As much as possible let's avoid na yung decisions ng ABS-CBN regarding bgyo and bini. Stop beaing the dead horse na. Let's discuss yung mga bad decisions/missed opportunities na nagawa so far ng mga companies na more concerned on the music etc. side instead of mga personal issues kasi nagiging chikaph yung thread kapag ganon yung usapan.
My list:

1. Most recent disappointment for me, Alamat's Dayang MV. Could have been way better without the DITO sponsorship. I understand na good for the group yung endorsement, pero when you listen to the song I feel like it deserves a better video pati a different concept, different outfits. In my opinion, yung chorus is so good and I feel like the members should have been wearing more "sensual/sexy" outfits, not the one they were wearing na very colorful and parang hindi match sa kanta. Parang mas okay ata kung yung approach ng music video lalo na sa chorus is parang yung Love shot ni Kai, not saying na copy it pero parang imagine lang na parang mas sexy yung dating ng video.
2. 1st.one - expensive music video did not feel like an expensive video. If totoo talaga yung figure na nagastos, I feel like it's such a huge waste of resources that could have been put into other stuff (like pang bayad sa better producer)
3. SB19's alab music video. The intro is so random, medyo nakaka disconnect din yung Korean haha. The font used doesn't help, sobrang graphic design is my passion.

I have this feeling na with the rising popularity of BINI and the impact of sb19 mas mag bo-boom na talaga ang PPop. As an A'tin, I'm super happy na re-realized na din ang Isa sa mga goals ni Pins. #PPOPRISE. Imagine dudumogin ng A'tin at Blooms ang Araneta! Baka dinna pwede sa Araneta baka PH Arena na or mas bigger pa na venue. Look at the mall show ng BINI.. mall show palang Yan ha! And the 2 day sold out concert ng SB19! In Araneta. And 3 day sod out concert ng BINI. It's like Filipinos are now appreciating local talents more, Kasi tayo live kung live talaga! With the hingal and all.. bahala na Basta live performers Yung mga talents natin. I love it! Ang saya! And with that mas makikilala pa ibang groups, like VXON, ALAMAT, g22, KAIA! Nakaka excite! Sana Naman iba2 venue each year like sa Cebu Naman or sa Davao, CDO etc. #wishfulthinking

The last movies I saw that I enjoyed was Honor Thy Father and Patintero: Ang alamat ni Meng Patalo. Obviously Ang tagal na!
Hate na hate n hate ko kase yung intrusive soundtrack na biglang bumubulyaw in the middle of a dramatic scene. AS IN. Takes me right out. I hate bad costumes and horrible looking wigs (alam nyo na mga sample niyan) and Hindi ko bet yung slapstick comedy in general.

At yung isang kwento tungkol sa isang babaeng nag-cheat sa asawa nya, kasama yung kaibigan ng asawa nya, tas sa huli ay nilason nung asawa yung lalaking kaibigan nya habang alam nung babae at nagmamakaawa (di ko matandaan kung nakasulat sa ingles ito o nakasulat sa Tagalog pero Pinoy ang may likha at parang script sya ng isang dula, kung may nakakaalam ng pamagat, paki-comment na lang po). Syempre marami rin akong natatandaan na mga kwentong alamat. Nabasa ko rin MacArthur ni Bob Ong at ilang mga Kikomachine komiks ng ate ko. Nabasa ko rin ang The Woman who Had Two Navels noong 13 ako, para akong nagka- fever dream pero nagustuhan ko sya ng sobra. Kaso Ay nakasulat naman sa Ingles. Gusto ko yung ganun, surreal o kung may alam kayo na-contemporary filipino writer na nagsusulat ng magical realism. Comment na lang kayo kung ano mga marerekomenda nyong mga (huwag naman po yung pang-elementary reading o galing wattpad na cliche romance).

