Hi there! As the post says I’m a 28 year old guy from the east coast of the US.
A bit about me: I work in finance and definitely spend too much time on that (hence why I want to find someone to spend more time with). Childfree as well. As far as hobbies, etc. I love to travel and cook. I enjoy listening to music - mostly pop punk, Midwest emo, etc. I also like to watch TV and movies. Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend. It rained through most of it here, but I still had a good time. Brewery hopping isn't too dependant on the weather :)
Elder emo here - never grew out of the black tshirts and dramatic lyrics. I still go to shows, and enjoying screaming. Everyone thought it wouldn't leave the mid-2000s, but here we are. The only difference is, it takes time to recover now. I saw Thursday over the weekend, and it was incredible!
My tastes have evolved a bit. I do listen to a lot of reggae now, too. Maybe that's living close to the beach, and enjoying relaxing. Oh, and I don't listen to any "new" pop punk or emo bands. Strictly 2000s.
I watch a lot of sports too - I'm so happy baseball is back!! But I also love hockey and college basketball. If I don't have a game on, then I'm watching a true crime doc, or binging a show on Netflix or HBO.

I feel not great this morning but I decided to work because I do feel better. I’m fine, I just feel like I have zero motivation to do anything but I’ll just do my best during the day I guess.
I’ve been really bad at making my bed in the morning lately. Really bad. It’s because I have so many stupid pillows and cushions and throws on the bed so it’s an absolute chore. I mean it takes a minute but still, it feels like a chore. It’s normally fine though, I’m just floundering a little lately and I let things like that go. I’d rather let go of that than something like personal hygiene, I never let that go thank god. My room is a tip though and it needs a solid clean, not just tidy.
The living room smells like sexy man lately, because of M’s new candle. It’s that kind of idk, it’s not an Andy man smell, it’s not warm and sexy like spicy and a little sweet and things, it’s still a bit woody but idk, like maybe cedar wood I think, I forget the differences. But still that kind of fresh smell. Idk. Whatever the generic mens cologne smell is, it’s that. I give up. I want to learn more about fragrances and how to decipher them and things, I find them interesting and fun. I’m definitely going to organise a date day for us in the future where it’s like a perfume making class. I have a lot of date ideas for us, he’s going to be a busy, overly loved man. Except I don’t wanna do that stuff often, like once a month at most, probably less. Anyway.
I’m struggling to not think about the fact I make him miserable. I don’t want to forget it, because if I forget it I can’t fix it, but I just feel sick to my stomach at the thought of it.
He was super sweet last night, like really sweet. More than normal, a lot more than normal. Which felt very reassuring given the night prior. I lapped it up and it made me so smiley and happy and that was amazing given the day I had. I wonder why he was like that? Idk. I loved it though. I love time with him all the time, but he isn’t always super like that so idk, it was nice. Really nice. He makes me happier than anyone else ever has. He doesn’t even need to do anything in particular and it’s bliss. I find that really reassuring, and promising. The fact that we can just be super low key and it be so nice and easy and enjoyable. It makes me confident that we won’t be the kind of couple who need a buffer as they can’t bear to spend quiet time together.
We talked about his friend M again. Uggghhh. I should absolutely NOT be so into the idea of it. No matter what he says or how worked up he gets me I know we will never ever do anything about it, maybe a lesser friend but M and A? Those kinds of friends? Absolutely NOT. I mean the latter is more or less married so that’s obviously not even a thought but still. Not happening. I think it’s good I don’t know his friend from a bar of a soap, I don’t even know what he looks like. I want to say Andy said she’s ago he’s like a big gym dude or something? Soooo not at all my type. Then again the descriptions of my fictional men are big and ripped but that’s different. In reality I want a man like Andy, like long and lean not big and bulky. I’ve had a headache for much of the day. And I feel achey. My pinky hurts too. I keep wondering how House and his team would diagnose me.
I still feel like I did yesterday, but today I feel like I can push it to the back of my mind a lot easier. I think that’s what it often is, I can have a nice time and feel good but I still have the bad bits festering away at the back of my mind. Idk. All I know is I feel quite a bit better today so I shall try continue that.

