Thank you letters for interview for pharmacy technician

I still can't find convincing answers for what has been happening to me, I have shared it before on dreams and dreamsinterpretation in a more general way because I don't want to give so many details since I feel that it is something that is not very credible, still no I want to give more information and I hope to receive some guidance.
This person does not belong to my circle of family or friends and is not even my country, he is presumably dead as I understand it.
This has been happening since 2016, the first time I dreamed about him it was about him taking my arm trying to take me somewhere in a hurry, the second time he introduced himself to me in a better way and gave me a letter that I could barely read .
He was a pilot, passionate about aviation.
From then on I began to dream about this person who seemed to want to tell me something in a hurry, after a few years he seemed frustrated by the circumstances and consequences of his death; I was kind to him and did everything I could so he could find peace.
From then on he became a kind of "friend" whom I saw on rare occasions, he even shared aviation knowledge with me since we shared the same hobby.
A few days ago I dreamed about him again but it was only his voice, it was the deepest talk I have ever had with him.
Sometimes I pray for his well-being but still there is only one question in my mind: Why did he come to me?
I have heard different interpretations in the two publications I made about this, one was about an archetype or that it is a personal representation of things that have happened to me and that I am overcoming but I do not think they are plausible explanations for what has happened to me.

Does anyone know when the next mta police exam comes out? I took the written and passed and was called for the physical exam but I couldn’t attend due to a family emergency. Got an email from them saying “ The purpose of this letter is to confirm, that based upon your failure to appear for and to complete the Physical Fitness Test, the MTA has determined that you have abandoned your application, and therefore, you are no longer under consideration for the MTA Police Officer position.

I would love some of your thoughts on my current employment/new job offer situation please?!
I have recently discovered that I am seriously underpaid in my current job, after I transferred offices cross-country. I began interviewing with other companies now locally to me and, over the last week, I have been given 3 job offers, all which came with a pay raise between 65% and 100% above my current salary. I have today accepted one of the roles with a reputable company, which is a promotion, 85% pay-raise (i.e. my salary will be 85% higher than it currently is) and has a much better work life balance.
However, today, after I accepted this opportunity yesterday, my current company has announced that me and my team will be receiving an immediate 25% pay raise due to some recent great work we all did.
What should I do please? Should I stay or should I go? My current company have been great to me in the past, but this massive increase in pay for this new job is a lifechanging amount of money for me and my young family. How can I leave without burning bridges, after they have given me this pay raise?

We had an upgrade of a Panorama instance go sour, and when we reverted the two instances were out of sync as the plugins didn't match. We had them not syncing for about a week as we had some priority projects to work on and I didn't have the spare time to work with support right away.
I engaged TAC, who got them back into sync with a bit of work at the root level, and then he stood by as I upgraded both instances, watching to make sure things went smoothly.
HOWEVER... we upgraded "pano2" first, rebooted, and then "pano1" and rebooted. Here's where I screwed up: since "pano2" was up while "pano1" was rebooted, it ended up as the active device, and "pano1" with a week's worth of updates was passive.
All excited to see that the HA dashboard showed green all down the line, I click on the SYNC button to get them both in sync. Job done, day's over, we called it a night and quit for the day. BUT - yup - I overwrote "pano1" with it's week worth of changes, with the old database that was on the old "pano2".
Am I toast? Is the only option to just pull things down from the firewalls and rebuild as best I can? Is there an ice-cube's chance in hell than my newer database contents are somewhere inside of "pano1" and can be recovered? My wager is: "nope, you blew it - move on" but I felt it was at least worth an ask.
And, yes, I've re-opened the ticket with Palo in case they have some clever moves or knowledge - it's about time for "my" technician to start his shift today (so I expect to hear from him soon), but while I sit and stew I thought I'd vent here. Thanks for reading this far.

Genuinely shocked by CMU waitlist because former admissions officer loved my personal and my supps. Was probably due to lack of insane math talent (displayed on apps that is).
Didn’t really get huge aid from anywhere but was able to cover most of the cost through existing savings and external scholarships (apply for lots of them, especially local ones!!!!)
Start early!! Going EA was super helpful. If you need to miss a school assignment or 2, you can make that up. Sometimes to have to have to wager your present for the sake of your future. This process can really suck at times but it’s manageable in the end.

Title was max 60 letters, so sorry for the confusions, but, I'm the guy who spends hundreds of hours in games and love collecting, tinkering and upgrading things. I really dislike games where endings mean, endings, without any progress on to the next save.
I know this sounds dumb, but in all of my other games I usually go for new game+ with the same character, trying different builds but with some progress that has carried on. Starting over from scratch just weirdly feels like I'm wasting my time. It sounds really stupid I know, but it is what it is.
Do you know any mods like this, any ways to make progress between saves feel meaningful / carry over in some way? Achievements do this to an extent, but not enough.
Would appreciate all insights here, please don't hate, I know few feel this way.

