I met my boyfriend in the summer of 2020 on tinder. I had flings and whatnot before him but he’s my first serious relationship. Right away I knew we were something special by the way I could be truly and unapologetically myself around him. He pushes me to chase my dreams and not suppress them like my parents often do. He makes me laugh so hard, I cry and even pee my pants a few times. He’s the most handsome man I’ve ever seen and I see so much kindness in his soul. We finish each others sentences all the time and align on mostly all important values. I have extreme social anxiety and choose not to have friends after high school besides my sister. Besides her, he felt like home right away and I knew this was not something I wanted to let go of.
My parents are very judgmental and always seem to find things they don’t like in people. My boyfriend was in the navy before we met and opened up about having some ptsd to them. He also told them about having a tougher childhood since his dad was a navy seal and was not a good person. Ever since then, my mom always makes comments about how “he’s a scary person, he’s messed up in the head, his childhood trauma will affect me”. He has never laid a finger on me, he’s never insulted me and the arguments we have, we both resolve in a healthy manner.
In 2022, I made a very dumb decision to co-sign on a car with him. I regret agreeing to this everyday because even though our situation wouldn’t be much better with my family’s opinions, it still would be better than now. The plan was for this to be our car together when we moved to a big city together but the move fell through and we had to come back home. My parents are stable enough that I was able to move back in home and figure out a job situation in the mean time. He wasn’t so lucky and had to move in with a friend who lives in a country area without a lot of job opportunities. He missed one payment because of this and didn’t contact me for a few days because he was so ashamed to face me and tell me this. I told my family and they freaked out, thinking he was trying to run away with the car but he finally reached back out and was feeling the worst he ever had. They made me block him and we went to take the car from him. The months after, he still was paying for it even though I was the one driving it.
For a whole year, the only contact we had was talking about the car and money. During this time, I felt like I lost the other half of my heart. I went on many, many dates in this time and even if they were perfectly nice and fine, I felt zero desire to pursue anything with them. We started secretly seeing each other but I would stop every time in fear of my family finding out. Finally in summer 2023, I was fed up with these men who were nothing in the same realm as my boyfriend and we started seeing each other on the weekends. Then he moved into my apartment in December. We hid it from my family this whole time until my mom was in the area and stopped in the store we were shopping at. He was going to go to the back of the store but she came in before he had the chance. She became cold and made an excuse she had to go with no hug or saying I love you.
I was berated by my sister and mom mostly saying I betrayed them and thought I was only going back to him because I didn’t want to be alone and just wanted to be comfortable. My biggest wish is for them to see him in the way I do. My sister says she will never forgive him and my dad told me to never marry him or have kids with him. My sister is two years older than me and always complains about how men are just cheaters, only want one thing and aren’t worth it. My boyfriend is not like this at all and I wish she could see that and how truly happy I am. Since he moved in, this is the best my life has been except for the family issues now. We would be married by now if it weren’t for my family’s feelings and every time I talk to them I feel like I’m walking on eggshells. My sister won’t talk to me and we used to talk every day. I truly feel he is my soulmate and I know I would regret it for the rest of my life if I left him because I love him immensely. I cry every night because I don’t want to disappoint my family but he is my person and I know it. What are your thoughts on the situation?

A lot of people didn't like it. But I think it was just misunderstood.
Seriously though, I know it’s universally loved but I saw some people on here talking about how the pilot was really cringe. It’s one of my favorite episodes. I understand why the show moved away from the Tony narration after the pilot but I really enjoy hearing him describe everything. The music is incredible, cinematography. It makes it clear that a big part of the show is about family, not just the mob.
There are some glaring issues with character and set inconsistencies but that’s easy to overlook.
What do you guys think? Were there inclement negative implications?

