We were eachothers first 'real' love and we really have this deep and genuine connection throughout the entire rs. For us it was a perfect rs. He's really a nice guy and he treats me very well. But we broke up because I caught him entertaining other girl (This was his first cheating issue) behind my back but didn't pursued. we were having issues prior this cheating. LDR kami for 6m and problems about time and understanding for eachother, It's draining for both of us. reviewing for boards kasi ako and nag aadjust pa siya sa work/adult life.
When we broke up, i can feel his sincerity and remorse to his mistake to the point he was mad to himself that he ruined me and our rs. but he decided that I should not give him a second chance because he knows that I will no longer be at peace in the rs. he said that his decision was entirely for my peace and also a little bit for him, as he was ashamed to what he's done and can no longer face me. But when I sent him my closure message, he said that he doesn't know if he made the right decision, he still can't let me go and he's head is basically in a mess right now and can't give me a proper closure around this time. I can't move forward knowing that he still can't let me go. But then, we continued no contact fir few months. Until recently my friend found him on a dating app. This broke me but I still didn't reached out. I was confused and felt like he's giving me mixed signals.

"That was the third violent weird guy I have killed today.. This day keeps getting better and more thrilling by the minute!"
Grabbing his phone and turning it on, The Badass Sheriff starts to scroll through random pictures that his best friend, Louie, sent him. All of them are normal and wholesome, which is nice. Clyde giggles happily while he looks at them. Then, he begins texting him, asking if there's anything exciting going on where he's at, his friend tells him no, nothing yet.. but the street vendors are giving their food away for free right now! 'Ah, neat..!', Clyde thinks, smiling cheerily. Before he gets to ask him to grab a hot dog for him, he hears a terrified player outside, screaming for help, they also sound like they're crying. The Badass Sheriff grins, it's time for more action! Not wanting to forget his shotgun again, he picks it up and then runs out of his office. He spots a violent weird guy chasing down a teenage boy in a distant, but not that far away. The poor kid trips and falls to the ground, then fearfully begs him not to kill him as he pulls his sign out. So, what does Clyde do? He takes a slightly big rock near him and then tosses it at the violent weird guy. It hits him right on the head, to which he immediately turns his head to look at The Badass Sheriff, growling angrily.
"HEY, GLITCH-FACED DITCH! Let's play..!"
Now that he's focused on Clyde instead of the horrified teen, the violent weird guy charges towards him, letting out a heavily distorted screech. The colorful badass adult waits and waits... and then instantly whacks him hard across the face with his shotgun, causing him to fall down to the ground. The violent weird guy attempts to get back up, but Clyde kicks him in the face and does the same to his right hand, making his sign fly off a few feet away. With a triumphant grin, The Badass Sheriff puts his left leg on his chest, keeping the violent weird guy down. Cocking his shotgun, he aims at his face.
"Say cheese, baby."
*BANG!*
The weird guy has been killed. The teary-eyed teenager approaches Clyde, and thanks him profusely for saving his life. Chuckling joyfully, he reassures the boy that no one would harm or kill anyone when he's around, then asks him if he wants to go to his office and chat with him. The teen's eyes light up. He says yes! Going back to the building, they start talking about things. Apparently, the boy accidentally bumped into the weird guy and thought he apologized to him, but realized he didn't, actually. The Badass Sheriff nods a little, thinking, 'Sadly, an extremely common mistake..'. A few more minutes of them simply chatting, the teen tells him that his friends are in the supermarket, waiting for him. Kind of awkwardly, he asks Clyde if he can take him there, he would love to! The boy thanks him again and they leave the office. Four minutes pass, they reach the supermarket, the teen gets out of the car, waving good-bye to The Badass Sheriff. He does the same, then drives off back to his office.
