“Holy Hell, Edgar! I thought you said you could do this! Where is the manual I provided for you?”, Bob asked.
Well, Sir! The manual was quite heavy, so I wrote down all the instructions on something humans call index cards. I separated them into each category, pre-checklists, take-off, landing, things like that, then paper clipped them together, and kept them all in my shirt pocket behind my pocket protector under my pilots jacket.
I was nervous and sweating when we took off, so I took off the jacket, and put it in the co-pilots seat.
When we were spiraling down, out of control, my sunglasses fell off, and my pocket protector, my pen, and the cards fell out. The cards fell apart, and were flying around the cockpit.
Now they’re scattered everywhere on the cockpit floor. I don’t know what order they go in, or what card goes to what instruction. It’s a big mess, Sir!”, Edgar replied.
“Do you want to take this one, Mr. Hard-Sell?”, Bob asked me.
I was reluctant to be anywhere near Edgar after what happened last time, so I simply answered, “Your Demon! Your problem!”
All the girls screamed again, this time screaming, “He’s a Demon!”
“Yes, Girls! But he’s a kinda cool guy, unless you sneak up behind him!”, I replied.
“Thanks”, Edgar said.
“Ok then! Very well!, Mr. Hard-Sell! I will take care of it!”, Bob responded. “Let’s Go, Edgar!”
They both then headed out the door, down the hallway, through the other door, and disappeared out of sight.
“I like your accordion!”, Tony’s redhead said.
“You can check it out, if you want to!”, he told her, then placed it gently around her neck.
I offered my guitar to Donna, who nervously accepted.
All the guys then offered their gear to their girls.
They all just stayed still, looking like a bad independent T & A movie, in their sexy lingerie.
My first girl was just standing there, as she was the “Odd Girl Out”. So, I let her use one of my other guitars.
“Play something!”, Derek said.
“Yeah! Girls can rock too!”, Stephen said.
My mind then flashed to the all female Rock band Vixen, they might have been poppy, and radio friendly, but they still rocked… kind of.
Stephen’s girl then counted it off, except she didn’t do the normal count off, she just said, 1, 2, 3, 4.
Now, I have no idea what those girls played, or what Corey’s girl was saying. I seriously doubt that they did either. It was mostly high pitched screaming.
It was a 3 minute cacophony of sheer and udder noise. But they had fun, and that’s all that matters.
Anyway, when they finished, Derek screamed out, “Rock and Roll!”, and threw up the horns.
We all did the same, including Tony.
The girls high fived each other, and were jumping up and down, cheering. Some of them did high kicks like cheerleaders do.
What a sight that was. Sexy lingerie, remember?
Anyway, Bob then returned from the cockpit.
“Well, you boys really changed since I’ve been gone!”, he said smiling.
The girls then gave us back our gear.
“Well, Boys!… and girls! Edgar has it all figured out now, so we’ll be landing soon. Let’s head back to the other room, shall we?”
Derek, Ricky, and I put our guitars back in place. Stephen put the drumsticks back, and Corey put the microphone back on its stand.
Tony let his girl keep his accordion.
We all then made our way to the Hangout Room, Bob again closing each door behind us.
We got back to the room, and talked, hung out, indulged in a few incentives, things like that.
As we were indulging ourselves, the intercom popped again.
“Hey, guys! The tower guy said we have clearance, or something, I don’t know, to land this thing. So, here goes! Wish me luck. Hey, there are the lights! Cool!
The intercom them popped off.
Out of complete nervousness, Donna and I hugged each other, as the plane started to descend.
Tony and his two girls did the same.
The remaining girls huddled on the couch, holding each other.
Bob stood by the TV.
Derek, Corey, Stephen, and Ricky just carried on with what they were doing.
The plane suddenly stopped descending, bounced a little, jolted forward, and began to shake, slowly coming to a stop.
The ones who weren’t dead already, sighed a sigh of relief.
Soon after, Rebecca came bouncing back through the curtain.
“Daddy! Can I come back yet? I think Edgar pooped himself. He smells really bad!”, she said.
We all kinda laughed at that one too.
“Are you going to be nice?”, Bob asked her.
“Yes, Daddy!”, she answered smiling.
“It doesn’t matter anyway. I have an announcement to make.”, he said.
Bob then clapped his hands and said, “Girls, Girls! Pay attention please! I hope you have enjoyed your little endeavors with the band, but… it’s time for you to go! We have business to attend to. With a snap of my fingers, I will return you to your homes. You will awaken in your beds and continue on with your lives. You can keep the lingerie! Are you ready?”
“I don’t want to go! I live alone. I don’t have any friends. My life sucks!”, Donna said.
“Um! Does she have to go?”, I asked Bob.
“No! Not if you would like her to stay!”, he said.
“I do!”, I replied.
“Does anyone else want their girls to stay?”, Bob asked.
Derek and Corey both said no immediately.
“I’m not boyfriend material!”, Stephen said.
“I like you and all, but I don’t want to be tied down at a young age like my Pops was! Sorry!”, Ricky said, looking at his girl.
“My wife filed for divorce when I told her about this job, so, I just wanna be free and have fun. It was very nice to meet you both.”, Tony replied, smiling at his girls.
“Do any of you girls want to stay?”, Bob asked the girls.
“I’ve gotta feed my cat!”, “I gotta work in the morning!”, “My Grandmothers sick!”, “The cable guy is coming tomorrow!”, “I got laundry to fold!”, “My boyfriends probably wondering where I am, so, No!”, they all said.
Tony’s girl laid his accordion on the floor.
“Very well, ladies. Goodbye!”, Bob said, and snapped his fingers.
The girls then disappeared into a cloud of gray smoke, all except Donna.
Rebecca then smiled, and waved, “Bye, Bitches!”, she said.
“REBECCA!”, Bob yelled.
“What, Daddy? That WAS being nice!”, she replied.
Rebecca then smiled, and waved at Donna.
“Now, listen closely, Mr. Hard-Sell”, Bob said sternly, looking me straight in the eye. “I WILL NOT tolerate any John Lennon/Yoko Ono bullshit, I have heard all the stories. Business is business, and MY business is with you, and you only! No outside interference! Is… that… clear?”, he said.
“Ye- Yes- Yes, Bob!”, I answered nervously.
That was the first time, since we signed our contract, that Bob made me nervous.
Bob’s happy, and overly dramatic demeanor then returned.
“Lovely! Now Donna! We can not have you walking around in public in your present attire. It would be bad for business.”He said.
I then cut him a hard look.
“I did not mean it to be insulting, Mr. Hard-Sell! I meant that we have an image to uphold! One of professionalism. Lacy lingerie is not very professional, now is it!”, Bob clarified.
“Oh Ok! Sorry Bob!”, I said.
“No worries, dear boy! Now, tell me, Dear, what would you like to be wearing?”, Bob asked Donna.
“Um! I don’t know! Jeans and a t-shirt maybe!”, she answered.
Bob then snapped his fingers once again, and instantly Donna was wearing just what she had asked for… Skin tight jeans, a black Hellfire Records t-shirt, and a pair of brand new female Nike sneakers on her feet.
“You look amazing!”, I said to her.
“Oh! I love what you’re wearing”, Rebecca said to Donna, “What are those?, she asked pointing at Donna’s pants.
“Um! Jeans!”, Donna replied.
“Daddy! Can I have some jeans?”, Rebecca asked Bob.
“We’ll get you some soon, Dear!”, Bob replied
“Oh! Yay!”, Rebecca said excitedly, and side hugged Donna, who nervously looked at her side eyed.
“We’re gonna be the bestest of friends!”, Rebecca said, as she bounced back through the curtain, singing, “I’m getting jeans! I’m getting jeans!”, her tail waving excitedly behind her, like a dog excited to see you.
Now, I’m not sure if this was a clinical diagnosis back then, but Rebecca… was definitely bipolar.
“The doors open, Daddy!”, she said, sticking just her head through the curtain.
“Let’s go, Boys!”, Bob instructed.
“Where are we?”, Stephen asked, as we all got up, including Donna, to exit the plane.
“Japan, Boys! Your first show is at…”, Bob started to say.
“Budokan?”, I asked
“Very good, Mr. Hard-Sell! It’s actually Nippon Budokan, but yes!”, Bob said.
“No fucking way!”, I replied excitedly.
Now, some say the greatest LIVE album ever recorded is KISS ALIVE, some say KISS ALIVE II, some say TED NUGENT - DOUBLE LIVE GONZO, some say PETER FRAMPTON - FRAMPTON COMES ALIVE! But for me, the greatest LIVE album ever recorded will always be CHEAP TRICK - LIVE AT BUDOKAN!
It’s the rawness of the whole thing. The way Bun E. Carlos’s drums just boom. The way Robin Zander’s voice is perfectly pitched, well, his voice cracked a few times, but that’s what made it so real. Not like other “LIVE” albums that were polished up in the studio.
The way Rick Neilson’s guitars blazed through each song, and the way Tom Peterson’s bass pounded out the rhythm. I don’t care what anyone says. It is a masterpiece in its own right.
Anyway, we walked through the curtain to see Rebecca standing in the doorway, facing outward, and waving.
She was bouncing up and down as well.
Edgar then came walking through the kitchen, with his right hand on his butt.
He walked up to the group of us standing there.
“Holy Fire and Brimstone!”, Bob said loudly, covering his nose, as we all did the same.
“Jesus!”, “Holy Fuck!”, “Damn!”, “What the Hell did you eat!”, “What ate you?!”, “Gross!”, “That smells bad!”, we all said.
Rebecca then stepped back from the doorway, turned around, and covered her mouth quickly, obviously trying not to throw up.
Well, at least she tried.
Her body heaved, as globs of a green, glue-like substance, came exploding out of her mouth, through her fingers, and onto the floor.
We all jumped back to avoid being hit.
Bob just stood there, still holding his nose.
Now, I’ve been in many public bathrooms, and smelt some of the most horrific smells that the human body can produce, especially in the bathroom of that creepy grocery store in town.
But none of them even came close to the, eye watering, nose burning, hair splitting, vomit inducing smell of Demon shit.
“Go to the lavatory and get cleaned up, Son! Use soap! Holy burning flesh, you smell rancid!”, Bob said to Edgar, “I will provide you with new clothes. They will be waiting for you inside.”
Bob then snapped his fingers.
“I’m sorry, Sir! I- I was just scared.”, Edgar replied.
“I understand, Son! Just Go! Go!”, Bob said.
Edgar then made his way back to the bathroom, still holding his butt.
“Rebecca, go to the kitchen and clean yourself up! New clothes will be waiting for you there as well!”, Bob said.
“But, Daddy! Boys like me in this outfit!“, she responded, wiping her mouth.
“And clean up this mess!” Bob said, “Now, Go!”
Rebecca then turned and walked into the kitchen.
“Yes, Daddy!”, she said.
“Who are all those people?”, Ricky asked, looking out the door of the plane.
We all then stuck our heads out, seeing what he was seeing for the first time.
There was a huge black limousine, parked parallel with the plane, with a red carpet leading from the bottom of the steps to the back door of the limo.
It was very similar to the one Bob had outside the police station. Hell, it could have been the same one for all I know.
There was a huge gathering of Japanese people, teenagers mostly, a few adolescent looking ones, and even less adults to the left of where we stood.
They were all cheering, and jumping up and down with excitement.
Some of them held signs with the band name on them, some said “I Love Corey!”, with a red heart where the word love should be, some had Japanese writings on them that we couldn’t read.
The police had to play crowd control spreading their arms out, almost finger to finger, to keep them all back, as camera bulbs flashed repeatedly from the right of us.
“Are they here for us!”, Stephen asked.
“Yes, Boys! Welcome to your first taste of Fame and Fortune!”, Bob said smiling.