I'm 24f with Crohns disease, Ulcerative colitis, and Narcolepsy type 2.
I spent the last few years of my life doing paralegal work (funny enough) and recently went back to school for extra certification. Working full time at a law firm with uncertain hours (small firm) did not fit my life style, so I switched to doing opthalmology technician work while I finish up school. (Set schedule, good pay, new skill acquired) My job is to do pre and post op work on LASIK and cataract patients. We're also responsible for handling "call" ( all medication refills, PA'S, and medical questions that are called in.)
During my time here I was diagnosed with all the stuff listed above. I didn't have my first "flare" till last year and I'm still in it. I've failed most typical treatment plans. I've had to be on and off steroids for the past year. Last week I started throwing up blood and was sent to the ER by my GI. I've had to get multiple blood transfusions, had hospital stays, etc. My job requires me to obviously move around a lot and sometimes my body just can't handle it. The medication I take for the crohns and UC is an immunosuppresant (I get sick easier and stay sick longer).
I asked my job about accommodations. We have 8 different locations, a call center, and corporate office. I stated I would be okay transferring positions. Having to find a new job, while dealing with all of this, on top school would be a great deal of stress. Our call center had an opening (which they work from home.) I applied and didn't get the position. I submitted an official ADA form requesting the ability to do the "call work" from home. Our clinic is assigned once a week when there's only 2 doctors in office. I also requested to be able to do that work at home when I'm sick.
I'm having a hard time meeting what the position requires. I know reasonable accommodations can't cause the company undue hardship, but I feel that my request is reasonable since I've offered to change positions and even applied for the "work from home" slot (which I wouldn't need any accommodations for)
Do you think this is something they'll be able to fire me over? I used all my FMLA during my pregnancy and I'm out of PTO and UPTO. I work in an at will state, but all of my absences have been medical related with doctor notes. Any legal advice would help. Thank yall!

hi everyone! so im applying for a few big five internships (in canada), but it's through workday and frankly there's a lot of other applicants so im afraid that i wont even get to the interview stage.
i was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks to get through the resume/cover letter stage. for more info about myself, im a new business grad (majoring in finance but ive taken a lot of courses in marketing, human resources, accounting, and other related fields) that hasnt done a publishing certificate. im sure that compared to others who have done one im at a disadvantage - so ill be needing all the help i can get LOL.

For those of you that had to have ultrasound and then biopsy….will you continue to mammogram or will you just rely on ultrasounds in the future?
In my case, my mammogram missed my spot (always get the dense breasts may miss something line with my follow up letter), but my lump was detected on ultrasound.
SO if it’s likely that my mammogram will continue to miss things and an ultrasound is used for further evaluation in most cases….why would I continue to also mammogram in addition to a yearly ultrasound? (And expose myself to more radiation and possible implant rupture?)
Thoughts? What have your doctors said? Very curious. Thank you!

In the past we've done a few guest episodes where we invite fans on to the show and we talk about films, actors and the guest gives us their opinion on that particular topic.
I would like to do something similar and post a follow-up episode(s) to the The Brothers Sun episode where I interview a few guests.
I will write and share a list of questions beforehand and send these to you via email. I'll also include what software you will need access to (Skype and Audacity - both are free).
I can arrange a 30 minute pre-recording session to go through any questions you might have about the recording process and show you the basics of Audacity.
You will need to answer the questions and send these back to our email, as these form the show notes on our website. You can document your answers in full detailed sentences or a few bullet points to capture the pertinent points.
You will need to be English speaking and have access to a laptop/computer and preferably a microphone and headset. Webcam is optional, as we only release audio podcasts episodes. We had a couple of guests who recorded via their iPhone and the audio wasn't great.
We've recorded guests from across the US, Canada and a couple of countries in Europe. We are UK based, but happy to schedule a time that is convenient for both of us.
We are a very small podcast but we do have listeners across a few continents (Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and Oceania).

Having to find a new job, while dealing with all of this, on top school would be a great deal of stress. Our call center had an opening (which they work from home.) I applied and didn't get the position. I submitted an official ADA form requesting the ability to do the "call work" from home. Our clinic is assigned once a week when there's only 2 doctors in office. I also requested to be able to do that work at home when I'm sick.
I'm having a hard time meeting what the position requires. I know reasonable accommodations can't cause the company undue hardship, but I feel that my request is reasonable since I've offered to change positions and even applied for the "work from home" slot (which I wouldn't need any accommodations for)
Do you think this is something they'll be able to fire me over? I used all my FMLA during my pregnancy and I'm out of PTO and UPTO. I work in an at will state, but all of my absences have been medical related with doctor notes. Any legal advice would help. Thank yall!

