So i bought the regular studio buds in blue for my father, and pink for my girlfriend (which she thinks is so cute) and i have to say, the sound on them are pretty decent compared to regular airpods, definitely better on clarity and bass in my opinion. You can hear every note, snare, beat, etc. Are they worth 150$? Absolutely not. But if you buy a pair from a trustworthy tech shop on ebay in good condition for 40-60$… it is most definitely worth it.
Now onto the beats studio buds plus. Oh my days, the noise cancelling is almost twice as better. The microphone has been drastically improved for better call quality and voice isolation from background noise. You could be in a loud warehouse, busy street, or around the house with the kids and nobody on the other line would ever know!!! Your voice sounds so clear if you record a voice note. Once you play music, the bass is still punchy but they improved the overall sound quality on these and fixed the treble. Transparency mode is okay, not the best unless you set your music at like 40-60%… anything above that makes it hard to be aware of your surroundings. Are they worth 170$? I want to say yes, but i’d rather buy them barely used in good condition for 50-70$ 😂cause why spend the extra money?? How do they stack up compared to airpod pros? They’re definitely up there, depending on your taste in music because airpod pros have a more refined sound to them, have better transparency mode, and slightly better noise cancelling. But the microphone quality on the airpod pros are garbage compared to beats, so well done to the Beats studio buds+ in that department!!

I have this friend I met in college. She is generally a nice person with great moral standards. For most things, we’re very much on the same page. I had a pretty severe viral illness in 2011 (age 26) and since then I was constantly fainting. My heart would race horribly in situations it never did before. I stopped going out anywhere I might not find a chair if I feel dizzy. I developed a phobia of fainting while driving on the highway. I couldn’t work out like I normally did without palpitations.
The worst part is I didn’t know for years. I am a waify female but despite that I had previously been as tough, outspoken, outgoing, athletic. Since POTS I was seems as a pathetic, scared, fainter. I was told by my own family and friends I was fainting because I was overly sensitive or wanted attention. The first time I fainted, I still had that original virus on Christmas Day. I had become very quiet while my family was chatting because I felt dizzy. I got up to use the bathroom (feeling very sick to my stomach) and fainted on the way there. I fainted again about a year later while a friend was chatting with a stranger at a bar. My sister and my best friend said I was fainting on purpose in those situations. I fainted when another friend met with her boyfriend at a restaurant. I woke up being accused of being drunk by a waitress but they did call me an ambulance. While my friend didn’t say anything mean, she didn’t come to the ambulance. It wasn’t until 2015 that I had a boyfriend (now my husband) and I fainted in front of him. He took me to the ER, they admitted me and did a tilt table test. I fainted after 12 minutes, and that was after 24 hours of IV fluids. Even then, it was prior to COVID and I was so skeptical of this condition. My friends and family rolled their eyes at this news and I started to as well. I went to therapy for years for anxiety over fainting, bordering on agoraphobia. I was taught to not catastrophize fainting, that it’s not the worst thing that can happen. I pushed myself and even finished pharmacy school and got a great job (with a chair accommodation), got married (with a chair at the alter).
As of 2019 my symptoms were completely gone. I am still afraid of driving or bathing alone, but I am no longer afraid of not having a chair available. I go out with no restriction. I have two young kids and the physical demands actually keep me very fit and healthy. Since long covid became common I’ve been hearing about the condition more and can’t believe I went through all that with no support. I just want to tell people on this forum- I’m so happy you have the understanding and support I never had. I want to reassure you this is likely not forever. It may have just been time for me, but I did change my diet drastically the same year it resolved. In any case, you will find your resolution somehow. I'm curious if I have pancreatitis at the moment. About 2 weeks ago I done a mud run and over done it on my left side so had a bit of strain on my left abdomen side below my ribcage but not enough to worry me per say.
The following day I had a leaving do for two of my best friends who were leaving the country. To say the least it got a bit messy drinks wise, I had beers and a few shots by the end of the night, from the end I ended up being sick from exhaustion on the Saturday and thus vomited the drink up that night.
The hangover was nothing unusual, Pain still there but worse which I thought from both overdoing the vomit and the abdomen side from Saturday. I went to the doctors the Friday and they checked me over and think I've just over done my side and that my pee sample shows nothing out of the ordinary, they didn't warrant a blood test.
Pain has subsided but comes back in small bursts especially at night time lately. I really dunno if I over done it and just have a intercostal muscle strain which the doctor says I have vs pancreatitis. Btw I'm an occasional drinker (2-3 beers every 2 months) and that the leaving do was probably the biggest binge I've had since my early 20s (I'm 30).
It's wrecking my head as I have no other symptoms and the pain was about a 1-3.

Particularly in his Cat form, I do find it cute and awesome with all the facial expressions and the sassinest that he is producing....He is pure Sassy Variant in my eyes.
In addition, his role as guardian/protectobest friend to both of the siblings.
So far, I only know of Kurama from Naruto/Boruto is the closest but he often remains in that Bijuu plane and not even had a small form in the outside.

I'll be getting a 10-week old male chihuahua in a few weeks, and I really need advice on how to socialize him properly. I definitely don't want to enable poor behavior or have him grow up into a typical yappy small dog. The breeder has mainly been keeping him in an enclosed area with his mother and litter mates with little to no exposure to strangers.
I'll be off from school this summer and have all the time to dedicate to socializing him. How can I ensure he gets used to strangers, other dogs, and loud noises? I was thinking of carrying him in a sling out in public and inviting people to feed him small treats as they pet him to teach him to associate strangers with something positive. I also plan to have friends come over to my place and interact with him at home. I'm taking him to the vet a few days after bringing him home and will brush his fur and teeth as well as play with his paws so he's used to being groomed.
I'm so nervous about the socialization period ending at 12 weeks since I'm getting him at 10, so I want to utilize those two weeks as best as I can. What advice do you have for me?

Feeling slightly nervous as I’ve been speaking to this guy for atleast 10yrs online, he wants to meet up next month. He only lives about 3hrs away but something always comes up or I have made excuses sometimes thinking he may not like me.
