I went into walmart this morning to buy my monthly products and my card was declined,I looked and my account is in the negative for some atm withdrawal I never made. I contacted chime support and they couldn’t tell me anything and an issue could be refunded in 30 days. I been broke having lawyer fees and other cost due to a court case of my moms boyfriend assaulting me(the post is on my profile) I walked out of Walmart crying and embarrassed as the people behind me just watched me break down.

I work for a regional independent hospital system so we probably don't get as good of volume pricing as the chains but quoted someone a little over $900 for trulicity since our cost is $896.69 and the goodrx website shows walmart pricing at $845. Blood tests appear fine, but I can't get my guardians to set me up with a primary care provider. Symptoms include constant chills to the point of not being able to walk, constant stomach pain, dropping and breaking things almost 24/7, and tripping to the point where I can barely get up out of bed and walk without being in pain from muscle weakness anymore. I take sleeping meds along with anxiety pills, but I don't know if they're enough anymore. . . . . . . . . . . . .
I've had labels thrown at me ranging from bipolar like my mother from a licensed psychologist to a schizophrenic who thinks they have ghosts in their bones by EMTs. They constantly ask how much caffeine I drink even though I only drink one cup a day (ranges in size). I would switch over to decaf in a heartbeat, but it's no longer sold on store shelves where I live and I'm stuck with what's available. I've tried to cut back on soda/kool-aid/etc. and mostly drink cold water from their dispenser to save money. I usually go for a sprite when I'm out at a restaurant. All my blood tests come back fine aside from Vitamin D and my stool looks completely normal. I do have the rounded gels for vitamin D, but I forget to take them.
I left my phone at therapy on accident so using this time to see if I can make sense of the outside world, but all it really does so far is prove the point of why I'm addicted to my phone in the first place. While everyone else aimlessly scrolls through TikTok, browsing actual social media like Twitter and Reddit is the only way to connect with the outside world in a small rural town with next to nothing but a trashed up Dollar General. I feel hopeless when it comes to everyday civil rights issues taking place around the world while I'm stuck with old boomers who pray for our demise.
It's not safe to get an apartment where I live because of all the drugged up deadbeats banging on people's windows and helping themselves to everyone else's spaces while the cops do nothing. I've also had all kinds of people come up to me and fantasize about wanting to kill my pets in front of me, so that's another thing I have to worry about as well. There's even been issues with people pulling out knives on each other, so even though I've bought pepper spray for myself I dont think it's enough to protect my entire living space from being pillaged. It might injure my pet if the perpetrator decides to aim for my pet first and I can't spray them in time.
Steel padlocks don't mean jack fucking shit when people can pick up a screwdriver from somewhere and unscrew the hinges off the door while I'm gone just like my sister's kids did to me growing up. Security cameras don't mean much either if all the meth heads are just gonna come back and rip through all the replacements without any consequences from the police whatsoever. Not only is it unsanitary and unsafe, but I wouldn't be able to find clothes that fit me without traveling out of state either. I would like to start walking again, but I'm scared of falling in the middle of a busy highway or tumbling into a ditch somewhere. Even then it wouldn't matter how much weight I lose due to cup size being controlled by horomones. The only reason I'm so concerned about my heart is because my mother's side of the family has heart issues really bad.
I do go to group therapy (CBT), but they've practically given up on the "mental health" aspect because it triggers all the other clients into not wanting to come anymore, with some being in even worse conditions than I am (CSA, domestic violence, etc). Whenever we try to provide reasonable explainations on how coping mechanisms can trigger volatile reactions out of other family members, we're constantly being invalidated and told that we're just choosing to be miserable. Everyone is always a stuck up about how family is so important and how we need to "love" them from a distance. However, I can't just go anywhere else for therapy because the only other psychologists they have for miles (ones at the facility) will literally raise their voice and scream at residents in front of everyone else if they don't get their way. I can't go to the other group therapy that the residents because some of them reek so bad to the point of giving me flashbacks of my parents' roach infested hoards.
