We just became self managed and the real estate attorney on the first home sale did not give us the buyers info like name, email, phone, even though we requested it twice. Is that typical? Also below is a copy of our estoppel letter. Any recommendations on how to insure that lawyers actually print out the Bylaws/CCRs/AOI and give it to buyer at closing. I know they forget sometimes because when I bought my house 24 years ago, they did not have them for me and dumb attorney advised me to sign without reading them. I spent 2 hours reading every other document and didnt' understand what an HOA was when I was 22 years old. . Should we FAX over 32 pages or spend $7 to mail over the documents? I really do not trust them to get it right. Should we withhold the letter until we get buyer info? Afterall the buyer is charged a fee as well so technically we do need their info.

I created a DS-160 and booked an appointment with that number. But the DS-160 form has expired before me submitting it. So, I created a new DS-160 and submitted it. Looks like from Nov 15, 2023, we cannot update the DS-160 number at the time of appointment. I went to the interview and they asked me to reschedule after 24-48 hrs once it updates on the website as no show. It has not updated yet (it’s been 27 hrs). and we read about it in the first verse, and in the second verse we see what John testified about:

Here we first notice that John is a witness, but immediately afterwards we also see what he testified to. He did not testify to some of his thoughts or ideas or some teaching of some "wise teacher", but it is clearly written that he testified to "the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ, and whatever they see.". "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kindom of heaven; Blessed are those who weep, for they will be comforted; Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth; Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will be filled; Blessed are the merciful, for they will be pardoned; Blessed those who are pure in heart, because they will see God; Blessed are those who build peace, because they will be called sons of God; Blessed are those exiled for the sake of justice, because their kingdom is heavenly. Blessed are you if they embarrass you and ostracize you and say all sorts of bad things about you while lying, for my sake"

From this verse we see "Blessed is he who reads" and that is God's promise intended for all those who read Revelation and the other books that God sent us and the next thing we notice is that it says "Blessed is he who reads" so he reads constantly and does not read once and thinks he has learned everything. This book is read, studied and analyzed because that is how God gives us information every time we do this.
In addition to reading about this book and the publication that was written, it can also be listened to, and we read for the listeners. Blessed are those who listen to the words of prophecy. This was written in a time when many people were illiterate and did not know how to read, so it is the only the way to find out what is revealed in the Revelation is listening to what people who knew how to read interpreted or read the original text. So from these verses we see that it does not matter whether someone reads or listens to the revelation the blessings are the same.

And we have reached the end of the verse where it says that "the time is near" which means that we should read, listen and practice science because the time described in the Revelation is very close especially for us because we can clearly see based on the signs of the times that it is the last the time is very close so close that we can see the signs being fulfilled before our eyes in real time, for us it is no longer a prophecy but events that are happening and confirm the truth of what was published in the last book of the Bible Revelation.
The events that are taking place and the warning "that the time is near" should only strengthen us in faith and we should practice what is written in the second epistle of Peter.

Context - I feel like I have been questioning this a lot, since the day I took a woman on a date, first to a beach, then for lunch, then for a dance class, and even after doing all this, she started talking to some other guy in between the date, and got his number, even though he never approached her.
What I feel - I feel like dating from a man perspective is so much work. He has to ask & seek the woman to go on a date, plan the date, make the reservation, pick her up, give her compliments, pay for her meals, make it engaging. What is she supposed to give in return - nothing. I feel all the woman I have met for dating even after doing all this for them, they never felt enough, nor respected it. Does it mean should I stop doing this when I meet a new woman?
Question 1 - I feel like what most woman can just provide in return is just - sex and nothing else. I feel all this money and effort is just to get sex. Like if a man spends a certain amount of money and effort on a woman, he can "open" her up for sex, and she "repays" his effort and money by "providing sex". Does it mean most woman are just fundamentally "prostitutes" (not mean in a bad way)?
Question 2 - I saw this video on Youtube where most woman are easy at smelling off men who have low self esteem and then try to break his boundaries, and do bad things like cheat on him since she knows she can get away this, and he will still be chasing her. Why are woman so Iniquitous, why their moral fundamentally flawed?

