2024.06.09 11:49 skycamefalling84 Help! Certain bond mission doesn't appear!?

Tl;dr: What do I have to do to spawn Akikatsu Manabes bond mission?
So, first playthrough I killed Ii and chose anti shogunate later on, tried to complete everything and rolled credits. Then I used testament to change my decisions to pro shogunate, to get Ryomas present.
After that I went into midnight, playing through everything again, trying to change every decision so I would see everything the game offers, so I spared Ii. This alone should spawn Akikatsu Manabe, right?
Now, the only trophies I'm missing for platinum are "all bond missions" and "all allies used", clearly only missing Manabe. So after some googling I not only played the mission to spare Ii again, I also went into chapter 2 and changed everything to anti shogunate again. Still nothing.
I'm at a loss guys.... Please help!

2024.06.09 11:47 donttrusttheliving Dissertation of Ryder’s tattoos and how it relates to his story

Because 1 person asked; my dissertation of Ryder’s tattoos and how they tell you his story.
Marking as a spoiler in case y’all haven’t romanced him seriously lol.
  1. Dagger: from that ex of his that stabbed him in the back by cheating on him.
  2. Snake: his distrust of others and his own decisions. Also can additionally bring up how he will strike first in order not to feel threatened or pain. Also can symbolize a possible future shedding of his old skin.
  3. Landscape: he likes to take nature pictures so this one was prob his first or one that he got sober, BUT could symbolize the mountains he needs to claim to conquer his past.
  4. Roses/thorns: he’s guarded and prickly. He will draw blood before someone will draw blood from him. Rose can symbolize how ge can open up to the right person and can grow into a beautiful thing.
  5. Moth: this was brought up if you go to the suite with him. He got this after finding out his kind distance partner cheating on him after he did this whole grand gesture of driving 16 hours to see them.
  6. Motorcycle helmet. He likes to ride his bike, but the helmet signifies that Ryder prefers to keep a safe distance from exposing himself emotionally to someone. That he will try to keep people at arms length instead of risking his heart.
  7. Scorpion: once again he is always in the defensive and will strike a venomous blows to protect himself. Not only that, it also calls back to wearing a thick armor to protect himself as well. His attitude of preemptively striking is shown through out the game.
8 crow/raven: Ryder’s past relationship really impacted his ability to love and live. To him all relationships are dead to him. He lives for short term hook ups without any future for love. But, they can symbolize bad fortune or rebirth-which is the two outcomes for him in this game. Either a “bad outcome” of being kicked out for his behavior-killing any potencial relationships outside the villa, or rebirth, finding confidence and a new outlook with MC. Learning to trust, be vulnerable, and takes responsibility for his previous actions.
The best way to show his rebirth (and to tie this to the snake tattoo-shedding his old skin) is if MC and him are together and he is possibly being eliminated-normally the old Ryder would’ve went into self preservation mode, made snide comments, huffed and puffed, etc but instead he accepts that he made mistakes and he knows there are consequences for them-and he’s secure in his and Mc’s relationship that he is willing to be sent home and says that even if sent one he’d find his way to MC.
  1. Eye and hibiscus: eye usually means protection. Hibiscus usually means happiness and good luck. Knowing Ryder he more than likely got this in a time period he was probably happy, where all he wanted to protect was his happiness and luck. Yet, even after being cheated on, that was his goal-even when he used toxic measures to protect it. His end game was always to protect his well being-unless MC breaks through his shells and he want to protect MC’s well being.

2024.06.09 11:45 Gamestoreguy The nursing home special.

My partner and I arrive at a nursing home for a diabetic patient who has a glucose of 25mmol or higher for the last two days. The LPN is simply baffled, they’ve been giving slow and rapid insulin q8 hours and his sugar hasn’t even been touched, what could possibly be going on?
Well, I’m no detective, but the bag of tube feeding nutrition hanging next to the guy piques my interest. Its called peptamin 1.5. This shit has, depending on the formula, at least 19 grams of carbs per 100mL and it goes up to near 50 grams per 100mL.
The nurse also said stone cold that she just gave this man a glass of milk and a bottle of gatorade like 2 hours ago. They have been running the tube feed for like 6 hours at 100mL/h, and shut the taps off just before we arrived.
I simply don’t understand man. This isn’t some kind of medical information you need to go 500 chapters deep into Harrison’s to figure out.

2024.06.09 11:40 raisedfromthedeadd How do I help my gambling addict girlfriend? Her addiction financially drains her and affects our future.

Hello everyone, my girlfriend (21f) has a gambling addiction. She is a hard working person, since the young age she makes her own money, never demanded money from her parents. I am proud of her. But she has gambling addiction that continues since approx 2 years now. She lost all her savings, she is in debt right now. I couldn't resist and told her family about it. Rn they are gathered to pay off her debt. Her addiction ruined our future plan of moving in together. I am not financially strong to support her overall, I wish I could, but I can't. She promised she will stop but I don't believe it. This incident made me devastated. I have smoky perception of our future. She will probably sell all of our belongings to continue gambling. I want to help her but I don't know how. I love her so much and cannot let her go, never. I want to help her. What is your advice?

2024.06.09 11:40 Pluto_Charon Grimskalle Reimagined (review/experience)

I recently finished running chapter 5 using the Grimskalle Reimagined supplement from DM's Guild; since it's a relatively recent product and I haven't seen any other reviews, I figured I'd share my experiences with it. My party was level 7, and accompanied by Vellynne. I ran the trials using theatre of the mind, with one small exception. Endurance and Cruelty took a session each to get through, while Isolation and Preservation were done in a single session together.
Starting info: each of the trials is paired with one of the Reghed tribes, who are bound by tradition and duty to proctor it in order to keep Auril appeased.

Endurance

The trial consists of the party being teleported to the base of Kelvin's Cairn with no clothes or gear, and having to make their way up to the peak. It's divided into two basic parts: the forest and the mountain.
This was probably the most mechanically complex trial presented- in the forest, characters had to scramble to make a fire, obtain food, and hunt animals to make clothes from before the cold set in. On the mountain, the characters need to complete a skill challenge to make their way up without guidance or climbing gear, eventually having a scale a sheer cliff to reach the summit. During this ascent, I rolled a wolf encounter as a complication (they failed the first skill challenge, and had to try again). This fight with the wolves was the only part of the trials I needed a battle map for, and I just used a generic snowfield one I had on hand. While at level 7 a pack of wolves would normally be trivial for them, without their weapons, armor, and a bunch of their spells it was actually rather tense for them.
Everyone made it up the cliff in the end and reached the summit, though with exhaustion levels ranging from 2-4 (since most of them failed several times and/or had acquired a few levels of exhaustion during the ascent). My party had only one player with high strength though, so that probably contributed to how much trouble they had with it.
Overall, I really enjoyed running this trial, though it required a lot of pre-reading to make sure I thoroughly understood all the mechanics it was using. The last section also might be trivialized if your party has a character with a flight speed.

