HIGH-TECH MINISTER (Mkhitar Hayrapetyan): Whatever is possible to produce in Armenia with the use of Armenian scientific potential and manufacturing capacities should be done domestically to minimize reliance on imports. The myth that Armenian producers are incapable of creating high-quality products has been shattered.
At the moment, there are ֏170 billion ($438 million) in contracts signed between the defense ministry and 27 representatives of domestic industry. We expect to bring it to ֏190 billion ($490 million) by the end of this year by involving two more companies.
Most contracts are about communication tools, control systems, radio-electronic warfare tools, drones, modernization activities, etc.
LEONID NERSISYAN (expert): It's not a secret that hefty investments were made in the manufacturing of drones. We've also seen a production of 122 mm and 82 mm shells; it's necessary to expand to 155 mm because we are purchasing new [Indian] artillery that uses those.
HIGH-TECH MINISTER: (1) The state is enacting legislative reforms to make the industry attractive for investments. (2) We are promoting R&D for new technologies and the generation of new ideas. LEONID NERSISYAN: Even countries under the UN's embargo are able to import weapons so it's a matter of price. For example, it turns out that 70% of the electronics inside North Korean missiles are American.

We will also rebuild the road between H-26 and Acharkut and Kirants, which is an alternative road for Kirants. The 3 remaining border posts were reportedly installed in Kirants on Monday. Here is how the road issue will be addressed:
Azerbaijan is located between Kirants and Sarigyugh villages. Kirants is currently connected to Sarigyugh with two roads: a direct connection through the interstate road, and a secondary road that connects Kirants to nearby Acharkut before reaching Sarigyugh.
Approximately 300 meters of the direct road falls under the Azerbaijani side, so the government will build a 750-meter bypass road parallel to it. Preliminary construction activities have begun; they are working on the details.
As for the secondary road passing through Acharkut, the government has begun rebuilding and widening it to allow cargo trucks to use it.
So there are currently two construction projects, with one connecting Kirants to Sarigyugh directly, and the second connecting Kirants to Sarigyugh through Acharkut. Both roads are expected to be ready in 3 months.

82,000 Armenian drivers take advantage of a new law that absolves them of old citation debt if they pay 50%: VIDEO

It was part of a package law that slashes the size of future traffic citations by almost half if the driver pays electronically within the first two weeks of the violation. Some 21,000 drivers have already signed up at police.am to get a discount on their future citations.

REPORTER: Is the ongoing Tavush-Gazakh delimitation really a bilateral process, as Baku claims?
YUNUSOV: No. The U.S. is still interested in the delimitation process and influences both parties behind the curtains. There was a high-profile Azerbaijani visit to Washington. Although the official press release didn't share details, we can safely assume they discussed the AM-AZ relations. If this delimitation continues in spite of Russia that means the U.S. is currently a moderator in this process. This is not purely a bilateral process despite Aliyev's efforts to present it that way.
REPORTER: Is the U.S. a guarantor that the delimitation won't end in Tavush?
YUNUSOV: Not a "guarantor" but the U.S. is the force that is really trying to accomplish something and is actually doing something. The full demarcation will last a long time. The main objective of the U.S. at the moment is the signing of an AM-AZ peace agreement. I don't think they'll be able to sign it before November, however.
REPORTER: How is the Azerbaijani public reacting to the border delimitation?
YUNUSOV: Positively. People truly want to have a demarcated border. The Azerbaijani regime often mentioned "Western Azerbaijan" and the return of Azeris there, but in reality, nobody in Azerbaijan took that seriously because they all understood it was an attempt to pressure Armenia. As soon as information came that the border was partially delimited, it was met with a positive response by the public. The Azerbaijani public understands that it's normal for Azerbaijan to gain and lose control of territories during this process, just as we did during the delimitation with other neighbors.

Seguinte, eu M(15) e meu namorado H(15) começamos a namorar recentemente.
Por um tempo, resolvemos deixar nosso relacionamento no sigilo. Porém, alguns dias atrás ele me manda mensagem dizendo que contou para os pais dele, que aceitaram bem. E depois disso, ele tá me pressionando pra contar pros meus pais o mais rápido possível.
Aí vem outro porém, minha mãe é religiosa (não ao ponto de ser conservadora) e meu pai é superprotetor. Esse combo dos dois me faz ter um medo extremo de qualquer julgamento vindo deles, e eu sempre fui a filha que fiz de tudo pra agradar. Outro ponto é que eu não sou próxima dos meus pais, não conversamos sobre praticamente nada, não tenho intimidade com nenhum dos dois.
Não consigo contar do meu namoro pra eles, meu namorado continua me pressionando pra contar e eu não quero ficar enrolando ele.

