Death anniversary was 5/8, then Mothers Day, wedding anniversary 5/27, my birthday the week after.
This morning her friend sent me pics and a video from her bachelorette party six years ago that I’d never seen.
Just moved next door to my parents, so that’s kept me busy, helped a bit.
Coming home last night my four year old said “mamas spirit in outer space won’t be able to find our new house”. I said “She knows buddy, she knew where grandma and papa live, so she’ll find us.” He said “oh yeah!” Heartbreaking but glad he’s talking more about her.

I 30 m Swede decided one day roughly two months back I wanted to brush up on my Spanish. I went out on a language exchange app called Speaky and while for the most part the experience was miserable I started talking to a pleasant mexican woman (30). Initially my intentions were purely to learn Spanish, and we had good fun showing small tidbits of our every day life to each other.
She quickly asked to switch to whatsapp, which typically is one of those red flags which you read on every romance scam article. I however didn't mind much because Speaky was full of sleazy eggplant emojis and accounts asking for hookups as well as bots. Besides, at this point I my headspace was that I would never meet this person anyways. There we were chatting as well as doing some video calls. We quickly started chatting every day.
But of course there's more to this story otherwise I wouldn't be writing here. She came across as lightly flirty and I just figured it was good fun and didn't mind (again, I was never supposed to meet this woman). However, things evolved into more explicit proclamations of romantic interest from poth parties involved (another red flag due to the short time that has passed). She also starting sending these really cute messages to me on the regular which I initially thought nothing of but now might consider lovebombing (third red flag).
Eventually talk went to the idea of me going to visit her (Figured I'd do the traveling since I'm from a wealthier country.) That's when, roughly two weeks back, my warning bells went off and all these suspicions came rushing all at once. And I directly confronted her about them.
Now this far down it might seem like a dead ringer for a romance scam, but there is more to it. She has showed me pictures from her university she studied at which seem legit as well as images from her work. She has a substantial amount of followers on social media with certain videos reaching millions of viewers (and from what I've seen no bitter person accusing her of being a scammer or not either). She claims she's from a well off family with roots from Spain and even Germany which she sent me images of. She even sent me photos of an ID (which frankly made me uncomfortable) with the same last name as some of those old (supposedly) family pictures. She has never asked me for money either which she did point out.
This soothed me and perhaps rashly I bought tickets to Mexico shortly after. We continued talking and had fun chatting. After some time we also engaged in some explicit video call activity as well as send NSFW pics to each other. Quite quickly we also talked of future plans (which makes sense if it was legit since just visiting each other would take a big investment) and we both stated we wanted something long term with children and marriage and the whole deal with the idea of her moving to Sweden if all would work out (which could be construed as another red flag as supposedly traditional family warnings is also sign).
I had up to this point mentioned it to a few friends but not to my mother. When I finally did tell her she INSTANTLY went to the idea of it being a scam (she might also be the most cynical person I know). Some time later I worked up the courage (I didn't want her to dislike my mother) to tell my Mexican friend of my mother's reaction and we talked about what we could do about it and decided on me showing my mother what had already been shown to me as well as have them having a video call so my mother could ask questions directly. I talked with my mother and it was decided, however as the day approached my mother said she felt too uncomfortable with idea of the video call so instead she and just had a long talk about the risks both of Mexico in general and romance scams. She painted quite a gruesome picture (she's quite good at it). She also had some questions to send to my Mexican woman.
Passport, home adress, name of her company. She also suggested for me to reverse image search the photos I had been sent, which I did (I just got the social media pictures to no big surprise). She also wanted me to ask for me and my mexican friend to instead meet in Spain as that had been mentioned between us and it would be neutral ground.
Being the mama's boy that I am I obliged. To which my mexican friend got upset, now whether that is from justified disappointment due to my distrust or from manipulation I cannot tell, and she was not keen on traveling to Spain (we had also been talking about my visit to Mexico for a while now), atleast not now, initially. She did however send me photos of her passport and home adress.
She asked what I thought of it all and I said I wasn't sure. It ended with a quite cold conclusion that I needed time to mull things over.
If you've read this far I thank you, wholeheartedly.
Now I sit here with a ticket to mexico (if it isn't used I will consider it an expensive life lesson). A mother who considers Mexico to be the most dangerous place in the world (and me partly agreeing) - my stay would be in CDMX which I've heard is relatively safe.
If I were to travel to Mexico what would be the risks, would they be greater from her knowimg of my coming or they as great if I just traveled alone as a nordic man?
Any other thoughts? Is this a romance scam or not?

