2024.05.21 13:04 THATRK1111 Am I the asshole for sticking up for myself? Let me explain...

So I was around seven when this happened and I was over at my dads. Mind you, im 13 now, and know the full meaning of the word. A little bit of a background check, just so you get the jist! My mom and my dad divorced in 2016, so my dad moved in with my grandmother. He eventually found he liked his crushed since 7th grade, my step-mom. Let's call her...step-mom. I also have some step-sibling. My brother, and older sister. We'll call them brother and older sister. One time we went camping. At this time my older sister had maybe just turned 8 and I was still 7. Brother was around 5 maybe. I was sitting in a dicks sporting goods chair, this will come in handy later, so remember it, and I was looking out at the pond that was near our camping site. I saw the dicks sporting goods logo, turned around, and told brother "Oh brother, your a dick." Je started rolling on the ground with laughter, or tears. It would be bad if he was crying cause he knew what it meant, but it would be even worse if he was laughing and knew what it meant. My dad came over, picked me up, and started carrying me over to the tent saying that I shouldn't have said that. Step-mom shot me a mean glare and said, very baitum, "You really shouldn't have said that." I pleaded and cried saying I didn't know what it meant. And I didn't. I was 7. "Yeah, sure you don't. Your a guy and you don't know what that means? Pft..." and then kept looking at me with this wildly mean face. My dad put me in the tent and left me there for a minute.
A few minutes later.
My dad came over and asked "Do you really not know what that word means?" I kept on shaking my head, trying to prove I didn't. AND I DIDNT! I AM WAS 7! My dad told me what dick meant, and I immediately ran from the tent without my dads permission, darted passed him whilst he yelling at me to get back there, and I hug my brother and say, "I'm sorry, I didn't know what it meant." He said I was okay. I walked back to my dad and step-mom talking. Step-mom said I should be put in the tent for the rest of the day, and that I was lying when I said I didn't know. I butted in and said "Uh, know I do. So thusfore your argument is invalid." I quote for quote said that. My dad looks down in astonishment and asks me how old I was. I told him I was 7. He says to step-mom, "I don't think he needs to spend anymore time there." I apologized to step-mom for being a jerk to her, but she huffed...puffed...then stomped away. So what, am I the jerk, for being 7 and not knowing what a word was?

2024.05.21 13:03 kayliebailey Brothers, horses, and swan queens

Hi everyone! Looking for this movie I watched a long time ago (was either Netflix or YouTube)
It was animated
Brothers(or maybe friends?) who are close but get separated when one is taken away by their father. Both brothers fall in love with the same girl. The main character, who rides a white horse, becomes blind temporarily, and an old man in a city market agrees to help him by riding on his back to guide him. The old man hits him a lot and I think was getting paid to help. The other brother becomes an antagonist, riding a black horse.
I also remember at the market while the main character is blind he meets with the main love interest after he maybe solves a puzzle? I remember the old man saying it was just a wall but the protag is able to open it and the lady walks out of it and cures his blindness.
I also remember a lion and a swan? And a huge cathedral (?) that the final fight happens in.
This isn’t a lot to go off of so if anyone knows pleaseee let me know!

2024.05.21 13:01 HeidiInWonderland The truth hurts. Who said the truth would set you free?

Written by both Heidi and Lita. Lita has to leave early for her internship so Heidi is posting this.
We had a very long, difficult, and important conversation with our mothers last night. We are posting this with their permission, hoping that it might help others like us.
It's hard for us to imagine any other 16-year-olds having a more wonderful year than we have had. How many people find their life partners at our young age? We trained our bodies, dove into our respective art forms, gained insight into our future careers, earned/saved a lot of money, made many friends, explored Buddhism, and joined two families into one.
But we were building a new family on a foundation of deceit and this is what had to change. Back to our conversation.
"We had led you to believe we met at school volleyball team practice back in September. We told you we discovered our soulmates and we were queer. From there we lived hard and well, became a family of six, and then everything else followed. We don't regret a second.
"We just left out one fact...we met and began our relationship one year earlier when we were in 9th grade. We had kept it secret from you. Sound familiar? It is like the story of Emma Nolan and Alyssa Greene in The Prom."
It is hard to describe the look in their eyes. We saw disbelief, shock, hurt, anger, and mostly a sense of betrayal.
Muma: How did you really meet?
Lita: Actually, we told you the story. In fact, we have been leaving clues all over the place kind of hoping we would be discovered.
Heidi: This goes back to September 2022. I was on the crosstown bus. I saw some boys get on. One stayed in the front and the others placed themselves in the aisle going down. The boy in the front grabbed a girl's phone and they passed it to each other. The boy at the end got the phone and walked out of the rear door. I had seen the entire thing and just followed him. He thought he had committed the perfect crime and I approached him. "I saw everything. I know your face, what you are wearing, and your sneakers. I know your friends. Give me the phone and I won't say a word." He did. I walked back to the bus and there was the girl with the bus driver and a couple of cops at the side of the bus. She was sobbing and they were trying to comfort her. I went up, told them what had happened, and gave her the phone back.
Mom: I remember the story. And you are saying that the girl you helped was Lita.
Muma: And the little heroine you told Pupa and me about was Heidi?
Lita: Yes. I was an absolute wreck, completely unconsolable. I felt violated and humiliated. The girl grabbed me by the arm and simply said "Come, let's sit down." She brought me to a cute ice cream restaurant she knew near Bloomingdale's. What's your favorite flavor? I said Plain Vanilla. What's yours? Chocolate. We looked at each other's skin and just had to laugh.
Heidi: I can't describe how I was feeling while we eating ice cream. Waves and waves and waves of emotions hit me.
Lita: All I could do was look Heidi in the eyes and hold her hand.
Mom: I remember that story very clearly.
Lita: We exchanged numbers and IG. Then came texts, calls, secret hookups, the first kiss, and the rest.
Heidi: It was like The King And I, "Hello Young Lovers."
Lita: It was High School Admissions time and I encouraged Heidi to audition for LaGuardia for the 10th grade.
Mom: So that was what that was all about?
Muma: But I don't understand why you felt a need to keep your relationship a secret for an entire year!
This was really the hardest part of the conversation. We talked about all the emotions we were experiencing. What, we are in love? We are lesbians? We are sneaking behind our parents' backs? We are watching lesbian porn and acting it out? What, I am with a black/white girl? All this shame at once and we couldn't figure a way out until Girls Volleyball. We even left some hints on this blog in case you read it.
Muma: What is most painful to me is that this was the time you needed your mothers the most and you went through the entire year all alone.
We are four strong woman. We were at a place far beyond "How dare you? This has to end. You are grounded. Scotland is off." There was thoughtful silence, long looks into each other's eyes, and then cuddling on the couch and watching The Good Doctor.
We all had the same thought. How are we going to tell Dad and Pupa?

Ready to turn CLICKS into SHIPPED CONTAINERS???? Let's dive in!

IDEAS to ROCK your IMPORT/EXPORT business online!
  1. Virtual Reality Product Tours: Take inspiration from companies like IKEA Place. Imagine potential customers using VR headsets to EXPLORE a virtual warehouse filled with your products. This can be particularly effective for BULKY or COMPLEX items like machinery or furniture.
  2. Interactive 360° Product Views: Not everyone has access to VR, but high-quality 360° product views on your website can be a great alternative. Allow users to ZOOM IN on details and virtually WALK AROUND the product for a more immersive experience. Wayfair excels at this, showcasing furniture in various settings.
  3. Partner with Local Influencers: Identify social media influencers in your target market (e.g., interior designers for homeware imports). Partner with them to create product reviews, tutorials, or even behind-the-scenes glimpses of the import/export process. Look at how Dollar Shave Club partnered with YouTube personalities to gain massive brand recognition.
  4. Live Q&A Sessions with Industry Experts: Host live webinars or social media Q&A sessions featuring import/export specialists or industry leaders. This establishes you as a THOUGHT LEADER and builds trust with potential clients. For example, freight forwarding companies could feature customs compliance experts.
  5. Gamified Learning Content: Turn dry import/export regulations or product information into interactive quizzes or games. This can be a fun and engaging way to EDUCATE potential customers, especially for complex products. Think of Duolingo's approach to language learning.
  6. AR "Try Before You Buy" Experiences: For certain products (e.g., clothing, jewelry), utilize Augmented Reality (AR) technology to allow customers to virtually "try on" the product before purchasing. This can be especially useful for targeting INTERNATIONAL customers who might hesitate to buy online without seeing the product first.
  7. Shoppable Livestreams: Host interactive livestream shopping events showcasing your products. Offer exclusive discounts or promotions during the livestream to incentivize purchases. Taobao, a major Chinese online retailer, has mastered the art of livestream shopping.
  8. Customer Story Reels: Feature short video testimonials from satisfied customers on social media. These real-life stories can build trust and SOCIAL PROOF, encouraging others to purchase from your company.
  9. Data-Driven Content Marketing: Analyze your website traffic data and social media insights to identify trending topics and customer pain points. Create targeted blog posts, infographics, or videos that address these topics and showcase your expertise.
  10. Partner with International Trade Organizations: Collaborate with relevant trade organizations to reach a WIDER AUDIENCE. Offer educational webinars or participate in industry events to connect with potential clients.