Preservation

I did not use the Grimskalle Reimagined version of this trial; I did not feel comfortable describing the content to my group and/or having them roleplay with it. To sum it up: a woman supernaturally becomes pregnant rapidly, gives birth to a daughter and dies in childbirth, and the child then ages rapidly and is herself afflicted with the same curse. This repeats until the party realizes they have to 'preserve' the woman currently experiencing the curse by taking her outside the tent so that she freezes, thus stopping the curse (and killing her).
Pregnancy/birth horror just isn't my cup of tea, so I instead used the alternate Preservation trial from this post.

Isolation

In this trial, the party is sent to a labyrinth of mirrored, icy passageways: I had my players separate into different tunnels and have them go through the trials alone, rather than them all being able to see/hear what the others were going through. The characters were confronted with 3 questions: what they feared most about themselves, what shamed them most, and what brought them the most pride.
This part was where my players took the opportunity to really shine when it came to roleplaying, to the point where I kind of regretted having them split up since they didn't get to see how good the others all were. Part of this, I think, came from me telling them in advance to think about these questions in regards to their characters, so they weren't scrambling on the spot to make answers up.
The characters had to make 3 saving throws, one for each mental stat (intelligence, wisdom, and charisma)- a success got a boon, a failure got a bane (a table of these with examples were provided). I like this concept, but I think some of the boons/banes were far too strong, and ended up making some of my own for my players instead of using what was provided.

Cruelty

In this trial, the players are each tasked with killing three people: a stranger (prisoners of the Tiger tribe, who are administering this trial), an enemy, and a friend. This was another one that was almost entirely roleplay- one religious character rolled religion to try and determine if her god would approve of her choice, but that was about the extent of the dice rolls for this trial. This one was definitely the one that was the hardest on the players and the characters- all of them went through with killing the prisoners and the enemies, but it was about a 50/50 split if they could bring themselves to kill the friendly characters or not.
Both the enemies and the friends that the characters were tasked with killing were NPCs that the players had encountered before during the campaign and had formed emotional connections too, both positive and negative. This did make things tricky for one player though- his character had actually died right before they set off for Solstice, so he'd brought in his new character essentially two sessions before they started the trials. That meant his character's secret (Harper Agent) had to do most of the heavy lifting here, since the character hadn't been around long enough to have any connections with NPCs.

General Thoughts

Overall, I think Grimskalle Reimagined is a good supplement, and I think my players enjoyed its trials a lot more than they would've the vanilla ones. It does require a fair bit of reading ahead of time (particularly the Endurance trial with all its details), and will work best I think with groups that enjoy a lot of roleplaying.

2024.06.09 11:38 Prestigious-Grab3070 [REQ] (CAD$1000) - (#London, Ontario, Canada) (CAD$1300 July 5/24), (PayPal) .

Not a hand out but a helping hand… Hi everyone, so where do I start? Well my wife passed away last March and I’m still trying to get the hang of things as a single dad of 2 girls on a single income. All of the debt that was incurred while she was sick and passing is finally catching up and starting to swallow me. I’ve found myself extremely short after the first of this month and it’s my youngest birthday in a week but it’s just not there, my rent wasn’t fully paid, there’s food but in all honesty just enough for them. I do have a job and am not looking for a hand out, but merely a helping hand. Someone who is willing to lend me $1000CAD and I will pay back $1300CAD on July 5 when I will finally be receiving her death benefit of $2500. Im willing to send copies of my I.D, my wife’s death certificate, pay stubs etc for validation and verification purposes. I am so very embarrassed that I must be here and I thank any of you in advance that may reply

2024.06.09 11:36 cluelesslygaming How to check of there is outstanding finance on a car?

I am looking to purchase my first ever car. I have viewed many so far, none that feel right for me. I'm from the UK.
I have a car viewing this afternoon, a listing I found on Auto Trader, sold by a dealership with good reviews. 2 owners, 2 keys, full service history.
My one concern is, the app autotrader couldn't confirm if the car had any outstanding finance on it. Is there a way i can check this myself? Is it legal to sell a car with outstanding finance on it? From my understanding, the finance company would have ownership of the car until the loan/debt from the previous owner is repaid?
Any advise would be much appreciated in this case. I'm still going to view the car, but likely might stear clear of this unless I can verify the finance situation.

2024.06.09 11:30 scorpioqueen415 How to Study/Take Notes

Hi guys, been studying for a few months using Booster. I’ve had a bunch of inconveniences pop up these past few months and I’m now starting to really crack down. I work full time (I have no choice but to work) M-Th from 8-5, and try to study after work. I currently have my test scheduled for July 26th. I’m also a re applicant with strong EC & experiances but have a low GPA with an upward trend. I flopped bad last year because I was mentally struggling, but my goal is to get a 20+ AA and score between 18-20+ ranges in all subjects. (My weakest sections are QR, GC, OC).
I graduated in Fall of 22 as a Bio major / Business minor and my dream school is MUSC (in state). If you currently attend there, interviewed there, or have any advice, please lmk. Overall app is done (just need peer reviews for my PS & take DAT) before submission.
Since it’s my third attempt, I feel like I’m understanding everything better because I have a foundation of everything, but the problem is I feel like I’m supposed to be reviewing right now and I haven’t even finished half the content. Since I hand write my notes, one video takes me 2 hours to complete. I’ve only finished the anatomy videos for Bio, I’m almost done with chapter 9 for GC, I have only done algebra pt 1 for QR and need to watch rxn videos for orgo. Is there a better way to study for the time I have? For QR I feel like the only way for me to learn is by taking handwritten notes. I’m type A and HAVE to write it down or I feel like I don’t have anything to refer back to.
Jumping to PT makes me feel overwhelmed because I feel like I need to watch all videos before reviewing, especially because I scored insanely low the past two attempts in my weak sections (Orgo, GC, QR). The Orgo, GC, and QR notes suck on Booster and I wish they provided powerpoints to follow along videos like Bootcamp. I’m trying to figure out an efficient way to learn content (GC especially) without writing it down, even though it helps me with memory and learning. Any advice is appreciated!