Nangyari lang 'to few hrs ago at hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala. Putang ina talaga.
For context, nagpost ako few months ago sa isang sub using a TA account kasi gusto ko makipagkita/chill with other people, may nag-DM sa akin na isang redditor, tawagin natin siyang "Kups", nag click kami ni Kups kasi matino talaga siya kausap (gets niyo na yan), and same kami ng hobbies etc. Nag swap pics din kami kineme keme kaya alam ko itsura niya talaga. Nag-uusap na kami na hatid sundo na lang daw niya ako pag magkikita kami, then sabi ko malayo yung sa amin so sabi niya kahit sa SM North na lang daw kami magkita which is fine with me. Ilang weeks na din kami nag-uusap tapos hindi pa kami nakakapag meet kasi super busy daw siya sa work or busy siya tulungan si Mama niya sa business. Sabi ko okay lang, marami pa naman susunod and gets ko naman na busy siya hanggang sa hindi na kami nag-usap ulit.
Fast forward few hrs ago, binuksan ko facebook ko sa PC ko kasi may ichecheck ako sa GC namin ng mga kaibigan ko tungkol sa lakad namin next week. Pag load ng facebook, picture ni Kups yung bumungad sa akin kasama asawa niya. Sumali sila sa isang entertainment page or content kineme na page (hindi ko alam tawag basta yun, and hindi ko na babanggitin anong page yun, sure din ako na malalaman niyo yung page lol) kasi ang hinahanap ng page ay yung mga matagal na kasal na. Tang ina, nag triple check ako kung siya ba talaga yun, pa-zoom in zoom in pa ako sa picture and pinanood ko pa sa YT yung video and sure ako na siya talaga yun.
Kaya pala ang nung may nabasa ako dito sa reddit na nabudol ng may asawa, nag joke ako sa kanya (kay Kups) na need niya mag provide ng cenomar sa akin tapos tumatawa lang siya tapos sabi niya "pwede naman ako magbigay ng cenomar if gusto mo" gago, saan mo kukunin yun eh kasal ka? sa Recto? tarantado ka. Nangangati kamay ko na i-chat asawa niya using a dummy account sa facebook (yes, nakalagay sa YT video yung socmed nila) kaso ang hawak ko lang is picture na sinend niya sa akin. Wala na yung conversation namin sa reddit, and wala na din yung sa Telegram kasi nga hindi na kami nag-uusap matagal na kaya binura ko and hindi ko naman ineexpect na makikita ko siya sa fb page na yun.