LONG TREAD, READ IT OR NOT, BAHALA KAYO.
These are things that I've learned throughout the years I've been working. Take note, sa BPO or sales lang ako so if ur not in that industry or Line of Business feel free to interpolate it sa current mo na work. feel free to add or piggyback sa mga ipopost ko. and Im open with having a discussion if you think some of these tips arent realistic. Do take note. Different strokes for different folks. Some of these may be applicable with some companies and some may not be so yeah. Just sharing these things that I've experience throughout my time working for multiples companies in sales and in the BPO industry.
-Do not give more than what is expected from you. And im referring to hours that you are working in the office. if 40hr work week ka (8 hrs a day, 5 days a wk) and wala namang bayad ang overtime, please lang wag ka nang magstay sa opisina. yang mga lecheng team meetings na yan na naexperience ko nung nsa BPO pa ko, jusko most of the time next to useless yan. ginagawa nga ng isang teammate ko ngwawalk out nlng agad. hindi ka bayad ng overtime and lagpas na ng 8 hrs tapos out ka na, kahit ipowertrip ka pa ng team lead mo dalhin mo siya sa HR if ipipilit nya. otherwise ireklamo mo to the proper channels. some companies I've worked with may plotted talaga na team huddles pero if its within your shift and hindi ka pa nag clock out wala kang choice, you have to take it. if naglog out na kayong lahat, then feel free to leave. maawa ka sa sarili mo esp if parehas ka sakin na sa BPO ngtratrabaho and graveyard shift. itulog mo nlng yan. Regarding performance, If walang monetary compensation if you will perform well then be in the middle. dont strive to be the top agent or be the underlying performer either. Trust me, if you will not be compensated in the form of bonuses/commission, then don't break your back being the top dog of your company (kung customer service jusko certificate lng makukuha mo and bragging rights. that wont pay the bills) if you are in sales however and may commission and uncapped siya, by all means go for it. Im not trying to promote mediocrity but in my experience esp sa mga leaders sa BPO companies that I've worked with, they will normally put a lot of burden sa top performer para hatakin ang overall stats nyo as a team while the underliers walang paki whether they contribute or not. Doing your job really well and di ka compensated for it will set you up for BURN OUT! Nangyari na yan sakin sa sales pa ha. tapos ayaw pa ko payagan mag leave (kapal lang ng mukha. we'll talk about that later) so please lang. wag kang magpakabayani. hindi ikaw ang owner. empleyado ka lang.
-Alagaan mo sarili mo. Madalas sinasabi ko esp nung nasa sales ako, 'I have to take care of my voice, my eyes, my sleep and my mind.' So if magkaproblema boses ko di ako makakatawag. if may problema mata ko, di ako makakafunction at gamit ko laptop/PC para magtrabaho. If kulang tulog ko, di ako makakaperform ng maayos (normally foggy or scatter brained tayo if kulang tayo sa tulog and we can tend to forget things) Lalo na if may issues ako sa mind/utak ko (if may dinadala kang problema, issues sa family or work then you need to deal with them accordingly). What I'm trying to say is take care of your overall health (esp if graveyard shift ka) if graveyard shift ka parehas namin sa BPO/VAs unnatural na gising tayo sa gabi and tulog tayo sa umaga. madali tayong kakapitan ng sakit if panget ang diet natin, may bisyo and palagi kulang sa tulog. mama ko nung nsa 30s siya ngka hypertension because of that (former CC agent siya) Tito ko nastroke at the age of 30 din. hindi tayo forever makakapagtrabaho so habang kaya pa natin alagaan natin health natin. esp sa mga breadwinners jan. inexplain na to satin mga elementary palang tayo. Sleep 8 hrs a day, drink 8 glasses of water (basahin mo, WATER. hindi coke, hindi softdrinks, hindi kape, hindi juice. ipagpatuloy mo at wag kang uminom ng tubig palagi kang may migraine or headaches na hindi mawal wala so bahala ka sa buhay mo), proper diet (alam nyo na yan, iwas sa maalat, fatty, processed foods, tapos fast foods). If junk ang pinapasok mo sa katawan mo di ka makakafunction ng maayos. most of the time ngcacause pa yan ng brain fog. And mag exercise ka naman. gumalaw ka naman. wag puro hilata. P.S. sex is not considered exercise if hindi ka pagpapawisan ng todo ha. so kung one round lang yan wag mo lokohin sarili mo. lift heavy weights, go to the gym or do push ups or squats and sit ups at home.