Conclusion

The global marketplace is at your fingertips. By leveraging the power of online marketing, you can connect with potential customers worldwide, streamline your import/export operations, and propel your business to new heights. Remember, this is an ongoing process. Continuously adapt your strategy based on data and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.

2024.05.21 12:49 AllUrMemes simultaneous movement 2.0

The major weakness of the (otherwise awesome) first simultaneous movement iteration was the GM/enemy's ability to move away from Heroes. There's no incentive for the GM to delay/play footsie, as it just lets Heroes bank resources, but it is still annoying if the GM is shifting away from you to go after your teammate.
After more workshopping, here's the new round loop I came up with:
  1. Heroes Ready/Draw (10 seconds; if players not finished, start next phase anyways, they can use it for extra time)
  2. Heroes Move (1 minute)
  3. GM Faces (10 seconds)
  4. Heroes Attack (no time limit, clockwise order)
  5. GM Moves (1 minute)
  6. Heroes Face (10 seconds)
  7. GM Attacks (no time limit, any enemy order)
I thought there might be some elegance lost in splitting up the movement and not having Heroes and GM teams move back-to-back. But the only inefficiency added is an extra "GM Face" step, so 10 extra seconds in order to avoid a lot of the potential frustration.
I think this is also easier to remember, because now it's basically HERO STUFF --- ENEMY STUFF, or OFFENSE --- DEFENSE sorta thing. So while it's ever-so-slightly longer, the parity will probably make things run smoother and thus faster anyways.
You've got a maximum of 2.5 minutes for everything in a round except for Hero attacks- generally the most exciting part when everyone is paying attention- and GM attacks.
I find that GM Attack/Hero Defense tends to be the most frustrating part of the game for me, as players stall and stutter thinking they've always got some way of avoiding hits, like taking any damage whatsoever is a personal affront... I'm grousing, but this is something I am working to improve by making weapon abilities probably a bit different, particularly the defensively-flavored ones. Maybe more re-rolls, to make the math a bit more opaqe and make proc'ing weapon abilities a bit more "gut instinct-y". (Let Stunts be the real hard-nosed controlled strategery stuff.)
Working on the layout/language/icons to hopefully help with this too.
I might also try and find some kinda gamey way to speed this up. Like idk, maybe a tiny little bell on the dice tray that the attacker dings to signal "omg hurry the f up and do something in the next few seconds or else this attack is over and take your damage". Dumb stuff like that can sometimes work pretty well.
In any case, I'll just re-iterate that this is a massive leap forward no matter what. Literally improves everything from the teamwork/strategy to speed of play to just genuine fun. As long as you have a reference card handy to walk you through the phases it is easy-peasy lemon-squeezy.

2024.05.21 12:45 The10Cousins The Mystery of our Hometown

So this happened 2-3 years ago. And I remember it was Eid Mubarak, which is a holiday for muslims. And in my country (Indonesia), there's a tradition that you can go to your hometown with your family.
I live in a city called "Bogor" and my hometown is in a city called "Cirebon". So me and my family is going to Cirebon this year. And we planned that we will also meet our extended family in my grand grandparent's house.
I thought it was going to be fun, not horror. But things started to get weird. When we arrived in our grand grandparents house at about 4pm, we see a bunch of people, we eat, we meet, and we play.
And in 5pm, Me and my cousins let's say their names are Josh, Daud, Randy, and Melody, decides to go to our grandfather's cemetery.
Not all of our cousins wanted to visit the cemetery, but we are the only ones that dares to visit the cemetery.
We have to take a route to a very small road and walk to the woods. So we arrived and we see some of our family in there praying in our grandpa's grave.
Josh, Daud, and Melody is joining our family to pray, but because besides the cemetery is a dark forest, and me and Randy got a little bit naughty and decides to explore the forest a little bit.
But I think we go to far, and we heard a terrifying scream like "Curse him!". Then, Randy saw a black shadow with red eyes behind a tree.
We were not moving and we almost had a heart attack, because the shadow just we saw is super tall. Like maybe 6 meters. Also, I think that the shadow was a mythology monster from Indonesia called "Genderuwo"...
And lately, people said there was a child that was kidnapped by a ghost there. But In January 2024, In our grand grandparents house, I got an information that there was a Voodoo doll in the house's backyard.
And I think the scream "Curse him" is related to the Voodoo doll
So what do you think?

2024.05.21 12:43 No_Pause8153 I (28M) got angry at a joke my girlfriend (29F) made last night during dinner and now things are back to being shaky between us.

Hi folks,
Longtime lurker and first-time poster here. I need a (relatively) unbiased perspective on something that happened last night with my girlfriend.
For context, things between us have been touch and go for the past two months. A combination of issues we had when we first started dating resurfacing and long-distance (she's been working out of the country since March but will be back in about ten days) has made it hard to soothe each other during such times.
Things yesterday were more than okay. Actually, they were great. The warmth that we had at the start of the year when she was still here was back. She was affectionate, loving, cracking jokes, smiling, laughing, etc. I felt great. We decided to prepare dinner together that night on FaceTime, and things were going stellar.
Until she was jokingly telling me to stop singing this one song that she hated and I told her "to relax" in a non-serious tone. I instantly went, "Oh shit haha I'm so sorry, don't take my head off," because I remembered how she hates it when someone tells her to "relax." She clapped back, saying, "Haha don't tell me to relax, I'll fucking punch you in the face." And that is when I got pissed.
I'm a sensitive guy. I always have been. It is something that has caused me a lot of anguish in my previous relationship because I can very quickly get upset about small things. For some reason, I've always had an issue with this kind of language in relationships. Violence. Do I think my girlfriend would actually punch me in the face? Of course not. But for whatever reason, I've always been hyper-sensitive to this kind of talk. I also despise it when anyone goes for my face in a joking manner, whether it's some rough housing with my dad or my friends, or my significant other jokingly giving me a couple of taps on the face.
I've never been physically abused in my life. My parents never laid a hand on me. I've never been physically bullied, either. So I really don't know where this aversion to physical or verbal jokes of this kind comes from.
I got a little pissed. I didn't shout, scream, or throw a tantrum. But I was visibly upset. She asked me why I was so pissed since she was clearly joking and said she would never actually punch me. I said I don't like that kind of language being thrown around even as a joke, to which she said, "Who hurt you?"
She went on to say that if this triggered a soft spot because of something that happened to me, I should communicate that to her. But I can't expect her to understand that if I've never told her. I said nothing happened to me. I've never been physically abused, so there's no "trauma" underlying it. It's just something I don't enjoy. No need to overanalyze it.
That sentence kicked my anger up a few notches. I guess reflecting on it, it felt invalidating. It frustrated me. I said, "Who hurt me? Do you really want to take it there? Is that how you want to handle this?"
I was pretty sure I knew why that sentence hurt me. I was in an emotionally abusive, toxic relationship for five years with a borderline narcississt. My girlfriend knows this. She knows how bad it was. And I guess the crass nature of the 'who hurt you?' comment reminded me of a time earlier in my relationship with my current girlfriend where we were having an argument and she said, "Do I have to treat you like shit to have you?" Which was a clear reference to my previous relationship. She has since apologized for that comment, after I told her how profoundly invalidating and wrong it is to say something like that.
The thing is. My girlfriend has a tendency to say things that come off as rude, hurtful, or invalidating when she's upset. And I think this whole situation triggered that fight or flight response after the 'Who hurt you?' debacle.
Back to the current issue....
I was flooded, so I told her I'd call her back after I've cooled off. I took five minutes to relax and then called her back. I apologized for my "overreaction" to her joke and explained to her that generally, I don't enjoy these kinds of jokes.
She went on to say that she finds me getting upset at something like this, to the degree that I did get upset, "kind of ridiculous."
I told her I understand. I said it was unfair to get roused up like that. I told her it's all water under the bridge now and I know she didn't mean anything she said seriously. I reiterated that I don't appreciate these kinds of jokes and that I don't think it's a big ask not to make them in our relationship. She agreed.
After we spoke about it, I couldn't shake the feeling that her telling me my reaction was "ridiculous" and me doubling down by saying it was "unfair" to her was, in reality, unfair to me, and invalidating for me.
Either way, it seemed like the damage was done, though. She was cold for the rest of the night while we watched something on Netflix. The jokey, smiling, sensual person that was there a few minutes ago was replaced by a cold, frustrated, avoidant person. Things were just lukewarm for the rest of the night. She was back to feeling super anxious about all the things we were going through and I was back to feeling like garbage. My anxiety was through the roof. My heart was beating like I was running away from a tiger. I felt sick to my stomach.
I wanted to beat myself up to a pulp. My internal monologue went straight into self-hatred mode. "Why are you like this? This is all your fault. Things were fine, but your sensitive, fragile ass just had to have a moment, right? You couldn't just enjoy the present moment. You couldn't take two seconds to calm your nervous system down before overreacting. Now she probably feels like she has to walk on eggshells around you. She probably thinks you're a baby. You're not a real man. A real man wouldn't throw a childish tantrum like this over a silly fucking joke. You just gave her the ick. You triggered her, and now she's anxious and feeling like crap, and so are you. You just can't have nice things, can you? You have to self-sabotage, don't you?"
I didn't give into the monologue. I took ten minutes to record a voice note to myself, speaking to myself as though I was a friend. I told myself that while I may have overreacted, I did the right thing by taking accountability and apologizing. I also reminded myself that what I had done was far from a "tantrum." I didn't scream, shout, break stuff, or name-call. I didn't blame her, hold it against her for the rest of the night, or stonewall.
The issue that I am dealing with and have always dealt with in these situations is the intense feelings of shame and guilt that come about after these moments. In addition, I feel like I can never truly validate my feelings. Sure, I recorded that voice note as an exercise to try to rewire that awful, abusive self-talk in my head, but I still felt like the whole situation was entirely my fault. I still sort of blame myself for how she is feeling now. I blame myself for disrupting a moment of peace and well-being in our relationship. And I also know that I am prone to self-sabotage, so that makes it even more difficult to find the middle ground between taking responsibility for my actions and validating my feelings.
Was I being extra? Was I really overreacting? Is my insecure attachment causing me to overanalyze or interpret my girlfriend's actions after the initial episode I had? Did she really invalidate how I was feeling by asking the "who hurt you?" question in a somewhat sarcastic way as well as telling me that it was ridiculous of me to get angry at such a thing? Was I really being unfair to her by reacting how I did? Is my nervous system just picking up on a pattern of invalidating behaviour and the anger after the 'who hurt you?' comment is a natural reaction to that? It is the morning after that situation, and I am feeling rather distant towards her. I feel almost sick in my stomach. As though I'm seeing a side to her that I shouldn't ignore. But again, I think as people with insecure attachments we have this tendency to either put people on an insane pedestal to which they will inevitably fall short of or label any behaviour as a 'red flag'.
I'm not looking for a pity party. I want honest opinions, please. If I was really in the wrong, I want to hear that perspective.
TL;DR:
Things have been touch and go with my girlfriend due to resurfacing issues and long-distance challenges. Last night on FaceTime, she joked about punching me in the face, which upset me as I'm sensitive to violent language. I expressed my discomfort, and she responded with a sarcastic "who hurt you?" This reminded me of a past abusive relationship. I took a break to calm down and apologized, but she called my reaction "ridiculous." She became cold afterward, making me anxious and self-critical. Now, I feel conflicted, wondering if my reaction was an overreaction or if her responses were invalidating. Am I overanalyzing due to my insecure attachment style, or is this a red flag? Seeking honest opinions.