Pero nung mismong debut koi didn't felt the happiness, mostly ng mga ininvite ko specially my close friends didn't attend my debut, while I attended theirs. I know its kinda childish to think of it pero na butthurt ako doon. after my debut, I didt post my pictures in facebook. no one asked din for their photos, kaya i feel like they didn't enjoy the event.
Two years went by, sinamahan ko si mama sa bangko and sinabi niya sakin na tapos niya na daw bayaran yung ni loan niya for my debut. Ever since we were bf/gf, I observed that he is wandering eye. Mahilig sya mag check ng ibang girls or magpapansin even sa mga tropa ko. And akala ko naman pag na-bring up ko sakanya, magbabago na. Actually, he’s a nonchalant person kaya maninibago ka talaga kapag nagiging hyper sya bigla pag may ibang babaeng around lalo na pag may itsura. Kaya doon na pala unti-unting nag build up mga insecurities ko. Feel ko, I’m not enough to satisfy his eyes. Still, I shrugged it off kasi nga baka OA lang ako.
1st scenario, we were out of town with my friends. I was preggy that time and super notice ko talaga na kakaiba yung treatment nya sa friend ‘kong isa as in to the point na inaalalayan nya bumaba, magdala ng maleta, magsoot ng life vest. Parang sasabog puso ko nun. Pinagsusuntok ko yung tyan ko para malaglag yung bata. (Sorry anak) When I opened it up to him sabi nya clueless sya. Wala daw malisya. He’s just being caring lang daw. OA daw ako.
2nd is nagpupumilit sumama sa team bldg for 2 nights knowing na mag isa lang ako sa apartment and nasa province ang mga family namin. Preggy din ako nyan.
3rd kauuwi ko lang galing hospital from CS and wala iba mag aasikaso sakin at samin ni baby kaya nag request ako kung pwede ba umabsent muna sya para makapag pahinga ako but he said di pwede.
4th sinundo ko sya once sa inuman and nagwala sya at pinalayas ako. Sinabihan ng palamunin, pabigat, etc. pero pag mama nya susundo sakanya, wala lang.
5th naging kawork nya yung college crush nya then nag partner sila sa sayaw na may mga holding hands moves. Di nya sinabi sakin yun, nakita ko lang sa gc nila ung vid ng sayaw.
6th Nakita ko sa live ng kawork nila na magkatabi sila sa upuan nung xmas party nila. Kaya pala yung video na sinend nya sakin para mag update is putol sa kabilang side. Yun pala andon ang ate girl.

Hi there, long time no see. I was the guy who made all the 4k enhancements to to the Deep Web Tour, Screenplay Visuals, and Clapping for the Wrong Reasons.
I've wanted to put this together for a long time. It's a big compilation of all the loosies, guest features, and live performances from the BTI era. I remastered the audio for just about every track. For some tracks it might have been a disservice and for others it's probably the highest quality you will find out there. I did my best to have it follow the flow and features of the actual album.
Also I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but i figured since Childish Gambino leaked his own album in the first place, there might be some leeway. Technically there are no leaks in this comp so hopefully it's okay. Enjoy <3

EDIT: With some time to think on the tracklist I recommend swapping so profound with free at last. Free at last uses some of the same lyrics as crawl and so profound sounds more like worldstar. I also messed up on the track number for rich orphans, it's supposed to be track 19 and God saves the villain should be 20. Lava glaciers works better for the closer.

After downloading the program right click the file and hit extract. Then you have to select them and drag them into iTunes or whatever music program you're using. - if you're on Android download RAR by rarlabs on the play store. Go to your downloads open the file and hit the extract button icon on the top right. You might need to close your music app or restart your phone for them to appear. - if you're on iPhone follow the first step then plug your phone into your computer and sync your device. It started out as a way to stay warm when we migrated out jungles and savanna’s, but the side effect was that it made the absence of coverings a) feel insecure, and b) an open floodgate of carnal attraction. So actually, to answer your question, we’re covering our reproductive organs. It’s a modesty thing. The practice got applied to the kids anyway.
GUEST (S): Female humans have sex organs on their chests?
DAVID: No. but female mammaries become more pronounced as they mature and tend to draw male sexual attention.

