So the dainty Bison herself has announced she is super busy this week because it’s Payyyygeeeeeyyyyysssssss 16th tomorrow so she has to go and collect some blooooons today to set up tomorrow. I didn’t realise 16 was a big birthday? She’s going above and beyond for Paige when it was her nephews 18th a couple of weeks ago and he got a sweaty grazing table and a bloon with £5 notes in. Favouritism or what.

When I first used the alchemist monkey, I liked the 4-X-X. It was fairly cheap and gave a good boost to towers. Upon seeing the price for the level 5 upgrade, I thought it would do a very good job, attack very fast or at least make all my towers super super ultra buffed. However when I purchased it, I was surprised to see the only thing it did, was make the brew last permanent. It doesn't even make your towers more powerful, it just makes it permanent. When really you can literally just stick with the level 4 alchemist for much cheaper and wait for him to keep throwing the potion at the tower for the same boost. You can also use a monkey village, or an overclock engineer. So upon finding this out, I was like "F tier. What a waste of money". However upon entering the fandom. I was very surprised to find out everyone absolutely loved perma brew despite it being way too expensive and literally doing almost nothing different from Berserker Brew. I don't understand. Some people have said you can perma brew all your towers by using support chinook to carry it around. So to get my money back I did just that and then sold the alchemist to get my 40 thousand money back for other very very expensive upgrades. Only to find out that IF YOU SELL THE PERMA BREW ALCHEMIST, IT REMOVES ALL BUFFS FROM ALL TOWERS IT THREW THE POTION AT! Perma Brew is literally the most ridicolous upgrade in the entire history of bloons. If it were up to me, I'd make it so that it makes towers go absolutely crazy fast and also makes the alchemist attack very very fast. For around 55 thousand dollars for just a tiny permanent boost. Not worth the money!
So can you please explain to me the secret to this tower? Why everyone adores it while I hate it?

GPU is a KFA RTX2070 SUPER. While running Assetto Corsa Competizione, I often get these mini stutters. I ran MSI Afterburner and noticed that, whenever these happen, the GPU has a mini dip in processor clockrate. The stuttering is most noticeable on the new Nordschleife track and sometimes it even escalates into second long screen freezes or a splitsecon blackscreen, after which the game is limited to 30fps. Sometimes the game just straightup crashes with a "Fatal Error" message. This is even happening on empty servers and rarely even in the main menu.
I haven't noticed similar behavior from running other games (Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, Super Auto Pets, Bloons TD6, Skyrim).
I don't know if the issues are related at all, but i've tried these things (not in that order): - underclocking the GPU - reinstalling the game on a different hard drive - reinstalled gpu driver from scratch - reset BIOS to default settings - stresstesting CPU with cpu-z - monitoring all temperature values (cpu, gpu, ram, ssd) - setting RAM clockrate to 2666Mhz (the maximum the cpu supports) - deleted AC2 folder in AppData/Local
my relevant hardware: Ryzen 7 2700X KFA RTX2070 SUPER 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM ASROCK B450 Mainboard some SATA SSDs 750W PSU
All of my hardware is pretty old, the oldest being the PSU (10+ years) and the RAM.

Hear me out, paragons are mostly good as is, apart from a few balance changes that need to be done. But i think it would be nice to make a concept around that, to help in late game runs, elite bosses, etc.
You unlock it like this:
Firstly, you need to unlock every paragon, sandbox style. (aka place the paragon in normal mode first) After that, you get an achievement. (which i call "The Ultimate Goal", rewarding 600 mm and a tier 3 insta monkey)
The monkey knowledges are:
"Paragon of Power: The support monkey knowledge, transfered to the paragon tree."
"Last Stand: NSC activates a ballistic missile when bloons leak past 90% of the track." (dealing half the damage of final strike. $MM500)
"Hookier Hooks: Navarch can pull one more bloon per round." ($MM1.350)
"Carry the One: G. Dominus has doubled attack speed buffs (22.2%), along with an 11.1% range buff." ($MM1.600)
"Perfecter: Magus gains mana faster, and has reduced Metamorphosis ability cooldown." ($MM1.400)
"Smaller and Better: APM now has even tinier plasma juggernaut balls to pack a smaller punch." (20% damage of the normal-sized juggernauat balls. $MM1.250)
"Super-Saboteur: A. Shadow applies an extra 5% slowdown and health removal." ($MM1.870)
"More Space for Destruction: Goliath Doomship now has an additional 4 missiles, with the Bomb Carpet ability cooldown reduced." (2 non-homing missiles, 2 homing missiles. $MM1.700)

After completing the paragon tree, you receive another achievement (Named: THE ULTIMATE ACCOMPLISHMENT, rewarding 10.500 monkey money, and a TIER 5 insta monkey.)

