Emgality side effects (mental health side)

2024.05.14 22:30 Ducks1988 Emgality side effects (mental health side)

Hey, (Throw away account,as i dont want my wife to worry to much)
So i am currently on Emgality, the physical side effects have been quite brutal for me (not uncommon) but they are about the limit i am wiling to accept for clearence of my migraines (between 2-4 migraines a week), at this moment there is very little improvement with these, the recent part of emgality im more concerned about is the mental health side effects, ive seen numerous posts saying people have had mental health effects from the drug, even though emgality state that it doesnt cause mental health side effects.
Orignally about 2 weeks after my first dose i starting having depressive episodes, which seem to be getting more common, i basically have no intrest in any hobbies that i normally love doing, even when i try to force myself to do something, i get no pleasure from it, my concentration is basically zero at this point, im hopeful this is temporary and will pass in time,
The one i more concerned about is i have also starting getting feelings of paranoia, i am getting the constant feeling like someone is running up behind me to attack me, when sat at my desk, i keep getting this feeling to the point i have to turn my chair sideways and with its back to the wall so i can see around me at all times, when i am letting my dog out side at night, even when its not pitch black, i am having to walk back inside afterwards while constantly looking behind me, as once again i am getting the feeling someone is charging up behind me with ill intent.
For refrence, i have never had an issues with my mental health what so ever.
Im looking for any info or guidance on these side effects, i plan on calling my neurologist tomorrow and discussing stopping the medication, as it had little effect and im not sure i can cope with this feelings for much longer.
TIA

2024.05.14 22:29 RangerD2 I need advice

Been a long time sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks. Tried to move out of my parent’s house last year and it got significantly worse. I had to move back in. Finally decided to see a psychiatrist after going to therapy for a year(made some progress in therapy but not as much as I would like). I have been prescribed Lexapro, but I’m quite scared to take it. I’m afraid I’ll be hit with some of the crazier, rarer adverse side effects or that it won’t help and only leave me feeling worse about my situation. Did anyone else feel like this before they started taking it and can you provide any advice on what I should do? (I fully understand that your reply will not be medical advice, I would like to hear you experience with deciding to or to not take Lexapro)

2024.05.14 22:29 Arq_Nova Main Die: D20 to D10

Hello there. Just thought to share a recent (potential) development in my system.

So I, like many, got into ttrpgs via D&D 5e and played only D20 systems (in a Lancer campaign and planning to join a PF2E campaign). I've dabbled in CoC (D100) and looked into other systems with other dice systems like Cyberpunk: Red (D10), Tales from Myriad (2D6), Fragged Empire (3D6), and Daggerheart (2D12). Now I love the D20: it's iconic, it's common, it's known. However, I started looking at some numbers to test out my probabilities and realized something: I don't really like the big outcome ranges. While the luck aspect is an important part of balance, I prefer stats to have a bit more value to them. I'm fully aware of how impactful a +/-1 is in D20 games, but still having such a wider range of outcomes feels weird to me. Not this could be bias as I still have PTSD from failing 4 wisdom saves in a row as a lvl10 5e monk with a +7 or 8 to the save and being completely left out of combat (granted, it was a player casting it on me because I had only told the DM about my plans to have the character potentially detach from the party and didn't know that they had previously been betrayed by an NPC that had been an ally for about 3 levels).

This brings me to my current solution: switching to a D10. This would mean either halving all base target numbers or shifting character stat ranges from +/-5 to 0 - 10, which is time-consuming but not hard, and tweaking the abundance of situational bonuses/penalties. I like the more compact range of outcomes and leans more into the idea of a character's skill being a strong determining factor in how well they do in something. This could just be a placebo effect and it may turn out to not change probabilities as much as I think, but this D10 math just feels right in my brain. I also considered a dice pool, but that's being reserved for testing in a side project I'll be working on later.

While I have fixed my reason, I'm curious about what dice y'all use for your systems? Do you like bigger or smaller ranges? Luck-based or stat-based leaning? Bigger or smaller modifier numbers?

2024.05.14 22:27 pale_sand Should electrolysis scab fall of when washing my face?