2024.06.09 11:26 Aggressive-Koala2373 My best friend got broken up with by his boyfriend and all I feel is relief

I don’t really know how to start this so I guess I’ll just give background. So me (13FtM)(the ftm thing is important I promise) and my best friend (13FtM) who I will call R are really close. We kinda talk about everything and anything. We met irl in 7th grade but I’m at a different school now so we talk the most on discord. Sometimes on discord (not really anymore) we would find random people and mess with em. This sounds meaner than it is. Usually we were polite and all we just say some strange things. It’s nothing serious.
So one day he texts me going “dude this cringy guy (I will call him B) is trying to rp with me and saying dumb stuff” and we make a groupchat to mess with him a bit. Immature I know. I’m pretty sure we were both 12 at the time. I didn’t like dating. Another thing, we add his cousin (11?F) because she was cool at the time.
So after a while R says to me “I kinda like B” and I’m ok with it because whatever he’s cringe but he doesn’t seem malicious or anything. There was a whole other drama with his cousin where she also liked him? It was a whole mess and not overly important. Anyways R and B get together! Hooray. I’m happy for my best friend obviously. It all seems fine at first.
What followed was months upon months of a nightmare.
There was countless nights where R would text me saying he was crying over him or that he had ghosted him for weeks or even months. Times where B would cheat or just be awful, mad for no reason, etc. In a notable case B stopped talking to R for 2 MONTHS despite R’s constant attempts to reach out and when he came back it turned out B had been cheating the whole time. He then said “if you hadn’t stopped talking to me then I wouldn’t have had to cheat.” Even though R had constantly been texting daily begging for him to come back. Ridiculous. At one point R even detransitioned so B would love him more. R would nearly commit suicide or relapse on self harm because he would just stop talking randomly and never even say I love you.
Yesterday B broke up with R.
Of course I’ve had to comfort R a ton. And I feel sad when I see him so sad. But I honestly am so relieved. If these nights where he’s sad over him leaving are the last he’ll spend crying over that boy then it’s all worth it. Maybe things will finally be right again. I just want this chapter to end. And maybe it finally can! I feel a bit like a monster but I can’t stop myself from feeling so happy.

2024.06.09 11:21 CaramelBig1591 The Sword of Chronos PART 1

The Sword of Chronos

Prologue

In the timeless expanse of the cosmos, where universes drift like countless specks of dust in a sunbeam, a god named Chronos reigned supreme. Unlike other deities, Chronos possessed a unique weapon—a sword forged from the essence of time itself. This blade, known as the Temporal Blade, could slice through the fabric of reality, enabling its wielder to traverse dimensions and alternate universes.
Chronos, weary of his eternal life and the immense responsibilities it carried, conceived a plan to relinquish his power. He decided to pass on the Temporal Blade and his godly abilities to a mortal worthy of such a mantle. To this end, he devised a competition, comprising seven challenges, each more daunting than the last. The winner would inherit the sword and the god's extraordinary abilities.

Chapter 1: The Call

In a humble village on Earth, lived a young man named Elian. Known for his courage and kind heart, Elian was a blacksmith's apprentice. Despite his modest upbringing, he harbored dreams of adventures beyond the mundane reality of his life.
One fateful night, as Elian worked late at the forge, a blinding light enveloped him. When he opened his eyes, he found himself in a vast, celestial hall. At the center stood a majestic figure with a luminous presence.
"Welcome, Elian," the figure intoned, his voice echoing through the hall. "I am Chronos, the god of time. I have chosen you, among others, to compete for my powers and the Temporal Blade."
Elian, though stunned, managed to ask, "Why me?"
Chronos smiled. "Because your heart is pure, and your courage is unmatched. The challenges ahead will test you beyond your limits. Should you succeed, you will wield powers beyond your imagination."

Chapter 2: The Competitors

Elian wasn't alone in this grand hall. Six other individuals from various realms stood around him. Each had been chosen for their unique qualities and strengths:
  1. Liora: A fierce warrior princess from the desert realm of Aridia, known for her unmatched combat skills.
  2. Finn: A clever thief from the shadowy streets of Nocturna, whose agility and cunning were legendary.
  3. Arin: A gentle healer from the lush forests of Eldoria, with a deep connection to nature.
  4. Kara: A sorceress from the mystical land of Zephyria, with command over elemental magic.
  5. Ragnar: A formidable Viking chieftain from the icy fjords of Norrland, known for his brute strength.
  6. Nyx: A mysterious assassin from the twilight world of Umbra, shrouded in secrecy and silence.

Chapter 3: The First Challenge - The Labyrinth of Echoes

Chronos led the competitors to the first challenge, a sprawling labyrinth that seemed to twist and turn in impossible ways. "This is the Labyrinth of Echoes," Chronos explained. "Within its walls, you will face your deepest fears and confront reflections of your past. Only by overcoming these trials will you find the exit."
Elian entered the labyrinth, his heart pounding. The walls seemed alive, whispering his darkest secrets and fears. He saw visions of his past—his parents' death, his struggles, and his failures. Yet, as he faced these specters, he remembered Chronos's words about courage.
Drawing strength from within, Elian confronted each fear head-on. His resolve grew with every step, and eventually, he found the exit. To his relief, he wasn't the first to emerge; Liora, Finn, and Arin were already there. Moments later, the others joined them, each bearing marks of their internal battles.

Chapter 4: The Second Challenge - The Bridge of Despair

The second challenge took place on a narrow bridge suspended over an abyss. Chronos appeared before them, his expression grave. "This is the Bridge of Despair. To cross it, you must confront a vision of your future—a future in which you fail. Only by accepting this potential outcome can you proceed."
As Elian stepped onto the bridge, a harrowing vision engulfed him. He saw himself standing before his village, defeated and broken, his dreams shattered. Despair threatened to consume him, but he remembered the courage that had carried him through the labyrinth.
With great effort, Elian accepted the vision. He understood that failure was a possibility, but it didn't define him. As he reached the other side, he saw that the others were already there, each having faced their own visions.

