I feel like I’m on the verge of a mental breakdown, because I keep trying bras that I think are supposed to be better for me and I keep having the same fit issues? And I can tell they don’t fit cause I feel uncomfortable all day when I’m wearing them, so I know my standards aren’t too high for how my bras should fit…
Here’s a link to my previous recommendations post where I had already had issues with several bras I tried.
I’ll also give my measurements again: 1. 32.5” 2. 31.5” 3. 29.5” 4. 39” 5. 45” 6. 44”
Based on the feedback I got on my previous post and more research I did in the sub after, it seemed like maybe the bras I was trying weren’t FOB or projected enough, and maybe I still needed narrower wires.
First I tried the Panache Clara Full Cup and I got a 30H, 30HH, 32GG, and 32H. The cups of the 30HH and 32H were too big. The 30H and 32GG were better fitting than the previous bras, but I still had wrinkling at the bottom of the cups, my boobs seemed pretty pointy, and the wire refused to stay at my IMF. As far as band went, the 30 was uncomfortably tight to wear all day, but the 32 rode up in the back.
This is when I thought maybe my main issue was the bras not being projected enough, and I needed to go Polish. I landed on the Gorsenia brand but had a hard time figuring out which Gorsenia bras would be best for me, so I sort of just had to guess. I got the Gorsenia Martynika Balconette in 30H, 32GG, and 32H. The 32H was too big in the cups. As for band, the 30 was still uncomfortably tight and the 32 rode up, so I finally got a bra extender and when I used that with the 30 it seemed like the correct band. Unfortunately I was still getting cup wrinkling and my boobs seemed too pointy, but the cup on both the 30H and 32GG seemed like it was too big as I had some gapping at the top, so I thought if I could just get one cup size smaller of a Gorsenia bra, I’d be set. I sort of ignored that I was still having IMF issues as I was getting desperate and I felt like the fit was so close.
So then I got the bras I have right now, the Gorsenia Gaby Balconette in 30GG and the Gorsenia Casablanca Full Cup in 30GG. Both bras STILL have wrinkling at the bottom of the cup, and neither will stay in my IMF. The Casablanca seems to have a tiny bit of gapping at the top of the cup (or maybe well-fitting cups are supposed to have a little space? Idk anymore), while the Gaby feels like the cup’s a tiny bit too small, as I feel like my boob is gonna ride up and slightly quad boob throughout the day, though I don’t think it actually has (again, maybe that’s what a proper fitting cup should be like?). But regardless the wrinkling at the bottom is still there, and I can tell neither sits in my IMF and it’s so uncomfortable to wear, even if I can ignore it most of the day while working. I will note, I don’t really feel I need the bra extender with either of these, so that’s nice I guess.
Sooooo what gives? Do I need even more projected bras? Are the wires too narrow? Am I actually not FOB and center-full like I thought? Have I managed to choose bras that are actually terrible for my boob shape? Please, please help, I’ve been at this since January and I don’t even want boobs this big I’m just trying to have proper-fitting garments while I’m stuck with them and I’ve cried over trying to find the right bras many times (they give me dysphoria, so this whole process is kind of a nightmare for me). I would also prefer recs for bras I can get on Amazon or Brastop as I don’t have much money and want to be able to return without too much hassle, but I’ll take any recommendations at this point.

I've had him since he was a kitten and I've had the cyst drained and the fluid sent to a lab for analysis. Everything came back clear but the cyst keeps regrowing at what seems to be an accelerated rate. It fills completely in about a week and a half, if we're lucky.
Now the tough part - my vet recommends against removing the cyst because it's on his eyelid and they'd have to take the whole eyelid, causing him to need eyedrops and be unable to close that eye ever again. Also due to my cat's age and risks associated with anesthesia.
Except I'm now making $40 trips to the vet weekly to get his cyst drained. I know the trips stress my cat out, too.
My question is this: Can I drain the cyst at home?
I've seen the vet do it, just a simple needle draw to get the fluid out. My boy is very patient and calm, not wiggly at all, never gives the vet any trouble during the procedure either.

