Are you saying child sexual abuse is acceptable?
Absolutely not. Causing harm to children in the form of in-person/online sexual contact; CSAM (sometimes referred to as child pornography); grooming; or any other inappropriate behavior is not and will never be acceptable.
Many people who are attracted to minors are vehemently against these forms of harm as well, and do not support ideas such as lowering the age of consent. There are entire communities of minor attracted people who are committed to not harming children.
Isn’t using the term ‘MAPs’ normalizing pedophilia?
Only a minority of the population experiences a primary attraction to children. In this sense, pedophilia and other forms of minor attraction are not “normal”, in the same way that LBGTQ identities are not “normal” by proportion to the general population.
When people refer to normalizing something, they are usually talking about removing the stigma behind it, or acknowledging that it is acceptable.
Having an unchosen, unchangeable attraction to children is not inherently wrong, immoral, predatory, or pathological. It becomes so only when harm is involved. Attraction itself is not a behavior.
Shouldn’t we be protecting children from MAPs?
We should absolutely protect children from abusers, groomers, and predators. These terms are not synonymous with being minor attracted. In fact, research shows that the majority of child sexual abuse cases are carried out by people who do not meet the criteria for pedophilia (see “Sources” section below for reference).
When somebody feels they are at risk for harming a child, they should be able to seek immediate and effective help. Some NoMAPs need temporary or ongoing support in remaining resilient against offending, but this does not represent all or even the majority of NoMAPs. Many in this community have no intention of ever harming a child, and they are not at risk for doing so.
It is also important to note that many MAPs are still children themselves. MAPs tend to become aware of their attractions around the time of puberty or early adolescence. Children who are MAPs deserve the same degree of safety and well-being that other children do.

Hopefully this isn’t downvoted instantly, because I know people seem to get strangely very defensive about Beast’s characterization in this run. I think there is a lot of miscommunication whenever a Beast fan complains about how he was depicted here. Often times people will discount those complaints because they think Beast fans just don’t want him to go bad, when that doesn’t really seem to be the whole truth from what I’ve seen. Ultimately, the complaints I raise and I have seen others raise are more about thinking the writing of his spiral in X-Force 2019 was not done well rather than that said spiral shouldn’t have happened at all. With the Krakoa era coming to an end, and “From the Ashes” having the now-rebooted Beast who is pulled all the way from his time on The Defenders, I don’t see any of the flaws here being addressed beyond characters casually referring to how bad he became. So I wanted to take this time in the in-between, where our new Beast is apparently just chilling on Wonder Man’s couch while the rest of the X-Men fight against Orchis and Nimrod, to once and for all lay out the flaws of Beast’s villainous era, and establish not that it shouldn’t have happened, but that it could have been way better.
Problem 1: A Lack of Pathos:
Most X-Men fans who have been reading for awhile will agree that it’s honestly surprising more mutants haven’t gone down a dark path. Their history is one of striving for acceptance, putting their lives on the line for people who would rather see them dead, and being rewarded with not one but multiple genocides on their population. Some of the most interesting stories can actually come from a formally “upstanding” mutant finally deciding enough is enough. When Cyclops went down his “villainous” path, it made a lot of sense. We’d seen him becoming more disenfranchised with the dream for years. We’d seen his trust in Xavier erode time and time again, and so when he decided to stop asking for acceptance and start demanding it, it was hard to blame him. Even as we saw most of his friends turn against him, that didn’t stop people from declaring “Cyclops Was Right,” because his perspective could easily be understood, and he did achieve results. More recently in X-Men ‘97, we saw Rogue go down a dark path in the wake of Genosha being wiped out, including Magneto and Gambit. Again, this was understood, and it was an interesting direction for her character.
This sort of turn would also make a ton of sense for Hank McCoy. Did you know that back towards the start of the original Uncanny X-Men run, Hank was actually the first X-Men we ever saw to leave the team and say that Magneto was right, after he and Bobby were attacked by an angry mob because Hank used his powers to save a young child? Over the years, one of Hank’s most recurring struggles and arcs is self-loathing and eventual acceptance of his condition. Hank has always been at his darkest when he’s trapped in his spiral of self-loathing, but when he comes out the other side, he tends to be one of the most optimistic mutants when it comes to coexistence with humans. He was out making connections and fighting alongside non-mutants before anyone else. Joining the Avengers and Defenders, speaking on behalf of mutant rights before congress, dating human women who were able to accept his appearance, blue fur and all. Until they weren’t… looking at you, Trish Tilby.
So with all of this in mind, it would honestly be an extremely interesting arc to see Hank, this optimistic mutant who has spent his life building bridges and making connections with humanity, to be slowly beaten down and start to believe peace is not an option. As one of the original X-Men, he has been there through every tragedy that struck the mutant population. And as one of the smartest X-Men, he has usually been at the center of these crises. He has seen advancements in science meant to eradicate the mutants. He has fought against viruses that threaten to drive them extinct. He was there in the wreckage of Genosha. He has seen countless friends killed again and again. He has suffered his own mutation evolving and making him less and less human-looking. He saw the development of a mutant “cure” and was tempted to take it. He has seen it all.
And so that brings us to Krakoa. This is the moment where the mutants as a whole decided enough was enough. If they could not be accepted by humanity, they would pack up and form their own nation, and they would force humanity to accept that they exist by developing life-saving drugs that other nations would have to rely on. And what is one of the first things that happens after the establishment of Krakoa? Hank witnesses assassins infiltrate the island and assassinate Charles Xavier. This right here is honestly the perfect setup for Hank to go darker than he has before. Even after literally segregating the mutant population from humanity, like humanity seemed to want, they still decided to come and kill the man at the forefront of the movement. And Hank, recently placed in charge of mutant black-ops, would likely see that all options are on the table.
Unfortunately, Hank’s actual pathos surrounding the decisions he would go on to make is not explored by the book itself. The book has no interest in detailing Hank’s fall from grace as we saw with Cyclops before him. The book just wants us to accept that Hank has already fallen. And in fact, according to the writing, maybe he never had anywhere to fall from. Any time a character in X-Force tries to ask important questions to understand Hank’s thought process, they are cut off. Usually by Wolverine saying “He’s always been like this.” And then on one occasion, when Wolverine asked Hank why he was doing all this dark shit, Hank said, “Didn’t you read the script? I’ve always been like this.” There is no attempt to examine Hank as a character. We don’t need to know why Hank makes the decisions he does, because this book wants Hank to be a black and white villain and so that’s what he will be. Why? Because he’s always been like this.
Problem 2: Rapid Escalation:
One of the major defenses people have when it comes to Krakoan Hank is that he has apparently been on the road to his villainous self for over a decade. The X-Force run itself loved to have characters spout a list of Hank’s previous “crimes” without any context involved, as justification for why he was acting the way he did in the current run. The problem is, that context is very important. Because it shows the disparity in the Hank of previous stories who made mistakes with good intentions vs the Hank of X-Force who did heinous shit because he wanted to. This was less a plane making a slow descent and more a plane that was slowly descending, but then its engines shut off and it plummeted into a fiery explosion.
To make this case, we need to briefly analyze the previous perceived transgressions of Hank McCoy to show what they actually meant for his character and how they differ from the Bond villain X-Force would present us with. Let’s start with Threnody. Somehow, Threnody became a bit of a buzzword for the beginning of the end for Hank. When people talk about the history of Hank and Threnody, they will usually present it as one of Hank’s worst sins, saying something like “Hank callously handed Threnody over to Mr. Sinister so he could experiment on and abuse her!!!” It kind of makes for some whiplash when you actually read the Threnody story people are talking about. Here is a brief rundown of what actually happens:
Threnody is a young woman who cannot control her powers. It causes her no end of grief, and when we are introduced to her, she is homeless and constantly in danger of hurting herself or others. Beast, Rogue, and Iceman come across Threnody who has been found first by Mr. Sinister. Sinister actually has a vested interest in curing the Legacy Virus, and believes he can help Threnody master her powers, at which point she will prove vital in his efforts to study said Virus. Notably, Threnody wants to go with Sinister here. While Rogue disapproves, Hank does believe that Sinister is actually Threnody’s best option, openly stating Sinister can actually help her gain control and the X-Men cannot, because, as Hank directly says, Sinister is willing to damn parts of his soul in pursuit of scientific enlightenment, and the X-Men are not. A few issues later, when breaking into Sinister’s base, Hank encounters Threnody again. She’s happy. Sinister did indeed help her control her powers, and she has been able to use her abilities to help mutants the world over, while also undermining Sinister’s more evil operations from the inside. Hank expresses relief, saying he was kept up at night by his decision to let her go with Sinister, but Threnody actually thanks him for letting her. And that’s it. That’s Hank’s big “crime” here.
Hank’s other “sins” are also of varying levels of severity. The point of this post isn’t to absolve Hank of all fault. He has made countless mistakes and bad decisions. Regardless of the culpability of others, the pulling of the O5 to the present was his decision. During Secret Empire, Hank would turn a blind eye to Hydra’s activity simply to keep the mutants under his care safe. During all of this, however, Hank’s character was not compromised. He expressed despair and regret over his worse choices, and struggled with thinking he was a good person any longer. Again, going back to his recurring struggle with self-loathing. He had pathos behind his decisions and how they affected him, and would often reunite with Wonder Man as an opportunity to recenter and declare he would “be better tomorrow than he was yesterday.”
You would think, if the aim of X-Force was to turn Hank into a full-on villain, it would take advantage of the long-form storytelling of comics to chronicle that escalation. Like I said, the assassination of Charles Xavier is a great starting point for Hank to start going darker than he ever has before. The problem is, we don’t get an escalation. Hank starts the run by doing some of the most heinous shit imaginable. Regardless of your thoughts on the severity of Hank’s previous mistakes, none of them compare to his opening volley in this run. Hank uses telefloronics to override and genocide an entire country, leaving various people either completely dead or braindead. We later find out that during this time he also established a space station where he ran unethical experiments on prisoners like Krakoa’s very own Dr. Mengele. He then accuses his old ally Cyclops of conspiring with Russia against Krakoa, and calls forth the mutant population to witness as he parades a shamed Cyclops through its streets. Then he kills Wolverine and resurrects him as a mindless animal who he uses as an attack dog against his perceived enemies. This isn’t an escalation, this is a different character. And the aforementioned lack of pathos means that we don’t get to see him struggle with these choices. We don’t see his thought process as he becomes darker and darker. Why would we? “He’s always been like this.”