Chapter 5: The Third Challenge - The Mirror of Truth

The third challenge brought the competitors to a vast chamber filled with mirrors. "This is the Mirror of Truth," Chronos said. "It shows your true self, stripped of all illusions. To move forward, you must accept what you see."
Elian gazed into the mirror, his reflection gradually changing to reveal his deepest flaws and insecurities. He saw his fears of inadequacy and his struggles with self-doubt. Tears filled his eyes, but he didn't look away. Accepting his flaws, he embraced the image before him.
As Elian stepped away from the mirror, he saw the others emerging from their reflections, each looking more resolved. They were growing stronger with every challenge.

Chapter 6: The Fourth Challenge - The River of Memories

The next challenge led them to a tranquil river flowing through a serene valley. "This is the River of Memories," Chronos explained. "You must cross it, but as you do, you will relive your most painful memories. Only by accepting these memories can you reach the other side."
Elian stepped into the river, and instantly, memories flooded his mind—his parents' deaths, his struggles as an orphan, and the moments of despair that had shaped his life. Pain washed over him, but he understood that these memories were part of who he was.
With each step, the burden lightened, and by the time he reached the other side, he felt a profound sense of peace. The others crossed the river as well, their expressions a mixture of pain and acceptance.

Chapter 7: The Fifth Challenge - The Mountain of Resolve

The fifth challenge took the competitors to the base of a towering mountain. "This is the Mountain of Resolve," Chronos said. "To reach the summit, you must push beyond your physical and mental limits. Only those with unyielding determination will succeed."
Elian began the ascent, the path steep and treacherous. Every muscle in his body screamed in protest, and his mind wavered under the strain. Yet, he remembered his dreams of adventure and the hope that had brought him this far.
Drawing strength from within, Elian pushed forward, one step at a time. Hours passed, and just as he thought he could go no further, he reached the summit. The others arrived shortly after, their faces etched with exhaustion but also a fierce determination.

Chapter 8: The Sixth Challenge - The Field of Unity

The sixth challenge unfolded in a vast field, where Chronos awaited them. "This is the Field of Unity," he said. "To succeed, you must work together. This challenge will test your ability to cooperate and trust each other."
The competitors faced a series of obstacles that required their combined efforts. Elian, with his blacksmith skills, crafted tools to help them navigate the challenges. Liora and Ragnar used their strength to move boulders, while Finn and Nyx utilized their agility to scout ahead. Kara and Arin provided support with their magic and healing abilities.
Through their combined efforts, they overcame each obstacle, forging bonds of trust and camaraderie. By the time they completed the challenge, they had become a cohesive team.

Chapter 9: The Seventh Challenge - The Final Confrontation

The final challenge took place in a grand arena, where Chronos stood at the center, holding the Temporal Blade. "This is the ultimate test," he declared. "To prove yourself worthy of my powers, you must face me in combat. Only one of you can emerge victorious."
The competitors knew this would be their greatest trial. Elian, despite the friendships he had forged, steeled himself for the battle ahead. One by one, they faced Chronos, each showcasing their unique skills and abilities.
When it was Elian's turn, he felt a surge of determination. He fought with all his might, drawing on everything he had learned from the previous challenges. His strikes were precise, his movements fluid. Chronos, impressed by Elian's growth and spirit, pushed him to his limits.
As the battle reached its climax, Elian managed to disarm Chronos, the Temporal Blade falling at his feet. He stood before the god, breathless but victorious.

Epilogue

Chronos smiled, a look of pride in his eyes. "You have proven yourself worthy, Elian. The Temporal Blade and my powers are yours."
As Elian took the sword, a surge of energy coursed through him. He felt his perception of time expand, his senses heightened. He knew he was now capable of traversing dimensions and altering reality itself.
The other competitors, though disappointed, congratulated Elian. They had come to respect and admire him through their shared trials.
Chronos, now free from his burdens, looked at Elian with a sense of fulfillment. "Use these powers wisely, Elian. Remember the lessons you have learned and the friends you have made."
Elian nodded, the weight of his new responsibilities sinking in. As he prepared to step into his new role, he knew that his adventures were just beginning. With the Temporal Blade in hand, he was ready to explore the infinite possibilities of the multiverse, bringing hope and justice wherever he went.
And so, Elian, the blacksmith's apprentice turned god, embarked on a journey across time and space, his heart filled with courage and determination, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

2024.06.09 11:19 Substantial-Night771 What is Hyperbitcoinization/Hyperkaspanization? What Do Bitcoin and Kaspa Actually Do? And What Happens to Fiat?

It is said that over time, everyone will switch to BTC/KAS to escape the devaluation of our fiat currencies that make us poorer. Trust in BTC/KAS will become higher than even the dollar, and as a result, the dollar will fall into a negative trust spiral, hyperinflate, and eventually disappear as it's no longer needed when we have a global currency.
However, fiat is a debt-based currency, and in this text, we use the world's reserve currency when talking about fiat for simplicity. This means that new money is created when someone takes out a loan, whether it be individuals, companies, or states. There is an existing amount of money, and new credit is constantly created, resulting in both a stock and a flow. Thus, we get a simple stock-to-flow model that reflects the dollar's devaluation over time. Loans are taken for investments like cars, houses, or businesses on an individual level. These are taken to somehow improve life: a car for transportation, a house for living but also long-term savings, and businesses for cash flow. All loans have interest; the interest reflects the hardness of the dollar. Low interest gives higher flow, and high interest gives lower flow.
The largest investments in the world go to real estate, bonds, and global companies.
Real estate is the largest investment, with the highest stock-to-flow, the highest balance in supply and demand, and high cost of production calculated in both money and time, which means that value is maintained over time and prices rise at the same rate as the dollar's stock-to-flow. Rents also create cash flow that goes to maintenance, mortgages, interest payments, and new investments. Real estate does not create much efficiency in the monetary system, but it has a high utility value.
Company stocks, especially those focused on technology and innovation, create much efficiency in society and the total monetary ecosystem. Growth companies grow faster than market-weighted indexes, while these indexes generally move at the same pace as the dollar's stock-to-flow (like S&P / M2). This means there is equilibrium between the dollar's devaluation and the total system's efficiency improvement over time, with efficiency being somewhat stronger over time.
Our loans go to investments that increase efficiency, reducing costs at the same pace as the dollar's devaluation while central banks' primary goal is to maintain 2% CPI inflation to keep stability and confidence in the currency as high as possible, and at the same time, forcing the pursuit of efficiency.
But what happens when Bitcoin/Kaspa becomes more valuable to invest in and simply hold on the balance sheet than investments in real estate and stocks and their store of value and cash flow together? What happens when companies choose to invest in these monetary protocols instead of investments in their own organizations' efficiency improvements?
This shift has already begun and was always inevitable. We create credit and contribute to devaluation but invest in Bitcoin and Kaspa instead of the natural innovations and efficiencies the system requires.
The dollar's only choice is to harden with higher interest rates to curb the unbalanced market where devaluation is higher than the decreasing efficiency increase. The hardness and interest rates will continue to rise until the dollar meets Bitcoin's hardness, where equilibrium is achieved.
At this point, if a state tries to devalue its currency to compete with other currencies, the BTC/KAS price in relation to the currency will increase by the same measure immediately.
This is the result of what hyperbitcoinization/hyperkaspanization becomes. The same game theory that makes these protocols honest forces fiat currencies around the world to also become honest. So, taking loans and "shorting fiat" to buy BTC/KAS will work in the beginning but, like everything else, will become unsustainable in the long run. There is no infinite wealth machine that lasts forever.
This creates a fairer world. Global monetary protocols large enough to keep the biggest of powers in check. Boom and bust cycles become longer, slower, and smoother. But unemployment may become higher for a while with associated chaos when the shift occurs.
Whether Bitcoin, Kaspa, or something else becomes the final protocol that wins doesn't really matter. These protocols are honest and force everyone to play by the same rules worldwide.
If you like the text i would be thankful for some spreading on X.

