I tried posting this on kendrick almost a week ago and it got no response, I messaged the mods to ask about Karma restrictions or account age requirements and they never replied. I made a new account and it was the same issue, but I found out last night I wasn’t fully banned, so I figured I’d throw it up and see if anyone finds it valuable. It’s written for people who have no prior knowledge of the rap game/music business. I don’t have to go as hard on obscuring names this time. One of the influencers I mentioned in my last post is known for doxxing and threatening violence against people who mention the many contradictions in their stories. (Sorry for any typos/mistakes I want to go to bed.)
Origins
I believe the current Drake and Kendrick Lamar beef is either completely or partially fabricated by certain industry leaders or the parties involved in an effort to distract from something bigger going down behind the scenes. If you were an influential label owner facing major accusations, and you needed to deflect media attention from yourself, recreating one of the most defining moments in rap history during the social media era would be a way to do it. It also wouldn’t hurt that two of the biggest rappers in the world were already sending shots at each other in their music for years prior. The public consensus is they are simply two famous rappers who hate each other and fighting over the spot for the top like in the 90’s. Only people who were directly involved could paint a more cohesive picture of the whole story. Even when all the cards drop, there is a good chance the average person won’t be able to find direct sources on their own and will continue to support their favorite artists and dismiss any evidence of their crimes like the drizzy subreddit or Ak fans.

As I said the beef between Kendrick and Drake has been brewing in the background for years, with both rappers sending shots and sneak dissing each other over the course of at least 8 years. The most agreed upon origin story is the first diss was the 2016 Big Sean and Kendrick collaboration, “Control,” and Drake responded with, “The Language”. Things stayed relatively lighthearted for a while and both were intentionally vague for many years. Before I go deep into the Kendrick and Drake stuff, it’s really important to examine some of Drake’s prior beefs because they add a ton of context to my theory. In my opinion Kendrick and Co. started scheming all of this some time around Mid 2020-Mid 2022, well after the whole Pusha T beef had transitioned into the Kanye beef.

What exactly started the beef is debatable, but at the time many attributed it to rumors of Drake pursuing Ye’s ex Amber Rose. Unfortunately the timeline isn’t 100 percent clear, and if I included every detail this would be at least 200+ pages so I’ll stick with the important stuff. The ultimate outcome of the Pusha T battle in 2018 was the revelation of Drake’s son Adidon that he had previously been hiding from the world along with getting Ye directly involved in the beef.

Here are some more examples of Drake antagonizing Ye and of him trying to use women as pawns to get material for his diss tracks. The Drake line, “Yeah, I probably go link to Yeezy, I need me some Jesus, but as soon as I start confessin' my sins, he wouldn't believe us," could be a reference to sleeping with Kim Kardashian, trying to double down on his threats to harm him or his family, or it could be a double entendre. Another example is using the name Kiki in another song, which was apparently one of Kim’s nicknames. Some other possible examples include the theories he may have tried the same thing with Kendrick’s wife Whitney around 2020-2021 in an attempt to use as ammo against Kendrick, which I’ll go into later. I don’t listen to much of either artist's music, but there are probably many of other examples in Drake’s catalogue that I’m leaving out. There is also his song Omerta released in 2019, which I'll go into below.

(Probably referring to Kim Kardashian since she had a few pictures with her wearing diamond ankle bracelets and was trying to make it into a trend.

“I plan to buy your most personal belongings when they up for auction”

(There were various rumors floating around for a while that Drake was blackmailing Ye with something and he was fighting to keep it from the public. I thought about it and this line might be referencing a sex tape with Kim or her little sister who me was very touch before she turned 18. In 2022 there was a whole storyline on Kim’s show where Ye flies to LA to prevent her second sex tape from being released.)

(Sounds a lot more like it could be crypto to launder or send large amounts of ill gotten gains. It started becoming mainstream around them)

These lines stood out because they could be referring to Ye telling the public about Drake's alleged threats a couple months before the songs release. This happened not long after the release of Sicko mode which was towards the end of 2018 as well. Ye was discussing the incident on Twitter and reached out to Drake and Travis to talk to him in private. In the next set of tweets Kanye publicly accused Drake of threatening him and his family in a major way. Surprisingly Ye seemed genuinely scared and amongst his, “crazy rants,” some of the stuff he said makes a ton of sense in hindsight. This also the beginning of his second serious public struggles with Bipolar disorder after being committed in 2016 shortly after an on stage rant where he calls out Jay Z for selling out and says he's afraid he might kill him.. As someone who shares the same diagnosis, I have a pretty good understanding of mania and psychosis and firmly believe that it's important not to write people off right away due to their mental illness. Some of my most thoughtful, creative, and productive periods were inspired by mania. Industry bigwigs have also been using mental illness to discredit influential black celebrities and visionaries going back decades, but it really picked up in the 80’s.

Dave Chappelle has gone into this a lot in the past and claims he experienced something similar before he quit show business and dipped to Africa. Their stories have a lot of interesting parallels if you’re familiar or curious. I remember he actually visited Ye at his house in Wyoming after he was reported to have had a, "mental breakdown," during his presidential run in 2020 thus marking his third breakown in six years.. The reason I put it in quotes is because it happened right after he publicly accused Kim of cheating and delivered his legendary speech on abortion. Dave went as far as going on live tv and telling the public he wasn’t crazy, he was just really struggling because he was the only one at the time fighting against the narrative, which can often be a suicide mission or a ticket to obscurity. These are three examples of someone speaking up and being deemed crazy, two years later came the nazi stuff and I'm sure we'll have plenty in store for 2024.

This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the very common pattern of artists dying or having their careers destroyed either after they try to leave their label or threaten to reveal industry secrets. A few more interesting industry connections I made in my research include the connections between:

T.U.G. records and J Cole's independent label Dreamville are both managed by Interscope Records, whose parent company is Universal Music Group.

Universal Music Group also hac Drake's label OvO label as well as Ye and Kendrick's old labels on their roster before they left to form their own independent labels in 2022 (around the same time the disses between Kendrick and Drake started escalating). Finally Bad Boy Records, which is owned by Diddy, and Motown Records who own Diddy's other R&B label Love Records, are also both owned by Universal. This means every label I mention is currently or was previously owned by Universal Music Group.

Ye tried for years to get out of his contract with Defjam, which happens to be ran by Jay Z who is known to be a close associate of Diddy. Jay would always used his money and power to fight against it. Ye even spoke out publicly on a few occasions, including when he said Jay Z was trying to kill him during one of his concerts. My theory is after years of getting nowhere and having his reputation skewered, in 2022 Ye finally said, "Fuck it," and dropped all the anti- Semetic stuff intentionally in a successful attempt to force his label to into using their morality clause, which requires labels to drop an artist if they're accused of any major controversy that could hurt the label’s profits. For the fourth time in four years the media reported he was having a breakdown. Even though they tried to punish him by cutting off all of his sources of income and freezing his accounts he still managed to bounce back pretty quickly. It was often reported how much he was losing, but it rarely discussed how he still was filthy rich in spite of the retrictions. His label wanted to discourage other artists from trying the same thing. My theory is he might have bought Kim or Kylie's alleged sex tape and used it for his own leverage. For Kendrick, his transition to his independent label ApLang went a lot smoother, but he had to split ownership of his new label with the previous manager owner Dave Free. Sadly it's still difficult for new or more niche artists to establish themselves without the some help.

He may be a lot of things but Ye isn’t dumb just because he has a mood disorder and the guys at the top know this, which is why I think he has really played up his diagnosis when it benefitted him. He’s still one of the most talented musicians in the game and I really think he sees his bipolar like a superpower as he says. It’s like his own invisibility cloak. He can go off his meds for a little, make an album after staying up for 72 hours, go on a “psychotic” twitter rant dropping facts throughout, then start up again once he makes enough news headlines. I think it’s worth noting the first divorce rumors in 2020 coincided with Ye’s abortion speech during his presidential run and the cheating accusations. that led to him dropping out and moving to Wyoming, and a couple months ago in February 2024 he was committed again.