I just got an electrolysis test patch done this past saturday. I got some crazy inflammation that hasn't 100% receded yet, I think it's normal in my case since I also used to get it during laser and it never left any scar or any other side effect. I also got some yellow ooze & a few whiteheads which also seem to be normal from what I've read. But I've gotten like 3/4 larger than average scabs, they all fell off while washing my face 2/3 days after the session, some yesterday that seemed to have left a small pit behind, the pit seems mostly gone now. They all fell of when I washed my face before going to bed. Should I avoid washing my face until all the scabs have fallen off? Also, I seem to have some hyperpigmentation left, how long does it last? I have fair skin, I can dm the pictures.
Edit: My technician told me it was fine to wash my face with a gentle face wash, and to not pick at the scabs, but I don't recall anything about when/how they should fall off.

2024.05.14 22:26 Realgenzer_ Would you do it ?

I try to ask every one I meet this one question If there was a button right In front of you that’ll blow the whole entire planet earth up in a blink of an eye we’d all die ofc but would you click it ?
Ik it’s a simply but very wild question depending on the person reading you probably even think I’m crazy lol but before you write it off I want you to think about it from this prospective think of all the evil in the world and all the things happening behind closed doors things like wars such as the stuff going on in Palestine the innocent people who are killed everyday, the trafficking, the food poisoning , the violence, the irs lol , the taxes on every single thing , the homelessness, the immigration, the politics that effects us all as people in a total, the list goes on and on and on. Even the fact that as a race were still so separated ,technology advances but people as a civilization seems to not be and it seems no one cares.
Would you click the button ? Ending the world in a blink of an eye Think about it if heaven is real the good people homeless people innocent people will go to heaven If hell is real the evil and greedy and violent people will go to hell pedophiles serial killers People with evil intent will go to hel
Even if those places don’t exist what ever you believe is on the other side reincarnation whatever
Every living thing souls will transcend to what Ever is next there would be no reincarnation on earth no more petty little human problems
Would you click it ? I would my friends say that’ll I’ll go to hell well at least I’ll go knowing I freed many from misery and the irs lol
But I can understand if you say no your probably an average person with a happy life , wife and kids cheers to u tho

2024.05.14 22:26 MissishMisanthrope Experiencing prolonged panic attacks, heart feels like its beating loud & fast, chest tightness

Im (26F) on day 14 of starting Lexapro, I did the first five days at 2.5mg and since have been on the full 5mg. Ive experienced nausea and lack of appetite but was warned such were normal, but what has been really getting to me is the increased anxiety and yesterday something stressful happened and I had a panic attack, when things were resolved and I tried to calm myself down I found that my heart kept in the panic mode for HOURS. And today my chest felt tight and uncomfortable and my roommate who is very high energy, talkative, loud person, and a bit difficult at times, Im not having as much zen and patience being around her. Her talking and go go type A personality are just causing me the heart beats and the anxiety when while I usually find my zen tested I can usually keep cool and deal. I texted my therapist yesterday about this and tried calling today but they havent gotten back to me. Is this a side effect that you power through and it gets better? Or do I start considering switching to another med? My doc said welbutrin was another option and that if this didnt work I would be on that next. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

2024.05.14 22:25 666Sanguine Bimatoprost: A serendipitous discovery.

Bimatoprost is an already marketed treatment for glaucoma. During clinical trials, a side-effect of hypertrichosis was discovered (eyeless growth). The mechanism of action is not fully understood but it is known that it prolongs the anagen phase and hair count in the anagen phase. The activation of prostaglandin receptors in hair follicles is being investigated as a MoA. Phase 2/3 trials showed the drug to be well tolerated and efficacious. Stimulating hair growth, reducing hair loss and improving hair density.
I find it pretty interesting. Has anyone used this before and noticed eyelash growth? Would they care to put some on one side of their head for us? Just to be a guinea pig and see the growth?

2024.05.14 22:23 AEGISAlliance CSL Plasma: Get 5,000 iGive Rewards® points ($50) after five donations for new donors! (Plus new donor money) Using the CSL Plasma app! Referral Code: ZULMHXXVCB Solid advice for new plasma donors included! Thank you!

