I have been vegetarian for 10 years and cut dairy out of my diet 4 years ago. The only animal product I consume are eggs. Iโve always been conscious to buy organic free range pasterised eggs but after doing some research I realised that these companies still cull their baby male chicks and unhealthy female ones. Even brands that advertise how โcruelty freeโ they are. It is disgusting and should be considered false advertising because I was only able to find this information after hours of research!? (Happy Egg company is one of the brands i looked into)
I looked into small local farms where I could go collect the eggs myself, see where the hens were being raised, and be certain that baby chicks are not culled, but as a 20 year old student living in London this option is unaffordable to me. (nearest farm is 3 hours from me) Due to health reasons Iโm unable to cut eggs from my diet at this point in time and all the egg substitutes here are so expensive and full of unnatural ingredients. I eat tons of tofu and mushrooms, but eggs are my best and easiest source of protein (again im a student with limited money and time).
Does anyone know if there are any accessible, affordable eggs on the market in the UK that are cruelty free and dont massacre baby chicks? Ive looked into so many companies in so many supermarkets and I just cant be certain when they claim they are free range and cruelty free. I do not want to contribute to the murder of innocent lives.

Real and practical advice for single men - this works
I originally shared this as a reply to someone's post, then felt like a separate post would help more single guys interested in couples. I've been the male 3rd enough times to be able to share what actually works and is a step beyond the more generic advice of "be charming" or "be respectful". For all the single guys out there, good luck and here goes.
Mindset - you are part of their fantasy and there for her pleasure as a priority. You win when both he and she walk out thinking "Wow" without any yellow or red flags from you.
Here's my advice
EDIT/UPDATE: For all those that found this helpful. Great! For those who gave feedback on how this advice doesn't work for you, cool. I just shared to be helpful. For those who think I'm implying that the woman is a possession, that's not the point. I actually paused when writing the section about the guy sharing his girl, I thought someone will take this wrong. Maybe it's a guy respect thing, but it's certainly not to imply any sort of ownership. For the people who think this is icky, I'm just trying to help single guys. If it doesn't work for you, you can ignore it. :) Last thought: this isn't the only way for people to do things. I shared to be helpful. Nothing more. No agenda, no service, no sales pitch. Here's my advice
- THE MOST IMPORTANT BIT OF ADVICE - Talk to and engage the M half of the couple. Let him know you know your place in the 3some (i.e. you're there to help them have fun together). It's also a great opportunity to ask him what their fantasy is, what she likes, what he would like to see, and more. Hopefully, they've both talked about this a bunch and he can tell you about that, including any limits. He might even share something special you can do that will blow her mind. By engaging him, with respect, you can find all the help you need in making this work out well for everyone. You don't have to become his best friend, but the more he is comfortable with you, the more they both can relax and enjoy the experience together.
- Realize you are part of THEIR fantasy and you will can be invited back if this works out well. So focus on making it work out well for them, being aware and responsive to their needs, what they are looking for. Single, attractive, respectful men are not as common as you might think. Finding one couple that you get on well with and getting invited back will open many doors for you, especially if they have friends or want to invite you to a party. So, focus on giving her pleasure and fun, even if you don't finish yourself. This is really important to remember - focus on her enjoyment.
- Sometimes a couple will have a specific fantasy and want you to play a role like being the Dom to her. If you find that out, read up on it, get an idea on what you can do in your own style to play that role. Some couples really enjoy when the woman gets to live out her fantasy with another man, whether she wants to be a sub, or a Dom herself, or even really simple almost vanilla things like, doing a strip tease or being playfully teased. You don't have to be perfect or an expert, but realize your role in this interaction is to help them have fun living out their fantasy.
- It should go without saying, but impeccable hygiene is a must. Be trimmed, clean, smelling good, fresh breath, and whatever else you need to do so that she doesn't get distracted. A nice light amount of cologne will work. My advice on cologne is to ask a female friend to pick one for you and then be very subtle with how much you use. Women's noses seem to pickup cologne more than you realize. If you don't have a friend or don't trust cologne being fresh and clean smelling from a shower is great too.
- If necessary, drink an energy drink or coffee so you are bursting with energy when you guys get to the bedroom. That new person energy and stamina goes a long way to having her feel good, appreciated, sexy, wanted etc. You might be tempted to drink alcohol before hand, even just to loosen up. My advice would be NOT to drink.
