Caught My(35m) wife(34) sending pics to BIL(40m) is our marriage is salvageable at this point?

My wife Jessica (34) and I (35m) have been married for 3 years, and we dated for 2 years before that and we have two year old daughter. Jessica has two sisters, the eldest one (38f) is married to Jake (40m).
A week ago, I came home from work early and wanted to scare Jessica. I tried to be sneaky, but somehow I slipped and accidentally hurt my back. Jessica came to my rescue. I went to the bedroom, and she went to the kitchen to get an ice pack. Her phone was by the bed, and a WhatsApp notification came from Jake saying, "You've got the best pair I've ever seen."
I immediately knew what was happening. I unlocked the phone and saw that she had just sent some pics and video of her t*ts to Jake, and there were no previous chats before that. When Jessica came back to the room, I showed her the chat and asked, "How long?"
I have known this woman for 10 years, and I have never seen her so mortified. Her eyes got teary, and she said, "Babe, I am sorry, but I can explain" so I said go on.
According to her, at the end of 2019, she was struggling with money, and Jake suggested he would help her out. He hinted that he would like to see her pics. So she did sent him pics and it continue over the years, She swears there was nothing emotional or physical involved—it was purely transactional. I didn't believe any of it, but she showed me on Venmo, that MF paid her $300 yesterday.
I then told her, "It's been 5 years. Try to remember if anything physical happened". For me, if even half of what she is saying is true, how could something like that not become physical? She started crying and told me she could prove it tomorrow because Jake would get suspicious if she tried to talk to him now.
I took her phone, went to a bar, got wasted for the night, and when I came back, she was still there crying. I just slept on the couch. Next day morning I gave her the phone she called Jake, conversation goes something like this

I felt like I was going to puke, I told her that we are done and left for office. I am not a very wealthy dude, but I would consider myself a stable guy who could take care of his family. Now I just feel like I have failed as a man, who's wife had to sell her body to meet her expected lifestyle.
When I got home that night, she looked like shit, I asked Jessica why she kept taking money from him after we got married and why she didn't ask me while we were dating. She said she didn't know how to stop and that it was easy money. I left my home that night and told her she can keep the home and the car but I want 50/50 custody of my child.
So here I am now, haven't told anyone about this. It's been a week since, staying in a hotel. I go home in the evening to play with my daughter. I'm speaking with divorce lawyers, and Jessica is constantly talking about marriage counseling.

Gather the evidence. Contact an attorney. Follow the attorneys advice AND tell your SIL and all of the family (not the kids). Your marriage is over.

Update - 2 days later

Before getting to the update, some people were asking me to get a paternity test. I don't need one, I know she is my daughter because I am Indian and Jessica(my wife) is white, and my daughter looks like me.
Now for the update
After I made that post, I shared my situation with my cousin sister(30f), she is the only family member I have living in the States. I visited her place the next day, and she knocked some sense into me. I realized part of me still didn't want a divorce because I basically married Jessica against my parents' will, they wanted me to have an arranged marriage. So, my failed marriage would hurt my ego.
She also arranged a meeting with a divorce lawyer and no I am not giving up my house, I was just emotional at that time. From what I understand, in our state, adultery has pretty much zero impact on the assets, so it will likely be a 50/50 split. However, there is a high chance I can get better custody of my daughter because I have a job, and Jessica doesn't. She is also involved in "sex work" at this point, which could work in my favor.
My father-in-law called me last evening, and he was crying. He told me he didn't know what to say to me and that if he were in my place, he would have left her. Apparently, Jessica got scared and told her family everything after I didn't visit home for 2 days and had blocked her everywhere. I guess I should have done that a little while ago and jake is out of his house also.
So, I think I will go for a divorce because there is no point of reconciliation at this point when the whole relationship seems fake to me.

HelloJunebug
I’m really sorry you’re going through this. Sounds like you have a good path forward and I wish you the best with custody and all that. Can I ask what happened with Jake and his wife? Sounds like she kicked him out?
OOP: Yeah she kicked him out yesterday I didn't ask about them that much but it sound like my SIL is sure she is getting divorce.

UnusualPotato1515
Any update on your SIL’s relationship with Jessica?
OOP: It sounds like everyone is trying to cut off contact with both Jessica and jake, but I think only my MIL is talking to Jessica, she was at my house last night.

l3ex_G
What happened with the sisters marriage ?
OOP: I think my SIL is fixated on divorce at this moment.

l3ex_G
What was the excuse BIL gave? The fact he took money from their home and gave it to your ex is crazy. I hope she can heal from that and does divorce him.
OOP: I didn't really ask, I was too overwhelmed by my father-in-law's response, he was crying nonstop.

Update 2: Caught My(35M) wife(34F) sending pics to BIL(40M) is our marriage is salvageable at this point? - 8 days later

I think it will be my last update:
In-short: I caught my wife exchanging nudes with her brother in law for money and I was going for a divorce.
TL;DR: we are not getting a divorce anymore bye.
Before getting to the update some people were cursing me in my DMs saying I might not earn enough and accusing me of financially abusing my wife and taking advantage of her. I dont think this is the case for me, my salary is close to mid six figures, and we have a joint account where I put half of my in-hand salary and we don't even spend that much.
For those who were confused about the relationships in my post, my wife was exchanging pics with her brother in law(her sister's husband) not mine.
Now to the update:
After the day Jessica told everyone about the situation, my mother-in-law called and wanted to talk. She was with Jessica after the whole thing happened. I returned to my home later that evening, and her parents and her sister Josy(38F jake's wife) was there. After I got there, Jessica wanted to talk alone.
According to her, Jake was trying to pursue her since she was about 16-17. (For context, Jake and Josy have been together for 20 years now) This continued for almost 2 years. He used to make suggestive comments about her body, and she told Josy about it. But, Josy didn't believe Jessica at that time and told her she was doing this for attention. Jessica didn't tell her parents either because, according to her Josy was their parents' favorite, so nobody would have believed her.
Jake didn't do anything between those years besides casual flirting until 2019 when Jessica was having problems with rent and the whole transactional thing happened. I asked why she didn't ask me about it, and she said we were only one month into dating and it could have looked bad. She swears nothing happened after that until last year when Jake and Josy started having problems in their marriage, and he started messaging Jessica again.
She didn't entertain him at first, but she had gained some weight from pregnancy and thought I was ignoring her because of it, which I was not. At that time, I was working close to 13-14 hours a day to change my niche to another tech stack, massive layoffs were also going on, so it was a pretty bad time. Now she admitted that she liked the attention and validation this time(she called herself an attention 'whore'), but she didn't had any feelings towards him. They started exchanging pics and money and this happened three times. Then she admitted it was cheating although there were no emotional or physical actions from her side, but She said that she shouldn't have done it.
I asked her why she didn't tell me about Jake harassing her when we first met or started dating. She said she thought I wouldn't have believed her and that it was in the past. Then I asked why she didn't tell me the first time I found out about this. Her answer was the same: she believed I wouldn't have believed her because nobody else knew about this. I was just sad about the fact she doesn't trust me enough to tell me such a horrific incident.
Now, I did something I am not very proud of. I asked her about a paternity test. I know it was stupid, but emotionally I was in a weird place at that moment. She was totally emotionless throughout the whole conversation, but after hearing about the test, she broke down crying and started hyperventilating, I started crying too. After about ten minutes or so, we stopped crying, and she said okay, then asked me if we are getting a divorce. I said I don't know. josy conformed about the story jessica told me.
She then said we should get a postnup before I do something like that. That line felt like a tight slap to my face, I was like "you're not even gonna convince me not to go through with it?". Then she left with her parents. The next day, she called crying, asking not to get a divorce, and to start marriage counseling. Obviously I said ok.
So here we are now after some weird couple of days, still getting the postnup, Her IC starting next week, Our MC starting next month. Hopefully, trust will return someday.
Also Jake is denying all that according to him Jessica "seduced" him for money and my SIL is getting a divorce.
I know some people are gonna call me a doormat, but I don't care.

EDIT: I'm not surprised by the comments.
Maybe my decision doesn't seem obvious to anyone because I haven't talked about my emotions the whole time, and I'm not good at discussing them. I'm getting a paternity test and doing the postnup to protect my assets. Divorce isn't off the table, one misstep and it's going to happen. Maybe you guys expected the ending where I hook up with her sister for revenge—yeah, if you believe those stories, you have a long way to go in life. Anyway, I'm logging off. Don't forget to touch some grass fellas.

I know some people are gonna call me a doormat
That's because you are. She's lied to you from the start, and you will certainly discover other lies she's told to you. Hopefully you actually are going through with the paternity test.
Marriage counselling is to help couples that can't communicate effectively talk to each other with a neutral arbiter. It won't actually make her care about you or value you. It's not going to make her into a person with different values. She lied and betrayed you for cheap validation and a small amount of cash. That's what she did and who she is. The tears are because of consequences. The mismatch in values isn't going to change.

BakerLovePie
Not going to slag you for being a doormat. Doormats are good things. It prevents the men who will be coming over to be with your wife from tracking mud on the floor.
You stayed, you know she's a cheater so what happens from here on out is on you.

I felt like I was going to puke, I told her that we are done and left for office. I am not a very wealthy dude, but I would consider myself a stable guy who could take care of his family. Did the sister kick out the BIL?
OOP
Yeah she kicked him out yesterday I didnt ask about them that much but it sound like my SIL is sure she is getting divorce.
FINAL COMMENT from OOP
It doesn't really matter if she was cheating or not. The main thing is she lied throughout the whole relationship, and I refuse to believe it was only for money. It could have been an issue when we were dating, but not after marriage. I am a SDE-3 with 10 years of experience, and I have a somewhat high-paying job. I am only thinking about my daughter. If I patch up everything with Jessica I will still have trust issues and it would set a bad example of a relationship in my daughter's eyes, which can be bad in the long term.

