Hello,
I want to start my first desktop build it will be a black and white build and I will be using my PC mostly for options trades, web browsing, movies, and youtube videos. I do some gaming on occasions but it's old titles I already have that will need a disc. drive and in my Steam account with RTS games: Total War: Shogun 2 - Rome 2 - Three Kingdoms, Disc. Drive for LOTR: Battle for Middle Earth, Disc. drive for StarCraft II, Steam: Counter Strike is my only shooter game. Total build price around $1,500 is what I want to spend on my first build, I don't need for 4K gaming since I hardly game and my current monitor is a SAMSUNG 34" ViewFinity S50GC Series Ultra-WQHD Monitor, 100Hz, 5ms, HDR10, AMD FreeSync, LS34C502GANXZA, 2023 model. I've been having a bug that started about 3 months ago and hasn't stopped since. It's made the game nearly impossible to play. It effects a friend of mine on nearly the same hardware as well, and it seems to happen more frequently when I play with him, or when him/I host the lobby. If one of our other friends host it, the issue doesn't seem to occur as often, if at all.
I've uninstalled the game completely, multiple times. Reinstalled the game, the only thing that seems to have any impact is going into my user folder and deleting the entire thing and all the shader caches. It is extremely annoying as it's to the point now where every 2-3 games I get this crash and I'm stuck at the load screen forever.
When viewing the game log, the only thing I can find is a CryCloud error (messageid: 441) 10, and if you watch the log, it gets to loading just sits there...forever.

I have done literally everything I can think of. I've updated and reinstalled my drivers multiple times, I've updated my BIOS on the off chance that could cause it, I've totally removed the game, deleted every reference to the game in the registry and in the steamapps folder. I briefly thought having my integrated GPU enabled might be causing it, so I disabled that in my BIOS as well to no difference. This is the only game I have this issue with whatsoever, and it's been happening for months and seems to become more and more of an issue every single patch. I've been trying to find a way to contact crytek support, but there doesn't seem to be a single functional link to that up anymore.

Hey Engineers,
i recently updated my mod-list and by now i have quite a few mods that add additional experiments. My problem now is, that i still didnt leave the Kerbin SOI and still have thousands of science points, already unlocked a lot of colony and nuclear engine stuff and feel extremely "overpowered" in terms of unlocks and science. I usually like a more gritty playstyle where you have a hard time doing some missions with underpowered technology, because lack of science points forces you to go where no one has ever been, if you know what i mean. Now, my playthrough seems to be quite the opposite. Does anyone have the same problem? How do you deal with it? Are there mods that rebalance the whole science gains? I already play on quite hard difficulty and scaled science gains down to 20% or something.

Review: I started using NC in December 2023. I noticed weight loss and decreased appetite when transitioning off the hormonal pill. I used hormonal birth control for around 10 years before switching to NC. I primarily use NC for birth control and find that I'm more in touch with my body as a result of tracking mood, skin changes, cervical mucus, sex drive, and physical symptoms like cramping.
It's convenient that the digital thermometer allows me to store my temperature from the morning and transfer it to the app via bluetooth because I don't sleep with my phone in my bedroom. I try to take my temperature around the same time every morning (6:15AM). NC encourages you to take your temp within a 2 hr. range from your typical temp. check. Personally I don't use the Oura ring or Apple watch because I don't like to sleep with jewelry, but it sounds convenient.
I also like that when we start trying to conceive, I have a pretty precise sense of when I'm fertile. I use the LH test strips (cheapest to buy on Amazon) for increased accuracy. NC's algorithm tells you exactly when to use these test strips based on your temperature tracking.
Insurance: I struggled to find a way to submit my NC claim to insurance. My OBGYN provided me a physical prescription. I ended up submitting a medical claim through the mail including the physical prescription, medical claim form provided on Cigna's website, following information I typed up and printed, and the invoice provided by NC. Cigna processed the claim as "Supplies" and as being Out-of-Network which means, according to my plan, I receive 50% back. I'm a little annoyed the plan didn't process as In-Network considering the provider who wrote the prescription is In-Network, but I'm glad to at least get partially reimbursed. Hope this helps others!