Everyone gets onto my ass about leaving things on the table when I go use the restroom, but the truth is that I'm already tired of having my all shit stolen since I was 10 while everyone in my life sat around and told me to quit crying and bitching about everything. I do try to watch other residents and keep my personal items within arms reach, but I can't keep up when I can barely exit my bed and walk down the fucking halls just to eat. That's all on top of my parents consisting of three different hoarders and losing track of everything I bring over there (not to mention all the roaches, mice, and animal waste all over the floor).
I've gotten a lot more freedom since moving away from the cult, but everything I did to cope has practically gone out the fucking window due to thieves and lack of internet (they won't fix the damn router bc they dont know anything about tech). I used to have a Bluey box full of different characters from the show (ordered online ofc), but everything's so filthy that I can't really bring anything out besides toys or stuffed animals. I have an entire tote of books I've never even touched because the place is way too nasty to have them out and risk them getting ruined.
Whenever my belongings do go missing, I'm told to just suck it up and forget about it. I'm scared to fucking death end up with holes in them from being burnt or get mixed up with other women's clothes and get caught being worn them when they supposedly "know better" according to staff. I had a female resident at the religious group home scream and cry to the point that my entire fucking body weight against the damn door wasn't enough to stop her from barging into my bedroom and harass me for shit (that's after all the BS with my sister's kids for over a decade), so I'm not even gonna try to talk to anyone directly anymore.
If I told anyone in my family about my concerns, they would just get pissed and ramble on about how it's my choice to be there, how I need to stop bitching about everything not going my way, and that I should've just stayed at the religious group home. Therapists keep acting like it's all my fault in regards to my emotions, that I just need to work on myself and tell me there's nothing else they can do. Nothing fucking matters when everything on my broken ass tablet requires internet and my consoles are broken. Hell, I'd be having a blast with my 2DS XL if the thing didn't fall apart within the first month. All I really wanted it for was to emulate old PC games and hook it up to the TV. I figured that if I had all my games on one device with the bare minimum accessories needed to make it function, I wouldn't have to feel like a damn hoarder anymore.
I love the tiny library of games I have on my Wii, but my remote is absolutely dirty as fuck with roach poop and other crud. There's no way to clean it without literally soaking it in something. The console itself has all kinds of encrusted gunk on the side from where my hoarder father attached velcro to the side of it. Constant chills makes it practically impossible to sit up and play the games as well (I'm lucky just to be able to stand up anymore). My library is small enough that I'm willing to fuck around with gyroscopic controls for fun. It's not even the biggest priority to me anyway because there would be so many other games to play in the mean time.
I figured with the Steamdeck I could could prop it up against the bed or set it on a table use a controller with it if I reach a point to where I can't see the TV screen from my bed. I can't apply for a job at Walmart to pay for the thing myself because of my balance issues causing me to fall and the inability to grip anything (which would result in massive damages to inventory). I'm also worried about them taking all my earnings since my SSI check isn't enough to cover rent and I need state supplement. I thought about selling my art on Redbubble and save up that way, but my 2022 Samsung tablet that I got a few months ago glitches out when I try to draw stuff and crashes whenever I try to play certain games.
I can honestly forget about recieving one for Christmas/birthdays because for whatever reason, everyone has to have their way when it comes to gift giving and god fucking forbid you try to establish the most basic of boundaries or else you're nothing a spoiled bitch. It's one thing for the Steamdeck to be out of budget, and it's another to deliberately go against a person's wishes when it comes to simple shit like candy or soda when they obviously fucking know better. It doesn't help that everyone goes apeshit over the concept of making a "wishlist" like their life depends on it, only to hand me a sack full of random shit from the Dollar Tree and call it a day. It's also impossible to give it all away when nobody else wants it (I don't have transportation to Goodwill) and throwing away new items is a trigger for me.
I know the Steamdeck wouldn't really fix anything outside of the clutter issue and I probably shouldnt be getting one with my current impairments, but it would provide me with something to do outside of being on social media 24/7. Given the total squalor I grew up in as a child, I'd be genuinely happy with a lot of things outside of the Steamdeck if it weren't for my living situation literally preventing me from doing so:

