So I’ve been in my job for 4.5 years as a designer for a marketing agency. For the last year or so, work has been bitty and I’ve found my spark for the job has completely disappeared and I’m so unmotivated.

Ontop of all of this, my manager is a typical micromanager, which I have handled well for the last few years, but he makes very sexually provoking comments every now and again which makes me feel uncomfortable and I’ve also noticed that he gets a kick out of talking down to me (my colleague has also picked up on this) it almost seems sexual to him. I’m in my twenties, he is in his forties and married… Furthermore, last year when he was clearly worried he could have lost his job he said to me ‘if anybody will be let go because of the low work, you’d be the first in the design team as I have a mortgage to pay for and you’re bottom of the pecking order’. In comparison, another colleague has been allowed to come into the office once a month at work, due to moving. Their excuse for not letting me come in once a week instead of twice is that I chose to move house. Well funnily enough, the other colleague also chose to move house, and is set to move house again to another country and come in once every other month with hotel expenses paid, so why am I being treated differently? We have both been at the company for the same amount of time

The company I work for has taken up efforts to achieve CMMC lvl 3. All security policies are in place, I am trying to figure out what the best way to label physical cabinets. Should I order labels or would using a black and white label maker work fine? If using the B&W label maker, what should I type out?

I am not new to fish, have been keeping fish for 30 years, but I'm mostly a pond guy. I breed shubunkin goldfish, and sell koi/goldfish for a living. I have two easy mode tropical tanks in the living room where various casts of tetras, barbs and angelfish live in perpetual bliss and die of old age.
I am, however, new to discus. I've wanted discus for many years, but knowing they're delicate things, have put it off forever. One of my two indoor tanks had a school of angelfish, but they all started pairing up and fighting (so perhaps not perpetual bliss) so I split them up elsewhere and this tank sat vacant except for the resident bristlenose for 6 months. I cleaned it once a month anyway, but it barely needed it.
I recently found a local breedevendor who raises them in the very hard local tap water without issue, so I figured if ever I could give discus a shot, this was my chance. I have an open tank, his fish seem adapted to the local water so I won't have to perform alchemy to match the water in Thailand, and they won't even have to suffer being shipped.
I'd say 2 of the 6 fish are ok. It has not gone well. 3 of the 6 are staying black, two of those refused to eat. I've moved those two into a little QT and managed to get a bit of food in them via frozen brine shrimp. One developed some white spots, which at least gave me something to treat. To be honest, I haven't had to deal with ich since I was a child, but I still don't think this is ich. I took some photos to my LFS, they were on the fence as well but said I may as well treat for ich, because the formaldehyde may help with whatever else it could be anyway. No improvement, and it's spread to more fish over the first week of treatment. The only one that's improved is one that seemed very distressed by the ich treatment itself, and has bounced back after I stopped dosing.
The koi reddit is super hostile so I kinda figure y'all will be too, but I'll try to address all the relevant stats:
I got them 10 days ago. Fish started having problems on day 3. Treated with Ich-X daily with 1/3 water changes as per the instructions for 6 days, skipped yesterday because I'd seen no change other than the orange guy in photo two seemed exhausted. One day without Ich-X and that guy has bounced back and seems fine.
Tank: 45 gal, 6 juvenile discus + the bristlenose. Perhaps a bit small for 6 adults, but they are not adults and the filter is oversized (a Fluval 406).
Food: The beef heart flakes the vendor gave me.
pH: 7.0 - I did have to use pH reducer to hit this number. Our tap is 7.6. I know this is high for discus but it's the pH he breeds them in, so I matched it.
Ammonia/Nitrite/Nitrate: 0/0/20.
Temp: Guy said 80-84. I had it at 82 until the scuzz appeared, and raised it to 86 for ich treatment.

I'm aware of the classic epistylus vs ich pitfalls, where some aspects of treating ich, like raising the temp, can help epistylus instead. But since the tank was nearly empty for 6 months before their arrival, it just didn't seem likely that there was enough organic matter in the water to support an epistylus outbreak. I also know there are more than two white scuzzes that affect aquarium fish, but I've been lucky until now and haven't had to deal with any of them in decades. Koi have their own problems but there isn't much overlap. So I'm pretty lost and know time is ticking.

Hi, I'm a bit concerned. I am male, 35, non smoker, I don't drink alcohol, Caucasian white, 1'71 m tall, 75kg weight, average healthy diet. I also don't drink coffee or ResBull due to nerves. I drink black tea.
Since October I am going to the toilet to urinate 15 times minimum everyday. I used to go 3/4 times but for no reason I started going that many times. Urin is mostly transparent.
I went to the doctor and I told him three members of my family are diabetics. He did me a blood analysis and he said "all levels were just normal, and If you go that many times is because you drink too much and your body is young that's why it works perfectly".
I am concerned I don't think it's normal. But I don't have sleepingness or tiringness problems as diabetics do have. I feel strong in that sense, and I go to gym everyday.

i mean this genuinely and intend to listen to whatever guidelines i'm given. i've read a lot of cultural appropriation. i recognize that white people tend to take black culture and colonize it, receiving praise while black people still face discrimination for expressing their culture.
so at what point do braids on a white person become appropriation? i wear my hair in two dutch braids often. i have 2C-3A hair and they provide nice protection from knotting and breakage. from what ive read dutch braids use the same weaving technique as cornrows but the latter is tighter and is worn in many more braids. i'd like to wear 4 dutch braids, but at what point is it too much? is it the number or style of braids that can make it problematic? or both?