So I'm living with my family in our family home( it is normal for children to live with parents where I'm from). My mother is super loud, she is constantly screaming and shouting, for the most part I'm used to it BUT as of late she has started being overly dramatic, gasping and exclaiming at any opportunity... It has only started over the last 6 months and she is progressively doing it more and more. It could be something like the clock striking 12; "loud gasp OH MY GODD!!! Look at the time!" The laundry is done; "loud gasp in a panicked voice OH NO OH NO OH NO" Amazon delivered groceries; "super loud and serious tone YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED"(sounding as if she got mugged or something)
It genuinely scares me and my grandmother(78F) The number of times my heart has started beating fast and almost sent my grandmother and I into panic mode is one too many. I have tried to confront my mother both in a gentle manner as well as in a more serious tone. My grandmother has had a heartattack in the past and I have been dealing with anxiety since mid 2020 & my mother is very well aware of this. Everytime we tell her that her behaviour is unpleasant and triggering panic in us over absolutely nothing, she goes into full defence mode and starts justifying her actions rather aggressively.
My mother is unfortunately someone who constantly seeks attention. She talks every minute she is awake (We are used to this and it's fine). But I think that since we are used to her constantly talking we have kind of learnt to tune it out as background noise and don't pay much attention to it, my theory is that she is only being dramatic to seek attention, so, when we lowkey panic and show concern, maybe she feels validated? I only came up with this theory because one day I returned home early from work and my mother was alone at home. I let myself in with my set of keys because the doorbell was to be repaired the following day. But anyway I was too tired to announce myself home and I saw that mom was pre-occupied with something and just decided to go into my room. A couple of hours go by and she was being "normal", I was in my room just laying on my bed and the house was actually peaceful for once, I almost couldn't believe it. When I checked on my mom she was talking on the phone in a normal tone, watching the TV at a normal volume, doing her day to day chores like a normal person, even preparing dinner without absolutely slamming all the pots and pans. Then, my grandmother returns home from her appointment along with my aunt. That's when the dramatics started again. She went from being "normal" to acting like her usual self. It honestly saddened me to see that she was only doing all this rather intentionally.
I really don't know how to navigate this situation... I'm unable to understand her behaviour or reason with her. I don't think we could possible learn to tune out her sounding like she's in geniune agony and or in danger even though she does this often, multiple time a day. I'm just tired of constantly feeling anxious when it's time to comeback home.
I can't move out yet despite of have a job, I have a degree in management but since I'm just starting out, I don't get paid enough to be able to get an apartment in a safe neighborhood. So that's not an option for atleast 2 more years.

Hi there everyone, I kind of curious, I have been writing a crossover fanfic in the style of Super Robot Wars storylines. One of the Franchises I want to add is RWBY, however, I never really got into the series until playing Blazblue Cross Tag Battle and during his time I started read up on the series on various wiki pages.

In this point of the fanfic, it took place after my idea of an ending to the series, so here goes nothing!

"UGHHH!" Whitley groaned, being punched for a hour, his clothing became ragged and bloody.
"LEAVE WHITLEY ALONE!" Fiona cried out at the tallest in the men's holding cell, she was in the womens' holding cell that was across the room, luckly for her, she was alone in the women's side but not for Whitley, making things worse is that the guards were sent out on an emergency call, as their thinning numbers were sent out because of a few bomb threats elsewhere in the city.
"SHUT IT, SHEEPIE! I GOING KEEP BEATING THIS BRAT UNTIL HE UNDERSTANDS HIS PLACE IN THE UNIVERSE!"
"..." The man in the hood remained quiet as he watched this uneven fight. "You should stay down..."
"...As if I would..." The Schnee boy rose back to his feet through he knew nothing of throwing punches he refused to surrender just to spite the former Board Member of Phoenix Ash.
"HEH, for a skinny brat, you're stubborn, be a good little boy and admit that you're nothing but a puppet then I'll quit your rightly deserved beatings!"
Whitley regained his balance before flipping a bird claiming. "You...really...think this..puppet would let some smug ass with no respect for anyone but those in the Upper Class to order me around? SCREW....YOU!" The boy yelled spiting blood onto the man's ghoulish face to annoy the monster in human flesh.
"...WHY YOU LITTLE MAGGOT!" The man was even more enraged now, as he punched the stomach of the younger male causing the boy fall onto the cold floor.
Fiona was horrified as she witness the former spoiled prince rose back to his feet.