The creatively-named Dark Beast is from an alternate future where Beast went down a dark path lacking ethics. The fun of this character, besides comparing his ideologies with our Hank McCoy, is seeing how Hank’s penchant for jokes or quotes now become far more sinister and cutting.

Early on when he was a member of the Defenders, Hank talks about this sort of thing. He essentially says that he wears different hats. While working with the X-Men, he used big words essentially to gain respect from both his teammates and humanity. But with other teams, and in his then-new furry form, he dropped all of that. His speech became more naturalistic and he was much more of a goofball. The thing is, it’s the speech patterns that truly change depending on who Hank is hanging with, not his personality. Hank with the X-Men and Hank with the Avengers are both jovial characters who like to tell jokes and quote philosophy. You can see Hank being a bit of a clown among the X-Men in various runs. So it’s not like it’s a given that Hank is some entirely different dry doctor devoid of any sense of humor when among the X-Men.
But this is how Hank is portrayed in X-Force. Part of why this version of Hank is so hard to reconcile with the rest of his history for fans of the character is that he just doesn’t act like himself, even when he isn’t actively committing war crimes. In one early issue of the run, we get a glimpse at Beast’s journal where he accounts a meeting he had with Forge. Now, Beast has been known to be a very physical character. He is often known to sweep others into a hug, or even plant a big kiss on their face in the case of characters like Wonder Man or Iceman. Meanwhile this one page where we read his thoughts on Forge is clearly pretending this is not the case:

First, things reach a point where they would know. Hank’s actions become public knowledge, and Wolverine goes off to hunt him down while the rest of the X-Men just kinda look the other way. And second, there is someone with a lot of history with Hank that was a part of X-Force and did see everything that was going on. Jean Grey.
But we never get to see Jean wonder what’s happened to her close friend. Jean who was always incredibly close to Hank. Jean who, it was confirmed during the All-New X-Men era, had mutual feelings for Hank and might have started dating him had things been different. But no, Jean, like every character in this run, accepts that Hank has always been like this. That’s the answer to everything. So instead of some kind of emotional confrontation where she tries to appeal to his better nature, we instead have Jean yell at Hank, use her powers to throw him against a wall, and quit X-Force. And then most recently, we see her tell Firestar without hesitation to throw Hank under the bus for any heat that comes her way from her undercover mission. Because everyone will believe Hank is responsible for all the bad shit. Who the hell cares about Hank? According to this run, no one.
Conclusion:
I hope you can see the larger issue here. When Beast fans complain about his Krakoan era, people assume they just don’t want to see their favorite do bad things. But it’s practically accepted at this point in comics that most heroes will have a villain arc. Hell, Iceman is the only one of the original five X-Men who hasn’t gone down a dark path at this point. The problem is that everything about the writing of Hank during this time was just not done well. There is no exploration of Hank’s descent into villainy, and any questioning down that line is immediately shut down by the assertion that this is just who he’s always been. There isn’t any slow escalation because his first move is genocide. Hank is not even written as himself during this era, but rather as a generic bond villain. And none of Hank’s former close friends even show any emotion about his turn to villainy. An evil Hank story could easily work. We saw it with Dark Beast. A story where the former optimistic member of the X-Men has been beaten down so many times that he takes on a “whatever it takes” mentality could be interesting and emotionally resonant as we both understand what drove him here yet hate the man he’s become. But that isn’t what we got. We got a run that wrote him as a complete stranger and then had all the characters tell the reader that they were wrong for ever thinking he was anyone else.