I have advice for new plasma donors who may be considering to try it out and earn extra money:
  1. Eat a meal high in protein 2-3 hours before donating, but your plasma protein levels depend on what you ate the day before.
  2. Drink plenty of water and/or non-caffeinated juice before donating to stay hydrated.
  3. Avoid caffeine such as in coffee or soda before donating or you may get nauseous and vomit or faint during your donation.
  4. No alcohol 24 hours before, and for a little while after donating.
  5. No exercising for at least 6 hours after donating as it can put too much stress on the vein.
  6. Some people get away with smoking or vaping nicotine before and after donating, but it's recommended not to for 2 hours before and after. The nicotine can raise your heart's pulse rate.
  7. If your pulse rate is 100 or above, you'll be able to do a vitals retake after a 15 minute wait. But if it's 100 or higher again you'll be deferred for the day. If your pulse rate is an issue, listen to "Pink Noise" or "Green Noise" at a low volume before donating which may help reduce your pulse rate, along with its effect on lowering your blood pressure.
  8. There is a risk of getting a blown vein if the worker is having a hard time finding your vein when they're sticking you with the needle or if you have small veins. You may get deferred until your vein heals if that happens. But it's ok, your body is able to regenerate your veins with a process called Angiogenesis.
  9. There is a risk of blood clots, but when your blood is constantly moving through the machine it prevents that from happening.
  10. You may be subject to drug screening. The drug screening tests for methamphetamines, cocaine, and heroin. Certain pharma prescription meds may show up as a false positive so you'll want to let the plasma center know what meds you're taking. Testing positive for these drugs can result in a permanent deferral from donating plasma.
  11. A sample of your blood will be drawn periodically to test for certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs). A positive test will result in either a temporary or permanent deferral from donating plasma. If you've ever been diagnosed or received treatment for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B (HBV) or Hepatitis C (HCV) you will be permanently deferred from donating plasma.'
Donating Plasma with Managed Diabetes
Individuals with well-controlled diabetes can contribute to plasma donation, but certain criteria need to be met:
Absence of Complications: This means no existing diabetic complications affecting your kidneys, heart, blood vessels, or eyes.
Insulin Independence: If you rely on insulin for diabetes management, a three-month waiting period is required after using needles for non-prescribed medications. Additionally, you must be free of symptoms or treatment needs related to blood sugar fluctuations (high or low) for the past three months.
  1. Healthy Feet: Active foot ulcers requiring medical attention will disqualify you from donation.
  2. Steady Balance: You shouldn't experience dizziness or lightheadedness upon standing.
  3. Type 1 Consideration: For Type 1 diabetics, eating within two hours of donation is mandatory.

2024.05.14 22:23 BearAshby Why aren't generator coils placed adjacent to magnets?

Why is it that generator coils directly face the magnetic fields in a generator, where the Lenz effect would be maximum, when instead if they could be adjacent to the magnetic fields, where the Lenz law would be smaller. I think this would make sense since a coil with current running through it would produce the greatest magnetic fields at its two ends, and lowest along its side, right? This configuration would look like somewhat like a toroid with the coils essentially rotated 90 degrees to be adjacent to the magnets.

2024.05.14 22:19 Waddagoodboyyyyy Seeking herbal guidance;

I’m looking for any advice on what remedies, tinctures, teas, salves- ANYTHING; that could help with the following;
CHS (Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome).
I. Know. Stop smoking marijuana. (I have now that I know it’s not celiac or Crohns).
This was month five of tests, scans, bloodwork, specialists, just to ATTEMPT to figure out what’s wrong with me to now- day one of finally having a diagnosis of CHS. I’m unfortunately well into the Hypermetic stage of this syndrome and am really looking for any herbalism to help me through this.
My severe stomach pains relating to horrible GI issues due to this syndrome, the 24/7 nausea is at an all time high and I absolutely refuse to take any sort of pharmaceutical drugs to help me through this. Unfortunately, there really hasn’t been many studies on CHS even though it continues to grow in communities that have legalized weed, there are very very few resources and figured I could pull my last bell and attempt here.
(Terribly sorry if this is a rambled mess, I’m feeling very debilitated by my side effects).

2024.05.14 22:18 Outoftouchhallandoat Prozac making me sleepy

Started taking Prozac 10mg about a week and a half ago and thought I’d be fine because it’s such a low dose but now I’m incredibly tired. It gets worse especially the first three hours after I take it where I have to take a nap. I started taking it to combat my constant depression fatigue as it was supposed to be more “activating” and give me more energy. I know this can be a side effect but is it something to deal with or should I contact my psych? I have stuff to do and now I can’t even try to get up.