The point I’m making is bipolar is complex, but pretty manageable especially if you have a ton of money to find meds that work for you and a good doctor and can keep substance abuse and stress at a manageable level. I think Ye is smart enough to know this, but it’s just safer for him to really play up the mental issues in the media. He’s proven he can literally say whatever he wants after getting cancelled and the average person is just going to write it off as psycho babble. While bias in health care is a sad fact of society, if you can use it to your advantage I say go for it. It might’ve just kept the microscope off of him long enough to plan his attack.

These first four tweets by Ye were all in reference to perceived threats made by Drake after their beef escalated circa 2018. He began speaking on the industry and talking more about his psych hospital commitment two years prior and how he thought they were going to kill him. It's pretty obvious how the whole thing was planned by the sketchy doctor who called it in and his physical trainer who has a ton of connections to weird shit involving his celebrity clients.

I found interesting that Ye might not have been the first major league rapper whose life Drake threatened. During a similar period of mental illness the up and coming rapper XXXtentacion accused Drake of stealing his flow and dissed him a few times. Not long after he made a post online saying if he dies, it was Drake who did it. There are tons of conspiracies online, but none of the evidence is strong enough to draw a definitive connection. Also while it maybe be coincidental, Kendrick’s latest album Mr Morale also painted the picture that Kendrick was dealing with some serious personal issues. Some lines throughout the album may have been used to bait Drake into escalating, but it wasn’t until The Weekend, Future, and Metro Booming dropped, “We Don’t Trust You,” then Drake and J. Cole dropped, “First Person Shooter,” which was followed a couple days later with, “Like That,” where Kendrick started the chain of events that has led us to today.

Summary: Ye runs for president and gets suppressed for saying what very well could be the truth and was immediately deemed insane by the media. Kim did a couple interviews and everything he said was immediatly false. There is almost guarenteed to be some sketchy shit going down revolving her and her family. Ye was absolutely terrified of her keeping the kids away from him and it seems like there are still efforts being made to this day to paint a certain image of him for ulterior motives.

"Ye is constantly trying to tell people that his family does not have his or his kids best interests at heart. He goes on to list others, linking them together with the thinking emoji. These people include rap artist Drake and Larsa Pippen, wife of Scottie Pippe. Kim K is goddaughter to Pippen's daughter, showing how close the families actually are. All of these families that associate with Ye through Kardashian connections, as well as Drake, have been accused of the same thing Kris has. EVERY SINGLE ONE of these people have mixed race children that are groomed from a young age to fuck around with celebrities so the parents can remain famous. Drake on numerous occasions has been accused of grooming girls and then getting handsy on their 18th birthday.”

Amongst the twitter rant, Ye warned about the predatory nature of record deals and discussed trying to get out of his own deal, and said again how his life may be in danger if it wasn’t already and was doing anything he could to protect his kids. The most fascinating part to me though is the public call to arms he made to Drake, J Cole, and Kendrick on twitter. After inviting them to all link up, he said, “It’s time to get free, we will not argue amongst each other while some guy we don’t know in Europe is getting paid and putting that money in a hedge fund.” I believe if Ye was able to pull off this meeting, there is an ever so slight chance that all four artists might be working together to take down a greater enemy. Weirdly there have been times throughout the last couple years where these supposed enemies were photographed together being friendly or praise each other in interviews, then out of no where the disses would start flying again.

To wrap things up I want to share my a few of my theories about the Drake/Kanye beef

A. Everything is exactly as it seems and the beef is over. Ye let his mental illness ruin his life and career so Drake simply picked another target after Ye stopped putting out disses. All of these connections are just a coincidence and all of this was choreographed to boost Drake and Kendrick’s music sales and possibly distract people from the Diddy trial and possibly the complicated geopolitical issues currently facing the U.S.

C. There is also the possibility that all four rappers are in cahoots and Drake’s dirt isn’t as extreme as people are theorizing, at least in comparison to the rest of the business. This could explain why everything has played out like a movie and how they were able to predict each other’s moves so well. This could either mean they’re all just trying to boost their sales or they’re all trying to take down the “slave masters,” as Ye calls them, and change the dynamic of the music industry in favor of the artist.

D. They may be trying to help their friends in the industry who are being abused or in shitty contracts. I know a lot of famous rappers have done a lot of collaborations with Jhene Aiko and Anderson Paak, who were both signed to T.U.G. records which I mentioned above in the connections to Universal Music Group. Considering they are both frequent collaborators with all of the artists involved on both sides, it’s not unlikely they may have played some part in influencing the takedown.

T.U.G was started by Chris Stokes with his partner Ketrina Askew. Back in the early to mid 90’s were gaining popularity attracting lots of young up and coming talent. They often collaborated with Diddy and his associates. In the 2000’s Raz B from the boy band B2K claimed he was molested by Stokes and his friend Marques Houston, then quickly retracted his claims. Years later he came forward again and said we was bribed into silence and that the rest of the victims were bribed with hush money and had another singer corroborate his story and they came forward together to level the accusations. After some of his former B2K members made fun of him for his claims and accused it of being a shakedown, Raz B revealed Stokes and Houston had preyed a lot of the children associated with the label including at least one of the former bandmates and paid them off.

I thought it was worth noting that the second whistleblower named Quindon Tarver died young in a car crash after mentioning his abuse again a few years prior. He seems to have left the industry not long after the incidents occurred and has few credits to his name. To this day Raz B is still trying to get his justice, while Stokes and his partner Askew, who was also involved in the abuse are still running the label to this day. Askew also has a ton of lawsuits, accusing her of using shady tactics to try to foreclose on houses. (Don’t quote me if a lawyer wants to take a look just google her full name), and has been tied to a ton of LLCs, similar to Drake. This is a good example of a shitty record deal, but I'm sure they have countless other friends in the industry who have even worse. While they were never convicted even Chris Stokes' wife confirmed it to be true.

E. The theory I personally think fits the narrative best and is the most realistic conspiracy is that Kendrick and possibly J. Cole went to the meeting, but not Drake due to his close relationship with Lucian Grange, the president of Drake’s label. Silence often speaks louder than words and this could explain why Kendrick was so ruthless and put so much effort into finding dirt on Drake. Ye, Cole, and Kendrick co-writing would be like the rap allstar team and if J. Cole wasn’t involved, it would also answer the question of whether or not he baited Drake into the battle by asking him to feature. I don’t think Drake is really their primary target though, which would explain letting him off easy. Compared to his bosses and their bosses he’s a small fish. If you take the big guys down you stand a better chance of landing a bigger blow on their operation.

Another really interesting connection is Kendrick and Ye were both signed under Universal Music Group and they both got out of their deals around couple months apart in 2022. As we speak U.M.G’s CEO Lucian Grange, who is often acccused of giving Drake special treatment, is facing charges related to sex trafficking by no other than P Diddy. This could very well explain the timing of it all. The craziest timeline would be Diddy masterminding all of this and using his connections to get it done and all the allegations are bullshit. The guy does seem pretty confident all things considered and constantly posts himself in his Batman costume which could mean he’s a vigilante.

It seems like there's a slight religious angle as well. (Ye and Diddy are both very vocal advocates of Christianity and Drake and Lucian Grange are both Jewish.) Obviously this is a reach, but they’ve been saying rap music was specifically promoted by mostly white label owners in the 80’s to help in the ongoing effort to expedite the systematic oppression of those living in black neighborhoods and the destruction of their family systems. Apparently it was an intentional decision to heavily promote rappers that promoted the very things that were destroying their neighborhoods. (So people know I'm and atheist and have zero agenda, I just thought it was interesting, please stay away from anything antisemitic. War is wrong on both sides.)

*** If my favorite theory is true, there is a possibility the Kendrick and Ye are going after Drake due to their mutual disdain for him and because he’s got a ton of power to dominate the charts and hog the radio airtime like Meek Mill and OG Maco claimed years ago. Even him dropping a record the same day as you could really fuck your album sales up. I’m also sure some of the many rumors throughout the years have had a least some truth and he will most likely snitch to avoid cell block one. I think that Drake could have been instructed to instigate this whole mess in order to draw attention away from the UMG charges brought about by Diddy. Or on the other hand it could be that Kendrick, Ye, and possibly Cole, may have had intel that Drake was going to be involved in the Diddy trial and are just gonna let the receipts show themselves. It might not have been the original plan, but they’ve already accomplished their mission of humiliating him, assuring he couldn’t use his influence to slide through the cracks, and taking over the throne.

