Just recently moved over to pc from the series x and I started my main bl2 character on the Xbox one. I'm having trouble finding a way to transfer my character from Xbox one to pc because it's impossible. So I bought an Xbox 360 thinking could just sign in pull up borderlands 2 and my account have my saves which I can then download to a thumb drive and use through borderlands save editor on pc. Long story short I loaded up the game on 360 and none of my Xbox one characters were there. If anyone can help me get my saves from Xbox one to pc that would be awesome! I've looked at other threads and it seems like people are saying I'm sOL due to me starting on the Xbox one.

Hi I'm just new to PC building and recently got a used Ryzen 5600x. The CPU is running at 0.52ghz.
I have read many posts online suggesting changing power options and bios settings. I tried some of them but nothing fixed the issue. My PC is still slow as hell and when I ran hwinfo64 it shows CPU core getting 0.92V and getting thermall throttled at 33 degrees.
Specs
Cpu Ryzen 5600x with new stock cooler Asus x570e gaming mobo Geil potenza 16gb 3000 ram Rtx 3060ti.
The fans just keep running at max speed even though I have tried to optimize them but nothing changed.
I would really appreciate some inputs.

2024.05.15 03:36 midoumedj (Fix) / (Solution) Frame time / ms spikes and stuttering...
So 3 days ago i started having this famous ms spikes , after a 80 mo update that cs made ( nobody mentioned this on the comments ) even though my pc is something decent and my internet is stable .
a lot suggested ddu + verifying the game files ... but nothing works
so here is what i did :
1-moving cs2 to an HDD ( from steam>>Storage .. ) 2-Safemode + ddu + restart 3-deleting the steam library in my M2 ( C drive ) 4-installing geforce and drivers etc 5-restart 6- bringing back cs2 to C after creating a new library

Given the prompt I have to work with, it's kind of difficult to try and snuff this one out on Google without getting irrelevant or questionable results LOL. But it was probably something on GirlsGoGames or Y8 since I frequented those sites as a kid? I don't remember if it let you choose characteristics or anything, but you basically put you and your crush/partner's names, probably had customisation options, and then there's your hypothetical cartoon child! I think you could take a snapshot and share the picture of your baby with people. I really don't know how to look this up - I don't want to search baby maker, but for all intents thats basically what it was. I feel as though the art style was one of those old eerie 2d hyper-realistic flash game styles (like the one direction makeover games - image below) but i could be very wrong. I hope someone can help me find this game and hopefully it's still out there!

This game is so fun! Like a lot of fucking fun and I know this is going to seem gushy but it truly is fun. This is the most fun I have had in a long time playing games!
I am a new player cuz I just a built a PC, and this is the first game I am playing on it! I used to play on Xbox and this game alone has made me feel the switch is worth it. I suck at the game because I am a former console player, I am still adjusting to mouse and key(any tips on that would be appreciated btw thank you), but nonetheless, shooting bugs and automatons to spread democracy rocks!

Built my friend a PC after I built mine a year ago. I built his about a couple weeks ago and since then he's been having issue with games crashing. Tried everything under the sun, uninstalling drivers, reinstalling them, not downloading Adrenaline from AMD, repairing windows, various setting changes. Any help will be great! They aren't exactly tech savvy so if you could put it in simpler terms so I can explain it to them it would be appreciated!

Hi, recently I had to move both my wife's and my pc to another part of our room but suddenly, now her Fortnite installation doesn't work anymore. The game launches and after the splash logo, a popup appears that reads:
"A D3D11-Compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, ShaderModel 5.0) is required to run the engine"
The PC specs are:
Any other title launches and plays smoothly, funny enough, RE4 Remake Chainsaw Demo works. Rocket League works, RE2R and RE3R works, L4D2 works, Fall Guys works. Are only those two titles which seems odd to me.
If I could get any help, that would be cool. Thanks!

- 1TB Acer SSD
- 4TB WD Purple HDD
- Zotac RTX 3070TI GPU
- Uninstall and reinstall the game
- Uninstall and reinstall drivers (with DDU)
- Verify game files
- Updated the MoBo (the previous one had faulty usb ports)
- Clean the PC

I don't get it.
Sony attempts to force the PC player base of HD2 to to link their PSN account to Steam or make one if they don't have one.
This is bad because the majority of countries the game is sold in on Steam can't make a PSN account and will be blocked from playing a game they paid for.
The player base fights back and makes HD2 the worst reviewed game on Steam.
Sony decides not to go ahead with the PSN linking requirement on Steam.
BUT THEN.
They pull it from sale in all the countries that can't make a PSN account.
It's this last part i just don't understand.
Sony is a big company and clearly likes money, why then would they pull the game from sale and lose the potential to make money from game sales?
What is it about a PSN account that is inherently more profitable than straight up game sales?
I have been a PlayStation owner since PS2 up to PS4 Pro, I played online multiplayer games on PS3 and then transitioned to single player games only on PS4 Pro when they locked online multiplayer behind the PS Plus sub.
Do they think for some reason that forcing PC players to make a PSN account will magically make them transition to buying a PS4/PS5 if they don't have one already and paying for PS Plus?

Honestly I think the PC market is dying. The only value I can see in a windows machine is for an engineering niche that requires some Autodesk application not on macOS.
Upgradability seems to be a delusion when I see people with a 3900x and a 4070 super.

I have a PC with the AMD 7900 xtx. I mainly play single player story games. Which monitor would be better for gaming visual quality? Obviously 4K is better on paper but is 27 too small compared to the immersive 34 ultra wide? Are the visuals noticeably better at 4K that I can’t ever go back to 1440p even at a smaller screen?

Back in 2019, I got an MPG X570 Gaming Edge Wifi motherboard along with an RTX 2070 and Ryzen 7 3700X. This week, I ordered a 4070 Super and Ryzen 7 5800X3D. According to PCPartPicker, there aren't any issues with compatibility except for a BIOS update, which I completed yesterday. Today, the new CPU arrived and is now installed in the PC.
So far, I haven't noticed any significant changes in the one game I played, but I assume the major performance boost will likely come from the 4070 Super. However, I'm still wondering if my motherboard will bottleneck any of these upgrades since it’s 4 years old. From what I’ve read, the X570 is still considered one of the top AM4 motherboards according to some people on Reddit.
Does anyone know for sure if there will be a significant bottleneck, or will it be fine?