“Um! Bob! You have a lovely daughter there, but… Um! She has a tail. Am I correct in what I’m thinking?”, I asked.
“Yes, Mr. Hard-Sell. You would be correct. Rebecca is an 867 year old Succubus. She is not only off-limits to you, because she is my daughter. But also because, the six of you, yes, including you Big Man, are an intricate part of my plan. I can’t have her seducing you, then killing you. Although the majority of you are already dead, and would come back to life, the remainder are not, and would not. Your untimely deaths would hinder my plan immensely. I do hope that you understand.“, Bob said, still standing
“I do!”, “Yup!, “You know it”, “Absolutely!”, “Sure do!”, “I don’t wanna die!”, we all said in response.
“Good!”, Bob stated.
Rebecca then came back into the room.
“Edgar said he just finished his checklists, and that we will be taxiing to the runway soon, Daddy!”, Rebecca said, not so seductively.
“Very well, Dear! Take your seat!”, Bob said.
Rebecca then took a seat in the chair next to the TV, close to Bob, directly in front of us, and began rubbing the tip of her tail playfully.
She then winked at us, and licked her lips.
“REBECCA!”, Bob shouted, and looked at her hard faced once again.
Rebecca dropped her tail, and just sat there, pouting.
We then taxied to the runway, and stopped.
Shortly after, we heard the intercom make a popping sound, then Edgar’s nasally voice was heard saying, “Good Evening, Passengers, and Welcome to Hellfire Airlines, Flight 666. Nah!, I’m just kidding, I don’t even think we have a number.”
He then laughed.
“The time is 5:08 PM, Human time. The weather conditions are clear and sunny. I always wanted to say that.”, he continued, then laughed again.
He finished by saying, “But seriously, Guys. We’re taking off now. So, wish me luck!”
There was a brief moment of silence, then we heard Edgar say over the intercom again, “Okay! Fingers crossed, Here goes. Um!… Release brake. Wow!… Ok!… Advance throttle! Woah! We’re movin’ now!”
The plane then started moving forward fast, shaking and bouncing as it went, and so was Rebecca.
We all just stared at her.
“Boys! Remember what I said!” Bob told us.
We all closed our eyes, turned our heads, or covered our faces, in an attempt to look away, as Edgar continued on the intercom.
“Um! Ok! Check speed! Faster! Faster! Got it… Lock it… Yeah Baby!… Pull the stick thing… Man, this thing is heavy! Um! Oh shit!… We’re fly… Did I leave this on?… Oh, Fuck!”
We then heard the popping sound of the intercom turning off.
Bob just covered his face, and shook his head, as the plane ascended into the sky.
Rebecca was now smiling.
We, however, were completely scared shitless.
When the plane leveled off, we all began to check and see if we pissed or shit ourselves.
Luckily, no one did. Tony was sweating profusely though.
“Are you alright, Man?”, I asked Tony.
“Yeah, I think so, Mike! Thanks for asking!”, Tony said.
“No problem, Dude!”, I replied.
We all just sat there, for a little while, not saying a word, trying to calm our nerves.
The plane then suddenly began to shake violently.
Tony screamed.
“We’re gonna die, Dude!”, Stephen yelled.
“I’m too young to die!”, Derek said.
“Shut up, Dude! We’re already dead.”, Ricky replied.
“Oh, yeah!”, Stephen responded.
“Right!”, Derek said.
“Boys! Boys! Its just a little turbulence. I told you, Edgar has it all under control. However, you boys look all stressed out. Would you like a little stress relief?
“What kind of Stress Relief?”, Tony asked.
“Oh, you’ll see! Rebecca, why don’t you go keep Edgar company for a while! I’ll let you know when to come back!”
Rebecca smiled wider, and her eyes brightened.
“Okay!”, she said excitedly, and hopped with a bounce, out of her seat.
“Not that kind of company! The poor boy will kill us all. Well, you know what I mean!”, Bob said.
“Okay, Daddy! I’ll just talk to him.” She said saddened, and slowly walked back through the curtain, her tail dragging on the floor.
As she did, we heard her say, “I’m never getting laid with you around!”
We all kinda laughed at that one, except Bob of course.
He shook it off, and said, “Now Tony! Remember what your friend here was doing with his hands earlier”, and pointed at Corey.
“Yeah!”, Tony answered, and moved his hands curvingly, just like Corey did.
“That’s Right, Big Man!… Girls!” Bob said, and snapped his fingers.
Suddenly, the door between the pinball machines opened up, and out walked six seductively dressed women, in various colored, practically see through, lacey lingerie, all well endowed.
2 Blondes, 2 Redheads, 1 Brunette, and a black haired girl.
“They must have been waiting in our rooms when Bob gave us a tour of the plane. We didn’t see them, because we didn’t go in the rooms then.”, I thought.
Anyway, a different girl went to each one of us, and began flirting, and rubbing shoulders, amongst other things.
Derek and Corey jumped at the opportunity, and began making out with their girls almost immediately, and soon ventured to their rooms.
Stephen and Ricky “Hung Out” with their girls for a while, like a little date, before doing the same.
Tony was just laughing, and having the time of his life, as his girl rubbed the top of his head… The one on his shoulders, you sick freaks.
When “my” girl approached me, I greeted her with a handshake, and told her I wasn’t interested, but told her Tony would be ecstatic having the “attention” of two girls.
She smiled, and went to join in the fun with Tony.
Both girls actually had to lead Tony to his room.
I just sat there.
“Mr. Hard-Sell?”, Bob inquired, “Not interested! Are you one of THOSE kind of guys?”, he asked.
“No, Bob!”, I said, “I’m just picky about my girls. Some say I have a unique preference. All those girls are incredibly beautiful, they’re just not my type.”
“What is your type, Mr. Hard-Sell?”, Bob asked.
I tried to think of the best way to respectfully describe them.
After a few seconds, I said, “You can laugh if you want to, everyone does, but I don’t give a shit. I like Big Girls, Bob! Thick and Fluffy! That’s my type!”
Bob just looked at me, “Very interesting!”, he said, “Let me see what I can do.”
He then snapped his fingers, and disappeared into a cloud of gray smoke.
Moments later, he returned in another cloud of smoke.
“He must really like gray smoke!”, I thought.
“Ta-da!”, he said announcing himself, “Wait until you see what I have got for you, Mr. Hard-Sell! I believe she will most definitely be to your liking.”
He snapped his fingers once again, and through the door, walked the most incredibly beautiful, full figured, thick and fluffy woman that I had ever seen. Well, besides Susan. She will always be my number one, but this girl was a close second.
She too wore the same see through lacey lingerie, but hers was white.
My eyes almost popped right out of my head.
We also “Hung Out” for a while, playing pinball, drinking coffee, and talking, before agreeing to head to my room, leaving Bob alone by himself.
She’s a really nice girl. Her name is Donna by the way.
I joined the “Mile High Club” that day. Hell, all of us did, including the girls, well, except Bob. But I’m pretty sure he’s been a member for a very long time.
Anyway, after we all got to “know our girls a little better”, one by one we all made our way back to the “Hang Out” section, I assume, as Derek, Corey, Ricky, and Stephen were all there, with their girls, when I arrived with mine.
Everyone turned to look at Donna and her full figured self, as we walked through the door.
“Bust that shell, Man!”, Derek said, smiling.
“You do you, Dude!”, Stephen said, giving me a thumbs up.
“You go, Girl!”, Ricky’s girl said.
That was the first time in my life, that no one laughed or made fun of my preference in women, or the woman herself.
I smiled, and then kissed Donna, who in turn kissed me back
Anyway, Derek, Corey and their girls were getting toasted on the couch.
Stephen was playing a game of pinball with his girl.
Ricky and his girl were playing Asteroids on the TV.
Tony was the last to arrive, with both of his girls, his arms around each one of their waists, and a huge smile plastered across his face.
“Thanks, Mike!”, he said, “That was fun!”
“I bet it was, Dude! You’re Welcome!”, I replied.
He then went to the sandwich station, grabbed some ham, and began “Lady and The Tramping” it with both of the girls.
“Boys! Boys!”, Bob said loudly, “Come here! Eyes forward! Pay attention!”
We all got up and gathered around Bob, including Tony.
The girls all gathered on one couch, and began talking about anything and everything, giggling like women do.
No offense!!
Bob then started to speak.
“Now, before you go thinking that you “did the nasty” with a demon or some other product of Hell, let me assure you boys, that that could not be further from the truth.
I would not waste my demons on such frivolous things such as this.
Also. I can not manifest a human female, even if I tried, and I have. It did not work out well for me.
You see, The human male was created in the image of the “Man upstairs”, he said.
He then pointed toward the ceiling of the plane, meaning GOD.
He then continued, “And the human female was created FROM the human male, therefore they are both creations of “HIS”.
Now, many believe, that I have greater power than “HIM”, but they are wrong. I have great power, yes, but nothing that could compare to that of “HIM”.
I assure you boys, that these lovely ladies here are 100% human.
They are fans of the band, I believe you humans call them, Groupies, or something equally as stupid as that.
You see, when your album was released, after your video, oh yes, there’s a video.
We videotaped each part of your recording session, unbeknownst to you, and after mixing your audio tracks and instrumental tracks together to create a song, we mixed the tapes together, timing it perfectly, to match the audio track we made, thus creating the video.
I think it had something to do with dawn and being dark”, he said.
“Before The Blackest Dark Of Dawn!”, I said.
“Yes, that’s it! It is very popular on something called MTV.
Anyway, like I said, when your album was released, I went around to various music shops, to see who was buying it.
I put on another non-threatening outfit, and approached only the most beautiful of women, offering to let them “meet” the band, and Tony.
I only had to ask 8 lovely ladies.
The first 2 agreed, the third had a boyfriend, the 4th and 5th agreed, the 6th “batted for the same team”, her words not mine, the 7th and 8th both agreed as well.
None of the girls, except your girl, Mr. Hard-Sell, your second girl, Donna, I believe, not your first, and your girl, Tony, really cared who they “went with”, as long as they “went with” someone in the band.
Your two girls actually wanted to “meet” you. He then pointed to Tony and myself.
The redhead over there…”, he said.
We all been turned to look at the redhead on the left side of the couch.
“No, the other one…”
We all been turned to look at the redhead on the right side of the couch.
“Yes, that one!”
She actually likes large men, so that worked out well.
I arranged for all six ladies to wait in your rooms until called, which they did.
I was unaware of your “preference”, Mr. Hard-Sell. So I quickly found someone to your liking. Believe it or not, in your Daddy’s store.”
He then pointed to Ricky.
“He’s doing fine by the way, business is on the rise, since he started promoting his son’s album.”
Ricky then smiled.
“Very Good Choice, Bob!”, I said, as I turned and blew a kiss to Donna, and waved.
She “caught” the kiss, and “put” it on her cheek, smiling.
Stephen gave a thumbs up to Bob, then went back to his pinball game.
Derek and Corey went back to getting toasted.
I made a cup of coffee, Tony made a sandwich, and Ricky grabbed a beer.
The girls stayed talking on the couch.
Bob then yelled, through the curtain, for Rebecca to come back.
She came bouncing back through the curtain, and immediately stopped.
She looked around at all the girls sitting on the couch and screamed, obviously jealous, and Hell hath no fury, like a jealous succubus.
“REBECCA! STOP!”, Bob yelled.
She didn’t stop… she just kept screaming.
I’m not even sure you could call it a scream. Her mouth was open, but no sound was coming out.
What could be heard though, was every window in the plane blowing out, and the eardrum popping sound of the plane depressurizing.
An extremely forceful wind began blowing anything that wasn’t nailed down, all around the inside of the plane, and eventually causing it to be sucked out of the window openings.
All the girls screamed. Tony screamed!, and even Bob screamed.
We all began death gripping anything that we could to keep from flying out of the windows ourselves, the girls included.
A loud explosion was heard, as both right engines exploded, I assume from sucking in all the debris that was flying out of the broken windows, sending two huge fireballs shooting into the sky, as mounds of black smoke poured out of each blown engine.
Everybody screamed that time, covering their mouths soon after.
Somehow, over the sound of the wind, the coughing, and the flames, we heard Edgar over the intercom once again, “Um, Sir! We have a problem! I’ve lost control! We’re going down!
Mayday! Mayday! Mayday!”
We then felt the plane going into a hard descend… practically nose-diving, spiraling downward to the right, very fast.
We all lost our grips on whatever we were holding, and were slammed hard against the pinball machines and the back wall, the force of the descent keeping us pinned there.
4 of the girls, Tony, and Stephen, were all knocked unconscious from hitting the wall head first. Corey, Ricky and Derek all had blood pouring down their faces from slamming head first into the back of a pinball machine, but they were still conscious.
Donna and I, as well as Rebecca, and the remaining 2 girls, hit the wall hard, but appeared to be uninjured, so did Bob.
“BOB!… I THINK THIS QUALIFIES AS A COMPLICATION… DO SOMETHING!”, I yelled.
After a few seconds, I yelled again, “BOB! WHAT ARE YOU DOING? HELP!”
It was at that very moment that I realized, if I didn’t want to die, I could no longer keep my “Gift” a secret.
I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and softly whispered, “I want this plane to be whole again.”