Please take everything I say with a grain of salt I have no connection to this world or lifestyle. Regardless I believe all of the knowledge above does a pretty solid job at painting a picture of what may have let up to this and what may have been the source.

Drake and Diddy Connections+Coincidences

Drake- In the P Diddy wig video from 2016 he talks about going to party with Drake, Cash, and The Weeknd in Toronto. Drake is also one of Birdman’s protégées who is known for being a predator and is rumored to have used label artists to lure young women.

Travis Scott- Interview where he comes out and says Diddy tried to lure him. Still has a long history of associating with him, video of him running from Diddy, his connection to Ruby Rose while underage.

Tim Westwood- Diddy had connections with sex offender Tim Westwood who also inspired the Drake song, “Westwood”. They also both were victims of drive by shootings along with The Weekend and they were all facing some type of allegations.

T.I.- Also has been associate with Diddy through the years, in 2021 his kid died and 11 women can forward at the same time to accuse him and his wife of drugging and assaulting them. Clearly someone wanted to fuck his life up. Possibly due to him getting arrested so many times for wild shit and people wondering how he continued to get away with it shining a light on how powerful industry lawyers are. He also had recently talked about having a gynecologist check to see if his daughter is still a Virgin, which sounds like it could have been an industrty secret. Could have been because he worried about someone trying to take advantage of her to get to him? Regardless that shit is fucking insane.

50 Cent- Has been saying pretty much the same thing as Travis Scott and has trolled Diddy for most of his career. It came out that his wife was a sex worker who was possibly recruited Diddy to help ruin his career. It sort of worked, which raises the question if 50 Cent is the only victim.

Ray J- Him and his sister worked with T.U.G. records when they were very young. Chris Stokes in the nineties who had connections with Diddy. He has been involved in a lot of sex scandals and allegedly may have played a part in Whitney Houston's death. (Which is also allegedly connected to Michael Jackson's death and both were deemed suspicious and happened during their final tours when their masters (song rights), became more valuable than their lives. Sony Records and Tommy Motolla, who also abused Mariah Carey when she was trying to start her career. These are just a few of the alleged examples of labels taking out musicians when they were worth more dead, another is the signing of high risk artists and requiring them to get life insurance so they can profit beyond releasing all their posthumous records. Also the ever so common story of the rising star artist that die at 21 after their first album or two.

He also partied with Diddy in Vegas with along Floyd Mayweather and a bunch of other famous industry people and athletes.

Tory Lanez- Tons of blackmail, also was signed by Interscope under UMG. got sent to prison for ten years after trying to leave his label. Also history of SA and and other allegations of violence towards women.

French Montana- On Diddy's label, close with Rick and Khaled, tons of drug and sexual assault allegations, also dated a Kardashian. Generally grimy.

DJ Khaled- Diddy said he could get anything in Miami, either referring to drugs or women, could explain his connections and lack of any notable talent. (New update, he was one of the first to promote Chris Alvarez’s instagram not long after he turned 18).

Rick Ross- Diddy said some weird shit about him and licked his lips and kissed him at a show. Ross is also signed to Bad Boy under Diddy. He ended up getting involved in the current feud and spamming social media nonstop dissing and threatening Drake.

A lot of the back and forth was both of them threatening to release dirt on each other. One strange coincidence I found was Drake recently trolled Ross about the 20 million dollar renovation to his home on Star island, where Diddy is currently residing. It’s rumored back in the day that P Diddy was caught in a room full of rich guys on ecstasy possibly at the beginning stages of a gay orgy. Drake also mentioned in the same tweets about Rick Ross that Birdman owned a house on the island and asked Rick Ross why he didn’t help him out.

Considering Ross is so sketchy and Drake claims the house isn’t that big, that’s a ridiculous amount of money. He may be covering up evidence, or creating tunnels in his house to escape if shit pops off and Drake might know what’s good. Interestingly enough Ross is very close with French Montana and also signed to Bad. He said his beef was related to something involving French, and Drake’s tweet popped up the same day the info came out concerning the Chris Alvarez stuff.

Meek Mill- “OG Maco called himself defending his friend Quentin Miller by substantiating the ghostwriting claims and agreeing with Meek. He hit up Twitter saying, "Some of us been knew. Meek just put it in the air. Sucks to have to compete with 6 n****s and get compared to”

Meek mill also had a short beef with Drake, some disses included lines referring to TI’s homie pissing on Drake at the movie theater, which is also interesting considering the current case against him. He also dropped a line saying Diddy almost got a domestic charge when he smacked Drake, which could either be saying that Drake is like a woman, or saying he was Drake’s boyfriend/sugar daddy.

I thought it was interesting how the beef just kind of disappeared and even Meek said it didn’t seem genuine. Considering the allegations against Meek in the Diddy trial, and his rumored affair with Kim contributing to ending Kanye’s marriage, Meek Mill definitely did some dirt on him.

This line is referring to Chris brown beef, another beef that was lost to time. All I can remember off the top was someone throwing a champagne bottle at the other’s entourage.

Ty Dolla $ign- Huge feature artist, close with Ye. Grew up in the industry and talks about growing up on the road and being in the studio with his dad and Rick James who was should have already been in prison for life for dragging, torturing, and S assaulting multiple women and children throughout his career and was himself a victim of the industry. May be part of Ye's motivation, considering their recent close working relationship.

