Food allergies make being vegan ridiculous

2024.05.16 18:20 Gallantpride Food allergies make being vegan ridiculous

I have mild allergies to pollen, hazelnuts, most pets, and dust. In my day-to-day, this was never a bother until adulthood.
Pears and unripe bananas make my gums hurt, my tongue itch, etc but I thought that was normal, until I looked it up and found out it wasn't. Turns out I have oral allergy syndrome. Like a lot of people with ORAS, I'm also sensitive to certain other foods due cross-contamination. I don't have a soy allergy so tofu doesn't bother me but soy milk does. Oat and rice milk are the best milk alternatives for me, but they're also the most expensive.
I recently switched from vegetarian to vegan. Now if only my body would agree with my choice.
I'm worried I may be developing an allergy to nuts now. Eating roasted peanuts makes my gums ache. Just what I need-- a vegan who can't eat raw fruits or nuts.
I recently made an appointment with my allergist to figure out what my allergies currently are and how to deal with them.

2024.05.16 17:38 jilubit Recently Relapsed- Any advice or stories on how you made your last time THE last time?

I've never posted here before, and I feel embarrassed writing this out because I see all these stories here of others hitting year long milestones and beyond where I'm consistently relapsing after 3 months, 6 months, 9 months.
For me, I can quit drinking easily enough for the first few months. I'll go to a meeting every day, get back into exercising, talk to a few friends. Then I'll get complacent, rationalize to myself that- hey I don't have a problem- it's just a glass of wine at dinner or a beer on the golf course, and I'm back to Day 1. I'm not blacking out, waking up on a friend's couch if I'm lucky, but it's still a slip that I want to get past.
This most recent time I was traveling for work, flights all day, get to the hotel late. I go downstairs to the bar to watch the Knicks Game. Just eating my pizza in peace with a glass of water and talking to the couple next to me who are splitting a bottle of wine. They offer to pour me a glass, I say no, and we continue. They finish the bottle, and say that they're having such a great time shooting the shit with me that they order another bottle, and this time I partake. And that bottle turns into another bottle a few glasses of scotch after that, and I stumble back upstairs to sleep it off.
If I wasn't an alcoholic, it would be a fun story, right? Met a few strangers at the bar and just enjoyed some drinks. But what about that interaction of them having such a nice time made me feel like I should have a drink with them- for THEM, because they're enjoying themselves so much- forget about my own goals.
I hadn't had a drink since 12/29/23, and now the calendar starts over. My question is for those of you who have relapsed a few times but kept it going- what was the difference maker? I know there's not a "secret ingredient", but was there something that stuck with you to make it through the long haul?
Open to all opinions, and Thank you.

2024.05.16 17:13 Illustrious-Zone587 Child’s father said our 5 year old is getting too chubby

Out of the blue when my daughter was at her dad’s house, he texted me and said that our daughter is getting chubby and to not let her eat certain foods anymore. This is certainly not the case, and I’m not even just saying that because she is my daughter. She truly has naturally well eating habits. She enjoys fruits, vegetables yogurt, chicken, salad. Sometimes, once a week I do let her get a happy meal from McDonald’s after her swimming lessons usually on Thursdays. (This doesn’t happen every Thursday.) I have also let her try cake pops from Starbucks before but that was almost a year ago. I let her get a drink from outside, randomly if it’s a nice day. My point is, these things aren’t so regularly. Am in the wrong for being upset he is trying to limit our daughter from foods and making comments about a 5 year olds weight? I told him I don’t want her to having body image problems from a young age and don’t worry about her figure. She is literally 5 years old and she isn’t “chubby” she’s actually quite thin. She weighs 44 pounds. After doing some research, she is in the right weight range for her age. I just can’t believe he made that comment about her. Caught me very off guard.