2024.05.06 02:48 dixcgirl10 Breaking Down Bates

  1. The Stew Crew really amped up the exploitation this week. We saw Layla asleep with no top on, Zade in a diaper and both were in swimsuits throughout the week. Several times Carlin just hands the phone to Layla so she can record content. Twice Layla, at 4 years old, describes their Tesla. Zade’s schtick is to be a golf prodigy. If you think golf is boring… just imagine watching a 2 year old whack at the air and occasionally tip the ball. Carlin and Evan are planning to sell official Stew Crew merchandise so look for that at your local Goodwill very soon and I also think they must be hiding their new pool build. They rolled out an eye color reel that several hundred people thought was a pregnancy announcement. The comments immediately started about Carlin’s health so I hope they are prepared to be pestered to death whenever she announces paycheck #3.
  2. Travis and Katie got an apartment full of sponsored furniture and a ginormous mirror leaning against the wall that is not at all dangerous. Travis showed a Capitol Records sign so they did let him in the building but he didn’t stay long and was back in time to hang out at the apartment pool on a random Tuesday and keep Katie’s IG humming along with recycled content. Before bragging about the furniture Katie debuted her new Hyundai SUV. Some type of sponsorship must be in play because they talked and talked about the safety ratings, the warranty and other boring stuff that normal young 20somethings don’t give a rip about. These 2 will be selling sponsorship space on Hailey’s bumper car soon. Katie will sell her soul if it keeps her from returning to Jersey.
  3. Josie got rid of all of her flea market jewelry because it doesn’t fit her aesthetic. She only has time for hair and makeup so expect her to debut her own line of hair products soon enough. She continued to show up with the pool noodle in her head and spent a ton of time with her latest BFF McKayla. There was a brief moment of realness when you hear her Tennessee accent as she talks to her friend, but otherwise it was another week of Trad Wife for Josie. In case you think she is a different person… over on Jessa Sewald’s page, Josie commented hearts and love on a video of Ben reading a scary fire and brimstone Bible story. She’s still Gil’s daughter.
  4. Trace and Lydia must be getting social media tips from Alyssa bc all week they showed dumbbells and pickleball and a baby in a stroller. Rinse and repeat. They did end the week by letting us all know that Lydia is about ten times more interesting than the dullard she is married to and has lived about ten times more life than he could ever dream of. He gazed off into the distance while she talked and tried not to drool.
  5. Where in the world is Alyssa Webster?? After weeks of giving us nothing… suddenly she really IS giving us nothing. She hasn’t uploaded part 2 of their grand adventure and hasn’t shown even ONE cup of coffee all week. She did manage to get a video of the girls with cute braids… well except for Allie… Allie’s braid sucked and ruined Alyssa’s perfect plan. Today she is back to showing off her 89 year old baby boy in his bow tie and wing tips and saying riveting things like “I die”. Also, she let us all know that she went to the farm, too. They wore crushed velvet and Erin better shut up saying she is the favorite.
  6. It was Whitney and Zach’s turn to head to the farm this week. Before the trip they showed up for another Sunday at Clear Springs Baptist. Zach was front and center at BSB for meetings so clearly fast fashion brings in more money than real estate. Over in his Bates Kitchen he grossed out barbecue fans by turning a roast beef into shredded meat and pretending it was pork barbecue. He assaulted that chuck roast, drowned it in mustard and all the while gave his best Gil Bates sermon about “getting you a good wife”. After getting eaten up in the comments he did say he planned to bring in a professional chef to help him out. That’s real good news because the man has got to move on from mayonnaise and mustard.
  7. It was Erin’s birthday and that made Chad Paine angry, apparently. He showed up in a hostage video to tell everyone that Erin is very good at laundry and work. Erin herself gave a quick glimpse of their trip to the farm and let everyone know that Tori and Bobby were there. We must have imagined that Tori is pregnant. JaneJane herself thanked Erin for cleaning her house. Obviously none of the other slackers do anything when they are there. In other news Erin’s construction paper prayer card thingys are here and she featured reviews from the 4 women who bought them.
  8. Lawson and Tiffy shuffled stuff around from the guest room to the garage. While doing this we saw that he has an enormous amount of LB merchandise. They packed away all of the mailing supplies bc no one has ordered anything since stamps were 52 cents. Tiffy is terrified of Duke. Lawson struggled to dig a hole and plant a fruit tree and bragged that the video would be out in time for people to actually give him advice on the trees. They had their baby shower outside at a park and it was a bee theme. What IS it with her and dang bees?? Later while featuring a baby product she told everyone the color she picked… baby blue… Lawson put out another reel where he talksings about old glory, dirt roads, and a man’s word.
  9. Brandon and Michael went back to the old home movies this week while featuring the zoo. She showed herself pre-cult with Poppa Bill and JaneJane. Then Brandon took everyone to school by listing out animal facts. Finally they exploited the Smith kids at the actual zoo. This was way better than Brandon’s scary magic marker Bible stories. But it still won’t get the views any mention of infertility rakes in for them.
  10. Bits and Bytes… Warden and Ellie visited Clear Springs Baptist with the other cool kids. Ellie also showed up at dinner with the hot girls click of Katie, Whitney and Carlin. Run Ellie… they only want you for the Aunt-momming. Warden went golfing with Evan and there was an unidentified female voice with him. Carlin praised the preacher’s wife for putting on a Women’s Tea. Almost everyone was present for the baby shower… including James Duggar. Who are The Petersens? Apparently, that’s who Trav has been writing with? Gil and his white tennies showed up in Carlins story but no Kelly Jo sightings this week.
Have a great week friends and remember… the Lord’s supper is not an all you can eat buffet.

2024.05.03 23:31 One-Development-7376 Alaric Biggest Seasonal Fails

So I saw the Alaric post from a few hours ago and I decided to share my disdain (I really enjoyed him in TVD until the last season where I felt he was wishy-washy). Anyways here are my top picks of an episode per season of him at his worst.
S1xE16 - He took a 16ish year old at her word and burned all of her proof of existence. Little to absolutely no resistance. Which is apparent in they were on the phone the entire time. She called and he collected everything and burned it. "Other dad", Seriously?! Didn't try to save a student/his "third daughter".
S2xE15/16 - Dark Josie...consequences? Nah cuz it's his daughter. Siphoning and assaulting students...all good. Which it is made apparent that he allows ruthless bullying throughout this entire season, but episode wise letting his daughter get away with murder (near murder) is pretty awful.
S3xE6 - He just shut down the school for a student. Listen I get trying to help, but abandoning an entire student body for 1 student? He could have asked for outside help and actually helped students, but nope not Alaric.
S4xE15 - Letting students try and be some sort of army only to end up killing one of them. I mean a lot of bad orders in this episode, but murdering a student kinda just sticks.
Obviously he has other episodes in seasons and few redeemable moments, but I will say he was only human. It was kind of on Caroline to not leave a monster hunter in charge of non-human students. I really did enjoy Alaric but he had some mega character flaws. Any other episodes standout as appalling headmaster behaviors?

2024.05.03 03:01 JudyDaniels903 Awe, Johnathan

I see you’re still bringing up the love of your life in all your videos, just about. I kinda felt a little bad for you in this video but I could see the general sadness in your voice and the way you looked off while speaking beautiful Josie’s name. We also know the ONLY reason you are bring up Layla is bc H is so pressed someone made a comment that she’s not your blood, AND SHE IS NOT! You may be taking care of her now, but if and when y’all part ways she we no longer have any ties to you, but YOUR FLESH AND BLOOD DAUGHTER will. She actually favors you a lot and she’s beautiful and smart, she favors you too. How you can allow another woman come in between that, is beyond me. Heather’s jealousy runs deep, especially when it come to that. And one more thing, there are things you don’t even know that Heather has wrote in black and white about your daughter- vile stuff. But as we’ve said not all is posted in here bc it would mess up things that are going on behind the scenes. But buckle up buddy. If you only knew who you were truly in bed w. Most parents, there kids come first. And most people who truly love the other, care about the the things you do, especially YOUR FLESH AND BLOOD!

2024.05.02 21:22 Active-Mistake-1882 AITA for telling my dad and his wife I don't know what her daughter is into?

My dad got married 3 years ago to Josie. My sisters (15f and 13f) and I live with full time because our mom died. I (17m) kind of stepped up because dad was never the most involved parent and after mom died he still wasn't great with parenting stuff. He got married again 4 years after mom died. Josie and her daughter (15f) moved in with us.
So Josie is basically the same as dad. Not that involved. Actually, she seems less involved than my dad. But what I didn't know is she expected me to take on her daughter as a sister and be there for her like I am my sisters which didn't happen. I don't hate her but I see Josie's daughter as someone I'm in a forced roommate situation with. Not family. I see Josie the same way.
I don't do stuff for Josie's daughter like I do my sisters. Sometimes I'll buy them something I know they'll like as a treat. Normally one at a time since I'm only working weekends.
My dad and Josie never checked on her daughter or that we'd all gotten close. Then Josie got a call from the school that her daughter was being bullied and going through a rough time. Josie decided to spoil her daughter and asked me what stuff her daughter liked/was into. I didn't know and I told her. She called dad in and she asked me again and I said I didn't know, I don't spend time with her daughter.
They brought up the stuff I do for my sisters and I said yeah, I do them for my sisters, not the random girl who lives with us. I said I don't do stuff for either of them, meaning dad or Josie, either. Josie freaked out and said I was supposed to treat them all the same and she asked me why I hadn't taken her daughter on as my sister. I said because I already had two and didn't need to worry about anyone else. I said they were the adults and they didn't make a family, they just thought they could get me to basically adopt Josie's daughter.
Josie called me names, dad was like why wouldn't you embrace the girl, we really thought you'd do everything to make sure she felt wanted. I told them it wasn't my job.
Josie still doesn't know what her daughter likes and I'm getting glared at every day now.
AITA?