2024.05.21 12:41 Pack-Fragrant How do I (29F) "slow things down" with my boyfriend (34M) after 2 months of honeymoon-like relationship?

First of all, sorry for my broken English. Not my native language. Please point out if something isn't clear!
TL;DR we’re rushing things and don’t know how to slow down
It's a nice story tbh. We met 10 years ago, we were in the same friend group. He had a big crush on me but I was a crazy ass 19 y.o. who didn't really care about boys, also I was planning to move to another city (500 km away) - and I did. So in the past 10 years we lost contact, albeit being friends on social media and stuff, and sometimes we would casually meet on nights out with our friends when I came home to visit.
While I was making the rounds of Southern Europe, he started a relationship that lasted approx. 7 years. They were living together and stuff. She's a nice girl, I remember meeting her a couple of times, but she's got a lot of "social" issues that made living together very hard for the both of them. She was in constant need of his presence, and for the last 1.5 year of their relationship he felt more like a father to her than a boyfriend (PLEASE NOTE I have nothing against her and I dont want to make her look bad because SHE'S NOT. If this info wasn't important for the story I wouldn't have shared that). He left her in December 2023, the main reason being that he wanted the relationship to "grow up", think of a family, a bigger house, dogs, kids... but she couldn't even keep a job so he ended things more or less in a friendly manner after trying and trying.
3 months later, in March, I liked a pic he posted on facebook, he sent me a message asking if I was back for good (I am) and basically asked me out on a date. And MAN WHAT A DATE. Everything was perfect, we laughed to the tears, you know when you feel something has clicked and now everything is in its right place? Yeah. We both felt that. So we jumped on this loveboat ride and everything has been great, but we were really rushing things, like I started staying there for the night during the week (aided by the fact that his apartment is 10 mins from my office so it was also covenient for me), he met my parents (by accident tho honestly that wasn't planned, but still) I met his mother, his coworkers, also his boss! He got drunk with my dad! (That was fun haha). I thought that we were rushing things too much but I brushed it off thinking "don't ruin it, if it feels right then let it be", but eventually it came out during a talk we had. We both acknowledged that we'd been getting ahead of ourselves and this was making him uncomfortable, because he didn't really want to end up in another relationship right after ending a 7 year long one, at the same time he thinks what we have is precious and we should cherish it. He wants to see and have a future with me but also wants to take things slow. I agreed, and being the pragmatic little demon I am I had prepared a list of things I thought we should do/stop doing, such as sleeping there on weeknights, parents involved etc, to which he agreed. Also I noticed that he was kind of... I don't really know how to explain, projecting? his ex's persona on me. I noticed that when he was on morning shift (starts at 6 a.m.) and I had spent the night at his apartment, he'd be very worried about me not getting up on time to go to work at 8 (like his ex did) and asked me to send him a message as soon as I woke up. Another thing, there has been a weekend when I was sick, it wasn't that bad, I just had a stomach ache and nausea and needed to go to the bathroom a lot. Well that day it looked like I couldn't even walk for him, he wanted me to stay at home while he was buying the groceries to cook for lunch even though I said I was fine and a trip to the supermarket wouldn't have killed me. I reckon that's because his ex was like that. But I'm not. I'm really an independent person, I've been living by myself for the past six years, I can look after myself! And even though it's lovely to have someone who cares about you, that just felt like having a nanny and not a boyfriend (we also talked about this).
Aprt from that our relationship is great, we discuss things as adults, every discussion/argument ends with a common point. I love this. Also he's the sweetest.
But after the talk we had, and the things we both agreed on, Sunday night we were watching a movie together on his sofa, the movie was over and I said "oh it's 10 pm, I gotta go" and he was like "why don't you just stay here for the night? Your office is basically across the street" I told him that that's exactly what we agreed to avoid, he insisted a bit but then I left.
Now, I don't know what else to do to slow things down apart from to ones I listed and furthermore I don't know how to help him with all of this. He's confused and I can see that, but I trust him and if he said he really cares about our relationship then so it is.
What do you think? What should I do?
Thank you for reading.

2024.05.21 12:27 gbreckin early signs?

is this weird?
so i'm in a sticky situation. my partner went out with his mates and they 'made friends' with some man in a bar, let's call him paul. i think my partner was pretty drunk n didn't think much of it, so they all went to my friends house for some drinks.
notes: pauls brother is apparently in prison for murder, paul had to leave the country for some time but now has returned but is living in a hostel until he finds a home. paul doesn't drink alcohol or do drugs, he's apparently celibate.
after about a week or so of the initial night out, my partner bumped into paul in the street. paul was adamant on my partner showing him where his other friend from the night lived as it was on the same road, and was trying to locate the house. my partner didn't want to give him the address, but it seemed paul remembered and started ringing all the bells of the apartment building.
paul then insisted on getting my partners number and walking him home. my partner refused the walk and left paul.
paul has now begun to send my partner a lot of texts checking in, asking him to be in touch and asking him to reply... and if he doesn't reply to tell him why (such as going to sleep etc).
my partner ignored the messages and then on the weekend me my partner and my friend were walking home and bumped into paul. paul was asking us where we were going and wanting to drive us (we refused). he then insisted on walking us home but we kept refusing and he followed and insisted. during this time, he was being REALLY creepy towards my friend and making advances and asking her to break his celibacy.
he insisted on walking us home but we didn't want him to know where we lived, as he had been ringing my other friends doorbell and i didn't feel safe with a man i barely know knowing where i live.
anyway, fast forward, we've ditched paul and continued our walk home.
as soon as we're home the texts begin, he asks if my partner got home safe. he began to ask why we didn't want him to come to our house, and said 'clearly you don't want a black man in your home' which is absolutely not the case. we don't want someone we barely know in our home - which is very fair i think.
the next day paul calls my partner and then proceeds to text him all through the day. he says my partner is racist because he's not replying (again, absolutely not true). he then asked my partner to send updates about what he's doing and sign off the messages at night time. he also said my partner can stay in his car if i ever kick him out. he then asks to see our house again and asks our address.
my partner sends a message basically saying he doesn't use his phone really so paul shouldn't expect a reply. he was also ringing our other friends doorbell again this day.
paul then says he'll just check in every now and then. but has already sent multiple texts including a good morning check in text this morning.
basically is this weird? i think it is but idk if it qualifies as the start of a stalking situation.
TLDR; my partner met a guy who is now relentlessly contacting him. unsure of what it means.

2024.05.21 12:23 Lealise Is daily immersive daydreaming a symptom of adhd? And is it normal for it to stop on medication? Do you hear music differently ?