2024.05.16 16:49 Plus-Pair2711 Closing the eating window is so much harder than delaying breakfast 🥲

I have been doing IF for about 2 years so I am not new at it. Even today, I find closing the eating window after dinner so difficult, especially after a stressful day.
I find that I will have "gateway" treat like a yogurt bowl with fruit which is a great dessert. But that leads to a few more bits of fruit. Then nuts. Maybe another yogurt. And before I know it, I am a few hundred calories over my target and grazed for 2 hours longer than I wanted.
I think I'm going to set a hard rule for myself that I won't be eating anything after dinner, sigh.

2024.05.16 16:34 ACoconutInLondon Flavored lemonade at M&S

Was just enjoying the flavored lemonade from M&S I've recently been buying constantly and thought I should put it out there for others who have been missing lemonade as we know it.
They have a basic one I didn't like, possibly the lemon oil, but these flavored ones are like what I remember. Tart and refreshing, and slightly sweet.
There's passion fruit - super tart, raspberry - medium tart, and ginger - firey and weirdly the sweetest.
Light and refreshing fruit drinks are definitely one of the common foods I've missed here. Lemonade hasn't been right most of the time and the only place I could actually expect to buy it prepared out and about was Starbucks. And nothing like aguas frescas.
M&S Still Raspberry Lemonade
And of course they use sugar, no sweeteners.

Vivid, brave and propulsive, Vuong's poems contend with personal loss, the meaning of family, and the value of joy in a perennially fractured American spirit. The author of the critically acclaimed poetry collection Night Sky with Exit Wounds, winner of the 2016 Whiting Award, the 2017 T. S. Eliot Prize and a 2019 MacArthur fellow, Vuong writes directly to our humanity without losing sight of the current moment. 2024.05.16 16:30 XxIWANNABITEABITCHxX fake sugars should be more effectively noted in labels.

edit: sorry, when i say fake sugars here, i meant to say artificial sweeteners, like sucralose or aspertame. it's early in the morning and im very much an idiot.
drinks, food, whatever has a nutrition label, there's bound to be a weight/measurement to sodium, carbs, sugars (as well as the percentage, but i think adding a % would get confusing) that helps you (even passively) keep track and limit any possible negative side effects or health risks associated with long term over or under indulgence. even alcohol or caffeine is given a similar treatment despite there not being any issues with under indulging.
so why don't nutrition labels do this with fake sugars? it's my opinion that this is a disservice to the population, as there are potential negative side effects from most fake sugars if you have too much, and you should reasonably be able to track or at least have the capacity for informed consent, if you want to say "fuck it, my liver can handle it every once in a while" you should, if you want to limit within reason but indulge a bit, you should. not everyone who wants to limit is desperate to avoid it at all costs.
looking at the ingredients is basically useless as it only shows ingredients in the order of how much of each ingredient is in relative to the other ingredients. this doesnt actually tell us anything unless we're strictly avoiding something at all costs due to health, religious, or philisophical reasons.
granted there are a lot of different kinds of fake sugars, but i think it stands to reason that a label would only focus on the kind that the product uses. the rest can be looked into by the consumer.
im not a health nut, i have no conditions that require i limit (apart from the same way one would sodium sugar, alcohol or caffeine) and i don't avoid it like the plague, i just think it's weird that these are the exception, but no one irl i've spoken agrees with me.

2024.05.16 16:05 luv_trance Are we the AH for bringing a bottle to an open bar?