-Now if let's say you are working for a small firm and all, lines will easily be blurred. Please compartmentalize things. 'We are a family here' madalas sinasabi ng mga business owners pang gaslight/powertrip/pang uto sayo na dapat galingan mo. Do your part, but again paulit ulit kong sasabihin na dont break your back working for a company na hindi mo naman ikakayaman. If its a small firm na marketing/branding or advertising services ang binibigay nyo or small na resto na people are dining in, hindi mo problema if the business goes under or not. PROBLEMA YAN NG BOSS MO OR NG OWNER NG TRINATRABAHUAN MO. DO NOT DO WORK OUTSIDE OF WHAT WAS MENTIONED SAYO. AND SET BOUNDARIES. Meron ako nakatrabaho na ganito, nakakaputang ina siya. Monday to friday trabaho. tatawagan ka on a weekend talking about work related stuff. If its not weekdays, Im not answering it and we can talk about it on monday. bagsakan mo ng telepono and tell them you're busy. Wag magpauto na gumawa ng kung anu ano whether work related or not dahil ang pinapakita mo neto is pwede mong gawin lahat. Like what I mentioned sa previous point, you will burn yourself out.
-There will be politics everywhere. kahit sa opisina nyo. so if you're planning to get a higher post, then you know what to do. I know kapipikunan or kaiinisan to ng ibang mga tao na galit sa office politics (even I myself) but in the years of working I realized na minsan you really have to play the game. I know someone na sa sales siya. almost 2 years na siya hindi nakakahit ng quota. pero dahil sipsip kay supervisor nya, he managed to stay for that long sa company that he's working with because of engaging in office politics. There is nothing you can do to escape it. YOU HAVE TO PLAY THE GAME. Now if you want to make changes jan sa office nyo, you can only do it if you have a higher position. If you intend to do that, its gonna be a long, treacherous road. buttkissery will be involved so be ready for it. I know most are against dealing with office politics. But the end justifies the means. If you're doing it to be an even bigger asshole, utang na loob wag mo nang gawin. babalik din yan sayo. But if you wanna make changes, do what you have to
-Normal to sa mga CC or BPO companies and ilang beses din to nangyari sakin. If in the event na PIP ka na or final written warning ka na, wag mo nang antayin na materminate ka, maghanap ka na ng malilipatan agad agad! Companies created these things to protect their asses from being sued by their employees for unlawful termination. This is a sign that the company you're working for is getting ready to give you the pinkslip/to get rid of you. Magsimula ka nang mag apply habang maaga pa. bigyan mo naman ung sarili mo ng peace of mind na hindi ka mastress kung san ka magtratrabaho after mo umalis sa company na delikado ka na.
-Pinag usapan natin ang office politics kanina. Now if ikaw ung hindi nagpaparticipate and affected ka na and panget na talaga ang work environment, may office bullying na nangyayari na walang ginagawa ang HR, power tripping sa mga team leads/supervisors and managers tapos may humihirit or nakikisawsaw pa na kupal mong teammate and nakikisakay, or anything else that is making your life difficult while working then I suggest you resign (again, magresign ka if may malilipatan ka na ha). no amount of money any company can give you is worth your mental health. MAS MAHAL GAMUTIN OR AYUSIN IF MAY PROBLEMA ANG MENTAL HEALTH MO! Wag kang mgpaka martir at umalis ka if panget na ang trato sayo sa office.
-Now ayun na. Nakakasuka na sa trinatrabahuan mo and pange na ang work environment. anu gagawin mo? diba magreresign ka, wag muna. hold your horses. Bakit tayo paulit ulit sa thought na yan? Simple lang. If you are resigning make sure meron ka nang malilipatan agad. For example. nagresign ka Feb 9 this year. SUICIDE IF WALA KANG MALILIPATAN. DAPAT BY NEXT WEEK OR IN TWO WEEKS PAPASAOK KA NA SA BAGO MONG TRABAHO. The logic is this. If you are applying and you've been laid of from work for a long period of time, mag cre2ep in na ang desperation and neediness. Dadating ka to the point na ang first na company na magbigay sakin ng offer ang una kong papatusin. WRONG! MAGTRATRABAHO KA SA COMPANY NA YAN FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, WHAT IF UNDERPAID KA? SINAYANG MO UNG ORAS MO NGAYON. Instead dapat bago ka umalis meron nang naka lined up. naexperience ko both. 2 years ago umalis ako abruptly kasi nga bullshit na talaga ang work place. may ipon naman tayo so confident ang tanga. ayun. im bombing interviews after interviews. 2 months akong walang trabaho (imaginin mo if ikaw lng mag isa tapos wala kang ipon. lubog ka sa utang ngayon) may mga inapplyan ako. ayun merong mga sumagot pero super tagal ang job offer. super tagal magdeliberate. edi pinatos natin ung company na nag offer sakin ng 22k. sales yan ha. super hirap pa ung niche. super tagal ng process and di ka ganun kadali makaka commission. little did I know sa ibang companies they are willing to offer 30k, 25k at least. Then earlier this year I was about to get the pinkslip. so bago pa nangyari, december palang ngreready na ko mag jump ship. ngayon bumaha ang offers sakin. may mga inapplyan ako direct to client sa US na dollars ang bayad sayo. meron naman dito local. ending balik ako sa sales. kinuha ko ung hindi masyado stressful para narin sa health and mental health ko and wala pang 2 or 3 weeks may trabaho na ko.