I just started medication so I’m still discovering a lot of its impacts.
Usually I have a very active and vivid imagination.
For example, I will hear a sound in the room and it will trigger an invented melody or even harmonies in my head. I hear music all day long and it also triggers images/scenarios. I have also “practiced” immersive day dreaming as far as I can remember. And I mean IMMERSIVE.
I usually picture invented situations, using characters and topics I’m very interested in, often with what I perceive as complex music. The daydreaming used to be maladaptive (I would miss school, not do my work, get late to events and not sleep/eat/rest. It involves pacing in the room, mouthing dialogues and a lot of jumping and some running.) I could daydream for 8 hours in a row, which is of course very bad. Nowadays I considered my daydreaming immersive but no maladaptive, for 1-2 hours a day for my entertainment.
I love daydreaming, it sometimes gives me sad feelings if I’m in a bad place, but 90% of the time It’s giving me very intense joy, because I daydream about things I’m so interested in. I don’t see time passing when I do it and I can struggle to get out of it and go on with my day. It feels the same as hyperfocus to me.
I also daydreaming all day long while I do other things. My mind is effectively doing two things at once. I thinks it helps me not getting bored when I’m doing it alongside something else. Still this daydreaming is immersive as well and I sometimes need to take breaks in what I’m doing when I’m getting too interested in the dream, then I go back to “multitasking”. I think it makes me less efficient in my everyday tasks, it distracts me and makes me slower even though I enjoy it. And it feels out of my control to an extent.
Since I started the medication (one week ago) it just stopped! I also feel like I struggle much more with audiation and picturing things in my mind. Don’t get me wrong , I can still get lost in my thoughts, but it’s mainly a single monologue and much less vivid pictures/sounds. Even though I miss the experience, it has helped me to function better.
I got diagnosed recently so I have some questions:
  1. Is this type of daydreaming common in most people?
  2. If not, can it be an adhd symptom ?
  3. Has anyone stopped or greatly reduced daydreaming on medication ?
  4. If I stop the medication in the future, will I be able to daydream vividly like I use to/ go back to my old self?
  5. Did your perception of music change on medication ? I feel like I was able to dissect the music and follow a lot of the separate voices composing the harmony. I never had to work or train for it. But now I hear music more as a « block » if that makes sense? I truly don’t think I’m imagining this, it feels like my brain is prioritising the global sound instead of perceiving several details at once.

2024.05.21 12:15 Ok_Letterhead_5580 Will I ever be able to bond with my newborn and breastfeed him?

For the context, I am from India. And in India, in-laws/parents have a major role to play in the affairs of a married couple. Thankfully, I am not having to live my in-laws. But I do remember how when I was pregnant, they never bothered to call or ask me how I was doing. They have also never been very approving of me because their son went against their wishes and married an intercaste person.
Anyway, I had my elective Caeserean Section a month ago. As soon as I was out and back to my hospital room, I remember my mother-in-law holding the baby. The baby was never brought or shown to me in the hours following the delivery. I remember asking her to show me the baby's face and then she reprimanded me saying, "You just keep quiet and rest!" She kept the baby to her and even my own mother came and whispered into my ears, "I wanted to hold the baby but never got a chance". And then out of nowhere, my mother-in-law alongwith her own sister came and started putting the baby to my breast pressing hard on my CS scar. I screamed in pain but they didn't stop. They kept squeezing my breasts and not a single drop of milk was to be seen. Then they dismissed me off as someone who was too unhealthy to produce milk (according to them, thanks to my older food habits) and immediately put my newborn to bottle feed. They repeated this for the next 5 days and then I was discharged. The in-laws and their family would spend the entire day at the hospital and be with my baby. I had to ask someone to take a video of the baby and show me because he was never brought to me. The husband was also negligent towards me. Once discharged, I was asked to travel immediately to their hometown which is ten hours away and the condition of road is extremely bad. There were potholes and bumps and I had to cry my way. Neither my husband nor my parents showed any compassion or tried to stop this travel. I was still not able to produce much milk during my stay at my in-laws. They kept judging and commenting on me, thereby ruining the first month of my recovery as well. I was expected to be prim and proper to entertain their deluge of guests and was called "disrespectful and selfish" for staying in bed all day. My husband also totally supports his parents and it irks me to no end. This disguised patriarchy and domination has literally ruined my bonding experience with my baby and I'm still not able to breastfeed him or produce enough milk.
I would see videos and pictures of mommas holding their newborns right after delivery. Some on their chest, some to their cheek. And videos of husbands holding and helping their wives walk after surgery. When I asked my husband to help my out of bed, his mother commented that I was too fat for her son to help and it would take 4 persons to pull me out of bed. I was so hurt by this comment that I ended up getting out of bed, unassisted, took bath unassisted and had my first walk post surgery unassisted. But I regret how everytime I tried to hold my baby, I was either told I'm too weak and should rest or that I don't know how to do it. So I could never snatch my baby and exert my right. My husband even called me "failure of a mother" when I was unable to breastfeed in the hospital.
All of these incidents keep playing in my mind and I am just not able to be the mother that I could be or wanted to be. I feel like it is too late to teach my baby how to latch and that he would be on formula milk forever. I feel like it is too late to produce enough milk for my baby and that my breastfeeding journey has truly been a failure.

2024.05.21 12:07 andrebomtempo Where to find Thunder Soulstone (L)??

Hi all,
I completed the game and I am now going for the platinum trophy and clearing all the remaining stuff to do.
I am now only missing the quest to fix the Flamechurch Cathedral window (Cathedral Window Repair). I need 1 of each of the large soulstones (Fire, Ice, Wind and Thunder).
Obviously I passed across several of those during the gameplay, but used lots of them and when I went to check, I only had the fire one, so I started looking for the others. At this point I was a bit worried because I already robbed pretty much everyone with Throne, so was not sure where to find them.
I walked around, robbed some people I missed, did a couple of dungeons and was able to get the wind and ice ones.
Now I am missing a final large thunder soulstone and have no idea where to find one.
I pretty much followed the map city by city with Throne robbing everyone already and completed all other side quests. So getting it as a quest reward is not possible and robbing someone is unlikely, but if someone know of a hidden npc that carries one, please let me know.
I then remembered that I didnt rob as much people at night, so now I am following the entire map again with Agnea to try and get it from someone at night.
If anyone know a place to find one, please tell me so I can check if I havent got it already.
Also, is there anywhere in particular that enemies have a higher chance of dropping it so I can try farming for it?
I would really hate to be locked out of the platinum trophy for not being able to get a simple large thunder stone.
Thanks for the help, any tips are welcome!

2024.05.21 12:03 Final-Log-2303 8th dose experience (5mg)

Hello everyone,
This is my week 8 update!! Can’t believe it’s been 2 months!
This week i took my 3rd dose of 5mg in the bottom left of my belly. Side effects have been pretty low-key although I have been using the bathroom more than usual (that is the most polite way i could think of saying what i mean). Probably going to go back to my thigh next week as my appetite suppression was less noticeable this week.
This week’s weight loss has been slow at 0.9kg lost in total. Just want to mention that this is slow for me personally as i usually lose between 1.5-3kg a week but 0.9kg is still amazing and very healthy. This is especially since i have been eating a bit more this week too (it’s almost time to move out of our uni house and i have quite a bit of freezer food to get through to avoid waste).
On the plus side, ive officially lost 15kg (15.3kg to be exact) so i am 25% of the way to my target which is very exciting.
I’ve been to the gym 5 times and have been getting back into walking but mostly on the treadmill because the weather has not been on my side. I cant remember when but a few weeks back i mentioned needing to pluck up the courage to start pilates. Unfortunately my Pilates Mat is still chilling in its Amazon packaging in the corner of my room but I blame my academic commitments for that. I will give it a go at some point soon. I promise!
Currently at the point where i need to start thinking about whether i want to go to 7.5mg or not. Im leaning more towards staying on 5mg as it’s been quite kind to me but im going to wait until i take my 4th dose of 5mg so i can make a fully informed decision. This will be okay as i plan on taking the “5th dose” of 5mg also.
Weird side note: my body has started clicking a lot which i read can be caused by me eating less fats whilst on this weight loss journey?? Not sure how accurate that is but it low-key makes sense. Either way the clicking isn’t painful, it’s just annoying to hear.
That’s all from me!! Hope you’re all doing well :)
Stats as of 17 May 2024 5’7 21F, SW and HW: 120kg (265lbs), CW: 104.7kg (230.8lbs), GW: 60kg (132lbs)

2024.05.21 11:56 Ariistokats I was looking for my rental car; it was time to return it but it was missing and may have been stolen

In 2017 I met my partner and went through a massive spiritual awakening - discovered Jung; experienced unspeakable levels of love, insight, truth, synchronicity- then became scared of how open I felt and worried I would descend into madness. I was 25, about to turn 26. During this time I remember having such symbolic dreams - one in particular when I discovered multiple levels in my apartment building I was living in at the time, went to the top floor and walked in on a party of women with faces painted blue drinking champagne- I went back to my room after the dream and a dog spoke to me (I realise how bizarre this sounds) and said to me “I hope you know all of this is real”
A few months after this I left my home country with my partner, went deep into shadow work (I continue to uncover layers of unconscious, ugliness, power dynamics I participate in, oversensitivity, blind spots) - we began an entirely new life from the ground up, I struggled so much with my identity, finding belonging, yearning for deep connections and to be seen/known for who I truly am; I became a mother 1.5 years ago and that in itself was the most incredible transformation inside and out. Truthfully I have yearned to go back to this place of pure love and bliss I experienced in 2017 when I was just discovering this work. I felt I knew I was on my path.
Fast forward 2024; in a few weeks I will return home for the first time in over 6 years, with my partner and our son. I’ve felt disconnected from my truth at times, numb at times, like I need to resurrect the part of me that is i guess in Jung’s terms, the true self.
And this dream in the title I just had a few nights ago— any idea what it could be symbolizing?