This is the second half of my list for Florida's execution roster. As stated in the first part, I split it into two halves in order to follow reddit's character count limitations. Link to part 1.
The currently 105 executed offenders, cases 53 to 105:
53. Aileen Wuornos (~1974-2002, lethal injection): Wuornos murdered 7 men between the ages of 47-65. She was a street prostitute that enticed her victims with promises of sexual favors. After a victim was entrapped, Wuornos shot them dead, and robbed them of their money and their vehicles. Although Wuornos initially claimed that she killed the victims in self defense, she later admitted that they were murdered for their valuables. Her criminal history was extensive, and she had several convictions for armed robbery, assault, DUIs, reckless discharge of firearms, and disorderly conduct. She was also accused of domestic violence by an ex husband, and he placed a restraining order on her within weeks of their marriage.
54. Linroy Bottoson (~1971-2002, lethal injection): In a robbery of a post office, Bottoson stole $14,000 in money orders and $100 in cash, and abducted the post mistress, 74 year old Catherine Alexander. After holding her captive for 3 days, Bottoson stabbed Alexander 16 times, and ran her over with his car. He had several robberies on his criminal record.
55. Amos King Jr. (~1972-2002, lethal injection): After he escaped from a minimum security prison, King broke into the home of 68 year old Natalie Brady and assaulted her. She was raped, stabbed, and savagely beaten in the attack. King then set her house on fire, and returned back to the prison. At his arrival, the prison counselor confronted him about his absence and bloodied clothing. He was stabbed 25 times by King, but managed to survive his injuries. Despite her injuries, Brady managed to crawl out of her burning home, but succumbed to blood loss shortly before help could arrive. King had a previous conviction for robbery.
56. Newton Slawson (1989-2003, lethal injection): Slawson went over to the home of the Wood family (consisting of parents, 23 year old Gerald and 21 year old Peggy, and their children, 4 year old Jennifer and 3 year old Glendon) to buy some cocaine. During an argument over the transaction, Slawson shot and killed Gerald, Jennifer, and Glendon, and wounded Peggy. Slawson then stabbed Peggy (who was 8 months pregnant) with such force that he tore her unborn child out of her womb.
57. Paul Hill (1994-2003, lethal injection): During an attack on an abortion clinic, Hill shot and killed John Britton, a 69 year old abortionist, and his bodyguard, 74 year old James Barrett. Britton’s wife, 68 year old June, was also wounded in the shooting. Hill was a hardline pro life activist and Christian fundamentalist, and saw ending abortion by any means necessary as his personal divine mission.
58. Johnny Robinson (~1980s-2004, lethal injection): Robinson and his teenage accomplice picked up 31 year old Beverly St. George when they found her broken down on the side of the road. They then raped St. George and shot her to death. He tried to claim that they had consensual relations and St. George was hit by an accidental discharge during intercourse. If Robinson's "recollection" was to be believed, he then shot her again to cover up an "accidental" shooting of a white woman. The courts weren't convinced by the defense, and the accomplice admitted that the murder was entirely deliberate and calculated from the beginning. Robinson had several rape convictions and accusations before St. George's murder.
59. John Blackwelder (~1970s-2004, lethal injection): While incarcerated for molesting a 10 year old boy, Blackwelder tied up his cellmate, 39 year old Raymond Wigley, under the alleged pretenses of a bondage session and strangled him to death with makeshift rope. According to Blackwelder, Wigley had been sexually harassing him, and he wanted to put a permeant end to the unwanted advances. Blackwelder had several sexual assault convictions dating back to the 1970s, and was also previously convicted for threatening former vice president Dan Quayle. His victim was the accomplice of another executed offender, John Marek, and was serving a life sentence for assisting him in the torture murder of a woman [for more details on Marek and Wigley's crimes, please see section 68] at the time of his own death.
60. Glen Ocha (1999-2005, lethal injection): Ocha picked up 28 year old Carol Skjerva from a bar and they had sex in his home. However, Skjerva allegedly made mocking remarks towards his genitals and threatened to tell her fiance of their encounter. In a drunken rage and under the influence of ecstasy, Ocha hung her with rope from his kitchen door.
61. Clarence Hill (1982-2006, lethal injection): During an attempted bank robbery with an accomplice, Hill engaged in a shootout with the responding policemen. One of the officers, 26 year old Stephen Taylor, was killed and another was wounded.
62. Arthur Rutherford (1985-2006, lethal injection): Rutherford was hired by a widow, 63 year old Stella Salamon, to do odd jobs around her home. He then drowned Salamon in her bathtub and tried to cash in a check of $2,000 from her account. Salamon's nude body was found with a broken arm, bruising all across her face, and three head wounds.
63. Danny Rolling (~1960s-2006, lethal injection): Rolling murdered a total of 8 people between the ages of 8-55. In 1989, Rolling stabbed 55 year old William Grissom, William’s 24 year old daughter Julie, and his 8 year old grandson Sean to death in their home. Julie’s body was ritualistically mutilated and posed during the attack. A year later, he shot his estranged father, 59 year old James. Although James survived, he was left permanently blind. Rolling then burglarized several student dorms in a week long rampage. Five students, 23 year old Tracy Paules, 23 year old Manuel Taboda, 18 year old Sonja Larson, 17 year old Christa Hoyt, and 17 year old Christina Powell, were bound, raped, and stabbed to death. Only Taboada was spared from any sexual abuse. As with Julia Grissom, Rolling posed the female victims into provocative positions and mutilated their bodies. Roiling decapitated Hoyt and placed her head on a cabinet shelf for the sole purpose of shocking witnesses stumbling across the scene. He had a long history of robberies, assaults, and voyeurism, and some of his earliest convictions occurred when he was a teenager.
64. Ángel Díaz (~1960s-2006, lethal injection): In his native Puerto Rico, Díaz stabbed an unidentified man, who was a director of a local drug rehabilitation center, 19 times while the victim was asleep. Díaz was sentenced for second degree murder, but he escaped after beating a guard near death, and fled to Florida. During his stay in Florida, Díaz and his accomplices robbed a strip club at gunpoint, and shot and killed the manager, 49 year old Joseph Nagy. After Nagy’s murder, he and his accomplices relocated themselves to Connecticut. However, they were arrested for a possession of illegal firearms charge. Díaz and 3 other inmates briefly managed to escape by beating up a guard and threatening another at knifepoint, but were quickly recaptured. After a cellmate testified that Díaz confessed to Nagy’s murder, he was deported back to Florida and sentenced to death. His execution sparked controversy, as it took him 34 minutes to succumb to the lethal drugs. Díaz’s other criminal convictions include shooting and injuring an officer during an armed robbery and several drug possession charges. Authorities also suspected him of being involved with several Puerto Rican nationalist insurgent groups.
65. Mark Schwab (1987-2008, lethal injection): Schwab lured 11 year old Junny Rios-Martinez into a motel room by posing as a photographer for a surfing magazine. He bound Rios-Martinez, anally penetrated him, and smothered the boy to death with a pillow. Schwab also had a conviction for the sexual battery of a 13 year old boy, and he was released after serving 3 out of an 8 year prison sentence months before Rios-Martinez's murder.
66. Richard Henyard (1993-2008, lethal injection): Henyard and his teenage accomplice carjacked 35 year old Dorothy Lewis, and her two daughters, 7 year old Jamilya and 3 year old Jasmine. The pair raped Dorothy, and shot and killed both of her daughters. Dorothy was also shot in the head, but was able to survive. Dorothy recounted that she tried praying for her and her children's safety, and Henyard taunted her by mockingly claiming to be Satan himself.
67. Wayne Tompkins (~1980s-2008, lethal injection): While helping his girlfriend move from their home, Tompkins made sexual advances on her 15 year old daughter, Lisa DeCarr. When she rejected him, Tompkins raped and strangeld her to death with a bathrobe, and tried to report DeCarr as a runaway. Tompkins also had several sexual assault convictions and accusations prior to the murder. One incident involved him abducting and abusing a gas station clerk.
68. John Marek (~1980s-2008, lethal injection): Marek and his accomplice, Raymond Wigley, picked up 47 year old Adela Simmons. They forced Simmons to perform oral sex on them, burned her fingers and pubic hairs, and strangled her to death with a bandana. The pair then dumped her body near a beach. Marek was sentenced to death for Simmons' murder, while Wigley was given a life sentence. While in prison, Wigley himself was strangled to death by the above mentioned John Blackwelder.
69. Martin Grossman (1984-2010, lethal injection): Grossman was given probation after a spree involving the burglary of an ex girlfriend's home and stealing cars. While out shooting a stolen handgun with a friend, they were confronted by Margaret Park, a 26 year old wildlife ranger. Wanting to avoid being arrested and put back into prison for violating his parole, Grossman and his friend attacked Park with a flashlight. They wrestled her service pistol away from her and shot and killed Park with it. Due to Grossman being Jewish, his death sentence outraged several Jewish organizations across the globe, and they petitioned ceaselessly for his clemency.
70. Manuel Valle (1978-2011, lethal injection): While driving a stolen car, Valle was pulled over by Louis Pena, a 41 year old police officer, for a traffic violation. In the confrontation, Valle shot Pena and his partner. Although Pena was killed in the shooting, his partner's life was saved by a bullet proof vest.
71. Oba Chandler (~1960s-2011, lethal injection): Chandler enticed a woman, 36 year old Joan Rogers, and her two daughters, 17 year old Michelle and 14 year old Christe, with the promise of a boat ride. On board, he bound the family with rope and raped all three of them. Chandler then tied concrete blocks around Joan and her daughters' necks and tossed them into the ocean to drown. He also raped and strangled 20 year old Ivelisse Berrios–Beguerisse after abducting her from a mall, and was linked to the murder by a 2014 DNA test 3 years after his execution. Chandler was an inveterate sexual predator with a very long criminal history, and was first arrested for car theft in his early teens. Many of his other crimes include several convictions of armed robbery, burglary, rape, counterfeiting, and kidnapping. In one incident, he broke into a couple’s house, and sexually assaulted the wife in front of her husband. One surviving victim, a 24 year old Canadian tourist, helped investigators tie Chandler to the Rogers’ murders with her reports.
72. Robert Waterhouse (~1966-2012, lethal injection): In 1966, Waterhouse snuck into the home of 77 year old Ella Carter, and raped and strangled her to death. He was paroled after serving 8 years of a life sentence. A few years later, Waterhouse picked up 29 year old Deborah Kammerer from a bar and assaulted her on a nearby beach. He stabbed and violated Kammerer with a broken bottle, shoved a tampon down her throat, and drowned her in the ocean waters.
73. David Gore (1981-2012, lethal injection): Gore and his cousin abducted and murdered 4 teenage girls (17 year old Ying Hua Ling, 17 year old Lynn Eilliot, 14 year old Angelica LaVallee, 14 year old Barbara Byer) and 2 grown women (48 year old Hsiang Huang Ling and 35 year old Judith Daley). The victims were kidnapped through force, picked up while hitchhiking, or tricked into thinking that Gore was a police officer detaining them. They were then tied up, raped, and shot or strangled to death. The cousins dismembered the bodies in their attempts to destroy them and buried the scattered remains in shallow graves. Two of their victims, Ying Hua Ling and Hsiang Huang Ling, were a mother and daughter pair of Taiwanese immigrants, and the cousins murdered them together. A 7th victim, 14 year old friend of Eilliot, was also abducted and sodomized, but she managed to escape with Eilliot's help.
74. Manuel Pardo Jr. (1986-2012, lethal injection): Pardo was a corrupt cop heavily involved in the drug trade. After his department fired him for his abuse of power and suspected tampering of investigations, Pardo went on a crime spree. He shot and killed at least 9 men and women in robberies and interpersonal disputes. The victims he murdered in robberies were 39 year old Ulpiano Ledo, 37 year old Luis Robledo, 33 year old Mario Amador, and 28 year old Roberto Alons. In every robbery incident, he stole the victims’ credit cards. Pardo killed 28 year old Fara Quintero in an argument over a ring he pawned to her and 30 year old Sara Musa for refusing his demands of buying him a VCR set with a credit card stolen from one of his previous robberies. Another victim, Michael Millot, a 38 year old Haitian refugee that took up work as a gunsmith, was slain out of Pardo’s fears of him being a police informant. His last murders were 40 year old Ramon Alvero, a drug dealer that he work for, and Alvaro’s girlfriend, 38 year old Daisy Ricard. Pardo turned on the couple after Alvaro stiffed him of a meeting. He shot Alvaro dead, but Padro’s gun jammed when he tried to shoot Ricard as well. As he was beating Ricard to death with his gun, it discharged and hit Pardo’s foot. On death row, Pardo tried to fashion himself as a vigilante trying to rid Florida of all drug related crimes.
75. Larry Mann (~1970s-2012, lethal injection): Mann ambushed 10 year old Elisa Nelson while she was biking from school to a dentist appointment. He raped Nelson and beat her to death with a pipe. Authorities also initially suspected Mann in the murders of several girls in the area, such as 16 year old Janie Sanders and 13 year old Rose Levandoski, but the current thinking is that another (still unknown) predator was likely responsible. Although he had convictions against adult women, Mann was a pedophile with a history of mostly preying on young girls.
76. Elmer Carroll (~1972-2012, lethal injection): Carroll broke into the room of 10 year old Christine McGowan. He raped and strangled the girl to death, tucked the body underneath the bedsheets, and stole her stepfather's construction truck. McGowan's body discovered was by her stepfather when he came to check on her. At the time of the murder, Carroll had two separate convictions (including one against his then 5 year old niece) for child molestation and was first accused of rape at the age of 16.
77. William Van (~1971-2013, lethal injection): Poyck Van Poyck and another man, Frank Valdez, ambushed a prison van that their incarcerated friend was being transported in with the intent of freeing him. The pair shot and killed a guard, 40 year old Fred Griffis and wounded another. Despite overtaking the van, they were forced to retreat without their friend with the arrival of police reinforcements. Both were captured after a brief shootout with the police and were given death sentences for Griffis’ murder. The case sparked controversy when Valdez was beaten to death by other prison guards in his cell. The officers involved were all fired but acquitted for murder in their trials. Van Poyck had several convictions of armed robbery on his record.
78. John Ferguson (~1960s-2013, lethal injection): Ferguson was the mastermind of the Carol City massacre that his above mentioned accomplices, Marvin Francois and Beauford White, participated in. He also committed a series of murders on his own. Two of his other victims, 17 year old Brian Glenfeldt and 17 year old Belinda Worley, were a couple that were ambushed in the parking lot of an ice cream shop. Ferguson raped Worley, shot her and Glenfeldt dead, and ran off with her jewelry and Glenfeldt’s wallet. Another couple, 82 year old Katherine and 75 year old Raymond Perry, were assaulted by Ferguson in their motel room, robbed, and shot dead execution style. Authorities also believe that Ferguson was responsible for the murders of James Ward, a 40 year old runaway from a mental institution, and Joseph Walters (age unknown), but was never convicted of them in court. Ferguson had a troubled upbringing, was stealing cars at the age of 13, and convicted for the attempted murder of an officer. Due to allegations of him being a schizophrenic, his execution was delayed numerous times, which is why he was put to death decades after his accomplices.
79. Marshall Gore (1988-2013, lethal injection): Gore abducted and murdered two women, 30 year old Robyn Novick and 19 year old Susan Roark. Both women were last seen in his company, and they were raped, beaten, and stabbed to death. He also carjacked 32 year old Tina Coralis while she was driving with her 2 year old son Jimmy. Gore raped Tina, beat her with a rock, slit her throat, dumped her on the side of the road, and drove off with her car while Jimmy was still in it. Tina survived the attack and notified the police about her kidnapped son and stolen car. The police were able to rescue Jimmy unharmed and capture Gore without incident.
80. William Happ (~1980s-2013, lethal injection): Happ dragged 21 year old Angela Crowley out of her own car window in a convenience store parking lot. He anally raped and strangled Crowley to death with her pants. A corner's report mentioned that Crowley received over 20 blows to her head during the assault. Happ had several convictions of armed robbery, one of which pertained to an abduction incident.
81. Darius Kimbrough (1991-2013, lethal injection): Kimbrough climbed into the apartment window of 28 year old Denise Collin with the help of a ladder. He raped and repeatedly slammed her head against the wall. She was found bloodied and nude by the paramedics called to the scene. Collin died of her injuries in the hospital a day after the attack. Her murder went unsolved until samples of Kimbrough’s DNA were collected from another one of his rapes. With the presence of additional pubic hairs found in Collin’s room, at least two other men were also certainly involved, but they remain at large to this day.
82. Thomas Knight (~1960s-2013, lethal injection): Knight began his string of murders by abducting his former employer, 64 year old Sydney Gans, and Sydney's wife, 60 year old Lillian. After her forced them to withdraw $50,000 from their bank accounts, Knight shot the Gans' dead. He was apprehended and, but he managed to escape from jail while awaiting trial. While on the run, Knight gunned down a clerk, 54 year old William Culpepper, while holding up a liquor store, and $640 from the cash register. A month later, Knight was recaptured following an armed standoff with police, and sentenced to death for the Gan killings. On death row, he stabbed a correctional officer, 48 year old Richard Burke, to death with a sharpened spoon over the prison allegedly barring him from seeing his mother. Knight had numerous theft and burglary convictions that date back to when he was 9 years old.
83. Juan Chavez (1995-2014, lethal injection): Chavez accosted 9 year old Jimmy Ryce when the boy was dropped off at a stop by a school bus, and abducted him at gunpoint. He took Ryce to a trailer on his employers' property and raped him. When Ryce tried to signal a passing helicopter for help, Chavez shot him in the back of the head, and muffled his cries as he died. The body was then decapitated and dismembered, and Chavez buried the remains near his trailer.
84. Paul Howell (~1990s-2014, lethal injection): Howell was part of a drug smuggling gang. One of the members had a falling out with the ring and made an agreement with law enforcement to testify against them. Howell constructed a microwave bomb to assassinate the witness in her home, and he assigned an associate to carry out the hit. As he was transporting the bomb to its intended destination, the associate was pulled over and detained by deputies. While being processed, the bomb detonated prematurely, and killed a deputy, 35 year old James Fulford, Jr.
85. Robert Henry (1987-2014, lethal injection): As part of his plan to assault the gas station that he worked at, Henry tricked his co workers, 53 year old Phyllis Harris and 35 year old Janet Thermidor, into thinking that a robber was holding him hostage. He duped the women into allowing themselves to be tied up and gagged, as Henry claimed to them that the fictitious "robber" was forcing him to do it. Both women were beaten with hammers as Henry ransacked the station’s store. After he stole a total of $1,269 from the register, he poured gasoline all over the building, and set it on fire. Thermidor and Harris were burned alive in the blaze and died of their injures, but Thermidor survived long enough to identify Henry as the assailant.
86. Robert Hendrix (1990-2014, lethal injection): To prevent his cousin, 25 year old Elmer Scott Jr., from testifying against him in a then upcoming burglary trail, Hendrix broke into the home that he shared with his wife, 18 year old Susan, with an accomplice. He shot Susan and Elmer, beat them with the butt of his rifle, and slashed their throats. In the case that he was about to be tried for, Elmer and Hendrix burglarized a home together, and Elmer agreed to testify against him in exchange for a reduced sentence.
87. John Henry (~1975-2014, lethal injection): In 1975, Henry got into an argument with his first wife, 28 year old Patricia Roddy, while they were driving with her daughters. Henry pulled over and stabbed Patricia to death in front of her children. After he plead guilty, Henry was given a 15 year sentence for second degree murder, and was released in 1983 after serving 8. Shortly after his release, he married 28 year old Suzanne Overstreet. As what happened with his first wife, he fatally stabbed Suzanne during an argument in 1985. He then took his stepson, 4 year old Eugene Christian, to a chicken farm and stabbed him to death as well. Henry also had several convictions for the possession of drugs and illegal firearms.
88. Eddie Davis (~1980s-2014, lethal injection): Davis kidnapped his ex girlfriend's daughter, 11 year Kimberly Waters, from her home and gagged her with a rag. He took the girl to a trailer that he used to live in, and raped and strangled her to death. His criminal activity before the murder included several arrests for burglary and autotheft.
89. Chadwick Banks (1992-2014, lethal injection): Banks shot his wife, 30 year old Cassandra, in the head while she was sleeping on their couch. He then crept into the room of his stepdaughter, 10 year old Melody Cooper, and sexually assaulted her. Melody was also shot dead during the abuse.
90. Johnny Kormondy (~1989-2014, lethal injection): Kormondy and his two accomplices invaded a house that Gary McAdams, a 38 year old banker, shared with his wife, 38 year old Cecilia. The couple were ambushed after they returned home from a high school reunion. Gary was shot and killed by Kormondy, while Cecilia was forced to orally copulate the other intruders. Several items were stolen in the robbery, but my sources didn’t disclose any specifics. Kormondy had several previous convictions of robberies and auto thefts, and the earliest occurred when he was 14.
91. Jerry Correll (1985-2015, lethal injection): Correll shot and killed his ex wife, 25 year old Susan, their daughter, 5 year old Tuesday, Susan's sister, 29 year old Marybeth Jones, and their mother, 58 year old Mary Lou Hines. All four victims were murdered in a home they shared together.
92. Oscar Bolin (~1977-2015, lethal injection): Bolin was sentenced to death for the abductions and murders of 26 year old Teri Matthews, 25 year old Natalie Holley, and 17 year old Stephanie Collins. All 3 victims were kidnapped while they were getting off from work, raped, and killed in beating and stabbing attacks. He raped and strangled a fourth victim, 30 year old Deborah Stowe, to death in Texas, but wasn't charged due to already facing the death penalty in Florida. Bolin also took part in the non fatal abduction and gang rape of a waitress in Ohio, was charged for kidnapping his girlfriend (which were later dropped by the courts), and had several theft convictions that started when he was 15.
93. Mark Asay (1987-2017, lethal injection): Asay shot and killed a black man, 34 year old Robert Booker, during a racially charged fight that he picked at a bar. After Booker's murder, Asay, his brother, and their friend went cruising for prostitutes. They encountered a cross dressing sex worker, 26 year old Robert McDowell, they were acquainted with and picked him up. McDowell was also shot dead by Asay when they got into an argument over payment for an oral sex act.
94. Michael Lambrix (1983-2017, lethal injection): While intoxicated, Lambrix beat one of his friends, 35 year old Clarence Moore, to death with a tire iron, and fatally strangled another friend, 19 year old Aleisha Bryant, with a t-shirt in their trailer. He was previously arrested for welfare fraud and was detained for an unspecified "unrelated charge" during the murder investigation.
95. Patrick Hannon (1991-2017, lethal injection): 27 year old Brandon Snider vandalized the bedroom of his ex girlfriend while she was away on vacation. The ex girlfriend's brother was friends with Hannon, and he convinced him to launch a revenge attack on Snider with the help of another friend. They broke into Snider's apartment, stabbed him, and slit his throat. Snider's roommate, 28 year old Robert Carter, witnessed the murder, and tried hiding underneath his bed. Hannon dragged Carter out and shot him to death.
96. Eric Branch (1991-2018, lethal injection): In 1993, Branch abducted and carjacked 21 year old Susan Morris. He raped, beat, and strangled her to death, and then buried Morris' body in a shallow grave near a nature trail. Branch used Morris' car to flee back to his native Indiana, but was captured for a traffic violation. A registered sex offender, Branch had previous convictions for sexually abusing a 14 year old girl, and raped an unidentified woman 10 days before Morris' murder.
97. José Jiménez (~1990-2018, lethal injection): Jiménez fatally strangled Marie Debas, a 32 year old French woman who was allegedly in a relationship with a Medellin cartel drug runner, during a burglary of her apartment. Two years later, he burglarized the home of 63 year old Phyllis Minas, and stabbed her to death.
98. Bobby Long (~1990-2018, lethal injection): As the “Classified Ad Rapist”, Long raped over 50 women. He was given that epithet due to contacting and luring his victims through classified ads. After one of his victims sought charges that initially convicted him (though were later dropped on appeals), Long’s pattern of sexual violence escalated to murder. Long murdered at least 10 women and teenage girls between the ages of 18-28 and non fatally assaulted a 33 year old woman, Linda Nuttall, and a 17 year old girl, Lisa McVey. The victims were picked up through hitchhiking, forcibly grabbed while walking alone on streets, or were prostitutes lured with promises of payment for sexual favors. Long’s sparing of his last victim, McVey, provided to be his downfall, as it was her meticulously detailed reports that led law enforcement to him.
99. Gary Bowles (~1970s-2019, lethal injection): Bowles lured 6 men, 72 year old Milton Bradley, 59 year old John Roberts, 47 year old Walter Hinton, 47 year old Alverson, 39 year old David Jarman, and 38 year old Albert Morris by prostituting himself to them. Once a victim was enticed, Bowles strangled them, and stole their credit cards. He also had several convictions for armed robbery, hospitalized his stepfather in his early teens, and served a 6 year prison sentence for sexually assaulting his girlfriend.
100. Donald Dillbeck (~1979-2023, lethal injection): In 1979, Dillbeck stole a car, and was pulled over by a deputy, 31 year old Dwight Hall. After a prolonged chase and scuffle, Dillbeck shot and killed Hall with his own gun. He was then given a life sentence for Hall's murder. Dillbeck escaped from prison in 1990, and stabbed 44 year old Robbie Vann to death while trying to seize her car. The pursuing officers recaptured him shortly after the killing, and he was sentenced to death for Vann's murder.
101. Louis Gaskin (~1986-2023, lethal injection): Gaskin started his burglary spree by breaking into the home of couple, 56 year old Robert and 55 year old Georgette Sturmfels. He shot them both dead, and stole their lamp, VCR set, and some jewelry and money. His second target was a house owned by 38 year old Joseph Rector and his wife Mary (age unknown). Although Gaskin shot Joseph, the couple both managed to escape him with their lives. Due to him wearing a ninja costume as a disguise during the robberies, he was dubbed as the "Ninja Killer" by media outlets. Gaskin also had a few robbery convictions at the time of the murders.
102. Darryl Barwick (1983-2023, lethal injection): Barwick stalked 24 year old Rebecca Wendt as she was sunbathing in a pool, followed her to her apartment, and forced himself inside to rob it. He stabbed Wendt 37 times and raped her. At the age of 16, Barwick had committed a similar act of rape and burglary against an unidentified woman, and was released from prison 3 months before Wendt's murder.
103. Duane Owen (1984-2023, lethal injection): Owen raped 14 year old Karen Slattery while burglarizing a home she was babysitting at, and stabbed her to death. A few months later, Owen burglarized another home owned by 38 year old Georgianna Worden. She was sexually assaulted and fatally beaten with a hammer. He was captured while breaking into another house on the same day, and confessed to Worden and Slattery's murders
104. James Barnes (~1988-2023, lethal injection): In 1988, Barnes invaded the home of 41 year old Patricia Miller, and tied her up with her own shoelaces. She was sexually assaulted, beaten to death with a hammer, and Barnes set her bed on fire to destroy any evidence of the crime. 9 years later, Barnes strangled his estranged wife, 44 year old Linda, to death in her home, and stuffed the body into a closet. He stayed in the house until he was arrested by police officers. Barnes also admitted to the shooting deaths of Chester Wetmore, a 14 year old runaway, and Brenda Fletcher, a 50 year old prostitute, but was never charged for their killings. According to Barnes, he killed both victims for stealing from him.
105. Michael Zack III (1996-2023, lethal injection): Zack befriended two women, 40 year old Laura Rosillo and 31 year old Ravonne Smith, while hanging out at bars. He lured Rosillo to the beach with the promise of drugs, and assaulted her with a tire iron. Rosillo was raped, strangled to death, and he buried her body in a sand dune. A day later, he tricked Smith into letting him inside her house. She was smashed in the head with a glass bottle, raped, and stabbed to death. Zack then fled with her car, television set, VCR, and her purse. On a different note, when he was a child, Zack’s older sister dismembered their mother with an ax over an argument regarding the sister’s boyfriend. He used that story to gain the sympathy of his victims. His sister (who was simply institutionalized rather then incarcerated for the murder) also testified about their stepfather’s alleged abuse of them at his trial, though the prosecutors debunked most of her stories.