_ exercise bike
_ walking outside

All of these "coping" mechanisms would come back to me if I were able to move to a different area in my own setting where I don't have to constantly worry about pest infestations from the neighbors, getting evicted for no reason, and random strangers trying to kill me or my pets. I've looked everywhere for supported independence programs and absolutely all of them require a medical waiver with a waiting list of up to 10 years. I absolutely need these services for my own safety as a neglected autistic person to ensure that people aren't just gonna come out of the woodworks and try to assault me on my own property. If I move to a more stable area, I could finally get a decent job without having to worry about coworkers coming up to me and taking shit out of my hands for not knowing any better. I could finally have stuff to do outside of technology and be comfortable with my own surroundings.
Even if all of this is just anxiety, I'm still fucked over when in it comes to actual health issues like gingivitis (as confirmed by Aspen Dental) and getting my wisdom teeth removed due to the lack of a primary care physician. I've done everything I can to and they just won't do anything to get me in to see a doctor. I try to brush my teeth when I can but hurts too much to do so. I also feel overwhelmed with trying to organize everything as I keep getting way more brushes than I possibly need and people will not take no for an answer. I don't even know how to prepare for death anymore as I don't even have loved ones. The only people I've ever been given true contact with are my hoarder parents and mentally unstable sister and that's it; no friends or anything.
There's nothing I can really do to repeal the guardianship without taking everyone to court, which is impossible with my sister's busy schedule and unwillingness to work with anybody else. I only because it gives me something to do finally outside of being locked up all week until I go to a half-assed therapy session for three hours. However, they usually go straight home and aren't really willing to go anywhere that costs money aside from restaurants since we have next to no food at the house (even then it becomes unsafe to eat due to all the roaches and mice).
The bane of her existence is to scream about how much of a lazy ass I am despite turning my parents basement into a hoarded up shithole that's flooded out with animal waste to the point of attracting mice. I know her issues aren't my problem, but back in the day she'd come up behind me and pinch my sides to aggrivate me. She also threw pants/shoes/etc. at me while I was on the bed and even shoved me out of the way after accusing me of hiding something I wasn't supposed to have in the kitchen drawer (I was a legal adult at the time). I usually lay flat in bed to avoid confrontation, but ignoring her makes her volatile so I'm screwed either way. I'm pretty sure she's beating and starving her dogs as well, but nobody really gives a fuck. I've got too many of my own issues to even try worrying about them. She's known to be a neurotin junkie for years since moving in with my parents and was even caught smuggling Adderall at work while the cops didn't give a fuck and turned her loose the next day.
I would've called the cops only if there was another child still in the house, but can't do so otherwise because of the risk of charges being brought against me for slander and libel (APS labeled the case as unsubstantiated). I can't just go around risking all my freedom and housing over sick animals that would more than likely be euthanized anyway. Not that animal control would do anything to begin with, of course. I know it feels redundant to even go over there every weekend in those conditions, but I'm tired of being cooped up all day. I'm tired of not having access to a PC with internet and not being able to breathe due to all the secondhand smoke.
I have finally have regular access to food and meds at the facility, but I'm bored with nothing that makes me feel comfortable anymore. I used to walk around town because of my issues with knocking stuff off tables, bumping into everything, and tripping all the time. I used to play games on my tablet to get through the day, but the internet no longer works since switching it over to a new name and the staffare too lazy to just reset the router (everything is infested with ads). We do have bingo during the week, but most people only play for cigarettes and that's it. I can't hold any kind of conversation with anyone else because they'll just ramble on and on about random shit that happened thirty years ago. I used to play Fortnite and Warframe on my Switch Lite, but it broke after I dropped it and we don't have repair shops where I live. It would only hold charge from 45 minutes to an hour with half the games being broken anyway, so I don't even know if it's even worth saving at this point.

The people where I live don't really believe in PTSD outside of veterans, let alone C-PTSD. The mere concept of it would go against everyone's idea that "family is everything, even if they do things we don't like". We barely have mental health services as it is so I'm basically screwed into staying where I'm at even though I live in fear of being punished. I'll see what I can do to get the medicine lady to up the hydroxozine a bit, but I don't know what else there is to even do beyond that point aside from huddling in bed and freezing 24/7 for the next decade until I'm approved for the waiver.

Might be a dumb question, but has anyone gone to a western union or Walmart etc. and purchased a money order using their SoFi debit card? I’m moving into a new apartment soon and need one for move in costs. Wasn’t sure if SoFi cards worked when buying one. Again, sorry if it’s a dumb question, just wanted to make sure before I went and got one.