Well, I think i should've put this in offmychest because this post is pretty much a vent but a little advice is appreciated.
For context, I'm in my late teens. I just graduated highschool and will be starting college later this year. I have a sister who's a few years younger than me.
Growing up, I was pretty much "daddy's little princess". He spoilt both my sister and me rotten ffs. We were a really happy family. He taught me everything he could and was ALWAYS there for us kids, no matter what. He always encouraged us to take up any hobby we wanted, drove us himself to and from classes, and I can't even talk about the books, toys and other things he got for us without it being an understatement. He was literally my superhero. When i was a kid, i seriously thought that my dad was the strongest and smartest person in the whole wide world. Not to mention, he was a really really good human being too. Even if a person totally unrelated to him reached out for help, he'd do his best to help them in a heartbeat. I love him so much, and could love no one else as much as him because he's literally the best dad ever.
Exactly a month ago, he had a subarachnoid brain hemorrhage unexpectedly. It was a huge shock seeing my dad unconscious on the floor with his head in a puddle of blood when we woke up in the morning. It was the last thing i expected to say the very least. My sister's birthday was on the previous day, so I put together a small party for her even if she refused and dad thanked me for taking care of my sister and told me that it was the best birthday he had ever witnessed in his life (it wasn't extravagant or anything, literally a small family gathering with cake and some snacks). The thing is, he didn't have high blood pressure, nor did he hurt his head (we didn't hear anything if he supposedly hit his head and fell down and he had no external injuries other than a black eye). We traveled and he drove a few hours on the day before my sister's birthday. Everything was completely normal and we actually had a great time together. He was in a coma for nearly two weeks and then was on life support for around another week after being diagnosed brain dead, because my mom and I needed time to process everything that was going on. We tried everything out there to try and get some response, from the regular medical things to sound therapy, accupressure, homeopathy and anything anyone suggested would work. But unfortunately, he didn't make it and faced a natural death a week or so ago (as in we didn't have to decide when to take him off life support)
They're doing funeral stuff and i don't want to be a part of anything because I'm being delusional and thinking that he's gonna come back. We have a golden retriever, who i take care of to keep me busy during the day and also because dad let me keep it as an emotional support animal, without which i would've committed again. At other times of the day, i just can't get myself to get out of bed. I feel really nauseous, my legs always feel tingly and almost like they're burning and I'm shaky sometimes. I've been on continuous medication and therapy for over a year now. My psychiatrist didn't want to diagnose me since he didn't want me to live with a label of a mental illness but a family doctor informally told us that I had BPD. I've gotten so much better with all the support I've gotten because at one point I used to attempt every other day to try to escape reality. At this point of time, both my parents were with me most of the time trying to provide as much support as they physically could, leaving my sister out a lot. I have some horrible things i don't remember doing as a child from my own memory that my sister told me about. My parents have endured so much and when things finally got better, this happened.
My dad worked with online security and stuff in the past so he was really scared of me getting into trouble. For context, I sent nudes to my bf (both of us were minors) two years ago and got caught because my phone was hacked. I didn't get to have a phone for nearly two years and though it seems like a bad thing, I did pretty well in school. Yeah well he was probably really stressed when I told him I'd still be talking to my bf once I finished school. I was originally supposed to study abroad, that might've caused him a lot of stress, knowing I'd be alone. He wasn't really okay with me dating either cuz he was paranoid guys would hurt me and ruin my life and he was also a little conservative too. Knowing that stress can be a cause of a SAH, I'm pretty sure I'm the cause for his death (I have this gruesome feeling that i physically feel when i mentioned that he died or anything like that). My little sister hates me for it, since she feels it was me who stressed him out with my mental issues. My mom's being as supportive as she can buy she's devastated too. I still take meds, and therapy. I have a LOT of family support, which I'm very grateful for, and also my bf who's been very patient with me. Everyone's literally taking time out of their day to tend to us and help us out. I've seen so many people who I'd never heard of or even seen in my life bawl their eyes when they visited dad at the hospital. That's just how much everyone loves him. I've been trying my best to stay strong but i just can't believe I lost him. I try telling myself to stop being delusional and that he isn't out on a work trip, but inside I'm just hoping my superhero fighter dad will be back all safe and sound. I visited him at the hospital a few times a day everyday and i always told him positive things and how much i loved him even if he could probably not hear anything, but when I saw him lifeless, I almost passed out. I couldn't believe that he was gone. I mean the doctors had told us that he'd only push until his heart could so it wasn't unexpected. He also had complications with blood clotting that added to the problem. I really have no idea what to do because the last thing he'd want is me laying in bed most of the day.
Tl;Dr : I lost my dad around a week ago and even with the help from medication, therapy and family and friends support I'm not able to get out of bed or accept that he's gone. Any advice on how I can get better is much appreciated