- Realize they might be nervous or not sure where to start. That's okay if you gently take the lead and help her relax. Gentle kissing, caressing and laying her down on the bed for you to go down on her is a good start. Don't worry too much though, once you get the ball rolling, just let nature take over. You're all there for the same reason, so just let things flow.
- If you are meeting at your place, have a pile of clean towels for them to use. Also of course clean up your place, clean sheets on the bed, etc. Make sure your bathroom and shower are sparkly clean and spray some air freshener around. If necessary, open the windows and air your whole place out just to make things fresher.
- Have bottled water and some sugary snacks. The water will keep everyone hydrated and people feel more comfortable when they drink from a water bottle they open themselves. Gatorade is great too. Sugar snacks will give you a short recharge on your energy (saw this on a porn set). Notwithstanding what I said above about skipping alcohol, having a bottle of wine or other alcohol works well as an icebreaker when the couple shows up. Still, one drink max for everyone is my recommendation for your best evening.
- Before meeting, send sexy chat notes to her (with him in the same chat) to help build excitement in her mind and between them. Keep things subtle, share how excited you are, be playful and easy about it. Too many texts, getting too heavy or too graphic can ruin the mood. And as a general rule, don't send a dick pic. Just don't. You might be tempted to show off, but she can enjoy it when you two are together in person.
- Check in with him, getting his permission in a friendly way, for anything you want to do that you haven't already talked about. You might find things unfolding naturally in new directions and he(and then her) will feel better when they see you check in with them. Remember, he's sharing his girl with you, the more he and then she trust you the better things will turn out.
- Always respect what she says. If she doesn't like something stop. If she wants more of something or asks for something you haven't already talked about, then check in with him to make sure it's okay. Interestingly enough, he may ask you to do something she doesn't want or like. You know how it is with guys, sometimes they can get carried away. If this happens, the best answer is to respect what she says, and suggest something else instead. She will be happier, trust you more for respecting her voice and overall, they will have a better time.
- When things are winding down, look for their cues that it's time for you to leave (if you are at their place) or for them to leave (if they are at your place). This is a good time to make sure they know where the towels are, that they can shower, offer them water, etc. You know, all the "how to be a good host stuff".
- As they are about to go, you can share with them how much you enjoyed the evening and checkin with them, to see if they enjoyed themselves. If they did, you usually don't have to ask. A nice sensual kiss and a hug for her works. Next, it's REALLY IMPORTANT that you thank him for sharing. If you stop and think for a moment, he just shared the most important person in his life with you in a very intimate and private way. You got a gift from him. Be respectful and say thank you with honesty and heartfelt integrity. This can help him and her see that you have character and understand your role.
- Make sure you know, respect and follow THEIR rules about communicating. In general, you can avoid problems by making sure you always communicate with BOTH of them. Sometimes, either she or he will text or call you separately. Just make sure that you ask, know and follow their rules about this. Also, if they do say it's okay for you to talk to each of them separately, it's best to keep the other person involved and aware when you do. This shows simple respect for each of them as individuals and their relationship. The same goes for meeting up with them as individuals. Know, respect and follow THEIR rules.
- Performance issues: if you need to, take a small dose of viagra or cialis to help get over anxiety issues. But don't over do it if you haven't taken it before. You don't want to get too much of a headache or other side effects. One side effect of these meds is that they can also make it harder for you to finish. But don't worry about that because you focusing on her this time is the big win for you.
- Last note - If things work out for you to meet and then you all have a good time, you can be the fuel for new passion and excitement for them and their relationship. In the least you can give them good memories. Maybe it can even develop into something long term.
- Additional note about follow-up: After you leave or they leave, a short polite text thanking them both for a great time is a nice thing to do. Keep it short, simple and don't worry about setting up your next play time, instead just thank them. This gives them feedback that you enjoyed them and opens the door for them to share back to you, as well as ask you later for another play date. Realize that they might not get back to your right away and that's okay. They may have moved family, work or other obligations to make space for this date, and then have to catch back up with all those things the next day. If they had a good time with you and want more, they'll reach out.