Hello! I am new here, my meds are currently out for shipment! I am starting on Semaglutide 2.5 mL, 5 units the first 4 weeks. I am so nervous and excited I want to start right away, but I am curious - what DAY and TIME do you take your dose? I hear the side effects are worse the next day, so I might wait until Saturday to start - but my routine is always more consistent on week days, so I am considering just starting today. Thoughts?

2024.05.14 22:17 PuzzleheadedNewt6515 Are my deities and guides angry with me?

It’s a been a while since I have talked to them or even spoken to them. The last post I made I said I moved to a different house I felt less spiritually connected to. I got advice to advice to lessen my ego and such because I suspected it bringing me bad energy. But yet to be honest i still hold on to it, and I hate that I do. I think my deities and guides are mad at me because I cling onto it, but I can’t help it. I think on a physiological level it’s a shield for me but yet it getting unhealthy because the side effects are boastful internal monologue and negative thoughts. When I ask them for help or talk to them, there’s nothing. Now I’m wondering, do they hate me or are they disappointed at what I’m doing to myself

2024.05.14 22:17 AdElectronic6509 Just starting, 2.5

Hello, I'm 35 f, I'm 5'3 and 273lbs (got weighed today) my doctor prescribed zepbound as I had been taking phentermine and another med dual to lose weight but hit a plateau after losing 30 lbs, I've almost gained it all back after stopping the other meds. I finally found a pharmacy in my area that carries zepbound and my insurance approved it. I'm just nervous I suppose from the side effects list and speaking with my doctor put me at ease a bit but I want to hear from people that have actually taken this once weekly injection on how it's effected them? I had my gallbladder removed last year so the gall bladder related stuff is a non issue. I'm more worried about the constipation and diarrhea, nausea etc because I'm still having issues in that area anyway due to my gall bladder removal (I developed dumping syndrome) so 25 to 30 mins after I eat certain foods I have to go, urgently, anyway. But it's painful and less than pleasant. I guess what I'm asking is does the starter dose really have much side effects or is it only when you get into higher dosages? Any insight would be helpful. I'm a mom of 4 and try to be as active as possible. But at this weight, even a nice walk on mother's day made my feet feel like I broke them. I was always a decent weight my whole life until after having kids, even developed gestational diabetes during my last 2 pregnancies so I just want to get back to being healthy. Thank you for any anecdotes or advice in advance ❤️

2024.05.14 22:16 redCappella My experience with Opill / norgestrel, the new POP available OTC in the US

I recently switched from norethindrone to norgestrel about a month and a half ago and I'm very happy with it so far! Opill is the first birth control available in the US without a prescription. It has been available since January and I was very excited to try it.
I take bc to control my mood and period symptoms and unfortunately norethindrone was the only pill available in the US that didn't have horrible side effects for me. It also didn't do a great job of managing my mood or stop my period but was better than nothing. I also tried the depo shot but I'm too scared to get any implants like IUDs or nexplanon. (not out of safety concern, just the personal ick factor)
My mood on norgestrel (brand is Opill) has been really good - better than it was on norethindrone. It hasn't been long enough to say if it controls my periods but so far have not had a drop of blood or any sign of cramps.
I'll update this post once I know if the mood effects are consistent and how it affects my skin and weight and stuff like that. I've been on progestin-only bc for a really long time at this point so I can't speak to switching to it from anything other than another POP. The switch from norethindrone was seamless for me. Keep in mind that I personally tolerate POPs really well - you might be different.

2024.05.14 22:15 ticklystarlight I experienced a huge difference between generic Levothyroxine and Synthroid

I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. My TSH is still within the normal range, but it was almost 4.0. I decided to go on levothyroxine because my sister felt way better once she got to ~1.5 TSH.
As soon as I started the 25mcg generic levo, I started having severe migraines, headaches, and face/neck pain. I didn't know what was going on, and I just assumed my migraines were getting worse. I ended up dropping two of my classes and going to part-time since I couldn't get to school often enough.
About 3 weeks after starting the levo, I became suspicious and I stopped taking it. Within two days, my headaches were gone. I asked my doctor for Synthroid (brand-name levothyroxine), and I started 25mcg. Now I'm at 50mcg. It has been working great; no headaches or face pain.
A few days ago, I realized I was about to run out of my Synthroid. Since it's so expensive (I can barely afford it at $120/month), I decided to try taking one pill of 25mcg Synthroid and one pill of 25mcg levo. Within 12 hours, I started feeling pain in and around my eye. It's now been 36 hours since I took the levo, and I am in so much face, neck, and jaw pain that I cannot drive to class.
I'm posting because I want to validate people's experiences when they say generic levothyroxine (or Synthroid, or any other thyroid medication) gives them side effects. It was not worth the side effects for me, so I'm happy Synthroid worked even though it's so expensive. It's important to see what works for you.