4. Các tà đạo/Lạc giáo xuất phát từ Công Giáo và sự chỉ trích, quy chụp nhầm lẫn đầy tai hại.

Để nói về các lạc giáo và tà đạo dựa trên giáo lý của Thiên Chúa Giáo ở Việt Nam đúng là tràn lan, bantumlum khắp nơi. Mà hầu hết là tập trung ở các vùng dân tộc thiểu số miền núi như Tây Nguyên và các vùng núi phía Bắc, có cả ở trong miền văn minh như Sài Gòn hay Thổ Đu. Với việc người dân, hầu hết là những người nhẹ dạ cả tin, thiếu hiểu biết và thiếu kiến thức, nên dễ bị những tội phạm này dắt mũi đi theo các tà giáo do chính chúng lập nên hòng để lợi dụng và trục lợi cho cá nhân chứ chẳng có Chúa chẳng có Thánh Thần gì ở đây cả.
Điểm chung của một vài tà đạo này là đều có mục đích như "bơm đểu" để thúc đẩy các giáo dân biểu tình, ly khai, thành lập nhà nước riêng, cách mạng màu,...Và viễn cảnh đó là một trong những điều mà đản cọng sả Việt Nam cực kỳ sợ hãi đái mẹ nó ra quần. Chỉ cần một vài giọt nước tràn ly và một cây kim thôi để làm cho quả bóng bể ra và thế là hết.
Bản thân một tà giáo mà không được công nhận, chứng nhận, cấp phép để hoạt động đã là điều sai trái trước nhất.
Điều sai trái thứ hai là nó gây ra những ảnh hưởng xấu đến bộ mặt, danh tiếng, tạo ra nhiều tin đồn, quan điểm trái chiều về một tôn giáo chính thống đã được công nhận như là Công Giáo.
Vì nó không chính thống nên suy ra đéo ai quan tâm cả, chỉ có người thù ghét Công Giáo vô cớ quan tâm để đưa tin trái chiều, gây bất lợi mà thôi.

Có một vài tà đạo/lạc giáo/giáo phái đã được ghi nhận, điều tra và đã bị triệt phá bởi đản cọng sả và các ông can Việt Nam. Các dẫn chứng dưới đây hoàn toàn là văn chương của đản cọng sả, không phải của tao. Tao chỉ đưa tin lại một số nhất định để tổng hợp thôi.
Cá nhân tao và đa số giáo dân thậm chí còn không biết là có rất nhiều các "lạc giáo", theo cách như Giáo Hội dùng để gọi các tôn giáo "tự chế" ra từ Thiên Chúa Giáo, tồn tại ở giữa một môi trường Công Giáo lành mạnh Việt Nam thế này. Thực ra ở trên các hội nhóm và fanpage liên quan, như Thắc Mắc Công Giáo, thì các giáo dân và người có kiến thức cũng đã thông tin và cảnh báo cho nhau để tránh bị sa vào hoặc bị lừa đảo bởi những hội nhóm nhân danh Đức Chúa Trời giả tạo này.
***Nhà nước Tin Lành Đề Ga tự trị

- "Khoảng giữa những năm 2000, những tên cầm đầu “Nhà nước Đê ga” ở Mỹ thông qua số Việt kiều về thăm thân nhân để tác động và chính Ksor Kơk đã điện thoại về chỉ đạo số tín đồ Tin Lành người dân tộc thiểu số đòi tự do tôn giáo, tách Tin lành người Thượng ra khỏi Hội thánh Tin lành Việt Nam (Miền Nam), lập “Hội thánh Tin lành Đê ga” làm hậu thuẫn cho “Nhà nước Đê ga độc lập”. Ngày 20/09/2000, tên mục sư BdaSuKbon – người đứng đầu nhà thờ Tin lành ở Mỹ đã gửi thư chấp thuận “Tin lành Đê ga Việt Nam”.
Về yếu tố chính trị, bọn cầm đầu “Tin lành Đê ga” đã tuyên truyền, xuyên tạc chính sách của Đảng và Nhà nước ta nói chung, chính sách tôn giáo, dân tộc nói riêng. Các luận điệu của chúng như sau: “Tin lành Đê ga” ở Mỹ chấp thuận “Tin lành Đê ga” ở Việt Nam; Dân tộc thiểu số ở Tây Nguyên không phụ thuộc vào Hội thánh Tin lành Việt Nam; Tín đồ Tin lành phải đấu tranh đòi thành lập “Nhà nước Đê ga độc lập”; Đuổi người Kinh, đòi lại đất đai…
Bên cạnh yếu tố chính trị, “Tin lành Đê ga” vẫn mang yếu tố tôn giáo. Cùng với hoạt động chính trị, những người theo “Tin lành Đê ga” thường xuyên sinh hoạt tôn giáo như nhóm họp, cầu nguyện có Ban Chấp sự hướng dẫn. Những người theo “Tin lành Đê ga” vẫn là tín đồ đạo Tin lành cũ, vẫn có nhu cầu về tôn giáo và như vậy số cầm đầu “Tin lành Đê ga” cũng phải tổ chức cho họ sinh hoạt tôn giáo, đáp ứng như cầu tôn giáo nếu muốn lôi kéo tín đồ và duy trì “Tin lành Đê ga”. Đây cũng là một hình thức tập hợp quần chúng của số cầm đầu “Nhà nước Đê ga độc lập” ở trong và ngoài nước."[1]

- "Thời gian qua, trong vùng đồng bào dân tộc Mông trên địa bàn một số tỉnh phía Bắc và Tây Nguyên xuất hiện hoạt động của tà đạo “Giê Sùa”, “Bà Cô Dợ”. Tà đạo “Giê Sùa”, “Bà Cô Dợ” đã xuyên tạc Kinh Thánh để lừa mị, lôi kéo đồng bào dân tộc Mông tham gia vào hoạt động phức tạp về an ninh, trật tự; lợi dụng tín ngưỡng, tôn giáo để tập hợp phát triển lực lượng lập “Nhà nước Mông”.
"Các đối tượng cầm đầu các tà đạo “Giê Sùa”, “Bà Cô Dợ” ở nước ngoài đã triệt để sử dụng phương thức, thủ đoạn thông qua điện thoại, mạng xã hội, các phần mềm họp trực tuyến để chỉ đạo số đối tượng cốt cán ở trong nước tích cực tuyên truyền, lôi kéo người Mông tham gia với mục đích kích động tư tưởng ly khai, tự trị, tập hợp lực lượng lập “Nhà nước Mông”. Mặc dù đã được lực lượng chức năng tổ chức tuyên truyền, vận động nhưng hiện nay vẫn còn một bộ phận đồng bào dân tộc Mông bị ảnh hưởng bởi các luận điệu tuyên truyền của các đối tượng cầm đầu bên ngoài, vẫn còn lén lút tin theo và tham gia sinh hoạt tà đạo “Giê Sùa”, “Bà Cô Dợ” trên mạng xã hội hoặc ẩn thân vào các tổ chức tôn giáo hợp pháp để chờ thời cơ thuận lợi để tái hoạt động trở lại gây phức tạp về tình hình an ninh, trật tự trong vùng đồng bào dân tộc Mông."[2]

***Tà đạo “Hội thánh tin lành đấng Christ Tây Nguyên (Version 2 của Đề Ga)

- “Hội thánh Tin lành đấng Christ Tây Nguyên” (gọi tắt là CHPC) là một tổ chức phản động được đối tượng A Ga (FULRO lưu vong ở Mỹ) thành lập vào tháng 9/2020. A Ga đã tích cực liên kết với các tổ chức phản động nước ngoài khác như “Ủy ban cứu trợ người vượt biển” (gọi tắt là BPSOS) của Nguyễn Đình Thắng ở Mỹ, nhóm “Người Thượng đứng lên vì công lý” (gọi tắt là MSFJ) của Y Quynh Bdăp ở Thái Lan nhằm phục vụ cho mưu đồ chính trị của mình. Bề ngoài, “Hội thánh Tin lành đấng Christ Tây Nguyên” là tổ chức sinh hoạt tôn giáo bình thường như các tổ chức tôn giáo khác với các hoạt động hát thánh ca, cầu nguyện và chia sẻ kinh thánh. Tuy nhiên, mục đích chính của tổ chức này là tập hợp tín đồ người dân tộc thiểu số ở Tây Nguyên và số đối tượng phản động người Việt lưu vong, lợi dụng vấn đề dân chủ, nhân quyền, tự do tôn giáo để chia rẽ khối đại đoàn kết dân tộc, chống phá chính quyền, đòi thành lập “nhà nước riêng, tôn giáo riêng” cho người dân tộc thiểu số ở Tây Nguyên.[3]

- "Hội thánh đức chúa trời toàn năng (hay còn gọi là Tia chớp Phương Đông) là một tổ chức tôn giáo bất hợp pháp dựa trên kinh thánh Kitô giáo, xuất hiện ở Trung Quốc vào năm 1991 do Dương Hướng Bân và Triệu Duy Sơn sáng lập. Năm 1995, giáo phái này bị Trung Quốc cấm nên Dương Hướng Bân và Triệu Duy Sơn chạy sang Mỹ. Giáo lý cốt lõi của tổ chức này là "chúa Giêsu Kitô trở lại trái đất với tư cách là Đức chúa trời toàn năng, thống nhất tất cả các tôn giáo thành Hội thánh đức chúa trời toàn năng và có nhiệm vụ cứu rỗi con người khỏi các thiên tai, thảm họa, dịch bệnh".
Tại Trung Quốc, Hội thánh đức chúa trời toàn năng được đưa vào danh sách các tổ chức phản động do các thành viên có dính líu, liên quan đến các vụ bạo lực, tống tiền, bắt cóc, giết người (họ sẽ giết những người từ chối gia nhập giáo phái này kể cả cha mẹ của mình với lý do "con quỷ ta cần phải được tiêu diệt") và có tư tưởng chống Đảng Cộng sản."[4]

- "“Hội thánh của Đức Chúa Trời Mẹ” có tên chính thức và đầy đủ là “Hội thánh của Đức Chúa Trời Hiệp hội Truyền giáo Tin lành Thế giới” (“World mission society Church of God – WMSCOG). Tổ chức “Hội thánh Đức Chúa Trời Mẹ” còn có những tên gọi khác: “Hội thánh của Đức Chúa Trời”, “Đức Chúa Trời Mẹ”, “Hội thánh Đức Chúa Trời làm chứng cho Chúa Giêsu”, có nguồn gốc từ Hàn Quốc, do Ahn Sahng Hong (thường gọi là Anh Xang Hồng) sáng lập năm 1964, tại Hàn Quốc. Giáo lý cơ bản lấy từ kinh thánh (66 quyển) của Tin lành giáo. Tuy nhiên, chính tổ chức này bị những người Tin lành giáo tẩy chay, không công nhận, thậm chí còn coi là “tà đạo”, vì những thay đổi giải thích giáo lý và thực hành của nó. Nhất là việc tin có “Đức Chúa Trời Mẹ”, hay tin “Đức Chúa Trời Ba Ngôi” hiện thân vào ông Anh Xang Hồng và “Đức Chúa Trời Mẹ” hiện thân vào bà Jang Gin Ja (vợ ông này). Trong sinh hoạt tôn giáo, điểm dễ nhận biết là tín đồ không sử dụng thánh giá, tượng chúa, nữ thì trùm khăn ren trắng."