Welp, I was hoping for a little dip at shopping time lol. Nope. But I did get a good price on 2 pieces of MINING interest plus a Free Man round! The shop was momentarily empty when i arrived, and the gold case was pretty well cleaned out except for the highest dollar items. The Silver cases had tons of neat things to choose from. Other folks came in to buy things while I shopped. Rounds were 34.00 for generics. I got those two special beauties for 40 each. So a good to great deal. Folks who were buying were NOT asking price, they were buying. While I was shopping lots of sovereign silver was selling, and gold. The ladt of the gold jewelry in the case, some gold nuggets, 1 gram pieces of valcambi, a few small numismatics.
Our guys are temporarily not buying themselves in terms of silver unless you are willing to take 1.00 UNDER spot, what their wholesalers charge. Other than numismatics, those you haggle. They are buying gold at the wholesale rates.
And selling gold by the gram! They have a pile of Valcambi bars, and apparently it is now a thing to want to buy individual grams. Despite a ridiculous premium,dang close to 15 percent by the gram, on an already premium heavy product... YIKES!!
The art silver pile is growing in advance of summer tourism, lots of premium MT copper items, silver items as well. All the locally produced stuff is high cost. There are Montana items made by other mints in the tourist case including rounds from Engelhard and JM. Scottsdale pours, Niue art and other exotic stuff (like a ridiculous Barbie item, and more fenders and surfboards). Folks from California and elsewhere often buy here, no sales tax.
As to MY SILVER: a 1973 free man round, RCN. Iwo Jima on obverse, Trust in The Lord on reverse. A beautiful piece. I know I have a few others, just gotta remember which boating accident they got lost in...
The first year of issue Pegasus Gold Corporation, limited edition. The company and stories behind their mining shenanigans are notorious. In fact, there is still all kinds of crazy here in Montana regarding their mines lol. There are 11 in the series. And the lawsuits surrounding the mines themselves are still going on... info varies on numbers of each round from 10k to 25k. This first in series actually has the simplest reverse, showing a metal pour. Obverse is the same on all excluding the date.
The other beauty is BH-3, number 3 in a series of 5 from Bunker Hill Silver. 1981-1982, and this series has several interesting things. Limited to 30k of each round, they were given as sets to investors, employees and Big customers. They chronicle the growth of the Coeur d'Alene Idaho silver mining/gold mining industry. At one time 20 percent of the country's silver and gold (and base metals) came out of the smelters, refineries and mines in the area. This round commemorates the lead Smelter opening in 1917 in Bradley Idaho.
The rounds were not produced until AFTER Bunker Hill Silver stopped doing business. The designs are all exceptional. BH-3 was the first release in 1982.

In other random news, regular gas 3.33/diesel is 3.69. Crazy small gap. Mid grade and premium now cost more than diesel. Red dye is less than regular gas... A case of large eggs was 9.15 at Walmart, 12.10 at Costco. But I also scored a pork loin at Costco for 1.29 a pound! Actually bought 2 of the smallest, under 5 pounds each, 5.00 off per package. They were originally 2.29 a pound. Not bad.
At our bakery outlet store a lot of bread was marked down further than typical, and they gave us more free with our purchase (we give the freebies to the food pantry).
Dollar tree has 2 employees. Both women my age. They change the hours they are open with handwritten signs as needed. They had thought they were getting lucky this week, hired a young dude. Young dude apparently quit after getting first paycheck.
Winco is also light on help, and the help is older folks. Walmart is always understaffed anyway. We shall see what happens, but it seems things are slowing down everywhere...

