Bonjour,
un petit besoin de parler aujourd’hui. Je me sens seule au travail et démotivée (tâches répétitives qui finissent par être inintéressantes). Je travaille dans une asso où je suis la seule salariée et mes « collègues » sont des bénévoles donc pas tout le temps là. Je suis autonome, ce qui est à la fois un avantage et un inconvénient. Je me dis qu’en étant seule au moins on ne m’embête pas mais ça me démotive en ce moment, j’aimerais avoir des collègues autour de moi, une ambiance stimulante, bref je songe à changer de travail, rapidement je l’espère. Des personnes dans la même situation que moi ?
(Svp pas de jugement ou de questions sur mon travail, je voudrais juste savoir si d’autres personnes partagent ce vécu, etc.)

On parle souvent de sujets comme la politesse, la contradiction pudeuporn très présente au Japon, tout ça tout ça, mais j’aimerai savoir quelles sont les petites choses dont vous étiez certains car on vous l’a toujours dit avant d’aller au Japon qui était finalement pas vraies.
Pour ma part c’est tout bête mais il s’agit de l’absence de sauce soja sucrée au Japon.
En France on a la sucrée et la salée mais depuis que je suis gamine on me rabâche que la sucrée est une création occidentale pour répondre à nos habitudes alimentaires. Même des YouTubers « Japon » l’affirmaient donc c’est que ça devait être vrai !
Mais voilà maintenant 3 ans que je vis au Japon et je peux vous assurer que la sauce soja sucrée ou tout du moins ce qu’on appelle nous « sauce soja sucrée » se trouve assez facilement. 甘だれ (amadare) sauce épaisse très sucrée 甘醤油 (amashōyū) sauce liquide sucrée
Elles sont d’ailleurs dispo dans les restos de sushis comme HamaSushi pour ceux qui connaissent.

Die private Nutzung ist mir vertraglich gestattet, es ist in diesem Zusammenhang vereinbart dass ich Privatfahrten selbst zu versteuern habe und hierfür ein Fahrtenbuch führen muss, was ich mache.
Nun zu meiner Frage. Mir wird über meine Lohnabrechnung nichts vom Gehalt für den Firmenwagen abgezogen und auch auf der Jahreslohnsteuerbescheinigung ist keinerlei geldwerter Vorteil aufgeführt. Mein Chef hatte hierzu auch beiläufig erwähnt, dass wegen des Autos alles geregelt sei.
Ich bin nun natürlich etwas verunsichert, wie ich mit der Sache in meiner Steuererklärung umgehen soll.

C’est mon premier j’écris ici, je ne sais pas trop à quoi m’attendre et quel genre de réponses je vais recevoir. J’ai hâte de vous lire !
J’utilise des noms fictifs.
Pour un peu de contexte, j’ai écrit la lettre ci-dessous pour mon « ex », je ne sais pas si je peux vraiment utiliser le mot ex. Nous avons toujours qualifié notre relation comme étant simplement David & Mathieu. Quand les gens nous demandaient si nous étions en couple, nous répondions que non, c’était seulement David & Mathieu.
Nous avons été amis pendant 1 an et demi avant de commencer une dynamique différente. Ce n'était ni prévu ni voulu, c’est juste arrivé très naturellement. Il a toujours été quelqu’un de spécial pour moi, je ne sais pas comment l’expliquer, mais d’aussi loin que je puisse me souvenir, il a été spécial pour moi et je lui disais.
Deux choses à savoir sur lui, c’est qu’il a un style d’attachement évitant, lui-même le reconnaît. Alors c’était parfois compliqué, il ne me rassurait jamais sur rien, avait des blocages du style nous ne pouvons pas nous voir en semaine, et très souvent je ne pouvais pas le toucher (affectueusement) parce qu’il avait besoin d’espace. Mais je sais qu'il a fait des efforts et qu'il est sorti de sa zone de confort pour nous. Il a commencé de lui-même à me tenir la main en public, à s’ouvrir de plus en plus et m’a présenté à des personnes importantes pour lui. Ça ne semble pas être grand-chose, mais pour une personne avec un type d'attachement évitant, c’était déjà beaucoup.
Ce qui rendait la situation encore plus compliquée, c’est qu'il était fraysexuel aussi. Alors plus la relation évoluait, plus nous étions proches, plus il perdait l’intérêt sexuel envers moi. Il avait toujours besoin de sexe, mais avec moi, ce n’était pas possible. Là encore, il était conscient de comment il était et nous en avons toujours parlé ouvertement.
David & Mathieu ca duré 7 mois, ce qui a fait en sorte que ça se termine, ce sont des disputes que nous avons eues vers la fin. J’ai commencé à être insecure par rapport à sa sexualité, le fait qu’il était de retour sur des applications de rencontre (il me disait que c’était juste pour baiser) - je le crois, mais ça me mettait quand même insecure et il avait de la difficulté à me rassurer. Il se fâchait et disait que je mettais sa parole en doute. De plus, j’ai ramené des choses du passé, comme un gars avec qui il a vécu quelque chose en parallèle de nous deux durant le premier mois de David & Mathieu. De plus vers la fin, il me verbalisait son besoin d’avoir de l’espace et de minimiser les contacts, j’ai eu aussi de la difficulté à lui offrir sa. Je crois être du type d’attachement anxieux, alors pour moi c’était compliqué de répondre à certaines de ses demandes. Mais quand nous étions ensemble c’était vraiment bien, nous nous le disions souvent que les meilleurs moments ensemble c’était ceux où nous étions juste nous deux seuls.
Bref, il n’a donné comme raisons d’arrêter nous, le fait que je mettais trop souvent sa parole en doute, que je ramenais trop le passé et qu'il avait l’impression de ne pas pouvoir faire des choses qu’il avait le droit de faire (coucher avec d’autres) et le fait que jetait pas capable de lui donner l’espace dont il avait besoin. Je n'ai jamais eu l’intention de lui enlever, mais parfois j'avais besoin de discuter pour me sentir bien, lui avait de la difficulté avec ça.
Bon, voici enfin la lettre. Ça fait maintenant une semaine que nous n'avons plus de contacts. Nous n'avons jamais vraiment eu de discussion pour clore le tout, il m’a partagé, sa décision au téléphone, j’ai mal réagi, j’ai essayé de le convaincre de changer sa position et voilà.
Le lendemain de l’appel téléphonique, il a tout de même accepté de venir faire une activité avec moi, mais il m’a dit seulement parce que je lui avais dit que ça me ferait du bien et suite à cette activité il m’a redonné les choses à moi qu’il avait chez lui.