MRS.DOGGY (J): What is a “doggie” anyway, and why do my kids call me that?
DAVID: I was WONDERING when that would come up. I didn’t think it would be useful to explain before, but we had these domestic canines back home called Dogs and you kinda resemble one. They were intelligent, trusty, loyal creatures that helped us hunt, herd livestock, guard our turf, and and were beloved members of our families. None of the kids have met a dog in the flesh, but they’ve been lionized in books and cartoons and your resemblance to them is strong enough to trigger an instinctive adoration we had towards them.
MRS.DOGGY (J): They…. think I’m a pet? Like with you and the Krev?
DAVID: Hey, if they haven’t told you to ”Sit” or “Roll over” I think you’re good. But the point is, the kids trust you implicitly, and when you’ve suddenly been thrown to aliens after living in a hole all your life, having a comforting face to keep you stable counts for a lot.
MRS.DOGGY (J): Oh! 😊Well, I think I can live with that.

OBORSHINE (K): How do I take care of Samsons head fur? It’s getting so long and tangled!
DAVID: Oh right. Only jaslips need to brush. We’ll send you a proper hair brush. In the meantime. Get a jaslip brush- one with wide bristle spacing- and gently comb the knots out, starting from the bottom and slowly working your way up. We can also try to get you in contact with a human who has experience cutting hair.

DAVID: Down to their hips or farther. Doesn’t really stop. You’ll either want to get it trimmed or let grow so you can tie it up behind their heads.

HAPPYHATCHLINGS: David, this is Tisa at Happy Hatchlings Early Learning School. We’ve noticed that our human students can’t seem to get comfortable in their napping nests and keep hanging their feet over the edges. It’s like they can’t curl up!
DAVID: They can’t. Not long term, anyway, and not as tightly as other Consiortium races. You’re going to need longer, flatter beds that they can stretch out on and keep their spines relatively straight. We’ll be sure to send you some cots.

MRS.DOGGY (J): What is a “doggie” anyway, and why do my kids call me that?
DAVID: I was WONDERING when that would come up. I didn’t think it would be useful to explain before, but we had these domestic canines back home called Dogs and you kinda resemble one. They were intelligent, trusty, loyal creatures that helped us hunt, herd livestock, guard our turf, and and were beloved members of our families. None of the kids have met a dog in the flesh, but they’ve been lionized in books and cartoons and your resemblance to them is strong enough to trigger an instinctive adoration we had towards them.
MRS.DOGGY (J): They…. think I’m a pet? Like with you and the Krev?
DAVID: Hey, if they haven’t told you to ”Sit” or “Roll over” I think you’re good. But the point is, the kids trust you implicitly, and when you’ve suddenly been thrown to aliens after living in a hole all your life, having a comforting face to keep you stable counts for a lot.

Get a jaslip brush- one with wide bristle spacing- and gently comb the knots out, starting from the bottom and slowly working your way up. We can also try to get you in contact with a human who has experience cutting hair.

HAPPYHATCHLINGS: David, this is Tisa at Happy Hatchlings Early Learning School. We’ve noticed that our human students can’t seem to get comfortable in their napping nests and keep hanging their feet over the edges. It’s like they can’t curl up!
DAVID: They can’t. Not long term, anyway, and not as tightly as other Consiortium races. You’re going to need longer, flatter beds that they can stretch out on and keep their spines relatively straight. We’ll be sure to send you some cots.

I have some insecurities over the fact that my husband doesn’t post anything about ours baby to social media. With SD6 he had a whole instagram page for her. He would post almost daily and would follow her around with a camera posting stories multiple times per day. There were videos of him and BM and SD going to playgrounds, beaches, pumpkin picking, parties, weddings, and indoor play spaces plus pictures of SD and BM with captions like “I love my mama”
Fast forward to now. There is only one photo of OB that he posted on his instagram it’s in his highlighted stories. He takes pics of her here and there but rarely photos of me with her and even more rare are selfies with the 3 of us. Most my photos I have with my baby are because my older daughter takes them unprompted because she knows how I mourn the fact that there are so few pictures with me in them from when she was little so she goes the extra mile. Another issue is we don’t do anything. He works constantly and I am always alone with the baby (or the baby and all the kids). He has only ever gone to the park or story time with us once. We have never had a vacation not even a weekend away locally. He didn’t take a pic of me with the baby or kids for Mother’s Day (he did get me a bracelet but again he was away all day for work.)
It’s hard to feel like he is excited about our family or this baby when the difference is so striking. I get embarrassed sometimes thinking how it looks to people on the outside like his family and friends who see that he doesn’t post anything about me or OB. Even his best friend didn’t even know we were pregnant or that OB existed until she was 3 months old. It really hurts my feelings and makes me think he favors his first family and that he was so proud to be a dad and celebrate all the firsts with his first child but now it’s old news and me and OB get the short end of the stick.