Used GPS Trackers For Sale - Pros vs Cons

When it comes to finding the best deals and saving some extra cash, we all look for options that fit our budget. Online shopping has become popular due to its potential for better deals. Similarly, in the realm of GPS tracking technology, you might come across live tracking solutions like the SpaceHawk GPS or Tracki Mini. However, if real-time tracking is beyond your budget, there are two options: searching for a used GPS tracker or investing in a highly-rated new one. In this article, we will discuss the pros and cons of buying a used GPS tracker.

Pros of Buying a Used GPS Tracker

  • Cost Savings. One of the main advantages of purchasing a used GPS vehicle tracker is the opportunity to save money. Used devices are often available at lower prices compared to new ones, allowing you to stay within your budget.
  • Access to Advanced Features. Buying a used GPS device gives you access to advanced features and functionalities that might be too expensive with a new device. That means you can get high-quality OBD GPS trackers or asset trackers without breaking the bank!
  • Wide Range of Options. The used GPS tracker market offers a variety of models and brands. From BrickHouse Security real time GPS trackers to LandAirSea GPS car trackers, there are a ton of different choices online. Therefore, eBay or Craigslists are a great choice for finding a GPS tracker for tracking vehicles.

Cons of Buying a Used GPS Tracker

  • Limited Warranty. Used GPS trackers typically come with limited or no warranty coverage. In case of any issues with the personal GPS tracker, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. In fact, one of the most common issues with a vehicle GPS tracker is water damage. Why does that matter? Because it is hard to tell by visual inspection if the car GPS tracker is already water damaged and void of warranty.
  • Potential Wear and Tear. Since used trackers have been previously owned, they might show signs of wear and tear, which can affect their lifespan and reliability. It's important to carefully assess the condition of the GPS tracker locator before making a purchase. However, this is often not a choice when you buy online.
  • Outdated Technology. GPS tracking technology evolves rapidly, and used devices may lack the latest features and advancements found in newer models. Remember, drivers can get out-dated and software can require updates. Therefore, consider your specific tracking requirements and determine whether the used tracker meets your desired functionality.

What You Need To Consider When Buying Pre-Owned GPS Devices

If you're looking to save money, you may consider shopping for used GPS monitoring and fleet management equipment on online auction sites like eBay. While used GPS products can be more affordable than new ones, it's important to be cautious when purchasing a used device. Let's explore the pros and cons of buying used GPS equipment.
One downside of buying used GPS equipment is that the manufacturer's warranty becomes void. Once the device changes ownership, you won't have the protection of a warranty if any issues arise with the unit.
Another drawback is the possibility of missing parts. Used GPS trackers may be lacking essential components such as rubber gaskets or magnetic mounts, which are necessary for water protection. Even if the device appears to be in good condition, there's a risk of purchasing a tracker with missing parts.
Technical support is also a concern when buying used security products. Unlike reputable companies like Tracking System Direct, most resellers and manufacturers don't offer support for pre-owned devices. You won't have assistance for software downloads, accessing driving reports, or utilizing features like Google Earth.
On the positive side, purchasing a used GPS device can provide cost savings while still offering tracking and fleet management capabilities. It allows you to acquire the necessary tools at a more affordable price.
The truth is, buying a used GPS fleet management device has its advantages and disadvantages. Keep in mind the voided warranty, potential missing parts, and lack of technical support. Choosing a reputable company like Tracking System Direct ensures lifetime technical support, giving you peace of mind. Consider your needs and budget carefully when deciding to purchase used GPS equipment.