Le fait que pour moi c’était important de ne pas me faire toucher et tout le tralala par d’autres, ça m’appartenais juste à moi, j’aurai aimé que nous puissions naviguer dans ça plus sainement.
Avoir essayé David & Mathieu n'était pas une erreur pour moi, cela a été positif sur bien des aspects. Et comme je te l’ai déjà dit ce qu'il y avait me suffisait, toi tu me suffisais. Les enjeux de la fin pour moi étaient pour la plupart prévisibles et tous surmontables et pesaient moins dans la balance comparativement au reste. David & Mathieu c’était particulier, imparfait et parfait en même temps, le fait que les bests moments étaient ceux où moi étions seuls day & night, que y’avait ce sentiment que main dans la main c’était nous vs le reste et le sentiment de fierté. Je nous souhaite de retrouver tout cela.
Quand tu me disais que tu étais chanceux de m’avoir, j’ai aussi été chanceux de t’avoir et j’espère que tu sais pourquoi.

Bonjour, c'est UN PEU LONG MAIS SVP AIDEZ-MOI 😢. Je suis étudiante étrangère et vu que je ne connaissais personne en France, j'ai dû trouver une compagnie payante pour être mon garant afin de louer un logement. En principe le contrat se renouvelle automatiquement chaque année, mais je trouvais ça un peu louche qu'ils renouvellent le contrat à chaque 10 mois (Ils justifient en disant que c'est parce que mon contrat de bail commence du début août jusqu'en fin mai, créant donc un cycle de 10 mois). Donc ils me font payer deux mois plus tôt à chaque année (en juin à la 2e année, puis en avril à la 3e). Et leur prix a horriblement augmenté cette année donc j'ai trouvé un nouveau garant ainsi qu'un logement moins cher. Pendant ce temps, la compagnie de garantie a essayé de débiter directement la somme pour 2025 en assumant que je suis d'accord pour un renouvellement tacite. J'avais des troubles financiers et j'ai bloqué ma carte bancaire et le paiement n'a pas abouti. La compagnie m'a donc envoyé des "avertissements" (le dernier a indiqué un délai de 15 jours) pour payer ma prochaine année à l'avance, et MA BANQUE M'A CONTACTÉE POUR DIRE QUE CETTE COMPAGNIE LEUR A ENVOYÉ UNE COPIE DE TOUTES MES INFOS PERSONNELLES (COPIE DE PASSEPORT, ADRESSE, ETC) EN DISANT QUE JE LEUR DOIS DE L'ARGENT. J'étais débordée avec les études et le déménagement donc j'ai juste écrit un mail à la compagnie en disant que je souhaite résilier au contrat et que l'état de lieu de sortie pourrait prendre du temps car je dois prendre du temps pour déménager. Ils m'ont répondu que je peux demander à mon bailleur de leur envoyer une attestation de la fin du contrat de bail. Mon bailleur a refusé en disant qu'il faut attendre l'état des lieux de sortie.
Aujourd'hui la compagnie m'a envoyé UNE MISE EN DEMEURE et me force à payer pour renouveler le contrat. Comment défendre mes droits?? Merci beaucoup

