Hostility will bring in more donations because ppl love drama. They can lowkey fix half of their money problems just by doing longer shows. Ppl not gonna donate to them when their shows is 2 hours(3 hours if we’re lucky) and the first hour of the shows are drawn out introductions from the girls. Also, they can trim down the girl team they have plus they can fire a producer, literally only one producer is needed. I think there are multiple ways to save that podcast tbh.

Back in 2018, I was purchasing my home and went through a local bank with a good reputation. I asked for a loan for the mortgage and everything went fine. 3.25 interest rate. House. The bank mentioned that due to my credit score and the low price of the home that escrow would not be required and to pay the county directly. Ok, no prob. House purchased.
Well, today, I learned the bank processed a home equity loan.... rather than a traditional mortgage... to purchase the house. What?
I imagine they did this so rip me off on a higher interest rate... rates were extremely low in 2018. Ok, got one over on me. Lesson learned.. Ethically, this is shady. I'm considering switching banks.

What's the point anymore? Oh, you're making more than your parents? What's the problem then? Well, I didn't get to buy a home 30 years ago when I could make minimal money and keep my mortgage payments. Oh yea and it takes both of us to work to make that happen. No one is home watching the kids, spending the day tidying up or home making ... We're at work and then come home and try to be better parents than ours were.
What's the point? Hard work has zero routes guaranteed success. I can bust my ass all day long but if there's no room to advance or no budget to get a raise I get nothing. I wonder why there's no room or budget? Could it be the upper end of management is past typical retirement age with all time high salaries accruing more and more wealth?
What's the point? The American dream is anyone can make a life for themselves, an equal opportunity to succeed. Is that really true? I come up with a great idea, I put all my capital into it and I venture out into the entrepreneur world only to get my idea stolen by Amazon and quickly put out of business. I get one shot at this. That's not equal at all, as I get one dart throw and wealthy can just throw unlimited dart throws until one hits a bullseye and then they can write some bullshit article about persistence and hard work.
What's the point? Go to college, that's how you make money. Education is so important... Take on these loans it won't matter. Also, we now don't like that woke ideology and we're literally banning books like some fucking post apocalypse the giver bullshit, suggesting women cannot decide what to do with their bodies, and have not argued about politics for what the ideals are in a decade... Not that it matters since there are so few people in our government that can understand what today is really like... Or not click phishing emails for that matter.
What's the point? I watch my youngest child grow up and spend most of my time away from her, catching up on chores and errands, and stressing than I do quality time with her. The taxes I pay get cut for her education or to tax breaks for companies.

This approach works well with the Auto MatchMaking system. However, when players move to the Main scene, the host side is fine, but on the client side, the references for the game objects that already exist within the scene are lost. For example, the game object I attached in the MainManager script through the inspector gets lost on the client side.
I think the issue is related to network objects and spawning, but I cannot find the exact solution.

This is not correct. The rental agreement date was 23.02.2023 and application date was 17.04.2024 - There is 60 weeks gap. I can't just understand how he get 7 weeks unless he reads the rental agreement date to e 23.02.2024

2 ) Funds were deposited in bank before rental agreement executed

again same problem. Agreement date is 23.02.2023 and funds were deposited in bank in sep/oct/nov/dec 23.

We submitted bank statement from 1st July 23 to 31st Mar but for some strange reason he is only taking balances and transaction up to 31st Jan 24
I am more inclined to submit PAP. But it will take time. Re-apply is quicker but then they may find some other stupid reason to reject

To start, I reside in New Jersey, though I made the purchase from a dealership located in New York.
Over the weekend, I acquired a pre-owned vehicle from a used car dealership. I placed a down payment and arranged financing for the remainder. With all paperwork completed and signed, I've been enjoying driving my new vehicle over the past few days, pleased with my decision.
My vehicle financing, supported by my excellent credit score of 750+, is facilitated through one of the dealership's lenders, initially approved. However, this evening, I received a call from the salesman indicating an issue has arisen.
Initially, the dealership planned to execute a "hypothecation" to place the loan under my name while the vehicle would be registered and insured under my father's name, with me listed on his policy. Unfortunately, the bank rejected this approach due to my residence being outside the state.
The salesman presented me with two alternatives to retain the vehicle:
1) Have my father assume the loan in his name.
2) Secure my own insurance coverage and register the vehicle under my name to negate the need for hypothecation.
The first option is not feasible for me. While the second option is possible, I'm content with the favorable rates I currently enjoy under my father's insurance plan. Obtaining comparable rates independently seems unlikely.
I feel like something is off here and I should have some legal ground I can stand on here now that they are trying to change the terms after all the contracts have been signed.