Best Buy GPS Tracker Car

As with most things in life, people get what they pay for. However, for those who are no longer interested in purchasing a used GPS system, there are still options available to get a quality product while saving some money. Here is a brief list of what consumers can do:
  • Shop Online. Pricing for products, especially technology and GPS products, will always be better through an online retailer.
  • Search Google For Coupon Codes. Often times online retailers will extend special promotions and discounts as a way to move excess inventory or make room for new products.
  • Contact The Merchant Directly. Ask if they are having any promotions or sales that you can take advantage of before making the commitment to purchase. At the very least the buyer may be able to get free shipping out of the deal.
  • Consider GPS Data Loggers. If live car trackers with a monthly subscription fee are too expensive, a solid and reliable alternative could be an investment in data loggers. Since passive GPS units only capture data, they do not require any monthly service fees, SIM cards, and the hardware costs typically 40%-50% less than real-time devices! Not to mention, passive trackers record data every second and do not depend on cellular communication or cell service in any way to perform. The one slight drawback with these types of trackers is that the data must be downloaded manually by the user.
There are a number of different ways buyers can get a quality mini GPS tracker while not breaking the bank. With a little bit of research, and by following the above tips, people interested in GPS locators can save!

Buying GPS Devices on Craigslist: A Money-Saving Option

Are you on the lookout for a good deal? With the rise of e-commerce and reduced overhead costs, online merchants are offering savings that are hard to resist. While many think of Craigslist for housing or job searches, it has become a valuable platform for online retailers to boost sales and provide excellent deals, especially for those looking to save money on GPS trackers.
Why choose Craigslist over eBay? Here's why online merchants prefer Craigslist:
  • No insertion fees: Unlike eBay, posting ads on Craigslist is free. Merchants can showcase their products without incurring additional costs.
  • No final value fees: eBay requires merchants to pay final value fees when their products are sold. On Craigslist, sellers can avoid these fees altogether.
  • Lower payment processing fees: eBay transactions often involve PayPal, which charges payment processing fees. Craigslist transactions can be conducted with local buyers, reducing or eliminating these fees.
  • More image options: eBay limits the number of product images without extra charges, while Craigslist offers flexibility in showcasing products with multiple images at no additional cost.
  • Localized experience: Craigslist's focus on local communities means faster shipping and handling times, providing convenience and efficiency.
By exploring Craigslist, you can find excellent deals on tracking devices for cars from online merchants looking to connect with local customers. Enjoy the benefits of cost savings, a wide range of product options, and faster transactions.
If you're seeking a budget-friendly GPS tracker, consider browsing Craigslist. Take advantage of the free platform, localized experience, and the opportunity to support local online merchants. Start your search today and seize the chance to find a great deal on a vehicle tracking device!

2024.05.14 22:15 Efficient_Lab7496 Oxaliplatin/capecitabine treatment - side effects & maintaining job?

Hello! Recently diagnosed with stage 2 appendiceal cancer (mucinous adenocarcinoma) and recovering from surgery (appendectomy and hemicolectomy) now before starting adjuvant chemo next month (for a 3 month treatment).
I got the list of potential side effects with my cocktail but my med team is very much like “you may have no side effects! We’ll see!” And while I know that’s ultimately true…it’s in direct contradiction with my overwhelming desire to plan/be prepared lol. SO thought I would crowdsource if anyone else did this regiment and has lived experience to share in terms of side effects, especially how bad they were and if they affected your ability to work.
Thanks in advance, reading other’s posts has been very comforting during this scary time - just knowing others are going through the same thing.

2024.05.14 22:14 Back_FromThe_Dead What's the best natural way to lose weight in my case?

Here's some of my struggles. I'm into health and fitness alot and do everything to be as healthy as possible. But no matter what I can't seem to lose weight in my stomach and upper arms, the rest of my body is relatively fine. It's embarrassing cause it doesn't match the rest of my body and clothes don't fit right no matter what. Now I do have stomach issues that I've had all my life and never found anything that fixed them or the cause. What's the best most natural way to go about losing stomach and upper arm weight? I exercise frequently and have tried numerous things to get rid of it. I heard apple cider vinegar can help but after a couple years of trying that, it never worked. I've also heard it could be hormonal, if so, how would I go about treating it? I try tons of different herbs and have even gone to doctors but none of them know what's going on, although I try to stay away from normal medical doctors as I try to do everything more naturally and not use medications with horrible side effects.
Has anyone had this type of problem and found the solution? what kinds of natural things can I try that worked for you?
