I have tried a few reddit threads so far, but with no luck. This past weekend, I was irresponsible. I live at home because I am still in college, and my dad went out of town and asked me not to break anything (bad history with friends breaking things). Unfortunately, I accidentally cracked a niche toilet tank lid. The toilet is a discontinued Kohler serif toilet. The model number is K-4608 and the lid part is 1032188. I have found the lid in white and gray, but I can't find any that match our toilet (black) (part number for black cover is 1032188-7). Since the part is so niche, my dad has given up and opted to buy a new black toilet that runs 800$ compared to the $50 part. I could use help saving my bank account and finding this part!

Timeline

23 BCE - Valarr Velaryon is born on Driftmark to a cousin of the existing lords of driftmark under Daemon Velaryon. He is never expected to find any power of his own.
20 BCE - Raya Stark is born, a cousin to Torrhen Stark, the king in the North and soon to be the Kneeler. It was said that the first thing she did when she was given the ability to crawl, was to attempt to climb into a bath on her own.
15 BCE - Valarr, at age eight, is brought on his first voyage by his father. The young Valarr is taken on a trading trip to Braavos with his father and the young boy soon becomes enamored with the concept of the sea and the beauty of the world. Beginning his love for travel and sailing.
12 BCE - In White Harbour, where Raya's family had moved, she too takes her first voyage, alongside her father, the tomboyish girl leaves the city and learns ship and sail on a voyage to Duskendale and then Oldtown.
9 BCE - Valarr, now 14, an experienced sailor and well-trained in the sword begins charting his own small trips from Driftmark to trade partners on Westeros. These voyages are only of a few days at best, but largely they are of great success and the man begins building up a regular crew of men and women to serve on his vessels.
7 BCE - Across the sea, Raya Stark begins working with her own small scale shipping adventures, sailing along the coast of the North and down to Gulltown, also in the process she finds herself carrying out anti-piracy actions for her cousin... or rather she is upon the ships that do so and she rambunctiously states she is in fact leading the party. The sailors with her humour her.
5 BCE - Valarr Velaryon begins travelling through Essos. He spends three years moving about through Essos, this first voyage largely spent travelling between Driftmark and the Free cities, fighting in Braavos, Pentos and Tyrosh specifically, but come his latest return home in 3 BCE, he is given word of Aegon's plans for Westeros. Daemon recruits him to fight in the war, and act as a captain in the Velaryon fleet.
2 BCE - Daemon Velaryon sends Valarr north to White harbour to negotiate with the Starks and bring them into the kingdom peacefully, but he is shut out quickly and instead spends time in White Harbour assessing the fleet of the manderlys. There he meets Raya Stark while he competes in a smaller tourney. The two quickly fall in love, and marry. Valarr then returns home to Driftmark with his new wife, and later that year his first son is born.
1 BCE - Valarr deploys to the mainland to fight in the field for Aegon, doing battle under numerous engagements and distinguishing himself well. Meanwhile, his wife Raya takes to her new home well, and leads a small detachment of the Velaryon fleet in battle.
1 AC - Valarr, upon his duty in the war finishing, takes his wife with him back to Essos, and for the next several years he travels the continent proper, his wife and his growing family accompanying him and at times being left back on Driftmark. At times being raised at sea on his travels, at others in Essos.
3 AC - Rhaegal Velaryon, the second son, is born.
4 AC - Valarr, while travelling in Essos, meets a man with a mysterious black Arakh. Over drinks they speak and the man reveals its history to him as some ritual required for a new owner to claim the weapon. Having bested the man in an arena the day before, the man requests a duel to give over the weapon. In the fight, the stranger is wounded, but Valarr no less takes him to receive healing. The man passess on his sword, and Valarr comes into possession of a black sword by the name of
5 AC - Laena Velaryon, his first daughter is born.
6 AC - Viserra Velaryon, the youngest child is born.
7-14 AC - Valarr's adventures in Essos continue and continue to bring him great renown and wealth in the East through adventuring and selling his sword and ship to the highest bidder. However, during this period, he visits Asshai and for fun seeks to have his fortune read. In doing so, a masked figure tells him that he must return to his home, for "the seahorse shall burn seven years after the dragon drowns." At first he does not find any logic to it, and then he hears of the death of Aegon by a Riverlander plot. And for years he contemplates the words, eventually choosing to return home to Driftmark.
15 AC - The kingswood catastrophe wipes out the line of Daemon Velaryon, and when the next Velaryon was needed, Valarr was there on the island and was elevated to be the new lord of the tides from his new keep on Driftmark, High Tide.
16-24 AC - Between the years of 16-24 AC, Valarr's travels east slow down, and he begins to spend more time in King's landing and Driftmark, namely he takes a liking to hosting tourneys on the island regularly, and enjoys the betting and the sport that it brings, competing himself numerous times.
20 AC - Partakes in the Eastern Wooing.
23 AC - Raya Stark negotiates Laena Velaryon marrying Maelor Velaryon's firstborn son. Laena is forced to break off a romance with Dickon bracken, though she knew their romance was doomed already.

Because people have different expectation. It's fine if you're a new convert, people will assume you're still learning. But the Bible says not every member of the body have the same function, it's mentioned more than once. Paul gave the body parts illustration, the eye is not the hand and the hand need the eyes. But in the church, especially those who labored hard will have high expectation on others, and that might create conflict.
If I'm a surgeon, it's clear my gifting is not leading small group, but provide financial support. How can a busy person do everything in the church? It's silly also to quit my job as a doctor and work in McDonald part time so that I have time to serve in the church no? How am I going to report myself one day in the heaven about what's given to me?
But many members just don't get it. It's not easy to be in others shoe.