Hi, i recently made a post about my guinea pigs cage smell. However, I had to separate as they were fighting and the smell is fine now but the males are still fighting. I am aware that this is likely the result of having them with their mother for so long, for a while I was under the impression that they were all female. Both the vet and the lady I bought them off told me this was likely however after about a month it was clear they were male.
The males have bite marks on each other and small clumps of fur seem to be coming off when i stroke them. When I separate them though they non stop squeal for each other, the longest I did was a day because my smaller male would not be quiet. I thought perhaps he was in pain but his bite is healing fine, he's still eating and drinking he just won't be quiet in comparison to my other two. The males generally ignore each other except for when they are chasing each other and fighting.
I don't know what I am supposed to do with them as none of them seem to be getting along. Even if I can get the males to stop arguing, my female will be lonely. Does anyone have any advice or would it be best to give away my only female? Can you even sell a single guinea pig? Also, if my males don't get along at all in the future how would I even manage this, would they just be single guinea pigs?

It's almost like dating is completely off the table since: a) I have never had anyone interested in me in that way and b) every woman I ever asked out always tells me that they only see me as a friend and aren't attracted to me
Also whenever my friends who are attracted to men speak about their types or other men they met, they always mention how tall the hot guys are. Also anyone who I asked for advice told me that my height is the primary factor dragging me down and that I should give up on dating since short men are considered universally unattractive and there is very little one can do about their height to compensate.
My question towards people in this sub in general is did anyone else have this kind of experiences and if yes, were you able to compensate for the lack of height. Long story short , was diagnosed with extremely high E2 levels at 16Y wich caused me not to develop enough male features during puberty I am 26y now .
My E2 back then was 58pg while T never was above 280ng . I was officially diagnosed with estrogen dominance, had a gyno surgery 2years ago too and doc put me on Aromasin mono-therapy wich did not work for me at ALL , it made my E2 spike even more higher with slightly improved Testosterone levels .... I was still estrogen dominant .
Finally, I was put on TRT 200mg a week though that I found the solution finally but it was really just the beginning of big troubles for me . 11 weeks into TRT my E2 was that of a women on HER PERIODE . I could not move past bed and the smallest tasks feels like climbing everest mountain I would get up to cook my dinner while crying because of how overwhelmed I felt , physically I was severely bloated, increased body fat despite eating clean and managing to workout at least twice a week ( I have no energy whatsoever .... ) , I also developed some female features gyno is one wich I had to do a surgery to remove , fat distribution ( hips , tights ) , puffy rounded face and my voice is that of a 14y kid ...
All this while Testosterone barely raised slightly last blood-work shows E2 levels of 146pg while T was up to 485ng on 200mg TRT a week .
Why in the hell my body converts all of my testosterone into estrogen ?? I guess it has something to do with my genes ...

Hi! My boyfriend (28M) and I (25f) have two male, neutered cats that are a year old. My boyfriendโs roommate got a kitten because their cat recently passed. They adopted her from a hoarders farm. Im a 25 year old male, since 16 i started my journey on self healing/improvement, spirituality etc.
Year after year i started to feel more like myself until about 2-3 years ago. Since then i feel mildly depressed and not spiritual at all. My fears and other things are holding me back. This year i found out that my mother has paranoid schizophrenia. I did not knew this, otherwise i would not have experimented so much with psychedelics and weed. But regarding psychosis, i never had any issues.
Now yesterday i did my first AI inspired guided meditation by make it conscious on youtube. I wanted to know more about my emotions. In the first room that i imagined, the walls were covered in blood and a creepy girl (just like in the horror movies) was also on the wall. then the video said, now lets enter into another room, where it is dark. this room is your shadow. i was scared because, i was already scared because of the blood covered girl lol. but i still went into the room and shined light on some parts with a lighter. i found a pink zippo that i had gifted to my toxic almost-girlfriend when i was 15. i took that lighter with me back into the "emotion room" and thought to myself somehow: "okay lets use this sign of love to heal this girl/wall. i kinda burned away the blood and turned it into flowers. Then i asked the girl if she wants a hug. she didnt really respond but neither denied.
now yesterday i searched for the symbolic meaning of blood and the girl, and i came across two things where i have questions: 1. is it possible that this girl was my anima ?