So I am currently stuck on what unit(s) I want to pick up next. I feel like I have pretty decent collection of CSM so far, I'll go into detail below, and have plenty of Daemons I can use to pad my points out when going into higher point games, but I'd appreciate some advice on what I should look at picking up next. Here's what I currently have:
Chaos Lord: Daemon Hammer, Plasma Pistol
Terminator Lord: Combi-weapon, Chainfist
Daemon Prince of Nurgle
Daemon Prince of anything
10 Legionaries: champion has accursed weapon and plasma pistol, others have a flamer and 8 chainswords.
1 Helbrute: power scourge + twin autocannon
10 Rubric Marines: sorcerer has warpflame pistol, marines have 9 warpflamers and the banner.
Daemons I have access to: 20 Bloodletters, 10 Flesh Hounds, Skulltaker, Bloodmaster, 20 Plaguebearers, 3 plague drones, 1 great unclean one.
My playstyle prefers me to go second, as I like reacting to my opponents' plays typically. I am really liking the Fellhammer Siege-Host detachment from the codex, but also like the idea of playing Deceptors or Veterans of the Long War. Thanks in advance for the help.

How do I kick my roommate and her guest (boyfriend) out ? knowing that their names are not on the lease and I live in NY.
My roommate asked me back in March 10th, that her bf got a new job in our area and will be staying in her room for a while until he finds an apartment. The bf originally live in NJ with his family and was visiting once in a while before which was fine. One red flag, SHE DIDNT ASK ME if I was okay with him staying with us on a term but She just told me.
At the time, i just wanted to help and she is my friend so it was like nothing until i realized that she was abusing of my kindness. Second red flag, when she asked me back in March she was still on a trip so I asked her if she would be coming with him but she said no that she is coming the next day which was the 11th. I FOUND THAT WEIRD because that day I was half asleep when i heard someone opening the door and I checked her location she was still in another country.
At first, i was annoyed that she gave the key to her bf without letting me know and that guy could have come in anytime which he has in the past at a beginning of her trip. So she came the following day from her trip, and not even 2 weeks after that she told me that she lost her cousin back home so she would go if her mom buys her flight ticket but wont say for more than a week if so. Surprisingly, the next day she left without letting me know and I knew that because i checked her location. 2 days, 3 days , 5 days goes by and eventually a week, the bf is still staying in the appartement lol and she is still not back from her second trip.
So that’s when I decided to let her know that I am NOT comfortable with her bf staying over especially when she was not physically in the appartement. She didn’t take it well even tho I said super nicely. ME: “ I understand that it's nice to have your boyfriend over while he’s looking for an apartment. I wanted to chat with you about something that's been on my mind because I feel a bit uncomfortable having guests of the opposite gender over for that long especially when you’re not here It's just about maintaining that sense of privacy and security for us. I know emergency happens that’s why you’re not here but I wanna avoid this situation again. I hope you understand where I'm coming from. Let's talk more about it when you’re back”. She replied with “okay” which I found super rude.
After that like promised I was waiting for her to return and the guy was still in until she finally returned in the 15th of April, now she stopped talking to me so I decided to text her again (since she is ignoring me around the apartment) to let her know that he has to go because I don’t feel comfortable and I’m excepting my parents to visit my new apartment when they come in NY for my graduation but I can’t if her man is walking around the place like he owns it and don’t participate in the rent. 30 days passed for me to kick him out legally so PLEASE I NEED HELP AND ADVICES TO KICK THEM BOTH OUT ASAP because they’re planning to move out together suddenly without letting me know so I can get stucked paying the full rent myself.

If you ever watched the MV of Mito,Kaede and Rin’s “Wa!Moon!Dass!Cry!” cover (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DUWbq...), a lot of you may have wondered what the deal was with this one chef guy that kept popping up randomly in the video.
Now I’m sure a lot of people are painfully aware by now of Riku “Yacht man” Tazumi, the founder and current CEO of Anycolor. But it’s more than likely that people who got into Nijisanji from 2021 onward would be unaware that there was ANOTHER individual who had a part in founding the company all the way back in 2017.
That man was Taiki Iwanaga.
Iwanaga (a.k.a. Iwa-Iwa) served as chief operating officer for Ichikara (now Anycolor) during its early inception. He was the one responsible for recruiting Nijisanji’s early talents throughout 2018-2019 and even doubled as their manager for a time. Many of the popular talents that shaped Nijisanji as a brand during those first few years would not be around today if it wasn’t for Iwa-Iwa.
Iwanaga left the company in April 2021 to pursue his own venture as he felt that Ichikara was entering a new stage in its life where his expertise was no longer necessary.
Right up until 2021, Iwanaga was the one seen as the true face of Niji management and was overall liked by talents and fans who would frequently meme him right up to his departure. At the risk of being burned for heracy, I would argue that Iwanaga was probably the closest thing Nijisanji ever had to their very own Yagoo.

