Hi. Would someone be able to help me with the following, please?
I have an app that upon “login” filters down to the User’s ID number (Student_ID) and shows all items in a “pending” state filtered down to that User ID. The purpose of my app is so that the Users can “Accept” and “Reject” the items from a dropdown for each pending item under their Student ID. Upon making their choices, they would select a button that updates my SharePoint list with their decision, navigates to a confirmation screen, and sends them (and my team’s mailbox) a confirmation email of their selections via a html table. The email address is listed in a column in my Sharepoint list (please see sharepoint list screenshot). I’m happy for this to be a single email that pulls all list items in relation to the User, regardless of if pending, or they accepted some items at an earlier date.
Currently, I’ve been successful with updating SharePoint. I’ve done this by having a hidden button on each row in my gallery with the formula:

I plan to add a hidden date as well, that will populate the date the decision has been made.

I’ve started to set up a flow that does what I would like it to do, but I can’t work out how to filter down the “Get Items” (I think this is what I need to do) to match the User ID of the person “logged in”. I also wondered about variables, but I can’t seem to “add” variables either.
