I'm a veteran GM, but new to SW and I'm currently working on my first short adventure. I'm making a cleric(war) NPC, and the cleric's edge holy symbol states:
"Clerics who prominently display they symbol of their deity or religion in one hand get a free reroll on all Faith rolls. This means they cannot hold a shield or weapom in that hand"
The two handed property states that you can use the weapon with one hand, with a - 4 penalty, which clearly implies(besides common sense) that you can carry the weapon with only one hand just fine.
The rules also state that characters may ready up to two items per turn as a free action.
So I'm wondering... Couldn't the cleric just wear the symbol around his neck, than let go one hand of the sword, ready the symbol, cast the spell, than let do of the symbol and ready the sword again?
I understand SW is more about common sense than nitty gritty rule picking. And I understand that, since it's an NPC, I don't have to follow player limitations strictly. But I keep wondering about this detail and I'd like to hear how more experienced GMs would deal with this.

I work for a public agency (a Microsoft shop) and my office has very little in the way of formal project management workflows/systems. We coordinate our work by looking at our draft board meeting agendas and talking through status once a week.
The agendas are simple Word documents with hard-coded times for each agenda item, and we frequently cut items from one meeting agenda and paste them into another, then manually update the overall time for each meeting. This process is pretty messy and inefficient.
I'm looking for suggestions on a better workflow. I used to work in software development, so I'm familiar with project management systems like Jira, Trello, GitHub Projects, etc.; I haven't tried Microsoft Planner but I know my organization has access to it. I need something ultra-user-friendly for non-technical people.