I really want us to get a massive huge collossal sofa, like the kind you sink into. I’m hella fed up and need help, desperately. I’ve been using paid ChatGPT for about 8 months now, and I say “using” loosely. During that time I was transitioning to an entirely new city, where I thought finding a place to live would be easy and doing various entrepreneur work like Doordash and Instacart. I’m also a single father of my 2 year old daughter, so she was in my backseat. We were living in hotels for an entire year well I tried to find a place, and I got extremely savvy with apps and websites on my phone to give me deals on gas and hotel rooms, etc.
I was taking screenshots and trying to hustle referrals for all my apps and find ways to make money.
When I discovered ChatGPT and used it for the first time I knew it would be a life changer. I got Dropbox and was using the plugins like Advanced Data Analysis, Noteable and PerfectPrompt, but was always struggling with issues trying to connect ChatGPT directly to Dropbox and have it extract, analyze, organize and manage the data. I saved countless documents trying to train different instances of ChatGPT and never understood the API system. I’ve downloaded IFTT and couldn’t afford the subscription and Zapier, with the same problem. I’ve also downloaded GitHub and tried to host my own database but it feels impossible. I tried using Google Chrome instead of Safari because of the limitations of the iOS application, and literally made partial progress hundreds of times.
At this point I have thousands of documents, including Child Support and tax documents, Receipts and banking information, referrals, and links from tons of applications and online banking accounts, government and state assistance, benefits, details, all my daughters paperwork for the school that I got her in and her doctor, affiliate and retail accounts and screenshots of massive amounts of pages of data manipulation and analysis and AI training data that eventually becomes part of a futile process and even an entire business plan for my own delivery service.
I even bought a Windows All-In-One PC for $400 but it only had 8 GB of hard drive space and I was having trouble linking an external hard drive and setting up my own internal database.
I know that if I really took the time and could focus enough, I could learn the amount of coding that I need or find in the deepest parts of a forum or the golden egg in a YouTube guide to set this up for free using my iPad, but I am struggling again after my car broke down, trying to hustle money to survive without working, taking care of my daughter, eviction from the apartment I finally got, and my ex battling me constantly and forcing me into court out of spite, I just cannot dedicate myself without getting frustrated after hours and hours, weeks and months researching, making accounts and downloading money grabbing apps, just to waste hours of late night conversations on and end up failing with ChatGPT.
I guess what I’m asking is can somebody please break this shit down for me because I am losing my mind and I have so many overwhelming amounts of tasks to complete…
I know this is the way that I can organize my life, and utilize my personal data to create an all in one database and have AI organize and maintain it for me, set up my business, help organize my schedule, set up my affiliate marketing accounts on the right platforms, connect my 1 trillion emails to the data pipeline and countless other beneficial things.
If someone can just point me in the right direction or give me the right video or a step-by-step that isn’t AI generated and full of tons of info that gets my GPT lost after 50 interactions, database schemas, programming tools that cost money and all these API mazes and 3rd party apps that seem endlessly confusing… To finally set this up it would be an absolute blessing.