The youth was still standing to a point, until the man pulled a dirty shiv he found in the holding cell while waiting for this very moment. The two youths' eyes widden when they saw the makeshift weapon of sharpen hard plastic.

The attacker then sliced the right side of Whitley's face leaving a scar under his eye.
"THE FACE OF THE BOY WITH A NAME THAT NOWS MEANS NOTHING TOTHE WORLD, USING TRUTHS TO PISS ON THE LEGACY THAT JACQUES BUILT, JUST SO HIS SON COULD REBUILD THE HONOR THAT IT HELD WHEN THAT WINDBAG WAS STILL KICKING! WHAT FREAKIN DRIVEL!"
then a slash across his chest.
"THAT BLEEDING HEART OF YOURS WANTING REDEMPTION SO HE COULD HAVE SOME ATTENTION BUT GUESS WHAT THERE'S NO SUCH THING IN THE BUSINESS WORLD OR IN THE REMAINING KINGDOMS OF REMNANT AS REDEMPTION!"
Then the right hand of the boy, the one Whitley pull in front of his body in an poor attempt to grabbed the makeshift Shiv.

Getting off of the beaten body of the Schnee, the man let Whitley try to get up before the boy fell on his stomach and the man grabbed the white hairs of his his head and pulled his face up, so the redeemer would look into Fiona's green eyes for a last time, one filled with tears.
"ACTUALLY, IT'S FUNNY, BECAUSE OF HER STATUS AS A WAR HERO, THE SHEEP WILL GET OUT IN THE END OF THE DAY AND BE ON HER WAY HOME, BUT YOU JUST HAD TO PLAY HERO AND FOR WHAT, WHITLEY SCHNEE?! FOR YOUR REMAINS TO BE MY PUNCHING BAG UNTIL I TRANSFER TO PRISON?....IT'S SO FREAKING SAD THAT I'M LAUGHING MY ASS OFF!"
The redeemer, who's face full of buises, forgotten that this is the case for minor first time offenders but didn't care at all. Ever since Fiona saved his and his mother's lives that day, he would've happily be arrested and be beaten, time after time, so he could thank her. He wanted to smile, to show his savior that he was happy with this outcome, even this meant that his life ended today, but could barely move his face but the only could wheezingly chuckled as tears as swell from his eyes
Before the man could finished Whitley off, a small blackout happened as the doors of the cells opened, Fiona ran to the boy who risked his life just so he could to talk to her. "WHY?!" Fiona cried she held the youth in her arms. "WHY CAN'T MONSTERS LIKE YOU SEE THAT THIS A NEW WORLD, THAT WE CAN BECOME BETTER THAN WE ONCE WERE." The green eyed girl demanded anwers but the man just mocked to anwered the Fuanus.
"Do you think animals like you could understand that only the strong and the Upper Cass are the only ones who have the right to control Remnant. He could have been one of those in control and still have enough Lien to be someone important but he chose to ally with the lower class, and for little lamb he paying for it, dearly."
Putting the boy's head gently on the floor wiping the tears on her sleeve, to hopefully keep friend she made safe for a bit longer, she attempted to use Pocket Demisions to rid the world of this demon, only to realize in the middle of her attack, the power returned and because she ran to help the youth, that she was in the men's holding cell with the real beast.
"....No!" She wimpered.

"You see, little Sheep, we figured the boy has a bleeding heart, so to get rid of those childish wishes to loosen our hold, we decided yesterday to make up a plan, the one that you had to prevent. So during that little speech of his, we made a second one on the fly." He continued as he put his hand on an earpiece. "...That one being the threats to distract the guards and that little blackout. Plus thanks to this little device, my semblance to increase my strength with every attack I give, still remains."
"This can't be...." She was scared, as this man that she could taken down a few mere hours ago, was telling the truth when every step he made while approaching Fiona made small cracks in the flooring.