I personally love how striker jones, brickell, ezili and obyn (just for an example ik theres more) have specific interactions with other towers/paths!! (with bomb shooters/mortars, water towers,necromancers and druids specifically) so I was thinking what if other towers could do that too, now to be clear I'm not including geraldo buffing or bloon debuffs but I still think they could have some cool interactions!
-Quincy, I love quincy and he's always seemed like the "default" hero in my mind so I had 2 ideas for him, 1 is he could grant a buff to all primary towers, similar to a primary expertise, as I've always associated him with the primary towers, or he could be more specific and target specifically dart monkeys/crossbow as they seem like they match him perfectly, obviously it could just be a stat increase but it could be cool if he could double their projectiles or make them shoot an exploding arrow every few attacks like he does.
-Gwen, I know gwen already buffs WLP, ring of fire and blooncineration (plus her lil heat it up ring) but it could be cool if she effected more towers that deal fire damage, (hot shot grapes from pirate lord and spiked mines as they both inflict burning), also since archmage and the wizard paragon also shoot fire they could be buffed? as I think specific buffs could be cool if they effected paragons.
-Striker Jones, yah he already is very cool with his buffs but hes missing a LOT of towers that explode in general, if it were based on themeing I think that Tsar bomba, Spectre, pre-emptive strike and apache prime all have explosion attacks but honestly a buff to all millitary monkeys would fit his "general" theme, but if they wanted to focus on just explosions they could include master bomber ninja
-Obyn, I think obyns perfect as he buffs loads of towers but as a druid I do think he should buff the beast handler as well, maybe as well he could buff the 3-0-0 farm as its like a jungle? but he already does a great job.
-Churchill, churchill reminds me a lot of striker jones so I feel like he could also buff all military monkeys, but if he wanted smthn more specific he could buff all monkey vehicles (ace, helipilot, sub and pirate
-Benjamin, ik ben my beloved already buffs monkey banks but if he were to get a DPS buff i think perma charge could be cool, it fits his futureistic aesthetic and maybe it could lower the charge time,
-Ezili/Corvus, having a hard time thinking of any towers that one could buff that the other wouldnt as they remind me a lot of eachother vibes wise but I think giving corvus wizard buffing is a no brainer (hes literally a necromancer), but if they wanted to add more I think any undead esque towers is fair game, mostly just pirate lord.
-Pat Fusty, if Quincy doesn't grant you instantly "primary monkey" energy that pat fusty has to, I think hes the epitome of simple attacks that just slap balloons back, but also it could be more specified like "tier 1 monkeys" or "monkeys that only have melee attacks". but I don't think he needs it with his roar already good enough
-Adora, Adora only really buffs sun temples if she sacrifices another tower which seems strange to me and I feel like it should just be an aura buff she grants like the other towers, though I don't think she could really buff anything else as nothing really fits (maybe archmage because of the projectiles but thats a stretch)
-Brickell, I think brickell is perfect when it comes to buffs (though I do wish his abiliy to buff water monkeys became permanent at higher levels but thatd be op and stupid), I think maybe an interaction when it comes to spiked mines or monkey aces (like the carrier flagship) could be intresting
-Etienne, I love etienne and I think the theme of his flying drones are so cool so I think as a contrast to brickell he could buff all flying monkeys! (helipilot and ace) and if they really wanted to be strange they could mention towers that only technically fly (like 0-5-0 ice monkey or 5-0-0 druid)
-Sauda, Sauda is a ninja through and through so granting her a buff to ninjas map wide (so we dont have to squish her into a corner) would be super cool. I did have an idea that could be a super fun which just made it so shinobi stacks effected sauda but thats more "fun" then balanced, if they wanted to effect anything else they could effect anything with "blades" like that (glaive lord, blade maelstrom and ninja)
-Psi, I'm struggling with Psi as no other monkey fits the zen aesthetic but the closest thing we have is ninja/wizard. if he were to buff any tower though I feel like buffing alchemists would be a cool interaction, maybe something to do with the brews being "psychic" in some way
-Geraldo, I know people dont use geraldo for his abilities but I feel like an engineer monkey buff is right there, they both create lots of a towers and external things to place down and it just feels like it makes sense, even maybe an interaction with the bunny paragon and the beast master could be fun!

Chapter 1: Dark Beginnings It all started when a freak accident happened inside a balloon creating factory that made balloons for the monkeys. A new sentient species of balloons were developed, the were named, “Bloons”. The Bloons were very militaristic. The Bloons invaded the monkeys in btd1. There monkeys, then at the dawn of civilisation, where ill prepared and succumbed to annexation. This would begin a long war that is yet to end. After immense struggle as the Bloon Emperor at the time (Black Bloon) employed dictatorship to develop the Bloon military. Lead propulsion, multilayer Tech, and thermal zebra Bloons were created. The monkeys then planned a national uprising to gain independence. However, the new Bloons proved too powerful and the monkeys were forced to escape and seek refuge in the wilderness. Several monkeys, however, did not escape and were brutally executed by the Bloons.
Chapter 2: The Escape
The monkeys created a top secret lab in the jungle when they found out the Bloons had one new toy: the MOAB. Several scouts were slaughtered before they could escape the giants wrath. However, Doctor Monkey had a plan. He set up a giant trap for the Bloons. Many monkeys were placed along the town centre of the new village as a distraction and a sacrifice as they too, would not survive the trap. Radar beacons lined the roofs of houses, beaming signals for communication. Sure enough, the Bloons fell for the ploy as wave after wave of Super Monkeys rained Hellfire on the Bloons until they were forced to surrender. I just got this game about a week ago and I've been doing pretty good using fire tack shooter, ninja for counter espionage and super for moabs and later rounds, although Im looking for new strats. I see a lot of top leaderboard players use banana farms and subs? Is banana farm better than sending Bloons for income? I'm just looking for any tips to improve!
