraints also. They wish they can take us both in but for now it can only be my daughter. It kills me inside. They invade our spaces, they overstep our boundaries. They come into our room rearrange things. When I leave for work and shenis in school. They do it. It is eating away at our happiness. Hello! I am new to cameras and Agent DVR and would love just a little help. I would like to confirm I can connect my cameras to a cellular router and then connect it to my Agent DVR on my local network. I don't need to tell me how (though I'd appreciate any advice), I just wanted to confirm it is possible before going down this path.
Further background:
I currently am running Agent DVR on my spare windows laptop at the office with the business cloud license. I am using one Amcrest ProHD and two Tapo C310s. I have a Xfinity business router. It is working well. I am planning on moving the cameras to the other side of the property and connecting them over AT&T cellular data using this NETGEAR Nighthawk MR6500 M6 Pro 5G Mobile Hotspot Router.

I've ran into quite a confusing situation with my first ever playthrough of Fallout 4 (yes, I know I'm late), so naturally I decided to turn to your experienced minds for help, and here I am in my first post in this subreddit. Basically, I've found the Railroad with the objective of acquiring the Ballistic Weave mod, and after helping them with the necessary quests to unlock it, I can't use it. I can only apply it in a few outfits, but not any outfit like I read online. Now I'm about to complete Randolph Safehouse 4 and my sixth MILA quest, and I still can't use it properly. I thought that since I'm late to the party, they might've patched it so I'll only get it after completing all of Tinker Tom's Weathervane quests, but I also wonder, having played a few of their games before, if this is a case of a Bethesda bug? Or, if I simply can't apply Ballistic weave yo anything I want? In any case any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated :)

I learned today that I have endometrial cancer. Hopefully it will be resolved with a hysterectomy. This is only the beginning… I have no idea what to expect.
I got biopsy because I was having spotting after sex. I’m nearly 58 yo post-menopause.
I’m still in shock and so scared… of this upcoming surgery, of what happens if it doesn’t remove all the cancer… and what this will do to my life.

PGY-1 on an IM rotation at an OSH. As it's Psych adjacent I got a somewhat challenging case dumped in my lap and I'm struggling to handle it without any of my Psych seniors or attendings to turn to. Part of the struggle is that I have a number of complicated patients and don't have the time to actually dive into the patient psych history and gather collateral. Additionally I seem to be caught in the middle of a finger pointing turf war between Psych and Neuro -- and neither service seems particularly sharp or have bothered to do a proper investigation.
Briefly ~70 yo who received anesthesia ~ 4 months ago and within a day or two began undergoing pretty drastic, progressive changes -- with 48 hours expressing SI, and significantly increased anxiety and progressive difficulty with memory. Patient was treated at an inpatient facility that no-one has bothered to get records for and started on unknown medications. Continued worsening until ~ 1 week ago when he was admitted to a sister hosptial's inpatient ward. Notes from that admission are unrevealing as the patient was deemed unable to have a meaningful interview due to neurocognitive decline. I haven't had the time to piece together the exact medications but it appears they were trialed on mirtazapine with quetiapine PRNs for agitation with Trazodone for sleep before coming to us on 10mg Escitalopram and 5mg Buspar. About 5 days ago patient had orthostatic hypotension and was transferred to my hospital and I came on service 3 days ago. Iniitally no psychotropic changes other than haloperidol 5mg PRN for agitation.
Workup here has consisted of LP and MRI w/wo contrast which have so far been unrevealing. Psychiatry has claimed this is primarily neurologic (rapidly progressive dementia) Neurology believed this to be primary psychiatric (severe anxiety, or possibly prion) until 3 days ago when they decided the patient has serotonin syndrome on the basis of tremor and hyperreflexia (+3 in patellar and achilles, +2 elsewhere). Neurology also noticed for the first time clonus at ankle. I had low suspicion but recognized that I have limited experience, that Serotonin syndrome can have a varied presentation, and that neurology would not engage in further attempts to find differentials without running down this lead reluctantly followed their recommendations. Buspar has been stopped for two days and Escitalopram is now down to 5mg and will be stopped by week end. Against my better judgement given age, patient is now on 2mg Diazepam PO BID with 2mg IM PRN for agitation (which has not been needed). There has been no improvement in neurological or psychiatric symptoms.
Today, Neurology forced me to call poison control for further treatment recommendations (who also expressed skepticism and did not recommend any changes), and further diagnosed patient with catatonia. Which...may actually be the case as Neurology reported posturing and rigidity (I had not observed either), but leaves me unsure how to proceed. I am surprised that the diazepam has at best had no improvement, and at worst may have precipitated this, but I also know that significant amounts of benzos can be required for treatment so lack of improvement doesn't necessarily signify anything.
I plan to do a Bush Francis tomorrow to see for myself, but it will be my first time performing one. My understanding is that as long as any two of the criteria are scored that a catatonia diagnosis can be made and further evaluation is for severity. Is that a correct understanding? Beyond that, I have read that in geriatric populations as little as .5mg Ativan can be used for a challenge (I am unsure if I would even be allowed to perform at this hospital) and that Zolpidem may have some efficacy as a challenge drug as well. How do you all go about diagnosing catatonia in the, especially hospitalized, geriatric population?