Il titolo è uno slogan che tutti ripetono come un mantra quando c'è un incidente che coinvolge un motociclista, la colpa casca sempre sul motociclista perché corre, corre manco dovesse asfaltare Bagnaia, Rossi, Agostini o chi preferite, leggende narrano di motociclisti che hanno rotto il muro del suono nel vialetto di casa .
Ora, io ho il cazzo molto girato, sabato è successo questo .
Credo di averlo incontrato letteralmente una manciata di metri prima dl fattaccio, io andavo verso la direzione opposta.
Era vestito in maniera consona e non mi ha dato l'impressione di essere un corsaiolo, anzi, è ripartito da un semaforo molto lentamente, guardando poi le foto dell'incidente si vede che sulle gomme della moto c'è ancora tanta cera, quindi non certo un piegatore da orecchio per terra in curva.
La comunità locale ne sta parlando proprio oggi, appunto il mantra comune è " lui correva sicuro ! ", è sicuramente colpa sua.

Allora nella mia via per il lavoro in moto ho deciso di contare i pericoli a cui sono stato esposto per colpa si altri.
Voglio chiarire una cosa: io vado paurosamente piano, sono un vero cancello per strada!
Per colpa d'altri mi sono già fatto abbastanza male da portarmi le mie lesioni con me a vita, non voglio ripetere e quindi vado veramente molto piano per strada, non voglio correre rischi inutili, ho un autodromo a 20 KM se mi prendono i pruriti, salvo rari casi una caduta in pista fa male solo alle finanze.
Detto questo, vi introduco al mio tragitto : sono circa 10 KM che dalla campagna mi portano zona stazione , passo per una strada che si chiama via settevalli ( dice ho avuto il primo incidente nel 2021 ) e poco dopo la stazione sono arrivato.
Parto uscendo da casa e vola via il primo santo, alla prima rotonda che imbocco una signora con una 500XL non da la precedenza , la affianco alla sua sinistra e do in colpo di gas guardandola negli occhi, mi guarda e gesticola e poi inchioda, vado per la mia strada dove devo stare attento alle buche, Perugia ormai è la capitale mondiale delle buche stradali .
Seconda rotonda, ha l'immissione a due corsie, la mia è quella esterna a destra, mi fermo per far passare una macchina e parto appena possibile, su quella a sinistra, senza fermarsi, passa una audi che poi esce alla mia stessa uscita, quindi mi taglia la strada.
Andiamo avanti, davanti a me c'è una panda che va a 30 km/h, la sorpasso e guardo dentro, c'era una ragazza alla guida che stava scrivendo al telefono, qua è stato il momento " i motociclisti corrono" del giorno, ho deciso che doveva spaventarsi, quindi ho fatto il sorpasso in prima facendo tanto rumore, credo abbia funzionato.
Arriviamo ad un semaforo, la mia corsia è la sinistra e mi incanalo per tempo, lascio rallentare la moto senza frenare, a 10 metri dal semaforo una mercedes mi affianca e mette la freccia a sinistra per venire anche lei sulla corsia a sinistra proprio dove sono io, guardo dentro e stava al telefono, uso il solito sistema del motore al limitatore per far notare la mia presenza, soliti gestacci da parte sua, fanno tutti gestacci quando uso questo sistema.
Parto dal semaforo, sono in zona industrale ed un furgone si butta davanti a me, autista col telefono all'orecchio tenuto con la spalla e sigaretta in mano , posso solo inchiodare e maledirlo e realizzare che si è comunque immesso davanti a me a 30 km/h e non andrà più veloce di così, secondo momento " i motocilcisti corrono" perchè lo supero , vi ricordo che siamo su 2 corsie a senso unico.
Altro semaforo , sono affiancato da una macchina che mette la freccia e prende la mia corsia, al solito poco importa che io sia già li , sgasata di rito e gestacci da parte del tizio alla giuda della fiat chroma, scarto in avanti per essere il primo al semaforo.
Siamo agli ultimi metri che devo fare, strada a tre corsie a senso unico, io sono nella corsia centrale perchè ci sono meno buche, una Panda nuova mi si affianca da destra, mette la freccia e si sposta a sinistra come se nulla fosse, dove sono già io, guardo dentro e c'è una ragazzina con lo sguardo basso al telefono, do la oslita sgassata e non ottengo risultato, quindi le picchio col gomito sul finestrino e finalmente si accorge di me ma continua la sua migrazione imperterrita, le lascio spazio, facciamo 200 metri e una curva a destra vicini e la ragazza mette la freccia per girare nella traversa a destra, nonnsense puro.
Sono quasi arrivato, cosa mai potrà andare storto ? dal furgone davanti a me viene buttato un mozzicone che mi finisce tra palle e serbatoio, lo raccolgo e seguo il furgone fino al semaforo successivo dove gli tiro il mozzicone nel finestrino e me ne vado per la mia strada al verde.
Arrivo a destinazione sano e con la maglietta bucata dal mozzicone acceso.
Questa è la routine di chi va in moto in città, questa è perugia ma vale lo stesso un pò ovunque.
Poi però succedono gli incidenti gravi, qua è morto un povero ragazzo di 23 anni e nessuno sembra farsi questioni sul perchè l'urto è avvenuto in quella maniera, i benpensanti hanno gia il loro responso: il ragazzo era vestito con abbigliamento tecnico, sicuramente stava correndo, quale colpa mai più avare una signora che giuda una piano piano una semplice fiat Panda ?
La faccenda mi ha lasciato furioso e dispiaciuto oltre che tanto insicuro, il colpo basso è statto " era vestito tecnico, sicuramente correva" .
Sono proprio sconfortato per come lo stanno trattando e per come noi in moto viviamo per strada, è proprio triste e pericoloso !