Most X-Men fans who have been reading for awhile will agree that it’s honestly surprising more mutants haven’t gone down a dark path. Their history is one of striving for acceptance, putting their lives on the line for people who would rather see them dead, and being rewarded with not one but multiple genocides on their population. Some of the most interesting stories can actually come from a formally “upstanding” mutant finally deciding enough is enough. When Cyclops went down his “villainous” path, it made a lot of sense. We’d seen him becoming more disenfranchised with the dream for years. We’d seen his trust in Xavier erode time and time again, and so when he decided to stop asking for acceptance and start demanding it, it was hard to blame him. Even as we saw most of his friends turn against him, that didn’t stop people from declaring “Cyclops Was Right,” because his perspective could easily be understood, and he did achieve results. More recently in X-Men ‘97, we saw Rogue go down a dark path in the wake of Genosha being wiped out, including Magneto and Gambit. Again, this was understood, and it was an interesting direction for her character.
This sort of turn would also make a ton of sense for Hank McCoy. Did you know that back towards the start of the original Uncanny X-Men run, Hank was actually the first X-Men we ever saw to leave the team and say that Magneto was right, after he and Bobby were attacked by an angry mob because Hank used his powers to save a young child? Over the years, one of Hank’s most recurring struggles and arcs is self-loathing and eventual acceptance of his condition. Hank has always been at his darkest when he’s trapped in his spiral of self-loathing, but when he comes out the other side, he tends to be one of the most optimistic mutants when it comes to coexistence with humans. He was out making connections and fighting alongside non-mutants before anyone else. Joining the Avengers and Defenders, speaking on behalf of mutant rights before congress, dating human women who were able to accept his appearance, blue fur and all. Until they weren’t… looking at you, Trish Tilby.
So with all of this in mind, it would honestly be an extremely interesting arc to see Hank, this optimistic mutant who has spent his life building bridges and making connections with humanity, to be slowly beaten down and start to believe peace is not an option. As one of the original X-Men, he has been there through every tragedy that struck the mutant population. And as one of the smartest X-Men, he has usually been at the center of these crises. He has seen advancements in science meant to eradicate the mutants. He has fought against viruses that threaten to drive them extinct. He was there in the wreckage of Genosha. He has seen countless friends killed again and again. He has suffered his own mutation evolving and making him less and less human-looking. He saw the development of a mutant “cure” and was tempted to take it. He has seen it all.
And so that brings us to Krakoa. This is the moment where the mutants as a whole decided enough was enough. If they could not be accepted by humanity, they would pack up and form their own nation, and they would force humanity to accept that they exist by developing life-saving drugs that other nations would have to rely on. And what is one of the first things that happens after the establishment of Krakoa? Hank witnesses assassins infiltrate the island and assassinate Charles Xavier. This right here is honestly the perfect setup for Hank to go darker than he has before. Even after literally segregating the mutant population from humanity, like humanity seemed to want, they still decided to come and kill the man at the forefront of the movement. And Hank, recently placed in charge of mutant black-ops, would likely see that all options are on the table.
Unfortunately, Hank’s actual pathos surrounding the decisions he would go on to make is not explored by the book itself. The book has no interest in detailing Hank’s fall from grace as we saw with Cyclops before him. The book just wants us to accept that Hank has already fallen. And in fact, according to the writing, maybe he never had anywhere to fall from. Any time a character in X-Force tries to ask important questions to understand Hank’s thought process, they are cut off. Usually by Wolverine saying “He’s always been like this.” And then on one occasion, when Wolverine asked Hank why he was doing all this dark shit, Hank said, “Didn’t you read the script? I’ve always been like this.” There is no attempt to examine Hank as a character. We don’t need to know why Hank makes the decisions he does, because this book wants Hank to be a black and white villain and so that’s what he will be. Why? Because he’s always been like this.
Problem 2: Rapid Escalation:
One of the major defenses people have when it comes to Krakoan Hank is that he has apparently been on the road to his villainous self for over a decade. The X-Force run itself loved to have characters spout a list of Hank’s previous “crimes” without any context involved, as justification for why he was acting the way he did in the current run. The problem is, that context is very important. Because it shows the disparity in the Hank of previous stories who made mistakes with good intentions vs the Hank of X-Force who did heinous shit because he wanted to. This was less a plane making a slow descent and more a plane that was slowly descending, but then its engines shut off and it plummeted into a fiery explosion.
To make this case, we need to briefly analyze the previous perceived transgressions of Hank McCoy to show what they actually meant for his character and how they differ from the Bond villain X-Force would present us with. Let’s start with Threnody. Somehow, Threnody became a bit of a buzzword for the beginning of the end for Hank. When people talk about the history of Hank and Threnody, they will usually present it as one of Hank’s worst sins, saying something like “Hank callously handed Threnody over to Mr. Sinister so he could experiment on and abuse her!!!” It kind of makes for some whiplash when you actually read the Threnody story people are talking about. Here is a brief rundown of what actually happens:
Threnody is a young woman who cannot control her powers. It causes her no end of grief, and when we are introduced to her, she is homeless and constantly in danger of hurting herself or others. Beast, Rogue, and Iceman come across Threnody who has been found first by Mr. Sinister. Sinister actually has a vested interest in curing the Legacy Virus, and believes he can help Threnody master her powers, at which point she will prove vital in his efforts to study said Virus. Notably, Threnody wants to go with Sinister here. While Rogue disapproves, Hank does believe that Sinister is actually Threnody’s best option, openly stating Sinister can actually help her gain control and the X-Men cannot, because, as Hank directly says, Sinister is willing to damn parts of his soul in pursuit of scientific enlightenment, and the X-Men are not. A few issues later, when breaking into Sinister’s base, Hank encounters Threnody again. She’s happy. Sinister did indeed help her control her powers, and she has been able to use her abilities to help mutants the world over, while also undermining Sinister’s more evil operations from the inside. Hank expresses relief, saying he was kept up at night by his decision to let her go with Sinister, but Threnody actually thanks him for letting her. And that’s it. That’s Hank’s big “crime” here.