It's getting dark now, seems like a perfect time to go shopping! Clyde and Louie are heading to the largest mall in the game, StarDawn Mall. It was his friend's idea, so why not? After parking the car, the two sheriffs exit the vehicle and enter the massive building. As they walk around and talk, some players spot and greet them happily. A few approach The Badass Sheriff, asking for his autograph on their notebooks, completely ignoring Louie. The Cowardly Sheriff is sad... the poor guy. Clyde notices and comforts him, telling him that eventually, they will respect him too. But when? Who knows. Clyde then informs the players that he's not gonna do anything for them yet, as he's on a short break with his best pal at the moment. They understand and move aside for them to continue strolling. Going up to the second floor, some MORE players greet them cheerily. A little happy, Louie asks his friend if they can go and buy bracelets for the both of them, Clyde says of course, let's go there! The Cowardly Sheriff is excited!! Walking through a couple of hallways, they enter a shop. As he looks around, Louie finds a pair of matching star-shaped bracelets, he picks them up and goes to the counter, he then purchases them. He gives one of them to Clyde, who wears it on his right wrist. Louie also wears the other one, on his left wrist. The cashier joyfully thanks them for shopping as they leave the store.
They proceed to stroll through the floor, talking about stuff and sharing stories. ... Then, The Cowardly Sheriff notices something behind them, and pats Clyde on the shoulder twice, sweating nervously.
"Umm, Clyde..? There's a weird guy next to the glasses store, he's carrying a teenager. The kid looks distressed..!!"
Stopping in his tracks, The Badass Sheriff turns around to look at the weird guy, who notices him. The teen boy is struggling to set himself free. Clyde's smile turns to a frown.
"Put him down."
The weird guy doesn't do anything, he's starting to sweat.
"Put the kid down."
Still nothing. There's a broken bench leg lying next to Clyde's left leg, so he grabs it.
"I'm not asking again. Do it.. now."
The weird guy finally lets go of the teenager, his arms slightly raised, sweating profusely. The boy flees and runs to another hallway, thanking The Badass Sheriff in fear. Clyde smiles once more, and drops the bench leg. He nods once at the mute grey adult, who then walks away, trembling. Him and Louie continue to walk around the mall. Nothing much is happening right now, everything is just fine! A few hours later, they leave the building and enter Clyde's car. It's time to go back now...
They had tons of fun... and their break is over.
It's time to protect and save more players!

I (F38) am separated from my husband (M49), with a child (F6) and trying to work it out. I unexpectedly fell pregnant and it’s a big mess. I’m high risk being older and on medication difficult to come off. My husband and I are in shock and have a lot to sort through. Telling our family and friends is going to come with lots of questions and potentially upset people.
A few days ago I told my sister as she is the only person I know who has gone through the emotions of an unplanned pregnancy (she was 19 at the time). I said it’s only early, and even without the other complications I wouldn’t want to tell anyone until the first trimester is over. Please keep it private.
Well… she told my 13yo niece who immediately told my 7yo nephew. “Couldn’t help herself”
I’m pissed at my sister. Kids can’t relied on to keep these things to themselves, it’s not fair on them to try. Pushing aside that our whole family will probably find out in a matter of days now (we live interstate to them all) our 6yo daughter who won’t know she’s getting a very much wanted sibling until first trimester is over. In case of the worst, and because she will tell everyone and sundry before we’re ready.
So I told my sister that she shouldn’t have done that and her response was if I didn’t want her children to know I shouldn’t have told her and why haven’t I told my daughter?
I put the boundary down that because she broke my trust, I won’t be trusting her with any other private information because she’s said she will tell her children. Second, that her kids can’t FaceTime my daughter (they live interstate) until we tell her at 13 weeks, just over a month.
She’s said if I’m going to shame her the I can f*ck off out of her life and now posting on Facebook quotes about the power of stepping back from relationships etc. My nephew has been trying to call constantly repeatedly since he found out. AITAH?

