• This community has more power over companies and that goes for the products people in the space promote than they think.
• These kinds of products don't align with the community, especially AG1 and it's founder.
• The social media dynamic is still relatively new, especially in ultrarunning. We have moved away from only big companies being able to sell ads on TV and in magazines to anyone being able to buy an ad spot from anyone with a podcast or Instagram. It's cool to be seen having sponsors, even if those sponsors are for products you ingest not regulated by any higher governing body and doesn't have sound science yet.
• Coaches need to be held to a higher standard when shilling products put in the body and should be open to any dialogue about those products. There are several ethics of coaching and sponsorship resources and coaches promoting AG1 go against a lot of the ethical concerns mentioned when coaches promote a product to their athletes such as but not limited to: transparency, authenticity, evidence-based recommendations, prioritizing client interests over one's own financial interest gained by promoting said product, avoiding over-reliance on products, ethical marketing practices.

AG1 is a scam. We should have gotten it out of the ultrarunning community yesterday. There are plenty of other legitimate brands to promote and be sponsored by. If you want to support someone, buy a training plan, research letter, or whatever that has all the money going to them and not a product that takes 50 dollars of what 100 dollars they sell it for to give to the top promoters, and then pass off a few thousand dollars to the ultra running coaches and podcasters shilling it.
Is AG1 going to kill you? Probably not. It's a multivitamin powder you mix in water. The problem is all the people shilling the product knowing it will do nothing for you and is expensive because they are getting a big cut of it (most of it is not even going to the people you are buying from but to the mega endorsers like Rogan, Huberman, etc.) It doesn't belong in the ultrarunning community if the community decides they don't want it (we shouldn't), coaches should be a lot more careful promoting products that go into the body and consider the ethics of those products

hello! it's my first time posting and i was hoping someone could help me out.
i'm running into the problem with the 2gb cap so i'm attempting to use the 4gb patch. i'm following this tutorial which is supposed to work with DAO Ultimate, but i've gotten as far as downloading everything (including total commander though i'm not sure it was necessary lol), but when i try to unpack and execute the file i get a bunch of errors that the files can't be found. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work. the game is now running worse than ever lol. i'm not really sure what to do about this so i'm hoping someone with more experience has some suggestions! list of errors below.

Hi, Wondering if anyone has experience going from Xbox Ultimate to Xbox Game Pass Core? I woke up in the morning around 8 am to a call. Annoyed, I answered it. It was an automated call claiming to be from FedEx, saying my parcel couldn't be delivered and asking me to press 1 if I had any disputes. On any other day, I would have just hung up, but I pressed 1. Then, someone claiming to be a FedEx employee came on the line.
Apparently, someone from Mumbai had used my Aadhaar to send a package from Mumbai to Taiwan. It contained five passports, ten debit cards, one laptop, 35,000 in cash, and 200g of MDMA. Mumbai customs had held the package, and he asked me to go to the Mumbai cyber police office. (Aa best cyber police in ithalle pani.) Anyway, I acted all panicked and, just to spice things up, told him I had lost my Aadhaar last year and couldn't come to Mumbai because it was my chunk bro's wedding next week.
He agreed to connect me to the Mumbai cyber police so I could convince them. He gave me all the details—some random address in Taiwan, some random tracking IDs, and his employee code (chettanu commission kittanelo). By this point, I was out of bed and had all the time in the world. In two minutes, the cyber police chettan joined the call. I briefed him on the situation, saying I had some MD blah blah. He then explained to me what MDMA is (pinne 200g onde njnoke aara), explaining how I would be imprisoned. Then he asked for my address. I gave him some kadichapottatha Malayalam address.
By then, 45 minutes had passed. He then asked me to come on a video call. I said, "Sir, I didn't take a bath. I don't look good. Bath cheyth vara enn." He insisted, then and there. So, I confessed I had a relative in Taiwan named Kutty Mama. He was in Nepal but then moved to Taiwan. He has his wife and daughter there. The "officer" started scolding me, "Why didn't you say this first?" Then I told him I liked his daughter, which is why I didn't say anything.
Then he gave me a Skype ID and asked me to join the video call. By then, I got bored. I confessed, "Sorry sir, I only sent the MDMA". We run a cartel in Taiwan. It's very safe, unlike India. Sorry sir. I will give you a commission sir." He suddenly became silent. His 1 hour was wasted. Then he asked me how everyone's performance was and how much I would rate them. We had a funny conversation for the next 5 minutes. I tried convincing him to try looting the rich and not daridravasis like me. Viva revolution. The guy said he makes around 30,000 cut every month. Then I bid him goodbye.
By then, another scammer texted me on WhatsApp. Somehow, my number must have leaked to some scam database. He claimed to be an HR offering me a part-time job. Good. I gave him the basic cooked-up details. He then asked me to contact a receptionist on Telegram. I contacted her. She gave me two tasks: like random Flipkart products and send her screenshots. I would get 200. Mmk nashtam onnm illelo. Kkpp. I did the same. Within 10 minutes, I was credited 200 (innathe pegin ollathayi).
Then the hot receptionist added me to a group. We would get 20 tasks daily. Every continuous 5 tasks would fetch you money. Some of the tasks are prepaid. So, in the next 3-4 hours, I liked some products and sent her the screenshots. In the next 10 minutes, I got another 200. So, 400 profit for the day.
Now comes the prepaid task. They have different levels. First level is you send them 1000, then do the task and earn 1300. The levels go up to a lakh. Now I was in a dilemma. Either take the risk and send 1000, acting very naive so they would send back 1300, hoping to scam a bigger amount. But then I thought, enganum ayachile, moonjile. So, I sent 1 rupee, edited the screenshot to 1000, and sent it to her, hoping she wouldn't find out 😬. It took her (him) an hour to find out, eventually blocking me and cutting off the golden hen.