🔗Cold Steel Spear Head Trainer with Santoprene Handle

When I first got the Cold Steel 92R95 spear head trainer, I was skeptical about how realistic and sturdy it would feel. But after taking it out of the box, I was pleasantly surprised by its construction. The spear head is made of Santoprene, a non-toxic material that's flexible yet strong enough to provide a realistic experience.
While the 10 2/3 inch head length may seem intimidating at first, it's actually quite manageable. The 7mm edge thickness and 6.13 inches of blade length provide a balanced feel, allowing for smooth and precise movements. It even comes with a small base mount for easier attachment to a broom handle.
However, the product does have some minor cons. Firstly, it's quite heavy, making it a bit challenging if you're not accustomed to holding it for long periods. Secondly, the flexibility of the spear head can sometimes make it feel a bit wobbly when in use, which may cause some safety concerns.
Nonetheless, the Cold Steel spear head trainer is a great tool for training purposes. Its combination of safety, flexibility, and realistic feel makes it an excellent choice for those looking to improve their skills without risking injury. Just be cautious and make sure you're comfortable with the weight and flexibility before diving in.

🔗Cold Steel Rondel Rubber Training Dagger for Practicing Knife Skills

https://preview.redd.it/dj3es6lr4r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=96dd8101380d0c6e8cd2b96fc937953b8fd8c49b
Training with a real dagger can be a dicey proposition, but Cold Steel's Rondel Rubber Training Dagger offers a safer alternative in a sleek, easy-to-handle design. The rubbery construction is perfect for honing your sword skills without the risk of injury, making it an excellent choice for all-level HEMA practitioners.
The Rondel Rubber Training Dagger's blade feels solid in your hand while its knurled grip offers a surehold even with sweaty palms. The overall construction is well-balanced, and its rounded tips prevent accidental injuries. Additionally, the rubber blade is surprisingly flexible yet stiff enough to parry a blow, making it an excellent training companion for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
The 1-inch thick blade provides ample weight to mimic the feel of a steel dagger without being too heavy to swing around. Its 11.25-inch blade length and 17.13-inch overall length make it versatile enough for various techniques, from simple strikes to complex parries. The Santoprene handle offers a durable, comfortable grip, and it's easy to hold even when wearing gloves.
While this dagger won't be a perfect substitute for a real one, its realistic heft and blade shape make it a practical and efficient training tool. Its affordability ensures that you can have one readily available for both yourself and your sparring partners, making it an excellent addition to your HEMA training kit.

🔗Cold Steel O Bokken: High-Impact Polypropylene Alternative to Traditional Bokken

https://preview.redd.it/26tqqlxr4r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1e008e3fe13a8a4193ce7a2aaa2dc49a8bac98e1

I've recently started practicing martial arts, and one of the essential training tools I was recommended was the Cold Steel O Bokken. This synthetic sword has been a game-changer in my training regimen.
The first thing that caught my attention was the molded-in high impact polypropylene grip. It provides superior grip and comfort, making it very easy to maneuver during sparring sessions. The sword's polypropylene handle is also very durable and resistant to damage, perfect for the intense nature of martial arts practice.
One of the highlights of the Cold Steel O Bokken is its lightweight design. It's perfectly replicated the size and feel of a steel sword, while minimizing the risk of causing serious injury. The blade length of 30 inches and its 1-inch thick blade makes it an ideal choice for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.
However, there are a couple of downsides I've noticed while using the Cold Steel O Bokken. Firstly, the blade's sharpness could pose a potential threat during practice, especially when you are using it with other people. Secondly, the hilt guard that comes with the sword is made from flimsy rubber, which tends to crack with age and usage. While it's not vital for the sword's functionality, it does affect its overall appearance.
Despite these minor drawbacks, the Cold Steel O Bokken has been a reliable and essential training tool in my martial arts journey. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their practice sessions while minimizing the risk of accidents.

🔗White Leather Hi-Top Sneakers by A-COLD-WALL

Over the past month, I've been rocking the A-COLD-WALL Luol High-Top Leather Sneakers in white. As a sneaker enthusiast, I appreciate the classic, timeless look of white canvas and rubber soles and was excited to see how these would fare in my wardrobe.
The first thing I noticed is that these sneakers are true to size, providing a comfortable, snug fit. I also appreciate the sizing being mentioned as Italian, which made me feel like I'm rocking a European vibe. The round toe shape adds a touch of elegance while maintaining a comfortable fit.
The Luol Hi Top Sneaker has a rich, raw edge construction that makes these kicks stand out. The padded reinforced ankle is a great feature, providing both support and comfort on long walks. I also loved the large blind debossed logo at the heel - it's subtle yet eye-catching. The ACW bracket logo debossed and printed at the toe box adds a touch of personal style.
However, these sneakers aren't perfect; the laces may need some getting used to if you prefer a tighter fit, and the soles could be a bit more cushioned for added comfort during long wear.
Overall, the A-COLD-WALL Luol High-Top Leather Sneakers in white are a great addition to any wardrobe. The classic style, comfortable fit, and unique features make this sneaker stand out from the crowd.

🔗Versatile Magnetic Indoor Trainer with Craftsmanship and Ease of Use

As a cycle enthusiast, I've tried my fair share of trainers, but the CycleOps SUPERMAGNETO Pro Trainer takes the cake. The power curve for every rider type and ride type in one trainer is a game-changer. I can easily switch between easy, road, interval, and mountain resistance curves to customize my workouts according to my goals.
But what really stands out is the Flexible Power Curve Technology. It allows me to adjust resistance curves for a truly personalized training experience. I also love the easy adjustments for both ride and rider types. Plus, the Pro Series frame adds a touch of elegance to the trainer.
However, there's a downside to every product. The setup process can be a bit tricky, especially if you're new to trainers. Also, the noise level might be a concern for some, as it's not the quietest trainer on the market. But overall, the CycleOps SUPERMAGNETO Pro Trainer delivers a smooth, effective, and versatile training experience. It's a sturdy, easy-to-set-up, and quiet piece of craftsmanship that makes indoor cycling an enjoyable part of the daily routine.

🔗Cold Steel Brooklyn Crusher Baseball Bat - Durable, Versatile Trainer

https://preview.redd.it/2dfii66t4r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d897eb1b41698800e24cb1ea1396b4d4f2e91de0
In my daily life, I've found the Cold Steel Brooklyn Crusher to be a game-changer. This nearly indestructible bat, made of durable polypropylene, stands true to its claim of never breaking, rotting, cracking, splintering, or fading. Its 29-inch length and two-pound, one-ounce weight make it versatile and perfect for various activities, such as competition, batting practice, and even at-home self defense. The synthetic polypropylene material also adds an extra layer of strength and durability.
While using the Cold Steel Brooklyn Crusher, I've noticed both the positive and negative aspects of it. The most noteworthy aspect is its unbreakable nature, which instills confidence in the bat's performance. However, its weight might be a drawback for some users, making it a bit too heavy for casual use or for individuals who prefer a lighter bat. Nonetheless, it remains an excellent choice for those seeking a strong and reliable baseball bat for a variety of purposes.

🔗Unbreakable Gladius Trainer Sword by Cold Steel

https://preview.redd.it/1u7bd2ht4r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=28bac2788b692e805bb140335df1e6073a86cabf
Having had the pleasure of using the Cold Steel 92BKGM Gladius Trainer Sword, I can honestly say it's a fantastic training tool. The synthetic device, made of heavy-duty polypropylene, is incredibly durable and safe to use. Unlike the wooden swords of old, it won't rot, crack, chip, or splinter, providing you with a reliable training companion.
Right off the bat, the sword's design and construction were impressive. With a blade length of 20-30 inches, a 9-inch handle, and an overall length of 31 inches, it closely duplicates the size, weight, and feel of a genuine sword. This feature allows you to train as you would with a real one, without the added risk of injury.
The weight and balance of the sword are spot on, making it easy to handle. This is also due to its single-mold construction, which adds to its overall sturdiness. In fact, I was surprised at how solid and unbending it was.
One of the key advantages of the Cold Steel Gladius Trainer is its cut resistance. It's designed to be remarkably stiff and resistant to blows, allowing you to train effectively without having to worry about it failing or breaking.
Despite its robustness, the sword is surprisingly comfortable to hold. The 9-inch polypropylene handle is a good length, providing a firm and secure grip. The sword's overall balance and weight distribution make it a joy to handle.
However, no product is without its minor drawbacks. While it's a terrific training tool for novices, it's not a perfect substitute for a "live blade. " The sword's rigidity might be a bit too much, making it less forgiving than a wooden sword. But that's a trade-off for the added safety it provides.
The Cold Steel Gladius Trainer Sword is an excellent investment for anyone looking to improve their swordsmanship skills. With its durability, close-to-perfect replication of a real sword, and cut-resistant design, it's an indispensable tool for anyone on the journey to becoming a skilled swordsman.

Buyer's Guide

Cold Steel Trainers are designed to help individuals build and maintain their self-defense skills. These trainers come in different forms, such as throwing stars, knives, and swords. Before purchasing a Cold Steel Trainer, it is crucial to consider several factors to ensure you get the most out of your investment.

Material Quality

Cold Steel Trainers are generally made from high-quality materials, such as steel, brass, or tungsten. Look for trainers with a sturdy build and a durable finish. Quality materials will stand up to regular training and practice, ensuring your trainer lasts longer.

