Just had a conversation with a person who performs treatment similar to chiropractic. I go to these sessions that I pay for and I want to relax. We get to talking about pets. I talk about my pets. The topic of birds comes up. She goes on a RANT about how people should not own parrots, "they only belong in the wild."
The issue she has is that some (or many) parrots outlive their owners. She said they bond with the owners and it's cruel to have the owner die before the parrot. "Therefore, they should only be living in the wild, unless it's a rescue situation where the bird cannot live in the wild. No one should EVER get a parrot."
I don't have a parrot or even a bird. However, she doesn't know if 1. I'm planning to get a bird 2. I had a bird when I was younger 3. I always wanted a bird.
Also, is this not a strange issue to hang one's hat on? I mean okay, that's the way YOU feel, but do you think everyone wants to hear it?? Who made you the boss of the world, deciding where other people's beloved pets ought to live?
I personally believe most bird owners love their pets and shower their birds with affection and attention and I don't have any problem with someone having a pet parrot as long as it's well cared for.

I’m mostly posting this to vent.
I don't know how other people feel, but this is kind of where I've been for a while with a lot of Alex's content.
I was a pretty consistent watcher on multiple series, starting with freedomfaller and following all the way through the first and second seasons. Watched pretty much all the videos, including the independent shorts he did before the Mythos stuff. Never had any problems with it. Even now, I think the mythos videos stand on their own as incredibly well made horror shorts. Frankly I don't think there's been any of Alex's videos that I didn't at least kind of like, even if some things like the end of MM Season 2 felt rushed.
I'm mostly making this post to vent my frustrations with how the channel's been run. Back in the day, a video like starrysphinx vanishing and reappearing was kind of a novelty. House in the Ocean was a cool idea, and I was bummed to see it disappear for a time even if that was sort of the point.
The proverbial straw for me has been the disappearance of the most recent series, especially after the Trinity Desk Project vanished too. Trinity Desk was a deep cut because it had a unique premise and I was excited to see it proceed, and yet now the only way I can watch it is through reuploads if I can find them.
It's become a source of frustration for me with the series and Alex's content in general.
I recognize Alex has no obligation to keep the videos up as a creator, but I feel like there's no respect for the audience's time or investment. Art is a two way street, and I don't think it's fair to have to meticulously catalogue works I enjoy on the off chance Alex might decide to snap them from existence because of yet another mental breakdown or family drama. If he's going to run things in that manner, then frankly he should hand over the reigns of channel management to someone who won't nuke entire playlists at the drop of a hat.
The constant deletion or privating of videos has just completely beaten any enthusiasm out of me.
I feel like I can't get invested in or enjoy a new series because of the high likelihood it will be gone just as quickly as it arrived.
I respect Alex has the right to manage his art as he sees fit, and I wish him the best with handling his father's passing and whatever he decides to do creatively, but I just can't expend any more energy getting invested in his work when it's so ephemeral for reasons that are frankly not my problem. It's not my responsibility to cater to the mental state of a content creator by archiving his work for him.
I respect that people will probably disagree and that this is, to an extent, a selfish take on my part. I'm alright owning that, I just needed to get this off my chest because it's been bothering me for some time now.
tl;dr - The video deletion shtick has completely ruined any enthusiasm or investment I had in the Mythos or the other series, regardless of whether this most recent instance was justified or not.

If you were putting an HM party together and wanted 4 builds to play that can make use of the best items in the game, what would they be?
I would think a control bard, for the acuity hat and the ring that makes spells bonus actions.
The throwzerker to make use of those throwing related items.
Maybe a fire acuity sorc or a two handed Paladin/Fighter type.
A fire sorc/cleric maybe?
What would you say?

1. What should I read to get more info about the start of the games? Like ik that the manor’s lord invites the survivors to play in death games but I’m guessing there’s more to it?
   