-Sa BPO world. May mga tinatawag na call center hoppers. Eto ung mga tao na makarinig lang na may bagong company or another company na much better ang offer, dun sila lilipat and magreresign sa current employer nila. Nothing wrong with this but this is a double edged sword. if makikita ng HR ang resume mo and you cant keep a job for a very long time, this will raise a lot of red flags and if hindi sakto and justifiable ang sagot mo during a job interview you won't get the job. I understand that you wanted to get paid more, compensated more, have better benefits and all but do this strategically. it would be best if you will leave your current employer na hindi ka na agent (rank and file position) and at least supervisor ka or may certain post ka na. of course kung supervisory na position mo much better benefits and all diba so do it strategically. if in 2 years, you've worked for 3 to 5 companies or more, good luck. You really have to ace your interview or pahirapan sa paghanap or padamihan ngayon sa aaapplyan. mastre2ss ka nyan.
- And to piggyback one of the things mentioned above, regarding getting better compensation. If reasonable naman ung reason mo why you wanted to transfer to a different company (ex. commute to your current workplace is gonna take at least 2 to 3 hrs and the company you're applying for ang commute is on an hour or an hour 30 mins) then go ahead and do it. In fact sa mga videos na inaral ko when preparing for a job interview sees that as a valid excuse that 'I just wanted to work closer from home. the commute from my previous job is too long'. Its valid. My fellow redditor, regardless of how new or how long you have been working I think you owe it to yourself that you have the right. all of the right in the world to get the best benefits, best compensation you can find in working for a company. Sa dami ng sakripisyo mo at sakripisyo nga mga magulang mo, you owe it to yourself and you owe it to them to be paid and compensated well. Please lang. kung grumaduate ka and you are in NCR, punyeta wag mo namang kagatin ung 12-16 thousand na sahod. It's not worth it.
-So ngayon kumikita ka. Wag ka namang sira ulo na YOLO and one day millionaire. Wag puro gastos, bisyo, gimik or eat out, and team building/vacation mayat maya. Kung gusto mong maging purita all your life then live with a YOLO attitude. Wag mong sayangin ang pera mo sa alak, yosi, gimik na bar or clubs on weekends na gagastos ka ng at least 5000 pataas, sa overpriced coffee sa starbucks (waiting here sa pila, remember the parody ni Michael V?), maya't maya na nonsense na impulsive shopping na bibili ka ng mahal na purse, handbag, shoes, or damit. (if meron pa at di pa kupas, pagtiyagaan mo muna. Ang ginagawa ko sa opisina is if required ako mag dress up for at least 3 to 4 days. meron akong at least 6 to 10 na shirts na pwede magamit if dress up and plain black Tee if dress down, uulit ulitin kong gamitin un bahala kahit pa sabihin ng mga kupal na kasama ko sa trabaho na paulit ulit ang sinusuot ko). MAG ISIP TAYO PLEASE. ANG HIRAP NANG BUHAY NGAYON. MAGTIPID AT MAG IPON KA! People, please make sure you have savings of at least 6 months to a year enough to cover your bills and living expenses (so kung 30 and bills and groceries and pamasahe mo/gas every month, mutiply that to 6 or 12 months.) Yan ang magiging emergency fund mo if ung company na trinatrabahuan mo nagsara, mag lay off ng tao, or parehas sa mga naexperience ng mga iba jan na parehas sakin na nasa BPO na biglang ang account nag pull out. Malas mo talaga if ang company mo walang option of reprofiling. Mamromroblema ka ngayon shet wala akong ipon. Now kung ginawa mo ung sinabi ko kanina na mag ipon, this is gonna save your ass from being on the streets. Stop keeping up with the joneses or keeping up with the trends na dapat may Iphone 15 ka, or whatever damn gadget it is. jusko hindi mo yan mabebenta ng exact price if magka gulo gulo buhay or magka leche leche sa trabaho mo. DIBA GUSTO MO NANG CAR, NANG CONDO, NG BAHAY AT LUPA. PWES MAGTIPID TAYO ATE, KUYA.