Shopify is suing Shopline in New York federal court, accusing it of illegally copying Shopify's software to build its own e-commerce platform. Shopline is a Singapore-based subsidiary of the Chinese technology company JOYY Inc. Shopify said in the lawsuit that Shopline created a “thinly disguised knockoff” of its Dawn theme to power a competing e-commerce service. The lawsuit even says that the “Shopify” name still appears in the code of various versions of Seed that Shopline is distributing, and that Shopify found a Chinese webpage hosted by Joyy with the title “Seed Theme” that still carries headers reading “dawn-test.”
In other lawsuit news this week — Temu is facing legal action from 17 companies accusing it of violating new EU laws with “manipulative practices” such as making it difficult to delete your account, and lack of transparency over who their sellers are and why certain products are recommended to customers. Temu was the most downloaded app in the UK in 2023 and still remains as a top downloaded app in 2024.
The state of Arizona has taken legal action against Amazon, launching two lawsuits that accuse the company of monopolistic behavior and deceptive practices involving dark patterns. The first lawsuit claims that Amazon's business practices violate the state's Consumer Fraud Act by employing dark patterns to make it difficult for users to cancel their Amazon Prime subscriptions. The feature is built into Certilogo, which was acquired by eBay in 2023, which features an AI-powered digital ID printed on the product tag to help brands manage the lifecycle of their garments and give consumers a way to confirm the item's authenticity. Users scan a QR code on a product's smart label to generate a “resell your garment” button. Clicking the button directs the user to check the authenticity of the item through Certilogo's AI authentication system by signing in with their eBay account. From there, an eBay listing is prefilled with information from the brand about the item. Users can then edit the listing, upload additional photos, and publish the item for sale.
Poshmark launched a new paid marketing tool called “Promoted Closets” that gives sellers the ability to promote their entire shop at once. The tool uses machine learning to automatically promote individual product listings from a seller's entire inventory, identifying shoppers' search terms and matching them with promoted items. Promoted Closet works on a cost per click model where sellers only get charged when a shopper clicks and views the item from a promoted listing. There's an option to set the budget manually or get a recommendation from Poshmark. Each campaign lasts for 7 days.
Klarna says that it is not sharing its customer data with credit bureaus in the US because the bureaus “do not have proper models to responsibly process the data and ensure good consumer outcomes.” It does share its data with UK credit bureaus. Klarna added that the credit models used today in the US “were built decades ago and calculate data based on monthly payments, long-term loans, and open lines of credit. But BNPL does not fit into these categories.” The company claims that BNPL is different because it offers bi-weekly instead of monthly payments, and unlike a credit card, Klarna doesn't offer an open line of credit.
Third party sellers on Amazon, which make up 60% of sales on Amazon's marketplace, are reconsidering how heavily they'll discount products this year for Prime Day, given how much seller fees have increased on the platform in recent months, according to Modern Retail. According to data from SmartScout, Amazon FBA fees for standard-sized products have jumped 96% over the past 10 years, outpacing inflation. Seller fees can eat up about half the cost per sale on Amazon, according to Marketplace Pulse. That doesn't leave much room for running Prime Day deals, which primarily benefit Amazon as opposed to the individual merchants who are pressured to wipe out their little remaining margin for the sake of running a deal at all.
Netflix announced durings it Upfronts presentation that it's launching its own advertising platform to compete against Google, Amazon, Hulu, Comcast, and other ad giants. Amazon has only been in the advertising business for a year and a half after launching its ad-supported tier in Nov 2022. Netflix originally partnered with Microsoft to develop its ad tech, which let the streaming platform enter the ad space quickly and catch up with rivals like Hulu, which has offered an ad-supported tier since 2010. Launching its own in-house ad tech will allow Netflix to take full control of its advertising and create targeted and personalized ad experiences. Netflix wants to experiment with “episodic” campaigns, which involves a series of ads that tell a story rather than delivering repetitive ads. Brilliant!
Slack is under attack after users discovered that the company has been using their messages, content, and files to train its global AI models, which Slack uses to power their channel and emoji recommendations and search results. It was discovered that if you don't want Slack to use your data, you have to e-mail the company to opt-out, which isn't a good look for a company that makes a big deal out of telling customers that “You control your data.” In response to the outrage, Slack published a blog post to clarify how its customers' data is used.
Google will now let you perform a “web” search, which lets you filter out almost all of its AI results and knowledge panels that currently take over its SERPs, leaving you with just links and text like the old days. The order of the search results are the same regardless of whether you pick “web” or “all”, and it doesn't block links to YouTube videos or Reddit posts. There are also still ads that appear above and below the results.
YouTube is officially launching its YouTube Select “creator takeovers,” which lets advertisers buy out the ad inventory on channels representing the top 1% of content on the platform. The program began as a pilot at the end of 2023 and is now opening to more top creators.

The new tools include an AI Image Creator to make the images, Object Eraser to remove unwanted objects in the images, and AI Image Editor to add/edit portions of the image. The new features mean consumers will be carrying fewer physical cards in their wallets, and will make the 16-digit card number increasingly irrelevant. Mastercard and Salesforce announced a new integration designed to help customers speed up the resolution of transaction disputes and chargebacks, as well as reduce costs associated with resolving them. Flagged Content: I was greatly dissatisfied with the quality of the tacos and nachos I bought. Each taco cost $4.50, and I anticipated a flavor that was at least comparable to the street tacos sold in taco trucks. Unfortunately, the tacos fell short in terms of quality. The nachos had a rancid oil taste, and the salsa was even worse - it seemed as if they were purchased from Walmart. I hope that they enhance the quality of their food considering the price.

Afterthoughts

Just a little haul today since I unfortunately didn't get a midweek Ibotta bonus. This is going to make finishing my big bonus a lot harder, especially since the weekend bonuses have been terrible lately. I did grab some of the Mac A Roni at $0.50/each to work towards the big bonus, and I'll probably pick some more up tomorrow as well when I go by. I left it off my haul since it isn't a money maker on its own, but there will be a slight profit once I finish my bonus.
If I get a good weekend warrior bonus, I might head out this weekend to finish it.
 