I (21F) and my “friend” (22F) would often hangout and consequently i developed a crush on her. I knew she was straight so it perhaps got built into the “forbidden fruit” syndrome. I wanted her more because she could never truly be mine. Initially, it was all ‘pure and emotional’. I even confessed my feelings to her. This is a vital information that Later at some point, I would be caressing her thighs or groping her playfully. She never protested or got offended, but would just shyly back away. We even sorta made out - but only second base - basically fondled over our clothes. She ended things later and ended up dating another guy. Initially, i was heartbroken. But at this point, I feel no emotional attachment towards her. It starts getting crazy from here on in. I often find myself fantasizing about her. I have legit wet dreams imagining doing stuffs or imagining her naked. We don’t even talk, but I feel like if we did it at least once - I’d get over her. I know it’s unhealthy, but these thoughts don’t seem to stop. What do i do?

First of all, this is going to be a long post. apologies for any grammatical or spelling errors. It's very late at night and I just needed to get this off my chest. Also, I'm doing this on my phone, so...
My friend, whom I've been very close to for about a year and four months, has removed me from his life for the time being and claims I am a horrible person and a narcissist. This started during a small event about a year ago when we were playing Call of Duty with a particular friend. One of my other friends, whom they are not familiar with, started razzing on them, teasing, and making fun of them a little for not being very good at the game because they were brand new. (I know the fact that they didn't know each other had a lot to do with how he viewed this interaction.) I realized it affected him badly, and I apologized profusely.
I acknowledge that talking shit to your friends on Call of Duty is pretty par for the course for me, so I didn't recognize the problem immediately. Teasing and shit-talking your friends on Call of Duty is very normal for me, but for them, it really struck a chord. They thought they were being bullied and targeted directly for some reason, but they didn't exactly tell me why. At the time of the interaction, I didn't take it seriously because I knew the person and knew he wasn't doing it maliciously. He had also been drinking, which made him a bit more rowdy. Explaining that it wasn't malicious wasn't good enough during the confrontation later on. Apologies weren't good enough either. I didn't know what they wanted me to do other than go back in time and address it at that moment. I wish I could have.
The friend who did this was someone I usually only hung out with during Call of Duty. But afterward, I got closer to him over the months that followed. My friend who was hurt didn't tell me about his feelings until much later. I learned later that he was getting offended that I was getting closer to this person as well. When he eventually told me about it, I brushed it off, saying that that's how people act on Call of Duty. No, I'm not condoning the terrible things people say in Call of Duty, but my friend is not like that. I know some of you might be thinking about Call of Duty and the worst of the worst things said there, but it definitely wasn't that.
I didn't take it seriously at the time, and we got into an argument. He still never fully explained what exactly I did wrong, just that I didn't defend him or that I brushed off his feelings. He thinks my friend is a brash drunk person and basically just a bad person. He told me all of my Call of Duty friends are garbage. I admitted that my friend was struggling with alcoholism but has been taking huge steps to improve his life. He's still improving every day. But he still talks shit on Call of Duty, and I talk shit to him too. For us, talking shit to your friends is kind of how you express your friendship. It probably sounds crazy, but my hurt friend still felt extremely bad about it and threatened to cut off our friendship if I didn't apologize correctly or cut off my Call of Duty friend. We eventually worked through this argument.
This brings me to another argument we had later on. For the past few months, my friend has been extremely depressed. He's going to therapy again, but every time we talk, he talks about how depressed he is, how his dating life is terrible, how everyone in his past has treated him awfully, his dating prospects are horrible, and nobody likes him. He's depressed because he might have to move and he's currently out of a job. I feel for this man terribly. I love him and wish I could help him with everything he needs. But it's like he's flipped a switch in the last few months and suddenly hates me. He has called me a narcissist or said that I have narcissistic traits, or that I'm just terrible. He says I have some sort of mental disorder. He constantly tells people I need to work on myself and that if I can't acknowledge my problems, I must be damaged. To be fair, everyone has problems they need to work on.
He also told people that I trick people into liking me and told my boyfriend that I manipulated him into being with me. Every single conversation he's had with people about me has been either awfully negative or bizarrely positive about how I'm such a wonderful person. It's honestly starting to get god-awfully annoying.