Es geht hier um einen Vorfall von vor 3 Monaten. Eine Vorladung ist noch nicht gekommen, der Prozess hat überhaupt nicht angefangen.
Es geht um ein Verkehrsdelikt, welches ziemlich blöd geendet ist. Im Raum steht Fahren ohne Fahrerlaubnis, Fahren eines nicht registrierten Fahrzeuges (?), (gefährliche?) Körperverletzung und Fahrerflucht.
Begangen wurde die Tat von einem Bekannten von mir, welcher ein betrunkenes Mädchen angefahren hat (~15 km/h) das vor das Auto gesprungen ist. Große Schäden gab es keine, sie war nach einer Stunde wieder auf einem Dorffest am trinken und tanzen und wurde von ziemlich vielen Leuten gesehen.
Jetzt zum Dilemma, ich war Mitfahrer und war eigentlich relativ gut mit der anderen Gruppe zu dem das Mädchen gehört hat. Diese haben aber sofort versucht uns anzugreifen, unter anderem meinem Kollegen eine Glasflasche auf den Kopf gehauen. Wir haben uns nach dem Mädel erkundigt ob es ihr gut geht während wir von allen Seiten angegriffen wurden und uns gesagt wurde wir sollen uns verpissen. Haben wir gemacht. Im Nachhinein haben sie uns die Polizei auf den Hals gehetzt, bzw mir. Ich bin das Fahrzeug nicht gefahren, das wissen sie auch ganz genau, aber haben vor der Polizei gesagt das ich gefahren bin. Diese hat mich dann auf meiner Arbeit besucht, mich dort rausgeholt und vor der Tür ausgezogen und kontrolliert. Dadurch habe ich fast meinen Job verloren, da mein Chef natürlich nicht davon begeistert war und mir eine Woche vorher schon ein dummer Fehler passiert ist.
Jetzt gab es wieder ein Dorffest, und das ich eine Anzeige habe hat sich ziemlich rumgesprochen da ich eigentlich ein sehr netter und beliebter junge in meinem Ort bin. Als ein paar Leute sie angesprochen haben weshalb ich angezeigt wurde, haben sie gesagt das sie es nur gemacht haben weil sie von dem Fahrer nicht den Nachnamen wissen. Dies haben sie bei der Polizei aber nicht gesagt, sondern explizit das ich gefahren bin (Das das Fahrzeug geklaut war haben sie auch gesagt) und ich an allem schuld bin weil mir niemand vors Fahrzeug gesprungen ist.
Von dem Vorfall gibt es dazu keinerlei Beweise, keine Fotos, es wurde kein Fahrzeug gefunden, und es gibt keine Schuld Zugabe unserer Seite. Wir haben erstmal alle Aussagen verweigert.
Ich bin mir sicher das ihre Anzeige nicht durch geht auch wenn ich eigentlich nicht so assozial sein wollte und es eigentlich auch zugegeben hätte (so wie es wirklich passiert ist).
Jetzt haben sie jedoch einige Grenzen überschritten, drohen mit Gewalt, erzählen rum sie hätten mich schon zusammengeschlagen und beleidigen durchgehend. Ich sehe es nicht mehr ein irgendwas zuzugeben.
Ich will sie zurück anzeigen, evtl wegen falscher Anzeige und rufmord? Und wollte einfach mal nachfragen was ich machen kann, und ob das realistisch ist dass es überhaupt klappt. Danke für jeden der sich diesen Paragraph durchliest und schönen Feiertag euch noch