***Giáo phái tự xưng Nhân Chứng Giê-hô-va

- "Trong số những đạo lạ, giáo phái mới xuất hiện đáng chú ý có cái tự xưng là "Nhân chứng Giê-hô-va" tại Kiên Giang. Giáo phái này do chính người phụ nữ Việt kiều nói trên lập điểm tuyên truyền, lôi kéo hơn 20 người dân tham gia. Điểm tập trung đặt trong một căn nhà thuê tại một khu dân cư nghèo ở khu phố Nam Cao như nói trên.
Trong số những người tham gia có vợ chồng ông Danh Kiểng (ngụ khu phố Nam Cao). Ông Kiểng nói ông và vợ bị biến chứng đái tháo đường, khi nghe nói được "Đức Giê-hô-va" che chở nên quyết định theo. "Sau này, khi trái đất bị hủy diệt thì Đức Giê-hô-va xuống đây cứu vớt cho hơn 140.000 người theo đạo, số còn lại sẽ chết hết. Con người lúc đó sẽ sống với hình hài trẻ đẹp chứ không già" - ông Kiểng nói.
Cũng theo lời ông Kiểng, sau khi gia nhập đạo này, gia đình ông đã tháo bỏ bàn thờ tổ tiên. Trước khi trở thành tín đồ, mọi người phải tập trung tại "Phòng Nước Trời" ở nhà người phụ nữ Việt kiều vào các ngày thứ tư và chủ nhật hằng tuần để nghe thuyết giảng về đạo."[5]

- "Để thực hiện ý đồ, Dương Văn Mình cùng số đối tượng cốt cán đã lập ra “Tổ chức bất hợp pháp Dương Văn Mình” núp bóng dưới vỏ bọc tôn giáo, móc nối, liên hệ, tìm kiếm, hỗ trợ, hậu thuẫn của một số cá nhân, tổ chức phản động; tổ chức quốc tế thiếu thiện cảm với Việt Nam để vu cáo Việt Nam vi phạm dân chủ, nhân quyền, tự do tôn giáo; tuyên truyền luận điệu “Dương Văn Mình sẽ làm Chúa, Vua của người Mông”. Trước tình hình trên, chính quyền các địa phương đã kiên trì tuyên truyền, vận động quần chúng nhân dân không tin, không nghe theo “Tổ chức bất hợp pháp Dương Văn Minh”, thực hiện tốt chủ trương, đường lối, chính sách của Đảng, tuân thủ các quy định của pháp luật.
Thế nhưng khi chính quyền tiến hành cưỡng chế, tháo dỡ “nhà đòn” (nhà chứa đồ tang); giải tán việc tổ chức “Tết chung”, sinh nhật Dương Văn Mình, lễ kỷ niệm “Ngày thành lập tổ chức Dương Văn Minh”…, thì số đối tượng cốt cán, quá khích kích động, xúi giục người dân tập trung đông người gây cản trở an ninh trật tự (ANTT), lấn lướt, chống đối chính quyền cơ sở, ngăn cấm không cho con, em đi học, không nhận hỗ trợ xoá đói, giảm nghèo, lôi kéo khiếu kiện, tái dựng “nhà đòn”; không tham gia bầu cử đại biểu Quốc hội khóa XIII; Quốc hội khoá XV và Hội đồng nhân dân các cấp 2013 cho đến nay…. Không dừng lại ở đó, để gây áp lực, đòi yêu sách với chính quyền, các đối tượng còn thu, truyền tải qua mạng xã hội và cung cấp cho bên ngoài sử dụng vũ cáo chính sách, pháp luật của ta nhằm đòi yêu sách."[6]

Điểm chung của các tà đạo, lạc giáo, giáo phái tự xửng ở trên là gì? Đó là đều liên quan hoặc dựa trên nguồn gốc là Đạo Tin Lành và Thiên Chúa Giáo nói chung, nhưng những kẻ thành lập giáo phái này thực chất đều là những kẻ ngoài cuộc, những người bên ngoài Giáo Hội, có được bơm thổi từ đâu hay không thì không biết, nhưng rất giỏi dắt mũi người dân thiếu hiểu biết. Những kẻ này chỉ đơn giản là tội phạm.
Ngoài ra, chúng còn là tội đồ đối với Hội Thánh cũng như tất cả các giáo dân TCG ở trên thế giới, vì Thiên Chúa chỉ dạy "anh em hãy đi rao giảng Tin Mừng" chứ không có dạy "anh em hãy lập ra một tôn giáo mới, bắt họ đập bàn thờ và nghe theo những bài giảng xàm xí tự chế của anh em".
5. Những "con sâu mọt" từ chính bên trong Giáo Hội và những kẻ mượn gió bẻ măng, chớp thời cơ, thừa nước đục thả câu.

• Đúng là như vậy. Không chỉ có các thành phần ở bên ngoài chống phá Giáo Hội mà ngay cả bên trong nội bộ cũng vẫn có những con sâu mọt góp phần làm sụt giảm đi những giá trị cao đẹp của tập thể.
  
• Để nói về các thành phần sâu mọt thì nó bao gồm hầu như tất các thành phần là giáo dân và chức sắc lãnh đạo.
  
• Đối với giáo dân: Có một cơ số những người đạo theo, cải đạo, hoặc Công Giáo gốc nhưng nửa mùa, tụi tao hay gọi là "Công Giáo gốc cây", chưa biết rõ về các ý niệm, khái niệm và nhiều khái cạnh khác của Công Giáo, nên dễ sa ngã và bị cái đức tính tò mò xưa cũ lấn át. Ngoài ra, gốc cây hay có những phát biểu cực kỳ ngây ngô, ngây thơ liên quan đến đạo mình, khi được người ta giải thích rõ ràng thì gân cổ lên cãi, không chịu nhận mình sai.
  
• Giáo dân trẻ thì không biết gì, hay đòi phá lệ phá luật phá giới răn, đòi quyền này quyền kia đủ thứ, gọi đạo mình là khắt khe, cổ hủ. Giáo dân trưởng thành và già thì giữ tư duy bảo thủ, gatekeep, gia trưởng của thế hệ cũ, lúc nào cũng chê trách, chỉ trích người trẻ thế này thế nọ, bỏ lễ bỏ đạo, vân vân,...Cứ tưởng như là một tập thể rất rất đoàn kết, nhưng không, vì họ quá đông để có thể kiểm soát hay hướng cho từng giáo dân trở về với những giá trị nguyên gốc của CG.

• Đối với các linh mục: Có một cơ số các linh mục dù đã hoàn thành tu tập nhưng vẫn chưa bỏ được cái thói sân si con người, thích bàn chuyện chính trị, đời sống cách nửa vời, đá xéo, kháy khịa, lòng vòng, quan tâm đến các vấn đề chính trị nhiều hơn là xã hội, đời sống hay chính Công Giáo. Đôi khi có những ông còn đi cà khịa tôn giáo khác, muốn ly khai thành lập ra những cơ sở riêng với cách hoạt động riêng biệt, trái ngược lại hoàn toàn với các giáo lý, giáo luật và giới răn của Công Giáo. Những hành động này không những khiến cho hình ảnh chung của Công Giáo bị liên lụy mà còn tạo cơ hội cho những thành phần thừa nước đục thả câu, đã thù ghét người CG sẵn, lên những bài viết công kích, bôi nhọ, xúc phạm cả một tôn giáo bao nhiêu triệu người mà không phải riêng những cá nhân gây nên tội đó. Tao khinh ra mặt cái tư duy bầy đàn này.

"Không những tuyên bố chữa khỏi bệnh ung thư giai đoạn cuối, ông Nguyễn Văn Tường, ngụ xã Vinh Kim, H.Cầu Ngang (Trà Vinh) còn tuyên bố bản thân có đủ khả năng biến đất thành đá ngăn biển từ Tiền Giang đến Cà Mau, và thời gian tới sẽ nhận chữa thêm bệnh phong cùi và HIV để cứu nhân độ thế.
Ngoài ra, theo thông tin được đăng trên tài khoản Youtube “Tin nóng từ dân” về một số bệnh nhân được ông Tường nhận chữa trị, ký xác nhận “đã khỏi bệnh ung thư và làm lễ cho xuất viện”, PV đã xác nhận tại nơi cư trú những này và được biết họ đều không có trong danh sách dân cư trú tại các địa phương đó. Riêng 2 nữ bệnh nhân ung thư là giáo dân công giáo tên Đặng Thị Xuân Thy (42 tuổi, nhà ở Kiên Giang) và Lưu Thị Phượng (58 tuổi, nhà ở Hà Nội), đã chết khoảng 1 tuần sau khi ra trại. Mặc dù2 người bệnh này được ông Tường cho về nhà vì đã “được chữa khỏi”.
Ông Lê Hữu Long, Phó chủ tịch Ủy ban Đoàn kết Công giáo tỉnh Trà Vinh, cho biết ông Nguyễn Văn Tường từng là Linh mục có tên thánh là Phêrô Nguyễn Văn Tường, thuộc quản lý của Giáo phận Vĩnh Long. Tháng 5.2014, do kiên trì với thái độ và hành vi “lạc đạo” nên ông Tường bị Giáo phận Vĩnh Long phạt “Vạ tuyệt thông tiền kết”, cách chức linh mục, bãi nhiệm chức sắc, nhà tu hành, buộc rời khỏi chức Chánh sở nhà thờ Thành Thới (H.Mỏ Cày Nam, tỉnh Bến Tre) về tu dưỡng, sám hối tại nhà thờ Phường Tư (TP.Vĩnh Long, tỉnh Vĩnh Long). Nhưng ông Tường đã không tuân theo. “Theo thông báo của Tòa Giám mục Giáo phận Vĩnh Long thì ông Tường chỉ còn tư cách là giáo dân bình thường và không được quy tụ giáo dân thuyết giảng giáo lý.”, ông Long khẳng định."[7]

"Năm trước, ngày 17/5/2019, linh mục Nguyễn Duy Tân đang quản xứ Thọ Hòa (Đồng Nai) đã bị điều chuyển về làm phụ tá (tức là làm cấp phó cho người khác), phục vụ xây dựng công trình Đức Mẹ Núi Cúi (Thống Nhất, Đồng Nai). Dư luận cho rằng, đây là quyết định mang tính chất kỷ luật đối với linh mục Tân của Tòa Giám mục Giáo phận Xuân Lộc nhằm ngăn chặn việc lợi dụng Chúa để chống phá đất nước, vi phạm pháp luật, làm xấu đi hình ảnh tốt đẹp của đạo Công giáo, như công khai tiếp xúc với các thành viên của tổ chức khủng bố Việt Tân nhập cảnh vào VN như Emely Page; bị chính quyền xử phạt hành chính về trang facebook cá nhân trong việc kêu gọi tín hữu Công giáo xuống đường tuần hành biểu tình trong sự cố môi trường năm 2016 và gần đây nhất là tháng 4 vừa qua Cha đã xuất cảnh để sang Úc tham dự các hoạt động cho các tổ chức chính trị bên ngoài tổ chức nhằm can thiệp và công việc tại VN….
Tuy nhiên, dù đã nhận hình thức “kỷ luật” mang tính giáng cấp, nhưng linh mục Nguyễn Duy Tân vẫn không rút ra được bài học cho mình. Không làm tròn chức trách ở nơi được điều đến, ông ta vẫn ngày ngày lên mạng đả kích, chống phá chế độ, xuyên tạc mọi chủ trương chính sách cảu Nhà nước, cổ vũ đám chống đối, cổ súy hình thức chống phá bạo lực, cực đoan như băng đảng khủng bố hải ngoại, tiếp sức cho đám chống phá trong nước. Điển hình như liên tiếp sử dụng facebook cá nhân để bày tỏ quan điểm ủng hộ cho chế độ cũ VNCH trước đây; công khai nhân danh Chúa hô hào phản đối việc Bộ Công an đề xuất thẻ căn cước gắn chíp – việc làm hữu ích giảm thiểu thủ tục hành chính cho dân, bằng một quan điểm thật bất bình thường như sau “Vì Thiên Chúa muốn con người được TỰ DO. Tự do chọn lựa làm việc thiện hay làm điều ác. Ngay cả khi con người giết Đức Giêsu mà Ngài cũng không ngăn cản. TỰ DO : là quà tặng của Thiên Chúa”. Hay như ngày quốc tang Cố Tổng Bí thư Lê Khả Phiêu, linh mục Nguyễn Duy Tân lại tiếp tục có những lời lẽ mỉa mai, châm biếm có hàm ý xúc phạm đến vong linh của Cụ Lê Khả Phiêu…. Từ đó để thấy, để chống phá đất nước, Linh mục Nguyễn Duy Tân bất chấp thủ đoạn, luân lý đạo đức người Việt, lừa Chúa, dối chiên, thường xuyên cấu kết với các thế lực thù địch chống phá Đảng, Nhà nước, xuyên tạc lịch sử, bôi nhọ Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh, làm ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến đạo Thiên Chúa giáo; gây phẫn uất trong nhân dân."[8]