I just spent a few hours revisiting this HBO classic regarding inimitable life of Josephine Baker. She was a tour de force that took the world by storm as a young black woman in the 1920s. As you can imagine, she had very little financial support in openly segregated STL, MO, notably the last slave state. Beyond that, she still struggled in the US even after she was deemed a first class star in Europe.
I bring her up and started this post because of course I came to Reddit to commune with other ‘like minded individuals’ to relish the adulation of this icon. Instead of fanfare at her accomplishments, which included being an integral mover during WWII, individuals have disparaged her for her Rainbow Tribe. They are appalled at her ‘social experiment’ to raise children of different races in one home to prove racism is learned.
While I can truly empathize with her view of wanting to usher in a new society via her own children, I have a hard time stomaching the Redditors that brought out their pitchforks in 2020 to slander this woman. Is anyone else familiar with Mrs. Baker, and what are your thoughts?

Nestled on the northern Sword Coast, between Neverwinter Wood and the Sword Mountains, is the town of Phandalin. Centuries ago, Phandalin was a thriving settlement with deep ties to its neighboring communities. But then bandits overran the town, and Phandalin lay abandoned for centuries. Only in the past few years have settlers built a new village on the ruins of the old. These townsfolk hope to grow Phandalin through hard work, camaraderie, and the shared purpose of building a lasting home. Threatening their efforts and their survival are bandits, brigands, and monsters.
"Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk" is a reimagining of the timeless classic "The Lost Mines of Phandelver." In collaboration with the FoundryVTT, a free (for the player) VTT that is much more expansive and customizable than most other VTT's, Wizard's has created an official Foundry Module complete with maps, tokens, and compendiums.
This campaign is open to all player's above the age of 18. No prior experience is necessary. In fact, the campaign is mostly designed for people to get their feet wet with 5e. We will of course be using the Foundry VTT and Discord for voice.
Play time/date is TBD, however we are most likely looking at an evening time block with rotating days depending on everyone's availability, hopefully weekly.
Again this campaign is open to ANYONE 18+, so if you would like to play you will be asked to respect the identity of everyone involved. That being said, despite it being 18+, we will be keeping things SFW, and any romancing and RP of that nature will be a "fade to black" if it begins to go that direction. This does not mean that these elements are prohibited (feel free to play the classic "sleeps with everyone" bard) but it will not be the main focus of any scenes.

Adam Silver’s hard on obsession with futbol is a detriment to the NBA. Knicks wearing their reboot 90s uniforms. Nuggets with their black prison uniform that just have a bunch of numbers across the front. Mavs won’t stop wearing their tacky Navy duds. God bless Boston and Cleveland, both teams keep thing as they should and always wear their home whites at home.
New rule, home teams can only wear their non traditional home uniforms only once a series and for the finals home team can only wear their traditional home uniforms for home games.

I had a question to my fellow Sico owners. I have a new Hybrid 46m and the cerakote finish is rather fragile, like look at it wrong and the coating chips off...seriously, spanners scratch the finish with regular use down to bare metal... I know some say it gives it character but it kinda irks me... I was wondering if anyone knew the Cerakote paint code they use. Looks like Armor black but I'm not 100% sure. Once I know the code I want to touch up with an airbrush...or has anyone sent theirs back with a similar issue and had it resolved? Any input would be greatly appreciated... BTW, it's a great multi-platform can otherwise...

Kind of a newbie here, started back in oct-nov of 2023 but I only played for 2-3 months.
Started from complete newbie to 800 and that is where I left the game for a couple of months.
I came back and after initially losing games, I climbed my way back up and eventually outclimbed my peak in the mid 800s.
The problem is, I've only ever learnt 2 openings - 1 for white and 1 for black.
Now I would very much like to dedicate a bit more time to the game and climb a bit more - first step making it into 1000.
So, for white I went for the Jobava London. I would very much like to learn something new, although I have a 57% wr with it so maybe it's not the brightest idea. I have no idea what would be good though. I generally enjoy opening with the queens pawn but maybe it's time to learn a kings pawn opening?
The real problem lies with black though, I learned the Caro-Kann. Compared to jobava london, through ~250 games I only have a 49%wr with 4% being drawn. I am sure part of it is because I was also playing the Caro-Kann against stuff that wasn't 1.e4 but still.
I've been trying to learn the KID and maybe the KIA but it hasn't been going well (sample size is still to small but it hasn't been a fun experience).
Anyways, here I am. How would you suggest I round up my repertoire with a new opening for white and a new opening for black when the Caro-Kann isn't playable?

Just finished a Jack is a Mimic video and had a thought that I commented. I will put it here so let me know what you think. Ok hear me out. WHAT IF Godwyn and Ranni both were supposed to be apart of the ritual but REVERSED. It was supposed to destroy Ranni's soul and godwyns body. Then it would allow ranni the empyrean to be taken in as a replacement for marika and godwyn the golden would be the new elden lord. Two people one body and an empty shell/puppet like we see marika at the end of rhe game. Ranni would have reasons enchant the knives and mess it up (one is to pretend to do her part and the second would be to get freedom from the erdtree.) Also killing the rebellious Ranni's soul would make her obidient. The black knives had connection to marika after all. But the world didnt know Marika is Radagonso when the ritual gets botched how are they gonna explain it??? They cant so they get hunted down as murderers and eventually spin the block and get beat by a mad blaidd and get my boy iji as revenge for what ranni did. And what if the golden glowing person at the end of tge trailer isnt even miquella Miyazaki said they are related to miquella. What if it is godwyn the golden attemting (or succeeding)to take his body. He would die a true death a be reborn as a new elden lord. A with miquella's power to compel he might be able to maintain control over they consiousness. Or it might be a perfect symbiotic being who knows.
I will now put the tinfoil hat down and revisit this after Shadow of the Erdtree.