Fast forward to now. There is only one photo of OB that he posted on his instagram it’s in his highlighted stories. He takes pics of her here and there but rarely photos of me with her and even more rare are selfies with the 3 of us. Most my photos I have with my baby are because my older daughter takes them unprompted because she knows how I mourn the fact that there are so few pictures with me in them from when she was little so she goes the extra mile. Another issue is we don’t do anything. He works constantly and I am always alone with the baby (or the baby and all the kids). He has only ever gone to the park or story time with us once. I've noticed this behaviour and attitude since I was a teen and seeing videos of black men always complaining about black women going to college and getting degrees. Like they will bring up debt which is silly because everyone that goes to college and takes out a loan end up with debt because that's usually what happens when you go into higher education. But because black women have higher amounts of it black men in America love to hold that against black women and use it as a gotcha, which they don't even realise that black women have more debt because they usually come from lower economic backgrounds and have little support system because their families are jealous and often discourage them so they have to take out more loan to support themselves. And even so I don't even think they care about the debt they have a particular disdain when a black woman says she has a degree or is going to college and they turn it into debates and to them it's seen as a flaw in black women. Whilst other races will see black women graduating the most and see it as a positive whilst black men will see it as a problem and an issue. Like I don't understand why they have such a problem. Like here in the UK it's not an issue because black women go to university here all the time and it's never a debate because nobody cares and mind their business when black women make it known that they're going to uni it's never made into an issue or a debate and is met with support because black men here also tend to go university as well, which they both take out loans and they don't use it as a Haha gotcha moment towards black women when it comes to paying it back. I think one of the reasons in America I think black men don't take academics seriously like most of them think of their career paths as being rappers and athletes which doesn't require much academics, but a lot them don't even get into that career so they turn it drug dealers, animal breeders and committing crime hence why they're the most incarcerated. Out here punching black women on subways, streets, wrapping collars around their neck and SAing them. It's like they see black women trying to improve their image and they're mad asf because they don't want to and black women are supposed to stay at the bottom with them, hence why they're mad about black women and the welfare thing black women were not supposed to seek help from the government even though black men were abandoning them en masse. And when I ask this I'll a have a bandit say they have an issue because black women won't shut up about going to college and all I see it as they don't like when American black women are proud of themselves and their accomplishments and are not afraid to announce it and they hate it. And if more black women are graduating and getting degrees wouldn't that be better than black women supposedly twerking all the time and becoming baby mamas and single mothers, the single mothers and baby mama's that THEY create mind you because they don't marry. Wouldn't that be better since they claim that they're tired of seeing it?