"Now, since you annoyed me so much, you're going be my replacement, lamb chops!" The upsuper yelled in bliss as he pulled his fist to punch her small body. She dodged the attack but his second punch connected and sent her flying into the force field door.
"AUHHGGG!" She cried out, recoiling in the pain from her back before noticing the man was coming for her, managing to get up but unable to dodge it completely in this cramped arena. She felt the punch connected with her left arm, braking the bones in the limb, Then a kick to her gut. Knocking her a few inches near Whitley's body.

The youngest of the Schnee clan could only watch in despair through one eye, the two were being broken by a scummy excuse of a human, and the young redeemer of his name could do nothing but watched as his attempt to prove to the world his words were real go down in flames.
"...Leave...her...alone..." These words spit out ignoring the pain as much as he could while rising back to his feet and limping to get in between the Faunus woman and her attacker.

The man was right on a few things, Whitley was never a fighter or some ground troop, and it may have been that he wanted attention when he first started to go down this road but Winter quickly knocked that idea out of his head, but the man is wrong on others, for Whitley realize that all he wanted to do in life is to help in anyway, even he'll be happy as a sideliner act to the main heroes.
But one can't always stay in that role and hoped to change the world, for a long time he stood by as a witness to to his father's crimes, for longer his thoughts of heroism being dismissed by that bogus excuse of a father and as far as he remembered, Whitley had others fight for him. But no more!
"In this world, money and power pull the strings, and yet you choose death for a flithy animal? How more times are you going to PISS M-!" The man was interrupted while talking by, to the surprise of all, the white haired boy headbutting his taller foe, knocking the man onto his ass!
"...WHAT!?" The man screamed in horror as he started to bleed from his now broken nose, this was the first time the business man has ever seen his own blood.

The boy's body was mostly broken, each word he spoke caused more pain than his body could stand but the young man still had one part of his body to fight with, his hard head!
The next thing they all knew, Whitley continued headbutting his enemy, causing the man to gain a reality check, his ability were increasing his attacks but at a certain cost, The sole major weak point on his body, the one that held the brain to think of ways to screwed others over, the one with the eyes that saw everyone else as beneath him and the one with the mouth with a booming voice he used to make threats and promises to ruin his foes, his face weaken over time with every punch or kick he gave to the two.
"NONONONONO!" The man screamed with a bloodied and bruised face, before feeling the same despair he installed into his two victims just mere minutes ago. In a desperate attempt to stop these attacks, he grabbed the man in the cloak as a hostage, with the shiv he used on the boy still in his possession.

While being headbutted by his Whitley, the earpiece fell out and was behind his two victims!
"No way this is happening...." He groaned in pain before the cloaked male took off his hood, just to make things worse for the would be assassin.
"...and here I thought I would have a peaceful life in prison..." The man sighed as he revealed himself to be a fomer ally of Salem, one who wanted nothing more but to rot in prisons for the remaining of his life.

"I was supposed to transfer into the next city, mostly for some good behavior BS..." Mercury turned his attention to the white haired boy.

"Mercury Black...Your sentence for your war crimes have been over with for a couple of months now, yet, you still choose to remain in prison, may I ask why?"
"Since Cinder died in the fight against our former partner and Salem's redemption attempt, I really don't have much else left. hi yall! I recently got facemoji because its similar to an old custom keybord that I had that I liked well, but unfortunately lost when I got my new phone.
I love the new keyboard! however the AI bar above the keyboard is an annoyance to say the least, and Id like to remove it. ive looked everywhere and it says to go into the keyboard settings by hitting the leftmost button on the top of the keyboard and hitting the AI option to disable it, however I dont see the AI option! the only buttons are as follows:
Community, themes, Text Editing, Clipboard, Text storm, Cool Fonts, Translate, Languages, Emoji, Sticker popup, Number row, Height, Sounds and Vibration, Game move, Toolbar, Font Size, Search, More, And share
if someone could explain what im doing wrong or if Im just in the wrong section entirely Id greatly appreciate it