I (27F) live in CA. We have family in NY. My cousin invited my family to her wedding. Mainly my siblings, my boyfriend, a cousin, and I attended this wedding on behalf of the families in CA.
My cousin had an intimate wedding with about 50 people at an old bank in Albany. It was a beautiful venue, my cousin was beautiful, everyone that attended was beautiful.
The day of her wedding we attended the ceremony and cocktail hour. We had fun, laughs were made, we got to know my cousin's husband's side of the family and friends. Overall everything was a typical wedding. After moving to the reception, speeches were made and dinner was served, we all went to dance and drink (everyone that attended is over 21).
We go to the bar and find that there is an open bar. We wanted to start the night right so we asked for shots all around (1 per person). The bartender told us that apparently in the state of NY, shots can only be given with ice.
My entirely family, from CA, and I looked at him and we stared at each other like "did we hear him right?". So we asked him to clarify and he explained how it's to prevent people from getting too drunk. We were whatever about it so we asked him to make us a strong drink. He made the strongest drink he could and honestly, we tasted more of the mix than alcohol.
We then decided to ask for Adios MF. He asked us to explain what's inside. We were surprised he didn't even know what that was, but we figured it's probably not a common drink out in NY like it is in CA. So we showed him the ingredients and he said he didn't have 2 of the ingredients. We then asked for double shots of mixed drinks (at least) and he said only one shot is allowed inside.
We accepted it and went back to our table. While there we all agreed to get a bottle from the liquor store next door. My sister and boyfriend went while I stayed with the rest of the family. They snuck it in with a purse and we started drinking and asked for chasers from the bar.
My aunt (mother of the bride) came up to us and asked if we are having a good time. We told her yeah and had her clarify the alcohol rules. She pretty much said the same thing as the bartender. We didn't want to hide it from her, so we told her how we have a bottle and offered her alcohol. She was shocked and seemed a little sadden by what we showed her.
She told us, "you know (cousin's name) spent a lot of money on the open bar. Make sure she doesn't see it or she would be upset." She still stuck around after what she said and thanked us again for coming.
After she left the table we went to the bar and socialized there a bit and just got whatever drinks we could think of that was to the bar's standards.
Overall, it was a good night and had a good time in NY.
But is my family (from CA) and I AH for sneaking in a bottle when there was an open bar?

2024.05.16 16:05 Longjumping-Dream-13 I broke my boycott streak at Starbucks to get a Dragon Fruit drink and they screwed my order and were rude asf about it.

If you're looking for a sign this is it. No starbucks no mcdonalds no subway no dominoes since the beginning of the conflict in Gaza.
At my new job there are two coffee shops a local one across campus and starbucks right next to my office. I was running late and the line for local was so long since its in a busier area and as much as i knew better I went to starbucks.
not only did they make my drink wrong but when i argued them down to correct it they had such a bad attitude they fucked it up. my dragon drink is the color of a pink drink. This was definitely a sign to stick to my gins and stop supporting them.
Even more eyeopening when you realize im in america and my biggest greif of the morning is a sour experience at the coffee shop when people in Palestine didnt even make it to the morning.
Posting here cuz i feel guilty and shitty. but I definitely learned my lesson. even if it was just "a measy $5"

2024.05.16 15:56 deaddog714 Non-natural wine bars?

Our wine preferences tend to New World, relatively easy drinkers, a bit fruit-forward and medium to low tannins - think Washington Cabernets, including blends. We are not fans of, for example, most Tempranillos, as they tend to express too much "earth" and "leathesaddle." This leads us not to be fans of most natural wines, as they tend to be too funky/barnyard (whether its Brett or VA or other byproducts, I'm not expert enough to say)
Given that, can you recommend a good wine bar in Amsterdam that is not focussed on natural wines? I know its a big ask since natty wines are the big thing now. And while we're not adverse to experimenting, we often like a glass of what we like.
To the extent its relevant to the venue, we're a 60 year old American couple (which maybe you guessed from the wine description!!)
Thanks

2024.05.16 15:34 FuzzyyFox I finished Far Cry New Dawn for the first time...

