I finished it yesterday and it was... a bit of a letdown? I had already taken a break from it at the beginning of act 3 because I was tired of it, but I soldiered through hoping for some big twist or reveal, or subversion or anything really. So basically a customer buys the product, opens the packaging, scans the code and it adds points to their profile. The more points they have, the more options they have to redeem merchandise. Think like Marlboro and how they do "Marlboro Miles".
I'm pretty nifty with wordpress, but this one is a little over my head and I'm not sure where to start, as coding is not my strong suit, but if there are pre-existing systems in place, that I can add to the website in order to do this. I would love some input on this subject as I haven't done a rewards system before like this. Usually I'll use a company for basic stuff like restaurants and other things but this is more intricate. Good morning all! We are on week three of FIO with our little one. She is doing great! Our MOTN feeds have reduced to 0 or 1 for a full feed. The issue is that the MOTN feed usually lands around 4-5:30 AM. I’m curious from other parents - as our little one’s tummy grows, and she is able to eat more during the day, does this feed usually fall off too? We’ve tried adding an additional ounce during the day time feeds but she immediately refuses the bottle when full or spits up anything extra. She’s coming out of nasty reflux when she was very little but has been fully weaned off Omeprazole for two weeks.
Any insights would be appreciated!
She averages 3-3.5 hrs of daytime sleep with a bedtime of 7:30pm and DWT of 6:30-7:00am.

I have been reading a lot about leveraged ETFs in the last few months. However it is a complex topic and I wanted to see what thoughts were about it on this sub.
LETFs use various financial instruments to magnify changes in the underlying ETF. They have significant disadvantages including volatility decay, higher fees and overall much greater volatility and with the potential for some eye watering drawdowns. However, they also have the potential to greatly increase your returns. If this is the first time you have come across them then this post is probably not for you. Rather than trying to explain them I will post a few links that may be helpful for those that have not come across them before:

There is a lot of analysis online that discusses the optimum amount of leverage for a portfolio. You can use this calculator for example which currently suggests a leverage of about 1.5. I have checked on some of the ISA platforms and you can indeed purchase LETFs on them.
Let's say somebody has the following investment goals:
1) A >10 year investment horizon
2) A high risk tolerance
3) The ability to invest more than the ISA limit a year
My proposed investment strategy would be:
1) Invest 20% of your ISA into SPXL or similar (SPXL is SPY with 3x leverage)
2) De-risk yourself by investing in bonds in your general investment account (eg VGLS60A)
3) Aim for leverage of around 1.3 (more conservative than the "optimal" amount of leverage
This would have the advantage of focusing most of your gains into the tax free account and limiting your tax bill in the general investment account which seems like a big benefit to this strategy in the UK. The expected return would theoretically be more than 30% higher than an a leverage of 1.0 although I don't quite have the maths to figure this out.
In addition to the usual risks of investing in say the FTSE global all cap there are some additional risks with this strategy:
1) Increasing interest rates and borrowing costs although hopefully these are coming down in the short term
2) LETFs being banned from ISAs in the future
3) Being invested in a less diversified fund. As far as I know there is no FTSE global all cap LETF. To get more diversified one could hold LETFs for multiple different ETFs (eg SPXL, TQQQ, 3UKL, FNGU). However this would require periodic re-balancing.
4) Being able to stay committed to your investing strategy despite massive drawdowns (eg an 80% decrease in the LETF).
5) The higher fees (~1%)
6) Most of these LETFs are held in the US and I am unclear if there are any currency issues with this strategy
I am very cautious about this given to an extent it seems "too good to be true". I thought I would post this so that somebody more knowledgeable than me can point out what I have missed.

Hi,
I encountered this problem for one client of mine. All links have .html behind the url which looks silly in the browser. Ive read solutions containing a .htaccess file in the main folder with some code to remove the .html; this didn't work for me (I have tried several).
Then what worked form me is a Js script on each page (posted below). However, now I get problems with Google Search Console not being able to index the pages. When I scrape the website with SEO screaming Frog to make the sitemap this program indexes all the pages still with .html behind the URL. Even if I manually edit the sitemap to remove these .html from all urls it it seems not to work.
Furthermore; on my own website it works perfectly because I host it for free via Netlify. For the client I host via Cloud86 (Dutch) because I need the professional e-mail address and here the hosting doesn't automatically change example.com/contact.html into example.com/contact....
Anyone encounter this problem before?

I encountered this problem for one client of mine. All links have .html behind the url which looks silly in the browser. Ive read solutions containing a .htaccess file in the main folder with some code to remove the .html; this didn't work for me (I have tried several).
Then what worked form me is a Js script on each page (posted below). However, now I get problems with Google Search Console not being able to index the pages. When I scrape the website with SEO screaming Frog to make the sitemap this program indexes all the pages still with .html behind the URL. Even if I manually edit the sitemap to remove these .html from all urls it it seems not to work.
Furthermore; on my own website it works perfectly because I host it for free via Netlify. For the client I host via Cloud86 (Dutch) because I need the professional e-mail address and here the hosting doesn't automatically change example.com/contact.html into example.com/contact....
Anyone encounter this problem before?