I had stopped hanging out with him one-on-one because every time we talked, it was so depressing or overly positive about how happy he was about my relationship with his best friend growing. It was honestly very strange. I used to confide in him about my relationship with his best friend, but I do not do that anymore. It would always devolve into the depressing things I mentioned above and how everyone in his past has treated him terribly. So I would only hang out with him in social settings because he wouldn't share like that when there were other people around. That’s a stark contrast from the many hours we used to spend speaking one-on-one, playing games, and just chatting and watching videos for hours on end. We were very close.
I’m aware that only spending time with him in a group setting was a messed-up thing to do. I should have talked to him about my feelings, but I was honestly scared that he would get mad at me because of how he had reacted in the past and how reactive he had been to everything anyone had said to him recently. He has been overthinking every single thing that I say. He takes everything I say out of context and misunderstands every single thing I say to him.
One day, I burned my hand badly and couldn’t play anything, so I ended up just watching a show with my boyfriend. My friend messaged me and asked if I wanted to play games with him. I told him about my hand and that I wasn't going to be playing any games. I had made plans to play games later that night with another friend, but I told him those plans were canceled. He accused me of trying to ostracize him. I told him that if I felt up for it, I would invite him if my hand felt better and I could play games later that night. He lives on the East Coast, and I live on the West Coast, so if I play later at night, he might be sleeping, but I told him if he was awake, I would invite him. I ended up not being able to. My hand was very badly burnt, and I had an ice pack on it all night. And he never said it directly. But the way he was like, if you don't want me to hang out you can just tell me. Was very telling that he didn't believe me and he thought I was just excluding him. I ended up taking a picture of what I was doing and sent it to him, which he said was ridiculous and unnecessary of me to do, but it was the only thing I could do to make him stop. It’s like he’s looking for bad things to think and say about me.
He even snapped on a very long-term friend, calling him a terrible name. It was incredibly cruel and extremely out of character. I know he’s going through serious mental issues and depression, and he has recently started going to therapy again. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it’s just hard at this point. I have apologized dozens of times, but he constantly says that I don’t apologize correctly or that I’m not apologizing the right way. I don’t know what that means. I’m so apologetic, and I know I have a terrible way of expressing myself and saying the right words. He knows that. He deleted me on all platforms except for a couple. He said he left those avenues of contact open as a way for us to try and work through this. We called each other a few days ago and had a pretty good conversation. I think this is going to end positively. I think our relationship and friendship are going in a positive direction at this point. But I’m just feeling crazy about all of this and wondering if maybe I am crazy. I’m an overthinker and I overthink everything. And now that I can’t stop thinking about this, maybe I am a narcissist. Maybe I am a horrible person. I kind of just wanted some outside perspective on it. If you have any questions or need me to explain anything further, please ask. I’ll be more than happy to answer.
I know I should have defended him properly and I did not communicate well enough. I know I should have expressed my feelings to him and tried to work through them properly. I’m a very bad communicator and tend to over-explain because I hate being misunderstood. I know that can get on people’s nerves, and they can see me trying to explain my point as just making excuses or justifying my actions when I’m just trying to make sure I’m understood so they know exactly why I did something and understand my point of view. I do this even when I have acknowledged that I’m wrong. I just want to be understood. That is something I’m actively working on. It’s a terrible quality, I know. But if this doesn't get better, what should I do?

One of my other friends, whom they are not familiar with, started razzing on them, teasing, and making fun of them a little for not being very good at the game because they were brand new. (I know the fact that they didn't know each other had a lot to do with how he viewed this interaction.) I realized it affected him badly, and I apologized profusely.
I acknowledge that talking shit to your friends on Call of Duty is pretty par for the course for me, so I didn't recognize the problem immediately. Teasing and shit-talking your friends on Call of Duty is very normal for me, but for them, it really struck a chord. They thought they were being bullied and targeted directly for some reason, but they didn't exactly tell me why. At the time of the interaction, I didn't take it seriously because I knew the person and knew he wasn't doing it maliciously. He had also been drinking, which made him a bit more rowdy. Explaining that it wasn't malicious wasn't good enough during the confrontation later on. Apologies weren't good enough either. I didn't know what they wanted me to do other than go back in time and address it at that moment. I wish I could have.