2024.05.20 19:36 Comfortable_Key2244 My bad neighbor’s kids like to steal from my porch
So I have a decor piece on my porch that has these pretty fake gems. I also have a ring doorbell camera. My neighbor’s three daughters, ages 3 to 8, saw the decor and came up to it yesterday. The first recording showed the middle kid gasping as she found it. Second recording was the other two coming to look at it. I can’t see the gems on the camera because it’s right below it so I couldn’t be 100% sure they were taking them. But I had a feeling they were taking them. The third time they came back I was waiting right behind the front door. As soon as they got near the gems, I opened the door to some shocked little faces. The eldest told me that they just wanted the gems. I told her they were mine and she should’ve knocked on the door and asked. Then I asked her if they took some earlier and she straight up said “no”. I couldn’t be sure if she was telling the trust but I told them they could have one gem. It’s just rocks. The youngest grabs two and runs off. They leave and I review the recordings listening to the audio. The second time they had came, I could hear them rummaging through the gems and the eldest whispering “ok let’s go let go” as they ran off. So I had a very good feeling that would return for another time and I was right. Not even a few minutes later they are coming back to my porch coming for some more gems. This time I waited in my garage that is in between the pathway to their house. So I’m watching the video footage and soon as they get near, I open the garage door to some more shocked little faces. Caught red handed. To my, not so, surprise the parents were in their front yard. I told them what was going on and they apologized and gave back the hand full of gems. I let the girls keep a couple but told them no more.
As I’m talking to the mom, the littlest is driving her toy car across my husband’s car. The mom told the eldest to stop her from scratching the car but didn’t. So I had to go over and tell her to stop. As soon as I did, she ran over to my porch to get more gems. I run over, followed by the other two girls while the parents just keep to their front yard. I tell the girls, “hey I have a camera. I can see you guys when you come here”. They didn’t seem to mind. Eventually the mom comes over and grabs them. I go back inside with my gem decor to glue them down so they can’t be stolen again. I kept it inside the next day cause I was still working on it.
The follow day while I was in my backyard, I could hear them coming back to my porch and shocked to find that the gems are not there. I yelled “girls…what are you doing?” And went to the front door to talk to them. The middle child said they wanted more gems. I said “sorry, no. I gave you some yesterday. That’s it.” And she says “but we want this many” as she cups her hands. I tell them no again and they leave. I finish up what I’m doing and come back to notifications from the camera of them coming back to play with the rest of my decor and eventually the dad coming to grab them.
I would also like to add that I’ve had issues with this family before. They breed XL bullies. Their dogs have broken into my yard twice and the neighbors had to replace my window screens twice. They got rid of the dog that was chewing on the fence. The other two dogs haven’t tried to chew through the fence since. The old mama dog got pregnant and now they apparently have 17 puppies in the house. Plus I was recently told their “indoor” cat is pregnant. They rent their house and I highly doubt their landlord knows that they breed dogs. Their front yard is full of junk. They have a janitor mop bucket and kiddie pool that they clean out frequently (probably from the puppy waste). They hang the mop head on a flag stand that’s on their porch. Their grass is tall and rarely hire the guy that cuts it. Every time I go to my backyard and the wind blows, all I can smell is dog shit. I’m pretty sure the husband lost his job because his truck is always home during the weekday now. The mom stays at home all day.
I don’t want to have a bad relationship with them, especially the kids. I’m their only neighbor (there’s no house on the other side of them, just a road). I want the kids to trust me so if anything were to happen, they can knock on my door and get me. I know they like me because they surround me when I go outside and ask me all sorts of questions. The eldest said she wants to live with me even after the mom told her I would make her do chores. The parents are just so irresponsible. I’m not sure what to do. I want to put my foot down but don’t know how to go about it. I’m certain they will come back. They play in my front yard, which I don’t mind but I’m worried they’ll scratch my cars. I know the easiest way is to keep the gems inside but I love decorating my porch with them. Plus I feel like the kids won’t learn and will continue to lie and steal.

Hi! Nagpost na ako dito before about dun sa nautang ko sa ola nung nagka emergency samin and kinulang ako pero thankfully nabayaran ko naman. Then last week lang nalaman ko na may utang pala si mama sa 4 pang loan app (Juanhand, OLP, Digido, Mr. Cash) 🥲 and ang lalaki din ng tubo, meron pang overdue. Eversince naranasan ko yung ganung kalaking tubo di ko na pinapansin sila mama pag nagtatanong if may mauutangan pa daw ba ako. Kaya pala tumigil kakakulit kasi may nautangan na sila. Sobrang kulang kasi talaga yung kinikita ko kaya di ganon kalaki naibibigay ko sa kanila kaya ayun napilitan umutang. Ngayon ako nammroblema kasi ako lang din inaasahan na magbayad. Ngayon balak ko ilabas yung konting ipon ko pang emergency (na halos kakasimula lang 🥲) para lang mabayaran yon, pwede ko kaya bayaran lang yung amount na inutang lang? base kasi sa napanood kong video ni Atty. Chel di naman legal yung napakalaking interest ng mga loan apps. Any advice po will be greatly appreciated :))