I have wore the hell out of this watch. Just as an example, went to Vegas for a week and I have adjusted the watch prior to my phones world clock to the second. In that week, I have not taken the watch off my wrist while in Vegas. I have banged it on every imaginable surface while I was intoxicated in both the day and night clubs. Every day this watch was with me in the pool and every night with me in the shower (screwed the crown down completely of course). Split drinks over it and just abused the hell out of it. When I came back, a week later I checked to see how many seconds ahead or behind the watch was for that week, to my surprise it was only ahead by 4 seconds after the entire week of partying ! I have went to a couple of ADs in Vegas to browse for gen watches and have not gotten called out once, if anything, the fact that I had this on my wrist made the dealers more comfortable and they let me try on a bunch of expensive watches. Lume is still decent. Some scratches and dents around the bezel from wear that may be able to even buff it out but nothing on the glass, completely scratch free. One thing I am not sure about is it seems the world timer wheel has maybe slightly shifted a bit. When I line up the hour and minute hand to the 12 oclock position, some of the markings for the cities are not 100% lined up, almost like it is off by 10 min to one side, not sure if there is way to adjust it back without taking it apart. But for anyone considering buying it, might be a good thing to do a QC about, ask them to line up the minute and hour hand to the 12 oclock position and then see if the inner circle lines up properly with the cities. Cant tell if that got out of alignment over time or that was the issue originally that I missed. I am still blown away and in love with this rep. Cant believe how well it is still keeping time after a year and just in general blown away with the quality overall. It is actually bitter sweet because I did plan to buy this gen version but now that I had this rep, and I have seen and held the gen version...while don't get me wrong the gen version looks nicer and I am sure the quality of the movement and everything is much better, but we are talking about 20X the price and I just don't know if I would feel comfortable wearing the gen version and doing things I have done with the rep. I have worn the hell out of the rep and I don't think that I would for example take the gen to vegas to party for a week ever. This rep has made me salty towards the gen prices even more. Seriosuly, I've been crying tears of joy all these days because this is something I've always wished for, and I can't believe it's happening.! It's almost a miracle for me :') It turns out that my best friend in that awful organization who was PIMQ has continued talking to me on WhatsApp, and she and her husband are becoming more and more disappointed with the organization. They're now at the point where they no longer attend meetings regularly or go out in field service as they used to. And when they do go to meetings, they leave the hall as soon as it ends, like they can't stand it any longer haha. When she told me that (and I've seen it), I couldn't help but feel a sense of relief.
But what caught my attention the most is that she's studying for a diploma in neuroscience and biomagnetism, something that JWs definitely discourage XD. She shared some Instagram reels with me from people versed in this field who share their knowledge about it, and I checked out their profiles. Honestly, if a conventional Witness saw them, they'd run away because these people debunk all their doctrines XD. One of them even has a book called 'The Path of Awakening,' and it makes me very proud to know she's on the right path.
On Sunday, I went to the KH again because, with these changes in her, I'm suspecting that she might feel very lonely there since, besides her husband, she has no one there to support her. So, as a good friend, I made that sacrifice. To my misfortune, the elders who have known me for a long time wanted to talk to me because they've seen me 'active in my works of repentance,' so they took me to the infamous Room B, (or Torture Chamber as I call it)... and man, all the awful memories came flooding back. They told me that I could be readmitted in 3 months if I continued meeting at this pace. They even shared the famous Zoom link for virtual meetings.
When we finished, my friend asked me how it went (she had stayed waiting for me, looking worried), and I told her that I could return in 3 months... to which she told me to think it over carefully, as she clarified that it's not necessary for me to return because now that we've reunited, she's NOT willing to end our friendship even if talking to DFs is not allowed in the future.
Basically, she told me that she's taking a risk by talking to me and she doesn't give a damn about it. In fact, she doesnt give a damn about a lot of things! It really blows my mind tbh... We still can't meet like 'normal' people, for example, spending a weekend at together, etc., because she still has a lot of doubts in her mind, from what I've observed. But as advised by this same community, I've been encouraging her for all this little steps she is taking, and I think she'll continue to wake up more and more in the future.
So that's the summary... I think I'll keep meeting mainly to support her, so I have 3 months to decide if I return for the friendship or if the friendship returns for me xD. What do you all think about this? I want to help her, but it seems that social media and her awakening are doing the job for me xD its insane.

Hi! OFW ako sa UAE (26F). So ever since I started sa work ko, there is one kabayan (F) na sobra ang galit sakin. To the point na binabantayan niya yung lahat ng kilos ko. My absences/sick leaves, mga ginagawa ko sa floor. As in lahat. She also tends to make stories and spread it to “recruit” others to hate me. It went on for a year now. Noon kasi, I don’t mind it. Para saakin kasi, I’m just there to work and not to befriend them. Tama na saakin yung 2 or 3 friends. Lahat ng mga sinasabi niya behind my back nakakarating sakin and I didn’t bother to correct them before kasi I thought alam ko naman na hindi totoo yun lahat so okay na siguro yun. I was also thinking na maybe if I didn’t give attention to it, maybe it will just stop. Pero hindi. It went on and on.
Mas close ako sa boys and my husband knows it. He knows everything. The thing is, tuwing may kausap ako na lalake na colleague namin, sasabihin niya (colleague ) na nilalandi ko or na-fuck na ako non. She and her circle of friends calls me “pakarat gaming”. There was also a time na I had a very bad breakout because of my hormonal problems, sabi nila it’s because I’m sleeping around and I have a*ds na. It was so bad.
So last night, may nakarating na naman sakin and they are trying to tell my SIL (which is katrabaho din namin) na I’m having an affair with this guy sa work. My SIL and I was able to talk through it and I was able to prove na wala talaga. I even talked to my husband about it and he told me to report them.
So mga Ka-Reddit, ito na nga. Pagod na kong i-ignore yung mga ginagawa nila and I’m starting to feel uncomfortable going to work. Sa group lang nila ako may problema but the rest of the team esp other nationalities love me naman. What should I do? Is it time to report them to the higher management?