Henry turned to look where Ron pointed. Sure enough, there was a new doorway. It must’ve been a section that opened after they restored the power. “Huh, yeah. Let’s check it out.”
He went through, finding a short hallway past it and another room just beyond. Henry signaled for his team to form up, preparing to breach. As they stepped in, they found themselves in a brightly lit room filled with various types of furniture – empty pedestals, comfortable-looking single couches, and empty desks with opened cabinets.
Henry stepped further into the room, eyeing the oddly arranged furniture. The single couches were lined up in neat rows, all facing the same direction – towards the empty desks. It was like some sort of waiting room, but for what?
“Is it just me, or are these couches set up weird?” Isaac asked, voicing the question on everyone’s mind. “I mean, who lines up a bunch of single couches like this?”
“Strange, indeed,” Sera agreed. “They seem arranged as though for spectators, yet naught lies before them to behold.”
Like a movie theater, Henry thought. However, there weren’t any screens or holograms to watch. If there was a clue, it would probably be within the couches themselves.
Dr. Anderson approached one of the desks. “Perhaps this was some sort of office or workspace? The desks and cabinets certainly suggest that.”
Isaac then decided to touch one of the seats, eliciting no reaction. He pushed further, sitting down on one of them. At that point, the couch began to adjust its form to better suit Isaac’s envirosuit, as if able to optimize its comfort for the user. Then, a nozzle slowly stretched up from the seat’s headrest area, stopping just short of Isaac’s neck. “Woah!” Isaac bolted up as the nozzle bonked against his helmet.
“Neural interface, maybe?” Henry wondered. “I think we should leave this to the researchers… unless you wanna volunteer as a lab rat?”
“Hell nah,” Isaac vigorously declined the offer. “Hey, there isn’t anything on my helmet is there?”
Henry dusted off the back of Isaac’s helmet with his glove. “Nope, you’re clear. Just gotta hope it ain’t grey goo.”
He could see the dread and uncertainty through Isaac’s visor. Henry gave him a pat on the shoulder. “Well, think about it this way: if it really was grey goo, it would’ve gotten to us – or the Spiranids, for that matter – long ago. C’mon, let’s secure the next room.”
With a nod, Isaac fell in line behind Henry as they moved towards the doorway leading to the adjacent room. Peeking inside, it couldn’t be further from the rest of the room’s they had encountered so far; not at all what they could’ve possibly expected inside an ancient, high-tech alien facility. It was expansive, with a layout that reminded Henry of a high-end restaurant. Comfortable booths lined the walls, while tables of varying sizes filled the central space. The furniture looked almost human – perhaps even indistinguishably so.
The room was tinted with a soft, cozy yellow light. The warm and inviting ambiance felt soothing compared to the clinical feel of the previous areas. The lighting, combined with the plush booths and elegant tables, gave Henry a nostalgic impression.
“Well, I’ll be damned,” Ryan remarked. “Think they got any cheesecakes?”
If it wasn’t for the alien decor and helping of sleek devices scattered around the room, Henry would’ve thought they were back home. Hell, there was even a bar, filled with exotic liquors that could probably fetch millions at an auction – or give them the trip of their lives. Beside it however was something unusual. Where he might’ve expected a path leading to the kitchen, he instead found a wall with a slight, rectangular-shaped recess that was just big enough for a tray.
He glanced at Isaac, who returned a knowing look. “Replicators,” Isaac said.
Henry smirked. “Personally, I’m partial to synthesizer, but to each their own.”
They gathered around the wall, which didn’t seem to respond to their presence. Taps on the wall didn’t seem to do anything, either. Henry considered probing further, but decided against it. “Alright, let’s not take any chances. We’ll make a note of this for the research teams to analyze later. Let’s keep looking around.”
Henry split apart from the others, pairing with Ron as they continued to walk around the room. They soon came across another doorway on the far side of the room, which opened up into a short corridor that led into multiple sets of doors. Each had a symbol on the wall beside the doors – one that depicted the basic figure of a person.
Ron pushed open one of the doors, taking a peek inside. “Looks like even the Gatebuilders needed restrooms.”
Finally! “Alright, let’s take a quick break here. Bring everyone else over.”
Thankfully, the amenities within were easily comparable to those of modern society. The toilet looked like a toilet, and the sink resembled a sink. Even in a space as mundane as this though, the Gatebuilder’s technology was evident: self-cleaning surfaces and enough technology to put a high-quality Japanese bidet toilet to shame. At least, that was just from the look of things. Henry didn’t think now would be the best time to check whether the restroom had ass-washing robots or not.
After a few minutes, Henry regrouped with the rest of the team around a central table in the ‘restaurant’. Dr. Anderson was already present, his archaeological kit opened and a spread of alien items organized on the table.
“Ah, Captain!” Dr. Anderson noticed him approaching. “We found cabinets that weren’t empty. Most of the artifacts appear to be personal effects.” He held up a necklace, emphasizing his point. “Jewelry, memorabilia, and some other artifacts that I – admittedly – can’t quite describe.”
Dr. Anderson pointed his pickup tool at a small disc laid out on a padded mat. “It hasn’t shown any active properties yet. It’s rather peculiar; it seems to be a solid disc. Lightweight, unblemished surface, no visible markings or etchings.”
“Have you tried touching it directly?” Henry asked.
Dr. Anderson frowned, manipulating the claws of his pickup tool. “Well, not directly.” Catching the implications in Henry’s query, he continued, “I’ve checked for radiation, toxins – all clear. While I’d advise against direct contact, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t the least bit curious.”
Henry nodded. Yeah, the Doc was probably right, but what was discovery without risk? He reached out and picked it up, rotating it in his hands. As his gloved fingers brushed against the surface, the disc suddenly emitted a soft glow.
Henry flinched slightly, almost dropping the disc in surprised. As he fumbled with it, the disc seemed to respond to his touch. Suddenly, a series of objects materialized on the table, appearing out of thin air.
“Oh, shit!” Ron exclaimed. “It just… spawned a bunch of stuff!”
Henry stared at the new items. Several containers, probably holding some kind of food, were still sealed tight and impossibly effective at insulating its contents. It was crazy to think that the food inside might still be hot after who knows how long.
Next to the containers was a bracelet. Possibly normal, possibly enchanted or integrated with technology they couldn’t hope to understand. There was also a bottle of some bright blue liquid – probably for drinking, but there was no way to be sure until Perdue tested it. And then there was the picture, showing a strikingly human couple, holding each other underneath a gorgeous alien sky. It reminded him of memorabilia people would sometimes keep in their wallets, though why humans were there was a mystery.
The last object the disc spat out was a thin, transparent sheet. Coincidentally, it was about the same size as a smartphone. If he had to guess, it probably had the same function as one, too.
“Incredible,” Dr. Anderson gawked at the items. “The disc must be the Gatebuilders’ version of a wallet, somehow using dimensional storage technology!”
“Akin to the Holding Bags,” Kelmithus noticed. He peered into his own Holding Bag, his expression indicating that he was connecting the dots. “Fascinating!”
Dr. Anderson then inspected the image, his face reflecting the same confusion Henry felt when he first saw it. While they continued to sort through the items, Henry explored the sheet further. The moment he tapped the screen, a holographic interface sprung into existence above it.
What he had initially thought was a simple hologram was something far more advanced, almost indistinguishable from reality itself. Almost instantly, they were surrounded by mountains and valleys, details springing up to form a realistic, three-dimensional map.
It was like a pocket holodeck. The only anchors the projection had were the various icons and pockets of text floating around – and the fact that the hologram was transparent enough for him to see his surroundings and his teammates.
Sera seemed to be the most shocked out of all of them. He couldn’t blame her. The sight was surprising enough for himself, who was even familiar with the concept through sci-fi; how much more alien would it seem to someone from – effectively – the past?
“I’ve not beheld such a spell… ever!” she exclaimed softly, pausing to gather her thoughts. “Hold on…” she continued, pointing to the distant peaks. “Why, yon mountain range! Does it not strike you as familiar?”
“Huh?” Ron squinted at it. “Does it?”
“No, yeah, it does!” Isaac said. “Shit, uh, is that the Ovinne Mountain Range?”
Henry brought up the file for the Ovinne Mountain Range on his visor, comparing it to the hologram. “Huh, yeah, it is. What’s a map of that doing in here, though?”
Dr. Anderson raised his hands in the air and spread them apart, mimicking a zoom. Lucky for them, the alien tech seemed to understand what they were going for. Now up close and in full detail, the Ovinne Mountain Range dominated the room. Somewhere in the mountains, an icon that looked like a pair of glasses sat right on top of a Gatebuilder tower, barely poking out of the mountainside.
Ryan crossed his arms as he scrutinized the hologram. “Is this what, Find My iPhone?”
“Hmm… rather likely,” Dr. Anderson agreed. “This device must be some sort of Locator.”
“Locator, huh?” Having this clue was an incredible breakthrough, but he noticed something else. “And right where the Ovinne Mountain Campaign’s supposedly taking place, at that.”
“Indeed, that you mention it, such alignment is surely noteworthy,” Kelmithus remarked. His voice took on a more excited note, “Be it fate, perhaps?”
Henry smirked. “Hah, you’re sounding a bit like Sera, now. Well, looks like fate’s telling us where to go next. Let’s pack this up and head back.”
They carefully stowed the various artifacts in their holding bags, Henry holding on to the Locator. They made their way back to the locker room where they first entered, everyone excited for the next step in their mission.
Henry stepped through the airlock first, emerging on the other side. As he did so, a faint sound caught his attention. It was distant, muffled, but definitely not a sound that belonged to this facility. He wanted to take off the envirosuit, but it seemed that had to wait.
Ron came through the airlock after him. “Bro, you think –”
Henry held up a hand, stopping him short. He raised his weapon, picking up on the ‘something’s not right’ vibe.
Activating his infrared vision and using the laser mounted on his M7, Henry searched for signs of thermal distortions, just like he’d done back at Duke Vancor’s mansion. Ron did the same. As the rest of the team emerged from the airlock, they quickly caught on to the situation. Without a word, they joined them in securing the room.
After clearing the locker room, Henry signaled to move on to the lab next door. It was just as empty as the locker room, but now the sounds were more audible, definitely coming from the hallway just outside. Instructing his team to hold still, he crept toward the doorway to investigate.
He peeked around the corner, and felt his stomach drop. There, in the main hallway, was a group of soldiers. They were decked out in distinctive black armor and cloaks. They had no identifiable markings or insignia on their armor, but it was obvious – these were Nobians.
Henry pulled back, returning to his team. “Contact outside. At least a dozen Nobians securing the hallway.”
Ron’s expression grew serious. “Shit. Any idea on their entry point?”
Henry positioned himself behind a desk, aiming his weapon at the doorway. “Probably the same way we came in.”
“Main corridor’s the only play, huh?” Ryan said.
The main hallway only had one line of sight, and it just happened to be the only way out. Well, the only one they could reasonably access. The facility probably had other exits or fancy teleporters, but they’d already scoured the area for the former and wouldn’t be able to figure out the latter.
“Dozen hostiles doesn’t seem like a lot,” Isaac pointed out, taking out another Black Hornet from his bag. “We’re still good on ammo, too.”
Ron shook his head. “Dozen? Yeah, a dozen that we can see.”
“Owens is right,” Henry agreed. “We can’t confirm their numbers outright. If I had to guess, it would probably be at least fifty. Manageable, but I’d prefer that to be our last resort.”
“How might we fare with a disturbance?” Sera offered.
Kelmithus gripped his staff. “I might conjure an echo of noise distant hence. It shan’t last, but it can afford us enough time for our escape.”
Kelmithus’ plan seemed like it could work, but only if the Nobians didn’t know they were here. “No,” Henry disagreed. “They’ve seen our MRAPs outside. We’d get surrounded.”
“How about negotiation?” Dr. Anderson suggested, a hopeful note in his voice.
“Negotiation? With the Nobians?” Kelmithus questioned.
They all knew what the Nobians were like. It really did come off as a ridiculous idea, but what if Dr. Anderson was right? The archaeologist defended himself, “I know, I know. However, we have yet to confirm their hostility, and it would not serve us well to initiate hostilities with the Nobians.”
Taking in the silence as contemplation, he continued, “If talks break down, we hold our ground here. It’s not ideal, but we’ll control the engagement area and prevent them from flanking us.”
Henry reviewed the situation again. 12 hostiles, but they should expect the worse, so at least 50 hostiles plus failed negotiations. Holding the only way out, they were likely spread out between the hallway, the cave system, and possibly even the forest outside. Dr. Anderson’s plan was solid, but he had a few minor qualms. In particular, holding the line meant possibly exhausting themselves in a battle of attrition.
“Alright. We’ll open with negotiations. I’m skeptical, but it's worth a shot. Should that fail, we can’t engage in a drawn-out conflict. We’ll disrupt their positions and quickly move to the cave outside.”
“Smoke grenades and flashbangs,” Ryan muttered.
“Affirmative,” Henry said, nodding in agreement. “If we can’t see them, we’ll level the playing field so they can’t see us.”
“Captain,” Kelmithus quickly interjected, “Bid me aid your efforts. I’ve insight enough to create fog. I’ve learned from our encounter with the Sentinel Lindwyrm.”
“You can replicate that heavy fog?” Ron asked.
Kelmithus held up his palm, producing an opaque puff of steam to prove his point. “Indeed so, Lieutenant. Adequately do these envirosuits shield us, that I might harness more extreme temperatures for more effective casting.”
Henry was impressed with how quickly the archmage grasped such a concept. “Good. Yen, get that drone into the cave. We’ll hold for updates.”
Yen nodded, carrying out Henry’s order silently. The drone’s feed directly streamed to their HUDs, and after a few minutes, Isaac looked up. “Done.”
Henry analyzed the data. They had visual confirmation of a dozen Nobians inside the facility itself and a staggering forty outside, both in the cave and around the cave entrance. It was an assumption, but there probably weren’t many cloaked soldiers past the hallway. He sighed; the worst-case scenario would have them facing a hundred men in total.
It was a challenge, but the drone’s intel granted them a critical tactical advantage. He analyzed his minimap, selecting and sharing a route with minimal enemy contact. “After clearing the facility’s entrance, we’ll proceed along the designated path. Upon exit, I’ll deploy a flare to signal our movement to the MRAPs for extraction. We will then rendezvous with Zulu-9 and coordinate with air support before re-engaging to secure the site.”
His team nodded, fully on board with the plan. He took a deep breath to steel himself before checking his watch – 16:24. “Alright, time to show ourselves.”
Letting his M7 sling over his chest, Henry prepared two flash grenades – one in each hand – before stepping out. With his team in tow, he moved to the center of the hallway, catching the attention of one of the Nobian patrols.
“Attention, Nobian forces! We request parley. I am Captain Donnager of Alpha Team, Tier 6 Adventurer. We are on an official quest sanctioned by the Adventurer’s Guild. We have no intention of hostilities and seek to discuss our presence and objectives to ensure mutual understanding.”
As Henry’s words echoed through the hallway, the Nobian soldiers snapped into action. He heard the sounds of bowstring being drawn taut and the rasp of metal as swords cleared their scabbards. His hands tightened around the flash grenades.
He kept his gaze steady, projecting a sense of calm; of confidence – enough to convince the Nobians that even outnumbered, he and his team were still no match for them. More soldiers joined the patrol, until all twelve of the previously identified Nobians were upon them. They kept their distance, but Henry could feel the tension boiling.
Just as the standoff seemed to reach a critical point, the air in front of them seemed to fold outward from itself, like watching the effects of gravitational lensing on light. A figure coalesced from the distortion – so this is what invisibility magic looked like.
The man was broad-shouldered and tall, seeing eye-to-eye with him, even despite the extra inches in height the envirosuit gave. As the last wisps of the cloaking magic faded away, Henry found himself staring into a pair of piercing gray eyes that seemed to bore into his very soul.
The newcomer had an angular face and was clad in black armor with a different sheen than the black armor of his comrades. Silver trimmings and an insignia emblazoned on his chestplate – a dagger through a swirl of mist – differentiated his status. A cloak of the same dark hue billowed behind him as he walked forward and drew his sword.
Keeping his sword to the side, he stopped a respectable ten meters away from Henry. “I am Carvus Alnect Virelius, Umber Vicearch of the Order of the Shadow.” He then pointed his sword at Henry, declaring, “Of desecrating sovereign Nobian territory, you stand accused.”
As Carvus spoke, more soldiers materialized alongside him, shimmering into existence as they dropped their cloaking spells. Henry had expected this to happen, but seeing it play out still sent a chill down his spine. How many more were still lying in wait?
The Vicearch kept his weapon on Henry, eyes narrowing. “Commander unto commander, I offer a choice: cede your Holding Bags, that secure passage may be granted unto you. Refuse, and you shall be declared as spies and enemies of the Nobian Empire, your lives forfeit to swift execution.”