Hey guys,
Need some advice here. Im an incoming staff at EY, originally my start date was set to be July 2024, but I pushed it back to January 2025 because I wanted to study and take my CPA exams. I just got the confirmation to start in January but im having second thoughts about starting then. I feel like i dont need all that extra time.
Now that the CPA exam can be completed over 30 months I feel like I can manage finishing all the exams in that time. For a bit of context, by I've already taken one exam and by July 2024 I would have taken my second one. What would you guys recommenced? Also would my recruite team be upset that I keep flipping back and forth between start dates?

Just finished Stray and I have to say it was one of the best games I have ever played and I was wondering what other games that you guys liked and were similar to Stray with the adventure/story theme.

So this might be one of the more tame scenarios on this sub but I need some advice.
For some context my sister and I grew up close but she kinda bullied me when we were younger kids and then when we were teens we just got into the typical sister fights you can imagine. But we always loved each other. (If you have sisters you know) Anyways I moved away after highschool graduation and for a while we didn’t talk all that often. Every once in a while but we definitely had some space after are tremulous relationship growing up.
Well about 4 years ago I moved back for multiple reasons and her and I decided to get an apartment together at the time. Most of our family and friends said it was a bad idea because we use to be so mean to each other but we moved forward and it was honestly really good for us. We ended up working through a lot of our issues and we bonded over mutual trauma and we grew to be best friends.
We no longer live together but still talk on a daily basis. Like it’s weird when we don’t talk on certain days. We’ve had days where we didn’t talk and the next both say “it was so weird not talking to you today” that sort of thing.
Well out of the blue she has stopped responding to my calls and texts. I genuinely have no clue why she stopped. We went out Saturday and had a great time. Had a few drinks, played games etc. the conversation was fun and playful. Sunday we talked on the phone like we normally do about just our days that sort of thing. Nothing serious, no issues it was a good conversation. And then….nothing…
I called her Monday, she didn’t answer. I texted her the same day about some random issue with someone and she responded once but then went silent again. Tried to call her the next day. She sent me to voicemail. I texted and asked if everything was alright, she said we were fine but that she didn’t want to talk. Okay… I didn’t call or text her for the past two days. She texted me yesterday asking for a ride to the airport, I said yes and asked for details, no response. I finally texted her again today and told her it feels very sudden and weird that she’s being so non- responsive to me and asked again if everything was alright and still nothing…
I am a huge people pleaser and clearly have a hard time if someone might be upset with me and is not responding to me I don’t know what has happened between now and Sunday to make this happen but it’s really out of the norm and sudden.
Can someone who either has been through something similar or has been on the other end of things tell me what could be going on here?

My current headphones are on it's last legs, and I was looking into getting a pair of IEMs in the $100-$130 range. The comfort, weight, and portability of IEMs make me want to make the switch.
From my research, I saw there were a lot of Chi-Fi IEMs that are pretty decent in the $50-80 range (Moondrop Aria), but I was looking for something more reputable and without the weird aesthetics. I would be using it mainly for music and desktop work, but I also like to play competitive games so being able to hear and pinpoint sound cues like footsteps is important to me.
Also, keep in mind I'm not really in the audiophile space yet, the only headphones I have are these Steelseries Arctis 5 (gaming headset I'm replacing) and Airpods Pros.
One that I found was the Sennheiser IE200, which has a lot of mixed reviews saying the sound is great but the tips and cable (!) are pretty horrendous. I'm not one to do much moding either so I'm concerned about the build quality.
Another I found was the FiiO FH3, which has good reviews about the sound and build, mixed about the soundstage. Lots of bass, maybe too much?
I'm not sure which is for me - I'm not going to be moving around much with these so the cheap cable in the IE200 won't effect me as much. At the same time, I'm concerned that the FH3 is going to be way too bassy for me, for listening and for games. What do you guys think?