I paid Forge a visit in the Armory – and I must say that he can be, like Logan, rather impossible. There is a certain locker room bravado about him I find perplexing, like a language I only half understand. For instance, he refused to shake my hand but instead dragged me into what he called a “bro hug.” Then he challenged me to a “feat of strength,” asking if I would test out this sappy “muck bomb” he had developed that – or so I gather – glues one in place. He wondered if a “big boy” like me might be able to thrash free of the binding. I refused him and said I very much would prefer to get down to business. He then referred to me as a “bookish peckerwood @#$%” but did so with a friendly laugh and clapped me on the shoulder hard enough to make me stagger. I’m not sure how to process this, honestly. Is he being friendly or cruel? Is it possible to be both?Needless to say, this doesn’t read like Beast. It reads like an android that has never before felt human emotion. I just recently past my first 1000 Daygame approaches and thought I would share my results of this journey.
I tracked almost all my approaches from day one and I thought we could talk about your experience/numbers and what you can expect as a beginner. The 1000 approaches were completed in Germany over the last 1.5 years.
Briefly about me: I started in Daygame in October 2022 and all 1000 approaches that we are talking about today were carried out in one German city. I was terrible with women before (and to be honest I probably still am - but better than I was a year and a half ago).
About my appearance so that you can classify the results: I am 1.85m tall when I started I was slightly overweight. I got rid of that pretty quickly and I am now quite toned. In terms of fashion, I was a complete catastrophe at the beginning, but luckily that got much better very quickly. I would say that I generally look relatively good.
So now the numbers:

If you look around and see what the approximate numbers are that you should use as a guide, I am well below everything you can find. Open to Number in particular seems to be my weakness. But some of the data you find online is probably a bit exaggerated by some coaches in order to attract customers. Which is one reason why I'm writing this post here. In terms of fashion, I was a complete catastrophe at the beginning, but luckily that got much better very quickly. I would say that I generally look relatively good.
So now the numbers:
- There are 1059 approaches in the data set:
- Of those, 931 stopped when I spoke to them
- I got 125 numbers
- Of these, 59 responded to the first message
- In the end, 20 agreed to a first date
- which then resulted in 18 dates (so 2 never came or canceled the date)
- I kissed 8 of them (most of them on the first date when I eventually figured out how to have proper first dates)
- And that ended with 2 lays
- Open to Number: 11.8% (One number every 8.47 approaches)
- Open to Date: 1.9% (For a date I have to make 52.95 approaches)
- Open to Lay: 0.19% (one lay every 529.5 approaches) (a bit stupid to even calculate that but for the sake of completeness)
Personal opinion/evaluation:
If you look around and see what the approximate numbers are that you should use as a guide, I am well below everything you can find. Open to Number in particular seems to be my weakness. But some of the data you find online is probably a bit exaggerated by some coaches in order to attract customers. Which is one reason why I'm writing this post here. I would be interested to know what it looks like for you, what are your numbers? What is realistic as a beginner? How would you classify these results and what are your experiences?

I'm trying to create a new project folder with a set of subfolder per script / shortcut / whatever... looking for a result like this
then I add these variables one by one to a new variable FOLDERNAME and inbetween I add the Text "_" as a spacer.
and then create the new folder named FOLDERNAME , but the outcome is full of question marks between the text bits... looks like this:
Kunde?_?Projekt?_?24-05-21
I also created another variable SUB1 = adding the text "/photos/" to the variable FOLDERNAME
that basically works but the main folder is created again (has another ?) but then a subfolder "Photos" as desired. SO I can skipp creating the main folder as it just gets creaated wen making the first subfolder... all I need to do now is get rid of the "?" additions.