2. How did the killers die? I read that EVERYONE who participated in a game died, so how did the killers die?
   
3. Did Lucky Guy escape the manor? This is a random extra I’m adding on but could his lack of lore not suggest that? Plus Lucky Guy could suggest that he’s lucky for being the only survivor… I’ll take my tinfoil hat off now.
   

I have a 10 month old and I use a basic woven wrap with a standard front wrap cross carry. I wear a thin t shirt, and baby wears long sleeved top, trousers, hat and (usually) socks.
I occasionally wear a sleeveless baby wearing coat, mostly just if it looks like it'll rain.
Temperature and comfort wise she seems fine, and often falls asleep. But I have a problem with belly sweat.. specifically my belly, where it's up against her thighs. If it's even slightly warm, or I walk strenuously, my sweat soaks into her trousers. It doesn't seem to bother her or irritate her skin, but I'm sure it isn't good, especially if we're out somewhere and she may be in the carrier for an hour or two.
What should I and baby ideally be wearing for this sort of carry, so she stays warm but also not sweaty?
I've never tied a back carry (the hip scoot scares me), but should I just switch to that in the summertime?

I got a bit busy with life, so this is a bit later than usual. As usual, spoilers are ahead, so read at your own risk.
We're finally at the last episode of season 1. I'll admit that it's my least favorite. The animation and audio are rough, the pacing is slow, and generally, the show was still trying to figure out what it wants to be. I will say, that this episode is my favorite of season 1. Anyways, we open with Strawberry leading us to Honey Pie's going away party. She's hyping up her vacation plans, eating all the treats the humans made her, and promising to bring marshmallows for everyone. Then we get the song where she continues hyping up her plans. I love how passive aggressive the song gets as it goes. They're obviously fed up with Honey and want her to get going. But then, as soon as she leaves, she injures her leg and can't go on her trip. She's forced to stay on Strawberry's couch. Honey is an absolute drama queen. Strawberry and crew try to take good care of her, but Honey is constantly complaining. Strawberry calls her out, but that doesn’t really stop her. Her friends threaten to leave, but then Strawberry has an idea that they need to entertain Honey, and that she's only complaining bc she's bored. (Side note: Strawberry is reeeeallly patient here. I'm not sure most people would be this patient, but then again, Strawberry is not like most people). Then Huck remembers there's a magician performing nearby, and he gets the idea to catch him. My headcanon is that he was mainly using the magician as an excuse to leave. Then, we get the musical number about imagination, which is cute. After that, the girls brainstorm activities, but Honey shoots them all down. Meanwhile, Huck falls off his skateboard en route to find the magician (which, side note: in real life, that fall would have hurt really bad). Honey reminisces on times she was bored, which are stories she's told the humans a million times. That gives Strawberry an idea to tell stories. Strawberry tells her story about ending a drought by getting a cloud to cry tears of joy, featuring a gopher with a weird voice and a bird that sounds like Rainbow Sherbet (same