Safety Features

Safety should always be the top priority when training with a Cold Steel Trainer. Check the trainer's design and construction for potential safety hazards, such as sharp edges or loose parts. Ensure the trainer has safety features, like a dull edge or a soft rubber tip, to prevent accidents during practice.

Realism

For effective training, the Cold Steel Trainer should closely resemble the real weapon it represents. Look for trainers that have similar dimensions, weight, and balance to the actual weapon. This realism ensures that when you transition to using the real weapon, you will be more comfortable and better prepared.

Ease of Use

Your Cold Steel Trainer should be easy to use and handle, regardless of your skill level. Trainers with appropriate weight and size can help in developing correct techniques and building hand-eye coordination. Make sure the trainer you choose is suitable for your level of training and that you are comfortable using it.

5 Surprising Ways to Stay Energetic While Losing Weight
https://preview.redd.it/wysqmtho4r1d1.jpg?width=3008&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cb0004275443c9cd399f5227ac4f16b38db744f3
As a fitness trainer, I’ve witnessed many individuals struggle to maintain their energy levels while embarking on their weight loss journey. It’s a common misconception that cutting calories and increasing exercise inevitably lead to fatigue and low energy. However, with the right approach, you can actually boost your energy levels while shedding those extra pounds. In this article, I’ll share five surprising ways to stay energetic while losing weight.

1. Prioritize Protein Intake:

One surprising way to stay energetic during weight loss is by prioritizing your protein intake. Protein is essential for muscle repair and growth, and it also plays a crucial role in regulating energy levels. Consuming protein-rich foods such as lean meats, fish, eggs, and legumes can help you feel fuller for longer periods, reducing the likelihood of energy dips throughout the day. Additionally, protein requires more energy to digest compared to carbohydrates or fats, further boosting your metabolism and energy expenditure.

2. Optimize Your Sleep:

Sleep is often overlooked in the weight loss journey, yet it’s one of the most crucial factors for maintaining energy levels. Quality sleep is essential for proper hormone regulation, including those that control appetite and energy metabolism. Aim for 7–9 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night to ensure your body has enough time to rest and recharge. Create a relaxing bedtime routine, limit screen time before bed, and ensure your sleep environment is conducive to restful sleep.

3. Stay Hydrated with Electrolytes:

Hydration is key for overall health and energy levels, but simply drinking water may not be enough, especially if you’re active. Electrolytes, such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium, play vital roles in regulating fluid balance and muscle function. When you sweat during exercise or physical activity, you lose electrolytes along with water. Replenishing these electrolytes is essential for maintaining energy levels and preventing dehydration. Consider adding electrolyte-rich foods and beverages like coconut water, sports drinks, or electrolyte tablets to your routine, especially during intense workouts.

4. Incorporate Mindful Movement:

While high-intensity workouts can be effective for weight loss, they may also drain your energy reserves if done excessively. Instead of focusing solely on intense exercise, incorporate mindful movement into your daily routine. Activities such as yoga, tai chi, or leisurely walks can help reduce stress levels, improve mood, and increase energy without exhausting your body. Plus, mindful movement promotes flexibility, balance, and overall well-being, making it a valuable addition to any weight loss regimen.

5. Harness the Power of Supplements:

Supplements can be a helpful tool for boosting energy and supporting weight loss efforts. One such scientifically proven supplement gaining attention is Java Burn. Java Burn is a unique blend of natural ingredients designed to enhance metabolism, increase energy levels, and promote fat loss. It contains ingredients like green tea extract, chromium, and green coffee bean extract, all of which have been shown to support weight loss and improve energy levels.
Java Burn is not a magic solution, but when combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise, it can provide an extra boost to your weight loss journey. Many individuals have reported increased energy levels, improved focus, and enhanced fat burning while using Java Burn as part of their routine.
In conclusion, staying energetic while losing weight doesn’t have to be a daunting task. By prioritizing protein intake, optimizing sleep, staying hydrated with electrolytes, incorporating mindful movement, and harnessing the power of supplements like Java Burn, you can fuel your body with the energy it needs to reach your weight loss goals. Remember to listen to your body, make gradual changes, and seek support from a qualified fitness professional if needed. With the right strategies and mindset, you can achieve lasting success in your weight loss journey while feeling energized and empowered every step of the way.

🔗Stanley Quick Flip Go Water Bottle: 24 oz., Tigerlily, Dishwasher Safe

https://preview.redd.it/70u2s2334r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f71c05c8affa7a4c94dfbb6b87590203cbfc4684
As a product reviewer, I've had the pleasure of trying out the Stanley 24 oz. Quick Flip Go Water Bottle in the Tigerlily color. This water bottle has become a staple in my daily routine.
The first thing that caught my eye was its sleek design – perfect for carrying on the go. The double-wall vacuum insulation is a real game-changer. Whether I'm sipping on iced water in the summer or a hot cup of tea in the winter, the temperature remains consistent for hours.
One feature I particularly appreciate is the trigger-action lid. It's easy to use and helps prevent spills, making it great for when I'm on the move. Plus, the fact that it's dishwasher safe is a lifesaver. No more scrubbing by hand!
However, there are a couple of downsides. Firstly, the weight of the bottle can be a bit of a struggle for those who prefer a lighter option. Secondly, the dimensions might not fit all car cup holders, which can be a hassle during road trips.
Overall, the Stanley Quick Flip Go Water Bottle has been a reliable companion in my everyday life. Its combination of style, functionality, and durability make it a must-have for anyone looking for a reliable water bottle.

🔗Cold Steel Heavy Duty Nylon Cane with Rubber Ferrule

https://preview.redd.it/v48i5gn34r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=64aac772c9910fa7f43dc2f916fb8b53b380e7fc
I've been using the Cold Steel Heavy Duty Cane in my daily life, and it has proven to be quite the companion. The nylon handle provides an enhanced grip that makes it convenient to hold, while the steel construction ensures structural strength for long-term use. I particularly appreciate the rubber ferrule, which is designed to be slip-resistant, making it an excellent choice for uneven terrain or icy sidewalks.
One downside is that it might be a bit heavy for some people, especially those who don't need the extra weight for support. However, the overall design and engineering of the cane are top-notch, and it gives me a sense of reassurance knowing I have a sturdy and reliable walking staff whenever I need it.

🔗Cold Steel Special Forces Shovel: Robust, Stainless Steel Outdoor Essential

https://preview.redd.it/onud1it34r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=19aa78d8c58949aae696362f44a26b21b9da0dca
This past summer, I found myself on a weekend camping trip and realized I didn't pack a shovel. I needed to dig a small trench around my campsite to divert water. Luckily, a friend had a Cold Steel Special Forces Shovel that he let me borrow. On the first day, he taught me how to use it. The edge was sharp, and the handle felt sturdy. I was surprised by how strong it was. I struggled a bit at first, but it didn't take long before I was able to dig the trench.
After returning from the camping trip and reflecting on the weekend, I realized that the shovel had some flaws. Firstly, it was a bit heavy for a camping trip, and I felt it could cause strain on my back over time. Secondly, it didn't come with a sheath, which was inconvenient since I had to keep it in my vehicle's trunk, where it took up too much space.
Despite these issues, I still appreciated the durability of the Cold Steel Special Forces Shovel. It was clear that it was designed for heavy-duty tasks. The edge remained sharp even after I used it heavily. The wooden handle felt comfortable to hold, even though it was a bit on the thick side.
Overall, the Cold Steel Special Forces Shovel was a functional tool, but it could be improved for camping trips or situations where portability is a priority.

🔗Cold Steel Smatchet: Deluxe Edition for Playstation 5

https://preview.redd.it/duzypj644r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4feb4a7502a34a0974f6539f3524c5dc9b0652ab
As someone who thoroughly enjoyed diving into the Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III and IV, let me share my experience with this dynamic duo. The deluxe edition for Playstation 5 was a refreshing return to the rich world of Erebonia, where war hero Rean Schwarzer began his new life as an instructor at Thors Military Academy's branch campus.
What stood out to me was how the game expertly handled the aftermath of the Erebonian Civil War and introduced new threats to keep the story alive. Delving into it with the improved RPG gameplay on PlayStation 5 made my journey even more immersive. Plus, the cosmetic DLC available with these iterations ensured that every member of my party was looking their best, adding a unique touch to the experience.
However, like any other game, it wasn't all smooth sailing. There were moments that were a bit challenging, but overall, the Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III and IV truly delivered an engaging experience that I thoroughly enjoyed as a fan of the genre.

🔗Heavy Duty Cold Grease Remover for Effortless Cleaning

https://preview.redd.it/u3w4xrr44r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c04c7764c1fb93b8481b812e63772b4366bf500d
As a home cook who's always experimenting with new recipes and kitchen tools, I've found myself in a bit of a pickle when it comes to removing stubborn grease from my appliances. That's why I was thrilled to try the Shumanit Cold Grease Remover.
Right off the bat, I found it remarkable how quickly this cold grease remover works. No need for a heat source or any harsh chemicals. In fact, it's effective on all sorts of surfaces - my oven, pots, frying pans, baking trays, stainless steel dishes, cooking surfaces, steam extractors, and even hard-to-clean vents.
I've had my fair share of leaky packages in the past, but the Shumanit Cold Grease Remover was surprisingly well-packed. It comes in a sturdy plastic bottle with a trigger spray that's easy to use.
The product has a delightful citrus smell that lifts the spirits while I'm getting my hands dirty in the kitchen. Plus, the grease and grime just seem to vanish as if by magic.
However, there's one small downside to my Shumanit experience. On one occasion, the package was partially leaking, which made me worry about the condition of the other products in the batch. I just hope it was a one-time issue and not a trend.
To sum up, the Shumanit Cold Grease Remover is a truly versatile and effective grease and grime remover. It's a lifesaver for anyone who values a sparkling clean kitchen. Let's just hope the packaging improves in the future.