The friend who did this was someone I usually only hung out with during Call of Duty. But afterward, I got closer to him over the months that followed. My friend who was hurt didn't tell me about his feelings until much later. I learned later that he was getting offended that I was getting closer to this person as well. When he eventually told me about it, I brushed it off, saying that that's how people act on Call of Duty. No, I'm not condoning the terrible things people say in Call of Duty, but my friend is not like that. I know some of you might be thinking about Call of Duty and the worst of the worst things said there, but it definitely wasn't that.
I didn't take it seriously at the time, and we got into an argument. He still never fully explained what exactly I did wrong, just that I didn't defend him or that I brushed off his feelings. He thinks my friend is a brash drunk person and basically just a bad person. He told me all of my Call of Duty friends are garbage. I admitted that my friend was struggling with alcoholism but has been taking huge steps to improve his life. He's still improving every day. But he still talks shit on Call of Duty, and I talk shit to him too. For us, talking shit to your friends is kind of how you express your friendship. It probably sounds crazy, but my hurt friend still felt extremely bad about it and threatened to cut off our friendship if I didn't apologize correctly or cut off my Call of Duty friend. We eventually worked through this argument.
This brings me to another argument we had later on. For the past few months, my friend has been extremely depressed. He's going to therapy again, but every time we talk, he talks about how depressed he is, how his dating life is terrible, how everyone in his past has treated him awfully, his dating prospects are horrible, and nobody likes him. He's depressed because he might have to move and he's currently out of a job. I feel for this man terribly. I love him and wish I could help him with everything he needs. But it's like he's flipped a switch in the last few months and suddenly hates me. He has called me a narcissist or said that I have narcissistic traits, or that I'm just terrible. He says I have some sort of mental disorder. He constantly tells people I need to work on myself and that if I can't acknowledge my problems, I must be damaged. To be fair, everyone has problems they need to work on.
He also told people that I trick people into liking me and told my boyfriend that I manipulated him into being with me. Every single conversation he's had with people about me has been either awfully negative or bizarrely positive about how I'm such a wonderful person. It's honestly starting to get god-awfully annoying.
I had stopped hanging out with him one-on-one because every time we talked, it was so depressing or overly positive about how happy he was about my relationship with his best friend growing. It was honestly very strange. I used to confide in him about my relationship with his best friend, but I do not do that anymore. It would always devolve into the depressing things I mentioned above and how everyone in his past has treated him terribly. So I would only hang out with him in social settings because he wouldn't share like that when there were other people around. That’s a stark contrast from the many hours we used to spend speaking one-on-one, playing games, and just chatting and watching videos for hours on end. We were very close.
I’m aware that only spending time with him in a group setting was a messed-up thing to do. I should have talked to him about my feelings, but I was honestly scared that he would get mad at me because of how he had reacted in the past and how reactive he had been to everything anyone had said to him recently. He has been overthinking every single thing that I say. He takes everything I say out of context and misunderstands every single thing I say to him.
One day, I burned my hand badly and couldn’t play anything, so I ended up just watching a show with my boyfriend. My friend messaged me and asked if I wanted to play games with him. I told him about my hand and that I wasn't going to be playing any games. I had made plans to play games later that night with another friend, but I told him those plans were canceled. He accused me of trying to ostracize him. I told him that if I felt up for it, I would invite him if my hand felt better and I could play games later that night. He lives on the East Coast, and I live on the West Coast, so if I play later at night, he might be sleeping, but I told him if he was awake, I would invite him. I ended up not being able to. My hand was very badly burnt, and I had an ice pack on it all night. And he never said it directly. But the way he was like, if you don't want me to hang out you can just tell me. Was very telling that he didn't believe me and he thought I was just excluding him. I ended up taking a picture of what I was doing and sent it to him, which he said was ridiculous and unnecessary of me to do, but it was the only thing I could do to make him stop. It’s like he’s looking for bad things to think and say about me.