I’m so burnt on this controller.
When it works, it is fantastic… but in 4 years this is the third one I’ve gone through. This one lasted a bit longer but the first two both began to break right after the warranty ended. First one began to have stick drift issues, Microsoft refused to replace the first one but fortunately Costco allowed me to exchange it (they have good customer service, unlike Microsoft).
Second one had issues with the bumper not registering suddenly and I had to pay to replace out of pocket.
Now on my third the left thumb stick is beginning to not register movement, especially upward movement.
I don’t want to keep spending $180 for something that has such a short lifespan. It’s insulting that they don’t last longer than this. Anyone have any suggestions?

I 21M have been with my GF 20F for about 5 months now we originally dated for 8 months over a year ago and then she broke up with me while we were doing long distance for the summer but then after 6 months we got back together. With our relationship it usually works very well for me but there have been multiple problems that have occurred that kind of make me question things. The first issue was I tried to get back with her earlier and she gave me a reason for not getting back together and that she wasn't going to be with any one for a while. I said I understand and tried to be friends but that didn't work so I tried to move on. Eventually like 6 months later she came back into my life and we did get back together. Eventually she tells me that wasn't true and that she just didn't want to date me. She was hanging out with other people. She just wanted me there but didn't want to date me. The second issue was that she was texting a guy at the end of our first relationship that I didn't know about and he definitely had feelings for her. She knew this but kept texting him anyways. The way I found out about this was because when we got back together she showed me something on snapchat and she had him as her number 1 best friend for the past 2 months and was still talking to him when we got back together. A couple days after this she left me with her phone and I was able to go through it and I saw that she had been texting him while we were dating and a little after we were broken up she had been sending him explicit photos. I asked her about this over text and she said he was just a friend and there was nothing there. I didn't bring up the photos because I wanted her to admit to it and be honest with me. eventually when I confronted her in person I asked to see the chat between the two of them and when she showed it to me she had deleted everything between them. I told her I knew about everything and she got really quiet and said that it wasn't like that and she was just sending him photos. I still don't believe her about that but most of the photos were while we weren't together so I don't really care about them I just can't really trust her because she lied to me. and the last major thing she did was just recently but it started a long time ago. I asked her when we got back together if she had talked to or gotten with any one when we were apart just out of curiosity and she said she hadn't and then 4 months later we were talking about our past relationships. She had previously told me about her past relationships and she talked about someone new. She had previously told me there was no one new, and I told her she lied to me and she tried convincing me she hadn't and that I hadn't asked her if she had sex with anyone I had only asked her if she was talking to anyone. Which I know is a lie. This girl is so sweet and so nice but she does have problems and she keeps lying to me and withholding information and I don't know if I can keep doing this because every time things start to go my way it seems like she is lying about something all over again and I tell her I can't keep up with the lying and falsehoods and she keeps bringing up something new that she had lied about.
TLDR: GF keeps lying to me and I don't know if I can trust her.

I read a manhwa years ago where the main plot was about a guy living alone, then one day his old friend - a stud/thug - moved in his apartment. The thug brought his super hot girlfriend, who would wear only revealing clothes at home, to live with him and the main character couldn’t do anything about it. During the day the thug would go out and leave his girlfriend at home. She stayed at home all day, didn’t know how to cook and main character had to take care of her which created some tension between them. I think the girlfriend deliberately wanted to cheat on the thug with the main character? When i stopped reading, I think the thug was about to find out about them. I forgot the manhwa title and want to pick it up again because I’m curious what happened next lol. It’s a adult korean manhwa or webtoon. I can only remember that much because it’s been a really long time.

Speculation: The Sicarios were hitmen, that's basically what it means when it asks if you want to be a Sicario, do you want to be a hitman or assassin. The blonde icon from other sub tied up is in the place of a kid who was tied up in the film and certainly WAS NOT a friend of the Sicarios. Take from that what you will but I can't comment to much as it's about another sub.

Speculation: No Country for Old Men has cropped up a few times before but it's about a killer who is pretty much unstoppable mowing these people down. The train wrecking Chicago and the Chicago Bears (as a Packers fan i liked that), well option contract writers are in Chicago I believe but also it's the original home of Citadel. The chair maybe is an answer to a Cramer tweet and the smackdown i'm not sure other than it being just a fun thing to watch.

