30 M here I am having vegan diet since last 8 years I take multi vitamin and b12 500 mcg once a week... couple of days ago I found one hairs turned white... if it's because of vitamin deficiency then which vitamin should I take? Iron??
Also I would like to mention that from past 5-6 months i didn't had good sleep as my mom was diagnosed with cancer! But she is doing fine now as it was just early stage!
Do you think strees was the reason for turing hairs? Or if it's because of vitamin deficiency then please mention which vitamin should I take!
Edit: it was just one white hair! And I never took any iron supplements as of now!

Hi, I'm colombian and I actually 27, my english is not excelent sorry. I had my diagnosis of AA started whrn I was 11, It just was a little bald in the back of head, but that was all, later when I was 20, this little bald appeared because I had economic problems, the strees do not let me, but again, the bald was gone. So, when a year later the stress was worse and I could not control my thoughts, the result was a lot of bald parts of my head, since then I had AA continually for six years, my hair grows inmediatly but in another part of my head just falls off in patches, the situacion had been very difficult because I used to like my hair, I blond and now I can't leave home without a hat, I look myself at the mirror and It is difficult to see the bald parts and the little hair growing but in a few weeks is gone again. I actually in a treatment with prednisolone, this have been beneficial because the hair totally stop falling but when I leave the medication again the samr thing, I have try with vitamins, products for hair care, Here that products are expensive but I am trying hatd for buy it and continue with the treatment.
I feel a little better telling my case here, because here there is people with the samre or similar, I really want to know if this will be part of my past, if it is posible to recover me, I know this condition is not curable (even) but I know that I can have all my hair without it falling out.

Im desperate . I finished 14 days ago quad therapy . After I had cramps And gases . Little bloating after some biger meal . Yesterday I got better taste in mouth but was not so big. And from that I Think I got nausea . It is not like vomiting nausea but it is there and constant . Today Is second day I got bitter taste And cant feel if is with nausea or not. I Just know that I dont have apetite but I eat . Before I had apetite . Can It b from strees because I had yesterday strees or is it maybe bacteria coming back . I didnt feel this after treatment . Can I eat something or some vitamins for bitter taste ? Also I am using metaspaysmil after therapy . It is for ibs simptoms like cramps which I got from probiotics .

Hey people, I take Hemp Oil and Vitamin D, I'm going through strees time, but what I wanna say is: I'm always have philosopical thoughts of like: "What if life is a dream", and I become so obssesed with these thoughts to the point where I think of this all day, and I think like "What if my family is not real and everyone are robots" like I'm maybe I'm the only person in this world , and I think always what happens after die, etc. I also want to note that I suffered from DR (Derialzation) for like 4 months, and my friend said I maybe have hypoglicemia (low blood sugar), and since then (like one week) I'm free of DR (so far).. Guys I'm really scared I wish someone could tell me what to in regards to that... Thanks everyone for reading and relplying in advanced.. I'm really scared and I sometimes think of ending life so I won't be scared like that so much.. (I won't really end my life). Thank ya once again I'm 17 though, Appreciate that alot.