Hello ! Compte throwaway parce que c'est très personnel. Ça peut paraître bête mais ce que je vais écrire je n'en parle jamais à personne. Pourtant je suis loin d'être isolé, en vrai. Mais je suis comme ça..
J'ai une sorte de tristesse profonde qui a resurgit ces dernier temps. J'ai des antécédents niveau dépression (je me suis notamment posé bcp de questions en haut d'un bâtiment il y a 5 ans environ, mais je ne l'ai pas fait "pour Maman"). Je n'ai jamais voulu être suivi. Je m'en suis toujours sorti à ma façon. Alcool et joints à plus ou moins grande dose et fréquence entre autre..mais pas que (du mieux).
Seulement, maintenant c'est différent. Ça semble plus "latent" (c'est caché mais ça resurgit quand ça veut) et niveau émotion c'est les montagnes russes tous les jours depuis quelques mois. Du coup j'écris ça en espérant trouver... j'sais pas quoi.
Je me sens seul. J'ai des potes d'enfance mais ils sont loins. Je m'entend bien avec mes collègues, qui m'apprécient généralement. Mais ça reste des collègues. Pas mal d'anciens collègues avec qui j'ai noué des liens, vécu de bons moments. Mais pareil ils sont loins, y'en a un paquet que je ne reverrais jamais. Avec la famille, ça va bien maintenant, en soit. Et je pourrais leur parler de tout ça. Mais j'évite à tout prix le sujet depuis longtemps maintenant. Je ne peux juste pas en parler avec eux.
Et niveau intime c'est le néant. Des déceptions d'enfances (et d'autre conneries sans rapport mais pas cool) qui m'ont persuadés de certaines choses. Finalement ça m'a fait louper des occaz un peu plus tard, pour moi c'était inconcevable qu'une fille veuille plus qu'une amitié avec moi. Puis j'ai refusé des expériences qui auraient pu être chouettes. Mais je ne le sentais pas. Comme si je n'y avais pas droit. Et maintenant je ne sais plus. J'ai juste pris l'habitude d'écraser mes émotions. De souffrir en silence. Péter un câble de temps en temps. Et c'est reparti pour un tour.
Je suis tout le temps en relation avec des gens dans mon métier, j'ai mes lacunes mais techniquement je m'occupe et je convainc des gens à longueur de journée. Et je le fais plutôt bien. Mais pour tout ce qui touche à la séduction je bloque, je ne sais pas, je ne sais plus. Enfait je ne peux même pas essayer de le faire. Je ne vois pas comment quelqu'un pourrait vouloir de moi. Si elle me veut c'est qu'elle ne me connaît pas ou qu'elle est folle. Et si j'arrive à commencer quelque chose, ça va foirer. Je me dis que ça ne pourra que me nuire.
Donc j'essaye de me persuader que je peux faire ma vie seul et heureux. Le problème n'est pas vraiment la solitude. Que je considère aussi comme un vrai atout. Mais j'ai un vide affectif, émotionnel, terrible... et c'est dur. Je suis triste, je ne sais plus. Est ce que je fais bien de m'interdire tout ça ? J'me dis que c'est mieux pour tout le monde, mais j'en souffre. Et mon entourage ne comprend pas, me pose des questions, mais impossible d'y répondre.

Voici mon dernier témoignage. Honnêtement je ne sais pas trop pourquoi je ressentais le besoin de parler de tout cela ce soir. J’ai réalisé ce qui m’était arriver que récemment finalement, Je ne sais pas combien de fois c’est arrivé peut-être 2,3,4 ou alors la plupart des fois ou l’on à coucher ensemble peut être ? Mais quand suite à mes « Non » il l’a quand même fait, c’est là que le mal commence non ? ou à t’il commencé il y a bien des moi déjà ? j’étais perdu, sous emprise.
Il ne pouvait pas me faire ça pas lui, pas à moi. Je pense que je ne voulais également pas ouvrir les yeux sur ça parce que ça voudrait dire que ça m’était arriver, encore, encore une fois.
Parce qu’ouvrir les yeux c’était recommencer toutes ces étapes dont j’étais encore qu’au début des autres agressions que j’ai pu subir, enfin au début je dirai que même après des années je suis encore un peu (beaucoup) dans la phase du déni, les autres agressions étaient là elle aussi dans un coin de ma tête et je pense que je ne voulais pas avoir à y faire face, jamais, alors encore moins me dire que ça m’était arriver encore. Parce que, que cela m’arrive encore une fois ça veut dire quoi ? ça veux dire que c’est vraiment moi le problème ? Je n’ai pas dit non assez fort, ne me suis pas assez débattu ?
J'ai honte de moi, de mon corps, de leur mains sales sur mon corps.