2024.05.02 06:44 lautaromassimino Freya and Keelin's child(ren) headcanon

I've had this headcanon in my head since the end of TO in 2018, before Freya appeared in Legacies S2 and revealed that her son's name was Nik.
Her and Keelin's daughters (in my headcanon): fraternal twins, named Nikole and Elizah, obviously in honor of BOTH siblings Freya lost in TO 5x13, not just Klaus.
An alternative for the blonde girl's name, instead of Nikole, would be Colette, since that is the French version of the name Nicole.
Both sisters are witches, although MAYBE in a (quite) distant future, one of the two (most possibly Nikole/Colette) could accidentally take a life, unleashing her werewolf curse (Keelin's inheritance), thus creating a new kind of Hybrid : Witch/Lycanthrope, commonly called Werewitches in my mind (because I don't have enough imagination to come up with a more original name for it).
Yes, it's no mystery that, a bit, I based myself on Lizzie and Josie when I imagined in my mind what I wanted them to be (don't judge me, I was younger, TO ended six years ago). But I feel like here it could at least still make sense. Contrary to what many believe, Lizzie and Josie were not portrayed as blonde and brunette just to represent the duality of Jo and Caroline's motherhood in them. The writers only came up with this idea after seeing Lily-Rose and Tierney Smith audition together for their roles in TVD S7 (the sisters that played L&J in TVD S7&S8 are both twins in real life, triplets in fact, with their third sister, Miley).
I don't see why this couldn't happen again. And my idea here, more than that the twins were a reflection of their mothers, is that they were actually a reflection of Klaus and Elijah. Sort of like past lives, although never explicitly mentioned that way because...cringe. Simply that both have a kind of relationship similar to the one that both brothers had BEFORE HAVING BEEN TURNED.

2024.04.28 18:16 TwinPeaksRose [The Definitive Dossier?] Twin Peaks Season 2 - Part 1

Madeleine announces she is going back home
* Sarah Palmer behaves oddly *
- I have my apartment, my job…I intend to back home tomorrow, by car.
- Tomorrow? - Asks Sarah
- Oh.. we understand… - Says Leland while he and Sarah stares each other.
- Yes...we understand.
Leland keeps staring at Sarah for while. After some talking, Leland stares at her finger and then kisses her hand.- S2E07
Twin Peaks Season 2
Episode 1 – The Giant and the Old Waiter are the same person.
Dale was shot and the Fireman appears.
“Where do you came from?”
“The question is, where have you gone? I will tell you three things: There is a man in a smiling bag. The owls aren’t what they seem. Without chemistry, he points. “
He,then, took Dale’s Ring.
“We want to help you. One last thing: Leo locked inside Hungry Horse. There is a clue inside Leo’s
house.”
Madeleine is wearing a Blue bathrobe with a flower and had a dream with Bob and in the same day Bob takes total control of Leland’s body, and starts to singing a strange music that makes no sense:“Mairzy Doats”. Interesting to note that when he arrives at Great Hotel he sings the same music and The Horns Bothers dance and looks like Bob sings and their Black Lodges friends dance. Spooky….
Note: It looks like, in Twin Peaks, Homophone Lyrics and Poems is a THING: Black Lodge Language, The Poem "Fire,Walk With Me".
Now, when Leland sings this He is already BOB and we can see the aesthetic of the lyric: isn't a Black Lodge aesthetic to you? (If the words sound queer and funny to your ear)
I know a ditty nutty as a fruitcake
Goofy as a goon and silly as a loon
Some call it pretty, others call it crazy
But they all sing this tune:
Mairzy doats and dozy doats and liddle lamzy divey
A kiddley divey too, wouldn't you?
Yes! Mairzy doats and dozy doats and liddle lamzy divey
A kiddley divey too, wouldn't you?
If the words sound queer and funny to your ear, a little bit jumbled and jivey
Sing "Mares eat oats and does eat oats and little lambs eat ivy"
Oh! Mairzy doats and dozy doats and liddle lamzy divey
A kiddley divey too, wouldn't you-oo?
A kiddley divey too, wouldn't you?
At the Hospital, when Jacques Renault was strangled by Leland Palmer, Dr. Jacoby felt the smell of scorched engine oil.Andrew Packard described the same smell when he found the entrance of the Black Lodge. [ TSHOTP -Twin Peaks Gazette 1927 – Our Strange Camping Trip.]
“We entered the clearing where we planned to stop for some refreshment. A circle of trees stood in its center that we identified as sycamores. Not fully grown, more like striplings, twelve in number but uniform in size. There is also a strange smell in the air, like burning oil from a seized-up engine with a hint of sufur to it.I noticed a small seeping pool of thick black sludge in the center of the circle and confirmed this as the source of odor we noticed.”
Nearby this region there is a lake named Big Pearl Lake where Leland’s Grandfather had a summer house and their neighbour used to be Robertson [ R B T letters from Ronette’s, Teresa Banks’ and Laura’s nails] From - [Episode 3]
When Dale was sleeping, the Giant appears :
“One person saw the third man. Three person saw him ,yes. But not his body. One only known to you is read to talk.” [ It was Sarah, Madeleine and Ronette. Dale was the forth person].
a) Episode 14 – Windom Earle
“All knowledge is abused, and the more knowledge, the greater power is obtained by those who seek power with all means “ - The Knowledge of Live in The Struggle between Good and Evil, Page 140.
Was Windom possessed by Bob when he killed Caroline? He likes Owls and he was the one who took Dale to Black Lodge – if he was possessed by BOB, it was a revenge against Dale to took him to Black Lodge? When Leland Palmer was possessed at the jail, he said: “I have this thing for knives. Just like what happened to you in Pittsburgh that time”.
Remember that Douglas Milford said in the letter:
“We are utterly incapable of knowing their true intent and their true intent may not be to wish us well. It may be that they’re here to guide or even help our evolution. There may even be a good and evil side at play here and we , the human race, is the game.”
Perhaps everything happened according to the plan from the White Lodge: Laura’s death and Dale Cooper into the Black Lodge who leads us to Bob’s death. In Fire Walk With Me, Laura’s good Side was saved -because Season 3 clarifies that she is a daughter of the White Lodge-and also the Leland’s by the time of his death - you can see , in the Movie, that there was a good side on him when Bob gave a break and he expressed his love for Laura, a father love.
We are told that he has been looking for The Black Lodge [ Episode 19 and 20].On Episode 18 Gordon Cole said that Windom has associations with The Blue Book Project and was found a chemistry in his blood named HALOPERIDOL the same One- Armed Man uses to keep entity Mike calmed. So, Windom never was crazy but possessed and it can be any entity from Black Lodge.
MY OPINION: It explains why he was looking for the Black Lodge: the entity – Bob or else or both – possessed him for any reason and he had many glimpses of Black Lodge, and visions and dreams and became obsessed or he always wanted find it and a black entity found its great opportunity for he was a bad person, anyway – he never showed any remorse for Caroline or Cooper.
Major Garland Brigs to Sherrif Truman and Agent Cooper about Windom Earle and Blue Book Project [Season 2 Episode 20]
Major: Earle was the best and brightest among us but, when our attention turned from outer space to the wooded areas surrounding Twin Peaks,he became destructively obsessive.Possessive of his assignments, finally violent. He was removed from the project.I found this in the project archives.
Windom Earle voice in a Tape:
These...These evil sorcerers dugpas, they're called, they cultivate evil for the sake of evil, nothing else. They express themselves in darkness for darkness without leavening motive. Uh...Now, this...This ardent purity allows them to access a secret placewhere the cultivation of evil proceeds
in exponential fashion, and with it, the furtherance of evil's resulting power. This place of power is tangible, and as such, it can be found, entered and perhaps utilized in some fashion. The dugpas have many names for it,but chief among them, ahem, is the...Is the Black Lodge. You don't believe me, do you?You think I'm mad.Overworked.
Dale Cooper: Gentlemen, when Windom Earle arrived in Twin Peaks,I assumedhe had come for vengeance. For me.But I miscalculated. He has insinuated himself into the lives of people I care for.He has murdered innocents. He has engaged us in subterfuge and red herring.A fish I don't particularly care for.But all of these acts are merely camouflage. He's been after something else all along: the Black Lodge.
Note:
Dugpa, in Theosophical literature, is a term used generally as a synonym for a black magician or sorcerer, frequently referred to as "Brother of the Shadow."
Source: https://theosophy.wiki/en/Dugpa
The dugpas were a society of "evil sorcerers" who cultivated "evil for the sake of evil." They had access to a place of power to streamline this process, known predominantly as the Black Lodge.According to Russian author Helena P. Blavatsky, founder of the Theosophical Society, the dugpas were Tibetan Buddhist sect dedicated to cultivating the left-hand path, referring to the Drukpa lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.
Source: Here
The Drukpa or Drukpa Kagyu lineage, sometimes called Dugpa in older sources, is a branch of the Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism.
Source: Here
The dugpas, according to the novel The Devil’s Guard, are master hypnotists who seek to take over the world. They can “possess” the bodies (and minds) of others and easily dominate those with “weak wills.” These kinds of people, the book states, “render themselves unable to resist the imposition of other wills on theirs.”
This explanation for the dugpas’ ability to possess others meshes perfectly with what happens in Twin Peaks. Leland Palmer was weak-willed and invited Bob inside him. What’s more, Laura Palmer would have been targeted as a dugpa-host because, as The Devil’s Guard explains, dugpas control others by using “the self-destroying acts of whomever they would conquer.” Dugpas will attempt to cultivate a person’s evil side. The book elaborates on this point in a footnote, explaining that “sudden criminal outbursts of otherwise apparently sane people” can be attributed to possession by dugpas. Here, we see that a crucial piece of the Twin Peaks mythology—the possession of human beings by evil spirits— finds its roots in The Devil’s Guard (and by extension, Theosophy).
Dugpas, the book reveals, are agents of a place called The Black Lodge. In Twin Peaks, Windom Earle also described dugpas as having access to the Black Lodge. In fact, the dialog describing dugpas in both show and novel match exactly: In The Devil’s Guard, dugpas are defined as “sorcerers who cultivate evil for the sake of evil!” Earle, seen on an old video recording, explains, “These, uh, these evil sorcerers, uh, dugpas, they’re called . . . they cultivate evil for the sake of evil, nothing else.”