voice actress?). When I first rewatched that scene with the cloud, it unlocked that core memory of watching this episode as a little girl. Also, that magic creek where you can wish for different beverages would be so epic to have in real life. Anyways, after that, we go into the third musical number, which is an earworm. Honey admits that she knocked puppet shows until she tried them, and so Orange does one about a dream she had. Then we cut to Huck in the city trying to find the magician, but a gingerbread man breaks the news that he was too late. Then, Huck sees the box of magic supplies. After that, we're back at Strawberry's house, and Orange just finished her puppet show. Similar to the pilot, her time to shine gets cut tragically short, since we don't get the rest of her story. Anyway, Ginger tells the story of when she ran out of chocolate chips. We find out that she is an emotional eater (relatable, lmao), when a chocolate bunny told her not to eat the furniture. Then, said bunny leads her to a pot of chocolate coins at the end of a rainbow. Since Ginger didn't know about this pot of gold, I have to wonder, how did she acquire chocolate chips before? Then, Angel Cake tells the story of how she improvised when she ran out of food coloring. At first she tried to pick rose petals, blueberries, and grass to dye her white icing (which would be considered unsanitary in the real world), but the texture is all wrong. Then, she finds Spongecake forest, and now that's where she gets her food coloring. This story has a similar vibe to Ginger's where she's run out of an ingredient, but Angel's story doesn't have the plothole that Ginger's had. I got the sense that Angel didn't have time to go acquire food coloring the way she normally does, and that's why she went exploring, as opposed to Ginger, who made a false assumption about where she could find what she was looking for. Anyway, Apple is insistent on hearing more stories (so that she doesn't have to go to bed), and so Honey tells one of her own. Then Strawberry checks outside (maybe she had a strange feeling?), and finds Huck practicing tricks in the bushes. He comes clean that he couldn't get the magician, and Strawberry reassures him. I feel like this is one of those scenes that Struckleberry shippers point to, since they're alone and it is a sweet moment. I'm not the biggest Struckleberry shipper. Aside from the fact that they are kids, I don't like the idea that the token boy just ends up with the leading lady. If I were to ship him with anyone, it would be Orange, since I've seen some moments between them in multiple episodes. Anyway, enough about ships, Huck attempts a card trick, but fails. At the girls' insistence, he tries another trick. He asks if anyone has a hat, to which Orange hands him the magician hat (ironic considering every human except Orange was wearing a hat). The trick is successful. Soon after, Honey realizes that her leg is better. The next day, she leaves for her trip, but it turns out, she's sick and can't go. This time, she's more accepting of her reality, since she's learned to look on the bright side, just like Strawberry was telling her earlier. Then we get the last song, which sums up the lesson that Honey has learned. As I said, this is my favorite season 1 episode. It still has some of the issues that season 1 eps have, but it has a lot of good qualities too.