The first thing I have to say is: the tip is not for me, I'm a fem ENTP 7w8 - in high school.
I'm asking this question anonymously for a friend of mine (fem ESFP 2w3), I met her right after I arrived at high school and I also met a fem INTJ 5w4.
Anyway, we always go together well But recently my friend ESFP met an INTJ, I knew he was an INTJ after talking to him for a bit. Obviously I met other people at the time and they complained about this INTJ (let's call him INTJ-a so as not to confuse him with my friend INTJ 5w4).
the first warnings I heard about him were two friends I made (an INFP and an ISFP) who always hung out together, they said they tried to be friends with him but as time went by he started to exclude them and use them both to give money for him if they wanted to continue to be his friends.
they obviously stoped talking to him and every time he passed they sarcastically shouted things like 'GUYS! LOOK AT KIRA!' (since he identified with the L in death note).
Interestingly, that's how I met them (I couldn't help myself, I had to talk to the two people who shouted something about someone every time that person passed by and ran away when someone looked at them)
Anyways, I looked at INTJ-a crookedly from the beginning because I just heard shit about him.
My ESFP friend wanted me to meet him (since according to her we were both intelligent and would get along well) I obviously refused, and rarely spoke to him - the messages he sent to people radiated a certain arrogance that was annoying. but I admit, I thought about messing with him a bit, just to get him feeling dumb. But I gave up and decided to just focus on my friends.
well, in the meantime my ESFP friend kept talking to him.
My INTJ 5w4 friend and I agree that our ESFP friend has always been an emotional person, the type of person that if you say you like her she will ask you to marry her. But she is a good girl, just too much sometimes.
However, she has always had terrible taste in men and ended up being rejected by a guy who can't spend a sentence without saying something that will land him in jail (he is prob an ESTP). He's not bad compared to the INTJ-a, but he's still an ass.
In short: she was in need of romantic attention and this weird intj guy showed up.
He told her that he has autism and she said that she also suspected she had it and the two started talking to each other. Sometimes I would snoop on her cell phone and see that she was texting him.
They talked, talked, talked a lot. Honestly, I never liked him: I could smell the god complex from afar, but my INTJ 5w4 friend said 'meh, he doesn't seem that bad. He just likes be quiet and with himself.'
Well, so I ignored it until things started to go wrong.
The ESFP told me that she didn't want to be with him, but she was embarrassed to do so because he broke up with his WEB-girlfriend because of her (Yes, he was Web-dating, the INFP and ISFP were bullying him all the time because of that - I'm not going to lie it was bully. Those two definitely held a grudge against him after what he did, asking them to pay to be friends with him)
She started to show discomfort when being close to him but seconds later she was smiling and happy with him. Some times I sneaked up behind her and she immediately hid the cell phone where she was talking to - guess who? The INTJ-a.
I knew there was more to this than meets the eye But I didnt ask anything because she didnt wanted to say anything - so I just mentioned this to my INTJ 5w4 friend.
My INTJ 5w4 friend told our ESFP friend that if you feel uncomfortable around someone you like, that's not normal, and that if he says something strange she should just walk away. She also said that if she wanted to put an end to what was going on between the two of them she should stop trying to run away from the problems and just tell him (My ESFP friend wanted to pretend that she was dating me and that she was a lesbian so he would leave her alone, at first I thought it was a joke but then I immediately denied it)
Anyways, I let the tips with my INTJ friend.
well the ESFP spoke to the Intj guy and apparently it all ended there. but not.
She continued to talk to him (even after showing interest in another boy) and there came a point, I don't know what he said, that she desperately wanted him to delete his conversations with her. She talked to him and apparently he did that, but even my INTJ 5w4 friend told her "how are you sure he really deleted everything" - which boiled down to: my INTJ friend and I started to suspect him more, almost like a instinct.
and then the bombshell went off when I learned about a girl and a boy in third grade who when he was 16 the INTJ-a posted online intimate photos of his ELEVEN YEAR OLD girlfriend.
and then it all got worse when our third year high school friend (ESTP 2w3) told us that he and she were planning to do it in the building. And when I least expected it, our group of friends was already around her while she cried desperately.
We saw him looking for her in the cafeteria and on the way out but hesitating when he saw that my INTJ friend and I were with her. I took her to a coffee shop and bought them some drinks then our ESFP friend vented, she said she wasn't innocent and stuff like that, she also said she didn't know what to do because she felt trapped.
I read his messages, honestly, it was funny to see him talking so warmly to her while sometimes treating her so coldly. (he also said he had a foot fetish and wanted to massage her foot 🤣🤣💀💀💀 - sorry guys, I laughed when I read his messages to her.)
Honestly, in my opinion he's just fucking manipulating her - and I'm definitely going to ban her from going to building two at my school (which is the part where he studies and is where it's a secluded corner and they planned to do that) . He also constantly uses the excuse of being autistic to make my Esfp friend think what he is doing is normal.
Anyway, I chose to post this on this Sub because it is easier to characterize people because of the MBTI. So how exactly do I help her realize he's a creep? i mean, she notices this, but she always falls for his lines. just remembering that he posted CHILD PØRN ONLINE, and wanted to take her to an isolated room at school to do god knows what.
Anyways, any Advices?