Final Dossier About Windom Earle by Tamara Preston
As a young man, Windom Earle was, by any definition, a prodigiously talented individual. A chess grandmaster by fourteen, admitted to the University of Pennsylvania at sixteen, a graduate at eighteen, Earle obtained a master’s in criminal justice at Penn State and then applied to and was accepted by the Bureau as a trainee. (On his application, he cites having seen, at the age of ten, the popular 1951 film I Was a Communist for the F.B.I. as the pivotal inspiration for his law enforcement career.) After he completed training at Quantico with historically high marks, Earle’s first field assignment came in the mid-sixties, as a liaison and security officer between the Bureau and evolving elements of what had long been known as Project Blue Book, during which time we now know he crossed paths with Douglas Milford. He also was a Founding member of Blue Rose.
(…)
In the early 1980s, an investigation into a murder by a potential serial killer—which we now have strong reason to suspect was a series of killings committed by Earle himself—brought young agent Cooper to the Pittsburgh Bureau office for his first field assignment. (...) While the attack [ against Caroline] appeared to be a classic “crime of passion”— apparently his intention and, perhaps, what he hoped would become the foundation of his legal defense—Windom Earle didn’t count on the fact that Agent Cooper had by this time privately realized that Earle himself was the serial killer they had been chasing all along. Caroline, it seems, reached this same conclusion, also on her own, and confirmed it when she and Cooper finally examined the facts together. It’s now clear that when Earle took his wife’s life and nearly finished Cooper’s, he was acting to prevent their revealing his guilt to the Bureau.

b) An explanation to Josie Packard Death
“Coop, what happened to dead Josie?”
By a Reddit User Alewort
There was scene filmed for FWWM but not released that depicted (through a body double actress) Josie's body lying on the floor of the Red Room with her head under the curtain. This suggests that it is her head alone that is in the knob, that she tried to escape the Red Room under the curtain instead of an actual path and wound up stuck. It would then make sense that the missing weight is in the Black Lodge.
Here
Hawk said that “Every spirit must walk through Black Lodge in search of the perfection, but if you face the Black Lodge with an Imperfect Courage, it will annihilate your soul.” From [Season 2 Episode 11].

2024.04.28 15:27 Valuable_Writing_311 A Wasted Potential: Hope Mikaelson and HOSIE

Now, as much as I love this series, it has many flaws like every show, thus my "main points of discussion." Hope Andrea Mikaelson was the Tribrid, she's the daughter of Hayley Marshall and Klaus Mikaelson, both of which are the Alpha of Crescent Wolf Pack and the Original Hybrid, respectively. You get my point, but she's literally the most powerful being in the show, Hope is the main character but they made her out to be only a quarter of what she is. The Originals did a good job in creating this idea that she's to be cause of the world's destruction and all that, but in Legacies, they did the total opposite and made no effort whatsoever to support that story.

In season 1 it was an okay introduction to Hope's life in Mystic Falls, showing her dynamics with each character in school, and so on & so forth. In terms of season 2, she was made out to be "love crazy" with Landon, seeing him and Josie kiss after her return from Malivore. IMO, everything went down hill after that. For a few episodes it feels like Josie and Hope were fighting over this undoubtedly average boy (Landon). Now, don't get me wrong, I was never bothered by his existence, but just the fact that he became overly unlikable and obsessive towards Hope in the later seasons - as he was always wanting to "save"/"protect" her. The show practically became a "love story" between them, which isn't supposed to be like that, as the show should've revolved around Hope and her journey to becoming the tribrid, and defeating all evils while she battles with herself and her issues. Because she is the lead character, it is Hope's show.

Mainly the guilt, anger, and sadness surrounding the death of her parents and Elijah. ALSO, WHERE THE HELL WERE THE MIKAELSONS??? Are we to believe that after they promised Klaus to be there for Hope - to support and guide her through everything - they didn't honor that? I call universal BS. (P.S.: I mean, the show should've brought back more characters from the TVD and TO because it would've really tied the series together.) The show could've focused more on her struggles of having the pressure of turning into the tribrid to save the school (or the world) and how it negatively affects her psychic because she worries that she'll be more like Klaus and that she doesn't want to disappoint Hayley, AND how she yearns to do right by her family's name.

Moving on to the second part of my rant, which is Hosie. To be honest, I became a fan of the show because I saw an edit of them on YT and hunted down the show's name. Mid-season of S2 was when I began literally watching Legacies like a maniac. I noticed how adorable their dynamic was, they're bestfriends; I love how they are kindred spirits (iykyk), when Josie basically became a bridge to Hope & Lizzie's reconciliation (granted it was her fault), when they admitted that they had a crush on each other. Also they respect and trust each other. I could go all day with this, but really I'd die for this ship. THEY WERE LITERALLY PERFECT FOR EACH OTHER. 😭 Although, I liked Hizzie as well, I only see them as platonic soulmates, but there times, I must admit, that I can see why people ship them. There's also a big part in me that sees Lizzie & MG as endgame.

Anyways, I feel like this has been long enough and I don't want to bore you much longer, so pls tell me your thoughts. Maybe I might post another one particularly about Hope or just Hosie, or idk but it'll depend.

2024.04.22 06:16 gracemary25 My honest thoughts on each Bates In-Law

Again, purely speculation and opinion based, don't know these people and I am more than likely wrong. Again, I understand they have fucked up views and I'm not endorsing but I do try to see the best in people when I talk about them.
Whitney-She is tied with Esther for my favorite of the bunch. Her life struggles and the many phases she has been through give her a very relatable quality. She comes across very grounded. At first, I think she was desperate for the approval of the whole big Bates machine after all the instability of her youth (FWIW, I've seen other people say and I believe that she was not removed from her parents by CPS but was probably placed with another family in her church due to "rebellious" behaviostrained relationship with parents. That doesn't let her parents off the hook but I do think it's worth mentioning.) But in recent years she's really come into her own and it's been great to see. I think she and Zach have a beautiful relationship. She also seems like a very loving and doting mother who truly wanted a large family vs. being pushed into it like her SILs. (Which makes sense because she wasn't raised in a fertility cult like they were.) She doesn't act like her life is perfect (cough Erin) but she doesn't spend a bunch of time bitching about her kids and how annoying they are on social media (which annoys the hell out of me when I see people do it tbh. I'm like, your kids are going to see this one day.) Of course she isn't perfect. Y'all know I don't like the Mommy Influencer schtick and and being so deeply connected to Abeka is....a choice. It's nice that her kids socialize with other children, play sports, etc., but they could really flourish in a public or private school. That being said, she does seem like she's pretty involved in their homeschooling process, in comparison to Alyssa who just sticks them in front of the computer or hands them worksheets. Overall Whitney comes across as a warm, funny and genuine woman.
Brandon-I've gone back and forth on him. First I thought he was alright, if a bit tightly wound, then I thought he was a controlling weirdo, and recently I've come back around to sort of liking him again. A lot of my change in opinion comes to down to the Keilens' recent video chronicling their infertility journey. He has been so supportive of her and sensitive to her needs and feelings during all this. The fact that he told her "Go to God and tell Him how you truly feel" when she said she was doubting her faith said a lot to me. I know it's still a religious response, but he could've given the stock answer of "Just believe harder and don't be ungrateful to a God who's done so much for you." It's like he actually wanted her to be comforted. And the fact that he has been so supportive tells me that he loves Michaela for herself, not for her womb. I feel sorry for him as well because you can tell he really wants to be a father. When he was talking about Eden and he said that he said to God, "Give her to me" it broke my freaking heart. He would have loved that little girl so much. Of course he has many flaws, chief among them being producing material for IBLP. That is really really Not Good. But I've come to the conclusion that he is more like Michaela than I thought: A gentle, sensitive person who truly cares about other people but is deeply enmeshed with toxic cult beliefs. I think if he tried his hand at a secular career, he could be successful; I could see him illustrating children's books.
Chad-I used to really like Chad for all his romantic gestures, but lately he's been everything I dislike about Brandon amplified and without many of Brandon's redeeming qualities. Well, maybe that is oversimplifying. But I swear, something happened to Chad when all that boutique/Carlin drama went down. It was like he was like "wait, I'M the headship here" and he cracked the fuck down. All of a sudden the family was headed to Florida, and boy did he make sure they got there come hell or high water. And in Florida, Chad has all the power. He's straight up said he wants to keep his daughters in dresses/skirts only. The whole Paine Florida Farm Era has just been off-putting as hell. His has this strange affect now. I will say, he has been extraordinarily helpful to the Bates and anyone around him when they needed help with anything construction related (or anything period-bro was the family barber for a while.) I think he is a very loyal man and actually follows his own moral compass very closely. I think he actually loves his family deeply-its just in his mind, control=love.
Tiffany-I actually like Tiffany. There, I said it. She comes across very sweet and like an amazing cheerleadehype woman. People call her a kiss ass who's trying to get in good with the Bates, and there's probably some truth to that but I'm also inclined to believe that that's just her natural personality. If you look at her pre-Lawson insta posts, that's just how she talks about people. The fact that she pays special attention to people like Callie, who often get overlooked, is a very kind thing in my eyes. I also have sympathy for her conflicting emotions during a rainbow pregnancy. I actually think her and Lawson are pretty happy-certainly not the greatest love story ever told, but they care for each other. She does have Toxic Positivity vibes though-everyone is so happy and loves each other sooooo much. Fighting? What's a fight? She lives in a bit of a fantasy world. Also her connections to institutions like Liberty University is 😬. That being said, I think she is going to love this baby to the point of smothering them lol.
Esther-If Esther has zero stans I'm dead. I jest, but she is soooo refreshing for a fundie wife. She is who she is and she's not apologizing to anybody for it. What matters to her are her man, her kids, and her happiness. And I love that. She did NOT settle and waited for a true love match who dotes on and adores her. Another rare quality in a fundie woman-she knows her worth. She is an attentive mother who clearly knows her child very well. She never kissed Kelly's ring. In a world of women who tie themselves into knots desperately hoping for approval, it's truly a breath of fresh air.
John-😐. That basically sums up my feelings on John. He's just such a 1950s father-his only responsibility is providing financial security, his wife does all the "women's work" of childcare, cooking, cleaning, etc. He's only interested in his son while his daughters bore him. He prioritizes time with his buddies over time with his family. It's not that he doesn't love them-I'm sure he does. His approach to family life is just one that should have died out 50 years ago.
Bobby-Not too hot on him either. For God's sake give your poor wife a break. If the cheating thing is true (and there's no hard evidence so I'm not claiming it is), then he's a dirtbag. But even if it isn't, it really feels like he's clipped Tori's wings. She lost some of her spark when she married him which is tragic. Personality wise he's cardboard. He's white bread. He just doesn't stick out to me.
Lydia-She's alright. I actually feel sorry for her, having a husband who will publicly state he has "the final say" in decisions about HER life. The rhetoric she spouts about her immigration case is stupid, but while I scoff at it I also have sympathy for her because she had no say in it originally. She was only 10 years old when she came here, and now she has an entire life in the US complete with an American-born husband and child. So I understand her desire to stay. But the pretenses on which her family is here are plainly ridiculous. And they are MAD hypocritical for going on about how mean the government is being to them while continuing to shit all over POC who are fleeing dire poverty and genuine tyranny. Personality wise she does seem pretty nice though. And she is quite the doting mom. It's clear Ryker is her world. I also have a lot of sympathy for the trauma of her miscarriage and I think it's cool that she is (was?) a photographer.
Evan-He actually seems quite friendly and warm, but he can be so freaking obnoxious and fame hungry. I remember when Zade was born he was immediately caught up in making instagram reels. Like bro can you breathe without filming something on your phone. Just enjoy the moment for once. I think he is even more gung ho about the family vlogging thing than Carlin. He wanted an off-ramp out of being an electrician and that was it. I think he loves Carlin a lot but also makes a lot of impulsive decisions and seems weirdly immature for a father of two (they are two peas in a pod that way lol.) He is just always, always filming and it irks me so bad. However he does seem very involved in the day to day childcare which is nice.
Kelton-Dawg IDK how to feel. I'll say this: There are a lot of things about Kelton that I actually respect. He feels like an actual adult. He runs a businesss very competently and is not completely reliant on social media for a living. He is bonded with his children and he makes sure his wife has proper medical care. He actually takes life seriously and doesn't treat it like some 24/7 Youtube lark A La Evan or Lawson. But of course there is the downside. I know there's a lot of controversy about how his relationship with Josie started, and while I don't think I have the authority to label it, bottom line is it was fucking weird. And the posts about his 2-year-old daughter's purity....Stop It. Get Some Help. I think his mom's death screwed him up big time and he just did not know how to act for a while.
Travis-He's like a more tolerable version of Evan to me. He's still got that over-the-top YouTuber persona but I feel like it is tempered by more rationality and self-awareness. He seems to have a naturally lighthearted personality. People used to say he was mean but I never saw that at all. Maybe it's because we're both from New Jersey. That's probably why he comes across as much more "normal" in his affect than other fundies do to me. I'm interested to see how this whole touring business goes. I'm glad he seems like a pretty chill father since growing up under the yoke of Daddy and Granddaddy Clark sounds fucking scary.
Emerson-I really don't know that much about her. She seems sweet but she also co-signed on the Target post which is blech. Overall I think marrying someone like her-a public school girl from a smaller and much more mainstream family-was a great thing for Jackson though. Maybe their kids will be the first ones in the Bates fam to have a shot at attending public school. I know Florida public schools are barely a step above wisdom booklets but hopefully they'll move lol.