Hi all! I am asking this for an elderly fmaily member who does not use computer let alone reddit... basically an elderly relative of mine has been renting out his home while he is recovering in a rehab facility for a fall he had (it's a long stay, and he;'s being discharged soon). He rented his home out to a young couple with 2 kids and they completely destroyed teh place.. they had numerous pets, (it seems), and there are feces let all over.. teh smell is disgusting. He does not have a lot of money.. fixed income from his social security.. I've offered to clean the best I can but where do I start with cleaners? The flooring is the fiberglass type 'fake wood (idk what it's called).. not vinyl flooring throughout the entire home.. no carpeting. The bathroom is disguting.. the walls have that wooden b-board on the bottom half. What shoudl I buy to help him out for cleaning? I myself for my own home uset hat totally awesome line of products but what will get these stains and odors out? He will be coming back here soon but right now the place is so nasty it would not do his health good.. oh and yes the people have left. Be careful out there renting! **Background**
I am an expat. Renting a house for one year. One year payment have been made. I have EJAR contract (all online, absher verifiable). All rental process went through in one real estate agency (lets call it 'Snail'). Few weeks ago, I found Eviction notice pasted outside the main door. Picture attached. I never receive any court notice or any sms regarding any court proceeding. I have conducted some due diligence.
**Due Diligence/What transpired within +- 2 weeks** in chronological order.
• *Snail's Director* : I texted him. According to him, owner have a problem and he is trying to solve the eviction notice. Told me not to worry.
• *Officemate A's cousin* : He is in the real estate industry. He confronted (by phone) Snail's director because he noticed that Snail the company and its director was name as Lessor and Lessor representative respectively. He also asked what happen with the eviction notice because I have valid Ejar contract.
Shocked by the call, snail's director mentioned that he needed to sell the house because his father needed money for treatment. After been pressed futher, Snail director folded and said I can remain until the tenancy end.
• *Officemate B's father* : Hes in the government (unknown department). According to him, aslong Ejar contract is valid. I cannot be evicted.
• *EJAR's office* : Show them the eviction notice. They said its fake. And that my Ejar contract is valid. If i want to lodge a report, go to REGA (real estate general authority).
• *REGA* : Went to the office Rega told me the notice is fake and to lodge complaint online. Complaint file and later the ticket status is 'Closed'. Received call from Rega asking me to lodge police report.
• *Enforcement Officer ('Repoman') : Texted him asking about the notice. I send him my Ejar contract. But he insisted i get out in a week. He also mention I need to talk to court if Im not happy.
• *ETC lawyer friends/district neighbors* : Reiterated, aslong Ejar contract is valid. Cannot be evicted.
**Fast forward to Yesterday**
A man claiming to be real owner (never met him before) said hello and ask me to wait 10 minutes. Later a police sergeant came along with a guy claiming to be officer from the court (his number appear at the bottom of the eviction notice). Three of them threathens me to give vacant possession to them immediately.
I called a local neighbour (lets call him 'Hat' for now) to assist me to speak Arabic with them.
The owner keeps on screaming that my Ejar contract is fake. The police took a hold of my Iqama and keep it with him, he stayed in the car. Repoman kept saying I acknowledged him because Ive texted him before. Hat argued back and forth with them. Hat managed to calm the owner down saying if anything I was a victim too and to give me time to vacate the house.
• *Hat* : Owner said he rented the house to Snail at 20 coins but he never received any rent for 2 years. He then find out that Snail has rented the house to me for 50 coins.
Further, Repoman took copy of my Ejar contract. According to him, he will bring my Ejar to the judge to see if he should proceed with the Eviction notice or seek further instruction.
Hat manage to get the owner to agree in principle after he gotten vacant possession, I could rent it back, at a lower rate. [Safe to say I have my doubt].
• *Snail's Team Member* : Received a call from unknown man claiming to be Snail's team member. According to him, Snail is a broker and owner trying to raise the rental. They had disagreement and hence the eviction notice. He also said that if i leave, Snail will reimburse balance of my rent by this week. I told him, I need time to think of the conpensation because this has caused inconvenience for me and I need to look for a new house. Also, ig we agree he must start the termination process in Ejar because the one who started the termination have to reimburse the other.
**Present**
• *REGA* : Trying to ask rega to verify the eviction notice again because I was ambushed by 3 guys prior. And if what the owner claiming is legit. Is my Ejar contract valid?.
Rega asked me to file new complaint to investigate the Ejar contract. They told me not to worry. I am very worried because I am in a foreign country without family support. Rega ask me to check the validity with the court.
• *Court* : Went to the counter. Was told that the eviction notice is with a judge now. I am not sure if my Ejar contract was attached to the notice or not. Ask me to come back in a week.
**TLDR :** I rent a house through real estate agent. I never known/met the owner. Owner and agent had disagreement. Owner obtained an eviction notice on the house. I was told that I have valid rental agreement and cannot be evicted. Owner bring police and repoman to threathens and evict me. I am clueless and in despair, not sure who to trust. Still not solve. Still finding the truth/answer. Waiting for court solution (if any).
**My question**