1- Considering that I want to build a PC focused on having the greatest possible processing capacity (and only this) for the following games:

• Football Manager (2023-2024);
• Cities Skylines;
• Manor Lords;

* City building / construction games in general
2- Considering that I am poor and can only choose between Xeon LGA 2011 processors or Ryzen / Intel with cheap motherboards (A320; B350; H110M and similar)
3- Considering that I don't care about the future possibilities of component expansion or how bad the hardware will get old.
**\* These are some problems I have encountered so far:

• If I choose an old Xeon, there is a limit to how far I can go with VRM temperature on cheap motherboards;
• I can't find tests comparing Xeon processors with Ryzen and Intel on these games;
• I believe motherboard options I have won't allow me to go beyond a Ryzen 2600 or equivalent (VRM). I have no idea if a Ryzen 2600 has better performance than a Xeon E5 2680v4 in the games mentioned, for example.

I'm considering:

As we find ourselves in Mental Health Awareness Month, I've been doing a lot of thinking and research into something that touches all of our lives, yet often remains shrouded in silence: mental health in the workplace. It's a complex issue, layered with individual experiences and systemic challenges, and I wanted to dive into that with you all here.
Recognizing the signs of mental health struggles at work is something we don't talk about enough. We're all familiar with the overt indicators: absenteeism, dips in productivity, maybe even conflicts among colleagues. But what about the subtle ones? The team member who's suddenly gone quiet, the constant late stays with no real reason, or the gradual withdrawal from social interactions. These signs are easy to miss, especially when everyone is caught up in their own daily grind.
Creating a supportive workplace goes beyond the annual mental health day or wellness programs. It's about fostering an environment where people feel genuinely safe to share their struggles—a place where vulnerability isn't seen as a weakness but as a step towards building a stronger, more cohesive team.
So, how do we get there? Here are some strategies I've been pondering:
Regular, Informal Check-Ins: These shouldn't be about work or performance but rather about how people are feeling. It's about creating a space where employees can share their thoughts and feelings without fear of repercussions.
Mental Health Education: Workshops, seminars, and even informal lunch-and-learns can demystify mental health issues, making them part of the normal workplace conversation.
Promote a Work-Life Balance: Encourage time off, flexible working hours, and the understanding that it's okay not to be 'on' all the time. A healthy work-life balance is essential for mental well-being.
Mental Health First Aiders: Similar to physical first aiders, these are individuals trained to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health issue or crisis. They can listen, reassure, and guide the person towards further support.
I believe that together, we can start making shifts towards a more mentally healthy workplace. But it's not just about implementing policies—it's about changing our workplace culture from the ground up.

