Some Saturday color (Cobalt) for a customer. One coat to go.

I have an unglazed b-mix bisque piece I would like to add intricate small detailed designs to, kind of resembling Chinese blue and white pottery. I was hoping to get some guidance. Traditionally, one would use a cobalt-rich glaze to paint the piece. I don't have a steady hand and I cannot free hand so I don't want to mess up the piece with painting. I have attached an example photo of how detailed I want my designs to be (minus shading i'm aiming for mostly line work).
My ideas are below:

1. Create my designs on my iPad and either trace them onto the bisque with a projector and then draw over those sketches with a blue underglaze pencil. (lots of work and unsure if this is most efficient. I also have heard many mixed reviews about underglaze pencils. Ideally, I don't want the lines to be chalky, blown out, or faint).
   
2. Create designs on iPad and laser print the designs onto a transfer sheet (I don't have the resources to do this, but if anyone knows a place where I could custom order transfer pieces in color I would be overjoyed to know!)
   
3. I could do step 1 and try to paint glaze on it, but the designs are so detailed i'm worried i'll screw it up.
   

Any advice/suggestions would be super helpful! I'm new to glazing!

It is cosplay and since he is wearing 2 fictitous ides on his wrist, with the esu ide first, it makes me think all of it is fake.