Most people using prepaid services their old provider renews every 30 days to not interrupt service how do I transfer my service over. When I tried to call to get a representative I could not speak to anyone because the automated system could not find my phone number. I cancelled my order but I was able to get someone in postpaid chat services he said my number has been ported to a prepaid account. The code is not based on the dichotomies. I vs E, N vs S, T vs F, P vs J.
E doesn't mean you're a social extrovert. It means your primary function extraverted.
The first letter denotes the orientation of your primary function. So if your first letter is E, your primary function is going to be Te, Fe, Ne, or Se.
The last letter denotes whether your primary function is a perceiving function or a judging function. So whether you will either be a P with Nx or Sx as primary function, or J with a Tx or Fx as your primary function.
If you're primary function is extraverted, that means your auxiliary function is introverted. Which means your tertiary function will be extraverted, and your quaternary function will be introverted. This is because your primary function is the other side of your quaternary function, and the same relationship exists between your auxiliary and tertiary functions.
Your main perceiving method (N vs S) and your main judging method (T vs F) are based on your preferences. This is the only place psuedo-dichotomies exist within the code, and even here, they only describe preferences.
That's probably the most important takeaway, here. The code describes preferences, not abilities. Everyone uses all 8 functions to some degree.

Hi! I am in the process of making a project for one of my university classes and I chose to analyze the statistics of a series of chess tournaments called Titled Tuesday which are played on chess.com. For the reference, I am working with this particular dataset: https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/stassl/chess-com-titled-tuesday-games
For this project assignment we have to use Google Colab, and the point is to make an analysis that has to be supported by various graphs. So far I have bar charts and line graphs that show the rating statistics, and I also had to include various network graphs that show connectedness of the paired players in the tournament (those I had to limit in number because if I had left all the participants to be represented by a single node, the chart would be overwhelmed and overstuffed). Now I wish to add some more variety to make my analysis more interesting, so my plan was to use either geopandas or ipywidgets to create a world map which would show which parts of the world bring the most participants.
The command I used, and which hadn't gotten marked as an error but it didn't worked either as the program gave me back feedback that it couldn't find the coordinates of federations, is following:

I would appreciate your feedback and advices very much! Also, my field of study isn't related to computer science and programming so I am almost complete beginner but I am determined to pass this Data Science class that we have, and learn more about programming along the way because I find it very cool. I get small dopamine rushes every time my code works, so I would be even happier if that becomes more often occurrence lol

I built a new PC a couple weeks ago and it has been plagued by crashes with the "pak01.vpk is corrupt. Verify integrity of games files." error. Sometimes I can play for hours without a crash and sometimes it'll crash repeatedly in a single game. Crashes seem to occur at random: sometimes when the game is launching, a map is loading, in the middle of a round, etc. The dump files seems to indicate there's a problem with tier0.dll as well. The contents of running !analyze -v on the dump file generated by the crash is at the bottom of this post. Below are my computer specs and a list of what I have tried so far to fix this.

What I've tried:

• Reinstalling CS2, manually deleting everything related to CS2 and reinstalling
• Reformatting hard drive and installing a fresh install of Windows 11 with zero software aside from drivers, Steam, CS2 (no MSI center, afterburner, LED control software, etc., literally nothing except Windows and what's needed to run CS2)
• Flashing newest version of bios, newest Nvidia drivers
• Verified CPU is running at all default AMD settings
• EXPO disabled in bios, RAM running on all stock settings (4800 mhz)
• EXPO disabled in bios, RAM running at various frequencies below 4800 mhz
• EXPO enabled in bios, RAM running on default profile settings (6000 mhz)
• EXPO disabled in bios, RAM running at various frequencies below 6000 mhz
• Replacing RAM and trying EXPO/no EXPO/different speeds
• Deleting tier0.dll
• Giving tier0.dll full security permissions for every profile
• Adding bin folder that tier0.dll is in to Windows Security exceptions list
• Uninstalling OneDrive
• Verified "Controlled Folder Access" is off in Windows
• Running Steam as administrator