Okay I think I’m ready to dive in, but how do I start? I literally just got interested in embroidery yesterday and know almost nothing about it. What do I need to get? Should I just get one of the many beginner kits on Amazon? Will it have everything I need? To I need to know anything prior to starting it or do I just buy it and follow the instructions? i want to create. nothing ever seems to stick with me. and anything that does i can’t do constantly. i’ve fallen in love with doing nails but i can’t do my own nails more often than every 2 weeks and i don’t see myself being a nail tech. i’ve a few other creative mediums in my life. painting didn’t work out, it was too messy and felt useless to me, all my paintings ended up stored in my drawer. i tried embroidery and realized i just sucked so i gave up. i tried digital art but simply got bored of it within the first week. again, the issue of it feeling useless. i love makeup, but it ends up being inconvenient and damages my skin in the long run. i tried bracelet making but realized its a very limited art. i tried making jewelry but it never felt quite right. i tried sculpting but it always ends up too messy and interferes with my nails (can you tell i love nails?) im lost on what else to do and im tired of not having a hobby. but what about other things like writing or reading? i don’t know. i don’t like reading because my brain is so quick to lose focus and wander that i find myself re-reading a page until the entire book feels like a sea of words im drowning in. writing is no good either. i’m not linguistically creative and so i feel like writing for the sake of being creative is just a waste of time. journaling? sure, but once you’ve run out of things to journal about what is there to be done. just go doomscrolling again? technology has ruined our brains and turned them into dopamine-seeking mush. if we’re not constantly stimulated we feel antsy. just as i am. i’m antsy for something greater. i want joy in life, true joy. joy that comes from finishing a project. joy that comes from seeing the result of your hard work. joy that comes from showing your friends and saying “look what i made!” a phone will never give you that joy. i check my screen time and feel disgusted with myself. is this really all that there is anymore? has my brain been so conditioned to have a constant stream of dopamine that whenever i have a second of free time i find myself reaching for my phone and opening some mindless social media app? i don’t know what to do. i feel trapped in an endless cycle. i find myself wondering what i’ll do this summer. when i truly have nothing to do. summers are the worst when you have no hobby. your routine is stripped of you and you’re left with no constant other than sleep, and even then that gets messed up too as you stay up later and sleep in later until days blend into nights. i want to do. i want to feel. feel something other than the unsatisfying stream of dopamine coming from social media. i don’t care about celebrities. i don’t care about influencers. frankly, nothing on social media matters and people give it more value than it should have. i want to learn. i want to learn how to do a new thing. i want to learn a new skill. i want to learn how to sit alone with my thoughts. i want to do something new. i just don’t know what or where to even start.