Marked as a spoiler as the post will be discussing events and characters from both New Dawn and 5
So about a week or so ago I uploaded a post talking about my experiences with finishing Far Cry 5 for the first time. It done pretty well and I had a great time discussing so many different aspects that I said I'd follow it up with New Dawn. And after a gradual playthrough, here I am again.
The first thing that caught my attention was the world. Obviously the map itself is a mirror of Far Cry 5 and, to my knowledge, Primal(?) but the actual world design was just so beautiful. The vibrant colours with the floral and animals felt stunning to look at to the point where I spent a lot of the early game (from roughly Prosperity to Hopes End and surrounding areas) exclusively walking place to place simply because the way the world was designed felt so beautiful. The flourishing nature mixed with the broken remnants of human civilisations with old buildings, cars and other objects was so fun to explore especially when comparing what we see in Far Cry 5 to their changes in New Dawn. In the world's I have currently had extensive exploration in (4, 5 and New Dawn), New Dawn is by far the most visually and aesthetically pleasing to look at.
Characters. Starting with the Guns/Fangs For Hires (GFFH's), the roster was a massive improvement over 5. In 5 there was not much to be behold. Sure the characters each had their own personality but building any sort of relationship with them felt difficult as they just didn't feel very connected. That's not to say they were bad in their own way but the only one I really wanted to stick around was Jess and she wasn't unlocked till the final act of (my) playthrough so it felt more like tacking her on because she was my favourite and nothing more. This was immediately fixed with Carmine in New Dawn. You get her right at the very start of the story and she was the one that I kept with me the entire game (save for a few minor instances). She was with me in both the beginning and the end and you can physically see her personality evolve. At the start she's a fairly timidish kid who you can tell is still adapting to fighting in the world. But as the story progresses she becomes more confident, even swearing vengeance. But you also see how she holds herself to blame for so many actions which makes sense since she was the one who brought Rush and the Train to Hope County. The progression and connection with her was exactly what I wanted in 5 and just wasn't something you got with any of the characters in my opinion. Even beyond Carmine the roster was so unique that each had some sort of lasting impression. Jerome, a fan favourite returning now as a permanent ally. Nana, a bad ass old woman because who doesn't love having an elder kicking ass at their side? The Judge who I swear if Carmine wasn't so good would've been my instant permanent knowing who they were, what they'd been through. Honestly I love everything about them in this way and the fact I was limited only to 1 was heart breaking. Hurk is an ever returning character in the series in some form or another, but him having a partner who seemed just as crazy as him that doubled as an ally was so cool, i just hate that im blanking on her name. Timber may have just felt like a Boomer replacement but in a way I think that that is the best thing for it. It feels similar while also feeling like a reincarnation of a loved ally. And then Horatio... do we need to describe why the pig is so cool? I haven't actually unlocked Horatio yet but I mean come on. It's a boar. Who's name is Horatio. I love him. Even with the NPCs, the mix of returning characters, both physically like the Rye Family and Joseph Seed or through notes like Skylar or the comic book girl, who's treasure hunt was so sick by the way, and New characters like Ethan and the Twins all felt so impartial to the world showing the mix of old world Survivor's and new world builders. But when it comes to Joseph, Ethan and the Twins I'll go more into detail with them further below
Mechanics. Obviously this game marks the first of the series with a number of new features such as ranks, crafting materials, health bars, there was a lot of significant changes but honestly? I'm not mad about them. Although I said crafting different ranks of guns was new here we did actually see a similar feature in Primal where the weapons were continuously upgraded to better ranks. This was just the natural extension of such in a way that felt very fitting to the aesthetic of the game. The gun designs were great the way so much junk was turned into different attachments like Bayonets, silencers, scopes etc. Health bars just aren't that big if a deal and if anything are more helpful for understanding the challenges ahead. However I do also see why people aren't a big fan of them so I believe an option to turn them off should've been added. Overall I loved the way these Mechanics worked I think they were super fun and refreshing