-Sa mga veterans and newbies. please lang. bago kayo kumuha ng schedule for an interview sa inaapplyan nyo, give yourself ample time to prepare. May mga iba jan na confident ( like myself, guilty as charged) na hindi magpreprepare pag may interview. Jusko ang ending, ngflunk or na fail ko ung interview. There is nothing wrong with prepping. Just by a simple google search 'sample interview questions for applicants' madami ka nang makikita. Questions, Tips and How to answer them makikita mo sa Google. if you want it on a video format, go to Youtube. take notes, memorize them or kunin mo ung buod or main thought sa answer. or do what I did nung virtual interview, I typed it all on a notepad and linagay ko sa screen ko will nag zoom kami for my initial interview.
-Sa mga newbies na papasok sa workforce this year, if you will go to your job interview please prepare your resume. prep multiple copies of it. And don't dress up too much or go to an interview na casual or street wear ang suot mo. If wala kang job experience so you need to dress up for success. Wag naman to the point na naka suit and tie ka or nag gown ka. the tip here is BUSINESS CASUAL ATTIRE. Sa mga lalake, mag wax or pomade ka. make sure you look clean. clean everything that can be seen. ung mukha mo make sure wala kang muta or kulangot. kuko mo hindi mahaba. smell appropriate, and sa mga nanjan na long hair ayusin natin kuys itali mo or whatever would make you look presentable. And ung grabe ang haba sa facial hair, shave or trim it. Sa ladies, well I cant really say much but look prim and proper. hair is tied or nakalugay na hindi buhaghag ang buhok mo. To both, proper footwear please for a business casual attire, wear dress shoes. Some of these are self explanatory or ung iba magsasabi sakin 'ay alam ko na yan' kung alam mo, Im sure may mangilan ngilan ka ding makikita na underdressed or overly dressed so let me share this to those na hindi pa nakakarealize sa small tip na to. Lastly, make sure you give your interviewer a firm handshake (not to the point na kung fu grip ha) and ask if you can sit down. look him/her in the eye when answering the questions and answer them from the heart. most of the interviewers have psychology backgrounds and they can sniff and observe any weird body languages and will observe you all throughout the interview. Im not saying this to you para maparanoid ka or what but that is their job. to weed out those that are qualified and skip from those that aren't. carry yourself with confidence. Confidence is key. and you will be confident if ginawa mo ung previous if ng aral ang nagprepare ka ng maayos sa interview mo.
-Regarding stuff happening in the office, please learn to draw the line sa work and personal life mo. I would suggest you don't go enthusiastically sharing info to your colleagues or teammates any personal info you shouldn't be sharing or they didn't ask you for. Operate in a need to know basis. Or better yet, googling the high income skills for freelancers and learning one or two of them? See the point? Its for you to have a bigger, better edge from the rest. Ang potential income mo in the end would depend on the complexity of the problems you can solve. Customer service, madali lng siya. and halos lahat ng nag BPO dumaan jan. But try asking people if kaya nila mag learn ng software development. Or Graphic design. Or sales. not everyone will say yes and not everyone will be willing to do whatever it takes to be successful.

I think because their goal for Bini was to become what they manifested them to be, the "Nation's Girl Group", and they already "achieved" it. - the fame of other GG contemporaries like Kaia, G22, and MNL48, are just far from Bini's. Therefore, not much need for promotion nor comebacks.

• Kumbaga, okay na sila sa status ng Bini ngayon. Tingin nila, ito na yung 'fame' para sa Bini at ang left behind ay si boy group na malayo sa nakukuhang kaliwa't kanang recognition ng Alamat at SB19.

1. The support of Blooms is very consistent for the girls. They can make them popular, trending, with bare minimum effort from the management (kahit no support pa nga galing kay manman).

Hence, mas focus muna ang management sa paghugot sa kumunoy kay boy group. Kasi nga 'kaya na ng fans yan'
Also, the management is probably so confident that Bloom's won't leave Bini that easily - even if it takes no releases from them. Songs man yan or vlogs.

1. That "shooting firearms as a hobby" was so so sooo wrong. They just basically admitted to it. Ngayon ang question is, legal ba? If not, then they have to make a story to cover it up.