In a Dating post, I explained that as a man, I (26M) don't have the Hero Instinct; a need and desire to be needed, a lack of need to feel strong and like a provideprotecter. I'm a man who doesn't need--or even WANT, in my case--to feel like "the man" in a relationship. And I kinda want to know how common men like me is, because I don't think this is normal at all.
For men who do have the Hero Instinct, a damsel in distress is great. They make these men feel strong, reliable. Like a handyman, a protector, a provider, a hero. But for me, there's few things worse. To me, the more competent and less vulnerable a woman is--particularly physically--the more attractive she is to me.What attracts me physically is brute strength and athleticism. And to a smaller extent, I find tallness (being 5'7 or taller) more attractive than being short; after all, it's easier to reach stuff when you're tall. Plus, you're more likely to be seen as intimidating and a leader.
As for mental and emotional qualities, a woman who either lacks fear (bravery) or acts despite having fear (courage) is very attractive to me. At my job, a mouse was inside the office of a parking garage I work in sometimes, and three of my female co-workers were afraid of it. A woman who isn't my co-worker, but works in one of the rooms screamed when she saw it and ran back out where I was, and I accompanied her back in so she could get her supplies and work in another area. I knew that what I did was good, but I got no satisfaction out of it. The fact that I stepped up when my female co-workers were afraid meant nothing to me. Didn't make that office worker more endearing to me either.
Plus, growing up, when my mom or my grandmother needed help reaching something, they'd say, "I need your height!", and I'd help them, but...it didn't make me more secure about my height. And when I moved something heavy, my grandmother would sometimes call me her "strong guy", which was almost enough to make me throw up in my mouth. I HATED hearing that. And nowadays, I help my grandaunt with her DIY projects around the house, and my grandma often comments that I'm doing something manly...which--you guessed it--doesn't encourage or motivate me at all.
By contrast, I have glanced at the female cops at my job a few times; particularly one with an arm that was all tatted up. She looked super bad*ss, and I was kind of crushing a little bit. (PSA) I want to start off by recommending retroarch for iPad users. Delta is a FANTASTIC app. I highly recommend it. That being said, if you want to play on an iPad in landscape mode, there is only the iOS version of Delta on iPad. The developer is working on the app for iPad, but as of writing this, retroarch scales perfectly.
(PSA) When it comes to cores. On the apple version of this app, all the cores apple has approved are already included in the app. Can’t add or remove any cores like you can on all the other platforms when running retroarch. If a core is not in retroarch on an apple platform, it is not an approved core or is limited by apple restrictions and will not play well. Apple is not allowing JIT. This is a problem for ps2, psp, and GameCube for sure.
(PRO TIP. .7z to .zip) Using the files app, you can unzip a .7z file. Just rename it to .zip and select it. The files app will unzip it. Done. No need for an unzipping app.
(REQUIRED.) Some cores will crash or not boot a rom. I have found this to be mostly related to bios files not being in the app. (To add bios files = Use the files app. Go to on my iphone. Then find the retroarch folder, and select it. Then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch. After that scroll down to the folder named system. Dump all of your bios for all systems into this folder. I would add any bios you can find for the systems you are playing. This will stop the crashing and increase compatibility with games from different regions.) , (To find what bios are missing, open the retroarch app. Go to settings, core, Manage cores, Scroll down to the core you want to use, Select the core. Then scroll down to firmware. Just below that, you will see which bios are optional. Which ones are missing and required. The (!) is just a bullet point.) If you try to load a rom and it still crashes use a different core to launch that game if it is available. It could be a compatibility issue between the core and the rom. Or it could be region locked and you still need another bios file.
1.) (REQUIRED.) If you want to save yourself some annoyances with Retroarch on iOS, then after you make a change to your settings, hit home in the navigation menu, select configuration file, then save configuration file. I choose the overwrite option, but you can choose what best fits you. We can do this on other platforms by just tapping the back button until it exits the application, but there isn’t a back button on iOS.
2.) (OPTIONAL.) I like to turn on vibration/ haptic feedback. Go to settings in the navigation menu, input and scroll down to haptic feedback. I turn both options on and leave the vibration strength at 100%.
3.) (OPTIONAL.) I like to change the user interface. You can do this in two ways. A.) Changing the theme. Go to settings, user interface, appearance, select color theme and then choose your favorite. Mine is material ui dark. A.1) If you want you can also choose another app icon. The setting is the first option under user interface. B.) I like the stock setup, but you can change the entire layout to be different. You can go to settings, drivers, and select menu. The stock option is glui. You can choose the option you like the best in this section.
4.) (OPTIONAL.) I like to change the date and time format at the top to be something I am more used to. Go to settings, user interface, menu item visibility and select “style of date and time” towards the end of the list.
5.) (REQUIRED.) GETTING GAMES IN THE APP. Then we get to importing content. In the iOS version, Retroarch wants the roms to be placed into a folder that is inside of the Retroarch app itself. What I do is take the roms I want to play on Retroarch and move them into the Retroarch app. Here is how I do that. I have a folder already on my iPhone with the roms I want to play on Retroarch. (I store my roms on device. Using the Files app, then on my iphone and save the folder on your phone first. We move it to where it needs to go in the next step.). My folder is named “Retroarch Roms”. It can be really helpful to stay organized. Especially if you also use the Delta and ppsspp apps. I use the files app to locate this folder. Then I select it and move it. Or you could copy it but be mindful of files sizes and storage space. (I put “copy it” in here for a major reason. If you store all your roms in retroarch. And one day you want to delete and reinstall the app…. Bye bye roms. My library is too big to back up to iCloud. But that might be a good option if it works. I have not tested it.). Then move or paste this folder inside of the Retroarch app folder under downloads. (Files app, on my iphone, scroll down to retroarch – select it, then select the subfolder that is also named retroarch, then scroll down to downloads, select it. Your entire folder or multiple folders can go here.) Then hit the playlist menu (middle navigation button.) and select import content. Then scan directory. Click documents/retroarch, scroll down to downloads, then select scan this directory. Then let it do its thing. I like to leave the app open and on screen so the iphone/ipad doesn’t limit background activity. After it is done you can come back to the playlist menu to look through and launch your games. After you have launched a few games, You can go to Home, history and launch your recently played games from there. There is a favorites tab in the playlist section, but I don’t use it personally.
6.) (UPDATES.) I like to make sure a few things are up to date. So, I hit the home menu at the bottom. Go to online updater. Make sure on demand thumbnails is toggled on. (This will add box art on demand as you scroll through your playlist/library.) Then just below that update core files and all the others below it. Update all of them. Then scroll back up to playlist thumbnail updater (This is how you download box art manually for each playlist/library.) and select any system libraries/playlists that are missing album art. If it is your first time, I would just select them all to make sure box art is there when you browse your library. If you want some free to use roms go to content downloader and some homebrew and other roms are in there for each system.
(PSA.2) After you are done changing any settings. Do not just close the app. Make sure you save the configuration file like I mentioned at the start of this post. If not, the settings you changed will be “forgotten” but the roms and album art should still be there. Man, I wish someone told me that before I wasted my life 3 times in a row.
7.) (PS1) Firmware for ps1. To run games correctly you will need firmware for the ps1. PSX rearmed can get you started and playing but the “beetle psx hw” core for ps1 has an upscaling capability. This will make games look tremendously better. Firmware location. After a quick search on the interwebs, you have what you need. (To find what bios are missing, open the retroarch app. Go to settings, core, Manage cores, Scroll down to the core you want to use, Select the core. Then scroll down to firmware. Just below that, you will see which bios are optional. Which ones are missing and which are required. The (!) is just a bullet point.) Use your files app. Go to on my iPhone. Find the Retroarch app folder. Click the folder in there named retroarch. Scroll down to system and dump the bios files there. I can’t say where to get them, but “psx bios” should be easy to find in an archive if you search the googles. Make sure the spelling matches specifically. You can look in settings. Scroll down to directory. And you can scroll through where the app is currently looking for bios and you can change that if you need to. You can also go to settings, select core, manage cores, then scroll to the core you are looking for, then select the core. Scroll down to firmware section and select the “looking in” option to see where it wants the bios. It will tell you if any bios are missing as well. This can apply to any core. Not just ps1 cores.
8.) (SEGA SATURN.). Make sure all the Saturn bios are in the system folder inside the Retroarch folder (Look at the other bullet points on this post to see how. Some games will not launch unless the core has the correct bios. ). Roms. After extracting a rom, it should be a folder full of bin files. Put that whole folder (For each game/rom) in a Saturn roms sub folder. (Make a new folder called “Saturn Roms”.) Using the files app, go to on my iphone, go to the retroarch folder, then the retroarch sub folder. Then scroll down and select downloads. This is where you want to store the Saturn Roms folder. And one day you want to delete and reinstall the app…. Bye bye roms. My library is too big to back up to iCloud. But that might be a good option if it works. I have not tested it.). The reason i wrote depression like that isn't because she isn't depressed, but i honestly don't think it was the reason for breaking up with me, even though she told me so.
We dated for 6 months, this was my second and longest relationship, the first one being like 4 months and it ended the same way, she was depressed and told me that she wanted to be alone and that she couldn't love me as i deserved, 2 weeks later she comes back to her ex, the one who she always told me was an asshole and even hit her at some point, though that ended up pretty quickly.
So, this new girl, after texting for a month and then having our first couple dates, i start to notice the same signs that my ex had: Depression, past abusive relationships, and so on. I wanted to ignore it but i knew back then that this wasn't going anywhere, but i was already hooked and fell in love.
She showered me with love, saying that im the most beatiful boy she's ever dated, the most kind and funny, etc. But she was almost always sad, said to me a couple of times that she wanted to kill herself (she attempted to, in the past) that her days were hell, she was always in her room doing nothing but watching tiktoks and smoking weed, things that she always said she would leave and then do it again a week later.
She said to me that if it weren't for me she would be even more miserable, i always tried to make her happy even when she was cold and sometimes mean to me because when she was having this episodes of depression she would sometimes ignore me all day or speak to me in a cold manner, i was always understanding and even though it hurt me i was always there for her, giving her gifts for when she was feeling really sad, listening to her, trying to cheer her up and a lot of other things.
The previous wednesday she told me that she wanted to break up, that she loved me but wanted to be alone because a relationship is a really big responsibility for her and she can't even manage herself, i said to her that if she loved me she wouldn't break up with me, we would fix things together, because in my mind i don't get it, why breaking up with someone that loves you and you love (supposedly) would make you feel better? she even told me that she was forcing herself the last few weeks to have sex with me because her body would reject it but she didn't want to say no to me, and of course i said that even though sex is important i wouldn't mind not having sex for a while because our relationship was more important, and that i would support her if that would make her feel better, but she insisted and broke up with me.
Now, not even a week has passed and i was stalking her twitter (yes i know it's not good, i will stop soon but i just can't at the moment) and she was tweeting things like "I messed up with my boyfriend" "I love you but this cant work out" "I miss him" Note: apart from depression she has anxiety and BPD so she is really indecisive, for example, when we first started dating she wanted to break up with me after a month because of the same thing (her mental health) and then an hour later she said to me it was just an impulse, that she wanted to come back and didn't know what she was thinking. Now 2 days later after those tweets, she started following like 10 new guys in instagram and that left me devastated, she broke up with me because she wanted to be alone and couldn't even have sex and not even a week has passed and she is talking to new guys? If she would've reached out to me and said she regretted her decision then MAYBE i would've thought getting back with her if she stayed committed, but now i know it's wrong but i actually feel disgusted with her, all this love i had for her turned into resentment, like, i said i love you and i will support you no matter what, but you say you want to be alone and then this?