Obviously, I'll be vague about the more sensitive or identifiable details, but here is a rundown of what has happened.
Recently moved back from overseas and looking for employment. This is in England.
Nov '23 - Interviewed for a role. I was told I was the last person to be interviewed on the way out, but an interviewer corrected that as an Executive was wondering whether to approach someone else about the role. A couple of days later I was told that I wasn't successful, but that they're putting me forward for another role that I might be suitable for.
Dec '23 - Meeting about the other role. It sounded great, and it was strongly suggested that I was the only candidate for the role. I got positive feedback and was told by the person in Talent (let's call them TK) that there needed to be a meeting to confirm the specifics of the role. This got pushed back a few times and I was told that it was definitely going ahead in the new year. As I had been living with family whilst I found my feet, I asked for a firm assurance that it would as I needed to move for the role, and my living arrangements were increasingly unstable and I'd need to move to a different city. I got firm assurance, and so my girlfriend and I moved into a flat closeby with a year's lease.
Jan - Feb '24 - The meeting kept being pushed back, or was vague. TK didn't keep me up to date and wouldn't always reply to texts/emails within a reasonable time. I got repeated assurance that the job was going ahead shortly. I was eventually told the job description had been finalised and I was sent a copy to review. I read it and said I was happy to move forward. I was emailed a conditional offer of employment document that was referred to as a contract. The conditions were;

1. Evidence I am eligible to work in the UK
2. Successful medical
3. Satisfactory references
4. Evidence of qualifications
5. Security clearances (incl overseas checks for the 2 countries I'd lived in outside of UK)
6. Successful 12 week probation
7. Agreement that employer can deduct any liabilities from salary
8. Acceptance of T&Cs in job offer letter

I signed the document and returned it. The week afterwards, I attended my medical and provided my ID documents for the checks to be carried out. The week after that, TK called to say that a new Executive had decided to take a different strategic direction and that the team I would be a part of had been pulled. For this reason, my job offer was withdrawn. I asked about the contract that I'd signed and TK said that they'd check. They called back the next day to explain that my overseas checks hadn't come back yet so they didn't owe me anything.
March - May '24 - I wanted to see if my checks would eventually come back, as that would satisfy another of the 8 conditions. My UK and one of the overseas ones came back clear, but the second overseas one was cancelled by the employer. I had independently had one carried out in this process and that came back clear, so I know I wouldn't have failed it. Following ACAS rules, I had already informally raised my concern over the phone, and so a formal grievance was the next step. The job offer had been withdrawn, but there had been no conversation around the document that was referred to as a contract, not even verbally. In that document, there are two sentences next to each other that are a little unclear:

Your notice period to \employer* will be 3 months from either side.*
\employer* will give you 1 month's notice for the first 4 years of employment and an additional 1 week for each additional full year of service up to a maximum of 12.*

These are right next to each other, but seem to contradict. I've also never seen the phrase "from either side" before.
In my grievance, I explained the negative effect this has had on my financial stability and mental health, and pointed out the notice period above. I also mentioned that I was now locked into living in an unfamiliar city, and that my future job search was now very limited to the area. I didn't ask for a specific outcome, just that I'd like to start a constructive dialogue and that I'd like to see their grievance policy. They've replied and reinforced their position that they don't contractually owe me anything as I didn't satisfy condition 6 - the probation. They also said that they'd offer 4 weeks' wages as an ex gratia. I haven't replied, as I'd like to properly understand my options.
Questions

1. How do you interpret the notice period?
2. Can a company withdraw a job offer and a contract without honouring a notice period for the reasons they've given (change of strategic direction / haven't completed probation). I haven't been given a chance to complete the probation and so it's not like I've underperformed or been frequently absent.
3. Is there a difference between a job offer and a contract, and do both have to be formally withdrawn?
4. Am I right in saying that because they haven't followed the ACAS Code of Practice for Grievances?
5. Do you think I have a case that is worth pursuing in ACAS' Early Conciliation / Tribunal?
6. Is there anything else I've missed?

I applied for a job on indeed website that was advertised and the next thing I know is getting a phone call from this path2solutions company.
They rang me for a booking to go on a 5 days coarse for training to get an interview for the job advertised on indeed.
Just wondering if anyone had any recent experience of the company. I can see lots of mixed reviews online any many of them say it is a waste of time.

WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU

• You're 18+. absolutely no minors, please.
• You're willing to jump straight into things - it's the best way to know if we'll be compatible and want the same plots.
• You'll always share your ideas (even if you're hesitant or self-conscious - I'm too, and I always make sure to put in the effort so I fully expect the same from my writing partners).
• You're ok filling out ship/character memes because they are my bread and butter. I don't require us to talk every day or even about our lives, but I NEED us to headcanon and share ideas. If you give me monosyllabic answers, I'll soft block you. If we started talking and I stopped replying it's probably because of this.
• You're interested in having more than one plot/ship. I ’m only interested in writing with partners who will double up and/or write a mutimuse with me.