2024.06.09 11:13 zackphoenix123 [Spoiler Discussion] Arc 5's Episode Distribution!

I made one just like this two months ago in this post- "About Season 3's Episode Distribution" Where I tried to see whether or not Arcs 5 and 6 could fit in a roughly 40 episode timeframe and it I saw that it was totally possible. There I guessed both Arcs 5 and 6, but here I'll only be doing Arc 5. I have my thoughts for Arc 6 too, but I'll leave that for once Arc 5's over. I honestly think Re:Zero will have a month or two break after Arc 5 before Arc 6 starts airing.
ALSO! I said this then
17 Episodes is also pretty unconventional for a 1 cour series, really it's bordering on two cours, but it's not something unheard of. Attack on Titan did final season part 1 with 16 episodes and Boogiepop (2019) did 18. I'm sure a studio who was able to get the TV slots to do 29:30 minute episodes can pull some strings for extended cours. But if they can't, they can always follow the new trend of double or triple length first episodes. If they decide to cram all of Volume 16 into one Oshi no Ko type episode, it can definitely work.
AAAAARGH! I wanted to gloat, but I was banned the morning the news was revealed, I couldn't respond to any of the comments or threads. I am hurt. Though I deserve that for commenting spoilers in a [discussion] thread.
In any case, here is the revised Episode count for Season 3 based on how I think it can go.
For the first 90 minute episode, I think we can all agree that they're definitely doing that so we can get to the Theatre of Malice chapter. The way Sirius made her appearance in the PV pretty much confirms it. We'll definitely be ending off the first episode with the image of Subaru learning he got RBD for the first time in over a year. The Light Novel illustration where it all starts dawning on him.

Imagine Subaru realizes what had just happened then we get either the new opening or ending to hit. While the OP or ED (I'm pretty sure it'll be the OP) is playing, were either going to jump to the credits or continue panning across Pristella with giving us a glimpse of all the other character's whereabouts or just the happy faces of the people, "clueless" about what's to come, setting up an ominous tone. A similar approach to how Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 ended episode 17. Another song possibility could be Theatre D since the word "theatre" is already there and it also fits the scene perfectly, but given how they played the Opening in the PV, they're most likely going to use that instead. Or they may just do both, use Theatre D to show Subaru realizing what had just happened, panning across the city, but for the credits they'll use the Opening.
Right now, I think Season 3 can totally work with either 16 or 17 episodes. I'm more leaning towards 16 episodes, but 17 is possible if White Fox chooses to go with that route.
I will say this now, I'm pretty sure Volume 16 will have the most cut content out of all Arc 5 volumes. Not only is it the heaviest with 83k words, it will also have the least amount of time given. I remember hearing Oshi no Ko was going to get a 90 minute premiere, but it turns out it was only 1 hour and 22 minutes. That can certainly happen with Re:Zero, and with the shuffling of Garfiel's chapter being placed onto Episode 1, they'll need to cram even more content.
This won't be an issue for episode 2 onwards because they can always go for extended episodes. So a volume can be adapted anywhere from 84 minutes all the way up to 100 minutes. And given Re:Zero's track record, it can probably be pushed even up to 118 minutes. So I'll just say now, it's better we all be prepared to not see Priscilla dancing in episode 4...
Episode Coverage (Volume 16)
Episode 1: "Theatre of Malice" All of Volume 16, plus Parts 1 and 2 of Volume 17's Gorgeous Tiger chapter

For Volume 17, I think it can be done reasonably with 4 episodes. Episode 2 will showcase all 3 of Subaru's deaths in Arc 5. Episode 3 will have Subaru, Emilia and Beatrice vs Sirius as well as Regulus' comeback and has all the HQ stuff. Episode 4 will cover the rest of Garfiel's flashback as well as what the team deciding what would be the perfect course of action. The episode will end with the cast getting ready to charge to the City HQ. And finally episode 5 will be all about them conquering the HQ.
In the case of the "Gorgeous Tiger" chapter, I honestly don't believe they're gonna play it all in Episode 1 because that'd be way too much. They can't. It'll ruin the story. And Tappei's "Wait, what the fuck happened?" cliffhanger of Volume 17 chapter 3 works perfectly when we just see Garfiel and Mimi covered in blood. I think they'll end off Garfiel's segment in episode 1 when he sees his mother. Then the rest of the gorgeous tiger chapter will be where it originally was supposed to be. I think they also switched it around for pacing reasons.
Episode Coverage (Volume 17)
Episode 2: "Casually Comparing Answers" All of Chapter 1 up to the first part of Chapter 2
Episode 3: "A Showdown of Ice and Fire" The Rest of Chapter 2, and all of Chapter 3
Episode 4: "Gorgeous Tiger" Chapter 4 starting at Part 3, all the way up to the 2nd Part Chapter 5
Episode 5: "The Operation to Retake City Hall" The Rest of Volume 17