Twins, Joseph and Ethan... the highlights of the game. I'll start with the Twins because they're the easiest. Despite what people think they're fine. They're not bad in any way I can see. They're doing what people do in an Apocalypse. We find loads of notes from before the highway men that say other people didn't trust each other and stole form each other and were ready to kill each other. And the truth is despite the peaceful treaty between New Eden and Properity, neither of them cared to help each other survive. New Eden didn't help when Prosperity attacked and Prosperity didn't help when New Eden was attacked. The only reason they were working together was because they both wanted rid of the Highway Men who threatened their peaceful wishes. But it's because of the environment that I think people don't like the Twins so much. Think about Vaas. About Pagan Min. About Joseph Seed. Each of them are horrible lunatics, psychopaths living in OUR world. Living in a functional society. Breaking the norms and peace of a society for their own twisted gains. They cause chaos. But when there is no society to follow, and everything is already chaos, people causing chaos just aren't that fucked up. Aren't that relatable. They're looking out for themselves in the worst way possible but doing it in the worst possible scenario already. Other villains are impartial because when they do in their respective games is terrifying at the thought of that happening in real life. But we all know if we were in New Dawn, everyone would act like the Twins anyway. Pagan Min stabs a guy in the neck for shooting a bus filled with rebels. Vaas kidnaps tourists and kills/tortures them. Joseph Seed runs a cult where everyone in it is of themselves tortured, drugged and brainwashed. The Twins aren't any different to any other Highway Men. And I think that's why people don't like them. Because they're not impactful. Especially when you learn that there are other Highway Men throughout the New USA. Some of which even seem to be implied as bigger threats. A followup game where some sort of Highway Men super leader comes to Hope County and totally ruins it again as an act of revenge for standing up to them would be so much more impact full. A true threat. And to make it new, Kim might tell you that the people and resources of Hope County can't defeat someone like that. So the protagonist chases them to a new area of the US to recruit new people to stand up to them. Just a thought though.
Joseph and Ethan... Ethan had every right to be mad to be honest. Joseph as a character has fulfilled his purpose by the time New Dawn comes around. He claimed the collapse was coming. He prepared everyone for it and although not everyone, many did survive. Those who did rose from the bunkers but Joseph had nothing left to teach. All he could do was guide them into New Eden, a self sustaining utopia where man and animal live in harmony living only off the land taking only what was needed. He had done his purpose. But the people saw he was right and couldn't live without his guidance. To him he really was the shepherd of God who had guided them out of destruction. But what more could he teach? He was no longer a preacher. He was no longer a leader. With this, he had nothing left to teach Ethan. What could he teach him? How the collapse was to come? It had already come. And his mother Megan admits that Ethan was raised as a non-believer. Ethan from a young age did not believe in the religious basing that New Eden was founded upon. And he saw what New Eden had become. They were held back, restricted by the beliefs and limitations that Joseph's word had built them into. And when Joseph found his new purpose, the watchman over what he perceived as God's Holy Fruit, Ethan was left as the stand in. But none of them listened to him. No one wanted to move on, to better the world. They wanted to keep to themselves, and double down on Joseph's beliefs even when he had none left. Then the Security Captain shows up. A total stranger. Someone who just like Ethan is working to build a better world. Their strategies may have been different, with Ethan still wanting a self sustaining Utopia as evidence by his clothing, but the security captain still relished in the old ways of society. Two different approaches to meet the same goal. And yet Ethan, despite all of his efforts was met with nothing. No one listened to him. They all turned their backs on him once Joseph returned from his recluse just to crown the SC as their leader. Of course he was going to be mad. I think that after SC is met as the leader, and Ethan turns to the Twins for a deal, I think that's where his sympathy and logic come to a halt. He no longer wanted a better world he was just driven by revenge. But each of their characters were so good and I had to do some thorough research into whether to spare Joseph or kill/Release him. I ultimately chose to spare him but only really because his body apparently just disappears and to me that didn't really make canonical sense for it to just poof XD
In conclusion, the game was absolutely fantastic and I could still say so much more so just like my post on FC5 I hope we can have a lot of good discussions :) if you made it this far, thank you :)