A Hoy there.
Me and the family were flying back from Egypt a few weeks ago and were told right at the boarding gate that the flight had been cancelled and delayed until the next day..
easyJet put us up in a hotel for the night and we were back home the day after.
Once home, we put in a claim for a refund given how the flight was delayed/cancelled for well over 3 hours.
They have replied with the below explaining that the circumstances mean they don't have to pay out. Is this right or do I need to keep fighting?
The below in brackets is what EasyJet have said.
(We always review claims fairly and in keeping with EU/UK regulation. We know how frustrating delays can be. We always aim to provide the best possible experience when flying with us, however, from time-to-time situations arise which are outside of our control and unfortunately when this happens we are unable to offer compensation.
To further explain what happened on the day; there was a disruptive customer who posed a risk to the welfare of other customers on an earlier flight. The delays knocked on to the rest of the flights for that day. Ultimately and in the case of this flight, the delays pushed our crew into their maximum legal operating hours. There are strict industry wide rules on the number of hours our crew are allowed to work. To protect the safety of our customers and crew, these hours cannot be exceeded. We do take reasonable measures to avoid delays and cancellations to our flights by having replacement crews and spare aircraft available in our network. In the circumstances, these options were not possible as the delay to your flight was a direct result of an earlier passenger incident.)

Oh how sad I am. I've been planning this escape for years. And now that I'm finally here, with one more night on my... not-really-a-bed, just a... mat-on-the-floor with blanket and pillows...
I sob. Sob and cry and wonder why I feel all this pain. I'm the one who wanted to escape. To live my life to the fullest. To do all the things I love. To draw and sing, to wear my hair down and bake, to make friends and wear cute dresses, to have cats and be with the man I love and oh gosh how lucky I am that he loves me dearly and wants the best for me. He and his mum supported me so so much. My friend too. They are my chosen family.
But... why am I feeling so horribly sad...? Its because I'll never see my parents or siblings again. I feel so bad for my mum because she allows people to use her and by that I mean she does everything for my grown ass siblings. And my extended family all use her a lot too.
About my mum.
Sadly, shes religious. Prays constantly. Always telling us to pray. Donates money to needy. Forced me to pay zakkah. Buys counters to constantly recite, it's like digital tasbeehs and stuff to use wherever without looking or counting. You just press and then you get your number on a screen. She takes care of her mum sometimes. Often cooks for her. She often watches her sisters kids because her sister, my aunt... is ever so social and kinda just expects my mum to baby sit them. My mum cooks almost every day. Usually every other day because my dad refuses to eat old food. And when I say cook I dont mean something easy like whip up a pasta. I mean dishes that take at least more than 2 hours to cook. Mind you though, hes a chef and does cook sometimes in the house. But since he works he expects mum to cook and honestly if I were a man, I'd want that too. To come home from work to good food. Anyway...
I have siblings. One of which is a piece of good for nothing shit. Uses and abuses mum psychologically. For real. It's so sad. And mum enables this shit because she believes it's not actually my siblings behaviour. It's apparently a ghost. My other siblings are not of legal age yet. I will miss them terribly. They... will have to grow up a lot. Mum does a lot for them. Cooking. Cleaning. Honestly, I dont cook because mum does it. Nor clean. I avoided being with mum and basically without realising it, did that rock technique with her. Where I basically diffuse the conversation and stuff because I hate talking about Islam and just avoid being around her and stuff. I forgot what the technique is actually called.
I love her. Even if I'm sure her love for me is conditional. I wish to keep contact with her. But I worry about her health. Diabetes and general pressure issues. If she dies, my dad wont be able to take care of my siblings. My dad will cook for them and teach them how to travel to school and stuff. But besides that, he wont know about their medical conditions or history, he cant speak much English just some. He is smart but also not really? It's weird.
Mg siblings and mum is who I worry for most. The two siblings who arent over 18 yet. I dont care for the other one because they ruined my life and became such a horrible person. I get some of it is mental health issues so they need help but I'm speaking very specifically of their character before all this began.
Anyway. I escape tomorrow. Today is technically my last day ever with my family. I do love them. I wish to text or call them from time to time but I do think a period of no contact may be necessary for both them and myself to kind of... let this choice I made sink in. I've bought games for my younger siblings where we can chat and hopefully they keep this private. I do believe that they may understand me when they reach a certain age and be more accepting than my parents.
In my letter, I'm not sure if I should say I left because I wanted to live my life or because "God guided me" and play that card. I'm semi atheist. Sometimes I believe in God and other times I dont. Right now km not really sure what I am so I say semi atheist. I will cry and cry and cry after I've made it to my partner. He and his mum will hold me close and tell me I'm safe and loved and deserve to choose the life I want. I have support. We are gonna do so many things together that we couldn't before!
I'm an artist. In so many ways. I had to hide my art with my family. With my partner, he wanted them all displayed. For Christmas, I drew portraits, more like fantasy portraits of him and his mum and his cat. They still have it displayed in their house. It warms my heart. I draw, sew, sculpt with clay, paint sometimes, do traditional pencils drawings with colour and without, digital art, pixel art for working on my game, make plushies and I plan to sew my own dresses, I like styling my hair although my hair is pretty damaged sadly, no not with heat products, more of just unhealthy hair. What else...? I just love making things with paper like water fall cards and spinning cards and pop up books. When I confessed to my partner, at the time he couldn't be with me because he wanted to make sure he was ready, I made him a well designed pop up book. It had stuff we liked, camping, gaming, sleeping, loads of pop up and sliding elements. Then on our 1st anniversary, I made him an explosion box. He was absolutely in shock as he opened it over Skype. I plan to make an even better gift for next time. For Christmas he attempted something similar, he is very creative too. He made me a book of himself. Like a little toy for my to hold around with funny comments and his cat kinda touring me through his weak knee joints Haha and his heart which loves me 100% and his little nose which if I boop, doesnt do anything, nor the the little mole he has on his face. All these drawings and details, I love it so much.