"Những ngày giữa tháng 2 vừa qua, người Công giáo nói riêng và đông đảo người dân ở tỉnh Nghệ An và các tỉnh miền Trung nói chung rất lấy làm lạ, vì họ không hiểu tại sao đường đường chính chính là một vị linh mục nhưng ông Anton Đặng Hữu Nam, Quản xứ Phú Yên, xã An Hòa, huyện Quỳnh Lưu, tỉnh Nghệ An lại có những hành động gây sốc cộng đồng đến vậy. Trong khi chính quyền các cấp và đồng bào miền Trung đang cùng cả nước tập trung mọi khả năng, nguồn lực để khắc phục hậu quả sự cố môi trường biển, thì linh mục Đặng Hữu Nam lại lớn tiếng đưa ra cái gọi là “Thông cáo báo chí”. Trong đó nội dung chủ yếu là kêu gọi, tụ tập bà con giáo dân giáo xứ Phú Yên, huyện Quỳnh Lưu vào Kỳ Anh (Hà Tĩnh) để “đi tìm công lý và sự thật”, nhưng mục đích là để gây rối.
Không dừng lại ở đó, lợi dụng việc rao giảng trên giáo đường nhà thờ, linh mục Nam còn liên tục nói xấu, xuyên tạc các chính sách của Đảng và Nhà nước ta, phủ nhận những thành quả cách mạng mà đất nước và nhân dân ta đã đạt được, trong đó có sự đóng góp của các chức sắc và tín đồ theo đạo Công giáo, gây bức xúc cho nhân dân. Trong các bài thuyết giảng gần đây, Anton Đặng Hữu Nam liên tiếp đưa ra những lời lẽ, lập luận trí trá nhằm kích động người dân chống chính quyền với những khẩu hiệu, băng rôn như “Ai đã ưu đãi cho Formosa trái pháp luật?”, “500 triệu đô không đủ mua quan tài cho dân Việt”, “Đừng bán danh dự tổ tiên vì Formosa”, “Đảng khoan hồng vì Formosa biết chạy”, “Formosa nhận lỗi, Đảng nhận tiền, nhân dân nhận thảm họa”... Ông Nam còn công khai yêu cầu giáo dân không đóng các loại phí, thuế quỹ mà UBND xã giao xóm thu và các khoản đóng góp đầu năm học của các trường... Báo Nghệ An điện tử cho biết, sáng 8-10-2016, linh mục Đặng Hữu Nam đã chỉ đạo Hội đồng mục vụ giáo xứ Phú Yên và khoảng 50 giáo dân là phụ huynh học sinh kéo lên Trường tiểu học xã An Hòa chất vấn Ban giám hiệu về các khoản thu đầu năm học 2016-2017."[9]

Lợi dụng sự sa ngã của một vài số ít các chức sắc Công Giáo này, nhiều thành phần ganh ghét, đố kỵ đã thừa nước đục thả câu, mượn cớ để được công kích và chửi bới toàn thể Giáo Hội Công Giáo Việt Nam. Điều sai thì những cá nhân này sẽ là người chịu tội, không phải toàn thể Giáo Hội và cộng đoàn Công Giáo.
6. Sự, bức xúc nổi loạn và phản kháng của các giáo dân - giọt nước tràn ly
Sự phản kháng của các giáo dân và chức sắc tôn giáo được thể hiện qua các sự kiện nhà nước chèn ép và bành trướng quyền lực trên đất thánh và những cơ sở tôn giáo của họ. Ngoài ra, những sự phản kháng này cũng để trả lời những kẻ luôn chỉ trích, công kích, bôi xấu Công Giáo, làm ảnh hưởng đến quyền lợi về tự do tôn giáo chính đáng của các giáo dân là chính đồng loại của mình, giới hạn cái quyền tự do tôn giáo của họ; đản cọng sả cũng là một trong những kẻ phản diện dẫn đầu đó.

"Ông Cao Hà Trực sinh năm 1971, thuộc “thế hệ thứ ba của người di cư từ miền Bắc vào miền Nam, sống từ năm 1954… và lập nghiệp tại Vườn rau Lộc Hưng.”
Ông cho biết “Khi Bắc 54 chúng tôi chạy chế độ cộng sản vào miền Nam, chúng tôi vào đây được Hội Thừa sai Paris, lúc bây giờ là bên quản lý ruộng đất của bên tôn giáo, cấp chúng tôi đất để chúng tôi an cư lập nghiệp.
Vườn rau Lộc Hưng ở phường 6, quận Tân Bình. Cư dân sống bằng trồng rau, và “hình thành nên nhà thờ và nhiều nhà nguyện, trong đó có Đài Đức Mẹ, gọi là Họ Mông Triệu.
Theo lời ông, họ đã sống ở đó từ năm 1954, và từ năm 1976 bắt đầu đóng thuế theo chủ trương nhà nước, “có biên lai đóng thuế và sổ thuế”. Tuy nhiên, đến năm 1999, khi ông và nhiều người khác đi kê khai nhà, đất theo nghị định mới, họ lại không được nhà nước công nhận cơ sở pháp lý.
Bà con Vườn rau Lộc Hưng bắt đầu đi kiện từ năm 1999.
“Đến năm 2001, họ có quyết định… thu hồi đất của chúng tôi để làm dự án xây nhà cao tầng. Họ lấy đất của chúng tôi, họ nói họ giao lại cho bưu điện, bởi vì họ nói đất của chúng tôi là đất thuộc bưu điện.”
Ông nói “Trên thực tế đến bây giờ, chúng tôi chưa bao giờ thấy tờ giấy nào nói Bưu chính Viễn thông có chủ quyền trên đất của chúng tôi, theo như cơ quan nhà nước nói.”[7]

Và bây giờ vẫn đang còn đi kiện, năm ngoái cảng đã mang xe xúc vào uy hiếp và chiếm được hoàn toàn phần đất giáo xứ đó. Hiện nay, giáo dân VRLH vẫn còn làm lễ và tập trung kêu oan cùng nhau.

"Ngày 05/11/2018, Tòa Tổng Giám mục Hà Nội đã có văn bản số VP2018/11CQ do Đức Hồng y Phê rô Nguyễn Văn Nhơn, Tổng Giám mục Hà Nội và Đức Giám mục Phụ Tá Laurenxo Chu Văn Minh ký tên thay mặt hàng linh mục Tổng Giáo phận Hà Nội và toàn thể giáo dân gửi đến Bí thư Thành ủy, Chủ tịch UBND Thành phố Hà Nội và các cơ quan chính quyền Hà Nội phản đối mạnh mẽ việc nhà cầm quyền Hà Nội đã ngang nhiên xây dựng trên đất đai và cơ sở của Tòa Tổng Giám mục Hà Nội.
Văn bản cho biết: Nhà cầm quyền Hà Nội đã tự ý xây dựng tại 29 phố Nhà Chung, là khu đất thuộc quyền sở hữu của Tòa Tổng Giám mục Hà Nội được chứng nhận tại bằng khoán điền thổ số 1794, quyển 9, trang 191.
Cho đến nay, Tòa TGM Hà Nội chưa hề có bất cứ một văn bản nào về việc hiến, tặng, cho hoặc chuyển nhượng quyền sử dụng khu đất và tài sản tại đây cho bất cứ ai.
Việc xây dựng đã được tiến hành lén lút, bởi dự án không có bất cứ một thông báo, bản vẽ và những thông tin cần thiết theo luật định cho việc tiến hành một dự án.
Đặc biệt, đây là khu đất của Tòa Tổng giám mục Hà Nội đã bị chiếm cướp làm trường học và nay tự ý xây dựng công trình nào đó mà Tòa TGM không hề được thông qua, người dân không hề được biết.
Ngang nhiên hơn nữa, để xây dựng công trình này, nhà cầm quyền Hà Nội đã tự ý xây bịt lối đi, đưa máy móc vào hoạt động như chỗ không người.
Đây là cơ sở Trường Dũng Lạc của Tổng Giáo phận Hà Nội."[8]

Dưới đây là bài viết của những giáo dân ở Đền Thánh - Linh địa Trại Gáo ở Giáo Phận Vinh

"Kính thưa Đức Cha Anphong, kính thưa Cha quản xứ Giuse cùng quý hội đồng giáo xứ. Chúng con là con cái giáo xứ Trại Gáo xa quê trong và ngoài nước. chúng con nhận được thông tin từ báo chí là chiều hôm qua quân đội lên Đền Thánh để khởi công xây dựng sân bóng chuyền và lắp ráp các dụng cụ thể dục trong khuôn viên Đền Thánh của chúng con. Chúng con cũng chứng kiến chính quyền địa phương, quân đội và hội đồng đứng làm lễ khởi công ( hình ảnh kèm theo ) chúng con kiến nghị Đức Cha yêu cầu Cha Xứ chấm dứt việc làm này, bởi Đền Thánh là nơi trang nghiêm, nơi cầu nguyện, Linh Thánh và là nơi lương giáo đến xin ơn bất kỳ lúc nào trong ngày. Do vậy, việc xây dựng khu thể thao trong Đền Thánh là chúng con ko chấp nhận. Chúng con phản đối bằng mọi cách để bảo vệ sự linh thiêng và yên bình của Đền Thánh.
Chúng con xin kiến nghị mang xuống bãi đất của giáo xứ ở phía dưới cánh đồng sẽ hợp lý hơn. Ở đó mới là nơi thể dục thể thao chung tốt nhất. Xin Đức Cha làm chủ cho chúng con. Chúng con sẽ không bao giờ chấp nhận cho làm trên khuôn viên Đền Thánh, mong Đức Cha hiểu cho chúng con."[9]

Sau khi đăng bài viết này lên, đất đai của linh địa vẫn bị nhà nước chiếm lấy để sây xân bóng và trang của Đền Thánh Trại Gáo không còn đăng thêm một bài nào nữa, có vẻ mọi sự đã ngã ngũ.
Thêm nữa là một vụ việc hiện tại đang diễn ra, các giáo dân ở Giáo Xứ Thanh Hải, Phan Thiết biểu tình phản đối chính quyền xây trường trên đất mượn của nhà thờ.

"Chính quyền tỉnh Bình Thuận dự tính xây mới hai trường học đạt chuẩn quốc gia trên phần đất mượn của nhà thờ Giáo xứ Thanh Hải từ năm 1975 nhưng vấp phải phản ứng của các giáo dân.
Sáng sớm ngày 08/5, hàng trăm giáo dân thuộc phường Thanh Hải, thành phố Phan Thiết kéo đến sân nhà thờ để phản đối việc Ủy ban Nhân dân phường cử người đến đo đạc phần đất của trường tiểu học và trường mẫu giáo Thanh Hải đang toạ lạc trong khuôn viên nhà thờ.
Theo người trong Hội đồng mục vụ, dường như Toà Giám mục Phan Thiết và linh mục Chánh xứ Thanh Hải đồng ý với đề nghị của chính quyền địa phương. Tuy nhiên, giáo dân không đồng ý vì họ muốn lấy lại toàn bộ đất đai mà cha ông họ đã khai khẩn từ gần 70 năm trước.
Ngày 16/2/2024, sau khi có tin Toà Giám mục công bố sơ đồ quy hoạch trường học mới của chính quyền Phan Thiết trên đất của giáo xứ Thanh Hải, giáo dân ở đây đã kéo đến Toà Giám mục để phản đối việc các tăng lữ đồng ý với kế hoạch của chính quyền địa phương.
Giáo xứ Thanh Hải (phường Thanh Hải, thành phố Phan Thiết, tỉnh Bình Thuận) được thành lập từ năm 1955 và giáo dân là những người di cư từ Thanh Hoá, Hải Phòng và Quảng Bình vào sau Hiệp định Geneva.
Hiện giáo xứ này thuộc Giáo phận Phan Thiết, và có hơn 8.000 giáo dân, chiếm khoảng 75% nhân khẩu của phường, theo thống kê năm 2015.
Trước năm 1975, trong khuôn viên nhà thờ có trường trung tiểu học Công giáo Thanh Hải để giảng dạy cho con em giáo dân địa phương, dưới sự quản lý của giáo xứ. Tuy nhiên, sau năm 1975, chính quyền mới trưng dụng cơ sở giáo dục này và vẫn sử dụng cho việc đào tạo cho học sinh địa phương với hai cơ sở là trường tiểu học và trường mẫu giáo Thanh Hải.
Do số giáo dân tăng và sinh hoạt chật chội, giáo xứ cần nơi giữ xe ngày thường và các ngày lễ lớn, xây nhà mục vụ, không gian sinh hoạt tôn giáo cho thanh thiếu nhi... nên từ năm 2014, giáo xứ đã đề nghị chính quyền địa phương trả lại hai ngôi trường."[10]

Để nói hay phân tích tính đúng sai ở những sự kiện như ở trên đây là rất khó, bởi vì sao? Nó là những mâu thuẫn cực kỳ nhạy cảm giữa các cơ quan chính quyền cai trị với các cơ quan tôn giáo, là những mâu thuẫn mà cả hai bên đều có phần sai rất khó để phân định.
Các cơ sở tôn giáo sai ở chỗ là dễ bị quá khích mà chưa giữ được cái đầu lạnh để phân định. Các cơ quan chính quyền sai ở chỗ là muốn bành trướng quyền lực vô hình lên các giáo dân vốn chỉ dám biểu tình ôn hòa.

"Việc chính quyền địa phương mượn tài sản là tu viện hoặc trường học của nhà thờ Công giáo và không trả lại xảy ra ở nhiều nơi trên khắp Việt Nam, điển hình là tu viện của Nhà thờ Thái Hà (Hà Nội) hiện đang được làm Bệnh viện Đống Đa. Gần đây, chính quyền địa phương có kế hoạch xây thêm một toà nhà khám chữa bệnh nhiều tầng trong khu đất vốn thuộc Giáo xứ Thái Hà cho dù nhà thờ liên tục đòi trả lại tu viện."[10]

Nếu một giáo xứ SẴN SÀNG hiến đất để xây bệnh viện, trường học, nghĩa địa,...thì đó là một hành động tốt và luôn được hoan nghênh bởi hầu hết tất cả mọi người, kể cả người ngoại giáo.
Nếu một giáo xứ BỊ ÉP BUỘC CÁCH VÔ LÝ để phải cho đi một miếng đất mà không thu lại được cái gì thì việc kêu oan, bị kích động, giữ thái độ mâu thuẫn với chánh quèn là điều tất yếu. Ngoài ra, họ còn bị người ngoại giáo nói là ích kỷ, chỉ biết thân mình, phản động, chống phá.
Ở phần 2 tao đã giải thích như dưới đây, xin được trích dẫn lại:

'Để có một góc nhìn đa chiều và khách quan hơn thì các tu sĩ người Bồ và Pháp này cũng đã nhận lệnh từ Giáo Hội Tây Phương để đi đến hầu như tất cả các nước, trong đó bao gồm Châu Á. Một trong những mục đích đầu tiên của họ là để chiếm lĩnh quyền sử dụng những phần đất, hoặc có thể thêm vào một ý là để chuẩn bị cho công cuộc đô hộ về mặt văn hóa và tôn giáo, ở Việt Nam trước bằng cách xây dựng nên những nhà thờ, nhà dòng, nhà nguyện, đền thờ.'

