You need to update the software. Remember that little micro chip slot in the pannel before assembly? It slides right off upward. Get a micro sd card, put it in your computer and go the internet. Look up the printers name and update. Here's the site.

After that, format your micro is card into fat32. Use this one. Just click the image and it downloads, then use it to format it. http://ridgecrop.co.uk/index.htm?guiformat.htm
After that, drag and drop the TJC_SET folder into the newly formatted Micro sd card. Just this one for right now, then turn off your 3d printer completely. When you enter the micro sd into the control board, turn it back on, and the sd card will automatically update it to the latest update you downloaded.
After that is done, turn off the machine, take mixro sd out. Delete the TJCSET folder, then add the Singular Ender-3 V3 SE(long list of letters and numbers) file in the sd card now. After that, plug the micro sd card into another large sd card, then put it into the slot where it would read your files before printing.
Turn on machine.
You should be greeted with the fully reset screen. Click your language, then let it auto level on it's own. After that, all leveling should he single green numbers. There ya go. That's all.
No extruder sliding off the plate, no more bad leveling. It's done and the z-axis is leveled perfectly. Also use orca slicer...not cura. It's much better. I also still recommend a purple large gluestick in order to insure your print sticks on this printer. Have fun!

I am relatively new to model building. I am building a Bismarck 1:700 model from Revell (05098-0389). Now I am encountering some color letters (P and R) which are not mentioned in the color lookup page, see the photo I took.
With some mental gymnastics I could think P and R are the "left" and "right" part of the Q color (lightblue/white), but while I am no history buff, that doesn't seem right to me and seems like a stretch. Anyone has an idea what the idea is here?

Throwaway account. I dated H at the beginning of college. We were very happy up until year 3 of our relationship due to some of my repressed trauma from a sexual assault came rushing back to me. I won't get into too much detail, as I don't want to excuse my responsibility for my actions, but I ended up getting legal help and getting it settled before it went to trial.
During this time, I felt as though I was unraveling at the seams because it was inhibiting me from getting into nursing school and truly succeeding with my life. I had a best friend G that really understood me, but we always kept emotional distance from one another since I was in a relationship at the time. About year 4-4.5 into my relationship with H, we took a break and I realized I also had feelings for G. It was something that came on gradually over time, and it was more of a realization that I always wanted to be in Gs life no matter what that capacity meant.
While on my break (I'm aware it needed to end in a break up but I was a stupid kid) I confessed to G. We ended up having sex, and I was distraught because I loved both of these people very much. That being said, I wasn't aware that while I loved H I was no longer IN love with H. We had grown in different directions, but at the time he would have told me otherwise. I came back to H and told him I thought I was polyamorous because I've always loved people deeply and had a high craving for connection - not realizing that I had attachment issues at the time. I told H that I understood if he said he didn't want to participate in it - but he ended up saying he wanted to give it a try.
We moved in together, and I kept information on my partners very minimal. I would tell friends that I was polyamorous, but that I didn't want them talking about it because I didn't want people to judge me - which should have been a red flag right there. As time went on, I continued the behavior and would often be really irritable with H and in general. He kept trying to make things work, even if it meant it immaculated him.
After 5 years of dating, I called it off with H. Dating H in the middle of my poly phases didn't feel right to me, though I didn't verbalize that with him. He begged me to stay, would send me sweet letters and music but I ignored it. I ignored it because I didn't want him to be too hopeful about getting back together. I didn't want to make things more difficult than it already was, and as much as I would have liked to be friends with him and stay in my friend circle, I knew it wasn't right.
Neither G nor H had previous relationship experience, so it all falls on me in terms of how it all was orchestrated. I was a well trusted person in my circle of friends, so no one including myself would have imagined that I would have done this. I'm ashamed that I have. I really hurt this person that was a kind person, and I know they've probably doubted the entire relationship after processing the grief. I don't blame them. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I've been up for hours unable to sleep, wondering how shitty I really am and whether or not I've learned my lesson.
I tried to send an apology letter to H, but as reflected on it I realized I still had more growing to do - and it made me feel even worse because I feel like I've let H down again. You only get one shot at an apology, in my opinion, otherwise it's very selfish. The only thing that made since was to communicate it honestly, and this felt like the safest format for myself. Thank you for anyone that's read this whole thing, I'm hopefully going to pass out now.

My family member had an old friend write a book about my family member and historical sports stories in a town. The author and my family member formed a publishing company and sold a few 100 books. The book has important historical stories and I wish it were in public domain. The original partners are dead as well as some children. I have contact with one remaining child on my family’s side but am not sure what heirs are still alive on the authors side. I just want to make the book into an epub format and freely available. Is this simple (like include letters from heirs stating they want it in public domain) or complex and expensive? I am sure everyone alive that is family of the author would want it free.