Preface:
I know and understand I am extremely privileged. I’ve always had supportive parents and a safe place/roof over my head. I’ve faced hardships, but they’re a far cry from what others have dealt/are dealing with.
Context dump:
I grew up in a middle class family in England, born of two working class parents that managed to achieve a decent amount of social mobility and provide a comfortable childhood for my siblings and I. We weren’t spoiled in a material sense. We all went to local state schools, never had the latest games consoles, designer clothes, or ate fancy food. My parents chose to spoil us with experiences and travel, getting the opportunity to see the world and have a go at different activities.
I was gifted when it came to academics and flew through school in all the top classes, however choked when I got to my final years. As a result the university I went to wasn’t all that great. This along side other factors such as experimenting with drugs, developing an eating disorder and getting myself into a very toxic relationship (my ‘first love’) started my depression. When covid hit I dropped out and moved back home.
My depression persisted and got worse. I contemplated suicide frequently, however always knew it was never really something I’d go through with, at least not yet. In the meantime I started working in hospitality in my hometown, developing two major passions, music and craft beer. In total I spent 2 years saving money, developing my passions and trying to ignore my depressive thoughts.
Where I am now:
For the last two years I’ve been living in a major city in England. I have a great job working 40 hours a week in a craft beer pub and can pay my own way with a little left over to save each month. In my free time I go and enjoy the music scene and listen to the Djs I love mix live, and (safely/infrequently) taking drugs to enhance the experience. I have a beautiful, kind, hilarious girlfriend that I have a great relationship with. I’m attempting to put myself out there with Djing myself, in the hopes of playing clubs one day. Right know I feel relatively content, proud of myself for striking out on my own and building a life for myself, and living %100 independently.
I’m really not trying to brag, I’ve had a privileged upbringing and I know that. But I would like to make a list of things to help get across this sense that I’ve already lead a full life and would be okay if it ended tomorrow.
I’ve visited 10 different countries in 4 different continents. I’ve tried sailing, skiing, kayaking, rock climbing, horse riding and sky diving. I’ve gone camping in -10 degrees weather. I’ve helped build living facilities (laying bricks) for orphans in South Africa. Performed my own original poetry for a room of 50 people. I’ve felt some of the most intense euphoria it’s possible to feel, in unison with another person I love to the ends of the earth.
I’ve also seen extremely low lows, contemplated suicide and confronted my own mortality. I’ve shoplifted. Hurt peoples feelings. Lied for my own benefit. I’ve felt real heartbreak and mourned close family members. I’ve experienced high levels of self hatred/inadequacy and projected those feelings on my loved ones negatively impacting them. All things I regret, but contribute to my life feeling ‘full’.
The controversial bit:
As a result of all this, coupled with my depression, I plan on killing myself when I start becoming a burden on others. The exact nature of my depression is also crucial to this. I believe that my existence itself is to some extent immoral. To make it actually moral would involve moving somewhere I can live entirely independently, which would sadly involve effectively cutting off my friends and family. The way the modern world is structured means that there is always some from of exploitation involved in the goods I consume, and I as a consumer contribute to this exploitation. I’ve come to terms with it for the meantime. I will only start to really plan the end of my life once my parents are gone. It would cause them too much grief if I were to leave before they do.
I’ve been considering this since I was about 16. Reading moral philosophy since 15. I’m going to strive to improve the lives of those around me, be kind and helpful and do right by people for the next 30 years or so and then seek out the most reasonable way to end my life.
My girlfriend knows about these plans. She is understanding and supportive.

I was at around 76% completion with one of my saves in The Complete Saga and when I opened it up today, the save file wasn't gone but it went from being at 76% to 13%. The other file on my account, which had been at around 11% before, also somehow went up to 14%. I don't think anybody else in my house would mess with my saves. I play on an XBox One, and I've never had issues like this with any other games.
Has anyone else had this kind of thing happen, and if so, do you know why that might be? I know I probably can't get the data back, but I am hoping I can figure out what caused it so I can avoid this happening again. Thanks!