He even snapped on a very long-term friend, calling him a terrible name. It was incredibly cruel and extremely out of character. I know he’s going through serious mental issues and depression, and he has recently started going to therapy again. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it’s just hard at this point. I have apologized dozens of times, but he constantly says that I don’t apologize correctly or that I’m not apologizing the right way. I don’t know what that means. I’m so apologetic, and I know I have a terrible way of expressing myself and saying the right words. He knows that. He deleted me on all platforms except for a couple. He said he left those avenues of contact open as a way for us to try and work through this. We called each other a few days ago and had a pretty good conversation. I think this is going to end positively. I think our relationship and friendship are going in a positive direction at this point. But I’m just feeling crazy about all of this and wondering if maybe I am crazy. I’m an overthinker and I overthink everything. And now that I can’t stop thinking about this, maybe I am a narcissist. I know I should have defended him properly and I did not communicate well enough. I know I should have expressed my feelings to him and tried to work through them properly. I’m a very bad communicator and tend to over-explain because I hate being misunderstood. I know that can get on people’s nerves, and they can see me trying to explain my point as just making excuses or justifying my actions when I’m just trying to make sure I’m understood so they know exactly why I did something and understand my point of view. I do this even when I have acknowledged that I’m wrong. I just want to be understood. That is something I’m actively working on. It’s a terrible quality, I know. It was my cousin sister's wedding and we are Indians, so if you are Indian or know Indian friends/weddings, you know the drill - the daysss long wedding events, the heavy dresses and jewelry, and also, some serious family dramas.
My cousin and I are very close even if there is a huge age gap between us. Naturally, when her wedding came around I was very excited and I helped a lot with the planning and decoration and the food - literally everything. It was exactly as we have imagined her wedding to be like. Just perfect in every way possible. But again, it's a wedding. How is a wedding ever complete with a Drama Llama? So dear potato community, here is the tea.
The man that my cousin was marrying to, my current BIL, is an amazing man who has been with my cousin since their college days. They were friends in their college days and when they started working they joined the same company so they remained close to each other. Friendship turned into love and they decided to date and eventually get married. Both the families were informed and everyone was very happy with their decisions, except just one person. BIL's sister. She didn't have any personal problems with my cousin, her only issue was that her best friend liked my BIL, let's name this friend the 'idiot' (because she truly is an idiot and this is honestly the nicest word I can use for her).
When idiot found out that BIL loved someone else and is getting married, she went ballistic. She has been trying to get his attention for so many years and he didn't even turn towards her even for one day and he was being head over heels for my cousin. I understand her being upset, I have been a girl in love and in heartbreak too, but I wouldn't try to break someone's marriage because of my heartbreak.
Yes she tried to stop their marriage via BIL's sister. The two forged all types of absurd accusations on my cousin and tried to anonymously sneak in the accusations in means of messages from unknown numbers to my cousin's then future FIL and MIL, to emails and even letters delivered to their doorstep. My cousin was really stressed because she thought the FIL and MIL would think the accusations are true and would stop the wedding. I told her, "don't worry sisso, I am here." (add dramatic music here and imagine a cape on my back).
My cousin's father (my maternal uncle), me and my brother first went to the FIL and MIL to let them know that all of this was false and that my cousin is innocent. We asked them for some time and that we will find proof of who has been sending them those false news and will let them know of everything and then they are free to judge and make decisions from their side. We got the permission from them and decided to get to work immediately.
One thing I forgot to mention was that BIL used to live in his own house in a different state from where his parents lived after he got a job. Before this, my cousin and BIL used to live in one town and went to college together. Once they got their jobs, they both came to my city, BIL got his own house and my cousin came to live with me. His family came to live with him when he told them that he wanted to marry so they came help him with the wedding arrangements. What's unfortunate is that the sister also brought her best friend, the 'idiot', who was in love with my BIL since she was 15 and BIL was 17.