Hi,
I created a custom list to match the formatting of a textbook I am taking notes for, and the hierarchy of headings goes like this:
Chapter 1 -I. --A) ---1) ---2) --B) -II. --A) --B) ---1) ---2)
And so on. The point being that the numbering/lettering restarts within each nested hierarchy.
Level 1= Diamond bullet point Level 2= Roman Numerals Level 3= Letters Level 4= Numbers Level 5 onwards= bullet points
I thought I was able to format my list to match this but then I noticed that instead of starting at 'A', level 3 always starts at 'B'. Interestingly, level 4 starts at '1' like it's supposed to. As far as I can tell, there is no difference between the settings for these levels and they should function the same way.
The only thing I can think of is that this is being thrown off by the setting: "Include Level Number from: Level 2". But the program is not letting me change this setting, so I have no choice in the matter. Again, interestingly, the settings for level 4 are the same as level 3 in this regard, but the numbering restarts as appropriate, so I am at a loss.
Has anyone had this happen or have any idea what to do to fix this?

I went to ChatGPT looking for a way to convince my local appraisal district board that it would be simpler to lower my appraisal than fight with me about it.
My initial prompt was:
"what is the most difficult to answer question that can be asked of an appraisal district. one that will more likely cause them to lower my property value"

Hi everyone! I was picked up as a JAG candidate in November. Since then, I have been playing the fun jumping through hoops game lol, everyone on the JAG side has been so helpful but my assigned recruiter.. less so.. lol.
I went to MEPS in mid-March, and had previously disclosed childhood asthma that has not been a problem since I was in elementary school (as in, I was on the National Team for a sport and played d2 sports). I also disclosed a one-time seizure, with testing that showed no problems or anything with my brain. It was two years ago, and I haven't had a problem since.
While I was waiting for my medical stuff to get approved, I had assumed I needed a waiver for those things, so I texted my recruiter to ask how the waivers were going. He responded that as far as he knew, I didn't need a waiver, and we were waiting for an approval. I responded that I thought I needed waivers for these two things, he then said "yes, but hopefully they are just approved right away and we don't need additional medical stuff." This was in mid-April. I have checked in regularly since. This morning he texted me to say, "we got your medical stuff back but it's denied. If you want to call and ask questions you can, but there's nothing else we can do". I responded back immediately asking for clarification and why it was denied, and he left me on read.
I wanted a bit of clarification, so I emailed the JAG accessions lady and she asked me to call her right away. I did, and she brought up the next steps of getting a letter from my Neurologist explaining that a one-time seizure is not epilepsy, and getting a Pulmonary function test, as well as writing a letter explaining my medical background and everything. She didn't seem totally hopeless at the possibility of this 'appeal' process actually working, so that's good, but I feel like it is probably a lost cause? Idk.
Essentially, does anyone know where I am at in the process? Was it essentially an immediate no that I cannot get waivers for? Do I have hope still lol? I know there is always the possibility of getting my congressman involved but I know that method doesn't work hardly at all. Just curious what is going on, or if anyone recommends anything to do ect. I have already gotten my Neuro letter and my personal letter ready, just waiting for a call back for the pulmonary scheduling. I hope to get into that test this week, then be able to send all the additional info in the next two weeks.
I also know that with the new Admiral previously DQ stuff is being reviewed, but I don't want to bank on that--seems like a long shot. I was sort of hoping that since JAG is not aviation or anything crazy that would work in my favor a tiny bit, but that seems to have been a pipe dream.