Intro: As I alluded to over the weekend, I ordered & got in my FV SP mower, though I got it a day early, and decided to mow the lawn yesterday to test it out. I'm coming from the non self propelled version of the Gen 2 mower, which was a bit anemic, but got the job done for 3.5 seasons. My caveats here are that I haven't used a gas mower in 20 years, and I've never used a self propelled mower in my life, so I have nothing to compapre against here.
Mowinig Performance:
Overall the mower is really powerful, I mowed most of the lawn bagging, some of it side discharging and some of it mulching. The bagging performance was really good, compared to the Gen 2 mower. It was consistently filling the bag to around 90% full whereas the gen2 was filling it to about 20 or 30% which was annoying. This allowed me to mow almost the hole lawn bagging, which I never realistically would have done on my gen2. The mulching performance was pretty good as well. Sure it left clippings on the lawn, however the grass was wet, and the patch I set up last week to test this by not mowing it was almost 8 inches tall. So this was a bit of a torture test. The mower didn't bog down, nor did it seem really to care that I was asking it to chew through a bunch of stuff. I was even able to cold start the mower while it was in the grass, something I wouldn't have been able to do with my gen 2. The rear - side discharge capability was okay it didn't seem to clog as much as the gen2's side discharge would. The clippings were consistently spread across the lawn, and wasn't patchy as it was coming out.
Consistently filled about 90% of the bag before needing emptying.
Some of this was side discharged, and it was spread well enough that you can't even tell.
The mulching patch I used as a stress test. Almost all of this was 4/5 load with some dips to 5 but no bogging down.
Runtime & discharge:
Overall I would say that while I'm not impressed by the runtime, I'm not disappointed, which is really what matters. I went through one worn and two relatively new DCB609s and one full dcb612 which is roughly the same amount of power -- about is 20v equivalent 36 AH, or 12 AH at 60v accounting for battery wear on my older batteries -- as I would have gone through on my Gen2. The difference is that it went through them faster. This mow would have taken me about 2 and a half hours to do with the gen 2 because I would have had to go over the back yard twice. It's really thick and in need of dethatching, plus I noticed halfway through the mow that I wasn't mowing at the same level as I usually do because I misread the height gauge. All in all I went through all of that battery in about 1 hour 40 while mowing wet grass at a lower setting than my gen2 would have been able to do, so overall it's okay. Only subsequennt mows where I'm not trying to torture the mower will really tell. But I'll happily trade additional battery burn for saving an hour in these circumstances.
Unlike the gen 2 though, when the mower cuts out due to the battery, it's not going again. My batteries still ran the string trimmer after the mower refused to use them anymore, so I think the mower just refuses to run when the voltage coming from the battery gets too low. Both of my DCB609s stopped powering the mower with what I guess to be about 10% remaining. Just a thing I noticed. This mower is asking a lot out of its batteries and overall I'm pretty happy how it used them. The batteries weren't even warm when I took them out and that's with the mower operating at over the 3/5's load bar almost the entire time.
Ease of use:
There are some things that I noticed remain true from Project For Alls review of the 20v mower. (Go check it out on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h\_dU8CoTXDw&t=5s) I did agree that the thumb paddles were slightly awkward, though nothing I'm sure I can't get used to. They're very light action so I'm sure part of it was pushing more firmly on them than I needed to. I can't see how they'd be worse than EGO's SP buttons, they seem like they'd be about the same to me, it really didn't take much effort to depress them. I did also experience the thing he did as well where the drive wheels take a second to disengage so it's hard to back it up, however it's less than half a second on my mower so I'm sure some of that is just me needing to get used to using it. I wouldn't categorize this as a real complaint from my side, just a thing I noted. The main complaint I have about the mower is that it's very readr heavy to the front can bounce a bit more than you'd otherwise like, even more than the gen2. This also has a fun side effect of making the mower very wheelie happy, which is just another thing to get used to, again not really a problem, you just don't want to be pushing downward on the bar when you engage the self drive. One random thing to note, my power button has a cracked plastic retaining latch so if I push to the side, it won't properly reset, I'll probably just fix it I don't think that requires a fully warranty service. I'll probably just 3d print something. It's honestly probably a shipping defect because of how the mower is packaged things could it that area. Am I disappointed, yes, do I _really_ care. No. It's not worth a whole new mowever over a button that still ultimately works. I might tweet them just to let them know, but it's honestly no big deal.
I'm actually not sure if it will fit a 615, however if anyone has one, and can measure the tip of the terminal to the back of the battery I can probably check when I get back home tomorrow. The battery doesn't sit all the way in, so i think the far side of the terminal to the back of the battery is the measurement I need and I didn't see that online.
You can absolutely stow a spare battery with you so that you don't have to go to the garage to get another one. :p

The mower has oodles and oodles of power, if you have ever used the full FlexVolt 60v Circular saw, it's that feeling that I'm talking about. It just doesn't care about load. It takes a lot to bog this mower down. Is it an EGO? No. Is it class leading? I'm not sure. It is however a good fit for me because I have FV batteries already from my woodworking tools. So overall I'm happy with this. I would recommend this mower for anyone with a bunch of FV like I do. (I have about 21AH at 60v worth of FV batteries) I'm happy with it, and it saved me about an hour of mowing overmy gen 2. As I said in the intro, I've not used a gas mower, nor ever used a self propelled so I don't have anything to compare this to. What I can say is my lawn is really thick so I was able to validate that this mower has "get up and go" power, and I overall liked the self propel functionality, and that's all that really matters right? It doesn't have to be the literal best to be good. I enjoyed using it, it saved me time, and that's what mattered. I'm happy with it and would recommend it.