2024.04.22 02:51 gracemary25 My honest thoughts on each Bates child

Disclaimer this is all speculation and opinion based, I don't know these people and I'm probably wrong. I also am not endorsing them and I understand they have fucked up views, but when I talk about people I do try to see the best in them.
Zach-TBH I think he is my favorite out of all of them. He's far from perfect but he seems genuinely kindhearted and like he possesses integrity. It's so sweet how much he clearly loves his wife and kids. He just seems like a good person to have in your life in general, I always go back to how gently and calmly he handled Carlin while she was having one of her episodes. He's very funny as well. I just wish he would take more of a stand against fundamentalism because I feel like he realizes how ridiculous a lot of it is but is still content to be half-in half-out.
Michaela-From what I've seen and from what people who have met her say, she seems like an incredibly kind, sweet, patient and selfless person who is trapped in a cult member's body. I think she could do amazing things for others, especially in her capacity as a nurse, if she could release herself from the influence of IBLP. I genuinely feel really sorry for her when it comes to her infertility, no one deserves to go through that. It's complicated because on one hand her child would definitely be screwed up from being raised in the cult but they would also be so, so loved by their mom. I hope she wakes up to her worth someday.
Erin-Like most people here I am not a huge Erin fan. She comes across as a holier-than-thou, smug mean girl. I get the vibe that she hardcore judges her less fundie siblings, and that her kids especially Carson are expected to be Mommy's Emotional Support which no child should have to do. But I also feel sorry for her in lots of ways. First off, this isn't discussed much but having three successive miscarriages must have been incredibly traumatic and I'm sure she still grieves those losses to this day. Second, she gives me untreated anxiety vibes out the wazoo. Third, it feels like she has less and less control over her own life which definitely bothers her even if she tries to act like it doesn't. Chad dragged her down to Florida and he controls her hobbies, who she associates with, how she dresses, etc. Despite her upbringing I think she has a naturally strong personality and is probably bristling with repressed anger daily. Fourth and worst of all, her parents sent HER, the living stereotype of a Gothard Girl, on a fucking overseas missions trip with the monster himself. (As well as Alyssa and Tori, I don't want to leave that out.) I'm not implying anything, I truly hope nothing happened, I'm just saying that's a royally fucked thing to do to your child. Erin is being forced into a box that I think deep down she doesn't really fit into. FWIW, despite her questionable parenting choices I do think she truly loves all of her children, including her girls. I know people have accused her of boy favoritism but she's not nearly as bad with that as Alyssa is.
Lawson-Oh Law Paw. You're something else. I went through a period where I fucking hated Lawson and he's still not my cup of tea, but he is bizarrely sympathetic? I think he truly does care for his family a lot including Tiffany+Baby but he just reads as majorly insecure, anxious and confused. He tries to take on all these different personas and none of them work out. I'm certainly not endorsing him, bro was at January 6th for Christ's sake, and he's still obnoxious as all get out, but there is a part of me that is rooting for him to self-actualize and also be like "hey, I shouldn't have been busting my ass and supporting my family when I was 14. That was wrong." Maybe fatherhood will bring about some of those realizations in him.
Nathan-I will probably get crucified for this but I actually kinda like Nathan now? He seems to have gone through more soul-searching than most of his fam and has actually grown a lot as a person. He used to get on my last nerve but now I actually respect him to some extent. It's very sweet to see what a doting husband and father he is. He really seems like he's on an upward trajectory as far as personal development. The Mediccorps shit is just straight up embarrassing tho.
Alyssa-She grates on my nerves FR. I just hate the way she treats her daughters so much. They don't deserve to be undervalued. They need love and acceptance from their Mama just as much as their brother does. I do feel bad for her being married to someone as unhelpful as John tho. I saw someone say that she secretly wishes she could do what Jill Duggar is doing and I agree. I sense a lot of resentment from her but she's still too scared to voice it. Maybe someday. I will say that I think she is very smart and driven and has a lot of potential and I hope that someday she is given the opportunity to use it.
Tori-I used to really like Tori. I loved how outspoken and funny she was. I didn't see her diving headfirst into a vat of kool aid but here we are. I think she deserves way better than Bobby. I would looooove it if she broke free one day. I could see her being a great elementary school teacher or something. As it stands I do think she was a good big sis and is probably a good mom. (As good of a mom as you can be in fundieland.)
Trace-He's my least favorite tbh. He just puts a bad taste in my mouth. He reeks of misogyny and racism. I really think it was him who made the George Floyd comment. I feel sorry for Lydia and Ryker living under his controlling thumb, especially Lydia. It was fucked up that he was doing tree jobs when he was like 14 tho, I feel bad for him there. I also do think he is a good uncle and big brother.
Carlin-Our controversial queen. Certain things about her really irk me but I also have a lot of respect for her. She didn't let IBLP kill her go-getter personality which is great. I love that she's an entrepreneur, and a good one at that. But the family vlogging shit is nauseating. Even the other siblings who film their kids don't give us the wall to wall coverage the Stewarts do. (Katie is close but not quite.) It's Truman Show circa 2024. She seems like she deals with a lot of anxiety. I want her to know that it is really, truly, okay to be yourself.
Josie-I like Josie for the most part. She knows how to keep a mystique about herself which most of these people don't. I feel like she could probably write a novel about all her thoughts and feelings but has decided they're not for public consumption and I respect that. She also seems like she really loves her kids a lot although I don't agree with how much she posts them. If she'd gone to public high school, I think she could've been Prom Queen. She lives a life of girlbossery.
Katie-She comes across as really sweet and bubbly, but also needy and paranoid (tbh same girl). She seems to fear being alone which is a pretty natural consequence of having one shit million siblings. It's nice that she loves her husband so much but it's like she never wants to be without him. Lots of separation anxiety in general. It is really sweet how much she dotes on Hailey and how excited she is for Baby #2, although again I don't agree with how much she posts her kids.
Jackson-At one point I really liked Jackson cause he seemed really chill and honest, but he fucked it all up for me with the Target post. The smug homophobia of it all was rancid. I do respect him straight up saying that he wants a smaller family so he can give his kids proper attention though. He also gave me a huge laugh when I saw that video of him and Emerson jumping on the hotel bed in their wedding clothes ☠️ they're living their best life RN and I can't fault them for that.
Warden-If he let go of the misogyny I would be 100% behind him. I love his rebelliousness and IDGAF attitude. I want to see him fully break free and do whatever he wants. Last I checked he no longer follows the Tates on insta so maybe there's hope??
Isaiah-Not much to say about him except that he seems very sweet and helpful.
Addallee-She reminds me so much of Michaela. Just a total sweetheart. I hope she has a great life.
Ellie-Run for freedom girlie! I love Ellie's vibe and hope she gets to be whatever she wants to be.
Callie-Love her sassiness. She's a kid so not much else to say. I know people made fun of it but I actually think her friendship with Tiffany is very sweet.
Judson-He's a funny kid. Not much else to say.
Jeb-Also a kid so not much to say except that I think his bond with Judson is heartwarming.