Now that the sun has set on another season itโs time to reflect on our performance throughout and look forward to how next season could go.
TLDR; Much improved season but game management has cost us throughout. Continued strong recruitment for next season especially at Manager position.
Letโs begin with the raw stats.
We finished 10th for the second successive season but amassed our highest points total of 18 in the WSL alongside our best goal scoring season with 26 goals for and our best defensive season conceding 45 goals against. An improvement of 11 more goals scored and 3 fewer goals conceded than last season.
We finished third in our Continental Cup group losing only one game to Manchester United which ultimately cost us progression to the knockouts.
Furthermore, we reached the FA Cup semi final for the first time in our history, dominating lower league teams along the way.
Our top 5 goal scorers (in all competitions):
Rantala - 10 Cayman - 7 Petermann - 6 Tierney - 4 OโBrien/Whelan/Rose - 3
Top 5 assist providers (in all competitions):

Additionally we have a very solid tandem of goalkeepers in Leitzig and Kop that have shown they can be rotated in for each other and not effect the confidence of the team in front of them which is a great bonus.
Finally, we continue to see success in our youth academy with them winning the double of the PGA Plate and County Cup as well as academy players continuing to get minutes in the senior team.
Now, unfortunately, the negatives.
Elephant in the room is the managerial situation. After Kirkโs dismissal for unprofessional conduct and Foster stepping down as interim manager with the conclusion of the season we are now searching for our fourth manager in three seasons in the WSL.
Something is very clearly not right behind the scenes when our last 2 male managers have crossed professional boundaries with players and our last permanent female manager was unceremoniously dismissed hours after a giving a pre match press conference. Questions have to be asked about how our next manager is going to be recruited, monitored and assessed by the higher ups. This inconsistency has been reflected in our on pitch performances and the players must be commended for how they have handled the off pitch turmoil.
To be optimistic, whomever the next manager shall be they need to keep pushing the progressive, attacking football we have developed under Kirk whilst making us a less porous side defensively and able to manage games better and see them out especially when we have the lead.
Which very neatly leads me to our biggest downside this campaign, our game management.
All of our 4 league victories this season came against two teams (Bristol City and Everton) half of those came in the opening two games of the season (where we were briefly top of the league ๐๐ป) and the other 2 came in three games at the end of January/beginning of February. That is a long time to go without success without it effecting not only our league standing but the morale of the team.
It has been a reverse of our previous seasons where instead of seeing us floundering at the bottom to pop up at the end of the season we have watched us have an electric start only to slowly but surely watch our league position erode away.
The story of our season was giving up leads and losing points from winning positions happening 7 times in the league. The most defining examples is being 2-0 up at halftime at home to Arsenal, being the better side only to be decimated in the second half and lose 6-2. Drawing 1-1 in stoppage time to a 10 player West Ham and both games against Brighton. First surrendering a two goal advantage in the final 10 minutes of the away fixture to draw the game and then taking the lead at home to only go 2-1 down, fight back to level the tie but lose to another goal conceded in the last 5 minutes.
Of those 7 leads and potential 21 points lost, if we win against West Ham and Brighton, thatโs 9 points in our favour and we would be celebrating a much stronger finish to our season.
With regards to looking forward to next season I do feel we have very strong foundations to build upon and become even more competitive not only in the league but have strong cup runs as proven by our results in a tough Conti Cup group and our semi final appearance in the FA Cup.
As for personnel we have a squad full of internationals with at least half a season of chemistry with each other, excellent training facilities and the privilege of playing at the King Power for home league games.
Obviously we need a quality manager to lead us. I would have jumped at the chance to take on Carla Ward but she is taking time out to spend time with her family. Aside from her I am not so well versed in the womenโs managerial landscape to make an educated suggestion. Maybe Melissa Phillips, formerly of Brighton who seemed to have good respect from her players and a decent track record with London City Lionesses and Brighton.
For players I would like to see another striker brought in. When Petermann isnโt available we lack a focal point up top and Siemsen hasnโt been relied upon much when fit.
Cover at full back would be a priority as well. Bott is outstanding and we can always rely on the experience of Cayman but depth is definitely an issue. Ale did a decent job towards the tail end of the season but is only on loan and Nevin has seemingly dropped down the pecking order.
Further depth in the middle with the departure of Whelan and a younger, more modern centre half (think Plumptre) to complement the guile and physicality that we have in place.
A third experienced keeper wouldnโt go amiss to cover for injury to Kop or Leitzig.
Iโm genuinely excited to see how he play with a fully fit complement of wingers next year as that is where we are stacked with promise: Rantala, Rose, Cain, Goodwin, OโBrien and Momiki (on occasion) offer a truly dangerous outlet for us and pose any defender a headache.
One final note. Thank you to Whelan for her services as our club Captain for the last two seasons. She has lead by example, never kicked up a fuss not being a starter this season and always given 100% on the pitch. May she enjoy her retirement from football.