I've liked my best friend for ages now but I could never tell her cuz I didn't wanna do anything to risk our friendship. She means so much to me and I couldn't lose her over a stupid crush. It's not like I hide it as well, everyone in our school knows and tells me I should ask her out. But we've had conversations about relationships and stuff and it's pretty clear that she will never like me.
My friend was one of the people who shipped us and kept asking both of us why we weren't dating. But out of nowhere he told my best friend he liked her even tho they've never talked irl and are basically strangers. Turns out she has a thing for him as well and they're planning on dating sometime soon.
What sucks is that he didn't tell me at all. That piece of shit had the audacity to tell me to ask her out and ship us and ask her out the next day. He was also acting like nothing happened at all and talking to me like normal. They didn't plan on telling me either, but my best friend went behind his back and told me and expected me to be happy for her.
We've been having exams and I'm under a lot of stress and there's a lot going on in my life all at once and she's been pushing me away. When I was noticeably upset after she told me she liked him she complained how I was too needy and felt like I was draining her emotionally. A. No, the site was designed to be one per day. Some users have created a second or third project in order to have more than one a day.

A. There have been several editions of the book. Each time, some albums are removed in favour of newer albums. The generator includes any album as long as it was in at least one edition of the book. As of 2024, this is 1089 albums total.

GROUPS

I've been thinking about making this post for months! I have absolutely no idea how to start it but I've decided it's time to make it. I am a (26M) Sikh guy in Canada that would like to find a S/O through online dating, meeting up, hook ups, whatever, etc. I was born and raised in Canada and have never been outside of the country, my family's been here for 4 generations and I've been raised around diverse backgrounds and people that aren't like me. However, being a Sikh and having a turban is like an identity to me (like a blood type, natural eye colour, etc) and not something that defines that I have limitations to who I can date/ what I can do. I believe I've achieved everything outside of dating and have perfected myself enough that I'm super confident in myself (I still acknowledge I have flaws) and don't feel insecure about anything that could cause me to feel down for being rejected by everybody. I'm working in the medical field (central Alabama) and need to make calls throughout the day. However, I can't call doctors (landlines) for example due to problems on AT&T's side.
Is AT&T aware of this and what are you doing about it?
Patients and colleagues have also reported they can't reach some places with their AT&T wireless plans.
Support told me to use Whatsapp or another third party software or get a new number, "they would need a couple days to fix it"...
Since there's many reports on this issue from the past online I am not so hopeful. Do I need to switch away from AT&T again already?
I'd appreciate official feedback.
I couldn't even call some of the AT&T support numbers by the way... "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later"
Thanks for any tips / help.
P.S. Phone is up to date, service was reconnected, phone was turned off and on several times, network settings were reset, I have Internet service, forwarding is turned off and I can call cellphones and receive calls from cellphones and support confirmed it's an issue with ATT.

She had sex with her ex during that time once, and she also shared that there was a time she went to an outdoor party with a campfire where she talked to some stranger guy who she was very attracted to, they may have smoked weed and drank, and she ended up kissing him for some time. She says that's all that happened but that she thinks she may have given him her number (even though we were officially together at that point). I also found out that she was "infatuated" with a work colleague in the last couple years and had also fantasized about her long ago ex and other men, but are said she never did anything inappropriate.
She says since then she's never cheated on me again and is committed to me, and she's apologized a lot, but she's also been defensive and resistant to a lot of the things I've wanted in reconciliation (mainly just verbal reassurance, empathy).

She was everything to me and ik every guy says that but its worse with me. Im 23 and to this day she is the only girl ive slept with in my entire life. Only person i trusted. She was the image of perfection to me in every way possible, I did everything with her. Showered. She fed me. Helped me clean my room. Took care of me bc i get really bad psoriasis flare ups. Okay fellow humans, I’m kind of at a crossroads here and I need some advice… So lately some stuff went down with my roommate and her boyfriend and on a night of drinking she showed me and my boyfriend the screenshots of the conversations between her boyfriend and another female(s). I saw some things like “you get me soaked” and him calling her baby which honestly made my red flag radar start going off. I didn’t really pay attention to the time stamps or when the conversation happened but all I know is that if you’re in a relationship you shouldn’t be talking to other people like that, and I told my roommate those exact words. She also went to my boyfriend to talk about it as well and I’m pretty sure he told her the same thing. After that we continued having a good time together and went on with the night having fun as a little family. The next day (Mothers Day) my boyfriend and I were leaving to go see our beloved mamas, as I was walking out the door my roommates boyfriend stopped me to talk to me about last night. He looked at me and started with “First I want to clarify that those screenshots she showed you were old and happened before we started dating, she likes to show stuff like that when she’s drunk.” I was honestly speechless… the questions running through my head in that moment were “why are you trying to justify yourself with me right now?” And “If you already talked about it before with her why are you trying to talk to me?” Of course I didn’t ask those out loud but I just kind of gave him a glare, and I said “alright man” and walked out the door, mind you when he told me that his body language was off and fidgety AND she has never even showed us stuff like that before the previous times we got drunk together. The date of the text was from April 15, 2023… My roommate and her boyfriend have been together for the past 3 years… ummmm RED FLAG. Later that week my boyfriend and I planned on talking to my roommate alone when her boyfriend was at work, and that’s what we did. About two or three days ago we pulled her outside to express our concerns, my boyfriend and I have both been in relationships with shitty people so we know how it feels to be cheated on so it was with good intentions and we were just trying to look out for her. My boyfriend told her to just keep an eye out and proceed with caution. We tried asking him what’s wrong but all we got was the silent treatment, which we didn’t really care. But he was being salty which ruined the vibe in the room so my boyfriend and I just went upstairs cause we didn’t want to be around a sourpuss. We didn’t know why he was upset, but my boyfriend and I assumed that our roommate told him about what we said to her and now he’s mad about it. Was it wrong to express or worry to her? Are we the as*holes for not wanting our friend to get hurt? I need some advice. What do ya’ll think about this??