🔗Insulated Stanley Classic Legendary Bottle: Perfect for Outdoor Adventures

https://preview.redd.it/94c0sq154r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5e05bc9a8d38beb755f6ee94776ff2533d2ed8d3
The Stanley Classic Legendary Bottle is a versatile and durable companion for any outdoor excursion. It's been a part of my camping adventures for years, ensuring that my beverages stay the perfect temperature no matter the weather.
The thick stainless steel walls not only keep my iced drinks cold for two days but also keep my hot beverages warm for up to two weeks. Plus, the leak-proof lid doubles as a cup, providing a convenient and easy-to-use option for sipping on the go.
The 2.5-quart capacity is ideal for sharing drinks with friends or keeping a large quantity of your favorite beverage at the ready. I've washed my Stanley Classic Legendary Bottle in the dishwasher without any concerns about rust or BPA exposure, and it continues to perform as well as it did on day one.
Overall, the Stanley Classic Legendary Bottle has become an essential part of my outdoor gear, and I can't imagine spending time in nature without it.

🔗Stanley Vacuum Insulated 1.5qt Bottle: Leakproof and Durable for Any Adventure

https://preview.redd.it/hv1cfgh54r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=92c3e83a1e6ed9bde65bd49c95962c0425bd9025

For my outdoor adventures, the Stanley Legendary Classic Bottle 1.5qt Habitat has truly been a game-changer. This insulated beverage container ensures my drinks remain at the perfect temperature for hours on end, whether I'm savoring a hot cup of coffee on a chilly morning or enjoying an icy beverage on a sweltering day.
One of my favorite features is the stainless steel construction, which not only makes the bottle sturdy and durable but also ensures it's free of BPA, a nice touch for any health-conscious individual. The double-wall vacuum insulation, another key highlight, works wonders in keeping my beverages at their desired temperatures, even in extreme conditions.
However, I found that the bottle can be quite difficult to clean, especially along the insulated areas. Additionally, the screw cap lid, while functional, can be a bit tricky to twist off after a while, depending on the grip strength. These minor inconveniences aside, the Stanley Legendary Classic Bottle has proven to be an indispensable companion on all my outdoor excursions.

🔗Versatile Cold Welding Formula for Robust Bonds

https://preview.redd.it/4ogfz5u54r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c4866a573a4c06607a53a48abca3bb57ecd3aa95
Recently, I got my hands on the J-B Weld Original Cold-Weld Formula Steel Reinforced Epoxy. I was intrigued by the fact that it could serve as an inexpensive alternative to welding, soldering, and brazing. To my surprise, this versatile epoxy proved to be a game-changer in my daily life.
One of the most impressive features of the J-B Weld epoxy is its water-resistant nature. I used it to seal a leak in my water pipe, and it worked like a charm. The epoxy's petroleum and chemical resistance made it perfect for my project, as it withstood various tests without any damage.
Another standout feature of this product is its non-toxic and safe-to-use nature. I used it to fix my child's broken toy, and its safety made me feel more comfortable.
However, I did notice that the mixing ratio of the epoxy is quite sensitive. One must be cautious not to deviate too far from the 1-1 ratio of liquid steel/epoxy resin and the hardener. A slight miscalculation could result in a weaker bond or the need for reapplication.
In conclusion, the J-B Weld Original Cold-Weld Formula Steel Reinforced Epoxy is a must-have for DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike. Its ease of use, remarkable strength, and versatility make it a standout product in its category. Despite the minor drawback of the mixing ratio, the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience.

🔗Insulated Bottle for Long-Lasting Beverages

https://preview.redd.it/hjiqws764r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=778b7036f610f7931a5d1bf47b1544b1da25f09e
I recently put the Stanley Classic to the test on an outing to the mountains. This bottle is a true companion for outdoor enthusiasts, with its impressive 18/8 stainless steel construction and BPA-free design. The 1.5 quart capacity means it can handle all types of drinks, from hot coffee to icy coolers, and keep them at the optimal temperature for up to two days. The folding handle is a clever added feature that allows for easy carrying without the risk of it rolling away.
One of the standout features of this bottle is its leakproof design, making it a reliable option for packing in a backpack or storing in a truck bed. The wide mouth also makes it easy to fill and clean, which is especially helpful for those who enjoy making their own homemade brews. However, I did notice that the bottle is quite heavy, weighing in at 2 pounds, making it more challenging to carry for longer periods of time.
Overall, the Stanley Classic is an excellent investment for those who love spending time outdoors and need a reliable companion to keep their drinks at the perfect temperature.

🔗Portable Insulated Water Bottle with Silicone Straw

https://preview.redd.it/l5lg54i64r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e07172bcc88a069950d96dd4cfb862f209f40f40
I recently had the chance to put the Cooper Stainless Steel Water Bottle to the test, and I have to say, it impressed me with its performance. The most standout feature of this water bottle is its ability to keep drinks cold for an impressive amount of time. I often struggle to find a water bottle that can truly keep my beverage chilled all day long, but this one did just that. The double-walled and vacuum insulated design does an excellent job of maintaining the temperature of the liquid inside.
Another feature I appreciated is the leak-proof lid. No matter how rough I was with it, it never leaked once. The one-touch silicone push button locking mechanism helped keep my bag and clothes dry, while the straw was a fun and convenient addition. Cleaning it was also a breeze, thanks to the top rack dishwasher safe lids and BPA-free materials.
However, I did experience a downside with the product - it isn't suitable for hot beverages. If you're someone who prefers drinking tea or coffee, this may not be the best option for you. Additionally, I found it slightly difficult to fit the bottle in my usual cup holders, which can be inconvenient during travel or at the gym.
Overall, the Cooper Stainless Steel Water Bottle did an incredible job of keeping my drinks cold and providing a leak-proof, easy-to-clean design. Although there were minor drawbacks, I still enjoyed its benefits and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish water bottle.

🔗Stanley 1.1 Qt. Legendary Classic Canteen - BPA-Free Stainless Steel

https://preview.redd.it/fva5u8074r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=021a8e122aa23b47e0dbf977a9a0b77939f8066e
I recently had the chance to try out the Stanley 1.1 Qt. Classic Canteen, a 18/8 stainless steel bottle that promises to be leakproof, packable, and perfect for outdoor use. At first glance, the canteen looks sleek and sturdy, with a classic design that makes it easy to hold and carry around. It comes equipped with a removeable carrying strap that keeps your hands free and adds a touch of style to the canteen.
One of the standout features of this canteen is its non-insulated stainless steel material, which allows for easy packing while still offering a decent capacity for your favorite beverage. However, I found that the lack of insulation means that the canteen doesn't retain temperature as well as I would have liked. While it's fine for day-to-day use, it's not ideal for taking on long hikes or camping trips where maintaining the temperature of your drink is important.
Another downside to the canteen is the attached cap, which can be a bit tricky to open and close, especially with one hand. Though I appreciate the convenience of having it attached, it would be nice if the cap were more user-friendly and easy to access. Additionally, the metal clips on the carrying strap can be quite loud when walking or hiking, which can be a bit distracting and might not be the most discreet choice for stealthily navigating through the wilderness.
Despite these minor drawbacks, overall I found the Stanley 1.1 Qt. Classic Canteen to be a functional and stylish option for everyday use. It's a good choice if you're looking for a versatile water bottle that won't break the bank, but just remember to manage your expectations when it comes to insulation and noise.

🔗Corkcicle 32oz Sport Canteen: Triple-Insulated, Wide-Mouth Drink Container with Quick Sip Lid

https://preview.redd.it/g8jdgja74r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5900642083119fc5f56b1e9d8f8477efab04f303
The Corkcicle 32oz Sport Canteen boasts a spacious 950mL capacity, perfect for hydration while on the go. Its quick sip lid adds convenience to everyday use, and the signature flat sides and Duraprene finish ensure a secure grip.
Triple-insulation maintains drinks at their desired temperature for extended periods, making it an ideal choice for both hot and chilled beverages alike. A wide mouth allows for ice cube insertion, while the lid's easy-to-use one-hand opening adds practicality.
Regrettably, some users have experienced issues with the lid's functionality and structure, which may prove a disadvantage for those seeking a seamless drinking experience. Nonetheless, for those seeking a durable, stylish, and functional water bottle, the Corkcicle 32oz Sport Canteen offers an impressive range of features.