1. Can a property be rented twice using Ejar system?
2. Can agent rent a house as a broker against the will of the owner? If yes how? He have to fraudulently/knowingly fill the online form wrongly?
3. How does Ejar verify if the property can be was rented by a rightful Landlord?
4. Are my right as tenant protected if Snail comitted fraud? (Where i am a 'bona fide' tenant/victims/bystander).

Any advice/suggestions/share similar experience?

As we know the One piece world sill sink and Roger also knew that. So he made a place that will protect the people in it and will contain all the knowledge he has about the world.
I imagine that it will look like a giant library. It will fufill the dreams of the straw hat crew. Robin will learn the history of the world. Nami will find a map of it, that will have the location of the All Blue, thus fufill Sanji's dream of finding it. It will have books with recipes for medicine for every deasies which Chopper will use.
"Knowledge is power" and will great power Luffy can the most powerful and thus the freest man alive.

I am going to Scotland tomorrow and have been planning to bring a puffer jacket that I could wear under my waterproof, knee length coat. The forecast is for temperatures in the 50s and 60s (high 40s at night), and I'm not sure I need to pack it. I'll have a fleece top with me that may keep me warm enough.
I'm also trying to decide whether to bring a beanie hat and gloves.

gang, several years ago i played this one game on psp. It's a game where you somehow went to another place/world(?) and then you meet people that lives there. As i remember it, you'll eventually found a Japanese styled village and lot of puddles and ocean . Plus, the character you played wears a hat and there's some people in that village. Also you need to go fishing. I think that's the sole purpose of the game but i think there's more to it.The game style is 2d pixelated and some sort of Japanese style. anyone please help me I've been searching it for 2 years...

Most fanfiction has said before that the ancient kingdom was a kingdom of pirates and/or everyone was living happily in harmony. Now we know that Joyboy was just born there and he was the first ever pirate.
In One Piece world many people turn to piracy when their freedom is limited. Might very well be that the Ancient Kingdom was actually a barbaric power in its own right that succumbed others and limited the freedom of its own citizens (Big Mom style). The other kingdoms tried to protect themselves.
In the Japanese word kaizoku 海賊 the 賊 can be understood aside robber and thief also as a traitor / rebel. My theory is that Joyboy made a deal with the devil to fight against the Ancient Kingdom. The other rulers whose will was not strong enough unfortunately succumbed to the devil's power and thus fought against Joyboy and his close allies after the kingdom had fallen because Joyboy didn't want Imu to become the new barbaric ruler. The five elders are probably also among those who lost their humanity to the devil. Kaizoku 海賊 was assigned to Joyboy after he started fighting against Imu because it would literally mean that he was the sea traitor (Imu - umi).
This is why Rayleigh said to Straw Hats "maybe you will come to a different conclusion". This is why Vegapunk said "whoever strikes me down, don't assume they are evil whoever they seem to be". Vegapunk could have straight up said "don't trust the government/gorosei" or "just because pirates might strike me down doesn't make them evil".. no he chose his words very politically knowing that the Ancient Kingdom story was not good guys vs bad guys.
The actual name of Joyboy was Davy Jones (thus the D initial in his allies) who is said to be an ancient pirate cursed by the devil. He was cursed by the sea devil for his crime to sink to the bottom of the sea with all of his treasure, the One Piece. The same way as Zunesha (Lili) was cursed to walk the seas for forever for her crime. The crime of not supporting the devil after (s)he helped them to defeat the ancient kingdom.
P.S. - this could also end up in the revelation that Davy Jones / Joyboy fell in love with the devil herself, just like in the Pirates of the Caribbean Davy Jones literally fell in love with the sea and sea goddess.

I'm having a blast with this game! Once you understand how it works and adjust the controls. The stages are absolutely fantastic and once I get the flow I have a lot of fun. I really like the pre-race structure, the choice of tires based on the weather forecast. I was driving in Greece and there was a storm halfway through the stage. Super! Also the freedom to set the variable weather in time trial mode. The extreme conditions stage: a WRC car in the storm with only 3 wheels? Hell yeah! And you? What hat do you like about WRC gen?

Question for anybody playing longer than me (a few months). I see a lot of drum videos online and even in my in person lessons talk about drumming in this way….
Start with the hi hat and the bass… get that rhythm going for awhile, than just add a snare on the 2….
It can be any combination of drums etc but it seems those with experience just sorta add in more parts and it seems easy… whether it’s “now just make that snare two hits instead of the one your practicing”, or whatever. I see their drum brains just start basic and add shit into the mix purposefully as they go. My brain cannot do that yet. I have to play the complete part slowly… I can’t just do a basic beat for awhile and add in an extra hit somewhere. They make it seem so simple, just start with A, add B, now add C and look your doing it…
Does that makes sense? Is it called stacking? I dunno, but the actual question is, does everybody learn to ‘stack’? Or do some brains not do that? How long does it take? I know it’s subjective to time played blah blah blah, but is this like an advanced move? Or something you pick up at the start? Thanks, And if there is an actual word to that please let me know.