I'm that quiet kid who may seem mysterious but in reality, there is nothing really special about me. Tambay ako sa library back then, I read anything to let breaks pass. Perfect tambayan ko apart from the library ay ang restroom, locker area and the top-most floor ng school namin. I hate crowded and noisy places. I hate the classrooms specially if walang teacher to level the noise. In fact, their right, I always freak out whenever napupuno na ako sa ingay. Like, sumisigaw na lang ako out of nowhere to shut them up. Kung di sila mapatahimik, hampas ng table and suntok sa upuan ang sagot. Umaabot sa point na nangunguwelyo ako pero I'm glad na wala akong nabangasan sa mga kaklase ko. Because of this, they considered me as the S&A ng section. Pero that is a total clownery, because they are just laughing at me whenever I'll reach the peak of my emotions. My teachers on the other hand also noticed my duality in nature, Minsan active, madalas tulala. Some of the lines I received from my teachers are the following:
"Binigay ko na nga lahat ng sagot pero bagsak ka pa rin." "You exceeded my expectation, I'll show your work to other sections." "Sa simula ka lang magaling, I expected more from you." "Dati nakikipagsabayan ka ah, what happened?" "Buti kinorrect mo yung solution sa equation, congrats you got the 3rd place merit." "Eyes on the board, wala ka matututunan if diyan ka sa bintana titingin."
I'm just an average person and I recognize that, I am not a natural genius. I have to work hard for the merits. I got an average grade which gave me the eligibility to enter university during SHS. New environment, new me. This time I owned my life and started joining orgs and clubs. Laging pinagaagawan sa mga groupings but I always choose to be with those na walang pumipili. I wake up at 3am and sleep at 11pm. My days became hectic. My years as SHS went so fast, I ended with just honorable mention and some medals I accumulated as I compete.
Personal Development. Same activity, different results. Kung before, I got an overall comment stating na I'm an Alien. This time, I got the following:

Fast forward after some heartbreaks, shifting course, the Pandemic, and some job hopping (every 4 months). Hindi pa rin ako nakakagraduate. May licenses na mga kasabayan ko and here am I trying to navigate myself out of College.
I know myself and this is me:

• I love nature and the tranquility it gives. Pero you'll see my wild side when you bring me to the dance floor.
• I hyperfixate at times for an instance during the entrance examination back then, I studied 4months straight, day and night.
• I have my extreme highs when it comes to my emotions na kung saan nakakasira ako ng gamit, like yung pader sa classroom namin na sinipa ko pero ang instruction lang ay putukin ang lobo gamit kahit ano wag lang kamay. I also have my extreme lows na kung saan nakakasira ako ng relationships like cutting ties to the point na dinelete ko fb account ko and made a new one.
• I have this urge back then na in every argument, I must share my two cents. In every seminar, I have to raise my hand kahit nonsense ang tanong.
• I jump from one hobby to another. Right now, my thing is making peyote bracelets. The former ones are karate, dragon boating, drawing/ painting, song/poem writing, biking, etc. Heck, I have my room filled with different stuffs that "I might use in future"
• I can finish a book in one sitting back then, they even call me a walking encyclopedia back then kasi lagi akong may banat na "According sa nabasa ko..." kaso ngayon hirap na ako makatapos ng libro, sobrang effort na makapagsimula at makatapos ng isang chapter.

I tried to consult with a psych specialist. However, the specialist did not consider me as such. My DSM-5 results glared on three aspects. Disinhibition, impulsivity, and machiavellianism. But that is not the final diagnosis, just an initial one specially because it is free.
Just sharing this. I'm not really sure what am I looking for, maybe validation, dunno hehe.
Oh, and our baby bro show signs of ADHD as told by their teacher and my brother's girlfriend's relative who happens to be a psych grad.

Hiii I recently got on birth control just to have an extra layer of protection when im sexually active. I’m 18 but I have a really conservative parents so I am forced to hide my birth control because otherwise it will cause a problem. I want to know if the place where I keep my birth control is safe… I keep it in box under a spongy layer of foam and on top are some of my bracelets. I am deadly afraid for it to stop being affective because I read in the instructions to store it in a cool place, away from humidity and heat and I’m not sure if the placement I have it in can cause any issues with the birth control. I feel like it’s fine, it sits in my vanity and my room is always cool but im a tad paranoid and just want feedback. I’m also taking the mini pill ( Progestin Only ) and I want to know if it’s normal to have no side effects? I just want to make sure it’s working.

I've only recently rekindled my interest in typology, and I figured it would be interesting to receive some input for my sociotype as I'm not sure where I'm at. I'd appreciate assumptions within any model or school!
What do you study or do for a living? How did you come to do that? What do you like or dislike about it?

• I don't have a clear idea of what I'll be studying two years from now, but everything seems to suggest I'll be majoring in Social Sciences. I don't find mathematics very difficult, but there's something that appears so impersonal about STEM fields, and it's always felt incongruent with my desires. Writing is something I tend to enjoy as an exercise, as I can feel free to draw patterns between several spheres of interest and express criticisms or grievances I've otherwise stifled and kept to myself, so I'd like my studies to allow for that.

What else do you do on a daily basis? What are your interests and hobbies? Why do you do them?

• I haven't indulged in any serious hobbies for a few years at this point. In recent weeks, I've spent most of my time texting close friends or playing Soccer Manager. In regards to the latter, I keep constant track of European football, and I'm interested in learning more about the tactical aspect of the sport. I also like to go on long walks when I have the chance, but lately, I've refrained from going on any; this is in part due to having felt discouraged by reoccurring anxieties and obsessions. Whenever I do take it upon myself to go on these walks though, I'm mostly concerned with how the surrounding beauty interacts with my mood and the people that pass me by - often dreaming that I might come across someone I hold dear.

What are your values, and why?

• Correctness: Not as much a value as it is a fixation, I'm concerned with attaining a semblance of confidence in my thoughts and emotions. I take in nothing without running it under a layer of scrutiny, often for no other purpose than to reassure myself. It's like I expect some loud, booming voice to come roaring from the clouds and ask me a life-changing question at any moment; there's a need to be prepared mentally. This is not to say that I'm very obstinate or principled once I arrive at an answer but rather that I'm in a constant loop of questioning the impressions I receive and trying to make order of it, and ascribe meaning.
• Reciprocity: In others, I mostly seek a feeling of comfort and encouragement. I want to be able to share an opinion or speak truthfully with another and be met with a similar level of attention or involvement from them. I know that it's unfeasible to expect this in most encounters, but there's nothing that brings me more joy than being able to feel that approval and warmth in the expression of someone I like.

Describe your relationships with family and friends. What do you like and dislike about them?

• Family: With family, I'm neither very close nor distant. I tend to keep quiet around them, but I chime in from time to time to crack jokes or tease any one of my family members. On a deeper level, I bear a rather heavy sense of guilt about my lack of intimacy or interest in engaging with them (and with my environment in a broader sense). I'm able to fulfill the basic expectations they have of me; I get good grades, and I can order a dish at a restaurant on my own (sometimes); but I can't help but feel as though I'm only playing the role of being their brotheson halfway - seeing as I have so much trouble opening up to them about even the simplest of matters and can't seem to hold up much in practical matters, even at 17.
• Friends: I only really have around one or two friends whom I can consider close at any given moment. Even whenever I was younger and more comfortable around others, I found it difficult to establish any meaningful contact, but it's something that I've come to not stress over that much. My problem is mostly with keeping in touch with the few people I find refuge in, as I'm often left grappling with the meaning of their actions and am easily driven towards the most negative of conclusions - leading to awkwardness and an eventual loss of communication. I've been described by friends as being shy, knowledgeable, and caught between two common modes of expression: excitation and stiffness.

What do you look for in friends? In romantic relationships?