For Volume 18 and 19, I thought cramming them to three episodes each would be possible before, but now I think that's way too little. Now they each can get 4 episodes.
Episode Coverage (Volume 18)
Episode 6: "Picking up the Pieces" Volume 18, All of the Prologue, All of Chapter 1 up to Part 2 of Chapter 2
Episode 7: "What it Takes to be Knight" The rest of Chapter 2, up to part 3 of Chapter 3
Episode 8: "The Newest Hero and Oldest Hero" The rest of Chapter 3, up to Part 5 of Chapter 4's
Episode 9: "The Stars Engraved in History" The Rest of Chapter 4, and all of Chapter 5's

Volume 19 was a bit tougher to deal with. Tappei cut up the Regulus fight with the Lilianna fight and now they're mixed. I had to recut them into something fit for episodes sine the pacing was kind've weird if it was just placed in there as is.
For Episode 10, it'll cover the first part of Priscilla's fight with Sirius, then end in a cliffhanger where Lilianna is about to sing.
“Hear ye, everyone at the back! And those up close, watch my dance closely! And for those way in the back, I’ll be raising my voice, so you listen, too! Liliana Masquerade shall perform a song and a dance for you! Lend me your ears for ‘Beyond Daybreak’!”
—I’ll cram all these feelings into it!
Then it ends.
Episode 11 will open up with Lilianna's backstory. Covering all of that until the ending of the fight. This is where (I hope) we get great Anime original song from Lilianna. Then it'll end with Subaru and Emilia getting chased by Regulus
Episode 12 opens with Subaru and Emilia being chased by Regulus, here Emilia will summon the ice skating! The episode will end with Subaru pretending to be hurt and showing that he was playing ths whole time, and then Emilia shooting an icicle into the sky.
Episode 13 will show Emilia's POV on what happened and her confrontation with the wives. All the way up to the Death of Regulus.
Episode Coverage (Volume 19)
Episode 10: "Paean to a City in Flames" Volume 19, All of Prologue, All of Chapter 2, and Part 1 of Chapter 4
Episode 11: "Lilianna Masquerade" The rest of Chapter 4, and Parts 1 to 3 of Chapter 2
Episode 12: "The Battle with Greed Begins" The rest of chapter 2, and all of Chapter 3
Episode 13: "Regulus Corneas" All of Chapter 5 and Chapter 6

For Volume 20, my thoughts haven't really changed.
For Episode 14, The prologue will show Julius and Ricardo fighting Gluttony, then we'll see Otto, Beatrice and Felt's fight with Gluttony, then finally Al vs Capella
For Episode 15, it'll be all about the Astrea from start to finish. It ends with painful shot of Reinhard, Wilhelm and Heinkel facing away from each other.
For Episode 16, the first part will be Garfiel's fight with Kurgan and that will be the final fight. I think the Theresia chapter is a far betting "ending" fight, but the pacing would be rather awkward since there's no other way to cut it. Ending with Garfiel's fight should be fine though as his character arc is strongly tied to Pristella and its people. Then after the smoke has settled and everything seems okay, we get the cliffhanger of Emilia asking who TF julius is.
I think Volume 20 is a bit too short for a full 4 episodes, being only 69k words, and without chapter 7, that number will be brought down to 56k words. If 77k words is average for 4 episodes, the average for 3 episodes (77kx0.75) is equal to roughly 58k words for 3 episodes, so the 56k remaining words (Prologue to chapter 6) is perfect for the ballpark of the 3 remaining episodes.
Episode Coverage (Volume 20)
Episode 14: "A Hideous Banquet" Volume 20, Part 3 of Prologue, and All of Chapters 1 and 2
Episode 15: "Theresia Van Astrea" Part 2 of Prologue, and All of Chapters 4 and 5
Episode 16: "A Warriors Acclaim" Part 1 of Prologue, and All of Chapters 3 and 6
There could be an episode 17 covering Volume 20 Chapter 6 as well as Volume 21's interlude, but I think that'll be better for Arc 6 whenever that season comes out, since most of it has the characters talk about the Watchtower and the Sage that resides within. I also think 16 episodes isn't that hard to believe since Attack on Titan Season 4 part 1 has 16 episodes, and also I think the Julius cliffhanger can be Season 3's variation of the "Who's Rem" cliffhanger.
Btw for anyone curious, this is the chapter list titles so you can follow along-

2024.06.09 11:12 No-New-Therapy What major can I graduate with now, to get a job and eventually go back to school for something I like?

TL;DR: In debt, need a decent paying job soon(ish). I could get a degree and help my chances in landing a job that can keep me stable. Then, maybe, if I’m lucky. I can go to school one day for engineering when I’m like 40 lol. (I’m 27 now)
So I’m in a ton of debt and need to find work that pays decently soon. (And by soon I mean like maybe in a year or 3) I found this online university that takes my old credits and is accredited called WGU, they have Accounting, Computer science, business, marketing, and IT. Along with other things but not as many as a normal college.
After seeing the course load I have left, I can finish a degree in something in those field. But which can guarantee me making at least 55k? I’m good with number (although it’s been like 7 years since I did school so maybe not) I like organization and scheduling. But I love being creative and working in teams.
My dream jobs would be something like marketing coordinator, product designer, industrial designer, or engineer but the first 2 are impossible to break into right now and the other 2 isn’t feasible with the amount of school vs work I have to do to pay the bills/debt.
I know nothing about accounting or comp science, but I use computers for fun. But I don’t know anything about the career path, and it sounds possibly boring. Marketing is also way less stable than ever.
Idk, what do you guys think? I gotta choose a degree soon though.

2024.06.09 11:12 Hopia4Sale If you were a kid again, what financial advice would you give to your younger self?

Let's give all the young and the new generations an idea of what they should start at a young age.
Personally, I'll do this:
  1. Read Financial books about Budgeting, Economy, Investing, as well as habits that can help you in the long run
  2. Start contributing on SSS, Pagibig, and mp2 kahit minimum contribution lang.
  3. Instead of buying consumable things such as food, I'll buy things that will last and will also give me benefits in the long run such as books and things for my hobbies.
  4. Avoid Debt at all cost.
  5. Invest in myself and learn marketable skills
  6. Instead of saving up for emergency fund, I'll save up for an opportunity fund. I've missed a lot of experiences and opportunities because of lack of resources.
  7. Get high grades during senior high school and use those to apply on scholarships (CHED, DOST, etc.)