Yesterday I found out that my long distance crush and bff met her bf, she used to tell me that she made out with him and yesterday she said something that broke me to an extent I don't think I can recover from. She told me that they met in the morning and that was the best makeout of her life!!! Idk what to say I haven't replied to her yet I feel like a loser.
What hurts me the most since the day I met her (online, haven't met her IRL yet) she has been the nicest person to me she says I LOVE YOU to me everyday I get it's different when u say that to a friend but she has sent me 500+ pics of her hy herself I couldn't help myself but fall for her. She didn't liked when I talk abt different girls. She hates jy every female friend (even today).
She used to call me everyday for hrs but now she doesn't. She wanted to meet me but now she doesn't she refused that was really unexpected for me so I had to go to her city roam around all day and came back at night coz I had already booked the tickets.
She knows that I love her and when I confessed to her she said she doesn't want to be in a relationship it's just not her thing and all I understood. But one day she tells me that she made out with her neighbour who's her childhood friend. Months later she met her ex who has ghosted her and they kissed she didn't told me abt it she told me after few days that they are back together. I knew something was off between us coz the person who says that she loves me everyday didn't even wished me on my b'day despite knowing how imp it was for me coz I literally had no friends at that time. When I didn't replied to her she realised and wrote a paragraph but the damage was already done ig. A month later I made a special video for her bday she told me everyone was there but the person she adores the most wasn't (yes, she said she was talking about me) she spent the day with her bf.
The problem is she has broken up and got back with him multiple times during these 4-5 months and always tells me abt her relationship details coz she claims I'm her bff if anything happens in her life she would come running to me. She wants me to stay with her as a friend as long as possible. Even I can't stop talking to her coz I literally love her. She texts ne she feels lonely she feels anxious she texts me at midnight and I've to be there.
I do understand that I can't force her to choose me and I'm even okay to be her friend and always be with her but she keeps talking abt her bf and relationship even tho I told her to plz not talk abt him but she still does that. This whatever thing I'm having with her is killing me I can't think of anything else I can't look at couples without thinking of her and her bf I can't watch romantic movies songs anything I feel so down I cry all night. I don't know how to get out of this I've tried meeting new girls but it's just not working out I can't get her out of my head. I feel so worthless I literally feel pain in my heart (sounds cringe but true).
EDIT: I'm 20 She's 17 and We're from different religions (me H she M) and also once she told me that she when she meets me she wants to kiss me and if she's single till 25 she'll marry me!!! Me started imagining as I would've finished my med school by that age๐

Looking for a video game I saw on steam, it had a generic storyline of Empire of Rebels, or some sort of government vs rebel storyline. The Empire just looked like a bunch of robots or something similar. The graphics kind of look like Signalis, (Not full 3d). Or maybe like Unsighted, look like "retro" but I remember it being colorful and very fancy looking. I don't remember what is exactly looked like. Looked like Space or cyberpunk or something "futuristic" The description also said it had full animated cutscenes. I think a main character might be female as well. Maybe.

Ok. I (30m) will start this out with my wife(27f) left me a month ago. We had been growing apart for quite sometime and I was blind to her trying to get me to notice. We have a 2 year old son together so it was almost like I was giving him attention/being selfish and doing what I wanted to decompress after work. We werenโt very intimate. We would go months without sex(my fault). We have had arguments in the past whenever I had watched โadult contentโ. The day she left I was going through her phone before work and found she was talking to one of her male friends on a daily basis more than me. It was going on for weeks so I got mad and decided I was going to watch some โ adult contentโ. She caught me and left to her moms while I was at work. She wants us to rebuild from being friends first and seeing where it goes. She wants us to be single so she can have fun and not feel guilt about having to tell me every detail about who shes with/doing with them. She said she still loves me but doesnโt know if she can get over everything. She has a new friend(also male) that has gotten into the picture. They hangout a few times a week. He comforted her one of the nights we argued. She told me she used to have a crush on him before she met me. Sheโs since been flirting with him/ getting drunk with him and her best female friend. She says she wouldnโt get in a relationship with anyone unless she decides for sure that she canโt forgive me. I try to give her attention everyday since she left. We even had sex a full weekend after she left. But she doesnโt want us to get too โcomfortableโ with each other again by letting me stay the night with them.