2024.05.16 15:32 Dougolicious Every protein bar has peanuts in it

I have a peanut allergy, which can be a really serious thing. I read labels and ingredients lists very carefully.
I also rely on protein bars. I'd love to get them at Aldi, who sells a wide variety of them.
One trouble is that most/all of them have peanuts in them - at least at aldi. I saw blueberry protein bars the other day which had peanut butter in them. Blueberry!!
They are selling what looks like a knockoff of builder's bars which I had for years - except that these contain peanut butter.
The other trouble is that they tend to be very expensive. My favorite, zone bars chocolate/chocolate, is now about about $13 for a box of 10 at target. So I would love to save money at Aldi but Aldi's protein bars aren't much cheaper, if at all.
Come on, Aldi, can't you make a protein bar that's not weirdly expensive and doesnt rely on peanut butter? Maybe low in sugar, too.

I continue to be so annoyed that she acts like making pesto takes hours lmfao
And the real joke of this screenshot combo is that if she bought some whole grain pasta and the ingredients to make pesto, it would not only take the same amount of time as a pasta side, but it would be healthier for her! I lost a ton of weight eating pesto regularly. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Aliy, since I know you read here: toss some basil, olive oil, pine nuts (or unshelled almonds for a cheaper alternative), and a clove of garlic in a food processor. Add some more oil or like a half tablespoon of butter if it’s still too dry once you blend it. You can have it done by the time the pasta cooks. Shit, you can have it done by the time the water is even boiling.

2024.05.16 14:52 Henry_POD1 Why 80% of Dropping Odds Alerts are Useless

The majority of dropping odds alerts you receive on POD will likely not lead to a value bet but that’s totally normal.
If you are new to the dropping odds strategy you can expect to place one bet for every five alerts. If you’re more experienced and have knowledge of ‘prime times’ and ‘fruitful markets’ then you will be able to improve significantly on that but even then you’ll still have to sift through alerts that don’t lead to a bet. You may even have times when you go on a streak of 10-15 ‘dud’ alerts but that is par for the course. Remember we get paid for placing good bets but don’t lose money for allowing bad bets to pass us by. Remain disciplined and don’t be disheartened by dry spells. It's also worth mentioning that your alert-to-bet ratio is going to vary massively on what country you are in and what bookmakers you have access to so don't think you're doing something wrong if someone has a better ratio than you because it may well just be because they have different market conditions.
With that being said, in this article, I’m going to look at the two main reasons why an alert might not lead to a bet and how we can improve our alert-to-bet ratio by using some simple tricks and ideas.

Reason 1: The Soft Bookmakers Have Already Dropped Their Odds

Just because the softs are slow to adjust their odds some of the time doesn’t mean they are slow to adjust their odds all of the time. The most common reason you won’t be able to get a bet off is because the odds have already shifted in accordance with Pinnacle meaning there simply isn’t any value in the odds.
Speed up Your Process
You can’t control how long it takes for the soft to adjust but you can control, to a large extent, how long it takes you to react to the alert. Don’t waste time in getting to the market and placing the bet.
💡 Tips to speed up your betting process:
  1. Have your softs open in a separate tab and the bookmaker’s search bar ready
  2. Have your alerts unmuted and volume turned up
  3. Practice reading the team names, market and NVP from your alert quickly so you don’t have to return to POD before placing the bet
  4. Used a fixed stake strategy so you know exactly how much to bet on each bet meaning you don’t have to waste time doing complex calculations
Work in Markets that are Slow to Adjust
Once you have been betting with the strategy for a while you will start to notice patterns. Perhaps a particular competition is throwing up consistent value or perhaps a certain bookmaker is particularly slow across the board… your response to this should be ‘great now I know where to fish’. Set up your filters to target these rich hunting grounds and you will see your alert to bet ratio improve.
Given the fact that each country has different bookmakers which offer different markets and have differing price sensitivity for different sports and competitions I cannot point you to those bookmakers/markets that will be best for you but I will say that in the normal course of betting you will stumble across your fair share of them so keep at it and stay vigilant.