2024.06.09 11:11 Single_Medium640 Single 25F Journey to FI

Hi Everyone!
Wanted to get some thoughts regarding my FI journey. I realised for me I just want financial independence. I still want to work but do things I am passionate about (e.g hiking group and starting my own hiking brand). I want to have F you money where I can just quit a job that I don't like without being financially reckless.
If I was going to do FIRE my number is £700k which is A LOT and not sure how to get there.
Context:
Student Debt: £32k
SIPP: £8.9k
Stocks & Shares ISA: £23.7k
LISA: £4k
Civil Service Pension: ?? Unknown as the site is not working to access. I expect it to be quite a bit as it's about 5% of my wage each month. CS puts in 28%
L&G Pension: £5k
Questions:
  1. Property investment is that too premature to think about? I am based in London do I look around south or look North for affordability.
  2. Is what I am doing right? Feel like I am not doing enough.
  3. Any advice in terms of how to get to that FIRE number or F you fund faster would be appreciated!
Just want my 30,40,50 year old self to thank me for how I am handling my 20s financially.

2024.06.09 10:59 HealthyYard6559 Revelation 6-Introduction

John's Revelation can be divided into several parts in which the periods of the past, present and future are described:
The past is described in the first chapter and there we have a description of the glorified Christ, the present is described from the second to the fifth and that is the period of the Church, and in this part there is one part that is also the future for us because it has not yet happened and it refers to the Church that is in heaven and the events described from the sixth chapter onwards are future.
For a better understanding of God's plan and program until the end of time, we will study Daniel's prophecy, which will facilitate our understanding of the events that were revealed to John.
"Seventy weeks have been determined for your people and your holy city to finish transgression and to disappear sin and to cleanse iniquity and to bring eternal justice, and to seal apparitions and prophecy, and to anoint the Holy of Holies. Therefore, know and understand: From the time the word goes out that Jerusalem will be rebuilt until the anointed duke will be seven weeks, and sixty-two weeks for the streets and walls to be built again, and that in a difficult time. And after those sixty-two weeks, the anointed will be executed and nothing will remain to him; the voivode's people will come and destroy the city and the sanctuary; and its end will be with a flood, and certain desolation will be until the end of the war. And he will establish a covenant with many for a week, and in the middle of the week he will abolish the sacrifice and the offering; and with hateful wings, which make desolation, until the appointed end, it will be poured out on the desolation"
Daniel 9:24-27
Danilo was a prophet, a Jew, and he was a slave in Babylon with the rest of the people, but in addition to the torments he had in slavery, he was also interested in the fate of his people Israel and the holy city of Jerusalem. That's how Danilo read Jeremiah's prophecy about his people.
"And all that land will be desolation and wonder, and those nations will serve the king of Babylon for seventy years.
And when seventy years are completed, then I will visit the king of Babylon and that nation, says the Lord, for their iniquities, and the land of the Chaldeans, and I will turn it into an eternal desolation."
Jeremiah 25:11-12
and he saw that God had appointed Judah to be in captivity for seventy years and then he counted the time spent in Babylonian captivity and concluded that the end of this time is near. It is written:
,,. In the first year of Darius, the son of Ahasuerus of the tribe of Midian, who reigned over the kingdom of the Chaldeans,
In the first year of his reign, I, Danilo, understood from the books the number of years, which the Lord had told Jeremiah the prophet that would end with the ruins of Jerusalem, seventy years.
Daniel 9:1-3
And God sends an angel to the prophet Daniel with an announcement
"And while I was still speaking and praying and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and I fell down praying before the Lord my God for the holy mountain of my God. they flew quickly and touched me about the evening sacrifice. And he taught me and spoke with me and said: Danilo, now I came out to reason with you. At the beginning of your prayer, the word came out, and I came to tell you, because you are kind; therefore listen to the word, and understand the apparition. Seventy weeks are appointed for your people and for your holy city..."
Daniel 9:20-24
At the end of this quote, we see that it says "ordained to your people", which means that what God says (in this case, determined) no one can change. So this refers to Daniel's people and the holy city, which are the people of Israel and the city Jerusalem and this is not designated either for the Gentiles or for the Church of Christ.
,,Seventy weeks are determined for your people and your holy city" and in the new translation it says,,,Seventy weeks are determined for your people and your holy city"
Since this is about the Jews, let's see how they divided time. The Jews divided time into seven intervals, so they had a week of days (week of days).
"Work for six days, and finish all your work. And the seventh day is a rest for the Lord your God; then do no work, neither you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your livestock, nor the stranger who is within your gates."
Exod.20:9-10
The next thing they used was a week of years and they also called it Saturday years or a week (week).
"Six years sow your field, and six years cut your vineyard and gather the harvest. And let the seventh year be a sabbath for rest for the earth, the sabbath of the Lord; do not sow in your field or prune your vineyard."
Levit. 25:3-4
and in the end they had a week for seven years
"And count seven sevenths of years, seven times seven years, so that seven sevenths of your years will be forty-nine years"
Levit. 25:8
We saw how the Jews used time intervals, and now let's see what happened to Daniel
"Seventy weeks are determined for your people and your holy city..." God announces to Daniel that there are still seventy determined weeks to fulfill God's plan with Israel and Jerusalem and the promises that God made since Abraham.
This is certainly not about a week of days, because that would be four hundred and ninety days, but about seventy weeks of years, that is, about four hundred and ninety years.
The next thing Daniel needed to understand was the details that would be fulfilled in these seventy specific weeks and also what would be at the end when these seventy weeks were over.
We read in Daniel:
"Seventy weeks have been determined for your people and your holy city to finish transgression and to disappear sin and to cleanse iniquity and to bring eternal justice, and to seal apparitions and prophecy, and to anoint the Holy of Holies"
"Seventy weeks have been determined for your people and your holy city to end the transgression"
We have seen that the prophecy refers to Israel, and the greatest transgression that Israel has ever committed is the rejection of the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior. This transgression was committed by the Israelites when the "sixty-nine weeks" were over, and in the prophecy we read about it: "he will be executed" anointed "
The anointed one is Messiah in Jewish and Christ in Greek. From this transgression, the Jews who believe in Christ will be saved in the last week, which lasts seven years, and that is seven years of great tribulation. According to the prophecy, during the great tribulation, there will be a great awakening and then a hundred forty-four thousand Jewish missionaries to preach the word of God (revelation of the seventh chapter). In Romans we read about it:
"And thus will all Israel be saved, as it is written: A Deliverer will come from Zion and turn away wickedness from Jacob"