Hi guys. I am currently S6, 17 doing my 4 highers in Secondary. I am doing them at second sitting as in S5 I was doing 4 national 5's and 1 higher. I am repeating that 1 higher this year and doing 3 of those national 5s at higher this year. I could not sit 2 of my exams as I was kicked out of my house without a phone for the days of those exams and I was more worried about having a place to sleep than sitting my exams. Now that I am back I am devastated as I know no university will accept my 2 no awards and my other 2 sub-par results which I don't want to blame on my home situation but I did study whenever I possibly could. I've always wanted to get into saint Andrews or any other high achieving uni like university of edinburgh. I've accumulated all my money together from work and realised I can take those 4 highers again by paying a nearby college to let me do those higher courses at their centre, but I wonder if the university I am applying to will see that I did not achieve highers at S4 or S5 at a satisfactory grade and therefore will not accept my application, or at most treat me as lower than the ones who also achieved whatever grades I will get next year at s6/s5. I am worried I will pay the money, get the needed grades, do extra curriculars, get good predicted grades, make a great personal statement over the "gap year" just for them to say no because I am technically third sitting instead of first or second sitting like 99% of applicants.
I really want to get rid of this chapter of my life, achieve the best grades possible the year after s6 then get to uni after that year. I really don't want to do 2 year courses just because of this situation I'm in. If anyone who knows this sort of stuff can answer, will they still treat me as someone who did second sitting as I am doing the same qualifications or not? If they don't can I do something to achieve equivalent qualifications in that year? I understand the basic answer is "just ask the uni".. It's probably just a phase, or a mood, but I'm in a place right now where I can't really pick up anything that needs a lot of active gameplay investment. At the same time, I still love the smooth-lizard-brain dopamine hit that progression in gaming typically brings.
The idle genre provides that in spades. This particular one I'm playing, NGU Idle, is pretty packed with features that it can hold my interest quite a bit. It's layer upon layer upon layer of almost pure progression by just idling/afk'ing but it has A LOT of layers that you can continue to unlock and will make your numbers go higher and higher. It's pretty crazy, with people taking as much as 20,000 hours to reach the end of the game.
There are a bunch of other good ones on Steam like the classic Cookie Clicker, Leaf Blower Revolution, etc.... I even tried a browser based game one time called The Levelling Tree which is quite literally just you clicking on upgrades on a very basic web layout so that you can watch numbers go up / go up faster... and I played that thing longer than I would care to admit.