I plan on purchasing a GBA (because they're awesome and I want authenticity. Not silly virtual console) obviously because I'm here I want to get fire red and leaf green. Now I plan to transfer these pokemon into home some day and to do that I need them in bank but there is one problem. I only have a 3DS. No DS; so I was wondering if it's possible to transfer directly to the 3DS and skip the DS part. On my 3DS I have digital copies of all the DS games if it helps. I just want to save my Pokemon. (Even if I borrowed a DS I dont think the person I could borrow from has any pokemon games)

So I took a new job in a big city and didn’t want to buy here until I get a better feel for the neighborhoods and my new work situation. So in my country, surnames go first before given names. I have to file a tax form on a US affiliate marketplace platform for my work and they show up my name in the typical Western order which is family name goes after given name. This affects the tax form I have to write too. It has to match with my banking info but only the bank account has my name in the right order.
I have contacted customer support (of the platform) but they just insisted on that they cannot help me change the format and it has to match with my legal name no matter what. Putting my family name in the first name box is definitely not a good idea.
Since I'm a foreigner I use the W8 BEN form and they don't have the option to change my name order still.
Does the name order really matter in this case? Can I just submit the tax form without any problem?

On the days it would act up, it would have strange symptoms, like the fan would come on full blast once I hit 45+mph on the highway. Not always, but quite often! Then for the rest of the day, it stops working. Other times, it seemed to come on when I put the car in park (although only a FEW times, so it could have been just a coincidence).
Last summer, there was seemingly white smoke coming out of the passenger side vents. Every time I take it to a mechanic, they run the scans and there is nothing that pops up. OF COURSE, THE SYSTEM IS WORKING ANY TIME I TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC! They have never seen this problem when it was actually happening.
I also noticed that it kind of whines when I switch the fan settings or turn off my car. I am assuming it is the blower motor, so I ordered the blower motor from RockAuto as well as the resistor to replace the both of them. I was just curious if anyone else had this kind of issue.

So obviously there’s more context to this. For starters, my friend has always been a “tough love, tell you how it is” kind of person. She’s very judgemental by nature and to a certain degree will look down on anyone who doesn’t make the same life decisions as her. She’ll tell you this herself, too. She just has high expectations for the people in her life.
We became friends in college and I was a dumb college sophomore learning the ways of life. We’re all idiots when we’re 19 year old college girls. She’s witnessed me go through some shit. I leaned on her a lot for guidance and i’m sure i was aggravating to deal with at the time. Ya know, when your friend keeps complaining about a guy then keeps going back to him… that kinda stuff. Whatever… I was a dumb kid. I don’t think she’s been able to see me any differently though.
I’m 26 now and pretty accomplished, and I have matured since college. I have a career, Im in a serious relationship, I have money in the bank and I have nice things. I also have a cat, i’ve had her about 3 years now. When my boyfriend moved in, he brought his cat too.
My cat has had her fair share of health problems and adventures. This time last year (May 2023) I spent the night at my bfs place (before he moved in), and my roommate at the time got drunk and left the door open overnight so my cat escaped. We found her after non stop searching for 2 and a half days, but it was an ordeal and she got hurt so it was a long recovery. She made a full recovery by the time my bf moved in in July 2023. (I promise this is all relevant info)
So fast forward to Dec 2023. My bf and I are toying around the idea of getting a 3rd cat. I’m not really all in because I know I couldn’t financially handle it, but it’s fun to think about. I bring it up casually with my friend, and she advises against it, because my bf and I were still adjusting to working out finances between us now that we kind of operate as a unit. I agreed and table the convo for a few months.
So fast forward again to March 2024. My bf got a new job (higher pay) , I got a considerable raise at my job. I also was granted full WFH flexibility that I didn’t have before. We cleared out our second floor area and made it more livable , adding space to our already decent sized rental.
My boyfriend and I decided we actually might be ready to get a 3rd cat. We both are making more, we now have the space, plus I will be home all the time. So, after thinking about it for a few weeks , we got a 3rd kitty the first week of April 2024.
My friend got extremely upset with me. She felt like she “had to say something” because she was worried about the cats well-being being adopted by us. She felt it was a selfish and irresponsible decision because “we just talked about how you weren’t financially ready”. That was months ago and our finances changed for the better but … whatever. She also said her time is valuable and she’s not gonna waste her breath on someone who asks for advice but won’t take it, and she “can’t support” my reckless decision to put my other cat through “even more” trauma than she’s already been through since she got hurt … in May of 2023. She basically said she’s stepping back and that she can’t be bothered with me any more. She said doesn’t support my decision, and cares too much about animals to witness us be “irresponsible” with one. She hasn’t talked to me since April and made it clear she wants nothing to do with me.
I don’t know if i’ve just been gaslit too many times over the years but is this valid …? Like is this a good reason to cut someone off? My initial thought is that it’s my life and my cat and it’s not her place to determine what’s best for me, but is that an ignorant way to think? Let it be known that my entire life is about these cats and if anything I am probably TOO obsessed with them. The idea that I adopt when i’m not ready for my own selfish need to have more couldn’t be farther from reality.
I’m usually way more confident and sure of myself but I think I second guess myself when it comes to her because she has always been highly critical of me and my decisions.