 | on april 13th of this year, i met the love of my life. my mom woke me up at 11 am, telling me she needed help. a kitten was ditched in our backyard by their mama, and it was going to rain soon. knowing they couldn't be ditched there in the rain, we took them in. submitted by krisfey to GriefSupport [link] [comments] they were tiny, the sweetest baby i've ever seen. we suspected that they were born just the day before, april 12th. we have another cat who's quite territorial, and two other dogs, so, anticipating that we wouldn't keep them for long, or at least until we found her an owner, i "distanced" myself and tried to not get attached. we bought them kitten formula, bottles, and a tiny stuffed lambchop. it was the size of them. they were so tiny. while they were slightly difficult to feed sometimes, she usually eventually caught on and started to eat. they were situated in a decently sized box. their lambchop, a towel, a heating pad, a rice sock. it was so cozy. everyone in my family is very busy, so we found a decent schedule to keep them well fed. of course, this meant one of us had fo stay up decently late to keep them well fed. it all worked out eventually. i wish i was the one staying up so late with them more often. we bought them more of their own stuff, more bottles and they were truly apart of the family already. the dogs loved them and even our cat was slowly getting used to them, going and seeing what they were doing and wasn't hissing at them that much anymore. they were truly mine. i began to be their mother, and i put down this defense i had where i needed to keep myself distanced. i started thinking of all the toys i wanted to buy them, where they could sleep in my room... they were my baby, and i was thinking about the life i would have with them. my baby was becoming harder to feed, and they were having sudden diarrhea. kittens aren't supposed to be able to go to their bathroom on their own yet, so this was something that warranted a vet trip. i had school, so i was unable to go, but my mom let me know that the sudden diarrhea was likely just due to the kitten formula, and it would all be normal once they start to consume solid food. while that would take a while, it was something i was willing to deal with. we also officially learned their sex, since it's hard to discern sex at such a young age. she was a girl. my beautiful baby girl. now that i had a gender, i could finally pick out a name! i had brainstormed a list, but wasn't sure yet. i'd get her name soon. i stayed up late that night. doing homework and such, since i'm a student. i fed her a few times, cuddled with her. i was just so happy to have the love of my life with me. i went to sleep around 4 or 5 am. i was exhausted. then, i woke up around 9 am. my mom was frantically waking me up. she had died while i was asleep. she wasn't even with us for a week. there was lots of crying. i remember it very vividly. the loss of color in her nose and toe beans. the slackjawed face. how cold she was. it was so wrong. i had found my love and didn't even get to take care of her for a week. i was distraught. we took pawprints and printed out all the photos we took of her to put into an album. we also dug her a grave, adorning it with flowers and a small stone. the next few days were hell. i was so depressed. endlessly doomscrolling on my phone, which i never do, sitting down and just staring at the wall for ages. i felt like my heart had been torn out of me. all i could do was cry and look at her pictures, listen to the same 3 videos i took of her, meticulously analyzing her meows and trying to imprint it in my head. just hearing my family watch videos that feature kittens meowing sends me into some kind of shock. making me suddenly depressed. it's been a month now, and this is still true. while i do not cry and i am not scrolling on my phone without end anymore, i think of my precious baby every day. any kitten videos i see make me incredibly sad and i can't handle it. i have lost numerous pets before, and it's never affected me like this. i need help. i miss her so much, and i don't know how to continue my life as if she was never here. what do i do? |