2024.04.22 02:01 IllFig6247 Hey J ( because I know y’all over here reading)

You wanna always say Josie won’t let you see your daughter let’s see those receipts. She has shown hers and we stand behind her. You always are talking let’s see them. Oh you can’t bc you chose drugs, fast money and a washed up addict over your daughter. You should be ashamed. No kid deserves that

2024.04.17 14:51 the1youknoww Should He Cheat?

Now you’re probably confused by the title but let me explain (try not to get confused) 😭. So basically, I have this one save that’s drama filled damn near. The story starts off with a family of 5 we have the mother (Eloise), father (Kole), two sons (Carlos and Jonas) and one daughter (Raelyn) (they were all in the child stage). Jonas ended up dying as a child due to being in the pool when it was cold so they were somewhat depressed. After a while, the father started having an affair with some random on the street named Madilyn. Madilyn got pregnant by him and so did Eloise. So Eloise ended up finding out about the random and ofc was heartbroken. So once she found out, Kole was just going to divorce her to be with Madilyn but one day he saw a beautiful woman named Lucia walking around and ended up dating her.
Fast forward, Kole ended up moving in, marrying, and getting Lucia pregnant. So he now had three new kids, one from Eloise which was a girl and they named her Josie in honor of Jonas, one from Madilyn named Mekhi and one from Lucia named Francis. Kole is now an elder and I was wondering if he should cheat one last time before he dies?

2024.04.15 00:40 dixcgirl10 Breaking Down Bates

  1. Carlin and Evan went on a brand trip to NC and let everyone know they’ve been watching Netflix by continuously referring to the Outer Banks as “OBX”. Aunt Michael kept the kids and from the sound of Layla’s phone call kept their hyper selves in check. Instead of Katie and Trav, inexplicably Lawson, Tiffy and Kelly Jo crashed the party.
  2. In the least surprising announcement ever, Katie and Travis told us all they are expecting baby #2. It was finally safe to spill the beans now that they are in Knoxville. Kelly Jo came over to sit in a corner and watch her younger kids help unpack, build furniture and move the Clarks in. Travis got lucky this time and found out his wife was expecting BEFORE Carlin and Evan.
  3. Josie shilled all week for a Sephora sale that she swore up and down wasn’t sponsored, but absolutely WAS, in fact, sponsored. Every product she recommended was “$, $$, or $$$”… letting us all know that she has WAY more money than we do. She spent the rest of the week playing in her hair and showing close ups of her infant.
  4. Alyssa had another long, boring week of John being under foot. He did come out of the office long enough to view the eclipse through a toilet paper roll. She used a lot of heart eye emojis and said things like “I die” “he is SO cute” “couldn’t you just DIE” while describing her boy baby. Lexi let us all know that her mom is clueless about what they are learning in school. Alyssa wowed everyone by revealing the deepest darkest secrets in an Instagram Q&A. Things like her favorite food is pizza and she loves Olive Garden kept fans on the edge of their seats.
  5. Whitney sold some snake oil also known as period patches and also is now a full on spokesperson for Abeka home school. She interviewed Zach who let us know that he thinks his wife is SO good at home school BECAUSE she went to PUBLIC SCHOOL. Zach continues to roll out boring food, in a boring kitchen, with boring commentary.
  6. Lydia and Trace full on admitted that people thought they were insane for cutting their infants hair with clippers. Lydia said the baby is a toddler to make herself feel better. She also said she isn’t going to talk about that pesky little immigration issue anymore and besides, she’s married to a full blooded, Trump supporting American so she has nothing to do with her family’s problems any longer.
  7. Where the heck is Erin Bates Paine? Chad featured himself on a vlog where he forced Carson to stand outside in the blinding heat and watch him build a bird house. Later in the week we watched him build race cars for Carson and Brooklyn that they were allowed to race at a church event. I hope Erin is ok and able to bang on her piano some to release some aggression.
  8. I haven’t seen anything from Lawson and Tiffy this week except for a quick glimpse in Carlins sponsored vacation. I guess their sitcom is in reruns.
  9. Michael and Brandon followed up their infertility story that garnered almost 200,000 views with videos of Brandon playing drawing games with some nieces and nephews they borrowed. Each video has 2,000 views. That should tell them something.
  10. Kelly Jo showed up all over the place this week while still keeping up her Brag Book IG account. Esther and Tiffy found out Lydia is the favorite daughter in law by reading KJ’s gushing birthday post. All the other kids found out Carlin is the favorite kid by reading HER birthday wishes. Way to keep it even Kelly Jo. Better not tick off Josie or the next time you need highlights they may turn out purple.
Have an awesome cult free week, friends!

2024.04.13 18:22 judyp63 Fundie child exploitation

Carlin and Evan Stewart, Josie and Kelton Balka, Tori and Zack Roloff, Joy and Austin Forsyth, Jeremy and oddj Roloff, Labrant family, Katie and Travis Clark, Karissa and her man Collins, Jill Rodrigues, Tanner and Lauren Beeston, Derick and Sarah Beeston and all other influencers who exploit their kids need to be interviewed by CPS and explained what perverts do when they see their kids.
Making a change regarding child influencer exploitation
(I’m going to repost this in multiple subreddits) I’ve seen a lot of growing discourse over the past few years regarding parent influencers and the exploitation of their children. Something that you can do is write or email your state senator. Encourage them to make changes and make laws to help protect child influencers. It may or may not fall on deaf ears, but enough people sending them messages may help spur legal change.
I wrote this letter with some help from chat gpt. Let me know if it’s missing anything. Copy, paste, add your own name and other things you might want to say. I’m gonna email and physically send a copy to my state senators.

[Senator's Full Name] [Office Address] [City, State, ZIP Code]
Subject: Urgent Need for Legislation to Protect Child Influencers on Social Media Platforms
Dear Senator [Last Name],
I hope this letter finds you well. My name is [Your Name], and I live in [Place of residency]. I am a concerned constituent writing to you today to bring attention to an issue of growing significance across the United States: the well-being and protection of child influencers on popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Youtube, and Instagram. I believe that as our society evolves, it is crucial for our legal framework to adapt and safeguard the interests of the youngest members of our community.
The rise of child influencers has become a prevalent phenomenon in recent years, with many children gaining popularity on public social media platforms. While sharing videos of your child on public social media platforms may seem fun and innocent, there are many instances where child influencers are exposed to potential harm, exploitation, and privacy violations. Children cannot consent to having their personal life posted on the internet.
Last month, popular YouTube “momfluencer” Ruby Franke plead guilty to child abuse in Utah. “A Utah mother of six who gave parenting advice on YouTube pleaded guilty Monday to child abuse charges and will go to prison for trying to convince her two youngest children they were evil, possessed and needed to be punished to repent.” (Source: www.cbsnews.com/news/ruby-franke-plea-agreement-child-abuse-youtube/)
Last year, many people on TikTok were concerned with the way a mother was exposing her daughter on the platform. “At first glance, much of the content posted on @wren.eleanor, a TikTok account with more than 17 million followers, is fairly innocuous. The page largely consists of videos of an adorable little girl with flaxen pigtails who looks to be about three, climbing counters to get Girl Scout cookies, bursting water balloons on the 4th of July, and eating apple cider donuts. The account also appears to be making money, with Wren’s mother Jacquelyn posting sponsored content featuring the two of them for brands like Shein and Hippeas. The concern seems to be centered more on the type of content Jacquelyn is posting, such as a (now-deleted) video of Wren playing with a tampon or Wren taking a bath in a bathing suit, according to posts on a subreddit devoted to Wren that has more than 13,000 subscribers. Commenters have pointed out not only that such videos get more likes and saves than some of Wren’s other videos, but they have even tracked down the social media footprints of some of Wren’s followers, pointing to concerning comments they have made or other videos they have saved to indicate they may be sexually attracted to children. Commenters have also pointed to the existence of fan accounts for Wren and searches such as “Wren eating corn dog” and “Wren scandalous outfits” as evidence that she is being sexualized by a contingent of her followers.” (Source: www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-news/tiktok-wren-eleanor-moms-controversy-1385182/) Despite a large outcry about this content, the mother (Jacquelyn) still posts videos of her young daughter. Ruby Franke and Wren’s mother are just two examples of countless influencer parents who have posted questionable videos of their children for content and money.
Child labor laws for actors have been in place for decades, ensuring that minors in the entertainment industry are provided with essential protections. I believe it is time to extend similar safeguards to child influencers on social media platforms. These laws could establish guidelines regarding working hours, appropriate content, financial compensation, and the overall well-being of the child involved. Some parent influencers, with hundreds of thousands to millions of followers, make a significant amount of money through views and sponsorships from posting content revolving around their child or children. There are almost no laws in place ensuring that their children will be able to use this money when they turn 18.
Exposing children to the public eye without adequate safeguards could have lasting consequences on their mental and emotional well-being. Children, especially those too young to articulate their desires, may not have a say in what is shared about them online. This lack of agency could lead to potential long-term psychological effects and invasions of their privacy.
I kindly request your support in considering and championing legislation that addresses these concerns. By establishing legal protections for child influencers, we can ensure that their rights are safeguarded, and they are provided with a nurturing environment to grow and develop without undue exploitation.
I appreciate your time and commitment to the well-being of our community's youngest members. I believe that with your leadership, we can create a safer online environment for child influencers. Thank you for your attention to this critical matter, and I look forward to hearing about any actions you may take in response to this concern.
Sincerely,
[Your Name]

2024.04.02 17:17 Leather_Focus_6535 The currently 43 offenders that have been executed by the state of South Carolina since the 1970s and their crimes (warning, graphic content, please read at your own risk)