I mentioned BIL having his own separate house in a new town because it was important to mention. Both his sister and the idiot didn't know he installed security cameras in his house and that the camera was pretty well hidden so they couldn't have noticed either. We asked BIL if we can see the camera's recordings and we saw someone early in the morning at 4 am dropping a letter. Guess who it was... THE IDIOT!! We showed it to my cousin's FIL and MIL and they cross questioned the idiot about it and she was in tears and admitted to everything. She and BIL's sister apologized for everything. They were forgiven and it was a happily ever after... or so you thought...
Everything after that was pretty peaceful, all the arrangements were made and we are now at the wedding day. My cousin was really jumpy and on her toes at all times, she was panicking so bad about everything. My brother and I had to sit her down and talk her out of her panic. She however mentioned that she was scared that idiot might try to pull up some sick stunt to ruin her wedding day. I however told to her calm down cause I wouldn't let my precious angel's wedding get ruined. I have seen enough Charlotte's videos to know that we must always have a backup plan prepared in advance in situations like this. And so I did. I collected a lot of information and evidences and kept them in place in case they come in handy.
I had my suspicions that they would do something to mess up the wedding way before it even became a thought in my cousin's mind, so I did a little research about the two. My cousin and I are very close even if there is a huge age gap between us. Naturally, when her wedding came around I was very excited and I helped a lot with the planning and decoration and the food - literally everything. It was exactly as we have imagined her wedding to be like. Just perfect in every way possible. But again, it's a wedding. How is a wedding ever complete with a Drama Llama? The man that my cousin was marrying to, my current BIL, is an amazing man who has been with my cousin since their college days. They were friends in their college days and when they started working they joined the same company so they remained close to each other. Friendship turned into love and they decided to date and eventually get married. Both the families were informed and everyone was very happy with their decisions, except just one person. BIL's sister. She didn't have any personal problems with my cousin, her only issue was that her best friend liked my BIL, let's name this friend the 'idiot' (because she truly is an idiot and this is honestly the nicest word I can use for her).
When idiot found out that BIL loved someone else and is getting married, she went ballistic. She has been trying to get his attention for so many years and he didn't even turn towards her even for one day and he was being head over heels for my cousin. I understand her being upset, I have been a girl in love and in heartbreak too, but I wouldn't try to break someone's marriage because of my heartbreak.
Yes she tried to stop their marriage via BIL's sister. The two forged all types of absurd accusations on my cousin and tried to anonymously sneak in the accusations in means of messages from unknown numbers to my cousin's then future FIL and MIL, to emails and even letters delivered to their doorstep. My cousin was really stressed because she thought the FIL and MIL would think the accusations are true and would stop the wedding. I told her, "don't worry sisso, I am here." (add dramatic music here and imagine a cape on my back).
My cousin's father (my maternal uncle), me and my brother first went to the FIL and MIL to let them know that all of this was false and that my cousin is innocent. We asked them for some time and that we will find proof of who has been sending them those false news and will let them know of everything and then they are free to judge and make decisions from their side. We got the permission from them and decided to get to work immediately.
One thing I forgot to mention was that BIL used to live in his own house in a different state from where his parents lived after he got a job. Before this, my cousin and BIL used to live in one town and went to college together. Once they got their jobs, they both came to my city, BIL got his own house and my cousin came to live with me. His family came to live with him when he told them that he wanted to marry so they came help him with the wedding arrangements. What's unfortunate is that the sister also brought her best friend, the 'idiot', who was in love with my BIL since she was 15 and BIL was 17.
I mentioned BIL having his own separate house in a new town because it was important to mention. Both his sister and the idiot didn't know he installed security cameras in his house and that the camera was pretty well hidden so they couldn't have noticed either. We asked BIL if we can see the camera's recordings and we saw someone early in the morning at 4 am dropping a letter. Guess who it was... THE IDIOT!! We showed it to my cousin's FIL and MIL and they cross questioned the idiot about it and she was in tears and admitted to everything. She and BIL's sister apologized for everything. They were forgiven and it was a happily ever after... or so you thought...