Reason 2: Your Softs Don’t Have the Market

Not every bookmaker has every sport, league, market type or derivative on offer. You will frequently find that an alert won’t yield a bet because you simply have no softs to place a bet on.
Add markets to your coverage
You can reduce the occurrence of this by opening more accounts at soft bookmakers and by betting on softs that have good market breadth and depth like Bet365.
Check Derivative/Correlated Markets
If the odds drop for the over 3.25 market on Pinnacle and your softs don’t cover that market but instead they have the over 3.0 market don’t despair because the odds will have dropped for the over 3.0 market as well given they are heavily correlated. You can check all of the available markets for an alerted event directly from the alerts tab using the ‘QuickLook’ feature which is found by clicking on the blue magnifying glass in the SideKick.
Exclude Competitions
Another way to correct for this is to filter out the competitions that your bookmakers do not cover by using the competition filter’s exclude function. Here’s what I would input in order to filter out alerts for the Nigeria - NPFL competition:notice that the filter is set to ‘exclude’

Why Value Betting isn’t Baseball

The good news is that value betting isn’t baseball, there aren’t any strikes. You don’t pay a penalty for allowing a bad bet to pass you by so if an alert pops up and there’s no value to be had then no worries just wait for the next one. On the other hand you do pay a penalty for placing a bet at negative expected value so do not get tempted to place a bad bet during a period of slowness .
As I said earlier you will inevitably hit a dry spell where you receive 10-15 alerts in a row that don’t lead to a bet. Discipline is the most important trait when it comes to value betting so be strict with yourself and don’t shoot yourself in the foot during these slow periods by either quitting or by placing negative EV bets.

HUMANS HAVE FORGOTTEN WHAT A PROPER DIET IS
what most dont grasp about raw foods is that theyre looking at only say 3000 years of recorded human history and eating habits . but the human race as we know it is said to be like 100s of thousands of years old , and i guarantee that over all those years most of humans diet was grazing on raw plants - greens/roots/fruits/berries/nuts . and if you went back say 100,000 years ago and people were eating all the cooked food like they do today they would have already gone extinct . HUMANS HAVE FORGOTTEN WHAT A PROPER DIET THAT LEADS TO VITALITY IS AND HAVE BECOME ADDICTED TO A VERY UNHEALTHY COOKED FOOD DIET ...
our bodies / intestines no different than animals . do you think a monkey , deer , rabbit , etc eating cooked plant foods is going to be as hard bodied / strong / fast as those type animals living on raw plants ??????????????? NO THEY ARE NOT !!!!!!! a deers senses of taste n scent would tell them not to eat boiled greens or apples because the nutrients been destroyed in them ! weve just become acustomed to existing on cooked foods for so long we cant fathom any other diet , and all the arrogant fools are incapable of fathoming they could be wrong about diet so continue to exist as fat soft people headed for extinction ! which is why insane globalist are flooding european nations with outsiders = our diet and god worshipping philosophy has us very growthless and sick . BUT THEY WONT ADMIT THAT BECAUSE ITD COST THEM RESPECT AND EVENTUALLY POWER !
PROPER DIET : WATER-BABY/MICRO GREENS-SEEDS-FRUIT-NUTS-VEGI , ALL RAW & STRAIGHT FROM EARTH JUST LIKE ANIMALS EAT ! YOU CAN NOT MAKE PLANTS MORE NUTRICIOUS BY HEATING THEM DESPITE WHAT PUNK USA NUTRITIONIST/SCIENTIST SAY , WHY LISTEN TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE LED PEOPLE INTO EXISTING IN A SOFT N FAT CONDITION ????????? 2024.05.16 14:27 Fat13Cat Change my brain

How on earth do I stop my self from thinking of food so much? I make to do list to get stuff done but after almost every task my first thought is “ohh what snack can I have/what do I wanna eat later”. I wish I could be one of those people who gets caught up in what they’re doing and forgets about food. My brain is the opposite 😅
Also, what are some of your go to healthy filling snacks? I drink a ton of water but that doesn’t help, and fruit n protein bars don’t do anything. My brain just wants cheese and spicy junk food😭. Being actually full might help my brain shut up 🤷‍♀️