Rom. 11:26
and only at the end of the great tribulation will the rest be converted and only when Christ comes will the transgression of Israel be completed and
other details that Danilo should have understood, he writes, "and for the sin to disappear"
Only when Israel receives Christ through faith in Christ will their sins be cleansed, and we can read about that:
"And this is my promise to them when I take away their sins."
Rom. 11:27
and the third detail is "and to cleanse iniquity" and that will happen when Christ comes and we read about it in the Gospel according to Matthew:
"The Son of Man will send his angels, and will gather out of his kingdom all those who stumble and do lawlessness"
Matt. 13:41
And when these negative things are removed in the text, we also read positive changes and relationships that will be established.
"and to bring eternal justice," this is what the whole world longs for, but that will not happen until Christ comes. And when Christ comes, the problem of transgression, sin, infidelity, iniquity and scandal will be solved, and only then will it be established eternal justice in Christ's kingdom. In Luke's Gospel, it is written that God announced the following to Mary;
,,. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David; And he will reign in the house of Jacob forever, and there will be no end to his kingdom."
Luke 1:32-33
"and to seal the apparition and the prophecy," we know from the Bible that many visions and prophecies are related to Israel and many of these prophecies have been fulfilled, but not all of them and will finally be fulfilled when Christ comes because it says,, and to be sealed " means it will be fully fulfilled and there will be no more need for prophets and prophecies.
And the last detail that Daniel should have understood in a positive context is: "to help the Holy of Holies". to the saints" (it is written about this in the book of the prophet Ezekiel from chapters 40 to 48) and when the seventy weeks are over and Christ comes to earth, there will be a consecration of this temple (anointing means consecration)
"Seventy weeks are determined for your people and your holy city" we could write this differently, "four hundred and ninety years are determined for your people and your holy city" and from when these four hundred and ninety years are counted, it says:
"Therefore know and understand: From the time the word goes out that Jerusalem will be rebuilt until the anointed duke will be seven weeks, and sixty-two weeks for the streets and walls to be built again, and that in a difficult time." but a better and clearer translation is in the edition Realities, Zagreb:
"Know and understand: From the time when the word "Let them return and let them rebuild Jerusalem" goes out until the Prince of the Anointed: seven weeks, and then sixty-two weeks, and the square and the moat will be built again, and that in a difficult time ." and the English translation reads
"from the issuing of the command to rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed Duke, there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks: the streets will be built again, and the walls, and that in a difficult time."
according to this, this simplicity is divided into three parts: seven weeks, sixty-two weeks and one week, so a total of seventy.
The counting begins,, Since the word came out that Jerusalem is being built again "There are disagreements and various interpretations regarding the beginning of the counting, but what the Bible indicates is that the "decree on the building of Jerusalem" is counted from when Artaxerxes issued the command and permission to Nehemiah to builds the walls of Jerusalem. We read about it in the book of Nehemiah.
"And in the month of Nisan, in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes the king, there was wine before him, and I took the wine and gave it to the king. And before I was not cheerful in front of him. And the king said to me: Why are you looking cheerful when you are not sick? It is nothing but sadness in the heart. And I was very scared. And I said to the king: May the king live forever! How could I not have a cheerful face, when the city where the graves of my fathers are laid waste and its gates burned with fire? And the king said to me: What do you want? Then I prayed to God in heaven, and I said to the king: If it pleases the king and if your servant is dear to you, send me to Judea to the city where the graves of my fathers are, so that I can build it. And the king said to me, and his wife was sitting next to him: How long will you need for the journey, and when will you return? And it pleased the king, and he let me go when I told him the time. Then I said to the king: If it pleases the king, let me be given a book on the princes across the river to accompany me until I come to Judea,
And a book on Asaph, the keeper of the king's forest, to give me wood for the logs for the door of the court next to the house of God and for the city wall and for the house I will enter. And the king gave me, because the good hand of my God was upon me.
And so I came with the princes across the river, and gave them the books of the emperor. And the king sent princes and horsemen with me. And when Sanavalat the Oronian and Tobias the servant of Ammonite heard this, they hated it very much that a man had come to take care of the children of Israel. Then I came to Jerusalem, and I stayed there for three days. So I got up at night. with a few people, and I told no one what my God had put in my heart to do in Jerusalem; and I have no horse with me except the one on which I am riding. And I went out at night to the gate of the valley, to the dragon's spring, and to the festering gate, and I looked at the walls of Jerusalem, how they were broken down and how the gates were burned with fire. From there I passed to the spring gate and to the imperial lake, and there was no place for yarn to slip under me. So I rode along the stream at night and looked around the wall, then I returned to the gate of the valley, and so I came back."
Nehemiah 2:1-15
and in the sixth chapter we read:
"And so the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth day of the month of Elul in fifty-two days."
Nehemiah 6:15
and in the sixth chapter we read:
"And so the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth day of the month of Elul in fifty-two days."
Nehemiah 6:15
Artaxerxes gave this permission, which means that "Danilo's weeks" are counted from then.
The first part of this prophecy is "seven weeks" or forty-nine gidins, and during this time the Jews completed the construction of the Jerusalem wall, and the second part is "sixty-two weeks" and that is four hundred and thirty-four years, a total of four hundred and eighty-three year and after this, something should happen. This period in Jewish history is also called the "difficult time" because God did not appear from Malachi until John the Baptist, and in the time of John the Baptist, the Jews were under the occupation of the Romans,
"And after those sixty-two weeks, the Anointed One will be executed," so God foretold to Daniel the crucifixion of Christ on the cross in this way.
John the Baptist, the apostles and Christ spoke
"And they said: Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near"
Matt. 3:2
"From that time Jesus began to teach and say: Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."
Matt. 4:17
"And Peter said to them: Repent, and be baptized each of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit;"
Acts 2:38
"Repent, therefore, and turn to be cleansed of your sins, so that the times of rest from the face of the Lord may come."
Acts 3:19
If the Jews had listened to what they were saying, another week would have passed and seven years would have passed and eternal justice would have come as it was prophesied.
"Whom, then, is heaven worthy to receive until the time when everything is restored, which God has spoken through the mouth of all his holy prophets since the creation of the world."