Speculation: I think that this could indicate that Gamestop isn't doing anything wrong with what's going to happen, they have warned again and again in their financial postings that the stock is being manipulated and is subject to squeezes. It could also indicate a GME investor has nothing to worry about legally either, just like the stock.

Speculation: If you take DFV to be the good guy in this car scene then he just carries on with what he believes which is in GME regardless of trying to be chickened out of it in the face of adversity. You could also say he is Bojack and wanting to continue with his memes, he ain't done telling his memeroirs yet.

Cooking: Use. Cooking. Buffs. Please for the love of God use cooking buffs. Don't be like me and ignore them then get angry when you keep dieing.
Buy herbs and milk from the cooks of each clan, the buffs are worth it
Read the hunter's guide entries. Some entries on certain foods will have a tidbit of information on how to make a specialty recipes
Weapons and gear: Make sure you check the perks of the crafting materials. You are about to use. Some perks are greater than others and can cause you're gear.Or weapon To be more powerful.
If you're looking for sulfer pods, Large clusters can be found on clouded pines, Blood leaf trees and stairfoot trees.
Those weathetime bonuses count more than you would think
Raylunes fish stew Can give you the weathetime bonuses
Use the pale crafting materials each time, they're worth it.
Your armor is greater than your weapons. The harder you are to kill the More time you have to either escape or kill everyone. That's attacking you.
Gameplay: Check the difficulty of your quests before you go into it. You can do this by looking at the number on your characters armor screen, Make sure that number matches the quest before you go into it for ease of operation
Stealth is greater than accuracy. If you can defeat the rda without alerting anyone, it's more effective than just going in guns blazing.
If you're bored of the main quest, take a while to just explore around you, you can find many cool little things around and entertain yourself more than the game could ( I always find Myself very bored After entering the clouded forest for the first time in my save files. I do all the side quests before i continue on with the main quest)
Severed bonds quests are the quickest way to get skill points getting two points per quest. ( For newer players, severed bonds quests can be found given out by npcs in Na'vi camps and resistance field labs)
Power up the field labs, they have boxes full of spare parts, food, ammo, and sometimes audio notes and logs.
Longbow - ease
Shortbow - speed
Heavy bow - Accuracy
Spear thrower - damage
Mark the caves that you come across! You'll never know when you need them again! Some very useful things can be found within caves, From Navi camps to resources that are more rare.
Just keep constantly using your Na'vi sense on everything, it will save you from running into wildlife/rda
Wildlife: If something is roaring or screaming at you before it takes you, you have a chance to back out still. take it.
Don't be scared of the storm gliders. You can fly faster than them. Feed your ikran one of their preferred foods and run
In every single senator den, there is a small little nook that you can hide in that they can't hit you in hide in it, Wait, then hit the weak spot.
When hunting things that will charge you/ try and attack, you stay out of sight of the pack. If you kill something with your heavy bow from far enough aqay, and then get to it after the other's run away, you won't have to run from the others.
If you ride a direhorse into battle, it will help you fight by trampling small rda soldiers
For comfort: You can turn off the Tinnitus effect that Certain plants gives appon exploding in the audio settings menu
If you don't like the sid puzzles, there is a setting to have them auto complete, you have to turn the setting on in gameplay options
Turn down the volume before you go into any big battle. Turn up the volume when you're in. Nature sound is very important on Pandora, not so much in an rda Institution.

I'm trying still to pull this through the trenches. I refuse to quit, even if she says she does. I can't give up, I just can't. I've got nobody to talk to about it, she was my only friend. I still want to tell her about everything but I can't talk to her about anything. I feel dead inside, and all the advice I see is to move on, everyone who's been through it says it's not worth the time or energy to love a woman that doesn't want to love me. Other details:
The game honestly comes off as a fever dream, I was like 6ish when I played it. But, it was a dark/gothic fantasy game. I remember playing it as well as Ecco a lot when I was a kid. I remember two distinct levels, one of which was a swamp that had various booby traps, like a spiked log. The other was something like a tower that you could soft lock the game by jumping down the center to your death. But there was a boss in that tower that was some rotting magic corpse. Had something to do with the dude wanting to take your skin off.
I genuinely cannot remember much from the game, but I remember that I was never able to beat it, and everytime I think of it, I wanna try to find it, emulate it and beat it.