Và sau đó các cơ sở này được trao quyền lại cho những linh mục, giám mục người Việt sau này bằng giấy tờ ký tay. Đây là một trong những lý do tại sao tụi đản và nhà lướt dzịt nôm không chấp nhận những giấy tờ đó của Pháp và có thể ngang nhiên bành trướng quyền lực của mình ở đất Thánh, xâm phạm vào đất Thánh, phá bỏ các đền thờ, nhà dòng, nhà nguyện để xây dựng nên rất nhiều các cơ sở nổi tiếng hiện nay từ trường học, bệnh viện, nghĩa địa cho đến các khu chung cư và nhà dân. Người Công Giáo không quá gay gắt về những miếng đất đã mất, đã chết, đất của tụi tao còn đầy ở trên thiên quốc kia không có thiếu, hoặc Giáo Hội sẽ tự đùm bọc lẫn nhau để mua đất và xây nên các nhà thờ mới. Nhưng họ phải gay gắt là bởi vì có những mảnh đất vẫn còn sống nhăn, sống sờ sờ trước mặt thế kia, và hiện đang được sử dụng, nhưng lại bị chúng nó lấy đi mất. Đó là một sự xấu hổ và oan ức cùng cực. Như đã nói phía trước, người Công Giáo chỉ đấu tranh ôn hòa, không có cái vụ đến nhà mấy thằng chũ tịch tĩnh hay huyện xã để vác dao chém nó đâu. Hay như vụ thằng thần kinh trên vùng 71 không biết có tức giận gì Cha Thanh không mà xách dao vào hạ sát khi Cha đang ngồi tòa giải tội.
Không, đây là tư duy nhị nguyên. Có những sự kiện thật sự khó để phân đúng - sai một cách rõ ràng ngày lập tức như màu trắng với màu đen khi tách riêng tụi nó ra. Nếu có thể hiến đất vì những mục đích tốt đẹp và giúp đỡ cộng đồng thì không có giáo xứ nào tiếc rẻ hết, nhưng nếu việc trao đất đó lại không được thực hiện ở ngoài ánh sáng, quang minh chính đại, có giấy tờ văn kiện biên bản rõ ràng, thì đó là một sự tủi nhục khi phải để họ phá đi đền thờ của mình trong cay đắng; và cũng vì tinh thần hy sinh cao đẹp của Công Giáo nên không thể quá gay gắt, bạo lực mà chỉ có thể thực hiện các biện pháp ôn hòa. Lợi dụng điểm G "ôn hòa" này, các cơ quan chánh quèn có thể dễ dàng bành trướng quyền lực.
Người ngoại đạo coi người Công Giáo không biết thờ cúng tổ tiên là đám thờ ngoại bang, đám mất gốc, chỉ biết sinh hoạt trong cộng đồng giáo dân, nói những lời phúc âm bị coi là tầm bậy so với nho giáo. Xin lỗi là đã sống tuân theo giáo luật và Mười Điều Răn để không phạm tội lỗi còn phải học cách sống sao cho vừa lòng trên 70% dân số còn lại của Việt Nam thì việc tốt nhất nên làm là đi chết, không phải suy nghĩ nhiều.
Để có một góc nhìn đa chiều, thì những giáo dân nổi loạn này có thể cũng đã bị các thành phần chống phá ở nước ngoài "bơm đểu", cụ thể là các tàn dư của Việt Tân hoặc VNCH, khủng bố FULRO, hoặc linh mục đồng chí cài cắm vào kích động để làm truyền thông, làm xấu đi hình ảnh của Công Giáo như một điều tụi nó muốn. Vì sao? Vì tụi nó không kiểm soát được, mà không ăn được thì phải phá cho hôi. Và cách làm truyền thông dơ bẩn của tụi nó cũng là một trong những chiêu bài phổ biến khiến người ngoài hiểu sai về đạo
Nhưng cây ngay thì không sợ chết đứng. Bao nhiêu điều tiếng tốt khì không tập trung chú ý, chỉ lăm le chờ có cái gì đó bất lợi để lao vào xâu xé.

"Bà con giáo dân hiến đất mở đường
Về thăm Cẩm khê, đi đến các vùng đồng bào Công giáo sinh sống, hầu hết đều bừng lên sức sống mới, những tuyến đường thảm nhựa, bê tông rộng rãi, phong quang sạch đẹp. Đồng thời, là những dãy nhà cao tầng được xây dựng khang trang, hiện đại bên tháp chuông nhà thờ…đó là minh chứng cho sự đoàn kết một lòng “sống tốt đời, đẹp đạo”, xây dựng quê hương ngày càng giàu mạnh tại nơi đây.
Toàn huyện Cẩm Khê hiện có trên 38.000 đồng bào Công giáo, chiếm 30% dân số, phân bố ở 18/24 xã, thị trấn, trong đó có 5 xã và một thôn công giáo toàn tòng thuộc 8 giáo xứ với 21 linh mục. Phát huy truyền thống “Sống phúc âm trong lòng dân tộc để phục vụ hạnh phúc của đồng bào” trong công cuộc xây dựng và phát triển quê hương, các phong trào thi đua yêu nước, Ngày hội "Đại đoàn kết toàn dân tộc", các cuộc vận động do các cấp, ngành, địa phương phát động, ở mỗi địa bàn vùng Công giáo đều ghi nhận sự vào cuộc, đóng góp tích cực của các chức sắc, chức việc và bà con giáo dân, qua đó góp phần xây dựng quê hương ngày càng giàu đẹp.
Đặc biệt, chương trình xây dựng nông thôn, đô thị văn minh nhận được sự phối hợp vào cuộc vận động của nhiều linh mục, góp phần tạo nên các phong trào thi đua sôi nổi khắp tại các địa phương trong huyện như: Phong trào làm đường giao thông nông thôn, xây dựng kết cấu hạ tầng tại khu dân cư… Không ít gia đình Công giáo gương mẫu hiến đất làm đường giao thông, thực hiện có hiệu quả các tiêu chí, chỉ tiêu xây dựng nông thôn mới của địa phương, tiêu biểu là giáo dân tại giáo xứ Ngô Xá, Tạ Xá, Văn Bán, Phượng Vỹ, Yên Tập…"[11]

Thông tin thêm, trong mùa đại dịch COVID-19, có rất nhiều tập thể các giáo xứ và chùa chiền đã tổ chức những chuyến xe phát đồ từ thiện cho người dân, kể cả những người ngoại giáo, lương dân, những người di dân, bán trú, không giới hạn phân biệt. "Ngay trước ngày có chỉ thị cách ly xã hội chống dịch COVID-19, trong ngày 31-3, Thành hội Phật giáo TP.HCM, Tổng giáo phận TP.HCM đã có những quyết định để đồng hành với bà con nghèo, đang mưu sinh trên đường phố như bán vé số, hàng rong, móc khóa, đánh giày, lượm ve chai… từ nay đến ngày 15-4.

Thượng tọa Thích Thanh Phong, Phó Trưởng Ban trị sự kiêm Trưởng Ban từ thiện xã hội (TTXH), Thành hội Phật giáo TP.HCM, đã thống nhất với Ban TTXH chung tay hỗ trợ khó khăn với bà con trên địa bàn các quận, huyện thuộc TP.HCM.

“Trước mắt, tôi sẽ nhờ một công ty chuyên cung cấp các phần thức ăn công nghiệp làm đúng tiêu chuẩn an toàn vệ sinh giúp 5.000 phần ăn mỗi ngày. Dự kiến thứ Bảy tới đây chúng tôi sẽ thực hiện điều này. Tôi hy vọng còn nhiều nhà tài trợ giúp đỡ phần ăn cho người vô gia cư, nhờ Caritas phân phối… và đó chỉ là một phần.
Chúng ta còn nhiều, anh chị em công nhân, di dân… thuê mướn nhà; nếu mỗi người chủ nhà cho khất tiền nhà, giảm giá, tặng tiền thuê nhà hay khoan đòi tiền điện, nước, trợ giúp điện, nước… cũng là giúp anh chị em.
Mỗi giáo dân, giáo xứ xem trong khu vực mình có hoàn cảnh nào, các anh chị em trực tiếp giúp đỡ. Các quý vị ân nhân trong điều kiện, các công ty, xí nghiệp có phần dự trữ hay anh chị em có tiền để dành giúp đỡ người ta như tài trợ cho nhân viên mình tháng lương…
Chúng ta hy vọng thời gian này không dài và mỗi người cùng giúp đỡ nhau. Nạn dịch gây khó khăn trong cuộc sống chúng ta, chính trong bối cảnh này chúng ta càng cần phải lan tỏa điều khác đó là lòng yêu thương, sự quảng đại chúng ta. Chúng ta phải lây lan điều đó, đó là lòng nhân ái và cũng là tinh thần bác ái của Kitô giáo” - Đức giám mục Giuse Nguyễn Năng chia sẻ."[12]

Đoạn này cũng là để phản biện cho các luận điểm, quan điểm phiến diện cho rằng người có tôn giáo hoặc các tôn giáo không quan tâm đến các vấn đề xã hội. Tao chỉ có thể cười khẩy và tha thứ, thông cảm cho họ, vì có lẽ những phần quà từ thiện này chưa từng gõ cửa nhà họ và họ cũng chưa từng được xem, theo dõi tin tức về việc phát quà của các cơ sở tôn giáo, không nên quá gay gắt để làm gì.
6. Tại sao lại gọi là "sai lầm"
- Sai lầm là vì đản và nhà nước đã không thực hiện đúng như những gì chúng đã tuyên bố qua văn chương tuyên truyền tuyên láo.
- Sai lầm là vì các giáo dân Công Giáo ở khắp nơi ngày đang càng mất niềm tin hơn và sự lãnh đạo tài tỉnh của đản và nhà lướt. Có thể vào group "Thắc Mắc Công Giáo" trên phở bò để tham khảo.
- Sai lầm là vì chúng đã không thực hiện theo như lời béc Tám Keo của chúng dạy về sự tự do tôn giáo, chúng là phởn độn cao cấp.
- Sai lầm vì chúng đã lợi dụng niềm tin và sự yếu thế, tinh thần dĩ hòa vi quý và đấu tranh ôn hòa của các giáo dân để bành trướng quyền lực.
- Sai lầm vì chúng đã nghĩ có thể cảm hóa được các giáo dân bằng cách giao lưu và trở nên thân thiện giả tạo đối với họ.
- Sai lầm vì chúng đã nghĩ có thể cài cắm các "đồng chí linh mục" vào trong bộ máy các giáo phận, giáo xứ để phá bĩnh đi tinh thần truyền giáo vốn có của các giáo xứ ấy.
- Sai lầm vì chúng đã nghĩ các giáo dân là những người ngu ngốc, không biết gì, chỉ lo đi nhà thờ, mà dễ dàng dắt mũi.
- Sai lầm vì chúng chỉ biết phạm sai lầm, mưu mô xảo trá, thủ đoạn vô biên, còn phần không phạm sai lầm của chúng thì chỉ đếm ở trên đầu ngón tay.
- Sai lầm vì chúng đã nghĩ có thể sử dụng những mâu thuẫn giữa các tôn giáo, giữa những người Công Giáo, giữa các thành phần tôn giáo, với nhau, để chia rẽ Giáo Hội Việt Nam, nhưng còn lâu lắm mới đến đoạn bị chia rẽ. Cho nên là, mơ đi các em ơi, còn non và xanh lắm.

Leaked Information

While the show underwent several subtitle changes from "House of Harkness" to "Coven of Chaos" to "Darkhold Diaries" , Disney revealed a couple of months ago that the show was simply titled "Agatha" all along (wink wink) and all these subtitles (including the subtitle "Agnes of Westview" previously teased by Joe Locke and Aubrey Plaza on Instagram) were actually episode titles all along, and this was just a marketing tactic to keep the series relevant.
According to leaks, this seems to be the final episode order:

The first episode of the series features Agatha still trapped under Wanda's spell and living in Westview as Agnes. We briefly see all the recurring WandaVision cast returning including Debra Jo Rupp as Sharon Davis/Mrs. Hart, Emma Caulfild as Sarah ProctoDottie Jones, David Lengel as Harold ProctoPhil Jones, Ali Asif as Abilash Tandon/Norm, David Payton as John Collins/Herb, Amos Glick as Dennis the mailman and Brian Brightman as Sheriff Miller.
While these are all confirmed to be part of the cast, we also know through leaks that Evan Peters will also return for a short role as Ralph Bohner. And no, his role is not getting retconned.
So, back to the first episode, we follow "Detective Agnes" trying to solve a murder in Westview, with the help of Aubrey Plaza's character who appears as a mysterious FBI Agent. At first, the victim is a Jane Doe, but as we get closer to the end of the episode, we realise the dead body is actually that of Wanda Maximoff. While Elizabeth Olsen doesn't physically appear in the series and the victim's face is always covered with a morgue blanket while on screen, we do see a toe tag on the body reading W. Maximoff.
Of course, none of this is real. There has been no murder in Westview and Agatha is not a detective. It's all just a fake reality/scenario that is playing in Agatha's head, but we learn that the "FBI Agent" is in fact real and throughout the whole episode, she has been trying to nudge Agatha and help her break out of the "Agnes" spell that Wanda put her on.
Once Agatha does break free of the spell and returns to her real self, she wakes up in her home in front of Plaza's character who we learn tis actually Rio Vidal, aka the Green Witch, aka Agatha's ex-wife (Agatha is bi), an original MCU character.
Through flashbacks, we learn that Agatha and Rio were married back in the 1600s, before Agatha had got her hands on the Darkhold, and they even had a son, Nicholas Scratch. But, once Agatha found the book of the damned and became obsessed with it, she slowly started losing herself to it and getting corrupted by its evil power, resulting in her sacrificing young Nicholas, her own son, to Mephisto (Mephisto is referenced by name, but does NOT show up)
Once Rio found out about this, she and Agatha broke up and Rio has been trying to get revenge on Agatha ever since. It was shortly after this, that Agatha's mom and her coven of witches put Agatha on trial for her use of black magic, but Agatha killed them all and travelled the world, stealing other witches' powers.
As we can understand of course, Rio will be a villain in the series, who appears crazy and obsessive at first, but is justifiably very hurt and angry and feels great contempt and hatred for Agatha, so it's unclear why she was helping her break out of Wanda's spell in the beginning.
The Green Witch (a title equivalent to the Scarlet Witch) is supposed to be one of the oldest and most powerful witches in the MCU, even more powerful than the Scarlet Witch. She uses the powers of Earth and nature and we'll actually see more "witches of color" in the series with special abilities, but Rio is not the only villain in the series.
There are 7 other witches seeking revenge from Agatha, and those are the daughters of the 7 witches from Agatha's mom's coven who Agatha sucked the life out of during her trial.
The coven of the daughters is called the "Salem Seven" and they are led by Okwi Okpokwasili's Vertigo. Each member of the Salem Seven can transform into animals. Vertigo can turn into a Cicada, Bethany Curry's character into a Crow, Athena Perample's character into a Fox, Marina Mazepa's character into a Snake, Britta Grant's character into a Rat, Chau Naumova's character into a Coyote and Alicia Vela-Bailey's character into an Owl.
Back to Agatha now, once she is freed from Wanda's spell, she realises that she has no powers anymore, and thus she needs to get them back.
So, her plan is to visit the Witches' Road, a magical pocket dimension, which can only be entered if you're part of a witch coven composed of at least 6 members and only if said coven sings a special song called "The Ballad of the Witches' Road" (which contains the lyrics "Down, down, down the road - down the Witches' Road"). Only the Scarlet Witch and the Green Witch can enter the dimension on their own.
This dimension has immense magical power and can grant travellers their wishes, so Agatha plans to wish to get her powers back. Thus, Agatha decides to go out and recruit her own coven in order to venture into the Witches Road.
Episode 2 is all about the coven recruitment, hence the episode's title, "Coven of Chaos".
Joining Agatha's coven are

• Patti LuPone's Lilia Calderu, a 450-year-old Sicilian witch whose power is divination and whose trial is tarot. She runs a psychic shop and Tarot cards will actually have a bigger role in the series, indicated by the crew gifts being Tarot cards and one of the episodes named after a Tarot card (the Three of Swords). The Three of Swords card actually represents the show's themes.
• Sasheer Zamatta as Jennifer Kale, who runs a skincare shop in the series called Kale Kare. She is being sued by some customers who got burns using her products. In the comics, Jenifer has a very rich history which is very connected to various corners of the Marvel Universe. More specifically, she is part of the Cult of Zhared-Na, run by her grandfather Joshua Kale. Zhared-Na was an Atlantean Witch who prophesized Atlantis' sinking and was exiled for it. The Cult of Zhared-Na was based on the Florida Everglades where Man-Thing lived in the comics and thus he happened to save Jenifer's life one day and the 2 became really close friends. Later, Jenifer joined the Midnight Sons. It's unclear if they will follow any of this lore in the MCU, but Jennifer's introduction on its own is exciting, because of the possibilities she brings along.
• Ali Ahn as Alice Wu, a witch who's working as a security guard at Hot Topic in Westview Mall. These 3 witches, Lilia, Jennifer and Alice will be the other "witches of color", each with their own distinctively coloured powers and special lore similar to that of the Scarlet Witch and the Green Witch.
• Debra Jo Rupp's Sharon Davis who also hops on the Coven bandwagon, despite not being a witch herself. She plays a more comic relief and "anchor" type of role in the rest of the series. She's basically playing the role of the audience, reacting to all the weird, magical things happening around her as a normal, everyday person, and asking questions, creating opportunities for exposition dumps. She dies in Episode 7
• And finally, Joe Locke's William Kaplan, aka Billy Maximoff, the second protagonist along with Agatha. So what's the story here, how is Billy Maximoff alive and how did he turn into a 16-year-old William Kaplan? Well, it is revealed in a flashback that Billy and Tommy were actually real children with their own, very real souls; and when Wanda destroyed the Hex, those souls were left aimlessly wandering around Westview.