You feel a pair of eyes burning into your side, as you turn your gaze to your left and spot a short-haired girl staring at you with a flat expression. 14 - Cabin 12/Dionysus - mother was a traveling singer and danceentertainer for the renaissance festival, Castor and Pollux which she has a decent relationship with - she has silky black mid-length hair and purple eyes, which she put contacts in when she was younger, since kids would bully her for the fact, she has pale-ish skin that mostly pales in the wintertime, which is why she loves heat. - She’s very sarcastic and has a good sense of humor, while she can be dry sometimes she’s also very good at acting and lying, from her dad. She likes talking. A lot. She’s very good at manipulating people, but she never really uses that ability much. She’s “cold” to people she doesn’t like, and she’s kinda the definition of “I don’t care what anyone thinks”, but she won’t just go frolicking in public screaming Good For You from Dear Evan Hansen at top lung capacity. She’s very dry sometimes, and extremely stubborn. She holds grudges against people, and she thinks first expressions are the most important. She’s a really supportive friend though. She can get quite disrespectful, and believes she shouldn’t have to follow any rules she doesn’t agree with. Overall She’s pretty laidback, unless passionate about a certain topic. - Percy def, uhh, Castor and Pollux, I dunno she likes to stay by herself mostly. Oh yeah, and Grover, they’re gossip buddies - Arlo, APOLLO CABIN KIDS!! - open, probably won’t get one though - miRP - Her mother had polish decent, she’s mostly American though. - Rai-Rai (Mr D.) Rai (Apollo kids) - Dark Academia - She speaks Spanish, French, German, and Italian (not fluently) because she needed to translate some for her mother while traveling. - Archery, she’s like, too good at archery, mostly because her cabin only really had three people in it and she’s convinced her dad to let her practice extra all the time. She also likes doing stuff with the Apollo cabin in general, since their dads are kinda like the two theatre Gods - “I get it, you’re all— without fathers I..” “I’m not. I love my dad.” She loves Dionysus, mostly because he lets her do things other campers can’t, through guilt tripping <3 also cause he teaches her card games, so she can beat her other friends and brag about it. - To make the Gods stop using them as players in their little game, she feels very strongly about defying the Gods,, for some reason. 17 - Cabin 7/Apollo - his mom was a marine biologist, they had a really close connection. He had a dad (his mom’s husband) before Apollo, who was a nurse, but y’know, after he found out his wife was pregnant with someone random’s child, he divorced her. His stepdad was an ecologist, who worked at a zoo, so he spent most of his childhood at a zoo, now he loves animals. Until his stepdad got a divorce from his mom for money reasons. He’s the middle child of two mortal sisters. His older sister was born from his dad before Apollo, and his younger sister was born from his stepdad. His older sister’s name is Devyn, and his younger sister’s name is Emma - He has curly dirty blonde hair and suntanned skin, with brown/azure eyes that appear orange in the sun. Sometimes he uses hair gel, but he’s mostly given that up, because nobody really cares about what you look like at CHB. He’s often covered in dirt, and sometimes has leaves and twigs caught in his hair. During capture the flag he puts mud on his arms and stuff, and sometimes he creates tiger patterns on himself from the mud :] - He’s very passionate, and mostly happy, but he gets hurt very easily, emotionally. He cries easily as well. It’s a bad habit of his to cry over every little thing. He isn’t very smart, nor was he ever good at school, but he loves the people he surrounds himself with. I’m a huge fan of a lot of stuff to be honest. I like music the most, stuff like Pierce The Veil, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, and GhostKid. I enjoy crocheting and playing the Sims. I love emo bands. I love writing fanfics and dreaming up a world for myself where everything is nice. I enjoy reading books about mysteries. I enjoy true crime podcasts. I like to cook. I like bad horror movies.
I really have so many interests and I’ve always had this idea that the person that’s good for you has many similar interests.
I’m just looking for someone who wants to stay up late talking about music, someone who wants to write stories together (originals and fanfics alike.) someone who wants to watch movies with me that may not fit the bill of “good”. my friend lets call her skye she always said we were friends but was only nice to me when her bestie / ex girlfriend was not their (i was there third wheel their entire relashionship and am still good friends with the other girl) she would always do little things like go fr private chats and go and leave me for hours until my mum came to pick me up from the after school club or start a whatsap group or post on snapchat about what a wierdo i was and how i should go kill myself and that i am self harming and have severe depression wich means im emo i trusted her with that information and was brave enough to tell her she did this multiple times (the thing is though i wasnt aloud a phone till year 7 so i only found out because other people told me and let me see proof on thier phone) eventually i just snapped i am not proud of this but i wrote terrible shit about her on the bathroom walls it was only two things one was everyone hates her the second thing though is much worse i told her to go kill herself and join her dad her dad is dead and has been since she was 5 the thing is she told everyone and i mean everyone about it after i apoligised and told her myself i even told her why. and has comepleatly ruined any self esteem i had and all my best friends have comepleatly ditched me thanks to her.

Kindly help me find a story I read & enjoyed, years ago but cannot find again: I've tried various websites' advanced filter searches, ChatGPT, MS Copilot, etc. for hours and never found it.
The elements I remember:

• graphic story: comic, graphic novel, manga?
• Mostly follows two protagonists: twins/brothers who have very different upbringings
• Story setting: modern society, but slightly different to ours; Empire with matriarchal rule (some spider sect controls things from the shadows?)
• Father of the twins was some famous warrior & I recall him electing an honourable death in an arena
• The mother was some noble lady involved with the sect & had her eyes on the throne/power?
• The "Privileged" brother goes to university & looks like an emo, but is a top swordsman - duels someone while spectators watch through special TV's that grant the participants extra power?
• The "Poor" brother is raised by someone else & ends up destitute, recruited into the army as cannon fodder but pulls together his rag-tag comrades to survive?