Wal-Mart is switching out a lot of their stock right now. I'm seeing markdown prices pop up everywhere. Quite a few coffees, teas, and razors have IB rebates, but unfortunately my store was sold out of it all. There's also one of those hello toothpaste on IB + SB + SK
 
Note: The Social Nature rebate for the goat milk only let me select Amazon or Visa. Not sure if this is a mistake or an intentional change, but just be aware of that if you're going to get it.
 
Unrelated to the haul - My profits from today went towards my plant addiction.
My store had a ton of those mini rose bushes. I usually don't get them, but I haven't gotten a plant in a while, and I saw one with these really beautiful orange flowers with a hint of pink on the outside, and it also had these peachy roses. I couldn't just not get it. Here's hoping I don't kill the thing, because I definitely didn't consider the fact that I don't have a sunny enough window for it until after I was already home...
 

Time Spent

I spent around 10 minutes planning my haul while I brushed my cat before realizing I didn't have an IB bonus. So I stopped there. I was in the store for about 45 minutes, but a good 15 of that was seeing if there were any better roses. As usual, that time also includes my regular groceries, and I was walking SUPER slow today because the cart I picked out started screaming any time I walked at my usual pace after I got the first few things in the cart.
 

Food From Deals

Here's an idea: Mix up a white cheddar Mac a Roni, with your choice of ham, sausage, chicken, pork, or one of the vegan meat alternatives. Add a little soy sauce, and some green peas if you wish. You could even add some extra butter and milk (or plant based milk) to make it a bit creamier. Serve with a slice of buttered toast or some Jasmine Rice. Perhaps make a little Banana bread for dessert. (Note: Everything mentioned has Ibotta deals available.)

I'm thinking of getting a cute pair of edwardian heels from one of these companies, but I don't know which is the better choice.
I'll be wearing these heels most days, and want them to last a while. Considering the cost, probably over 4 or 5 years ideally (is that even possible? lol) because right now I'm a broke student and need to justify buying these over Walmart shoes.
In your experiences, which shoes last longer? Which ones are more comfortable? I noticed memery charges like 30 dollars less than AD...but is the quality difference noticeable? Also when does each company do any sales or deals? Because I'd def be willing to wait until they're on sale

Moved into an apartment/condo 12 years ago. Landlord is now claiming he is moving in and I’m being evicted.
As I pack I realize that when I moved in the light bulbs were all cheap incandescent bulbs, and as they died I replaced them all with what were then expensive 25 year low energy LEDs. (I know they don’t cost as much now).
WIBTA if I went to Walmart or a dollar store and bought a bunch of cheap incandescents and put those in, while bringing with me the LED replacements I bought?

My son is 4 and current obsession is yugioh , having watched the Saturday morning cartoon back in the day it's funny to now see him watching the same and completely on his own (thanks Netflix) so bought him a few different packs the other day from the local Walmart and one was a reprint of cards from the show ie. beaver warrior,Celtic guardian and he loves them. Problem is the other 5-6 packs are full of cards we are learning about and although we will continue to get just about any we can would really like to know what packs would be still sold that would contain cards he would know that I just happened to grab on accident? lol Took him to a local card shop and spent 3 hours looking at cards getting just about everyone he could think of,fairly cheap too joked the top loaders he has then in to protect them cost more than the cards haha

I have an idea with a name but I need help and advice where to take this, its just me but if I can scale this the idea is could be priceless. The only people I've talked to about this is my family and even they don't know much where to take this.
I have a name registered as an LLC, along with the EIN. I'm going to file the trademark eventually if I can figure out where to take this.
The name I have, I could do alot with (don't want to name it right now) - At first I was going to do drop shipping but came to realize I might have issues with copyright on the product images. I still want to do this idea.
I was first going to buy the product with the customers payment ship it to my house then ship to them but the shipping costs will kill me along with the shipping time, using Amazon/Walmart/Target/Macy's as a supplier but realized those are middlemen, and will lose out on a 10-15% profit.
With my brand name I could also reach out to top-tier brands and see if I can partner with them to list their products on my site, markup products like 5-10%, when a buy goes through forward payment invoice to partnered brand then they do the shipping. This idea can only work if I get partnered and right now my website is still in development and I have 0 traffic because its still private. Due to domain name I have I think it will be a quick hit if my SEO is done correctly.