So I’ve been in my job for 4.5 years as a designer for a marketing agency. For the last year or so, work has been bitty and I’ve found my spark for the job has completely disappeared and I’m so unmotivated.
When I do have work, the briefs that are given to me are terrible. Main files missing in attachments, briefs not making sense and being as black and white as a brief should be
Ontop of all of this, my manager is a typical micromanager, which I have handled well for the last few years, but he makes very sexually provoking comments every now and again which makes me feel uncomfortable and I’ve also noticed that he gets a kick out of talking down to me (my colleague has also picked up on this) it almost seems sexual to him. I’m in my twenties, he is in his forties and married… Furthermore, last year when he was clearly worried he could have lost his job he said to me ‘if anybody will be let go because of the low work, you’d be the first in the design team as I have a mortgage to pay for and you’re bottom of the pecking order’. Beginning of this year also said in a ‘polite’ cheeky way with a smile on his face ‘don’t expect a payrise’ and many other comments.
I’ve kept my head down and just kept working
But since telling HR about the above (minus the sexual comments because I don’t want to cause more problems at my workplace) requesting to come into the office less, and mentioning that I feel I am underpaid, I received a wishy washy email back saying that they want me to continue being in the office as much as I am to ‘further contribute to development’ and they are confident that my managers will support my request for a payrise in the future. It also almost feels like they’re trying to protect my manager as they haven’t taken any comments further.
In comparison, another colleague has been allowed to come into the office once a month at work, due to moving. Their excuse for not letting me come in once a week instead of twice is that I chose to move house. Well funnily enough, the other colleague also chose to move house, and is set to move house again to another country and come in once every other month with hotel expenses paid, so why am I being treated differently? We have both been at the company for the same amount of time
As much as the company are approachable etc, I feel like I’m not at all valued as a loyal, hardworking employee.
Since everything, I’ve been very quiet at work, barely talking to my manager anymore, absolutely zero small talk. I’m usually one of the chattiest people in the office. Only talking and being chatty to the colleagues that are close to me or haven’t done anything wrong. My attitude has completely changed to my company

First things first, I am german, living in Berlin and working here too. I work in a Kindergarten with children aging 1 to 6 in one group (this is quite normal here). We also have a few pre schoolers who will start first class in school this summer. A few days ago I went to a supermarket with them to buy ice cream for the whole group. I went with three Girls, two of them with very blond hair and pale skin and on with Black hair and a darker skin tone (this is kind of important sadly). As we were standing there looking at the different types of ice cream, I hear a guy behind me starting to mutter "deutsche Kinder" ("german kids") over and over and getting louder every time, also his tone of voice made it pretty clear where he was coming from. I turned around and it was an old guy. I took a step in his direction and asked him if he was talking to us and what his problem was. He didnt answer me but now the three Girls were looking at him to see who I was talking to. He said it a few more times. I dont think the kids realized what was going on and I didnt wanted to draw more of their attention to the situation by explaining it to them but I dont know if it was the right decision to even talk to him in the first place. Should I tell the parents about the incident?

While we are all excited and wait for the new single, let's try to speculate a bit, what it can be. First of all, we definitely have strong Holy Wood references, not only in the teaser, but in many photos Lindsay posted on IG and in Mr Manson's public appearences last year or even two. Then, we all know that something changed in his art after GAOG. The Tryptich was a great conceptual work, combined personal things, social commentary, occult symbolism etc.
After that his eras/personae were generally went away. The complex character Wormboy/Omega/Adam has gone. Yes, GAOG was art masterpiece with many references, deep imagery etc, and it can be regarded as afterword to Tryptich, as POAAF as a foreword, and Arch Dandy and Hatter from that albums are his characters, though without relugious and occult background, more sociopolitical anti-heroes.
What we have now? His personal situation after ERW betrayal, his wonderful relationship with Lindsay, all these allegations and cancellations, which is kinda similar to Columbine thing back then. Plus overall world situation is, say, apocalyptic, isn't it? Last but not least, he clearly revived physically, looks extraordinary young, strong and healthy now.
Taking all these factors in consideration, we can suppose something like "Holy Wood revisited".

Here someone remembered Bowie's Major Tom, who appeared again and again, but I think about other examples. First, extraordinary David Lynch's return to Twin Peaks, where we revisit that old story in complete different world 25 years later. Second, never released Jodorowsky's project, a sequel to El Topo, which was about Children of the Mole or Abelcain. Mandon even was involved to it, but, sadly, nothing materialised. We also know that Holy Wood was connected to Jodorowsky in some ways, from the narrative to the title, and unreleased novel was about to directed by Jodo as cinema, if I'm correct.
Maybe - just maybe - we will have a new conceptual album, where Adam from Holy Wood will be resurrected in new form? In the teaser we have tarot-like and occult symbols again, very similar to HW booklet and videos like Dispossble Teens and Nobodies. One of his looks there seems like new version of his famous HW outfit, but this time black, not white. There is even Perou's post on IG with Born Again reference.
We can also expect return of his trademark joycean wordplays, he could connect his ex last name to the story, as with the allegations he was "nailed to the (un)holy Wood"
As I mentioned somewhere, the only thing is missing for this (imaginary) project is the band. We do understand that no one from golden era can participate on full time basis,as John is in Motley Crew, Ginger too has different projects, Pogo has family, etc etc. Maybe Tim can do music along with Tyler? But MM could bring old mates at least for cameo appearence, maybe in music, or just in video.