Everything after that was pretty peaceful, all the arrangements were made and we are now at the wedding day. My cousin was really jumpy and on her toes at all times, she was panicking so bad about everything. My brother and I had to sit her down and talk her out of her panic. She however mentioned that she was scared that idiot might try to pull up some sick stunt to ruin her wedding day. I however told to her calm down cause I wouldn't let my precious angel's wedding get ruined. The only way I can explain the feeling of grief is the world turning dark. Everything reminds you of your person. Nothing can snap you out of the darkness. Anything can make you burst out in violence and sadness. Grief is an unspoken about feeling but it’s so powerful. The pain makes you want to punch and lash out. All you crave is ur persons touch. The mornings feel like it’s happened all over again. You remember you no longer have your person. You wake up feeling sick and exhausted. I am still feeling that way 4 weeks down the line sick and exhausted. Why doesn’t it get better. I want him back it’s all I want . He never coming back and I can’t handle that information. Grief is not eating not sleeping. Grief is just 24 hour hurt. I’m hurting I’m hurting every 24 hours of each day. We’re coming up to two months since my world was taken and I’m waiting to feel happy again. I’m waiting to feel hunger as I wake. I’m waiting to find and feel a purpose again. I have a permanent headache and pain in my heart. I miss you so much my best friend. All I want is one more cuddle with you. I just wanna tell you I’m going to uni. But about a month ago, he called me and asked to meet him at our house’s front porch. When I got outside, he insisted we cross the street. He carefully looked around and then asked if I would like to go out on a date with him. I was flabbergasted, especially since our age difference is so extreme. I also am not attracted to him. So I just replied that I’m flattered, but a romantic relationship wouldn’t be appropriate since we’re in completely different life stages. I thought this would be the end of him pursuing me, but I’ve been noticing odd, possibly obsessive behaviors ever since.
For context, there are two houses on our property. He lives in the front house and I live in the back house. I’ve noticed him watching me through the front house window, which would usually be followed by him entering the back house to chat. Even if I gave extremely obvious signs that I was super occupied or in a rush, he’d be eager to hear about my schedule and plans. It would always be extremely difficult to exit a conversation. He’s very overbearing.
Our house had an end-of-the-year party, so I invited a few friends. Throughout the night, he would not leave my group alone or chat with other people. An attendee I met the previous weekend was also there. We have a lot in common. We had been texting all week and showing signs of mutual romantic interest. But whenever we tried to have a moment alone together, this RA would barge in between us and kill the vibe with his own stories that weren’t relevant to our conversation.
The RA also spams me with a ton of Instagram reels that are super random. A few have some strange sexual undertones. He also regularly texts me, sometimes just apologizing for the most random things he said earlier that I didn’t even notice or remember. He also goes back to his messages he recently sent and unnecessarily edits them.
The creepiest thing he did was show me photos he took near my family’s house when he was in my home city for a conference. I never told him my street name or even what part of the city I was from. Maybe this was just a funny coincidence, but I don’t think it bodes well with my other information.
He has fortunately left for the semester. But that hasn’t stopped him from reaching out. Yesterday, he sent me 50 PHOTOS OF HIS VACATION with detailed descriptions. My phone was exploding for at least 15 minutes. Mind you, this was after I intentionally waited 4 days to open his last message and reply.
The good news is that I’m moving into another student house next year. But I feel like he’s becoming more persistent in spite of me showing super obvious signs that I’m not into him. How should I handle this? After how sweet he’s been, it feels wrong to outright say that I feel uncomfortable with him. But I also really need to set boundaries to feel safe next semester. Thoughts?

TL;DR: I have a webhosting account with a provider that uses CPANEL. After struggling for days to setup a CalDav and CardDav connection to Thunderbird, I contacted my hosting provider's support. They informed me that CalDav/CardDav is broken in CPANEL 1.20, and to reduce support calls they removed the feature, but forgot to update the customer setup instructions.
I know that a good majority of hosting providers rely on CPANEL. CalDav/CardDav support is essential to me, even more so than my website. I don't think my hosting provider would lie to me, but I also can't imagine that such a mature and widely-used commercial product wouldn't provide support for the features usually associated with email service.
Any response to this?