• I'm not really in a position to be looking for anything in friends; I kind of just drift towards whoever has shown me attention and see where that goes. I will say that I tend to get along better with people who have a broad sense of humor and take pleasure in banter and making light of most things, but this is something that, if taken too far, annoys me pretty badly.
• In romantic relationships, I still mostly hold up that value of warmth and reciprocity. I like someone whose generosity and affect have a subtle, contagious nature. I also like that they take initiative and do not feel embarrassed or hesitant to reach out to me about anything; someone who's clear about their wants and needs.

What conflicts have you encountered recently with other people? Why did they happen? Which kinds seem to happen on a regular basis?

• I haven't gotten into any conflicts recently as I try not to. Most of the time when I do, it's with my mom. She's prone to stress, and whenever she's under constraints, she gets rather strict and pushy about particularly minute issues - much to my ire.
• Not very important, but in arguments with others, I think I lose sight of empathy in my frustration - harming their feelings unintentionally. It also takes me some time to apologize in such cases.

What are your strengths? What do people like about you? What do you like about yourself?

• People tend to like that I'm quick-witted in my studies and humor as well as relatively focused on whatever task is at hand (whenever I don't have a girl on my mind, at least). It means they can copy my work.
• I like my humor and that I have a very referential mind that helps me find interesting relations within concepts and art.

What are your weaknesses? What criticism do you often face from others? What do you dislike about yourself?

• Though they don't make mention of it, I've noticed that others tend to react negatively to my lack of practical or kinesthetic ability. It's not really that I'm unathletic or weak, but I find that, with time, I've developed a bit of a gap between reality and the perception of physical impact and moving forces around me that causes me to overthink (and often greatly underestimate) the exertion needed to exact upon an object. For that, I tend to delegate tasks of this sort to others, even if I'm more fit.
• I get plenty of flak from my parents, as well as my brother and some friends, for my indecisiveness and the great hesitance I take in opening up about my desires and vulnerabilities. Most often, it's due to there being a lack of trust in that relationship and the expectation that my issues will be disregarded or be treated as a laughing stock, but it also happens that the contents of my brain will just melt in real-time as I'm trying to articulate myself.
• I'm most bothered by my constant rationalization of incoming impressions and persistent self-consciousness. I don't feel as though I'm ever allowed comfort in my body because my mind is so accustomed to producing ugly and distorted images of myself that only reinforce my habit of projecting onto the responses of others.

In what areas can you manage to do well on your own? In what areas of your life would you like help?

• I could use help with most things material. I don't think I've been instructed enough in matters of money or handiwork. Same with communication.
• On my own, I think I can manage a heavy workload. I'm able to judge the severity of a situation pretty adequately, and that lingering fear means that I can adjust accordingly to time constraints and conflicting assignments.

What things do you dislike doing? What things do you enjoy more than others?

• I dislike sitting in awkward tension or silence amongst others as all of my insecurities begin to creep on me, and I can't seem to keep on a mask of composure and grow tireless.
• I enjoy the thought of going to school more than others because my experience in previous summers tells me that I'm likely to not do much of note or connect with others when we're not always in each others' presence.

What goals, aspirations, or plans do you have for the future, and why?

• Soon, I hope to be able to develop confidence and a personal style in my writing. Much of my work until now has just been academic, so I've been wanting to have a try at something more creative - regardless of my hang-ups and embarrassment.
• I'm looking to involve myself in more volunteering opportunities, mostly in the company of one particular friend, as I believe it'd be a great pastime.
• Making a name for myself artistically would be nice.

What kinds of things do you do to manage and/or beautify your environment (your room, your house, etc.)?

• My room has always been pretty dead and lacking in beauty, but given that I'm moving, I'm excited to freshen things up. Right now, it looks like an uncoordinated clash between my current interests and the relics of my early childhood.

How do you behave around strangers?

• Very uneasy. In direct contact, I act rather warm and pleasing, but I think it should be obvious enough to anyone around me that I'm not the most comfortable with my shifty and unnatural body language. This kind of troubles me though because I don't like to transmit that kind of energy or burden to others where they feel it necessary to adjust themselves.

How do you react to conflict? What do you do if somebody insults or attacks you?

• I usually react rather aggressively verbally before withdrawing and practicing avoidance from the matter and the person who has attacked me for as long as they continue affected by it. In the case of a physical attack, I don't know what I'd do as it hasn't happened to me lol.

Would you ever be interested in starting a business? Why or why not? What role would you play in it? What kind of business would it be?

• Nah, I'd prefer something with more stability and less stress. If I were to start one, it'd probably be in drawings, music, or embroidery, though. Those seem like interesting ventures.

How do you dress or manage your appearance?

• I have high-maintenance and curly hair, so I'm always experimenting with what to do with it on my own time, but I tend to keep it in its messy and natural state when I'm out in public nonetheless as it bars any unwanted attention.
• I try to dress in a manner that won't draw too much attention. I do care for how I look, though, and I dress according to what I feel may abide by fashion conventions.
• Oversized clothing is my go-to. I prefer clothes that obscure my figure and don't stick much to my skin.

Do you like kids? Why or why not?

• Yeah, they're cute, funny, and often very insightful. I also love explaining things, so their questions are appreciated. I'd be concerned with the expectation to maintain a steady amount of entertainment for them, but I find that many kids can do that for themselves, so it's chill.

In what situations or times in your life did you feel most fulfilled, and why?

• When I took the SAT, I was extremely relieved as it felt like that was the end of my investment in high school, and I knew that I scored rather high.
• I feel extremely fulfilled and lively when I'm engaged in very personal and revealing conversations with my best friend. She's my greatest confidant, and I love all of our discussions, but we share a special connection in these moments that can't seem to be replicated anywhere. I find that we can also relate and empathize with one another's struggles very deeply.

How do you feel about attention? Do you seek it out?

• Yes, but no. I don't like the judgment that comes with attention, so I keep quiet and limit my movement for fear of appearing on others' radars, but I'm obsessed with trying to gain the attention of my close friends and try to find the most covert ways of doing so.

How do you approach responsibility? What do you tend to expect of others?

• I'm very responsible when others are reliant on me as I don't want to be met with severe reproach. On my own, ehh... It depends.
• I don't expect much of others. I'd rather have control over everything myself as I don't trust others to accomplish where I would.

If you were to raise a child, what would be your main concerns, what approach would you take, and why?

• I'd be most concerned with ensuring that the child receives a proper education and that they feel comfortable opening up to me. I hope to be a bit more clear in instilling moral concepts into them than my parents have been.

Your friend bursts into tears. What do you do? How does it make you feel?

• I wouldn't really know what to do, but I'm sure that if I were to see my best friend in that state, I would feel really sad and maybe panic. I would possibly try to comfort them physically and ask what troubles them.

What is your biggest accomplishment?

• Placed highest in my grade in the elementary spelling bee

What was (or is) your high school experience like?

• Grade 9: Unfortunately, I was too online for my own good, but it was infinitely better than the previous year. I didn't have any close ties with anyone, but I kept in touch with some people I had known from the past.
• Grade 10: Bad. I had a few friends, but I felt like I was betraying myself around some people that I'd found immature and gross. Far too romantic, to the extent of delusion. Walking down the halls every day felt like I was being met with a swarm of locusts.
• Grade 11: The pursuit of romance and anxiety of grade 10, but much better now. I feel much less pessimistic surrounding the future. It's also my first year fully removed from most online spaces, so I've had a bit of a breather. I've lost some of my inhibition.

Ever feel stuck in a rut? If yes, describe the causes and your reaction to it.

• Yes, recently it's mostly come about as a result of feeling isolated or unheard, I feel. I expose a piece of myself only for it to go unnoticed or ignored, and that then would kind of lead to an unraveling of my social fabric. I'd shut down for a day and find it hard to recover from that for a while.

What is something you regret?

• I regret my behavior before heading into high school. I was too fickle with how I regarded my relationships then and only saw myself turn more inward across that time.
• It was an immense oversight for me to not have thought of or planned for college sooner. Upon entering high school, it seemed far more distant than it was then, and I should've been more cognizant.

Who do you admire, and why?

• My best friend. She's gone through many of the same issues I have but seems to have weathered the storm very well, all while being one of the most welcoming and nicest people I've known.

What's been on your mind? Has anything been worrying or concerning you? What problems have you encountered lately?

• I'm worried about how I'll fare over the summer. I already feel as though I might be slipping back into old habits, and it would be a disappointment if I were to spend my last summer in high school as a recluse.