By popular request from yesterday's post on Indiana's executions, I've decided to release my list for South Carolina's execution roster that I made for my personal death penalty project since the 1970s. Which state would you like to see covered next?
The executed 43:
  1. Joseph Shaw (1977-1985, electric chair): Out of anger for his girlfriend leaving and cutting ties with him, Shaw and his accomplices decided to hunt for random women and girls to rape. 21 year old Betty Swank had the misfortunate of being the one they laid their eyes on, and they abducted her as she was walking home from work. She was sexually assaulted and shot to death by Shaw. A few weeks later, the group abducted 14 year old Carlotta Hartness after they gunned down her boyfriend, 17 year old Thomas Taylor. Hartress was gang raped and fatally shot. Their bodies were both stripped of their wallets by Shaw and his gang.
  2. James Roach (1977-1986, electric chair): Roach was one of Shaw's accomplices. He was sentenced to death for taking part in the Taylor-Hartness murders
  3. Ronald Woomer (~1971-1990, electric chair): Woomer and a partner sought to steal the coin collection of 67 year old coin collector John Turner, and shot him dead with a shotgun in the process of carrying out their plans. The pair then broke into a home, and gunned down 27 year old Arnie Richardson and his 37 year old sister in law Earldean Wright. Richardson's 5 year old daughter survived with severe gunshot wounds, and was able to bike to her aunt's home for help. Their third and final attack was the abduction of two convenience store clerks, 34 year old Della Sellers and 24 year old Wanda Summers. Both women were raped and shot in the head. Sellers died instantly, but Summers managed to escape with facial disfigurements, and contacted the police. Woomer surrendered while his partner committed suicide to avoid capture. Woomer had a long rap sheet that dated back to his mid-teens, which included several charges for petty thefts and drug possessions, and a statutory rape conviction for an illicit relationship with a 15 year old girl.
  4. Donald Gaskins (~1953-1991, electric chair): Gaskins murdered a bare minimum of 14-31+ people between the ages of 2-45, and buried them in his backyard. His killing methods were very diverse (which included stabbings, poisonings, drownings, strangulations, beatings, shootings, and a bombing), as were his motivations. Some of the victims were underaged girls (including his own niece, 15 year old Janice Kirby) he molested that were threatening to report their abuse, a few others were accomplices in various crimes that he had disputes with, and he occasionally murdered out of racism. In one case, he drowned a white woman, 22 year old Doreen Dempsey, for getting impregnated by a black man, and her 2 year old daughter Robin for being a biracial product of their union. Most of his victims were buried in his backyard. On death row, he blew up Rudolph Tyner, a 23 year old fellow death row inmate, with improvised C4. Tyner was sentenced to death for murdering a couple during a robbery, and the victims' son hired Gaskins to kill him. Gaskins had an extensive criminal record that included several incidents of burglaries, assaults, rapes, fencings, and fraud.
  5. Sylvester Adams (1979-1995, lethal injection): Adams broke into the home of 16 year old Bryan Chambers to rob it. When he couldn't find any money, Adams abducted Chambers and tried to ransom him to his family. Unfortunately, Chamber's mother didn't realize what was happening when Adams called her to make demands, and blew him off. Out of frustration, Adams strangled Chambers to death with a cord.
  6. Robert South (1983-1996, lethal injection): South murdered Daniel Cogburn, a 29 year old police officer, in a drive by shooting. Cogburn was citing a traffic ticket that had nothing to do with South when he was shot dead by him.
  7. Fred Kornahrens III (1985-1996, lethal injection): Kornahrens stormed into a mobile home to confront his ex wife, 35 year old Patti Avant after stalking and harassing her for an undisclosed period of time. In the following rampage, he shot and stabbed Patti, her 10 year old stepson Jason, and her 69 year old father Harry Wilkerson to death.
  8. Michael Torrence (1987-1996, lethal injection): Torrence's sister in law worked as a stripper and was allegedly taunted by a pair of patrons, 41 year old Dennis Lollis and 31 year old Charles Bush. She complained to her husband, who was also Torrence's brother, about them. Seeking revenge, the couple recruited Torrence, and they hunted down Bush and Lollis. The sister in law first lured Bush to the brothers by pretending to be a broken down driver needing a ride home. When they arrived at the family home, Bush was beaten with a tire iron and strangled to death with a dog leash. The trio then snuck into a motel room Lollis was staying, and stabbed him 20 times as he slept. Both Bush and Lollis were robbed after they were killed. A few months after the Bush-Lollis murders, Torrence picked up Cynthia Williams, a 20 year prostitute, and shot her dead when they got into an argument. He had previous convictions, but the sources available to me didn't disclose any details about them.
  9. Larry Bell (~1975(?)-1996, electric chair): Bell is confirmed to have abducted and murdered 17 year old Sharon Smith and 9 year old Debra Helmick, and is suspected in the disappearances of 26 year old Sandee Cornett and 21 year old Denise Porch. With his verified and convicted murders, the victims were raped and suffocated with plastic wrapped around their faces. During the course of the kidnappings and manhunt, Bell taunted Smith's family through phone calls and letters.
  10. Doyle Lucas (1983-1996, lethal injection): Lucas burglarized the home of couple 65 year old Bill and 64 year old Evelyn Rayfield, and shot them to death.
  11. Frank Middleton Jr. (~1980s-1996, lethal injection): While serving a 6 year sentence for stabbing a 13 year old boy over a dime dropped at a phone booth, Middleton escaped from prison. As a fugitive, he robbed, raped, and fatally strangled two women, 49 year old Shirley Mack and 21 year old Janell Garner. Garner was murdered in the courtyard of a Catholic school, and Mack was killed while walking home from night shift as a cook for a local restaurant. Middleton also sexually assaulted an unidentified woman at a gas stop, but she managed to survive the attack.
  12. Michael Elkins (1990-1997, lethal injection): Elkins and a partner feigned car trouble on a remote section of the highway to entrap good samaritan drivers. The victim who took the bait was 59 year old Patricia Whitt. She was stabbed to death by Elkins and he stole at least three of her rings.
  13. Earl Matthews Jr. (1984-1997, lethal injection): Matthews tried robbing 16 year old Lucia Aimar and her boyfriend at gunpoint when they pulled into a drive restaurant on a date. After seizing money from Aimar's purse and her boyfriend's wallet, Matthews tried forcing them to give him a ride. The couple resisted him, but he shot both of them in the struggle. Aimar died of her injuries, while her boyfriend survived the attack.
  14. John Arnold Jr. (1973-1998, lethal injection): Arnold, his cousin John Plath, and their underaged girlfriends lured 33 year old Betty Gardner, a black farmhand, into their van. Out of a desire to kill a black person, they gang-raped Gardner, stomped on her chest, stabbed her with pocket knifes and broken bottles, and strangled her with a belt and rope made out of bundles of clothing. The attackers then carved "KKK" on Gardner's corpse and defecated on it. Arnold had an extensive criminal history, and his past convictions included assault, false imprisonment, and burglary. He also was involved with fatally shooting a friend, 18 year old Frank Winchnarz, but evaded prosecution from the lack of sufficient evidence.
  15. John Plath (~1970s-1998, lethal injection): Plath assisted John Arnold and their underaged girlfriends in gang-raping and lynching Gardner. Like his cousin, Plath had an extensive criminal record, which included charges of attempted robbery, theft and auto theft, harassment, and receiving stolen goods. He also shot and wounded his ex girlfriend, but she refused to press charges.
  16. Sammy Roberts (1980-1998, lethal injection): Roberts abducted 3 gas station attendants, 55 year old Louis Cakley, 28 year old Bill Spain, and 23 year old Kenneth Krause at gunpoint and forced them into his vehicle. He robbed his captives and drove them to a remote wooded area. The victims were then shot to death, and some were repeatedly stabbed.
  17. Larry Gilbert (1977-1998, lethal injection): Gilbert and his half brother J. D. Gleaton stabbed and shot 44 year old Ralph Stoudemire to death in the process of robbing a gas station he owned. Both were under the influence of drugs during the attack.
  18. J. D. Gleaton (1977-1998, lethal injection): Gleaton assisted his above mentioned half brother Larry Gilbert in murdering Ralph Stoudermire, and robbing his gas station.
  19. Louis Truesdale Jr. (1980-1998, lethal injection): Truesdale abducted 18 year old Rebecca Eudy from a grocery store. He raped and shot Eudy to death, and left her body in her car. Truesdale previously had a sexual relationship with Eudy, and he used their history to claim to the courts that she went with him willingly.
  20. Andrew Smith (1983-1998, lethal injection): Smith got into an argument with his cousin, 82 year old Corrie Johnson, and her 86 year old husband Christy, over their car. In the following altercation, Smith stabbed them both to death. Corrie was found with 17 stab wounds on her body, while Christy had over 27 stab wounds on him.
  21. Ronnie Howard (1985-1999, lethal injection): Howard and an accomplice flagged down Chinh Thi Nguyen Le, a 34 year old refugee from Vietnam, at a stop sun and robbed her at gunpoint. The pair then suffocated Le with a plastic bag pulled over her head and stole her car. Howard was also involved with 72 armed robberies. Most of his previous targets were Taco Bell and Pizza Hut restaurants.
  22. Joseph Atkins (~1969-1999, lethal injection): In 1969, Atkins stabbed his 23 year old half brother Charles after returning home from the Vietnam War. Charles had a history of being abusive to Atkins. On one occasion in their childhood, Charles hospitalized Atkins after stabbing him in the stomach. Atkins was sentenced to life in prison, but was paroled in 1980. About five years later, he killed his adoptive father, 75 year old Benjamin, and a neighbor, 13 year old Karen Patterson, with a shotgun and a machete in a drunken rampage.
  23. Leroy Drayton (1984-1999): Drayton robbed a gas station and kidnapped the clerk, 19 year old Rhonda Smith, at gunpoint. After taking her to an abandoned coal mine, he shot Smith to death.
  24. David Rocheville (1991-1999): After watching Dances With Wolves in a movie theater, Rocheville and his partner Richard Longworth decided to rob the establishment. The pair shot dead the usher, 19 year old Alex Hopps, and abducted another employee, 24 year old James Green. They forced him to unload money out of the ticket booth, tossed Green into their van, and drove away with him. When they stopped, Rocheville killed Green by shooting him in the head.
  25. Kevin Young (~1980s-2000, lethal injection): Young and 3 other men robbed 35 year old Dennis Hepler in front of an elementary school where he worked as a principal. After Hepler gave them his wallet, Young and one of his accomplices shot him to death. Young had an extensive criminal history, though the sources accessible to me didn't give any specifics.
  26. Richard Johnson (1985-2002, lethal injection): Johnson and two others were picked up by 52 year old Dan Swanson while hitchhiking. Johnson fatally shot his host in his sleep, and commandeered Swanson's RV with his companions. They went on a drinking binge while they were driving, which attracted the attention of Bruce Smalls, a 30 year old patrolman. When Smalls pulled the group over, Johnson shot him to death.
  27. Anthony Green (1987-2002, lethal injection): Green held up 36 year old Susan Babich at gunpoint when she pulled into the parking lot of a mall. After snatching her pocketbook, Green shot her to death.
  28. Micheal Passaro (1998-2002, lethal injection) During an argument with his estranged wife (who was his second wife, whom he married after the passing of his first), Passaro burned down their minivan with their daughter, 2 year old Maggie, in it. Passaro initially intended to self immolate with the van, but jumped out at the last minute. Reportedly, he wanted to inflict pain on his current wife, and be reunited with his first wife in heaven.
  29. David Hill (1994-2004, lethal injection): While driving a stolen car with a stash of maijuana, Hill was stopped by a police chief, 37 year old Spencer Guerry. In a desperate attempt to avoid arrest, Hill ambushed and fatally shot Guerry as he was checking his license and identification cards.
  30. Jerry McWee (1991-2004, lethal injection): McWee and an accomplice robbed a convenience store for money to buy beer. The clerk, 32 year old John Perry, was fatally shot in the head in the process, and the pair stole $350 from the registers.
  31. Jason Byram (1993-2004, lethal injection): In the early hours of the morning, Byram entered the home of 36 year old Julie Johnson. He found Johnson sleeping on the couch, and stabbed her with a butcher knife Byram grabbed from the kitchen. Bryam then stole her purse, jumped out of a window, and drove away with her van. Johnson's husband found her mortally wounded on the couch, and she succumbed to her wounds on the way to the hospital.
  32. James Tucker (~1960s-2004, electric chair): Tucker drove up into the driveway of 52 year old Rosa Oakley and chatted with her. After he determined that she was alone, Tucker shot Oakley to death and stole $14 from her purse. A few weeks later, he targeted a cottage owned by a horse racing training school, and found the tenant, 21 year old Shannon Mellon, sleeping on the couch. Tucker bound Miller with duct tape, shot her in the head, and stole $20. Tucker had an long criminal history and his earliest offenses happened when he was a child. Some of his previous convictions include sexually abusing an 83 year old woman and an 8 year old girl, and several break in and theft charges.
  33. Richard Longsworth (1991-2005, lethal injection): Longworth was an accomplice to the previously mentioned David Rocheville. He helped him with the robbery murders of two theater employees.
  34. Hastings Wise (~1980s-2005, lethal injection): Wise was fired from the R.E. Phelon factory, which he perceived was for racially discriminatory reasons. In a fit of rage, he stormed into his former job, and shot his ex boss, 56 year old Charles Griffeth, and 3 coworkers, 31 year old Ernest Filyaw, 30 year old David Moore, and 27 year old Esther Wood dead. Wise was an ex convict, and had previous convictions of bank robbery, theft, and possession of stolen goods.
  35. Shawn Humphries (~1984-2005, lethal injection): In 1991, Humphries robbed a convenience store at gunpoint. When he saw the owner, 43 year old Dickie Smith, reaching for a gun, he fatally shot him. Humphries previously served prison time for breaking and entering and auto theft.
  36. William Downs Jr. (1991-2006, lethal injection): Downs committed his first verified murder in 1991 when he abducted 10 year old James Porter. He raped and strangled the boy to death. 6 years later, Downs intercepted another boy, 6 year old Keenan O'Mailia, while he was riding his bicycle. Like Porter, O'Mailia was raped and strangled to death. Downs engaged in acts of necrophilia with both of his victims' bodies.
  37. Calvin Shuler (1997-2007, lethal injection): Shuler worked as an armored car driver and security guard. He ambushed 3 of his coworkers while they were passing through a neighborhood, and shot one, 77 year old James Brooks, to death. The survivors returned fire, but were wounded by him in the shootout. Although Shuler managed to seize the armored car, the money inside was damaged by gunfire and blood stains, and was forced to abandon it empty handed.
  38. David Hill (1996-2008, lethal injection): Hill's twin 3 year old sons and 2 year old daughter were removed by CPS from his and his ex wife's custody on allegations of neglect and sexual misconduct. In retaliation, Hill stormed a social services office, and shot 3 social workers, 52 year old James Riddle, 35 year old Josie Curr, and 30 year old Michael Gregory, dead. Riddle was killed for being the worker that took his children, Gregory for being a witness, and Curr for simply being black.
  39. James Reed (1993-2008, electric chair): Reed briefly dated 28 year old Laurie Rego while they served in the army together, but he was arrested for assaulting her when she tried to break up with him. During his time in prison, Reed wrote threatening letters to Laurie. After he was released, he went to the residence of Laurie's parents, 51 year old Joseph and 46 year old Barbara, to search for her. When Laurie wasn't present, Reed shot Joseph and Barbara to death.
  40. Joseph Gardner (1992-2008, lethal injection): Gardner and two other men abducted 25 year old Melissa McLauchlin after she drunkenly locked herself out of her own house, and forced her into their car. McLauchlin was taken to a mobile home, tied up and gang raped by them and two other men. She was soaked with hydrogen peroxide and bleach, shot 8 times, and dumped near a highway. The murder was pushed out of Gardner's desire to avenge Rodney King's beating and centuries of oppression against Black Americans.
  41. Luke Williams (1991-2009, lethal injection): To collect a life insurance policy, Williams beat his 39 year old wife Linda to death and fatally strangled his 12 year old son Shaun. He placed their bodies into the family van and crashed it into a tree in order to make it look like an accident. Days before the murders, Linda had made complaints to a crisis hotline that Williams was abusive to her.
  42. Thomas Ivey (~1993-2009, lethal injection): Ivery and another inmate escaped from jail while awaiting trial for a reckless firearms discharge accusation. The pair abducted 30 year old Robert Montgomery while he was walking home from work and shot him to death. Two days later, they fatally shot a police officer, 38 year old Thompson Harrison, that approached them for questioning in a mall.
  43. Jeffrey Motts (1995-2011, lethal injection): Motts was originally serving a life sentence for stabbing his great aunt and great uncle, 73 year old Etta Osteen and 79 year old Clyde Camby to death during a 1995 robbery. His sentence escalated to death in 2005 when he fatally stabbed his cellmate, 26 year old Charles Martin. Martin was previously sentenced for an aggravated assault charge, and was months away from release at the time of his death.