Thankfully for Billy, his wondering soul happened to "witness" a fatal car crash were 13-year-old William Kaplan lost his life. William was not from Westview, but from Eastview, and he just happend to be near Westview when the Hex fell. Billy's soul, in an instinctive attempt to survive, and utilizing Billy's magical abilities, managed to enter William's body just as his soul was exiting, and took over his body, bringing it back to life.
Billy suffers from a small amnesia as a result, as his memories and William's memories basically become intertwined and weaved together. Now, 3 years later (Fall 2026 in the MCU timeline, aka around the same time as SI and The Marvels), Billy/William is 16, living happily with his supportive parents, Jeff and Rebecca Kaplan (played by Paul Adelstein and Maria Dizzia) and having a loving and caring relationship with his boyfriend, Eddie, played by Miles Guiterrez-Riley.
All 3 of them only appear in 2 episodes and have limited screen-time, but it's emphasised how supportive and loving they are, because Billy does not care enough about Wanda to leave his new family behind and save his real mom, even after she learns the truth about his lineage.
However, when the coven reaches the Witches' Road, Billy plans to use his wish to bring his brother, Tommy, back to life, since Tommy cannot possess another body due to his lack of magical powers. Tommy doesn't appear in the series, but it is teased at the end that he is out there somewhere and Billy and Agatha set out to find him (the 2 protagonists end up developing a mentomentee relationship), reportedly setting up a Wiccan show which was in development last year at Marvel Studios. It's unclear if the show is still happening or if this plot of Billy and Agatha finding Tommy has been integrated in VisionQuest and/or Young Avengers.
Billy is described as a teenager with a dark sense of a humour and a fanboy at times. He carries a pocket spell-book with him at all times. He is the most important and necessary part of the coven since he is a "compass" that will lead them to the Witches' Road.
However, it's not Agatha who seeks out Billy, but Billy who seeks out her. The official statement the government gave about the Hex incident was that it was an Avengers training exercise, but some Redditors don't buy this cover-up, some of whom are Westview citizens who experienced the Hex and want to get the truth out. When Billy reads these Reddit theories, it nudges his memory about who he really is and he goes after Agatha to find out more about his identity.
He sneaks into her house in the first episode, when Agnes has just broken free of her spell and he witnesses Agatha and Rio fighting, hiding in Agatha's room's closet.
When Billy first meets Agatha and eventually asks her whether his mother is alive, Agatha doesn't give a definite answer, and when Billy confronts her for a straight answer, she says "If you want a straight answer, ask a straight witch".
Later in the series, we learn that Wanda is indeed alive and is trapped at the end of the Witches Road, setting up a Children's Crusade storyline for the upcoming Young Avengers project.
Billy also does get his blue energy crown at the end of the show (similar to Wanda's energy crown), but not his classic blue suit.
For anyone worried about representation, the show will touch both Billy's (or William's to be exact) Jewish heritage and will explore both Agatha's and Billy's sexuality.
"Agatha" has been described as NOT a super-hero show, but a dark, supernatural, horror, adventure comedy.
While the majority of the show will take place in the Witches' Road, we will also revisit Wundagore Mountain.
Finally, talking about the Witches' Road, Marvel filmed a Witches Road Special Presentation concurrently with the show, written by the showrunner Jac Schaeffer and directed by Gandja Monteiro, that would have been released on Halloween, right after Agatha. The special contains a completely different coven of witches and it is a prequel set thousands of years in the past, showing the origins of the Witches Road dimension.
Now, the special has been integrated in the series, as one of the episodes (likely episode 3 considering its title).
What do you guys think about the series? I am personally very excited to dive into the Witchy side of the MCU, revisit Westview, get to know Agatha and Billy better and see the set-ups for Children's Crusade and the return of Wanda. The story also sounds intriguing with Agatha's past coming back to haunt her.

I was in a really dark place … my boyfriend left me for a new job opportunity, my two grandma had passed away, and I was studying for a really hard medical school exam. I started listening to fourth wing during my study breaks and at the end of the day after my boyfriend had recommend it to me.
I wish I was lying when I said that this book was the one and only thing that helped my through those really dark times. There is something magical about seeing yourself in the characters that you read. Seeing myself in Voilet gave me the inspiration to keep going. I love these characters and the world that Rebecca created. This book truly gave me hope and I’m so happy I read this book during such a difficult time in my life. Hello friends! Your friendly disabled just-below-middle-aged woman with no kids here, going through a shitty time the past few months and decided in February to see what this whole ACOTAR thing was about after seeing it all over TikTok. Then the ADHD kicked in, I had to take time off from work because of my health, I clicked subscribe on Kindle Unlimited, and rest is history. I figured I'd do a little write up of everything I've read so far with some mini-reviews. Would love to hear if you find any of them helpful, and suggestions of what I should read next!
Let's start with SJM. Between February and March I read the {A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas} series, {Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas} series, and {Crescent City by Sarah J. Maas} series. ACTOAR was my intro to romantasy and it got me hooked. When I went on to TOG, I thought I was being pranked by the person who recommended it because the first book was SO bad and childishly written. With so! Many! Exclamation points! But I took the internet's advice and stuck with it, and was mostly glad I did, although I was skimming the battle scenes by the last book. I didn't hate Crescent City as much as a lot of people did, but not my favorite and the world-building was way too complicated for the story.
From there, I went on to {Fae Isles by Lisette Marshall} (and just read the final book that came out a couple weeks ago). Not my favorite characters but the magic system in this book is one of the cooler ones. A good "offramp" from SJM in my opinion!
For something totally different, I next read {Bride by Ali Hazelwood}. I think the omegaverse is not for me but it was overall cute and fun!
Next I DNF'd {Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross}. Did not realize it was YA before I picked it up and it was not my vibe.
Seeking something more grown-up, I then discovered Clare Sager, who is currently my favorite romantasy author hands-down. I first read {A Kiss of Iron by Clare Sager} and its sequel, with the final book coming this summer. If you've ever seen me comment in this subreddit, you've seen me recommend this because I'm obsessed. Best spice ever and really cool world-building. This led me to the related universe, including {Slaying the Shifter Prince by Clare Sager} which is HOT HOT HOT spicy, {Beneath Black Sails by Clare Sager} which is a 4-book series with a fun enemies-to-lovers-to-enemies romance and reminded me a lot of the TV show Our Flag Means Death. I also read {Stolen Threadwitch Bride by Clare Sager} which I didn't like as much as her other stuff but was still fun, kind of like a Beauty and the Beast type situation.
After exploring that world, I wanted a good immersive series so I read {The Plated Prisoner by Raven Kennedy} (I think there's one still forthcoming). My enjoyment decreased across the series but I immediately loved the concept and there was one particular plot twist that I'm obsessed with. I'll probably read the last book but I don't find myself thinking of this series as much as some other unfinished ones.
Alright, don't yell at me but I read the first 2 of the {War of Lost Hearts by Clarissa Broadbent} series and then didn't finish the third. It was way too intense for me or something? It felt like every chapter there was mortal danger and I didn't feel like the two main characters had enough interaction in book 2. Just kind of lost interest.
For a palate cleanser, I read {That Time I Got Drunk and Saved a Demon by Kimberly Lemming} based on the subreddit's book club choice. Super fun and goofy!
With palate cleansed, why not try some blood? I read {Bitten and Bound by Amy Penza} and phew. Although the spice was not necessarily my usual cup of tea, something I loved about this book is that the spice is often integral to the plot and interesting plot things happen during the spicy scenes. Really great character development too.
At this point, I had downloaded the first book of {Villains and Virtues by A.K. Caggiano} but didn't read past the first few pages, but based on comments on here I decided to give it another go. Best decision ever. OBSESSED. Favorite series out of alllll these other ones. I'm saving the related books for a rainy day!
The hangover from that one was real, but I enjoyed the next series I picked up: {Fate and Flame by K.A. Tucker}. There is one more coming in September. This series actually reminded me the most of SJM in the sense that there's a ton of interesting world-building, multiple villains, multiple POVs increasing as the books go on, etc. It feels pretty immersive. Looking forward to the last one!
I next picked up {Reign and Ruin by J.D. Evans}. It was OK but I didn't enjoy the characters very much and I probably won't be picking up the rest of the series.
That finally brings us to now, I just finished the series that starts with {To Hunt a Demon King by Madeleine Eliot}. This was an enjoyable three-book series although the writing is not the greatest especially in book 1, but the MMC is a pretty good book boyfriend and I enjoyed the witches/demons dynamic.
What I've learned: I am so so happy I picked up ACOTAR because it was a gateway to this genre. I had read a little bit of romance before, but the escapism to dive into a make-believe world has really been a lifeline for me during a very hard time in life. I find the existence of our favorite tropes to be a super comforting part of the genre because it's like you kind of know what to expect and it feels calming? I don't know how to describe it. I also love the themes across many of these books about women embracing our rage, anger, and grief to destroy what would harm us and create new worlds. That's a message I really needed when I was younger as well as right now, and I'm glad to be soaking it in.

I’m legally changing my name.
{ Just to kinda emphasize- since all suggestions seem to be first names. I’m mostly looking for LAST since I can easily do without a middle name and I’m fine keeping my first. }
But I have no idea what to go with.
My reason for changing it is because my brother(who I have a restraining order against) keeps finding my address, number, etc using my name. The victims advocate at the court recommended changing my name. Since my only attachment to my name is my boyfriend being used to referring to me by it, I’m down to change it- he can adapt.
I’m mostly focused on middle and last name. But open to suggestions for first name too- if there’s something that suits me better I’ll change it.
For reference- my first name is (at least currently) Marie. I was adopted and raised by a Jewish Ukrainian mother, so I’d be fine with something nodding to her but definitely not required.
I don’t know my actual heritage but I look Irish (pale, green eyes, freckles)
I don’t want anything complicated or long (I’m considering skipping a middle name all together). Prefer not insanely unique (interesting/weird is fine). No brand, famous, or character names. But also not extremely common (I already spent 29 years dealing with “oh that’s my{insert 5 female friends/relatives} middle name” {insert eye roll})
Some names that are out as either first or middle in any variation or combination(as in HARD pass, for various reasons) :
Anne, sue, Rebecca, Jessica, Rachael, Vivian, Nicole, Mary, Katie, Victoria, Eliza, Kelly, Sarah, star, sky, Hannah, maya, Erica, may, Tracy, Trisha, Laila, Violet, Camille
I’ll add to the list if I think of(or am reminded of) others.

A lot of highly rated books in the fantasy romance genre seem to miss the mark for me when they feature vapid one dimensional characters, simplistic prose, and superficial plot. I seem to have been going through a slew of underwhelming reads lately and need something substantial. A few examples of books I actively hated recently:

1. Throne of the Fallen by Kerri Maniscalco: it’s very weird, cringe, and there is basically no plot. I could not finish it even though I got more than halfway through in hopes it might get better. It only got worse until I gave up.
2. Heartless Hunter by Kristen Ciccarelli: I wished I did not finish this but somehow I did and it was utterly disappointing. I didn’t feel a single emotion for the characters and the plot was so uninspired.
3. White Horse, Black Nights by Evie Marceau: I particulatly hated the MMC in this.

With those examples of what I don’t like out of the way, here are some I have LOVED for having elegantly written characters who exude so much heart. I can read past a clumsy plot if the characters are this good, but most of these books have a solid plot, too.

1. Daughter of No Worlds by Carissa Broadbent: I also loved her other series The Serpent and the Wings of Night but daughter of No Worlds has my whole heart. Max, while some may call him boring, is top tier book boyfriend in my mind.
2. Peaches and Honey by R. Raeta: the characters in this book are so breathtakingly beautiful. It is a masterpiece and I wish it would be read by more people. If anyone has read this author’s other books, are they as good?
3. Throne in the Dark by AK Caggiano: at first I thought the witty humorous tone of this would not be up my alley and not offer anything of substance but boy did this series prove me wrong. It is witty in a way that’s intelligent and the characters are so so so endearing. And there is tremendous character development. You can tell when an author loves their characters and is determined to make the reader love them too. And these characters are so beloved.

Without reviews, a few others I loved for basically the same reasons: Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor (such a unique plot too with this one), Starling House by Alix Harrow, Belladonna by Adalyn Grace, and everything I’ve read by Rebecca Ross.

Chapter 6 : Sergeant Martinez
At the morgue, Carl Solomon speaks with the medical examiner who performed the autopsy on Jacob Brown's corpse.
-so what types of bullets were fired into Jacob Brown's body Asks Carl Solomon
-after doing the autopsy, I was able to examine the bullets that were inside the corpse of Jacob Brown. And I am now sure that these were three bullets fired which came from a 357 magnum caliber revolver, said the medical examiner.
Later still at the police station in another location, Inspector Carl Solomon walks towards one of his police colleagues, Sergeant Martinez
-Sergeant Martinez, I order you to ask your police colleagues to search the mansion of the Martin family and the Bailey family to possibly find 357 magnum caliber revolvers, the bullets having been fired at Jacob Brown were fired from this type of revolver known as Carl Solomon
-Okay, inspector said Sergeant Martinez.
A few hours later, at the Martins' mansion, Jack Martin had entered the mansion, he noticed while looking at what was happening in his room, that a bunch of police officers were searching it, a police officer came forward. towards Jack Martin holding a revolver he had found.

• we searched this room and while searching it, I found this 357 magnum caliber revolver, it's yours, isn't it, said the policeman

-you hadn't heard about what happened to Jacob Brown, he was murdered when he was in his cell, he was shot three times, asks Carl Solomon
-no, I didn't know, I wasn't aware at all, said Janet Bailey.
-well we searched your house and one of my colleagues found this revolver in your house said Carl Solomon
-this revolver does not belong to me, it belongs to my mother, ask her, she will confirm it to you says Janet Bailey.

Meanwhile, in another part of the police station, Sergeant Martinez speaks with one of his colleagues, Agent Wilson
-Agent Wilson, did you know where Inspector Solomon is right now said Sergeant Martinez.
-he is with his teammate, agent Bradley inside his office said agent Wilson
Meanwhile in Inspector Carl Solomon's office, he is still talking with Sam Bradley.
-so, you still won't tell me who you deduced to be the blonde woman who entered and left this movie theater said Sam Bradley

But meanwhile Sergeant Martinez is in front of Inspector Solomon's office door, holding his 357 magnum caliber revolver with his hand, pointing the revolver towards the window of the office door, he fires a bullet with his revolver, breaking the office window but the bullet which penetrated the window began to lodge itself in Sam Bradley's arm and did not hit Carl Solomon, contrary to what Sergeant Martinez wanted.

-I'm sorry, Mr. Martin, I wanted to shoot Carl Solomon like you asked me to do but the bullet from my revolver hurt Sergeant Bradley instead, said Sergeant Martinez.

Later, at the police station, during the night, in the interrogation room, Carl Solomon is standing in front of Sergeant Martinez who is sitting on a chair behind a silver table.
-so, Martinez, I would like you to answer very frankly, did you also kill Rebecca Blake and Jacob Brown question Carl Solomon.