What were you like as a child? How have you changed since then?

• As a child, I was excitable, appeasing, self-conscious, very teasing of friends, and easily suggestible.
• Nowadays, I'm much of the same, but I'm far more inhibited socially, and I feel much more differentiated from my surrounding influences now than before. It's harder to camouflage with people, but I'm also not as easy to fall into traps and have far more pronounced integrity (low bar).

Forgive me for the length, but full explanation req.
I have been misdiagnosed, and that diagnosis insisted upon for 20+ yrs, even though I do not have the symptoms for it, nor do the treatments and therapies work. This is extremely important to note and I cannot stress this enough. I have been there and bought the whole tshirt company with treatment and therapies. When we insist that these do not work, I am told that I'm difficult, disagreeable and argumentative and am left untreated.
My husband and I are trying to have the correct diagnosis reached, however so far, noone listens to the patient experiencing the symptoms, and would rather go along with previous dx, over actually doing what is asked, wich entales correcting said dx so that the correct treatments and therapies can be obtained for major improved quality of life.
I will meet a new dr, everything is great UNTIL the apt after they receive my medical records. A distinct change in demeanour and attitude is exhibited (I read body language and energy, not faces) and I no longer receive respect, fair treatment or am listened too, and am incorrectly labelled with extreme prejudice and sexist behaviour. This has all been witnessed by others, including independent ones, besides hubby. Hubby is only just becoming aware as he has started attending apts with me and has now seen it for himself, he used to be at work for apts.
Being a renter and having to move areas to where the houses are at, goes against me horrendously. Meaning I have had to change drs more than I wish too, and things go unfollowed.
How in the ever living blazes of Hades, do we change this... Boys club arrogance, and have them listen too and hear the patient? Why are they insisting I have symptoms I do not have? After all medicine was developed by men, for men and is based on male physiology. Boys club indeed.
Why twist everything that is said too them to fit said preconceived judgements? Eg, I mention about the issues with my hands most noted during fine detail such as craft and gaming, and suddenly I'm lazy and do nothing but game 24/7. Go join the embroidery club. I'm spoken over and ignored.
I never said that, why insist that I did when U claimed U understood me, agree with me, then tell the dr different in Ur report? What are the benifits of giving me a dx of A, over B? When As treatments are the more expensive options? I guess U gotta pay that 3rd house off somehow...Why else would U blatantly lie like that, just so the next dr can tell me I'm obviously delusional and do have something because the reports say I do?
I'd also like to know why are we told one thing during an apt, and the paperwork that goes between drs, never mentions it and reflects the exact opposite, making me out to be a liar. I had to legally force to be given all reports in order to prove this. It's there in black and white. Meaning I am labelled as a delusional dr hopping addict, seeking attention and the right dr to give me what I want, every single time. When things are the genuine opposite and could not be farther from the truth. I am being unfairly steortyped due to my circumstantial physical appearance and mis diagnosis
Yes I am after the right dr, one that will listen. But also one that will go against conformity and find the actual truth by digging deeper, not taking what someone else said as gospel. I'm sorry but tbf, 8hrs over 8mnths, is not long enuf to gain a pt hx, when all is discussed is assesment.
I'd also like to know why drs think it's appropriate to sabotage specialist apts? Give me explicit instructions, only to have that be the reason I do not get correctly diagnosed. Don't do this. Ok, I don't. Not XYZ because of no reaction. Excuse me? U told me not to do it, so I didn't in front of Ur friend! The person who everytime is mentioned U make sure to add the my friend part. Why set me up to fail deliberately when U know I am blindly obedient, just to prove someone else correct who got it wrong because U can't be bothered?
Why indeed will drs only listen to each other, instead of the patient? Is it because I'm a middle aged white lady, who is hyper aware of their body, living below the poverty line with delusions of grandeur, instead of being genuine because I don't tick Ur boxes exactly how U like them? If only dr house was real... I'd have the right labels within days, not yrs of exruciating pain.
Please excuse my 6yrs of training to reach state level training officer in medical emergency response, pre ABI, I clearly know nothing about the human body.
What is the magic green line formula to have medical staff actually take on board what is said to them, AND do the right things about it to sort it? Please for the love of god, tell me that one. There is no quality of life until someone listens.
I am not a stereotype, I am abnormal to usual medical beliefs. I can and have, regularly walked with a dislocated hip, was working 16hr shifts 2 days out of replacement surgery release on my feet running a restaurant as a 2 man team, had a dislocated shoulder for 8 weeks without knowing it, can semi function with a subluxing c-spine with minor L ear CFS symptoms, structural head tilt, hypertension and seizures until rectified AND relocate it myself due to medical refusal of muscle relaxants and traction, let alone surgery aka treatment. Nearly died from a kidney infection I didn't know I had, and don't feel pain like U normal folk. I am immune to spirits and all NSIDs. This has been proven, so damn well listen to me pls... That's all I beg of U.
I am not normal, but not in the way U lable me as. I need someone to hear me and help me without prejudice, please. I am forced to seek alt pain relief arrangements due to refusal of treatment, I am drug dependant, not addicted. I cannot medically get addicted, it's proven, stop saying otherwise. Even illicit ones I was duped into taking when young and stupid have 0 effect. Pls believe me on this. It's weird as hell, I know, but its real. Fentanyl has 0 effect, may as well be saline. Same as methoxy. Totally useless. I cannot get high.
I have inattentive AuDHD with cptsd and hypermobility disorder complications, I do not have BPD. I do not have the symptoms, yet I have the symptoms listed by the dsm5 thingamajig, whatever it's called. Please stop telling I have something I don't and help me receive treatment and education I so desperately need, U can keep the meds I don't want them, they don't work anyway as I don't have the receptors, this is proven for the umpeenth time. My strive for justice is in overdrive and overwhelming. I reach out in desperation and injustice of being called a drug addict repeatedly, and treated like a 1950s housewife given mummy's little helpers to prove their point for them, by justifying them giving me more pills that do nothing.
U can stuff NDIS up Ur jumper too, I do not want it, stop trying to force it on me or insist I won't do anything without it for myself. With all due respect, fix me structurally and I'm good on my own thanks.
I just want to be able to contribute to society and have a job, a purpose for exsistance and use my training in some limited way Beit medical or other skills, instead of having to depend on the system, and help my husband and I cope with my true disorders. I do not want to sit in a CNR drugged to the eyeballs like I'm kept to keep me quiet. I hate it with a passion that I am forced to rely on others for exsistance. Can someone please help us crack the thin green line so I can have a life for once?
I ask with as much grace, politeness and decorum I can muster, at the atrocities that have befallen me repeatedly. I am beyond breaking point. Ifykyk. I am genuinely and honestly begging for help since asking has fallen on deaf ears.

One of these days I'll accidentally do it wrong when forced to fix my own neck due to refusal of treatment. Noone wants that, but I have no choice BUT to do it myself. AuDHD associated hypermobile c-spine subluxing when U have snapped a ligament causing cerebral drainage issues, sucks so bad. Pls help me get the fusion surgery, masseuse, chiro, and quality of life I so desperately need.

*Belief in me having AuDHD, leads to belief in the c-spine hypermobility that is slowly killing me and scrambling my brain with every seizure. Not to mention the extreme pain of the hip flexors, and shoulder immobility. I fear I don't have long left before I loose congative ability at the rate it's effecting physically. Sleeping wrong puts me down for weeks if not rectified with illegal meds and manipulation, I cannot stress how genuine of a request this is, as emotionally charged as it maybe. I can't and refuse to be forced to live like this due to mass medical incompetence and refusal of treatment due to preconceived incorrect ideology. I am neuro spicy. I do not identify, I AM.

my partner (17, uk) and i (18m, usa) can’t see each other for at least a couple months, but to make them feel like they have me, i send them things. i’m crafty, so i make friendship bracelets and little keychains out of embroidery thread., as well as heartfelt letters. each letter has a designed envelope and a lipstick kiss mark on it. this time, i’m sending them a fidget toy (they most likely have undiagnosed adhd) and a shirt my mom and i picked out for them at a store. this is the most i’ve ever sent them and it makes me really happy knowing they have something from me.
does anyone else get like this?