2024.03.31 15:22 dixcgirl10 Week 5(does this thing need a name??)

  1. Carlin and Evan are RICH. Layla bought her dad a Jeep bc Teslas are SO last year. Now that they have 2 car payments, a mortgage and a pool to pay for… they rolled out their Zade heavy content. He better start talking fast bc the bills are DUE! Warden couch surfed on over and earned his keep by hanging shelves and entertaining Evan. Another week with NO mention of NiNi and PaPa.
  2. Katie and Travis got a storage center endorsement. They have moved half of their belongings and any reminder of NJ into the storage unit. They spent the week playing with Carlin and Evan and made their debut at the new “cult lite”church. Hailey is now sister momming a doll full time.
  3. Lawson and Tiffy are officially 3.5 months behind real time with their vlogs. Lawson is asking folks for advice now on stuff that happened 12 weeks ago. He also set his tripod up in a field and took pics of himself circa 2012.
  4. Zach Bates finally debuted his cooking channel. He has the charisma of the cold, wet noodles he served up. Props to Zach for using a quarter teaspoon of salt in his recipe. Whitney sold teeth whitening strips, dime beauty and a red light for your face scam.
  5. Trace, Lydia and his sunglasses went to Florida. They dressed baby Ryker in the same trucker hat and glasses as his dad. Here’s to your future Ryker… May God help you. Lydia looked like a sheep being led to slaughter when Trace informed her they would be driving 11 hours instead of flying. They flew in a babysitter so they could enjoy “adult time”(ew ew ew) so you know what to expect in the next 2 months.
  6. Erin popped up in Trace’s video with her cheesy grin. Trace interviewed Brooke and Carson. Brookie told her guts and said she wanted to move back to TN bc they missed the parties. Carson didn’t crack his teeth and looked scared to death. Who knows what fate awaits Brookie. Holly was almost mowed down by Trace as he sped the heck outta the Paine compound.
  7. Alyssa chewed out her IG followers for daring to question her homeschooling. Those cartoon VHS tapes are obviously an A+ curriculum. She filtered her entire face off, went to Costco, and debuted the long awaited princess party video. 12 of the 22 minutes were spent with her going on and on about her BOY. She also featured her party ITINERARY… talk about sucking the fun outta everything. A party featuring coloring sheets in a cavernous banquet hall that was over and done in one hour and 45 minutes is what this seasoned influencer came up with. Don’t even get me started on the girls on the couch preparing a ballet class for Layla. When the camera guy asked what they liked best about the party… they all looked vacant.
  8. Brandon told the Easter story through pictures with a child’s voice reading and by fear mongering the most terrifying verses. Creepy.
  9. Josie and her pool noodle hair roller are back after a bout of mastitis. She’s fittin in her jeans yall! Kelton prepared step by step salmon and refused to let his daughter help. Kelton is not about to let Zach one up him. He can use copious amounts of mayonnaise and a sprinkle of salt too, dang it!!
  10. KJ and Gil were no where to be seen… until midnight when Carlin checked Reddit and quickly threw up a random Gil pic and labeled it “grandpa”. Well that really tells us a lot. I think they’ve been off doing cult things, but who knows. Welfare check for Addee, Ellie and Callie… anyone spotted the AuntMoms??
Happy Easter friends! BockBock