🔗Versatile Insulated Water Bottle with Cup Lid

https://preview.redd.it/ba7lnum74r1d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4236dde9fc2a1109edb6d8a02ff4d627c9fb186e
This Stanley Classic Legendary Bottle, aptly named "Nightfall, " has become an essential companion in my daily life. The bottle's robustness and dependability have captivated me, as my newfound favorite keeps the brew piping hot during those frigid mornings or even chills your favorite beverage during scorching summer days.
One of the key features that have blown my mind is its innovative, leak-proof design. By using the twist-and-pour stopper, it ensures that my adventures are safe from any accidental mishaps involving the bottle. Moreover, the slim design makes it the perfect single-handed companion, ensuring a comfortable grip.
However, there are a couple of minor nits. The lid being insulated and doubling as a cup is a fantastic idea, but I found it a tad more tedious than convenient during my first few times. Additionally, while the bottle's sturdiness won my heart, it unfortunately lacks a wider mouth, which might make it a bit more practical for my soup-loving, chunky ingredients cravings.
The Stanley's performance has made me believe it's not just about the product but also about the spirit of adventure it represents - one sip at a time. Despite a few minor quirks, it's a reliable bottle worth every penny spent.

Crafted in the image of the infamous Darth Vader, this Corkcicle Star Wars canteen is not just a stylish way to keep your drinks cool. The 16-ounce canteen promises to keep beverages cold for up to 25 hours or warm for 12, all thanks to its triple-insulated lining. Its stainless steel construction ensures it's not just durable but also perfect to use in any setting, be it by the pool or at the office. The canteen is equipped with a screw-on cap that prevents any liquid from escaping and keeps the temperature consistent inside. The ergonomic design and flat sides make it easy to grip, and its stay-put silicone base ensures it stays securely in your hand, avoiding any spills.
My experience with this canteen has been nothing but stellar. The Star Wars design is not just aesthetically pleasing but also adds a fun touch to my everyday life. The triple-insulation keeps my beverages at their desired temperature for longer, especially during our hot summers. The cap is a great feature that prevents leaks and spills, and the ergonomic design makes it comfortable to hold. However, I wish the product was dishwasher safe as the paint tends to peel off after a few uses, which can be a bit disappointing.

2024.05.21 11:47 Puzzleheaded-Pen7419 More combat

Had another dream. Started off as usual. I woke up in the dream to a guy saying "time to get up fucko" i remember that specifically because who the hell says fucko? along the way i was briefed on where we were going since i was 'sleeping' when we got the orders to go scout an old school because someone thought they saw enemy movement in and around the building. Theres maybe 6 of us. Me, 3 other riflemen, a guy with the radio and the squad leader. After about a mile we post up behind some old concrete barriers and slabs. We're looking through our rifle scopes when we spot 4 enemies walk into the building. Thats when from most of the busted windows we take incoming fire. It was like looking at a wall of yellow strobe lights. We get behind cover and we start returning fire. Its too risky to peak over to fire accurately so we blind fire in that general area. The squad lead is fumbling with his map while trying to shoot, im too focused on not getting shot to know what my buddies are doing Squad lead yells out to the radio man "call in for danger close artillery, fire the guns man, fuck em up" i look towards the radioman and see he's sitting with his back against one of the barriers holding his throw with blood gushing out, along side that one of the other riflemen took a round to the shoulder, he's ineffective. I grab the radio from the currently dying solider and throwing it at the squad lead. He calls in the artillery, we felt the ground shake and we heard the guns fire "doom, doom, doom, doom, doom" It felt like an eternity waiting for those shells to hit that building but it couldn't have been longer than 45 seconds. We watched as the shells impacted the building. Fuckers must have had a ton of munitions in that building because the first shell blew the roof sky high. The few survivors of the shelling left the building and kept fighting, thats when i got hit hard. Really hard, hard enough to knock me down. And i woke up in the same position i fell in. Took a minute to collect myself and now im typing this. Little upset because i know those guys wouldn't have gotten outta the shitshow. But its all in my head so, does it really matter that much?
TLDR: i keep fighting wars in my sleep. Im 19 with no combo experience whatsoever but i have the war stories of an 80 year old

2024.05.21 11:44 raya-shimizu I was somebody’s sleep paralysis demon

Our housekeepenanny has been living with us for the past 10 years. Her room is the last down the corridor of our bedrooms and we also have a security camera system in our house that can be accessed from my mom’s PC (in her room). There are obviously no cameras in our housekeeper’s room, only in mine and my sister’s and my mom never checks them, it’s just for safety measures. This one night I had a rly bad dream which is not common for me. I was basically stuck in a loop where something was chasing me but I wasn’t in control of my own legs so running away was like 10 times harder. I probably wouldn’t have remembered it if it wasn’t for what happened that same night according to the housekeeper. She often has sleep paralysis but she’s learnt to deal with it and she never sees anything out of the ordinary, it’s just paralysis. But the next morning after I told her and my mom about my dream she told me that she had sleep paralysis last night and when she opened her eyes, I was sitting at the end of her bed and staring at the wall. She thought it was actually me and was pretty confused, she said she let a ome time pass and looked at “me” again, “I” was now staring back at her, completely emotionless. She said she went back to sleep thinking I’ll just go back to my room. My mom thought maybe I was sleep walking but I have never sleep walked in my life and we even checked the camera footage in room for that night and I did not get out of bed at any point throughout the night. Nothing weird has happened since then but I still think about this sometimes. The housekeeper still treats me like she did before which I am very grateful for.

2024.05.21 11:44 Pacogatto A Woman is Mauled by a Pitbull Whilst Walking Her Dog, Ends up in the Hospital - Mestre, Italy - May, 2024

A walk with the dog ended up in hospital with an arm lacerated by the bites of a pit bull or a Cane Corso. It happened in Mestre where a woman, Cristina L., had left the house with her dog Jack but she was attacked by the neighbor's animal.
Il Gazzettino tells it to which Cristina explains: “I was on the phone and I didn't immediately realize that the dog was about to pounce on me. I heard a cry from his master warning me; the animal had freed itself from the long leash with a simple collar and had aimed at us. When he reached me I thought about saving my Jack, I lifted him but in the meantime the dog had bitten my left arm. He dragged me into a ditch, I drank stagnant water and at that point I had to let go of Jack's leash and the dog pounced on him. A terrible scene, I will remember it as long as I live."
Cristina rushed to the hospital, she was operated on on her arm and sewn up with dozens of stitches. “They gave me a 40-day prognosis, my arm is full of nails and I will have to be operated on again,” she tells Gazzettino again, her body and mood marked: “Now the fear of meeting that dog again is great.”

2024.05.21 11:40 amfebutamone 1 week withdrawal timeline

History: * Heavy vaper for 10 years * Tapered down over 2 weeks with patches (21-14-7 for a few days) - was feeling confident; could have spread it out more; in evenings I would take off the patch and vape to my heart's content * I quit coffee about a week before I started patches (may have impacted withdrawal positively)
Just graduated college a few weeks ago, took this dead time between graduation and starting a new job to get off of nicotine.
Tapering nicotine patches down experience: Going from 21 to 14 was pretty seamless, felt only mild symptoms. Going from 14 to 7 was a bit more challenging for the first couple days, had some symptoms and took some hits to alleviate, but overall was consuming less nicotine. That was incredibly mild compared to day 1 without the patch.
Day 1: strong cravings, brain fog that got progressively worse (12 hour mark); can't concentrate on anything for long, doing mentally challenging things feels impossible. Frustration tolerance is low but I'm not super irritable.
Day 2: moderate cravings. Brain fog feels worse. In a panic/desparation I'm googling people's nicotine withdrawal timelines hoping that this brain fog won't last for weeks. Brain fog is temporarily better after going for a nice walk. Maybe that slight amount of adrenaline is helping.
By the evening I'm noticing that the brain fog is starting to lift a bit, but irritability is settling in. It's sinister, I don't feel completely annoyed by arbitrary things, but I'm subconsciously picking fights and giving people a hard time for no reason. I remember noticing I was more irritable/quick to anger when I started vaping years ago... ironic.
Day 3: Brain fog is definitely lighter but still present. No way I'm getting anything mentally challenging done. Ended up playing Pokemon for much of the day... haven't played in 7 years or so. I feel awesome, I tell myself, but think it's mostly relief that the brain fog is starting to fade.
Noticed I'm still coughing a good bit here and there, but not experiencing the early morning coughs like I did when I was vaping. Cravings are somehow low but the temptation is still there. Just one hit, just to prove to yourself that you don't need it... glad I didn't do it.
Been drinking the same amount of water I usually do but I'm peeing a LOT. Feels like every 15 minutes I'm getting up to pee. Like I've had coffee for the first time in a while.
Feels like I can't eat as much as I used to. Like things aren't moving through my system as fast (which is fine).
Day 4: Brain fog is 85% gone. Cough is 95% gone and when it's there, it's dry. Irritability is decreasing. Mouth is dry as hell despite drinking tons of water. It's easier to fall asleep.
Day 5: Feel less out of breath when going for moderate walks (2 miles/3.2 km). Have noticed I feel way less irritable/anxious, I'm less stressed around friends/family. More open than normal.
Second day now I've woken up 90 minutes before my alarm. Feels like my sleep is good, it's just harder to fall asleep after waking up compared to before. Took a midmorning nap.
Day 6, Day 7: More of the same. Brain fog is gone. Irritability seems gone. Mouth is still dry. Got the courage to throw out my vape/remaining juice.
I can't believe I've made it this far. I thought I'd always be someone dependent on nicotine. I recommend anyone having a go at least take a few days off from work (if possible), stay hydrated, and do some light exercise.
I feel like I definitely had it easier than some folks. Best of luck to all of you.