Hello, good people of this subreddit!
I had the luck to meet some of the coolest people I know on reddit, so I figure this is where us, the cool people, are all supposed to be hangning out. And since meeting people in this place is such a joy, mainly compared to meeting people the old way but still, I gotta give the dating here a go as well. If you're not even trying to NOT be a forever loner, you don't get to fully embrace it, am I right? Especially since I like this format - I get to talk about myself, and then you get to quickly verify by engagning in a conversation whether I'm a dirty little liar or not. Plus we all admit to already being forever alone, so it's not like we're coming here with pride, and I gotta say, I like this honesty thing going on between us already.
Born and raised in Poland, sticked to those parts most of my life but business calls me around Europe these days. I work in IT as a technology specialist, a fading member of that gods-forsaken industry for 5 years now and I'm slowly mustering the determination to go and look for new challenges. I'm a country boy at heart, and every day spent surrounded by concrete is a day that could have been spent better. That being said I managed to avoid travelling very far outside my neck of the woods for most of my life, never felt bored with what I could discover and come back to down here, but these days I'm developing open-mindedness on that front.
I like biking & hiking, but I'm failing at organizing enough time to fully enjoy either, plus I'm fighting off something of an injury currently so I'll work on those. For now it's easier to give in to my indoor hobbies, like being the only person on the planet who trully understands TV, especially sci-fi (references unavailable), enjoying a very narrow category of video games, and last but certainly not least, making music, which I love to do. Far from being a musician as the only instrument I can truly play is a laptop, but at least I'm not making beats or hip hop. I also captain escape room teams. Or admiral them even!
I'm hoping to meet someone on the same brain wave length as me, or maybe for her to meet me if we're feeling poetic and stuff. But the point is - we need to click. I don't want to compromise and I don't offer a compromise, we gotta be better together than the sum of us individually, you know the fairytale romance, which, mind you, is NOT the same as love at first sight. We owe this to the medieval peasants who were forced to mary within their home village to make sure we find the righ soul for us wherever the search will take us. I don't have any special requirements regarding your location, and as for your age, I only ask that we graduated high school wthin 5 years of each other. Also, please enjoy chatting in text, it's the easiest way for me to talk throughout my day and that's much better than a series of long letters with long breaks between them. Don't let this essay fool you, I like dynamic texting, and I'm secretly very fun to talk to, you'll see.

I'm playing around with synced lyrics (lrc) and I can't get Symfonium do recognize them. The icon for lyrics never shows up. I'm new to the player, I bought it yesterday, maybe I just don't understand it correctly but as far as I could see in postings and documentation the lyrics icon should appear by default in the lower left corner of the album art, right?
I bought the app in Google Playstore, I purchased the in-app-purchase and it is the most current version.
My device is a FiiO M11S. The lyrics are in a separate file that is named exactly as the song, just with the ending lrc. Example:
02 Megitsune.flac 02 Megitsune.lrc
The lrc file is text with CRLF line endings and it contains mainly Japanese text, so everything is unicode using hiragana, katakana, kanji and in some songs also a few latin letters. All files are stored locally on the sd-card (exfat format). No network stuff. File access permissions in Android are granted. The lrc files are in the same folder as the songs and I can access the songs with Symfonium without problems. So permissions seem to be fine.
The original FiiO player app on the device recognizes them and everything works just fine there. I can see the lyrics and the current position is highlighted. The Japanese characters are also rendered perfectly so the needed fonts are installed. So it looks like the files are perfectly fine and everything should work.
In Symfonium I tried synchronizing the files again which per se worked because I also changed covers and artist names in a few different albums and that was shown after the sync. I also tried deleting all caches via the settings menu, I killed Symfonium and restarted it and I even rebooted the whole device.
But I just don't get the lyrics button. I also checked all settings whether I have to activate the button but couldn't find anything.
Am I doing something wrong? Do the lyrics have to be activated somewhere?

I had a package show up today in my USPS informed delivery. It is a package that I cannot account for. The tracking starts in 7556 which is not a format I am familiar with. There is no origin information. The only piece of information is about the package hitting a distribution center nearby yesterday. There is no ETA listed either.
After speaking with a customer service representative from USPS on the phone, she basically said there is very little information for this package, which is unusual. She said that given the weight, she suspects it is a letter. She also said that given the tracking starts in 7, it is likely a certified mail package. She also indicated that it was insured for $500.
My mind is spinning about what this package could be. I am worried that I’m being sued, or audited (maybe IRS?)or subpoenaed, or fined, or something else that I’m not aware of. I don’t have any reason to suspect those things, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out why someone would be sending me a certified letter. Nor can I figure out how it got into the system without being scanned in. Nor can I figure out why someone would insure a letter for $500.
Any help would be appreciated. If not solving it outright, at least figuring out what sort of things might be unexpectedly delivered via certified mail that were worth insuring for $500. My nerves are running amok!
EDIT: I just read that certified mail cannot be insured. Things just got weirder. The USPS agent I spoke with confirmed that this is insured for $500. Therefore, it must not be certified, right? And yet the tracking starts with 7556. Wtf?

I run a one man project consulting agency and recently hit a point where I have more work than I can take on, with more coming. I have had a job posting up on LI for about 16hrs now for a mid level PM, contract, 4+ years of experience, part time work optional, and the responses are wild.
My requirements are pretty basic, I have a methodology that works for me and my clients so really I just need a decent person that is willing to adapt to that and has some technical project management experience. I don't have an ATS, so I ask them to send an email with answers to five questions instead of a cover letter, and a resume. I felt like that was a reasonable approach and I just don't have the time to give a cover letter the attention it deserves.
